Placed two orders on the same day, one for dispatch to Germany and the other for the U.K. The one arrived in Germany by the Tuesday. I have waited for the U.K delivery checked the website constantly and order is showing as unfulfilled. Tried calling, no response and sending messages on Facebook which are being read and then ignored. This company does not seem to care or communicate with customers at all. If the order cannot be fulfilled could I please asked for a refund? I would prefer to spend my money with companies who value customers and offer excellent customer service to clients. UPDATE: After reaching out to the company one more time, I spoke to a very helpful person who reassured me that the item would be dispatched. I can confirm that the items have now been received. Thanks to the person who followed through and ensured that items were received.

I used the Sleeeps Glow earplugs and whilst they blocked out a lot of the noise (loud snoring), they unfortunately didn't block enough out for me to be able to get to sleep. Aside for that they were easy to use and comfortable. I will be trying the Sleeep aluminium earplugs next and will be sure to leave a review.

I had a pretty awful experience with Handtec. I ordered a phone, they sent me the wrong phone! I was told if I sent it back I would receive the correct phone. They offered me £25 discount for all the hassle. Once they received the wrong phone, they told me that the original was no longer in stock. I received a refund, but was told that I would no longer receive the £25. Complete amateurs in my opinion!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will NEVER pay you the price they offer. My phone was in pristine condition…not even a scratch. So, I selected it was in good condition and got the offer £233. I sent it off then I receive an email saying the engineers had looked at it and there was a dent on the frame and scratches on the screen and they were reducing my offer to £160. I could not believe this and began to wish I’d just used a reputable company that I’d used in the past like Mazuma. Handtec were offering a slightly higher price and now I know why…because they scam you. I am an honest person just trying to recycle my phone and I have never felt more upset at being duped by these utter scammers. Please, please, please DO NOT use them. I don’t want anyone else to have this experience because it makes you feel, quite honestly, like you’ve been robbed. It’s not so much about the money, it’s the dishonesty and immoral integrity that has really got me. Never again will I use an unknown company. I’ll stick to what I know.

Dreadful. I entered a draw for a new trainer launch and was subsequently told that I had been unsuccessful. However, my account had already been charged for the payment, and I'll need to wait for the funds to become available to me again, by which point the trainers I wanted will be sold out everywhere. It was all the money I had in the world, and it took me 3 months to save up what little spare cash I had to be able to afford it. Only to be told that I have been unsuccessful and 'sorry', when you know they're laughing all the way to the bank. Meanwhile those of us who have to work for a living and for something, anything to look forward to, even the smallest bit of joy, get told that 'fair is fair'. Random does not mean fair, it means that loyal customers get forgotten while resellers make their profit. All I was asked was if I wanted them to close my account with Hanon. Disgusting. I hope this business fails.

Hanon is a great shop for sneakers in the U.K. They are prompt and secure with delivery, provide helpful customer service and most importantly to me, the range of stock they carry is amazing. It's nice to choose from different shoes compared to what other similar sites sell. Prices are really good too especially on sale items. Highly recommended.

Cannot be trusted to deliver as promised. Purchased online AV suite which they claim you get the activation key within 2 hours. which was one of the main reasons for purchasing from them. Mine took over 33 hours to arrive . When I gave them a poor review they just become abusive, even accusing me of lying even after I presented the order and receipt proving exactly when I made my order. They will not admit they had failed but instead even more character assassination followed, a simple apology would have ended it there and then. But it seems TRUTH, criticism and acceptance of poor service is a major issue for this company. Well if they only want great reviews deliver as expected accept when you fail. But being abusive is certainly not the answer its just makes me give them more poor reviews.

It is so easy to purchase from this company. Last year I inadvertently deleted the Mcafee download they sent me. I told them of this and they immediately forwarded me a duplicate. I have full confidence with Intersecure and will continue to purchase from them. Malcolm Livingston.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Both broke within 2 wears. Contacted customer service about it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was asked to send pictures of the unglued shoes which I did immediately only to not even get an acknowledgement of my email. When I emailed again and pointed that out I was asked to post the shoes back. I replied immediately that I am happy to do so once I receive written confirmation of when the refund is going to reach me and also get reimbursed for the extra expenses they are causing. 2 weeks later still ni reply, no refund and 2 pairs of broken shoes... it is not enough to sell vegan products and pretend to be an ethical company when you can't look after your customers! Disgusted of it all!!!

