the stuff got here today, no problems what so ever (the shipping took that long because its fedex and because of memorial day). it was all hand packed, and they used environmentally safe paper packing material. you could see on the invoice where the shipper took the time to check off everything as he packed it. and i dont know what those people on the consumer review site were talking about, but i was sent a shipping notice. i ordered one of there "electronics surprise boxes" and when it got here, i was dumbfounded. as you can see in the picture, the box on the lower left, its about 4.5'x4' and its packed full of little components all for just 5 dollars. its probably at least 15 bucks worth of stuff in there. overall im completely and totally satisfied.

Site allowed me to pick out the parts I needed without having to have the manufacturer part number in advance, a real plus since the model was quite old and even the manufacturers web site did not recognize the model number. Ordering the parts was easy, and I got very quick email confirmation of the order. This email also contained information about the warranty and return policies. In addition I received a seperate email from customer service reminding me that because I had ordered electrical parts they could not be returned for refund AFTER they were installed in the appliance, so to be sure I verified the part numbers etc before installing. The parts shipped 2 days later. I received email notification upon shipment, including UPS tracking numbers. In addition, because the shipping location was in Oklahoma, shipping time was about half what I usually see for mail-order shipping across the county. I got the parts in factory parts bags, well packed, and they worked great. All for significantly less than the price I was quoted for some of the parts locally.

Ordered the item on 11/23/04 and it was shipped the same day and received two days after by Fedex. Web site is excellent to find repair parts and the prices were good. Difficult to get through to their customer service on their toll free number or to get a reply by e-mail. However, I am happy for their speedy shipment and would do businees with them again.

Ordered a pre-modded X-Box on Thursday, received it the following Thursday, with the standard shipping options. While they didn't respond to my e-mail very quickly, contacting them via phone was easy, and the person I spoke with was very helpful. A little more packaging couldn't have hurt, it was just packed in the X-Box Styrofoam. The controller arrived broken, keeps moving to the right, but am currently working with them to get that resolved. Will update progress. All in all, a very pleasant experience, I would defiantly do business with them again.

I took a chance when ordering from this company, because they were not listed on resellerratings.com, and I'm glad I did. I ordered a Canopus ADVC-100, and when no one else had this unit in stock (even newegg was backordered for three weeks), CAI Cameras, aka CA Imaging, had it in stock at $15 LESS than most retailers. I called to verify that it was , in fact, in stock. The rep I talked to was very courteous, and even suggested that I degrade my original shipping choice, because it would arrive at the same time at a lower cost. I called in my order at 3PM, and to my amazement I received a shipping confirmation from UPS that very night! 4 day shipping from Cali to Ohio for ten bucks. I have never experienced such good service. The web site isnt the best, the selection isnt huge, but the company is doing a good job of selling what they have. I will definitely buy from CAI again.

I'm a video designer/editor in Northern California. Finding myself in a technological mess after having a local vendor try to upgrade my editing computer, I called CAI Cameras in Anaheim. They helped me solve a software/hardware incompatibility issue. As a result, I purchased the Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme video card from them. Flora and James gave me all around excellent customer service, not just over the phone, but via email, and in person as well. I happened to be going to the L.A. area for a couple of days. Not only were they able to meet my deadline to install the card in my computer, they also satisfactorily checked out the machine, and corrected potential configuration problems the previous vendor created (who was not skilled in video), no doubt saving me a lot of frustration and lost efficiency in the long run. Since my purchase, they have provided friendly and helpful followup support, answering my questions and walking me through the few inevitable 'bugs' inherent in any new setup. I highly recommend CAI Cameras. James and Flora are great to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and easy to do business with. They are not necessarily wholesale and below cost, but I found their prices fair and reasonable. I feel like they are folks that geniunely will go the extra mile for their customers. It's hard to put a price tag on that! They made an otherwise frustrating experience a lot less frustrating!

I have had my computer for over a month now & I love it. So far everything is running great. I must say I was a little leary when I figured out the company was smaller than I originally thought but the product is very good and for the first week I am sure I drove them nuts because before I got the computer I had downloaded the newer version of my antivirus/firewall with my old computer and when my new computer came I installed it off the cdr I had it on not knowing it was infected with a virus, I immediately started having problems & thought it was the new computer I called Jacky several times in a state of panic but once it was figured out what was wrong & fixed I have had no problems since & Jacky was extremely patient with my freaking out. Very pleased, my whole family likes it and are so glad we don't have our crappy Dell anymore!

