I was taken in by Sysbuilder's extremely inexpensive systems and bought a machine I intended to use in my work as an animator. My mistake. The machine ran like a spaceheater and died within a week. I decided that I would rather return the system than risk running something unstable that would potentially eat my files and die in the middle of a job. In order to avoid their 19% restocking fee on everything I decided to buy some of the parts of the system. It's been nearly a month and a half since my initial order and I've been on the phone with them nearly every day trying to get my refund - they shipped me the wrong parts, which I will have to pay to return to them and I've heard "we'll do it tomorrow" more times than I care to say. With my phonebill, shipping, restocking, and other fees I'm looking at flushing nearly $400 dollars down the toilet for my mistake of ordering with this company - and that's assuming I EVER get the refund for the parts I returned. Don't do it - pay a little more and go somewhere with customer service.

Everything went well with this order until I tryed to hook up my 5.1 surround sound speakers....as I ordered this card (Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Digital 5.1 Sound Card). Funny thing was there was no way to hook them up . So I called Sysbuilder thinking they had installed the wrong card. What they told me blew me away...they said their order site must of had a typo, I said sir the entire description is not a typo, and my invoice clearly says DIGITAL 5.1, and the very next line of the invoice is for a set of 5.1 speakers. At that point Ian Richards was talking very fast. He even went so far as to tell me I should have called them to see if it was a typo. In the end he would not make it right. What they instaled was a sound blaster pci card...bottom shelf stuff. At this point I'm not sure if I should tear the system down and see if any other parts are wrong. LOOK OUT people the prices sound good but I guess the saying goes If it sounds to good to be true............. Rod.

My Credit Card was charged on 12-15-2008 for $24.85. I e-mailed JustGear.com on Thursday, December 18, 2008 9:11 AM about the merchandise I ordered & I have not rec'd a reply or the goods I ordered. Their confirmation e-mail states "Your order is being processed and will leave our warehouse shortly. You will receive an automatically generated tracking number as soon as the order is shipped." I e-mailed them again on Friday, December 26, 2008. I'll let everyone know what happens. I have to say i have never seen a company that cared so much about the customer, I was shocked at the ease of service and suport.I got a P4 chip from SNT and the owner him self tested the chip to insure its working order.SNT has a customer for life with me, My next Box will be all SNT Gear,There products are world class, i have yet to find a company that insures quality as tight as SNT and AC! I ordered a $23.00 radiator grill from this place almost 2 weeks ago and have not seen a dam thing yet. I keep trying to contact the store owner, but that person neglets to reply.It sucks because that's the part I'm waiting for to complete my modded box. The LAN is drawing near and I need time to install that grill and do a small mod to it. I suggest that the shipping calculation page be debugged. You try to find out how much shipping is and you get a page full of erors from a SQL database. I suggest to anyone considering buying from this store to do your best to find the stuff you need elsewhere. Too bad, this store advertises some pretty highend hardware. To bad it takes over 2 weeks just for the order to "process".

I was actually hesitant of ordering from Techcab; not because of the recent negative feedback, but because at the time, the reviews all dated to 2005. I ordered a pair of headphones. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. The fact that they took the time to respond to other comments, actually made me want to order from them. I won't hesitate to do so again.

I have made numerous purchases from this company over the past year for my business. I have had to call to correct some error for every purchase I can recall. Whether it be a wrong total price or not receiving an invoice for my records to what I have currently dealt with. I have placed an order over 2 weeks ago with ground shipping but called back to change it to 2 day shipping as I realized I needed the merchandise rushed to meet my deadline. My boss received a phone call to verify the purchase because it was being shipped to an alternate address other than the billing address and they said they couldn't do that. This was the 4th purchase I had made with no problems in the past. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my merchandise. I have called MANY times and every time I call I am told that instead of holding someone will call me back in 5 minutes. I am still waiting for a phone call. The order was placed on July 10 and my credit card was charged on the 11. I have since found another vendor and called to try and cancel the order and get a refund because it was obviously never shipped. I was told to call the warehouse manager's cell phone which went straight to voicemail. The next step is to file a fraudulant claim with American Express. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Order was placed 07/16/09 but as of September 14, the order has not yet been received. I left messages to their voice mail but no return call. Their e-mails kept saying the order has been shipped (at least five times). Therefore rating is NO Star whatsoever. Will never order from this company again.

