I recently ordered two items from this company, music and guitar stand on two different days. This was my first time to purchase anything from them and they were nice enough to combine the two items for one shipment, which arrived in excellent condition. I had the privilege to talk to the owner of this company on the telephone regarding my shipping address and he was very professional and courteous throughout our conversation. The response to my order was very fast and I am very pleased with the items I purchased. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you.

Selling used items, very bad communications, advertising items that they do not have, very expensive shipping, you have to fight to get your money back without the shipping, My whole experience was a nightmare, I could not believe that a serious store would do that , I bought five items from them with a value of 250 $ (blender, mini food processor, deep fryer, cordless phone) paying 50 $ for shipping only (15 lb took 10 days ups) , first I have to re-choose 3 items because they do not have them anymore (why you have them on the website 3 out of 5 is not available and will not be), the blender arrived in a box that was at sometime soaked in water but dried up (apparently the storage was flooded), the cordless phone was used just like if you put your 2 years old phone in its box , no packaging materials of any kind) the phone was advertised to be 220 volt but it was not in fact it was a 110 volt only bought from an outlet store (knew from labels on box) with a 220 after marked cheep adaptor , the phone looked like a returned item missing all the packaging materials, manuals, you can the same phone new from Wal-Mart for 40$ but I paid 60$ for that phone just because it was advertised as 220V phone not 110V , returned the phone for a refund for four week did not hear from them they did not even respond to my email, finally I got the refund only after calling and bugging them, knowing that they had the item three weeks ago, when I called to complain they were not cooperative at all and wanted to send a replacement but I asked for a refund, they did refund me a month later without the shipping and with no apology at all, those stores sells overseas appliances and they expect the buyer to discover the problems with the ordered items when he is already out of the country, the website looked good to me but I discovered that they advertise items that they do not have then try to sell you other more expensive similar items, do not buy from them I had to call and fight over the phone with them and threaten them to get my refund, I did not return the blender although the box was at some time soaked ion water because the blender looked ok to me in plastic raps, I would never buy from them again even if they were half price, I do have pics of all the items showing what I have mentioned.

I ordered a Hawkins pressure cooker from Gandhi Appliances and was very impressed. They had the cheapest price for this item (even after shipping cost to Canada) so I decided to give them a try. My pressure cooker arrived in less than 3 business days (even taking into account Canadian customs), and was well packed. Very happy, and would definitely order from them again.

Arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately to minimize the chance for in-transit damage. They were out of stock for the memory I ordered and upgraded it without additional cost. They beat the price on every other MB bundle retailer I looked at. Highly recommend.

I ordered what I considered to be a top notch system from GA Computer Workshop, expecting the total price to be well over $2000. And it certainly would have been if I ordered from Dell or HP. To my pleasant surprise, the total was around $1300. Considering I had chosen the best components I could find, this was truly a great price. Being able to pick the motherboard, memory speed, processor, video card, etc without being limited to specific choices was great. The computer arrived on schedule about a week later, and it was exactly as ordered. The only caveat about ordering a custom computer is that you need to have at least a little knowledge about computer components. If you take the time to educate yourself, then Georgia computer Workshop is the place to go to get a REALLY great deal on a custom built computer. In the months that I've owned this computer, it has performed without a hitch. I found this company to be friendly and very helpful in choosing the right parts. The warranty was much better than anything offered by the big manufacturers. My experience with them has been excellent in every way.

Scam! (Zagg warranty replacement) I copied another "customer's" most recent review, it is exactly happened to me as stated below. The first time I paid to ship the broken protectors to them but wasn't happy about it. This time, I went to an "Authorized Dealer" so I wouldn't have to pay shipping cost. The dealer wanted to charge a return fee (which included an installation fee) of $10. I contacted customer service to see options. They offered three ways for warranty replacement which ALL required their "customer" paying to ship the old protector to them! What is the point of the authorized dealer? I worked for Mercedes-Benz for 12 years responsible for warranty part returns and Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) would asked back for parts if they believed there was an issue so they could do testing to resolve. Mostly, we were told to throw away defective parts. MBUSA trust their dealers to decide if a valid warranty claim was appropriate (and sometimes customers would try to get away with false claims) and handle it with the customer. NEVER did we make the customer PAY to return VALID warranty parts back (if needed), let alone, charge the "customer" to PAY for installation either! I owned a Iphone 4s for 6 years without a screen protector with no issues. Zagg's have cracked on my phone twice in a year (and so has my wife's and daughter's) which customer service says it usually happens to most people 4-5 per year! What a product, a "warranty" they pass the cost to their "customers". Also, a product it seems to be designed to prematurely crack ensuring continuous replacement. This business model is called planned obsolescence and purely PROFIT driven! I WON'T BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and neither should you! Another "customer" review: "I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I purchased an InvisibleShield for my iPhone. I was told if anything happened to my screen I could bring it to the kiosk at our mall and they could replace it for free. The shield was scratched immediately after purchasing. Then the shield started lifting up. Mind you, I take the very best care of my phone. I've never had any issues. I bought the shield as a precaution. When I asked them to replace my shield the wanted to charge me $10. I have a warranty. What kind of "lifetime warranty" is that? I already paid $40 for this. Piece of crap... don't even bother."