I placed an order on July 22, and paid via PayPal, which was processed immediately. On July 29, I tried to look for an order update, but couldn't get status from their website. So, I emailed a status request. The following morning I received two emails stating that the product was out of stock and that they would cancel and refund my order immediately. "You will be issued a full refund within 24 hours. You should see a credit posted to your account in 2-7 business days." I ordered two items from this company. A universal choke heater, and a 'OEM' fuel guage for a jeep. There was no picture that matched the universal choke heater and it didn't resemble what I was replacing in the least. But I take responsibility for that one. The fuel guage was defective, it would rise to show the level but would not return to empty when disconnected. Not much good if you have to manually push it as the fuel level drops. At first the company seemed receptive to me returning the parts, then no response to my emails, once I wanted a replacement for the defective guage. I am editing this review for the last time. I have finally received a credit for the parts and an apology letter from this company, which far exceeds what I expected. They sent me an RMA and paid for the return shipping which is definitely unheard of. I will be a return customer especially since the company went to such great lengths to rectify the situation.

I was bringing my business to this particular store, just because that idea of helping the small guys. However, I just came to the realization that they don't care at all about their customers. I placed an order online. I received a call from them that the transaction has been declined. Ironically I was opening the email my CC had sent me of the transaction been approved. Nonetheless, I called my CC company, after spending near an hour with them on the phone, they concluded that they didn't know what MarineDepot was talking about, that the transaction was totally approved and that there was no issue at all. I was able to see the transaction as pending in my online banking account too. My CC gave me a phone for merchant support so I could give it to MarineDepot. I called MarineDepot again. What I got? Total rudeness, they didn't want to look into the issue, they couldn't care less for what the CC company was saying, not to give them a call to clarify the issue. I guess that this type of attitude is why people go and do business with Amazon.

Ordering online is easy, but I typically call in to place my orders because their staff is so nice and will usually tell you if there is a coupon you can use or something new I might be interested in based on my order history. I still shop at my local fish store for livestock, but that's about it. MarineDepot.com has all my aquarium supply business and I would highly recommend them, especially to new hobbyists just getting their fins wet. They will help you succeed!

Ordered a Barton 2500 XP processor. Got confirmation email and all, but didn't hear anything for a few days. Emailed them inquiring what was going on only to find out that they didn't have the item in stock. They were honest and quick in their reply, unlike many other online retailers. I appreciate that, even though they didn't bother to email me to let me know it was not in stock.

I bought the hdmi cables as there was a Mail in rebate of $20. Cables Unlimited deliberately delayed the shipping so that I got 1-2 days to send the MIR. There was no response from their support/sales/service for couple of emails. Will never do business with these unscrupulous folks. Stay far away from these store. As for the cables, it was a bad buy as well as my prev cable which came with PS3 has far superior pictures .So nothing much in that department..

I bought a PC100 128MB on 01/28/03 it took 3 weeks to recived the memory and went i finally got them there were DOA, I pay $14.00 for S&H them he just spend $3.95 for S&H. Try it on 2 diferent comp. send email, phone calls but not comunication, 2 more weeks went by got in touch with him, told me to send it back wich i did, He say he never recived the memories. I never get new Memory, Money back, nothing... The only thing the i got from him was a lot of back attitud..... Ebay didnt do NOTHING

