I placed an order under USPS priopity from this company on the 20th of July and haven't recieved it. Today is the 27th of July. I can't contact them except through email, the dumb thing is they don't respond. I never got a confirmation number or tracking number...what a I going to do? I'm probably screwed... what's the matter with this freakin company, they can't even comply with there own terms on there website..don't order from this company

I purchased a canon EF300/2.8IS lens from this company after their ebay sale (ebay number as invoice) fell through. I received this lens and found there was no canon strap that was supposed to come with the lens yet it was billed as new. I did not think this was a big deal as I do not use the strap and replacements are inexpensive. However, I recontacted the company 3 months later about getting a canon EOS D60. I was told i could submit my credit card which would be charged and placed on a list and the camera would be shipped as they got stock. I refused to have my card charged. Two weeks later I asked about availability and they told me that I could purchase via ebay for 3000 dollars when their web site advertised the camera for 2199. I was told there was one ebay camera that the buyer backed out of and I could get it for 2800 before it was placed back on ebay. I was then told that if you purchased via their web site or by phone for 2199 you were on a list but the cameras coming from the distributor (canon) were going to ebay. So essentially they take your money, you believe you are on a wait list for shipment but the merchandise they do get goes to ebay for a higher price rather than the paying customer. When I questioned them on this policy they stated.. "this is our policy". I find this absolutely horrible practice. THey have lost my business and I know of at least 3 others who have had similar interactions. THey are not an honest outfit. Mark

Purchased a new Canon S45 US model. Shipped same day, when promised, even though I ordered late in the day. No pressure. Great communication (e-mail and phone). Camera just as promised, with all accessories, etc. This is an example of how things should work. Special thanks to Danny!

Tractor Supply Co. tractorsupply.com has not been competent as an online supplier in either getting you the right item or taking care of their customer. I spent hours on the phone getting through their surveys and directories to talk with a "customer Ha service" rep. just to find out if they even received the returned incorrect items that they kept repeatedly sending. I turned to Amazon Prime, and got what I needed in a couple days without issue. I have dealt with Amazon Customer Service and it now goes quite smoothly when issues arise. Places like Tractor Supply.com make Amazon Prime look quite inviting. FyrFly66

I wish I could give negative stars I've been a loyal customer every since they came to the Georgia ,( metro Atl.) market. Today is the last time I will ever darken the door. I routinely spend $350-$400.00 for personal supplies monthly, not to mention all the money the supers spend in the store. I have about 10-12 pairs of their jeans, and three pairs have ripped first day at the belt loop; right side next to pocket. Today I went in to get 4 tanks refilled and 140 pounds of dog food and other animal supplies . They told I was past return date; really a week ten days maybe. The purchase date was 2-8 for the jeans, and this is the first time I had a chance to go by. Also I'm was wearing another pair for the first time, bought the same day I bought the defective pair. Joey;MOD, knows I'm in East Cherokee store, at least a couple times a month. I would never let, one my retail stores or the contracting companies treat a customers this way, especially over less than $ 5.00 corporate investment.

I have to say STAY 500 MILES Away from this company. I ordered a Platinum XP case from them it came with a broken Temp display and the case was beat up like it was used. 2nd It took for ever to get my case phone call after phone call trying to figure out if I was calling the US or the local Chinese restaurant. VERY VERY bad customer service!!! They charged me and I waited and waited 45 days until I had to threaten to come done to their location and get my money back in person. 3rd what a scam the company is actually ahanix and they have 3 websites that they can pass there customers back and forth and give them a run around. Avoid fancycase.com and ahanix.com and exoticpc.com all the same scam company. 4th I tried to get a refund they just kept passing me back and forth speaking whatever language they were to me not English. So I charged the order back and contacted the BBB and the States Attorney about there fraud practices. AVOID THIS GROUP OFF RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

I ordered a pc from them in January. Had conflict over whether I would get both the free shipping and the cash discount (fine print on hidden page said one or the other but the configuration page showed both). Wrote and pointed out they weren't doing me any favor with the cash discount since they were just passing along the savings from not paying VISA and they got more certainty about their money. They never acknowledged this but agreed to make an exception. This left a bad taste in my mouth. So did their famous "stage of build" system that never really gives you an ETA. I guess everyone accepts this but I found them to be a little smug and indifferent. Cancelled more order. Glad I did. Will order from PowerNotebooks when I am ready.