Like another reviewer, I found VidaBox in a search for a company that sold component video brackets for HTPC's, and as far as I can tell, they're one of the few retailers that offer these things. I experienced excellent customer service, even after I purchased the bracket :), and decent prices. They also happen to ship to Canada.

On June 03rd, I had placed an order for an OrigenAE HTPC S16T case. The case was promptly delivered at an address in New York as I had requested. I dealt with a Mr Steven W Cheung. During the installation of the components, it became apparent that one of the PCBs was defective. I contacted Mr Cheung who had the component replaced in good timing and without cost. Throughout my dealings with Mr Cheung, be it email or voice, he was extremely supportive and always very prompt to respond to my concerns particularly when I was having problems with the defective circuit board. In summary, my dealings with VidaBox through Mr Steven Cheung, who certainly is a major asset to your company, has been an excellent one and I certainly look forward to making futher purchases at VidaBox in the near future Best Regards, Raj Narwani Extremely Satisfied Customer

On April 11, 2007 I ordered online from Gately's SleekSpaces.com 4 pairs of white leather dining room chairs (total of 8 chairs), a dining room table and a Platform bed. The dining room table is the ONLY item which arrived correctly and not damaged. One pair of the chairs arrived damaged and the wrong size bed was shipped. I contacted Gately's Sleek Spaces about the damaged chairs and the wrong size bed. It took three (3) months of constant emailing and telephoning to get the instructions and return authorization for these items. On July 7 the bed was returned via Yellow Freight and the chairs were shipped UPS July 24. I was told after the furniture was received by Gately's, I would be issued a refund of $1862.98 back to my MasterCard. It took another month for me to get information about the refund due me. I was told by Monica that the money could not be refunded to my credit card as MAsterCard has a 3 month limit on credits back to the card. So then I was told by Monica in writing and on the telephone, that a check would be mailed on Aug. 17, 2007. After not receiving the check, I followed up with a call Aug 31, 2007 to be told the credit manager was in a meeting and as soon as it ended, I would be contacted about the refund. No call or email came. I sent 2 more emails with no response. I have 44 emails in my file all attempting to resolve this issue since April 2007. The order number is SLK13419.

i feel very foolish right now. i normally check cust. reviews for online stores b4 i purchase product. the one time i don't and i get screwed. i placed an order 7/3/07 for fitness equipment, they said it'd be in 8/13/07-backordered. they offered another product, but i didn't want it. didn't recieve 8/13. i emailed them and asked for status. they said they'd let me know when they have it in. i asked for a time frame, they said hopefully early next week. i waitied the next week(this week), still nothing. i contacted gazelle themself and asked if the product was on backorder-they had it in stock. i emailed gately's and told them that if i didn't recieve a tracking number by the next day that i'd place stop payment. i didnt' get reply. wasn't able to place stop payment through the cc, but they're doing an investigation. i told them about the comments on this page. the reason that gately's is in business is people like me, i ddin't do my research on the buyer first. It was a first and last for me!

I ordered a part for my trailer and after a couple of emails we figured out what I needed. I ordered it and when it came it would work but was too big. Isaiah told me to send it back but however after paying for shipping to me and then shipping back it would almost be the same price as unit. I sent an email to Isaiah and he sent me a prepaid return shipping label. Just wanted to thank Isaiah and Trailerpartsdepot for great customer service. Will definitely order from them again.

I am a contractor. I order some reaccessed lights housing, trim for the lights and a dimmer. I made the order over the phone and was told the order would ship in the morning. A week later I called to check the status of my order and was told that it was on its way. That was a lie!!! I got an email three days later with the tracking info - package was shipped 10 days after I placed the order. Another week pass by and I finally got the package but for my surprise it had only part of my order. I called again and talk to the owner, he told me that the dimmer was out of stock (was in stock when I placed the order) so they decided not to ship the dimmer as well as the trims. When I confronted the owner and asked why nobody had the curtacy to called me or why he didn't ship the trim so at least I can install the lights for my client with a temporary switch he did not have any good answer. he promised that he would overnight the rest of my order and that I should get it all by the following week (third week since I placed the order). another week passed by and no sign for my order, so called the company again and was told that the owner has all of my paper work and he would call me right back. Of course he didn't call but I got an email with tracking nm. the next day - he shipped the rest of my order (hopefully) but in regular mail (another week). I called the owner to ask why it wasn't shipped overnight and he said that it is shipped so there is nothing he can do and he does not want to argue with me again.... Horrible customer service!