On Thursday 30 January, 2003 I placed an order (order #16) from Nerdsupply Inc. for the following items: 1. Qty 1, Corsair 512MB PC2700 DDR333 NON-EEC RAM 2. Qty 1, AMD ATHLON XP2000+ processor in retail box 3. Qty 2, Western digital 80 gig hard drive (model # WD800JB) 4. Qty 1, Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Black motherboard Late in the evening on February 3, 2002, I contacted Nerdsupply as to why my order status was still “processing payment” while PayPal had confirmed that the payment had been accepted the evening of the 30th. In a response received by email, I was told that the hard drives I had ordered were backordered and would be coming in on the 4th. I was also informed that the shipping on this order would be upgraded to FedEx 2nd day to account for the delay. In an email message dated 2/5, I was informed that the tracking number for this order was 150222210022663. I checked the FedEx tracking information on the FedEx website, and found that this package was not shipped 2nd day like promised, but rather by ground. After being promised 2nd day shipping, I immediately inquired why the order was shipped by ground. I was told that it was a mix-up with the shipping company, and Nerdsupply could have the package recalled and shipped by 2nd day. However, I was informed that this recall would take 2-3 business days. As a result, the overall shipping time would not have been decreased, so the order was left alone. On 2/10, I received the order. When I opened the box, I found that the motherboard and processor were as ordered. The memory was not what I ordered, but was a slightly better version. I presumed that this was just a simple substitution due to an out of stock or discontinued item. However, there was only one hard drive in the package, and it was the lower quality model WD800BB, rather than WD800JB as I had ordered. I then contacted Nerdsupply by email to arrange for a return of the incorrect drive, and shipment of the correct ones. Their initial response was to offer me a credit of the price difference between the drive I received, and the two drives I had ordered. I then replied that Nerdsupply had two options: take the drive back at their expense since the error was their fault and either refund the $220 I had paid for the drives, or ship me the correct drives FedEx overnight. I felt that the overnight shipping was a fair request given the initial mix-up with shipping, and then the incorrect order. Nerdsupply then replied that the best shipping for the replacement drives they could do was 3-Day Select, as the upgraded memory was compensation for the initial delay. To me, this statement makes it appear as though He never had any intention of truly following through on their promise to ship 2nd day. I rejected this offer to ship the replacement drives by 3-Day Select, and stated that I would be returning the drives at their expense, and that I was to be credited the $220 I had paid for these drives. I was informed that they just needed the address and phone number at to arrange a time at which the incorrect drive could picked up. This information was provided to Nerdsupply on 2/10. On 2/14, I received an email stating that FedEx would be picking up the drive on 2/17. FedEx did not pick up the drive on this date. On 2/17, after several apparent attempts by Nerdsupply to resolve this situation, I filed a complaint with the BBB and PayPal. Only after payment for the order was stopped did I get a timely response to any inquiries. FedEx finally picked up the drive on 2/24, and I will see if I get credit when they receive the drive. Refund was granted 3/3.

On March 17th of this year, I purchased an IBM Microdrive from an ebay auction by Nerdsupply. I used the Buy It Now option and paid with PayPal immediately. I sent an email to the seller thanking them and expressing my anticipation of the product. Although they did not respond, they left me a positive Feedback, so I assumed all was well. After a week had gone by I began contacting them to see when I could expect the product. After a couple weeks had gone by and still no response, I began to worry. I checked their website to get phone numbers and tried calling. None of the 4 listed phone numbers get me through to anyone - they just ring with no answer and no way to leave a message. After 3 weeks I filed a Customer Complaint Form with PayPal. Now I'm into my 4th week with no product, $185 out of my pocket, and NO RESPONSE from anyone at Nerdsupply!

Hi, I have ordered a 21" Dell/Trinitron from canadamonitors by November 1st 2005. It arrived in less than 10 days, and had the case BROKEN !. Despite sending them 3 [three] e-mails in mean time to reclaim this problem, they barely responded and didn't take any action so far.... By the way, I didn't receive ANY INVOICE for this monitor, only the extended guarantee plan form. Except for the case problem, the monitor is fine and works excellent! Bradut

I ordered a 400 Watt power supply from this company. I'll admit that I was a bit sceptical when I ordered because power supplys (that are so cheap in price) are usually bogus...BUT NOT THIS ONE! Not only was the price for the power supply the BEST I found, but I was also given an EXCELLENT shipping price! There is only one thing that disappoints me: The fact that there were only 3 posts here about this company. A company that strives so hard to provide for their customers deserves better than that...and I'm going to do what I can to make sure that this company gets the proper recognition. As if all of this isn't good enough, they also sent me an E-Mail, giving me the tracking number (as SOON as the power supply was sent out!) and letting me know that I would be receiving my power supply very soon. Within a few days, I had the power supply!!!! :) Not only that, but the power supply went in and worked FLAWLESSLY!! I am SO impressed with this company's performance and commitment to their customers!! It's nice to see that there ARE companies out there that DO care about the happiness of their customers. Most companies that are out now are there to simply 'make a quick buck'...no matter WHAT the cost to the customer. This isn't so with MrTechUS!! They are INCREDIBLE! I'll be a frequent customer from NOW ON! :) p.s. - I know it sounds as if I'm overdoing this a bit, but I'm not. Don't believe me? Give them a shot. Order from them and see if you aren't equally satisfied. I've ordered MANY power supplies off of the internet, and the cheap ones were most always defective, overpriced, or a rip off in some way, shape or form...but NOT from MrTechUS. Not to mention that I'll do as much free advertising as I possibly can! I make MANY web pages, and I'll be posting links to their web site on as many as I possibly can. Hat's off guys!