I have used SunDial Micro, Inc last year and purchase a gift for my wife. Arrived really fast for being on the east coast and sundial being in west coast. Shipping was very fast. Now I made a second purchase with them and With free ground shipping. I am going to have my item within 3 business days. Can not beat this. Also found there price cheaper than all companies. They beat every price from eBay to amazon, newegg and tigerdirect. Have to say, Thank You Jennifer for both orders and Hope the business stays on top.

I bought a cartridge from them it came to the house leaking and the roller was exposed which that should not have happened. They told me to do a lot of things to the printer but I did not because I have purchased other ink from ld products and had no problem. I got an rma number and returned to them at my expense and then they had the gaul to tell my credit card company they never recieved the item but I proved to the credit card company that they did. As of today I have never recieved any money from them for shipping. If want poor quality and no customer service please order from this POOR company and your own risk

This is the second time I have bought from Megatroners , the first twenty cartridges lasted five years without any problems. So I reordered and I got my order in two days and I saved tons of money. I made a mistake on my order so I contacted customer service . My mistake was corrected immediately. Why would anyone one spend eight dollars for one cartridge when you can get them for a dollar fifty.

Ordered cable booster on Feb 11; arrived Feb 19; didn't work; finally got RMA and returned it on Feb 24. Been notified that it was returned, but on Apr 2, I'm still waiting for my credit. I think this POOR customer service and I wouldn't use again.

I ordered a Garmin Streetpilot on 3/21, and was told it would ship within 24 hours. It is now 3/28, the thing has not shipped but my credit card has been billed. When you try to call customer service, you get a recording saying they are closed, even though it is currently during their regular weekday hours. I tried to leave a voicemail, but not surprisingly I suppose, the voicemail box was full and the system hung up on me. Am going to try to get my credit card company to reverse the charge.

I purchased an AMD FX-53, 2.4GHz eXFuel from Thunderbox. Throughout the process of custom configuring, orderine on-line and packaging, customer service is exceptional. Starting with Thunderbox's site, the beautiful pictures of computer systems, lots of information, a great system builder with images that change--really helps you see what your ordering. Ordering on-line--all my questions were answered promptly. If you don't need the hardware, Thunderbox will let you know. Everything I ordered was packaged neatly in separate boxes. The extra personal touch was getting a performance manual, and I was surprised to get manuals for all the hardware that went into building the computer. I have the manual for the computer case. The setup was simple with Thunderbox's eXFuel setup guide, so Voila!--I have a sleek and elegant computer that runs fast, cool, and close to silent. For someone who truly wants a custom built system, you will feel that the computer was made especially for you.

I just cut/pasted the letter I sent to them: Jon my friend, I just wanted to give you some feed-back on the Warcry Special you sold and sent me. It ROXORs. I bought it mostly to play Horizons and as an upgrade for playing Asheron's Call. The graphics and speed are amazing. thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU! When I opened the packing I was a little concern with the box that said "IS7 series mother board". I have some skills but wasn't looking forward to starting out from scratch. Luckily for me (as you know) it was full of paperwork. The binder was also a nice touch. The whole package was the most user-friendly system I have ever purchased. Certainly a far cry from a (real name deleted) product that I did have to start from almost scratch.

i ordered a graphic card on sept 24. and not only was the site cheap, but they gave me 2 day air for .20 cents! what a deal! well they made me pay... not only was there a "address billing error" but they hadn't even comfirmed w/ me! so i had to call them up, and confirmit all w/ the bank by my self. so to not mess with any other problems, i went down to the place itself. there they had poo serverice, but i also had to pay the more, non-updated price, and shipping! but if i were to returned it, they would have made me pay the restocking fee, even tho it would only mean cancel the bill and recharing! horrible bs. unless ur gonna pick up from the warehouse it self, i dont recomend buying from here.