Two ship dates missed, said it was another 2 weeks to get my computer. Unacceptable... Asked for a refund with at least a trackning number and haven't heard back since and can't even get threw to speak with to brian smith. Stay away from this place, 1 hour call back is a joke. They get you to overnight them cash, when they can't come threw on the deal. They just leave you in the dark wondering where your hard earned cash is. Buy at your own risk, check resellerrating forums on this place big thread about them currently. If i get my money back ill give them a fairer rating. I guess will see.

I purchased and paid for a system from Brian Smith of Flawless Computers on January 28 and it is now February 23 and still, no computer. I have emailed and called several times with no response. All I can hope for is that I get my $ back. They are THIEFS, so do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. Well I guess the bad review posted above is what it took to finally get a response from Flawless Computers. Frankly, I consider the respone below as a form of BLACKMAIL. What do you think? I ordered 2 stickers off of this website, and after several weeks of not receiving them, I emailed the company. I received a response from "Nick", who told me that he would make sure that they got mailed out to me immediatly, and said he was going to "Throw in something extra for the delay.". Well, I still have yet to see any of these stickers I bought, and I have tried to contact Nick, and the company in general, and have not heard anything. There is no response via email, there is no way that I have found to contact the company from their website, and the phone number that posted on my bank statement is some guys personal cell phone number who has never even heard of hackerstickers.com.

Order # O1A-4DN8-1ER8 . Ordered on a Monday through their website and paid extra PRIORITY shipping as it said estimated Thursday delivery. Got notification on Thursday ... Good news (not)... they shipped my order via UPS on Thursday! Called Customer service and complained, they said it was just estimated. Now this is for an A/C part and I've been dying from the heat. Asked if I bought another one overnight and got quoted $50 just for shipping ( Part was $20) . . Didnt even get a break. With their screw up, they're just refunding me difference of UPS ground ship rate from USPS priority rate that I ordered.

Since I have no prior experience with GPS and reading all the available online reviews got me more confused, I was glad when I found this company. They know what they are doing and provided me with the advice I needed in buying my first GPS system. Their customer service was superb. The rep. answered all my questions patiently and their prices are good too. I have grown to rely on my trusted GPS. The service I received from AutoNavDirect was excellent and I couldn't believe how they responded immediately to my questions I had before I even purchased my Megellan 6000T. My past experience in ordering online you either get a response months later or never. I have told many people in my office about their service and customers at my second job! I just can't say enough about the professional service I received. I even mentioned in contacting them that my Mom was also making a purchase and they assisted her with her order immediately. She wanted to know how they knew she was my mom. When ordering online from companies you are always wondering if they are a legitimate firm - - AutoNavDirect is my firm for life! One more thing my sister has a GPS system that now she's heard about the service mom and I received that she's wanting to upgrade and order from AutoNavDirect also! This is the place to order for sure and I'm looking at future orders for gifts! They don't honor their return policy!!! Lost $780 because an item was discontinued one month ago ... we have a receipt and they won't honor the return Jerry was less than sympathetic, claiming he couldn't do anything and the owners were all on vacation. I spoke with him before going in to do the return and he said No Problem!!! Different story when we drove an hour to get there. Horrible customer service!!! My dad always bought from Coastal for years ... never again

Found Costal Tool with Google Shopping looking for a Milwaukee Drill 2401-22 and Bit set 48-32-1500. They had the best prices anywhere on the net for both items. I ordered three Toto Washlet toilet seats from this sham of a company. They were advertised as "auto flush." I paid a plumber to come out to install them and was told there was no auto flush included. There was also not a spec sheet with my items, as other reviewers have said. I called Toto direct to get the specs, as they weren't online, and they said the auto flush should've come in a separate box from the retailer and the spec sheet should've been in that box. I called BuyPlumbing and spoke with a CS rep. She was very nice, but told me those washlets were in fact not auto flush items. We both went to the website and she agreed with me they're advertised as auto flush and that that was an error. By this time, I had paid to have a plumber install the first seat at $150. Plus, they said I couldn't return that one because it had been opened but I could return the other two AT MY COST for shipping. I haggled with them on the phone, was given the run around, told I couldn't speak to a supervisor because she was in meetings all day, ridiculous, really poor customer service stuff. Finally, I disputed it with my credit card company. I paid almost $4,000 for these three seat covers. I expected more from their customer service department. Heather is a bitter, sarcastic, nasty person who has no business being in customer service. We finally settled for they would refund me $86 times 3, which is the price of the auto flush feature. I was livid, but there was nothing I could do. I would've been out several hundred dollars in re-shipping, paying the plumber, and I could only return two of the three so I'd have mismatched bathrooms. So I agreed to the refund of $258. This was on October 19th. Today is January 31st, and I have yet to receive the agreed-upon refund. I have emailed countless times, left phone messages, etc. Finally, last week when I threatened to re-open the credit card dispute I got an email saying they had sent through a credit for $240, which was $80 per seat times 3. I asked for a date and copy of the credit. Still haven't gotten it. I then emailed and told them that the agreed upon refund was $258, not $240. They emailed back and said that they recalled it was $255, not $258 and they had refunded $255. REALLY? You're going to argue about $3 WHEN I HAVE IT IN WRITING???? Sheesh. Whatever. Keep your $3. I just got off the online banking with my credit card company, there has been NO credit issued from them. NONE. ZERO. They lie. They stall. They misrepresent. Either they have the absolute worst website designer ever or they deliberately advertise things falsely and then pretend it was a website error and everyone's human and makes mistakes. They're fraudulent and next I am making a report to the Better Business Bureau. I have notes from every conversation and have saved every email. I would strongly urge people NOT to do business with this company.