My second experience buying from Carmans, my first was an Oly 5050 earlier this year. Now I am the very happy owner of a Canon Digital Rebel. Again the purchase was faultless. Phoned with my order (a Sunday evening), the fellow I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgable about the products I was wanting to purchase. Avilability was confirmed, and I was given an arrival date - he was wrong on that, it was supposed to arrive Wednesday, I was able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon, well if I'd had it delivered it would have been Wednesday (this is across the continent) My Rebel arrived with the extras - tele zoom lens, CF card, extra battery, filters in perfect condition. A few days later I decided my old case wasn't right, called again, ordered a new case (at half the retail locally), it arrived in a few days - again, perfect, just as I ordered. Overall I saved about 25% over local prices, plus the bonus in service. I'm pleased, and I suspect they will sell me my next camera as well as any accessories along the way.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE service Placed an order for a Lowepro CompuRover Backpack on December 6th from their eBay store (ProDigital2000). Paid instantly via PayPal and was confirmed by their CSR named Amy that payment was indeed received the same time I placed the order. One week later I still did not see any indication of the order being shipped. I called them first thing in the morning on December 17th and Amy told me that the order has not been shipped for unknown reason and that she would look into it and call me back but I never received a call back that day. I strongly emphasized that I needed this bag by Christmas. They could have shipped it on that day and the shipment could have arrived around Christmas, but they did not. I called again first thing in the morning the next day Dec 18th, she told me she has no idea what happened to my order and that she would check with her supervisor to see if it would be possible to expedite the shipment to me in time for Christmas. I called again on Dec 19th to get a status update (they should've called me, not the other way around). She told me it would cost them $130 to overnight the bag to me via UPS so that obviously isn't going to happen (which is understandable, since the invoice total was only $169 incl shipping and taxes). She offered me two choices, first is to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or to have them ship the order out that day and expect it to arrive sometime between christmas and new years. I chose to have the bag ship on that day for two reasons. #1, I want the bag, not a refund, especially after two weeks of no status updates. #2, I wanted to give them another choice as Amy has been helpful (but disorganized). On Thursday morning, Amy left a message in my Voicemail notifying me that my bag was actually shipped on Dec 6th, the same day I placed my order, and gave me the tracking number. I was really excited when I received that message, but it became a disappointment almost immediately after. I called UPS immediately upon receiving the tracking number from Amy. UPS told me the package is on its way back to Ontario (where it shipped from), because it arrived on Dec 12th and they only hold packages for 5 business days. Amy left me that message on December 20th. To rephrase, I had no idea the order arrived on the 12th for pickup until Dec 20, and by then it was already on its way back to the sender. Yet, all the communication in between us did not mention anything about the order being shipped until it was way too late. Not to mention I had to take the initiative to call them every time. After the bad news from UPS, I immediately called Carman's the same day (Thursday Dec 20th) and left a message explaining the situation and expect a call from them to resolve the problem. As expected, I never received a call back. They also don't seem to read/reply to emails, as I have sent multiple emails to them reminding them to ship the item over the duration of this incident, before I took the initiative to call them via telephone. Monday Dec 21, I called them to check out on the situation, and it looks like I wont be getting my bag anytime before New Years. I totally lost confidence in them and asked to just cancel my order. The CSR told me I can cancel the order, but I would need to pay the shipping and restocking fee, as it was I who did not pick up the order. I tried to explain the situation and he said he will need to speak to his supervisor. Now I am here waiting for a call back from them (which probably wont happen given my experience with them). In short, placed my order Dec 6th and expected to receive it before Christmas. It is now the 24th, almost 3 weeks later - still no bag. Their CSR never took the initiative to keep me updated on the situation. They were disorganized as they had no clue that my order was shipped on the 6th, and I was never notified that it was. It is understandable that it can become very hectic for them during the Christmas season, but even then this is still unacceptable. Attitude of their CSR was excellent, but it ends there.... EXTREMELY dissatisfied, will NOT purchase from them again. UPDATE: Thursday Dec 24th, still no call from them. I had to call them again and the same person picked up the phone and told me he will need to talk to his supervisor and will call me back (the same thing he said the last time i called). THIS IS RIDICULOUS. This time I asked him "Am I really going to get a call back this time? because it never happened everytime it is promised." He said definitely and i asked "exactly by when would i get a call? End of today?". He said "Possibly tomorrow". It is now Dec 30th, 24 days after the order and payment was processed and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, and every single time I had to call them to get nothing but a promised call back, which DOES NOT happen. BUYER BEWARE! stay away from them at all costs!

