Ordered 3 Xbox Pre-Mods and 2 Xecuter 3 CE modchips from ModChipMan. I was a little hesitant, since the order total was over $1k. However, I had quick replies to my pre-sale questions and constant communication throughout the ordering process. I was expecting a 2-3 week turn-around time, but to my surprise I received my Fed Ex tracking number a few days later and received my order 2 days after that! Everything was packed well (double boxed), except one pre-mod had a loose modchip -- though I recognized the problem right away and was easily fixable. Only one negative that I can come up with is that each pre-mod was missing the included Forza game that was stated on the website. However, since I don't really care for that game (not a racing fan) and have most of the games I play already, wasn't such a huge deal. Overall, great service and turn around time on pre-mods and great service! Tempted to order another pre-mod from them soon, w/ a bigger HD and more extras!

I sent them my xbox 360 to be fixed for the 3 flashing red rings. They charged my credit card $26 and something to begin the fix. They said they fixed it, but I never received it. After emailing over a dozen times and going to their live support where I was treated rudely, they said they didn't fix it. After 100 days, I said mail it back to me and i will find some else to fix it. They said "we have to sort through systems to find yours". I am taking them to small claims court to get my money back for my system that they stole from me. Buyer beware of this company!!!

My transaction with this company was really bad, I paid 30$ for shipping and was charged again 50$ because they didnt took the UPS worldwide shipping, so basically I was charged 80$ for 100$ of coin album. I would not recommend buying from them.

I have bought fron Brent Krueger in the past and was well pleased until I tried to return something. I could have found lower prices but had been pleased. The items were albums still in the shrink wrap. I missed the 30 day deadline and was given a thorough education on what the specifics of their return policy was. I was charged a 30% restocking fee. I offered to buy something else if they would apply the restocking fee towards the purchase. There was no understanding of what might be right as opposed to what the specific policy was. Check their shipping also. I paid BK over $13+ shipping and it was only $8+ for me to ship back. They lost a good customer over $14. Watch these folks!

Have been a customer for 3 years. Recently ordered a partial system, assembled. System crashed on software installation. CS customer service told us, first off when we called, that it could only be the memory. We ran Memtest, and it was. We ordered a new stick and got a prompt refund for the old one. I have never had a bad experience with Computer Sonics, and, in fact, have set up commercial account with them through my workplace as well. We received excellent customer service and product support from this reseller and will continue shopping here. Highly recommend!

Much improved service over two years ago. I had been a steadt customer and a few years back things looked bad - high turnover - bad service etc... I was pleasantly surprised this time around. Still room for improvement but at least on par with the rest of the store front crowd in the area.

I purchased a desktop computer from Raptor OcX about three and a half months ago. The computer works great, I haven't had one single problem with it since I got it. I got an extremely fast computer with a great sound system for an outstanding price. I could hardly believe how little I had to pay for what I got, especially when considering the prices of computers from companies like Del. The price was great, the computer works great, and I got it right when I was told that I would. The customer service was also outstanding. Brian is obviously very knowledgable when it comes to the products that he sells. I felt that he was really concerned with getting me a computer that would meet my needs rather than just pushing parts and features on me like some companies try to do. He was also more than happy to answer any questions that I had, whether or not they were about what he was selling me. Brian also made it clear that I should not hesitate to call him with any questions or problems (of which I haven't had a one). Rapto OcX's computers and customer service have surpassed even my highest expectations.

I purchased a Dell XPS system to use for gaming which was really well equipped. As soon as I got it I had problems, I kept getting a system error that would pop up on almost every game I tried running. So I talked to Dell's tech support and they set up an in-home service date. Well the date came and they never showed up so I got an RMA and sent the system back. I started looking at Alienware and was pretty impressed with their systems. I heard of Raptor (at the time it was called Blue Fuzion Technologies) from a friend I worked with who knew the owner. She was really adament about hers being a good computer and that her kid played alot of games on it so I gave Brian a call and he gave me a quote. Much to my suprise it was nearly $350 less then Alienware with the only difference being the case (he set me up with an aluminum coolermaster which I really liked). I'm, really happy with how the system has ran and more importantly the attitude Brian has given me whenever I have a question. He never seems to be put off when I call him even if it's a question about a program he didn't sell me. I'm leaving this review now because I just bought a dvd burner and another 512mb of memory, Brian installed it for free even though I bought it from a site he recommended, not through him. The only drawback with buying from Brian is you sometimes get an answering machine when you call him, but he's always called me back the same day and never rushed me to get off the phone with him. If you want your system built, serviced, supported, and enhanced by a really great company, buy a Raptor. mark