Bonnie and Gabby were very pleasant and nice and as helpful as possible with the customer service manager Heather not allowing them to do anymore or resolve issues accordingly due to poor communication or should I say no communication. I placed an order on 10/12 called on 10/17 to make sure all was good and figure out when I would be receiving my order, I was told Friday the 19th or Monday the 22nd. Well, here we are the 24th 10am and no sinks.....I called only to be told my credit card failed.....so why did they not call or email me apperntly they sent out a bulk email (that was not in my inbox or spam folder going back to the 12th) and normally they would have called but for whatever reason something happened and they didn't call. I explained to Gabby, I needed the sinks by Friday at the very latest and asked if because they failed to contact me they could put a rush on it at no extra cost to me. Gabby told me she was texting with Heather her manager and she said she would not do anything, I advised her I would be leaving a review with my expierence, apperntly Heather did not care and refused to do anything to make up for there error and lack of communication. I placed the order again and was told the card would be processed right away and the order would go out that day and I would have it on Friday. I asked to have an email sent to me once this was completed with tracking #'s. Thursday the 25th, 7am in the morning still no email, again I called this time got Bonnie, she informed me the charge was processed to late by HEATHER on Wed evening and the sinks did not ship but they would get them shipped out that day meaning I would not get them until Monday (TOO LATE)!!! Bonnie advised me to call back and speak with heather about some sort of compensation when I explained to her the information i was provided the day before of what Heather was willing to do (NOTHING) Bonnie laughed as she was clearly aware Heather has no business being in customer service. After reading some of the other reviews about Heather its seems to be a trend that Buypulming.net might want to look into. I thanked Bonnie and Gabby for there efforts and apologized that that have to deal with the problems Heather creates and is unwilling to resolve accordingly. Good luck!

Ordered 2 BP-819 batteries early on a Monday. They arrived, using priority mail, that Wednesay. Very happy with order fulfillment. 1600 mAh batteries tested out to around 1.6X a Canon BP-809 which satisfied me fine. Do note: the electrical connector on the batteries are not great and did not mate until 1 of the inside (unused) pins on the battery bent (despite extreme measures to prevent it).

I wanted to express my satisfaction with 3 Balls Golf. I have ordered several times from this company and ALWAYS been pleased with the service. This Christmas, I ordered a set of irons for my son. They needed to be lengthened, so we went to the local pro. After watching him swing for a while, he determined the irons we bought were not stiff enough for his swift swing. UGH! My son had already removed the plastic from the clubs. I was concerned that we would not get a full refund bc the plastic had been removed. I just received word that we are indeed getting a full refund (minus the return shipping charges - which I fully expected). 3 Balls continue to show how awesome you are with each transaction. You are our go-to online golf retailer!!! Thank you!

October 2nd 2017 To whom it may concern: I would like to recommend Faris Haddabeh as an excellent option to source your telecommunication needs. I have worked with Faris for over 8 months now and he has become our sole vendor for our Avaya and Polycom needs. We Have purchased over 800 phones in Avaya and Polycom from Faris and have only had about 10 defective units. He handled our defective sooner than we expected. On some he would get a replacement if I requested it from him. Our main concern in the beginning was the warranty since we deal with higher end accounts and we are not able to delay our customers. We have now placed multiple orders from all of our offices directly with Faris. Faris continues to do an outstanding job by making sure our needs our met and our customers are happy. He is responsive, competitive and someone that you can count on. He has gone to bat for us on more than one occasion to make sure products get shipped out the door in a timely fashion. Faris is always calling us up to check to make sure things were delivered and we are happy with the outcome. It is nice to know that I can pick up the phone and someone will be there on the other end to take care of us. I would recommend him if you would like to have someone like that in your corner as well. Thanks

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend, Fry's had a nice mid size ATX case that was $70 with a $70 rebate and the case was actually pretty good looking, so how could I resist? Filled out the rebate form, COPIED EVERYTHING, and sent it off to Onrebate in Florida on Monday 11-27-06. Rebate check came today 2-27-07 (about 12 weeks) so I'm happy with them.

I have a total of $420 in unpaid rebates outstanding with this company -- that's right, $420. Most unpaid since July 2006, most recent is from Sept 2006. All quickly went through the first steps and all show as "The Rebate was accepted", so no problem with my submissions. They simply have not sent payment. Customer service is non-existant. This is tuirning out to be a classic rebate scam company.