I've bought suspenders from the Holdup company for over fifteen years. Just received a pair and couldn't push down the adjustor clips. Tried and tried and even used a pair of pliers over cloth so as not to mar the adjustor clip. Called the company; spoke to Kathleen who said they had changed the clips and you have to push them down OFF THE BODY in a certain way. I said I want to return them. She said ok after awhile. I asked for a return shipping label as these suspenders are DEFECTIVE! Well, she sent me a return ADDRESS label only and I had to pay $7.60 return shipping on a defective product. I know I'll get a refund for the suspenders; BUT, I want my shipping cost refunded as well because the suspenders are impossible to adjust. THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. Ordered on the 25th of october, USPS 3-4 day shipping. Received email on the 2nd of nov with shipping info. 8 days between order placed and shipping info given. Now I have to wait another 3-4 days for product. Nearly 2 weeks to receive product after paying for 3-4 day shipping. Edit: Lo and behold, it arrived today. Apparently the holdup was that one of my items was on hand, but they didn't have the right box? So they put it in a different box, gave me a 'Free Internal Antenna Booster' (proven to not work on MythBusters) and a website where I can download the instructions to the headset. At least they tried, but I would have preferred them to keep me informed and reply to the email I sent them.

Ordered a Linksys Gigabit switch online, requested to pick it up at their Montreal location in person to avoid shipping, they agreed and asked me to wait for a confirmation call that the item is ready for pickup, since they also have a warehouse in Toronto and my switch was not in stock in Montreal... It only took a day for them to call. I didn't pay for shipping and my credit card wasn't even charged until I came in person and completed the transaction. I placed on order for an Erickson cell phone fron this company. The sales person assured me that the item would be shipped on the following business day which was Tuesday. He also assured me that the item would be confirmed by e-mail. I am still waiting for an e-mail confirmation. I stressed to the sales person that I needed the phone on a 2 business day shipping and was assured that it would not be a problem. In the meanwhile I checked with my credit card company and was told that my card was charged for the full amount billed for the cell phone. Had I read the reviews on this business I would not make this transaction. This company should not be in business; there are internal fraud going onor just pure incompetence so say the least. I made several phone calls and promisses were made to return the call but was never done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I WILL FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Purchased a Motorola RAZR and leather case through 1800MOBILE in January (2006). Received the wrong case. In efforts to return and get correct case I have spent numerous hours just trying to get them to find my order. I have sales receipt but they claim they can't find any record on their end although they have searched by name, address, zip code, phone number(s) etc. I'm especially nervous now because there is a $150 rebate associated with this order. You would have to read the string of emails to realize these people are completely disorganized and do not have a clue....and all this because of a wrong case. Unfortunately I know I will have to spend my time fighting for my rebate...If I had it to do over again I would go with another firm.

my first purchase so far so good, about 90 dollar worth and i say worth every penny and then some. :) They have what I am looking for, cheap, quality, and something that works. There is no vendor that has everything you need, some shop at only one places which is not very productive. but if it does you lots of good, keep shopping until you are out of funds hehe, they deserve your business for being good honest merchant while other shady merchant sell junk and that's something we all like to avoid like (compgeeks.com), computer-show.com, package2you. just to name a few...anyway I would spend all my money here before I go anywhere else. Why spend less on used, refurbish when you can buy new for less that works great out of the box.

I ordered a Chattam & Wells heated blanket from Comfort House online on 12/27 and requested express service, for which the website said I should call. I then called the company, the person with whom I spoke said that since the blanket was shipping both to and from NJ that it was not necessary to order it express and that I could still get it by the end of this week (in time for New Year's), since it is a gift. Since then an automated machine has been calling me to get additional information. I realized this only because I saw Comfort House on my caller ID (the auto caller left no message). When I called back they said it hasn't shipped yet, that if I want it by New Year's I now have to pay $55 for express overnight shipping + Saturday surcharge. I was very frustrated because none of this was told to me by the other man with whom I spoke on Tuesday. The woman with whom I spoke today, though polite, made no concessions to try to satisy me as a customer, so I cancelled my order.