I placed my order on November 19th, but the order was not processed until 8 days later. This was in part due to the fact that I ordered a black monitor, and they were out of black. I spoke with someone over the phone, and they said they had the item in white, and asked them to change it to white for me. They apparently did not do so, waited until they had a black version of the item, and then processed the order. The monitor arrived a day before the scheduled delivery date, however, the monitor has inversed colors on it in certain places, like "magnet marks". This was an open box product, but i was assured over the phone that the item would be in good working order, which it was not. I have now been awaiting an RMA request for approximately 1 week, with no response whatsover

Called site after seeing no apparent update after 2 business days. It was a pleasant conversation & after a low-key mention of additional items that I may need, my order was updated and status reflected as such. Fuji S5000 arrived Xmas eve... just in time. Later that night opened it to discover that it is malfunctioning. I can only guess the CCD became dislodged/misaligned somehow making the camera unusuable. Called priceler 12/29, expecting to be on hold forever due to the holidays..Total of about 30 minutes and was greeted by George. Nice to talk with him. Explained the situation, he said to tell the wife he was sorry, gave me an RMA# for return with few questions asked. Considering that it is the Christmas season, everything has gone fine, and I will do business with priceler again. I mean, after all, I can't blame the merchant for a misbehaving camera. Priceler does indeed take care of the customer after the sale, and that's what is important.

Update again: I FINALLY received an email from these guys after 6 days and they claimed there was a blizzard and it took their entire work force 6 hours to get into the building. They offered me a FREE blue cathode, because they were out of stock on the conductive pens and they were waiting to get restocked, they said it would take another week or two. I decided to cancel my order (it was a hard decision because of the FREE blue cathode) but since i need the conductive pen in a few days, i had to cancel and buy from another company which shows you order status and lives just a state away, hell, i could drive to their store, but it would probably cost more that $5 for gas (it was $5 for shipping) so its best just to let them deliver (lol). And anyway, i already have a blue cathode in my rig and they're only about 20bux at compusa, possibly cheaper somewhere else. Well, thats it, uhh i'll increase this company's ratings because i didnt know they were stuck in a blizzard and that was what was taking them so long to reply to me.

I ordered some a stick of xtreme ddr 3000 ram and a hsf unit from computerblocks. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. I needed the parts fast, and I wasn't contacted with a shipping notification the next day, so I called them up. It turns out the parts were shipped already, but for some reason fedex didn't email me the shipping confirmation. Either way, it was shipped out on the same day I ordered, and got here in 3 days. Everything was in good condition, although the hsf was a little bent on one side (nothing a pair of pliers couldn't fix). Overall, I would buy from them again. Besides the email confusion, they seem very eager to help and were very helpful over the phone. They are a relatively new company, but I can definitely recommend them for sure.

I recently ordered a Canon EOS 60D on-line. The order process was very simple; I immediately received an order confirmation, and then received a separate shipping notification on the same day. I received the camera two day after ordering it. By the way, none of the main competitors (B&H, Adorama, etc.) had the body in stock and Calumetphoto.com offered a “summer” discount which made the total cost $40 less than the others with free shipping included. Oh yeah, I also received a free 8GB memory card. I’ve read the recent reviews which were not very favorable, however my experience has been top notch.

Great price on Panaflow fans...$27.50 for 10...can't beat that. Getting the order going was a bit slow. I ordered on Monday, 3/8/04, the package didn't ship until 3/11/04...and it won't arrive until 3/15/04 according to UPS. FREE shipping, so I can't complain there, but taking 3 working days to ship is a little slow. No biggie...still well worth the price, especially considering the fans aren't urgently needed...

Ordered 512MB of Geil PC3700 CL 2.5-3-3-8 memory. The memory fails to boot at this speed. On several computers. Naturally, I don't feel like I should have to pay a 20% restocking fee, as they sold me fradulent memory. No one there speaks english so trying to argue with them is pointless. DO NOT buy from these people. Just buy from newegg instead.