I was thinking this was all complete scam and had lost all hope when the CEO intervened and turned this around, apologizing and offering a full refund. This was not a good experience but I have to give kudos to the company for admitting it's mistakes and making this right.

Ordered a rocker/recliner and PAID for it 11 weeks ago. STILL have not received a shipment date, although I was promised one last week, only after threatening to dispute my credit card charge to this company. This week I was forwarded to another department via e-mail, saying that the manufacturer had released the chair for shipment. Before that, the 'holidays' delayed it. (Halloween?) When I send an e-mail, I just get another excuse. I ordered early for the chair to go in a nursery...thanks alot GPF, now I have exactly 7 weeks to figure out how to find another chair.

It turns out that they feel they can quote the canon website for one model printer and deliver a different model to the consumer. I would stay away from this site. Very bad business practices.

The site has some very obvious flaws which make the company LOOK dodgy, but for the prices they charge I thought I'd try it with one cheap little item, first, just as a test drive. I have to say the communication with them is absolutely first class and they had no problems in answering the simplest of questions about the smallest of things. As a bonus, the item arrived much sooner than estimated, even without a postage charge!!! Quality, brand new items, at really god prices, delivered fast and with no shipping charge. That is how I think of colourful-zone when I think of an online electronics supplier... Will deal with again!

ON 6/2 I purchased a refurbished Mac Book from Sears.com. The seller was Weekly Close outs. It was delivered to us on 6/8. We followed the return instructions that came with the Mac Laptop. The tracking number is 9505514625937163144976. It shows delivered. I am still being required to pay for it, in spite of the fact that it is returned and in spite of the fact that we were given 2 separate return instructions. Weekly Close outs says they will not honor the return because via email they said send it to their California facility BUT within the packaging that came with the Mac book, the return instructions said to only return the Macbook to the address listed above. This is brilliant scam: We buy and return a laptop , the company keeps the laptop, Sears still make us pay for the laptop and everyone gets to blame the other company because the consumer didn’t know which return instructions to follow: The one from Sears of the ones from Weekly Close outs.

Ordered a Marmot "Drew" hat on the 16th of December with ground shipping, since their site guaranteed the arrival of ground shipping orders made by the 18th at noon for "Zone 1" where I live. I received shipping confirmation on the 18th, and in fact my item had left the 17th, which meant to me that everything was going smoothly. What Paragon failed to inform me was that the order was leaving from California, and would not in fact arrive by the 24th, but instead on the 29th. They could have at least sent me an email, or asked if I wanted to rush the shipping, which I would have paid for. Now it is two days before Christmas, Paragon's shipping guarantee is a lie, and I have to go find a suitable replacement gift,even as Paragon is tying up some of what little money I have. In the end, I would never purchase from their store again.

I am pleased to write up the first review of this store (especially because I was shocked it hadn't been reviewed until I saw that it was listed on a deal site as unreviewed). I have been purchasing from PS for about a year now. Their website looks very cheap and I admit I was hesitant to purchase. Also sometimes I find their prices to be alot higher than most websites but with coupon codes and periodic sales it's worth the wait to get a much desired magazine. I've probably placed a total of 3 orders with them. The 2nd order I did have a problem with (forgot to enter coupon code) but after contacting customer service they very quicky refunded the difference of what I paid. I've tried other magazine subscription websites and found that some subscriptions were cheaper but when it came to the customer service, it was the pits!! For a dollar or two more, it's worth purchsing through this website. The delivery times are decent. I think I recieved my magazines within 7 weeks, which is normal. I was pleased with the service and will continue to purchase through them.

I ordered two magazines subscriptions on September 14, 2008, and used PayPal to pay for both of them. As of Januuary 16, 2009, I have not yet received either magazine. I have tried emailing the company and got no response. I tried calling and the number I was given is no longer in service. I do NOT recommend buying from this company.

I placed my order on Saturday and have yet to receive any confirming email. On their account site I see where it shows the status of my order as processed but nothing to indicate at what stage. When I've tried to contact them thru their toll free no. all I get is voice mail and it tells me that the sales and customer support mailboxes are both full and then it disconnects. I sent an email yesterday asking for status of my shipment since I paid for 2nd Day Air but with no response thus far. Their prices are good but with this kind of service I will not be back to shop again. If I'm wrong and they do respond within the next 12 to 24 hours I will update this response I'm posting. As a follow-up I was just contacted by Eric of RedOrbit this evening and he explained how over the past several days they experienced a server meltdown which created problems with the auto emails confirming the orders as well as backing up in their email que all of the recent messages. At this point I believe they deserve another chance with my business based on his explanation of events and his sincere apology. He's offered to credit my 2nd day shipping I paid for and I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Ordered two INWIN computer cases 9/5/2006, and received order confirmation email immediately. Received the shipping notification email 24 hours later. And got the order 9/12/2006 as expected (UPS Ground), in product's original boxes. Luckily, no damage, not even the boxes, that's rare. Very satisfied with this order and service. But website could need more work. I didn't find the case thru their web site catalog, which is really hard to navigate. I found it thru search engine, and discovered this store. Product is priced a few cents cheaper than Newegg, but they charge much less than Newegg for shipping. Definitely will do business again with them, if search engine point to them again :-) I don't think I can ever find the product I want thru their web catalog...