A friend of mine from outside the US asked me to buy a Tissot watch from this merchant. It costed around $320 (+ $0 shipping and tax) while the same at Amazon was sold for $400. Also I couldn't find much info on this shop so I decided it was pretty suspicious and offered him to use some more trusted reseller. But my friend insisted and claimed that he had used this site before. So I created a ShopSafe account on my credit card and ordered the item on Oct-6. Also I promised myself "If it isn't a scam I will write a review". As promised by other reviewers, they replied that the item was out of stock and I would have to wait 1 or 2 weeks. I exchanged a few messages with them and we agreed that they deliver the watch by Oct-23. Finally I got the watch on the exact date. And here is the review. They take long to deliver but if you are not in a hurry and want to save a couple of bucks you can still use it.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing from this site, especially considering the nature of the purchase (3 copies of OfficeXP Pro, 2 copies of Norton IS 2004). I took a chance based on the reviews here and their INCREDIBLY cheap prices. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of their service, and everything arrived exactly on the date specified, with everything brand new and unopened. They correctly identify the product as retail, OEM, etc., and have a page describing the various types of software. I run a contracting business, so I need to know the exact nature of the product to prevent legal issues with my clients. Based on my experience, I think I'll be ordering a great deal more software from this company. Given their prices, I don't think a better deal could be found anywhere.

Bought a Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS for Christmas and had it shipped to another address. I received an email that I must call them to complete my order. When I called them, they offered to sell me updated maps at 1/2 price only if I order them with the GPS. I remembered seeing a guarantee on the Garmin site that they will update all maps for free within 60 days of purchase, so I told them I would call them back. I called back to cancel my order after finding the GPS for only $15 more on Amazon. They either were trying to sell me something I did not need, or it was used, or it was not a North American model. Thankfully, I did not need to find out as my new GPS from Amazon showed up 2 days later in perfect condition and with updated maps already installed.

I also am one of those people who never takes the time to write a review, but, for your sake, I am! I placed my order for a camera lens (because they had the best price) and chose upgraded shipping in order to receive my item in time for Christmas. I, too, received the email stating they needed to "confirm" my order, so I called and was asked if I wanted the Japanese or American version of the lens - the difference being that the Japanese version had plastic instead of glass for the lens (odd, I thought, but my husband is the photography guru). So the lens price then almost DOUBLED (and was now no longer the cheapest price, but I wanted it to come in time for Christmas and I was still taken aback by my order going from $300 to almost $600 that I didn't even think to respond by saying "NO WAY!"). No lens by Christmas. I called today and spent my obligatory half hour on hold, to be sent on to the next person and waited another ten minutes, but since the lens hadn't even shipped yet, I THANKFULLY was able to cancel the order. I also had sent repeated emails and tried to call during hours they were supposedly open with no response (starting Friday and just today, Tuesday, had success). PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE! TOP CHOICE DIGITAL IS A SCAM!!!!

Since most stores outside of Texas aren't required to collect Texas sales tax, and sales tax payment is self informed on out of state purchases, a brick and mortar store in Dallas starts out at a disadvantage. There's a reason they are able to stay in business anyway :) The only sales people I have only dealt with are Eugene, his father, and his mother. All have been knowledgable, helpful, and very pleasant. I have purchased three high end Nikons here and personally find the reassurance of a knowledgable staff and a local operation to be worth paying a bit more than what I could do mail-order. It's also my preference to actually handle something I'm interested in purchasing rather than relying solely on internet reviews and forum opinions. It's nice to be able to take a demo camera or lens out in front of the store and make a few test photographs. The store stock is exceptionally deep for a brick and mortar store and even some fairly exotic items are immediately available from stock. If your only goal is to locate the very lowest price this may not be your best buy. If you would like to have more customer service and the advantage of dealing with live human beings, I suggest you drop buy and browse.

I made a mistake and ordered generic ink cartridges for an Epson CX3200 (I have a CX5200). That was my fault. After realizing this I've sent an email asking them to cancel this order within an hour after placing it. (I tried to cancel it online but they don't have that option.) I haven't received a response yet but I did get a shipping number! Well I guess they ship items the next day which is good but poor (non existing ?) communication made my first purchase from this company, the last one. UPDATE: Received a response to my email message today (Dec 31st), dwo days after... I need to refuse the shipment and contact the RMA dept. I will never shop www.accupc.com again!