I filled out an online form on TepTronics website and caled them a couple of days later after I didn't get a response. I was told I would get a call back right away and never did. Needless to say, I am not happy with TepTronics at the present.

These people have a number of 'ghost' companies they operate under, ex: SkyNet Communications, Corp.dba BestBuyPlasma.com. On my order they shipped the right LCD TV but the wrong mount. Then they denied they shipped the wrong mount by plagerizing the shipping documents but aren't able to plagerize the original order acknowledgement. There method is to deny,deny, deny and even set their email system to reject my emails and send them back to me. Will work through CC company as only option.

The CMOS battery in my 9 year old computer died. It was a very difficult battery to find but Battery Specialists had it. Not only was the battery reasonably priced, but they offered free shipping as well. Another plus was that they accept PayPal as payment. I placed the order late in the afternoon on Friday September 1, 2006. Since the following Monday was a holiday, I knew the order wouldn't be processed until the following Tuesday and figured I would receive the battery in about two weeks. To my amazement, I received the battery two days later on September 7, 2006. Not only was I impressed with the quick delivery, but the packaging was excellent as well. The battery was placed in a sealed bag and the pins were protected from damage by styrofoam. Since the battery had to be soldered into my computer's motherboard, bent or broken pins could have made this impossible. I was very impressed with the attention the company gave to protecting the pins from damage with foam and then sealing the battery in a bag to prevent the foam from falling off. Then to top it off, they included an RMA form and instructions on how to return the battery in the event there was a problem with it. I installed the battery today and it works great. So to summarize, Battery Specialists had a difficult to find battery in stock, offered free shipping, accepted PayPal, processed and delivered the order quickly, packaged the battery to prevent damage, and included an RMA form and instructions on how to return the battery in the event there was a problem with it. You can't get more perfect than that! Many companies could, and should, learn a lesson from them. At a time when poor customer service seems to be the rule, it is refreshing to see a company who breaks this rule and goes over the top in offering fantastic customer service. Highly reccommend them.

I ordered a motorola bluetooth moble phone tool and software for $70.00. I received a USB cable and motorola software instead. When I called to request a RMA#, it was very unprofessional, whoever answered the phone just said 'HI'. I had to ask to speak to someone at Cellcrew.com. I explained the problem and was told that they were sorry it was a warehouse error and that should return it and WHEN they got the bluetooth in that they'd be glad to send it out to me. But when pressed the gentleman had no idea when they might have the adapter back in. I am returning the usb cord, requesting a refund and filed a complaint with Amazon.com.

I will definitely recommend Goodman's, as they assist promptly online, package the items decently and properly, and the items are of excellent quality. In a country where one always has to stress about whether your parcel will get stolen or "lost" on the way, by the national post office, and where one can't afford the tracking due to the massive exchange rate difference, it helps a lot to pack items the way they do - discreet, normal- and uninteresting-looking - in order to get it to where it belongs. Also, best of all, the package arrived a few weeks earlier than I anticipated, within 5 weeks, from the USA to South Africa, with ordinary USPS mail! Thank Goodman's, you guys ROCK! LJ Brink

Salesperson assured me that items were IN STOCK right there in NY, and that they would leave same day. Salesperson said there was NO NEED to expedite, whereas items were only going from NY to MA, and said they would definitely arrive in time for Christmas. 4 days later, the items finally shipped... from Phoenix AZ, with a scheduled delivery of Dec 28th. I called their "customer service" jerks, who brushed it off with a "well, what do you want US to do about it?". I don't think these pricks stock ANYTHING. They lied about everything else.

Ordered it on 12/15/04 and upgraded to 2 day shipping so I would get it before xmas. It showed in stock when I purchased it. Got a call on 12/20/04 saying it was out of stock and beind delayed by customs. HA wanted me to fork over more $ to buy a different version (same model number) and they would get it to me by xmas. What a scam.

I submitted a post two days ago on their site, at this time they haven't posted my feedback. I'm seeing their nine 5 stars along with one 4 star feedback. My feedback is for the purchased of their 3/2mm X-Span Hood to go with my X-Span Jacket. When I placed my phone order I told them my head size was large and my neck was medium. He replied, we just go by the head size. The hood fits my head but is loose around my neck. Not sure why their website has a chart for head and neck. Later I did seen similarly issues via Amazon's feedback about the neck being loose on the X-Span hoods.