The site did not adjust when viewed on my mobile device using Chrome, meaning I had to zoom and I zoom constantly, as The writing on each page was microscopic when it first loaded. I also didn’t like that I had to create an account to place an order, I would have preferred to place the order as a guest and not had my info stored. I was also frustrated by the fact that I had to have the model number before I could search for the model code. The model number had partially rubbed off our remote and took a lot of guess work before I could search for the model code I had in full. I did really appreciate that I was immediately linked to the new remote that is sold in place of the remote that came with the tv. Searching for the old code immediately sent me to the page for the new remote and it clearly stated on the page that it was the replacement model so there was no confusion. No glitches while using the site once I got it big enough to read, which seems unusual these days!

I had previously ordered a clear blue SHOCK DS lite replacement shell from here along with a tri-wing screwdriver in order to do the job. And while the case arrived safe and sound, the screwdriver I'd ordered was simply too big to fit in the screws used on the DS lite I own. Searching on GamerSection, I'd found a professional-grade tool kit in order to open up a lot more consoles with various bits to match. Order processed and shipped out the next day. FedEx initially said this order would arrive the 28th but then it was delayed to the 29th. The tool kit was - as much as I hate using cliché - "just what the doctor ordered." It had everything I could have needed to do the job and then some. The only downside is simply the cross-border fee (since the store is located in Canada) and the bit of snafu with FedEx, but otherwise the store did everything right. It was also nice being able to IM chat with someone with the store that was knowledgeable about the products and could provide more info. Very well handled, and am looking forward to the next time I can do business with this company.

I ordered a Halloween garage door decoration of teeth coming together and opening when you opened the door the cost was $4.95. I sent a message asking when can I expect it to be delivered. Next thing I know I received an email saying they were refunding me my money. No explanation given what so ever. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the item. I sent a message again and said I don’t want the refund I want the decal. No response. I did receive the refund yesterday but never a response from them as to why I would not be receiving my order. I did some research to see where else could I buy this item only to find out the one I picked cost $234.00. I feel this is false advertisement. They say one price and don’t delivered. This company is very deceiving.

I learned of this site through gamespot.com There was an xbox360 bundle for a good price and it was listed as "in-stock" so I placed an order (1-3 week delivery). Towards the 3rd week, I e-mailed for a tracking number as I was anxious to receive the product. I quickly received an e-mail response indicating an issue with Microsoft discontinuing this 7 game bundle. Further coorespondance resulted in an alternate agreement . . . I assumed 1-3 weeks delivery on that too and continued e-mail coorespondance. Somehow, there always seemed to be an "issue" of sorts that was from a supplier or distributer. A shipment came in but not in quantities enough to satisfy all orders and it was at that point that I indicated enough was enough. Afterall, it could be an additional 3 weeks if I agreed to wait it out and over 6 weeks had already passed by (with no product). I asked to please cancel and refund in full. E-mail coorespondance has always been prompt on their part, but now the issue was with the credit card merchant account. So, in order to get my money back, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Aside from prompt replys to my e-mails, I have no evidence this 'business' actually delivers product or is capable of conducting actual business transactions. Charges are made to you immediately though regardless of product actually being in stock as advertised. My advice is to stay away--a price too good to be true is really too good to be true in this case. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was lured in by the fact that they drop ship and that their prices were low (and even lower if you spend $69 for a "lifetime membership", getting an additional 20% off) I decided to sign up with them and sold 22 ipods on ebay immediately, spending over $5600. I was aware that shipping would take up to three weeks and I reflected that in my auctions descriptions. They then changed it to where delivery would take up to six weeks. I was aware of that and again stated that in the auctions descriptions. Then, they decided to get sneaky and take off the delivery time all together until you've already entered your credit card info to purchase the ipod and submitted it - They've got your money now! Ive only had excuse after excuse with this company as to when they will ship out. A month later, with MANY upset buyers (and I dont blame them), they said that they would all be shipped September 22nd. Well the 22nd came and went and I was notified that they had only just received a shipment of 250 ipods and will then be shipped out the following week. That week came and went and I was then told that they are behind and trying to fulful 1100 orders that were on back order and that they havent even gotten to the ipods yet. I was already seriously peeved with these guys, but that just made me LIVID! I did some research and found his home address, which is the same address as the company's, meaning he works out of his house, along with his home phone number, not just the number for the voicemail he has on his site. His name is GLEN DOUGLAS. I asked about getting a refund and he replied saying that it would take, on average, 2-3 weeks to get refunded because he has to get his money back from his supplier - which means, it could possibly take a lot longer than 3 weeks to finally get refunded! I had more than enough evidence to put him out of business and I told him that. After receiving that email, he (very quickly) replied and said that he will issue me a company check and have it in the mail that day... also making a point to say that the check is good and that refunding through my credit card would raise all kinds of red flags and would be held. Who knows if he was right about that. He may have just been trying to hide something. In any case, I received the check the following day, with delivery confirmation and deposited it right away. It turns out to actually be a "good check". So, after over six weeks of waiting and hearing nothing but excuses, Im finally able to refund my customers and losing every bit of profit I made and even having to come out of pocket to cover the remaining. This guy obviously didnt want to lose money by not stating that the ipods were out of stock. That just shows GREED, if you ask me!