I ordered pet meds through 1800PetMeds and i have been ordering items for years from them. This is my last and final order. I realized I had ordered the wrong pet meds when the box was being shipped. I received the shipment and refused the shipment because I knew I had ordered the wrong item. The order total was 327.66. After I refused the shipment I logged on to 1800PetMed website to send them and email and let them know I returned the item, this was April 30, 2020. I received an email from 1800PetMeds stating that their refund policy was I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. On April 26, 2020 I still did not have my refund. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and immediately i received a phone call from 1800PetMeds. Ms. Kim Klemm apologized saying 1800PetMeds was not aware of me returning any items, even though I had corresponded with their rep on March 30, 2020. Ms. Kim Klemm also stated that I should not have been told that i would receive my refund within 7 to 10 days because of COVID-19. Ms. Klemm responded to the BBB complaint and said 1800PetMeds was not aware that I returned anything to them but I supplied BBB a copy of the email I sent and received from 800PetMeds. I has now been over 30 days and I still dont have my refund of 327.66 back even though Ms. Klemm stated she processed my refund it has not shown up on my credit card. My guess is I will wait another 30 days to receive it if I ever receive it. Because of the dishonesty and the lack of attention to processing refunds at a time like this when many people are jobless or confined to their homes, I would seriously think twice about shopping with 1800PetMeds. I have been a loyal customer for many years but this is my last and final purchase with them for these reasons.

This site is very easy to use and ships quickly. They will contact your vet for you to confirm information, which is helpful. I've had to order heartworm meds from them when my local vet sold out and was glad to be able to do so.

I was looking for a 120Hz laptop, any one I could find that was brand new. Eurocom seemed to be the only laptop manufacturer of any kind that still offers the now discontinued/end-of-life 120 Hz screen that I have spent all year looking for. I ordered the laptop, it arrived about 3 days after I ordered it which seems pretty good to me, plus shipping was only $29. It shipped from Ottawa, Ontario and arrived to my house in Whitby, Ontario very quickly. I contacted sales for a couple questions I had and they always answered very quickly and even out of business hours which was pretty impressive to me. I'm very satisified with Eurocom, they seem like a great Clevo reseller to me!

I originally placed my order on 8/8/2003, and after a number of promises of shipping "in two weeks" or "next week", it didn't actually ship until 10/9/2003. It was the first batch that they were shipping, so while annoying, was somewhat understandable. The more significant strike against Eurocom is that prior to my purchase I asked if the video card was soldered to the motherboard of it was a separate card. I was explicitly told that it was a separate card and if the pins match on new cards, it should be replacable. Now that the Radeon 9700 is out, I looked into this more and discovered that I was given completely false information -- the video card is, in fact, soldered to the motherboard and not upgradable. Given that this was one of big issues in my purchase, I feel like I was completely mislead. Other than the video card issue, I've been completely happy with the notebook itself. Good performance, good build, reliable. That said, there are many resellers that are basically selling the same high-end notebooks, and I'd probably advise other purchasers to shop around before making a purchase. The notebook itself has been great -- solid, reliable, powerful.

Order was placed Dec 19th 2003. On Feb 3 I received a PARTIAL refund of the order that I never received. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Got really upset when I was forced to call the BBB and get Yahoo on his case. Ended up getting only a partial refund and never received the products I ordered. One of the 20+ emails that were sent back and forth included this comment from the owner/manager: ----------------------------------- What else do you want? Who else do you complain and bitch to? Do you think I need your $13.95 ? G-d, I feel sorry for the people around you. Louis ----------------------------------------- These guys have the worst customer service I have ever encountered, hands down. The fact that the shipping portion of the order is something that should concern them is lost on these clowns. Take your money to some other vendor, these guys will do nothing but take your money and mouth off to you after doing so. It's too bad their prices are so good, but you get what you pay for (except in this case you pay but get nothing).

Wanted to add my 2 cents to the reviews I saw here. I've been buying from KO for several years now and have not gotten anything but excellent products and services. Bushnell binoc's don't hold a candle to the BPOC tank binocs I bought from there. I've only gotten great service from Lee and the guys at KO. The Kobra never leaves my AK and I've never had a complaint.