"Lan-Kwei Trading" out of Hong Kong still owes me a refund of 145 (USD), for the "GameBoy Advance with Afterburner" I ordered from that company on June 16, 2002. Lan-Kwei never delivered the product. When I requested a refund, Michael Kleinbrahm personally promised on November 2, 2002 to give me the refund to which I was entitled, through PayPal, payable to my e-mail address. Lan-Kwei never provided that refund. I sent him a letter through my lawyer, based on his contact information in whois. If you are in the same boat, I suggest you try to contact him directly. If you are thinking about buying anything from Lan-Kwei, DON'T. Save yourself the headache.

Ordering online or by phone one week before Christmas can be disappointing, but in this case, Digital Megastore delivered the Pentax Optio S5i digital camera and Super Accessory Kit I ordered for my wife at a good price and with three days to spare. Although I started to order the camera online, the company policy regarding shipping to an address other than the billing address forced me to call the company's "800" number and speak to a live person. "Bill S." told me how to go about getting the camera shipped to our home in Colorado even though our billing address is in New Hampshire. Since I had him on the line, I decided to place the order with him. He told me that in addition to Holiday Package savings, the shipping also would be upgraded to "two-day" delivery at no extra charge. When the order arrived, one accessory was missing, so on Monday after Christmas I called "Bill S." and he said the missing USB Card Reader would be shipped that day. It arrived two days later on Wednesday. Overall, I am very satisfied with this transaction and will shop again at Digital Megastore, especially now that I have the telephone extension of a competent sales representative. Thanks "Bill S." and Digital Megastore.

I ordered a Sharp Aquos LCD tv on May 23. The sales rep assured me they were in stock and I specified Fedex 3 day delivery. I called back the next day as there was no tracking information and was told my order would go out that day. The next day, still no tracking info so I called and talked with a shipping dept. person. He said they were out of stock and waiting on a new shipment. So I am still waiting on my TV and the web site has shown this TV to be available every day even though it was out of stock. Will update in a couple of days. OK, it is now June 3, and I am now told that my tv will ship Monday. My credit card was charged the day of the order, May 23, so I am holding my breath that shipment is coming. My TV arrived on Tuesady in good shape. I am satisfied that Digital Megastore did all they could to get it to me as quickly as poaasible and I do recommend them.

I have been doped to I ordered a computer.Sent the 364.00 for the down and processsing fees. Since my order. I have been unable to get any of my questions by phone and emails answered. I have been lied to and spoken to unprofessionally and hung up on. Llambros Ballas has gotten beligerent with me, how dare he since he got his money and I got no computer. As a business owner my self, If I were to treat my customers the way AIPCS does I would be out of business and be in jail.I have done some research and contacted TECH TV who did an articale about AIPCS and their computers also I have sent email to PC Toys and contacted the NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and THE FERDERAL TRADE COMMISION. It has been a year now. And I'm disappointed to say that I am one of those that also got scammed and never got justice. Lambros Ballas is a man that I, like you all have gotten very aquainted with. I'm a college student with little funds as it was who needed a pc for school. I found their website AIPCS.com and tried to get financing which I was approved for. I talked to the finance dept. (Lambros) which sent me my paperwork which I promptly signed and mailed back. 2 wks later, still no computer and I called L.B. and he told me, "well, you didn't send your downpayment to us". There were no instructions to send a downpayment in the forms he sent but I went ahead and sent another letter with a check for $209 ($150/dp and $59 ship). Another 2 wks later - no response no computer. The online status never changed from pending. A few months pass by, and after numerous phone calls and runarounds and excuses, I finally got ahold of someone who told me that I should fax them a letter in writing to cancel my order so they can refund me. This is Sept 2003. I faxed it in. Waited and waited. Nothing. Called back many times and got hung up on, busy signals, "Lambros is not in today", power outage, etc. Finally got a hold of someone who told me that refunds are handled by "a third party not AIPCS" and they don't take care of that. Ok, so now I'm really lost in the shuffle. By February 2004, I actually had a glimmer of hope. I open my mailbox and low and behold, a certified letter from AIPCS. (No check however). There was a claim form for a refund in there and it ALMOST looked like they were gonna make things right. Boy was I wrong, because it is now July 2004 and despite sending the claim form in (probably the 3rd I've sent) still never got anything to this day. I have contacted BBB and Dateline. So far, I've lost hope and I hope someday, Lambros Ballas will get his for conning people out of their livelihood. (I had explained to him previously that I was a student and had spent everything I had on the downpayment for the computer). Stay away from this company, I preordered Project Gotham Racing 2 for the X-Box back in November, but they never got it in stock and I have emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund but they have not even bothered to reply or give me back my money. Their website is too basic to take a separate amount for a pre-order so you end up paying the full amount, which would be OK if they actually sent the goods or were willing to perform refunds. As it stands I have been cheated out of my money for nothing. Never buy from them.