Very poor. I wrote to them very quickly after making the order asking to cancel. I send a reminder (in Danish) a few days later, and a third a few days after that. They ignored me and shipped the items a week later anyway. They can disrespect their customers, grab money in the short term, but long term their bad reputation will get them and people will go elsewhere. Anywhere. Don’t use them. I found ordering direct from the manufacturer site much better and they were responsive to emails (scanpan). I hope KopK don’t use COVID-19 as an excuse. If they can’t run customer service or help customers they shouldn’t accept orders or make it clear that their policy is cancellation is not allowed.

Keeps me warm enough and cool enough when I’m hiking and running. I bought my Mac in a Sac hiking the Highland Way a few years ago. I wear it hiking and running in my hometown of San Francisco. I bring it whenever I travel. In Morocco it kept me warm enough during a winter downpour in Marrakesh and cool enough to wear to cover my arms and hair while running on a hot day. I just ordered 4 more. One for me and 3 for gifts.

I ordered a bag 4 weeks ago and, it never shipped. Apparently, you can make more profit if you never actually mail a product.

I have been a fan of the Nomatic products and own a few. Order a 30L Bag, got the email that it was shipped, 2 weeks later and multiple emails, no bag and NO answer! No number to call, just emails that they don't return. I have seen bad customer service but this one is the worst. If you have any kind of issues, there won't be anyone to talk to, just email that they might or might not answer. I will stay away from this company. Calling the credit card company next.

No contact from Parkers, not explained that mostly unassembled and seat stock had dent in it.

My bike still hasn't arrived and when I emailed asking about this, I had one generic answer which wasn't of use and my other emails were ignored. The buying part of the website is good but not much use if the bike you buy doesn't turn up! Will hopefully appear at some point

I got this necklace as a gift. As I wear my real gold jewelry day to day, I only wore their letter necklace maybe a dozen times (or even less) on special occasions. Not once have I bathed with it, sprayed it with perfume... The necklace turned rose gold, and 50% of it turned BLACK/blue, I also lost 3 gems. Their customer service is horrible and their 2-year warranty is absolute bull!

This bottle opener looks fantastic. It’s size is big enough that it feels secure to hold, and there is a little curve in the design that allows it to rest nicely on your fingers when opening a bottle. There is some weight to it so you know it is a solid product that will last a long time. Arrived just in time for plenty of use during the summer.

I ordered a few things for my son's birthday. He never received it. I contacted them, they said the didn't have a tracking number for my order. And I paid $30 for shipping. They should not sale internationally because obviously they don't ship, don't know how to. After $90 spent on their merchandise, I got not. Don't buy from them.

Dont bother! Terrible service. It's been a month and my order has yet to arrive...assuming it was sent.! Two emails blaming thier "courier". Coincidentally, my credit card number was compromised during this time period to almost $1,000.00 of purchases! Cant help to think that these people may have crossed the line. Ordered a Nautica watch last week. Arrived 7th May. Within 8 hours the strap started to shred. According to shopontime this constitutes "fair wear and tear". That's 8 hours!!!! Lots of other watch shops on line. I certainly wont use them again

Website is misleading to what is in stock. I paid for a bike then was told a week later after I had to email them about the whereabouts of the bike was told it was not in stock and will not be getting anymore. Then they recommended 3 different bikes that they don’t have and won’t get for a month

I ordered it for my son, it came in package. That is only good thing. It looks to me that they sent me one of their returned item. I contacted them immediately (within few hours of receiving) , but they did not respond me within their promise time with resolution. The bike had worn tires, inconclusive instructions and few other issues. Their customer service is worst. I would have given them negative, if there had been one. I do not know if they have local stores, but I would strongly suggest not to trust them and do not order online, their return policy is very complex too.