I have tried other stores online, but they all provide low quality frames. The glasses I got from one place broke within a couple months and they would not replace them. I tried Warby but the coating was flaking off and they would not replace either. I was a customer of eyeglasses.com a while ago, and I am back and loyal.

Although the page from which i ordered generated error messages telling me that there were problems or incompletions with the information i gave three times, the site apparently requested authorizations from my bank all three times. My money is on hold at the bank (three times the purchase price) and ipilot "customer service" will neither answer the phone or return my calls. The bank will not release funds until ipilot faxes an explanation or until the authorization expires and i come to the bank and fill out an affidavit. Baaaad customer service!

Ordered a processor on the 18th of august.It was listed as in stock. My order showed pending for more than a week. Tried e mailing many times and calling. Noone picks up the phone and I had my e mail answered once. They charged my credit card the same day I ordered. They e mailed saying they would upgrade to free overnight shipping, and it would be sent out the 31st. I tried to cancel but noone will answer my e mails. I called my credit card company to let them know what was going on. It is the 28th now and I am still waiting to hear from them. I found the processor somewhere else 45$ cheaper. Cant order it because I dont know whether they are still going to ship me the part yet. Overall their service is terrible.I will update when I find out what is going on with my order that Ive been trying to cancel.

I ordered one item that was not shipped until 20 days later. When it arrived it was the correct CDrom drive, but it looked used. The drive was in a used static bag. After first ordering i received an email. No emails after that until I started sending an email to the sales, support, and info departments. The info department came back as not being found. I sent an email every day after the first week of no response. They finally responded 4 days before packaged was shipped, of course this is after 16 days of no word. Stay away from this company. Stay far away!

Purchased a Canon 300D digital camera on Monday via the internet. Received my email confirmation later that day. After confirming the order via a link in the email I recieved another email stating that the camera would ship within 48-72 hours. The camera actually shipped the next day and I received it today (Thursday) which was one day earlier than the the estimated delivery date. No hassles, received what I ordered, no attempts by retailer to purchase other costly accessories, and everything appears to be in good order with USA warranty.

I ordered 4 bottles of wine a week before Christmas and entered the code for 1 cent shipping. The e-mail confirmation I received showed the 4 bottles, 1 cent shipping and that the order would be received Dec 27th. On Dec 22nd I received 3 of the bottles and a receipt showing that I was charged $26 in shipping less a $17.**** credit. I contacted customer service and wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to get them to refund the extra $8 in shipping. The cs rep kept referring to the invoice I received and kept stating that I had chose expedited shipping even though I had sent him a copy of the original confirmation I received. DO NOT USE wine.com to order anything. They will rip you off for additional shipping and pretend like you made that choice. (I did tell them not to bother sending the 4th bottle...for fear I will incur more outrageously priced shipping charges.)

Placed an order one week before Christmas because they stated free two day delivery, thinking I would have this by Christmas. Well delivery date of 12/20/16 came and nothing I called the next day 12/21/16 and was told it was shipping out and I would have it on 12/22/16. Nothing...I called again on 12/23/16 and asked to cancel my order, was told I couldn't cancel because my order was in process status. They had a lot of employees call in sick around the holiday and couldn't get my order fulfilled as promised. Was again told my order would be shipping out on 12/27/16. As of today, I still have nothing and I am being told the same thing....My order will ship soon and a tracking number will be generated. I am contacting my bank to try to get my money back. This company doesn't even deserve to be rated one star!!!

The new bios chip worked great, and I'm going to let local computer dealers and friends know to get replacement bios chips from Biosman. Why; the chip had the latest bios update, Biosman takes regular bank debit cards, (most other bios replacement companies don't), and the service was very fast. (I got the bios chip from Biosman after only 3 business days from order date)

Ordered a replacement BIOS + extractor for a bad flash I did one night. Very speedy and prompt service. They also answered a few questions I asked through e-mail in a timely manner. Their website is very informative, helpful, and has accurate and easy-to-follow instructions on what you need to do before you order a replacement BIOS chip. Ordered items arrived and work as expected. Overall, great shopping experience and I would gladly shop there again.

I bought a nomad jukebox 3 from this company may 2003 and although it took several weeks to arrive it did get to the uk ok. i have ordered another onecos i dropped the old one and thought i would use mp3mall again. big mistake ! after nearly 8 weeks of chasing i haven't got my player and they have just e-mailed to say they can't supply. i will push to get my money back. based on the delivery slip with the last player i guess this company is not as big as the slick website would have us believe. all the best mike , norfolk uk UPDATE 2nd April 2004 i have just had a refund from mp3mall for 444 dollars against the original charge of 458 dollars so i guess i was lucky compared with some of the comments i have seen.