Fast forward today I call again and the woman I spoke to told me it's backordered and is expected to ship out to their wearhouse next week! So now I have to wait for them to ship it out to me from their wearhouse. And i was uninformed up until today it was even on backorder. Usually websites I've ordered from will state they have it in stock or it's back ordered. **** this website that's flat out dishonest and disrespectful practice for a business.

Ordered a replacement pump by AR, 2700psi item # RMV25G27D. When I ordered it I was told it would take 5-7 business days to receive it. On the 8th day I received a box. Due to the fact I was out of town I didn't open the box until the 11th day. I received some small parts and no pump. When I called I spoke with two people who told me the pump was on back order and I should receive it in about a week. This was unacceptable. We are now out 18 days from the original order date. There was never any communication about the item being backordered and they offered no resolution to the problem. The bottom line is they were not up front about the time it would take to get the parts and then blamed the manufacturer for the problem. My problem is I'm paying them for the part and holding them accountable to be honest and forthcoming in their ability to deliver on their promise. Very disappointing, I took an extra long weekend to finish a project I started on May 11th when my pressure washer broke. I planned ahead ordered the part, took the time off work to get the job done. I'm trying to get the back of the house washed and painted for my son's graduation party in two weeks. THANKS PRESSUREPARTS.COM for your honesty and willingness to work with your customers. NOT!!!

I bought a new pool hose, vacuum head and pole from Pool Deals 22 MAY 2020 paid for then did nor receive until 18 JUN 2020, when attempted to use the hose would not stay on vacuum head, I have had a similar setup for the last 15 years and never had an issue where the vacuum hose did not stay on. Pool Deals "Albert Honeycutt" try to tell me the pool pump can't have enough vacuum and that's reason they the hose doesn't stay on and I called BS, he then stated "Your next step if your pump won't keep it together is to get a band clamp" I will not be purchasing anything any more from PoolDeals.com

Horrible experience if it let me select zero stars I would have. I ordered pool stairs on 5/24/2020 and paid the extra fee to expedite the order. 2 weeks went by and nothing. It has now been 5 weeks. I have been charged and have not received the item. They don’t answer calls only online chats to which they respond “this is a non returnable purchase and I agreed to there terms and conditions” I did not agree to pay for something I did not receive but they don’t seem to care and will not refund my purchase that was never received

I would not recommend this business.Was sent the wrong part twice,charged for shiping for the tune of 100.00 dollars and still have no part.Owner will not return phone calls, and the the lady in charge of handling returns and credit was very rude.Save your time and money and shop somewhere else

I have been with this website hositng company since April and had a very good experience with them. Not only has their tech support been helpful during the stages of moving my web page, but they where quite fast at fixing any problems. After finally moving in I have not experience any problems or outages with their service. Compare this to Startlogic which was my web hosting provider before. I am recommending Host monster to all my customer looknig for a web hosting place. 100% the best there is.

I was skeptical at first when I saw how cheap the batteries were on this site. I read some of the testimonials on their site and the one on ResellerRatings. I decided to give it a try and I'm entirely satisfied. I ordered a replacement battery for my Casio NP-20. The total cost was $7.01. The package shipped a couple days after I placed the order and I got my battery a few days later. No problems at all. I plan to order again from this Web site for my future battery needs.

Hello I purchases 2 battery and charger for my Panasonic DMC PZ7 camera in 06.06 2006 yes 2006 and still working resonably and I taking photos by several hundreds/months.The origin Panasonic battery just died.Also the charger charging my Panasonic PVGS-300 camcorder battery (wall/car powercord inclouded. Service product and all rated wery high after my long satisfied experience with power101.com P.S it show 2008 since the year drop down go to one year back only but the purchas was 2006. 3 year heavy use and still going stong. Realy I did not cunted the numbers since I use the camera in mixed situation wit flash and no flas.I will do the number test and upgrade my review.