Terrible filters. First, the filters were shrink wrapped which is not the original way they are packaged from Whirlpool whether you buy for Whirlpool.com or at the store; 2nd, after putting it in, I never got the sputtering like normally happens when I replace the filter while running the required amount of water through the filter after changing; 3rd, the water never tasted great but I thought it was at lease doing something. After about a week, the water smelled, gave me heartburn if I drank it and the ice made every drink taste terrible. I ordered straight from Whirlpool and replaced it. Unfortunately, I had ordered two filters from waterfiltermart.com. I took the second one and hit it with a hammer to see what was inside. I was only a hard black carbon tube rattling around in there with a hole down the middle. no more discount filters for us!

My book order came to $24 plus $16.65 shipping and handling. Ok, I can deal with that, I got a bunch of books on sale for $1 each. My problem with this company is: The books are in bad shape. Every one has a remainder mark on it. Many of the books have bent pages, stains, and even water stains. I bought these books as gifts, many of them. I searched the product descriptions carefully to make sure the books were new and unmarked. Nowhere did it say they had remainder marks, or were returns, or were anything other than new overstocks. My further problem is that it took 2 calls and 2 emails to reach customer service. The CSR 'Sandra' said she is the only one in the department and denied knowing anything about my emails, even though I had received a 'Read' notice from her. Then she said she'd give credit for the damaged books but not the ones with remainder marks, and no credit for shipping. I want to return them all at their expense and pay nothing for shipping in either direction. Sandra transferred me to her supervisor who explained that their books are all returns! Not even new! Nowhere is that stated on their website. She did lead me to a page that said their books may have remainder marks on them. But that page is not prominent, you have to know where it is to find it. And the product descriptions do NOT have have that information. So that's what you can expect from this company. If you're okay with cheap books that may be used, and no satisfaction if there's a problem with the order, go for it.

I've been ordering from bookcloseouts for the past six years. The best thing about bookcloseouts is the book cost: The sale category books start at 99 cents. My introduction to them was a sale on children's books, in which I picked up dozens of sticker and toy-inside type books for less than $1 each. There's always a $5 off $35 coupon code available, as well. I've never had an issue with the book quality. The books do have remainder marks - A black line marked along the bottom spine of the book. They've always been new, however. Closeouts are typically the unsold books that bookstores send back to the manufacturer. In all the time that I've been ordering from them, I've had one problem - a book was sent in the wrong language. All it took was one email, and I had the correct version within a week. The only downside of bookcloseouts is the shipping speed, which may have more to do with the USPS media mail than them. It's taken up to a month for me to receive a large box of books.

Placed an order on 2-17-2006, payment was taken out of my account on 2-19-2006, never recieved a shipping conformation email. I emailed them several times and called several times, did not recieve a reply till 2-22-2006 (email) saying the color ink refill had not came in till that day and it was to be shipped out the following day along with my black ink refil and that I would receive another black refill free because of the hassle. On 2-25-2006 I emailed them asking where the shipping conformation was and said if I didn't receive a reply I would file a claim with BBB, got an email on 2-25-006, with shipping conformation for 2-25-2006 which was on Sat. so my order was not shipped till Mon(2-27-2006). Finally received my order on 3-1-2006 to find just 1 black refill, and a check minus shipping for the order that I origanally ordered. So after 19 days I still had no color refill, paid shipping, and waited over 3 weeks. I should have been told that I was not going to get my order. I would have gone somewhere else. They will not ever recieve my business.

Not only did they have them, they were reasonably priced and I found additional items I hadn’t seen elsewhere. Merchant responded quickly by e-mail to my on-line order, merchandise was exactly as pictured and described (a product I had previously ordered from a catalog company and no longer carried, so happily located this new source on the Internet), and was just as quickly properly packed and shipped to me. Charges as posted to my credit card were accurate. I will not hesitate to order from this merchant in future, and I especially appreciated the brief period from order to receipt of product.