I ordered an item on 5-26 and it was supposed to be in stock. On 6-8 at about 11:00 PM I called for an update and was told it's on back-order and that someone would be calling me in the next few days with an update. The following morning I ordered elsewhere and called Partsolver to cancel. They then said it shipped on the morning of 6-8, apparently before hey told me it was on back-order. They still refuse to refund the shipping saying they (at the office) had no way of knowing that the warehouse had shipped it! I don't get it! If they didn't know how could I? I'm currently working with the credit company to try and retrieve my losses. I'm not impressed.

Ordered 3 box sets at about 60% off. Ground shipped from Canada. 1st two arrived within 2 weeks, third in about a month (I knew it was out of stock, so no big problem). If I'd payed full price I'd be quite upset, but for the price I paid I'm pretty happy. I'd never use them as a primary source, but they're good for the occasional deal.

This Canadian site is one of the best priced DVD resellers on the net. I first ordered from them in May last year, and soon after they introduced a free worldwide shipping offer, which made it the cheapest site I had ever come across. They had some problems mid-way through last year with deliveries taking well over two weeks to Australia, until they changed their shipping company, and now 6 business day delivery is the norm. The free shipping offer has now finished, but the price of titles has been reduced respectively on most titles, keeping the prices still very competitive. When compared to other Canadian DVD sites, such as DVD Box Office and Amazon.ca, DVD Soon is much cheaper on at least 95% of titles. Customer service became an issue last year during the re-development of the site. Since the completion of that, email response has been quite efficient. I haven't yet had any mistakes on orders or damaged goods, so I can't comment on the returns procedure. Overall, I rate this site very highly, and have purchased around 90% of my Region 1 DVD's from there.

I ordered 10 COMPAQ DESKPRO PII-350MHz systems to use as thin client terminals. After the order was placed, I received a call from a Priza representative letting me know that they did not have the item in stock and asking if I would like to switch to a larger case style. I ordered the Compaq's because I like the small case size, so I informed them that I wanted the computers that I ordered. I finally received nine (9) computers on April 27. The computers I recieved were in working order, but they were very dirty and full of dust. After repeated calls to Priza about the tenth machine, they finally agreed to ship me another computer. Today, I received a Dell Optiplex GX1, which IS a better computer, but the case is MUCH larger! I'm just happy to finally be done dealing with this company, and I will make sure to never order another computer system from them in the future.

first i ordered a 19" IBM G96 monitor from their site. i thought i was getting a great deal on the price since it never said it was furbed or class B. when i received the monitor i was disapointed at what i got. i, in fact, got a P96 witch they clamed was much better then the G96 and it was. BUT... the monitor wouldnt stay on for more than 15 seconds, it was cracked, the connector screw was betnt so it wouldn't entirly fit into my computor, there were two horizontal lines across the screen and it just looked like crap. i e-mailed then just to get a reply 4 days latter that they were sending someone to pick it up mean while sending me a new monitor. the day came and went and no one picked up the monitor. i contacted them again via e-mail and they said that "in my case there was no need for further inspection." so they le me keep the monitor. the next week i was syched to see my new monitor. BUT... this one was a Compaq V90 instead on the original IBM G96 witch was clearly marked Class B. i was fine with the different type of monitor only till i turned it on. there was discolorations all over the screen like some one had stuck a magnet inside of it. contacted them again, suprized by the defect the blammed it on the delivery guy even though it was used and a totally different monitor then what i ordered. i looked through their site and surely enough i found the monitor that they sent me under 19" class B monitors for $20 cheaper. if i wanted the Compaq i would have order it. but no, they just shrugged it off and asked me if i wanted another monitor or a refund of the original one. i took the refund and got another monitor from Newegg.com, which i now is a legit site. i highly do not recommend buying from this company. they suport was decent and i got two defective monitors out of it but the over all experiance was a pain.

I made multiple attempts to contact Digital Delivered to complain and was put off each time. I never received the memory card I paid for. Don't buy from Digital Delivered!