I bought a product from powerinnumbers (australia) from my home in The Netherlands. Everything went very smooth. My e-mails were replied almost instantaneously and delivery took about 2-3 days with an OK price for the delivery cost. The problem started after receiving the device. It didn't work. I tested a lot of different options, even together with beta-testers of this product on one of the internet forums. It turned out the device was defective. From that moment on the mails from powerin numbers were almost completely ignored. In the end, I contacted the manufacturer of the product and he invited me to have the product shipped to him (Korea) for free and repair it. recently I received it back in perfect working order with an explanation of the problem. For me it is clear that powerinnumbers may have interresting prices but absolutely inadequate after-sales service from Purchasing went very smooth

Fast order processing, good informations provided via email after the order (including DHL tracking code). Very fast delivery (3 days from Melbourne to Milan). I recently went online to purchase swimming pool paint. I found Water Warehouse that stated FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING. I did not receive all of the products I ordered. I was missing 2 of the 3 gallons of paint that I had ordered. In shipping the paint was damaged and sent back to the company. The Doheny Water Warehouse did not email me to let me know that this had occured. I finally had to call the customer service line and was told that the paint was damaged and that they would send me out 2 new gallons that day and I should receive them on Thursday. Well Thursday at the end of business day I called. I found out from another customer service agent that the paint I was expecting was never shipped. I got the run around after that...they said "Oh we won't charge you the handling fee for this shipment." I stated of course not, it wasn't my fault in the first place. They offered to give me a $15 coupon for my next purchase. I told them there would be no next purchase. Now 18 days later (NEXT DAY SHIPPING RIGHT) and I still have not received the other 2 gallons of paint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a winter cover with a 15 year limited warranty with a 4 year unlimited warranty. After the second season, the cover had multiple rips and tears exceeding 15 such spots rendering it useless. After contacting both the Waterwarehouse and there warranty company, DEI, on April 27, 2009, I sent them a 10" x 10" section of the defective cover. No action has been taken to date.

Preordered a Retail Radeon 9700Pro, because no one was sure about the OEM cards at the time. Called them up the first time, very prompt answers, didn't try and make up stuff if they didn't know the answer. Put in the preorder, contacted about approximate shipping date after most major retailers had gotten thiers pushed back. Called over the phone saying their was pushed back. When the card shipped, the owner called to give me the tracking number. Got my card a couple of days before most other places were shipping theres. Great support!

I ordered a Radeon 7500 OEM from www.dljsystem.com and recieved it withen 4 buisness days. (ups ground) The card came well packaged and works perfectly. No complaints =) For those interested - The card is made by Sapphire (powered by ati) and it's default gpu/mem clock is 270/365.

Semsons is the only US company I could find that carries high precision cf GPS cards, so IMHO they're #1 by default. Fast shipping, excellent web site, and low prices on GPS equipment help (although they were running a Christmas sale at the time, so I don't know what their "normal" prices are). My only beef is that they don't carry certain GPS software, particularly Destinator 3. Overall, excellent company. PS My package was delivered on Christmas day (!!) despite paying only their flat rate normal shipping ($5). That may have nothing to do with Semsons and everything to do with the USPS, but either way, nice work!

I ordered a cartridge for my Dell printer. I received a cartridge for a Lexmark. I called to get it replaced and after asking me 4 times what cartridge I received they said they would send the correct cartridge. Over a week later I still had not received my cartridge. I called again and they said they never shipped the new cartridge. They are now going to send me the correct cartridge via US Mail. It will be over three weeks since I placed the order before I get the cartridge. I will never shop from them again.

I ordered a ATI Radeon 9700 pro on the 19th. The ETA was the 23rd on the item. On the 23rd they changed the ETA to the 28th so I was quite dissapointed. Then on the 28th they changed the ETA once again to the 30th!! Many people that ordered from other shops had already had their card shipped and/or recieved the card by this time!! So, I cancelled my order on the 30th when it still was not available!! So I simply went to another site that had it in stock and ordered it. I ended up paying more but AT LEAST I WILL GET THE CARD! I'm very dissapointed :(

Typically, I do not like getting spam sale products in my email, however this site sends out some really interesting products to help with raising your kids. For example, my kids are always banging up their fingers and they sell this really neat plastic finger protector just for kids. My son hates getting his hair washed due to the soap in his eyes and I saw they sell a special shampoo visor. Very unique items for sale on this site. Prices seem very reasonable.