I received the ‘make-do-and-mend’ gloves as a small birthday gift. In these continued times of austerity & concern for the environment I didn’t want a gift at all. But I’m so happy I did! I need a refund! My package has not arrived. It’s been over a month!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 bath mats which were described as 1000mm x 600mm. There was no mention at all in the size description that this size can differ meaningfully from these measurements. When I received the items, all of them are different lengths and none of them are 1000mm long - they ranged from 1040-1060 in length. They do not fit in the spaces that I required them to and when I sent this to the customer service department, they merely told me in a nonchalant way that there can be a 5% discrepancy in size. They totally ignored the fact that I cannot use these items at all due to this issue and that all the money I spent on this order was essentially wasted, they made no effort to help or fix the issue at all and were just dismissive. I then replied saying that I thought their reply was quite ridiculous (as it had not tried to help resolve my issue at all but just had dismissed the fact they had delivered something different to what I had ordered) and their reply was "Thank you for your reply. We sincerely lament the fact that you consider our response ridiculous". So rather than sensing a customer's frustration, they chose to use extreme sarcasm. Never in my life have I encountered an attitude like this with a post sales issue and I hope never to again. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

Ahhh OK! So it all makes sense now. I wanted to order a new picnic rug and cushions - saw some gorgeous ones on this website. Purchased and paid via PayPal. Email then received from PayPal saying the transaction was under review (?) - odd as I use PayPal all of the time and never had this before. PayPal then cancelled my payment. I tried again... exactly the same “ PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimise risk for us or our customers. The payment you sent is currently being reviewed and we will complete this process within 72 hours. This review involves this transaction only and does not affect the use of your PayPal account”. Latest update from PayPal is that both payment are cancelled - I figured at this point PayPal knew more than I did so I headed over to google for some reviews on this company... bingo! Thank you PayPal for protecting me! ??

Got 60mm Vortex wheels. Amazing wheels . Now my bike is lighter and looks fast. Took only 3-4 weeks from ordering and shipping to me. The packaging was amazing, wheels were wrapped so no damages were made during shipping. The quality of the wheels are great, they super light. I’m so happy. Totally worth it! And staff respond to messages pretty quickly and with details about wheels and shipping. I would recommend this site. I am EXTREMELY happy with the AMAZING service provided by Peter. There was an initial slight delay due to manufacturing issues around the world but overall the wheels arrived in a timely & pristine condition. Now I did encounter an issue with trying to fit 25c Clincher GP5000's which for a reason or another they would not fit even after trying various ways of force stretching them. So Peter recommended trying Vittoria or Pirelli tires as they eligibly have reputations for being the most compliant in their dimensions. Happy to report, I mounted 2 Vittoria Rubino Pro IV with ZERO issues. This is what you call EXCELLENT Customer Service and I have zero issues recommending them to others looking for new wheelsets. FIVE STARS all the way!!!

You will not be able to phone them, because they have only autoresponder on the line. Never pay money to zinvo. You will lose the money and can’t return them. And don’t take into account five-stars feedbacks. It’s as well fake feedbacks as fake company zinvo.

It looks like hair becomes really better. After 6 months you can feel that it’s more shiny, not sure if the length is really dependent on this supplement ( my hair grows quite fast by itself). However, no one tells you, that if your skin is oily or prone to acne, these vitamins will cause horrible breakouts, especially on the forehead along the hair growth line. It took me months and several visits to dermatologist to figure out what was going on with my always clean skin. Acne, even more oily skin, clogged pores and blackheads have become a daily nightmare! Be careful with this product! Also the side effects should be clearly stated on the bottle and on the website!

As a healthcare worker being on my feet constantly and a recreational athlete on the basketball court, these VKTRY performance insoles are A Must Have! At first though, it was stiffer than most orthotics I've worn especially having wide, flat feet. However after the break-in period which for me took several days, I've grown accustomed to them and actually feel a slight spring back from the carbon fiber. Whether I interchange the VKTRY insoles from my work shoes and athletic shoes, I am pleasantly surprised that these have performed better than I expected. In fact, I even feel less feet fatigue just using them. These are my go-to insoles.

I suffer from severe knee, back and foot pain almost daily. I know it has to do with my weight but I also coach volleyball. So I needed something to relieve the pain. It has been hard for me to jump the last few years so I put the insoles on and within 30-45 minutes later I was jumping with nooooo pain!