Lies, Lies & More Lies... First they told me the Olympus Stylus 400 digital camera was in stock ~ so I placed the order. They asked me if I was interested in accessories ~ I said, "No"... Four hours later, they call to tell me the camera isn't in stock, and that it take a few days before they'll receive it. Oh yeah ~ and another sales pitch... I figured ~ what the heck, a few more days won't kill me. Then, after mulling over the situation for an hour, I called back to complain about being lied to, and I wanted to cancel the order... 1st time buyer, will definitely repeat. 1) Placed order @ 3pm, but screwed up & didn't get a cable I needed. 2) Called support number (clearly posted on website). Friendly native-English speaker answered on the first ring. 3) Rep found order in less than 3 seconds. 4) Rep knew stock # for what I wanted off top of head. 5) Modified my order with any hassle. 6) Received professional-looking updated e-mail invoice in a few minutes. 7) Had UPS # that evening; UPS had my package @ 5:30am the next day. 8) Package arrived well-packed and with all items. The only negative in the whole transaction is that the support number is not toll-free, but zero wait time and superb/friendly service is worth toll charges any day.

I have been waiting for 4 months since a successful MasterCard transaction for US$ 744.55. I received many excuses. They claim that my order will not pass fraud detection, they have no record of my cash, and that they can no longer ship outside the USA - this seems to be a policy specific to me as it is not reflected on their web site. They have since promised to reverse my credit card transaction, 3 weeks after payment was made - They seem to have a probem with counting and lying - it is now past 4 months. Their previous excuse is that they have tried to return the money several times and that it was now out of their hands and blamed their merchant services. I have had no response from their merchant services. Their current excuse is back to denying receipt of payment - after already alledegedly attempting to return my money several times. So far it has cost US$ 744.55, and four months of sheer frustration. I just bought an MSI 1013 series from them. They are very knowledgeable to their products, and they will beat the competitors' price. Fast and detailed reply regarding pre-order questions, order processing, assembly, and shipping. Everythng is customizable, just ask if you need any option that they don't show on their website. They always use single stick memory to leave larger upgrade potential. Shipment date is just as promised. The notebook looks and works like a charm. The only complaint I can think of is that they should have had their list price lowered as other resellers do.

Also they sent the factory speaker wire adapters that fit the factory plug but does not plug into the speakers they sent! Duh! And the worst customer service rep &quot;Paul Smith&quot; continued to demand those are the correct speakers. I ordered a vehicle specific speaker package for a Chevy HHR. The package included two 6x9 speakers as shown in the attached photo for the rear doors. I had not looked to see what type of speakers were installed in the back of the car. Turns out the Chevy HHR has four 6.5&quot; round speakers. Cost to return the 6x9s $43.00 using FedEx as they recommend. They will NOT pay for return shipping even though this is their mistake. The customer service was quick and friendly but could not help with the return costs no matter what I said or provided as proof of the misleading web page. AND, they have not corrected the web site. All in all, I ended up buying a 2 din mount, a wiring harness and the speaker package. The packaging for the speakers was horrible but the look and work fine. Everything worked except the rear speakers. These needed to be exchanged for the same as the front speakers. I'm still waiting for these to arrive, I have been working on this install since the end of February, it is now March 27th

I ordered an item and realized it was the wrong one. I sent them a request to cancel the order so I can figure out what adapter I need for my camera. THEY ONLY REFUNDED HALF. THEY CHARGED ME 10 BUCKS FOR THE CANCELLATION. Are these people kidding me? DO you think they maybe want to please customers so they actually order more items from them in the future. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. There were no updates about my order for several days, and I got no response by email. Then when I call the guy says they don't actually have it in stock. They have an authorization on Paypal for the amount and I asked him to remove it but he said they absolutely didn't charge me so I just hope the authorization will fall off in 30 days. I should have known looking at their website that there would be issues; seriously it looks like a site from 2005. The company does not respond to emails, I placed an order on Dec. 19th,2003 didn't receive it until Jan. 21,2004. There something wrong with this picture. I left email after email begging for a response on my order, especially since I paid with a credit card and they would never respond. In on case it took them 7 days to respond to my emails. In another case I went to their site they have the option to check on your order, and mine said no order placed. I assure you you don't want to do business with this company, you'll end up worried and wondering!!

My experience with this company was great: I ordered an M3 Adapter and a Passkey 2 for only around $70 (about $30 cheaper than most other sites). Although admittedly it took a while for my package to arrive, it was due to customs and the US Snail Mail (Divineo had shipped it only one day after I placed my order). Anyway, the items arrived in a cushioned package, with all the materials packed properly. Highly recommend this company: cheap prices, great items. Thanks!