Like so many other comments, I ordered 4 sticks of 1GB RAM. The sticks were just tossed into a small plastic bag that was cut/heat sealed. It's quite clear that the RAM was stored improperly, perhaps in a large storage bin, because at arrival I could already see a loose part inside the _sealed_ package - looked like a capacitor. Further inspection revealed _identical_ damange to 2 of the 4 sticks, but only 1 loose part - meaning the other one was broken BEFORE it was even packaged! I didn't even want to try putting the other two sticks into my computer, fearing it might damage something. There is no identification of the manufacturer of the RAM, and therefore no recourse for RMA/warranty except AIB itself. And then, like all the other comments, you find that they never answer your e-mail (it's been one week now without any response), phone calls take you on a loop and finally end in an answering machine, and their "live" chat is never online. So there you are - stuck with broken memory and nobody to contact. Will be disputing charges with credit card and filing complaints with BBB and AG for fraud.

Using their Buyaib.com Memory Configurator page, I ordered two sticks of 256mb memory for my HP Pavilion 7850 that the page told me would be compatable with my computer. Once I got the memory and installed them into my computer the memory would not work with it. I would return the memory, except that I refuse to pay the s&h fee PLUS a %15 restocking fee for something that is not my fault. Not to mention they have the most complicated method I've ever seen for returning a product. I have also emailed the company and told them about my problem 3 days ago (of this writing) and have not got a response back and it is now too late to return what I ordered because I've past the 7 day return policy.

Ordered on 8/15 w/Paypal confirmation on same date, inquired as to order status on 8/19. They said that it shipped 'the day after payment cleared' (i.e., 8/16 or conceivably 8/18 since the 15th was a Friday). Received item on 9/4, postmarked 9/2. It seems that the seller is either disorganized about their shipments, or dishonest.

I have purchased from this company about 6 times; buying either Blank DVD Cases or Ritek DVD-R 4x. All of my orders were processed and shipped fast (within 1 business day); shipping took about 1 week due to the warehouse being on the west coast and I'm located on the east. I have had no problems with any orders from this site. I have not had to deal with customer service, so I cannot produce a valid comment. Prices for the products I was looking for were the lowest I could find (generally about $1 less then Mertline). Packaging for DVD-R is good. There is enough packing peanuts to protect the product. I have not recieved any damaged products. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my purchases from CDRDVDRMEDIA and will be buying from them in the future and would recommend them.

This merchant is a complete Fraud. Shipment was never made although of course payment was received and processed by them. They were able to issue a UPS tracking number by providing billing info but they cancelled it 4 days after. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I ordered a DSC-F828 for about 740 before shipping. They tried to sell me a few things but were not pushy. When I refused Mark responded that my item would not ship until late the following week then would not arrive until late the week after that. So almost three weeks after purchase I would recieve the camera. I asked for any type of shipping upgrades and he said none were available because they would be closed in the following days ie the middle of the week, and weedays in the following week. It takes one to two days to ship it and it was in stock. I say bull. Another company from a long list that just tried to snag me into wasting money on astronomically overpriced accessories who give a cold shoulder to those just wanting the camera.

Just to add to this - it is now August 22 and still not credit. Around the first of August, we had a shipping company trying to call us to confirm shipment of a tv from them!! We had already gotten the same tv elsewhere and was already in our living room besides the fact that we had cancelled the order and were told we would have our credit in 3-5 days! We should have read the other reviews first. The ones that we read when we ordered are no where to be found now. We ordered July 1 and 21 days later, they still can not find our tv or provide a tracking # - their reply "it must have been stolen" Told them to cancel. They offered an upgrade but "oh wait, they are out of that one too". Said we found the tv elsewhere and to credit our credit card. Still no credit showing - they charged it the day of the order but can't seem to credit it a week later. Our credit card company is filing a dispute for us. Will not answer your email and when you call, good luck at getting someone to answer. I would not do business with them again under any circumstances!