I have two pieces of Tumi luggage and I am forever replacing the zipper pulls. I have been experiencing an ongoing customer service complaint for three weeks now. On my last trip, another zipper pull tab was broken as well as the slider lock clip which keeps the zipper pull intact. This problem has been ongoing since June 28th and still no resolution. I sent them the photos of my luggage as well as the serial number. I received the wrong slider lock clips and even though I have notified them of the error, no one has returned my emails. I also own Briggs and Riley which I have never had an incident where I had to contact customer service. I paid well over $1500 for these two Tumi pieces and can't believe the cheap quality when it comes to these zipper pulls. Unbelievable!

Tumi is well worth the higher prices. You will definitely get your money's worth with the longest wear possible. They stand behind their luggage, and immediately took care of an issue for me several years after purchase, fixing the wheels with no questions asked. Superb!

Swim Outlet has a wide variety of women's swimsuits in many sizes. Delivery was prompt and the swimsuit i purchased had a fair price and a true to size fit. It is holding up very well to the chlorine. There is also a great choice of equipment for swimmers. I will definitely be back to order in the future.

I wanted to purchase a wetsuit to use in a mountain lake, assuming it opens this summer. The wet suite guide was helpful but would have been more helpful if it described the situations in which one would choose a triathlete wetsuit compared with a surf wetsuit, for example. I ordered one and look forward to its arrival.

Fraud Fraud Fraud! Like every other story here, I purchased a Digital Rebel XTi camera body, I don't need the battery or charger, I already have those. When I called to confirm my order, as usual they tried to get me to buy their battery and charger. When I said I didn't need it, suddenly they claimed it was an import model and would be shipped from overseas and would take 6-8 weeks to arrive, even though the site and the person I spoke to on the phone in the sales department said it was in stock. Then when I asked him to cancel my order, he just hung up on me. I have called three times and they just keep hanging up on me. There must be something that we can do to stop this kind of online fraud.

I ordered camera from this retailer, but two days after the package was not sent yet, so I called. After checking all the information, the guy I talked to started offering me to get extra stuff, like batteries, lenses filters, cards and etc, but I said that I don't need anything else, so he asked me how I am gonna use the camera... I told him that I can buy all that later, but he insisted that I won't be able to use the camera and what happened next was that he told me is canceling my order and hung up on me... I was shocked to be honest, such disrespect, such rudeness toward the customer who was willing to spend a lot of money...

I recently tried to purchase A-DATA 4GB150X Turbo Mini Secure Digital Memory as advertised from The Computer Warehouse Inc.. But they sent me a 4gb SD memory which my phone does not not take. They seem to advertise products and then send you something else. I've already filed a complaint with IC3 Internet Crime. Their business practices seem to be shady. Their return policy is outrageous by making the customer pay more just for restocking (15%)even though the error is theirs, not excluding their little clause that if the product value went down then that is what the refund will be and the shipping and handling you have to eat it on a triple level: first they charged ~$15.00 (non-refundable) then you have to pay shipping back to them then if indeed they do have the advertised product then the shipping of the new product to you. Like previous comment before - DO NOT purchase from this company, you will be frustrated in doing so. I notified them of the situation and I have not heard from them. Their customer service is non-existent. I would like to add that I tried the product they sent to see if at least I got a working product and no it is a fake product. It has no memory! Absolutely unusable. I hope this company gets investigated and shut down.

Recieved 2 damaged filters out of 5. It is over 24 hours and they have not responded to my email to customer service. They have no phone listed...not good. You can do better somewhere else. Cheaper shipping other places. Not a reliable company. I finally heard from them and the fees for returns plus shipping plus they want 9.99 to cover previous free shipping, plus shipping it back to me plus according to them, stocking and hadleing fees possible, it is not worth returning the damaged products as they cost under $20. each. You also need to notify them within 30 days so chech all products from them quickly. I reccomend don't deal with them at all because if you have a problem it will cost you money even if the product is defective

I've used this website for ordering diapers, groceries and toys every month for the last 5 years. My packages used to turn up on time, every time. However, over the last year or so, deliveries started to be delayed by a day and now my last 3 orders have had issues. For example, an order I placed on 9:30pm on Thursday, which was before their cut off of 10pm, was supposed to be delivered next day, Friday. It was delayed to Saturday. Thinking I was just too close to the cutoff, I placed another order on a Friday morning at 8am which was due to be delivered on Saturday. As diapers.com do not notify of a delay, I phoned and was told that it may be delayed by a day. Again! I cancelled at 11pm, went to Amazon.com and ordered the same items for free same day delivery. I used to be a loyal customer, but I can't risk my orders being delayed due to no apparent reason. You pay a little extra on diapers.com, but I liked it for the reliable delivery. Like a bad relationship, it's time to move on!

Very disappointing at your service! You had posted on your site that you had the hot item hatchimals available. I ordered 2 at double the price, you sent me 2 email confirmations saying they would ship Tuesday, November 29,2016 and took the money out of my account! Then, hours later you sent 2 new emails saying that you were sorry but you were canceling my order and could not fulfill it and that you woukd not take any money out! Well you had already did and the customer service was awful!!!!