I ordered a camcorder at a very low price, the Sony HDR HC1 at $999... I was weary to begin with, because most companies were selling the same camera anywhere between $1500 to $2000, but I figured it was worth the attempt at such a low price. I chose not to order any accessories, as they seemed over priced and not very necessary, and the day after I placed the order I was informed that the product was on backlog for 6-8 weeks. I've heard of this happening, and I feel as though this is a gross misstatement of the facts if they do not really supply the item purchased for the price advertised. Luckily I didn't purchase any of their accessories, because I'm guessing those would have been found aplenty in their wherehouse.

Before I agreed to a purchase of a plasma TV from PCandPlasma, they took my credit card numbers, etc. They added so much from the initial price of $2100 (went up to $2950) that I cancelled the order. However, they already charged my card, and now they are demanding a 10% cancellation fee ($295) before they would credit my credit card. I called MasterCard and I was told that they may have a right to do this, even though the whole phone conversation lasted 20 minutes and no paper work or even a semblance of hardware movement was done. This company uses high pressure tactics and apparently not to be trusted. Beware!!!!!

Item was as expected and in good condition. As it was a gift, I would have liked to been able to include a gift note with the item. I have placed FOUR orders with Fogdog. ALL four orders have been canceled for misc reasons. First they claimed it was an unmatched billing/shipping address, then the phone number didn't match, though I double checked with my bank that all info was up to date. To test their theory, I placed an order through my Paypal account and guess what!?! THAT order was canceled as well! Again, the same response from customer service, even though every bit of info on my bank card and Paypal acct is up to date and identical. Usually when you place an order online and it doesn't go through (items are out of stock, etc) your credit card WILL NOT be billed for the transaction or you won't be charged for the out of stock items. Not at fogdog! The first 3 purchases with my bank card that were canceled took DAYS to be refunded. The 4th purchase with my Paypal account STILL has not been refunded and it's been 7 DAYS! That is a VERY long time for a company to hold on to someone's money for absolutely NO REASON-and FOUR TIMES no less! SHADY! Another interesting point--What I would find after each of my purchases was canceled....they'd list every single item I purchased on their new fogdog ebay store, where there is NO combined shipping and ultimately where you will be overcharged. This company is SHADY SHADY SHADY!! Customer Service exists only to provide you with a list of excuses on their part. I am in the middle of a very long email to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone who has had similar experiences to contact them asap.

I placed my software order on Monday. My credit card was charged on the same day, but my order was marked "pending". I emailed twice and called once over the next three days, with no response. On the next Monday, one week after my original order, they finally responded and said they were checking if their buyer could locate a copy of the software for me. Software Provisions shows Nero 6 Ultra Suite (OEM) for $12.95 plus about $7 shipping at their web site. I ordered the item and received Nero 6 OEM Suite 1 instead. I feel they are misrepresenting what they are actually selling as Nero 6 Ultra Suite. I would have bought Suite 1 for $5 (includes shipping) from another site if I realized that I wasn't going to get the Ultra Suite from them. After contacting them, they refuse to do anything except sell me the retail version of the Ultra suite at a much higher cost if I wanted the Ultra suite.

As a systems builder located in IL, we have to say that we have had nothing but EXCELLENT service with all of our purchases. We have purchased over 40+ cases and Joe Briggs goes the extra mile to ensure that our orders ship out as quickly as possible, usually the same day. For those customers that have had problems with an order and future customers, please understand that computer components are very temperamental and it makes no sense to blame the builder or seller for a manufacturer failure. Not all problems are easily resolved with just a phone call, it would be nice but it's not that simple. So PLEASE allow any company ample time to resolve an issue should you have one before posting bad comments. We had a shipment of WD Hard Drives Green Drives and 5 out of 8 were defective. It's a manufacturer problem as they drives would be recognized and the next minute not be. Thankfully, our customers were understanding that it was not our fault and we sent replacements immediately. Thanks Joe for all your hard work and dedication, it will not go unrewarded.