When I contacted allmediaoutlet it took three emails to even get them to understand that I received the wrong media and then they would not even own up to thier mistake, probably deliberatly selling Ricoh as Ritek! The only reason I am giving Victoria's Secret to is because they're Sport leggings are hands-down the best I've ever tried. Other than that nearly everything else I have ever purchased from them has faded, got holes in them, or just plain fell apart despite the fact that I always wash on gentle or hand wash, and I never put anything in the dryer. I have panties that I have purchased from Frederick's of Hollywood over 10 years ago and they still are in great condition and I have panties that I purchased from Victoria's Secret a few months ago and they are completely falling apart. I don't even put them in the dryer. Every single time I order online or shopping store I am told about all of the sales, discounts, reward cards, and etcetera. I am a student and I'm supposed to get 15% off my purchase. I also have the credit card and get regular reward cards and used to get free panties but they quit sending those to everyone. I have never once in my entire history of shopping with Victoria's Secret had a smooth checkout experience whether it be in store or online. There's always a problem with using a reward card or getting a reward card or using a discount. They should not advertise things if they are not going to let you use them. I leave frustrated every single time I go in a store place an order. This is part of the reason why the lines are so long they always have all of these things going on and can never figure out what the customers are and aren't allowed to use together. They're so sheets are completely overworked. I know this because I used to work there and it was the worst experience of my life. They are always understaffed and running around like crazy never knowing what they should be doing. There are always too many sales and not enough time for them to go over the sales so they're always uninformed and never know what's going on. Often I leave realizing that they forgot to apply discount or put in a reward card or free gift that I was supposed to get. They never know what their stock is or what their sales are or basically what is going on in the store they work in. My last experience shopping inside of the store went something like this: The entire store was a mess and I was unable to find anything. Waited a long time to get a fitting room and once I did I realize one of the things I had grabbed ran small. I waited over half an hour for an associate finally come help me. I then waited another half an hour after she disappeared in the store to come back to me. I was told that somebody could bring me out on the mobile POS but there was nobody to be found so I waited in line for just as long as I did in the fitting room. By the time I got to the register the item out of school. I could order online was not available so I decided just to take the one I had my hand even though it wasn't the one I wanted. Victoria's Secret was having a bra and Sport pants set for $50 promotion. When she rang up the bra and Sport pants though, they weren't ringing up correctly and she didn't know what to do so I did not get to purchase the items. I waited all that time in the fitting room and in line for nothing. I left that with other items I was going to purchase and decided to just order online. Upon ordering online they did not have the items I found in the store that I wanted either and I was unable to use my student discount online or in-store. I finally got my shipment but they left out my reward card. I am done with Victoria's Secret at this point.

I received a Tamron Lens from US1Photo in early Oct 2009. I proceeded to use the lens for approx. 6 weeks and began to have issues with the lens binding when moving it. I called US1Photo on 11/11 and spent about 30 mins on the phone with 2 people, at which point they requested some time to review the situation and would call me back. 2 days later I received a call and a follow-up e-mail stating I should send the lens into Tamron for Warranty service and used the Tamron Warranty form US1Photo sent me. Tamron REJECTED the warranty service as US1PHOTO is NOT an authorized dealer for Tamron. So now I am stuck with a less than functioning lens. THE MORAL IS: DO NOT BUY FROM ANY STORES THAT ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS - at least if you are buying a Tamron (which by the way is a really good lens). US1PHOTO is NOT listed among the many Authorized Dealers on Tamron's web site - something I have never run into previously with any other electronics supplier.

I ordered a cell phone battery for my panasonic phone. It was allure and I ordered a titanium eb-tx310 battery that was advertised as 800 to 1000mah. It arrived silver instead of titanium and was only a 650mah power. I returned the item and e-mailed customer service over and over with no response. Now I don't even have the wrong item. I'm out 34 dollars and am a little angry.