Made an order as a guest. No confirmation email, nothing to confirm the order went through until package arrived two weeks later, sizes are much bigger than expected. Have tried multiple times to get info on their returns policy as no return label was in the package, no correspondence back from them. So disappointing as the items were bought as a Christmas present. So I’m stuck with two items that are useless to me ☹️

Ordered 2 times from Legend London. The quality is pretty ok and the jeans are very comfortable. Poor customer serivce. If you need their "customer service" they are not there. Still waiting on my 2nd order.. which is somewhere stuck. I asked the customer service of LL several times to re-confirm the address with DPD because they could not find it. DPD did find it the first time, so it's a strange situation. Trying to get into contact with LL customer service took already 3 days. There is no telephone number only an email adres. Very shady actually and these things you only check when you need it. LL customer service would re-confirm my address again with DPD. Already waiting a long long time and still nothing happened. DPD online tracking says to contact the sender as the sender is the only one that can confirm the delivery. The Sender is neglecting to provide any service. What to do... Update: Im wondering how London Legend takes care of their shipments. The only thing DPD required the Sender (LL) to do is to confirm the address. The package had already arrived at the final depot near the place of delivery. LL states to have confirmed the address however the package is being send BACK to the Sender...... Putting this on the COVID19 situation is below any level and without any respect to the situation outside. It just shows even more the incompetence of the 'customer service'.

Iv been a customer of Luxy Hair extentions for years. It’s always my go to place to put a little “boom” in my look. This time i decided to go with the 16” extentions. Normally I’d go with the longer but i always found myself at the salon having my stylist cut them down for me to blend them to my actual hair. I was so nervous i wouldn’t like the 16” BUT MY GOSH! Just what i needed. It gives me a longer look with so much volume! & it blends perfectly with my hair! I won’t need to bring things to the salon. This is exactly what i needed! I ordered the 16” seamless Bronde Balayage 140G. Perfect color for my hair. I am so happy with my purchase!

Although I did not receive my package because it got stollen, their customer service has been amazing. They helped a lot and although I had to file a police report (which I understand 100% because they don’t want to be scammed) they solved any of my problems right away. My friend has Luxy extensions and for quality, I can say they’re amazing. That’s why I ordered them because I saw how natural they looked. I definitely hope to try them soon!

Having used an inkjet printer for some considerable time, I have been most discerning when choosing the ink-supplies I need. Discovering STINKYINK solved this 'problem' permanently. Quite simply, there is NO aspect of STINKYINK, as a company, that bears any criticism. Any problems I have encountered have been resolved perfectly, promptly and to my complete satisfaction. That said, having used STINKYINK over many years, there have been only TWO isolated occasions where my dream stumbled... with the expert remedy delivered, as previously described. I therefore recommend STINKYINK unhesitatingly and unreservedly.

Not reliable. I got something other than what I ordered. The type is the same but the cartridge is transparent. The vacuum foil is also transparent, which was not properly sealed. This type of cartridge I received is available for £ 6 at other locations. Stinkyink.com sold me £ 14. It is deceptive to advertise a cheaper product with another product image. Disappointed, I do not recommend it.

On Thursday 20th August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 8-Piece Albany Steak Knife Set - Stainless Steel for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself or when my family and friends come over for steak since the knives just cut the steak to perfection. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing because they refunded me due to the postage being delayed, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.

Chose new frames at Vision Express. £200. Told they couldn't order new that I would be fitted with the display frames and then they'd be sent to my home address with new lenses!!! Why should I pay full price for an expensive pair of glasses frames which were the display pair. Vision Express told me they COULDN'T order new!!! Wasted 2 hours of my time having eyes tested and choosing new frames. If I'd known in advance would never have gone to Vision Express even though loyal customer.

One of the worst customer service, Vision express in money minded organization and given the worst product so called Manufacturing defect product. with-in 1 year the glass color changed and this is the expensive glass that I brought for 20K. My rating for this product is Zero, I recommend no one should buy this worst product.

I purchased some laundry powder and dish soap. I love that the laundry powder is in a cardboard container, and offers a small variety of interesting scents. I chose the lavender, lemon, and clove and I really like it. The clove isn't so strong once in the wash, and it leaves my clothes with a pleasant lingering smell after the dryer. I'm pleased with the whole experience! Melioria seems to be the most organized place (out of 4 or 5 others) that I've ordered from so far, and I will order again.

I love the shakes, soups and bars. They all taste excellent. The meals are hit or miss so I supplement my own dinner in the evening. The products seem to be slightly lower in calories to Exante products - I mix and match between the two so that I have a bigger variety to choose from. My daily aim is 800 calories and I have shed 9 lbs in the first week. I will be placing another order very soon and I highly recommend!