I always thought that Fujitsu made great reliable notebooks and I still love the A6110 Fujitsu notebook I bought in March of 2008 from Newegg. But I bought a new Fujitsu notebook this month (June 21 2010) from directly at shopfujitsu.com manufacturer website, and I am totally bewildered. I paid about the same price as my previous notebook, yet the quality of the notebook is considerably worse than the one before it. It is too much hassle to return it now, but I am definitely not going to be buying anything from Fujitsu anymore from now on. In 2008 they had great customer service with representatives who actually cared about resolving your issue. I believe the call centers were at the time in Canada and United States. I've noticed their customer service is deteriorating from what it once was. Now that customer service is being outsourced it seems like they don't care anymore when I call customer service. They just want to get you off the phone as soon as they can and don't care about solving the problem. I've noticed alot more attitude from these customer service reps (while I was collected and cool which surprised me) compared with other company's reps and the reps talk like they don't give a rip who I am. Also while this is unimportant to me, the free item that Fujitsu was supposed to send me with the order, never came. When I called to ask about it, they said there was no such free item on my order. Next time, I'll go with Asus, Lenovo, or Toshiba. Update: Just as another review stated, Fujitsu still doesn't even give a tracking number for shipped products. The "my account" area is laughable and desperately needs upgrading and from the way representatives act, it seems their backend is just as bad.

This is the second time I have dealt with Fujitsu sales and support, and I must say that although their service is good, Fujitsu's back-end systems are horrendous. I placed an order three weeks ago and the technician said everything was ready to go. I called three weeks later wondering if they had shipped my cd-rom drive, but none of the representatives could find my order. Secondly, placing an order is quite cumbersome. Apparently, Fujitsu utilizes the serial number on the laptop to order correct parts. This becomes a bit difficult since there are various numbers on the back. Why can't I just give the support personnel the model and be done with it? Thirdly, Fujitsu seems to have various order databases all over the place. The Japanese system is not tied in with the US system. The US system is split into two. This becomes hellacious when the customer wants to get updates to an order. It's a pity, really. I like Fujitsu notebooks, but they still need a lot of work to get up to par with major IT vendors.

Update: They have now explained to me that my money is tied up in paypal somewhere, around the same time I ordered my card someone (or multiple someone's) lodged complaints with paypal (which I should have done but didnt try until after the 30 day limit) which froze their account. They claim they owe me nothing because my money is stuck in their paypal account and I claim they do but I can't get any legal help from anyone and I can't convince them to do what I want. Just save yourself the headache and avoid them. -------------------------------------------------- I tried to buy a video card from them over a year ago, despite constant calls and even legal threats from their local DA and the better business bureau they have yet to send me the card or (as they once claimed they would, but never did) a check in refund. Stay away from these people, they're scam artists!

I made a purchase from them because they claimed to have three in stock. I called first, to verify they actually had stock. While on the phone, I did place the order. I was told that "we could not find the item you ordered" and they continued to look. I find it strange a company can verify they have three in stock, only to not know where they are. Many companies that do this actually drop-ship from the manufactruer. In this case, the company did not know the item had been discontinued, and no more were available from the manufacturer. They did issue a refund, but I was not able to get the item I was assured was actually in stock when I called.

Ordered an extra battery (OEM)for my cell phone Monday morning (11/1/04) about 10AM EST and had it shipped USPS. Arrived Wednesday Morning (11/3/04). Product was as advertised and packaged neatly. Price was almost half that of other places selling non-OEM batteries and about a third compared to ordering from the manufacturer. Shipping was reasonably priced too. The only problem I found was that the conformation page and e-mail did not list the order contents, that had to be looked up on their web site. A minor inconvenience but something that would be nice to have handy. Overall a great experience and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Jabra BT800 bluetooth headset from this company via a listing on ebay on 12/27/05. Two weeks went by and I did not receive my headset. I sent numerous email and never received a single response. After almost a month I filed a fraud claim through paypal...and only then did I get a response through the paypal claims department stating that the item shipped out. I waited another week...and still no headset. I tracked the package and apparently it made it to my local post office...but then got lost. I...again...emailed the company, but this time through their website. I informed them that the package was lost...after contacting the post office many times. Their response...'dear customer...we cannot do anything since the package is in your location'. They refused a refund or replacement! Paypal finally found in my favor and automatically deducted the full sales price from their account and deposited the funds into my account. THANKS PAYPAL! After all this headache...the post office found the package more than a week later and delivered it. I could not believe what I saw when I opened up the box. I paid more than $80 for a 'BRAND NEW' headset. The manufacturers box was completely torn to shreds...the headset had a european charger...and the headset was used and abused (lcd scratched sooo bad that it was hard to see the display)!!! This company has scammed many people out of their hard earned money...just read their negative feedback on ebay (free_shipping_and_handling). I would never purchase again from this seller or off their website...and I would advise others not to purchase from this store!