I have placed 2 orders with Iguana Labs, and both shipped out the very next day. Packaging was very good, and all parts arrived in perfect condition. Service is very quick and friendly. I'm an electronics newbie, and the included documentation (with the microprocessor kit) was invaluable, and even I was able to build circuits, program microprocessors, and write/compile my own code in a new project. This is a great deal for beginners like me. Iguana Labs are a 10 in my book.

I actually called the company before placing an order on OCZ 9600 blades, and they had told me that they would have the memory on the 11th, and would be able to ship them then. So when they didn't ship on the 11th, I opened a ticket, and asked what the delay was. Apparently I was lied to on the phone to boost sales, and they said that the parts would come in on the 18 IF ocz was able to ship the parts. I worked in shipping and receiving at an electronics manufacturer for a year, so I basically know what that means. They ran out of binned 9600 memory, and now they are waiting to bin more so they can ship. Definitely not what I signed up for. This happened again on the 23rd, will probably continue to happen. The last time I emailed them they haven't even bothered to respond still. I'm not sure about Canada, but in USA this is considered a fraudulent sales practice. Poor customer service, Fraud... these guys are horrid. Really, 0 out of 5 stars, nearing up on a month and nothing to show for the good practice of calling ahead and asking before I order. I will never buy from memory depot again.

Great People to deal with if you don't mind waiting two weeks for a system. I was able to customize the PC I wanted for a great price!! The only thing that you need to be weary of is that they don't always give you the same parts that you ordered. ie: I ordered a case with front USB ports and mine does not have them. Oh well, I can always add ports to an empty drive bay when I am ready to use the front ports. They packaged the product very good as the computer came without a ding or a scratch in sight. I ordered an OEM sound card on Friday, January 10, 2003. They had the best price on the web. I got an e-mail confirmation of my order on Monday the 13th, but no shipping info. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait to see if the item would arrive. It did, the next Monday, the 20th. The item was well packed and exactly what I ordered. Aside from the lack of communication, this was a good transaction.

I ordered a Sigma 105 f1.4 for my Nikon. Gave the make and model to the sales manager. He told me he would order it in which would take 3 days and it would then ship out. I got an email a few days later which was frustrating enough and the lens he had ordered me was for a CANON, not my NIKON. I called immediately and he assured me this was just a typo and the NIKON version would be shipping out that night and I would receive a tracking number that same day. A few days go by and still no email or updates or tracking. I called again and a new employee tells me in fact they did order the wrong lens and they had to order in the correct Nikon version with no time frame on when it would arrive and ship out. The customer service on the phone was rude and no apologies were made to me. I will never be buying from this joke of a store again.

My first Velocity desktop ran for 11 years and only needed repairs once. I'm just setting up its replacement now. If you want reliable hardware, delivered with no bloatware and a quality build you'd be hard pressed to do better than Velocity. The new computer may well outlive me, but if it doesn't, its replacdment will come from Velocity. I would never consider another manufacturer.

I purchased a gaming computer from Tantus in February. I had trouble with it when it first came which was from a manufacturer defect from the motherboard company. They were quite efficient in handling the problem when it was returned to them and had me up and running in no time. It has been a great system and was well worth the money. Ed is phenomenal at cunstomer satisfaction issues and personally handled all of my troubles even contacted me on a weekend to update me.I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a custom built affordable system.It is all top of the line and flying with all gaming use so far.Note to Tantus keep Ed!! He will be the reason I buy from you again.

I searched Alienware, Velocity, Dvline, and others but gladly went with tantus. Even without all the great extras like free shipping, 5-7 day turnaround, 5 year warranty, and more this is an awesome price for what you get. The system works great and does what its supposed to.

Heres the deal: I purchased a case with 300w power supply on the ninth of september, along with all the other parts for a computer i was putting together. within one and a half weeks, i had gotten everything EXCEPT my case. I decided to cut them some slack, even though an invoice email i was sent after purchasing said my case would ship in 2-3 days. Finally, as of the 19th, i still had no case, so i sent them a restrained email asking for some information about my case within a week. 5 days later, i wrote them a much more threatening message saying they had 3 days to get in contact with me. Still nothing, and now i am going to bring my business elsewhere, write this report, and talk to someone about their illegally billing me(you can't accept payment until the order has left the dock). For your sake and mine, please do NOT ever ever buy anything from this company.