One email address listed on the support page does not even exist. No obvious phone number to contact them by. (This place was recommended by a friend in the uk.) No response to my cancel order, I received nothing from the company about my order, the only thing received was from the company that collects the money, WorldPay. The company that collects the money took over $30 more than the agreed amount, I will never shop here again, I would rather lose money to united states vendors. ****update after 4 months I received an email about canceling my order all money was refunded even the additional $30 charged to my account

If you want to be treated with rudeness and insults, call FJA sales dept. I was looking for OEM ink carts for my Canon printer and told the so-called salesman that I could only find re-manufactured carts (which are NOT good for your printer) his response was, "Well, you wasted MY time and YOURS. If we don't have it, we don't have it." This after being in hold and listening to a voice touting the fact that they have not only re-manufactured but OEM carts for my printer. It's a lie. Boycott these morons.

quick delievery arrived in one week in new sealed unopened packages. Would buy from again 2nd time ordering may 27 2006 took almost 3 weeks to get ink ribbons from this company, very disatisfied because there is no customer service what so ever. I ordered may 9th.

Ordered two sets of 8 wheels, 2 shirts, brakes. Contacted customer support numerous times, with no responses. Unable to track order. The brakes, the ONLY reason I origionally shopped at the site, did not arrived with my order (they were removed from my order, as they were out of stock.. of course, this isn't listed on their site, and they dont tell you until your package arrives)... Wheels were flawed, but about what I expected for the price. Prices are hard to beat, there is always something you could use for a VERY good price... however, shipping is 11 bucks, with just about any order you place, so it evens out.

I have been a loyal customer of Puritan's Pride for about 20 years, NO MORE! On the morning of 4/16/19 I purchased $207.54 worth of vitamins from them on line. Later that afternoon I started receiving overdraft notices from my bank in my email. I pulled up my bank account and they charged me 25 times $207.54 for a total of $5,188.50! I called their so called "customer service" located somewhere in the middle east by their accents. And to make a long story short, I've spent well over 5 frustrating hours on the phone over the past 7 days and still don't have my money back. Their customer service personnel give you nothing but false promises, fake apologizes and massive hold times while accomplishing NOTHING. And forget about ever talking to the same person twice or a supervisor or anybody in the corporate office in NY. That won't happen. They STOLE over $5,000 of my money that I need for day to day expenses and could care less about it. Not only am I DONE with Puritan's Pride but I'm telling everybody and will continue to write reviews everywhere I can, over and over. They should call themselves Puritans Disgrace or Puritans Thieves. Joe C.

I needed drive caddies for my Dell T410 servers... Dell won't sell them without hard drives, and they won't sell hard drives because of the hard drive shortage. I found SCSI4ME through a Google search. I ordered six caddies and chose second day shipping. I received the caddies the very next day. They were new, and in perfect condition. I went to install them and they didn't work... the hard drives wouldn't fire up. I wrote to the company about getting replacements and within five minutes I got an email telling me what to do to fix the problem (I mounted the drives in the wrong holes). Strongly recommend SCSI4ME for their prompt, speedy service, and even better customer service!

Placed my original order the evening of the 18th and realized the next day that I needed something added to my original order. Called the next morning and was able to easily order the additional item without hassle. Everything arrived in excellent condition in a very timely manner. Highly recommended, I will definately be shopping there again for any future SCSI needs.

I ordered a "PureAV AP41300-12 Home Theater Power Console with Phase 6 PureFilter and 13 Programmable Outlets" on December 22, 2005. Their web page said that this item was "in stock". A couple of days later, I get an e-mail stating that this product was "backordered". When I inquired about the approximate date that this item would be in, I was told that they would receive a new shipment on 2/1/06. I wasn't real happy with this, but I decided to wait it out. Well, on 1/31/2006, I get another e-mail stating that my order has been cancelled. When I replied to the e-mail to find out why my order was cancelled, this is what I was told: "The manufacturer is delaying these and significantly increasing prices so we are unsure at this point what the new details will be." So, it sounds to me that, even though I had already made the purchase for the price that they had listed, their price went up, so they were not going to honor my purchase. I really don't see how they can do this, legally, so I will be looking into this further. What's really crazy is the fact that they still have this same item listed on their website for the exact same price that I ordered it for.