With the New Prescott Chips being released I decided it was time to upgrade from my three year old computer. I ordered a new P4 3ghz HT chip (northwood), antec p160 case/400w antec powersupply, Soundblaster Audigy2 ZS Gamer and a new ASUS Motherboard. The customer support and service were topnotch. I've bought goods online for a good two to three years, ranging from Amazon.com to even pricewatch. The UGZ staff is professional, and while they're just starting up, they matched the prices I found on newegg. They excel in speedy delivery times, secure transactions, and professional conduct. I'll would rate this company off the charts for the service and quality I was given!

Sent 3 complete rebate documentation copies by fax over 20 months. No reply and it is now almost 2 years of nonpayment of $40 rebate. Strongly suggest we all get together in a class-action lawsuit.

I ordered MS Pro Office 2003 from this store, which arrived in perfect condition. It was an academic version which had not been conveyed to me (but was okay since that's actually what I wanted). The store never sent me a ship notification. My software arrived 9 days after the order was placed via USPS. For the fantastic price of the software, I am willing to live without all the bells and whistles I am accustomed to from other online stores. I'd buy again and recommend them to others.

I sent it back for warranty 12/07 and have kept in contact via email since (toadys date 12/17/04) have not been able to contact by phone as of yet. Wow,i ordered a 9700pro for 158.77(tax and shipping included) on Jan. 11 and i received the card on Jan.13 on the front of my door.Well packadged.Nice customer services.They called me on Jan.12 to confirm the order and the adress.They never pushing me to buy something else.I'm 100% satisfied.I took one precaution before to complete my order: i called to confired then the got my item in stock now.All the people who's got problem with this store seem's to be when the item are back order. UPDATE MARCH 18: Finnaly,my card past away in febuary.I send back the card to showwow and they received it 3 of march.they said to me than the 9700pro was not in-stock at the moment but they where supposed to receive some soon.We are now the 18th of march and no card.I send a e-mail to showwow on march 15 because this item is in-stock on the web site.Here is the e-mail: I should say sorry. It's a technical issue again. We have updated the status and noticed the technical support to prevent it happen again. Also the video card is on the way to us, so we should be able to ship to you soon. Status on march 18: IN-STOCK. Take care with this shop.Impossible to reach them by phone. UPDATE MARCH 23 After a lot of e-mail and after i told to Showwow than i will take legal procedure if the not send a replacement of the 9700pro,i received an e-mail from ANDY (the manager of Showwow).2 day's later,i received the new card and it's work fine. Finnaly,this is a happy ending.But sadly,i will not do buisness with Showwow in the future.It's impossible to reach someone by phone.Sometime,no answer for an e-mail you send,status of items are wrong on the website..... Be carefull with this compagny.

I ordered the HP 9500 19" CRT monitor refurbished because it was an awesome deal. Got it ontime in 3 days via FedEx, and the transaction went perfect. Got the monitor and I'm extremely happy to say the least. I swear this monitor looks like it's brand new; there isn't a single scratch or blemish at all whatsoever. It's exceeded all of my expectations, and so has Best Options Direct. I hope to order again from them in the future! You won't be sorry.

Ordered an HP P930 19IN CRT MONITOR by phone from Michael on May 25th. Had the monster at my door at noon on the 28th for a very fair shipping price. The refurbished monitor works perfectly and looks fantastic. I WILL be doing business again soon with these guys!

I placed the order from DTSKaraoke in the beginning of April with three items. After the order was placed did they inform me that two of them was on backorder but they are shipping the one that's in stock. 16 days after the order was placed, I emailed them to ask when the backordered items will ship. Since they didn't know, they proceed to canceled the order and replied that they didn't charge me for those two backordered items. I checked my credit card account online, and realized that they over charged me $10.68 (the one item that they shipped was $16 and I checked how much the shipping should cost and it came out to be $6, but the charge was $32.68). I emailed them requesting that they credit back the order charge ($10.68 to be exact). After days of waiting and resending them another email, they finally replied saying that they have credited the amount back to my account. I then checked my account and see that the credit they gave me was $9.98! What's up with that? Needless to say, I will not shop from them again.

I ordered a CAVS CO101 karaoke laptop from KTSKaraoke and they shipped it from DTSKaraoke. The item I received was a HannsBook SN10E2 NETBOOK. Not at all what I ordered or paid for. Sent them an email asking about it. They want 25% restocking fee for me to return it. Write SUCKER all over me because I was sure taken by them.