Below was posted 9/26/02 - I now receive my Credit Card bill to discover that the BILLED ME for parts that we had NEVER RECEIVED. Not only are they extremely dishonest, they are apparently fraudulently processing payments. -------Original Message----- I purchased an item on 09/05/02. Immediate received an order confirmation e-mail stating "Will ship in 2-3 days". I allow 2 weeks to pass, as I was out of the office for one of those weeks. I called and left a few messages with no response. I finally received a response to a short, direct e-mail where I quoted their own shipping policy. The next day I received a ship notification from UPS. I waited until the approximate ship date from UPS had passed and called UPS to discover that the package hadn't even been picked up yet. I called the office and was shocked to have an actual person answer the phone. I explained the situation and was put on hold, off and on, for a total of 15 minutes. By this time I was completely offended by the lax, unprofessional attitude of this company. The "customer service rep" then actually tried to lie to me by saying the freight had already shipped. Too late, I had already called UPS. She claimed it could take 2 days to show up on the system, but since I am the shipping manager and purchasing manager, I knew that was a bogus excuse and that my order hadn't even been placed. I just cancelled the order. She claimed that I would have to refuse the package because it was en route, but no package has materialized. In short DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you don't mind waiting 4+ weeks for your order.

Their order authentication/fraud protection process consisted of forcing me (the cardholder) to call during business hours and state my name and order number. They asked for no further info to verify that I was who i said I was. This offered no real protection from fraud. A person committing fraud could easily call in and claim to be me. Such a process serves only to inconvenience the customer and potentially delay an order. In my opinion, they should either drop the verification process entirely or make it meaningful. The CSR I spoke with was unaccommodating and slightly rude. They automatically started sending me their sales newsletter without my request or permission. Most sites use a checkbox during the ordering process to allow the user to opt out. On a positive note, the item shipped on the day the order was placed and arrived undamaged.

I ordered on the 26th of June, right away received a back order email, saying that the products would be delivered approximately 3 weeks. I checked the status on its website weeks after weeks and it was still on back order. I attempted to contact the phone number listed on the site, but I only got the voice mail. Finally, almost 1 month later, I sent an email and got a reply back saying that my order would be shipped the next business day. ---------- "Sorry for delay! Your order will be shipped on 07/28/03" -------------------- That is the actualy reply I received back. Terrible customer service, can't contact by phone. I would not recommend this to anybody. Note: My card was charged full amount right away after my order.

This is the first time I ordered from USA Notebooks.The Site was very easy to nav.The ordering,also was very easy.The only issue I have is not with USA notebook it self.Rather their pick of shipper.I picked the 3 day ground option from fedx.that was on a Thursday.The notebook shipped and was picked up the same day.Now my logic said the following Tuesday would be 3 days.But it showed on Wednesday.That's 4 days and I paid for 3.If may?I have found USPS to be better all the way around.Plus cheaper.Other that that the the entire experience was perfect.As to the computer.It came very well packed and the condition of this refurbished comp.Looked like new.It booted right up and performs with flaw.Thanks You guys for offering great refurbed products.I WILL order from you again! This is actually the second purchase from usanotebook.com first one was for my personal use and the second was after recommending this company to my boss. The first experience was so above and beyond what I was expecting that while speaking to my boss he mentioned we needed 50-75 laptops for our sales team I told him about the great experience and excellent help provided by usanotebook. After a few days I was informed that the bosses had checked out there website and agreed with my recommendation. Our company purchased 65 laptops each one came in such good shape that my boss could not believe that they where refurbished and kept going on that USAnotebook must have made a mistake and sent brand new laptops. In fact they made me call and confirm these where refurbished and of course I was told they where and that while we ordered with only CD drives there was a shortage of cd drive available at the time so they upgrade all to the laptops to CD/CDRW at no extra charge. This made my boss very, very happy.