I have dealt with this company for some time now. I usually do not have any problems, but now this past problem has caused to to never do business with this company again. I purchased a Soyo Dragon MB from this company and it arrived to my house with major problems. I contacted them about the problem and they just accused me of trading the board out with a bad one and I was just trying to gain a new board. I tried to make the understand that it was their fault that it was late arriving to my business site and it only took me about 15 minutes to decide that the board was dead but they did not want to hear the truth about this board. It all comes down to they right out called me a liar and they did not want to help me in the situation at all. I lost my customer due to this problem and in turn they have lost my business forever. Now I have a dead MB and I am out over $100 for their screw up! I would not recommend doing business with this company at all. If you recive a bad product, that is just too bad for you, it's not their problem. I am just glad it wasn't something of higher value to find out that they do not stand behind their products at all. Please stay away from these crooks!

I have been purchasing from this company for a while now. Got to say....good turn-a-round time, But bad pricing. I am a retailer and I use all different distributors. MALABS is not good one. That just my opinion...here is why. They own a retail web store called "EWIZ" and everything on "EWIZ" is priced at the exact same price they have posted on there "MALABS" website. And in some cases ( my case ) I purchased some ram from them ( MALABS ) and had my account rep. go through the pricing and we had sent several emails back and forth. And come to find out I payed $50.00 more than I should have for the ram ( very up set ). I will cut and paste the reply my rep. First of all, I’m very sorry about this. I understand price is a very important issue. Regarding the prices on Ewiz, Ewiz and we have very different operations. I don’t know their prices and I can’t control it. The items that are cheaper on their website may are having promotions at this time. But please remember one thing that Ewiz is for end user, so the buyers need to pay tax! The price you see on their website is not the final price! But since you are a reseller, we didn’t charge you tax! So actually you save a lot with us. Just because I save tax doesn't mean that we are getting wholesale pricing!!!! The state still wants there money you have to pay it back. Also you can purchase on EWIZ and not pay tax if you have a valid resale license, I have been in the wholesale and retail business for 20 plus years and I am telling you right know....wholesale pricing is usually a discount off the retail price....in most cases 15 to 25% depending on the product. And especially if they are selling it for the same price or less on their sister web site. I say be very careful I would find some other company to purchase from.

Ordered IPAQ 2215 PDA on 4/2. It was billed 4/5. I called for tracking info on 4/20, and it finally happened to arrive on 4/21, over two weeks after it was charged to my credit card. Yet this is not the end of the saga. Upon opening the package I discovered some minor scratches, indicating that the unit was not in NEW condition. I do not know if it was refurbished and they tried to sell it as new, or if they just made some honest mistake (as they claim), but it was definitely not NEW as advertised. So I sent it back to them, with the assurance that I would be sent a NEW item upon receipt. On 4/23 I sent the item back, and UPS confirms they received it on 5/3. Here's where it gets REALLY interesting. As of 5/5 they are not answering their 800 number. I can't reach them at all to learn when my NEW product will be shipped. As of 5/9 I am disputing the charge. I will never order anything from this site again. Not that I could, since there doesn't seem to be anyone minding the shop.

I ordered the 100 pack of dvd-r 4x generics for $40.99. Got them in less than a week, and they work great. This company processed my order fast and accurate, packed the product carefully in bubblewrap and got it to me fast. What more can you ask for? I also recieved automated emails of order status during the entire process. I will definately order from them again!

I bought a mount from this company on July 17th and received it on the 24th. Unfortunately all the parts were not included. The said they would take care of it. It is now the 28th and the part still is not here. When I spoke to the rude customer service rep. about it she said it would not be here til Monday and that it was not unreasonable to wait. I told her that it did not seem unreasonable to her since she wasn't waiting. Needless to say I have purchased two other mounts from them in the past and have recommended them to others for the last time! Stay clear of them. Find the model number of the mount you need and google to find it cheaper from someone else!

I am writing this review after placing my 4th order with them. These guys are great in everything. I had some problem with one of the mounting brackets I ordered. I spoke to the guy(Curt), and he told me that things will get done on time. After that i wanted to return three brackets I purchase and they didn't have any problem returning them either. I was simply trying to buy an ebike battery from Bix International which has the same physical address as this company so I presume it is the same. After exchanging several emails (most emails sounding like they were not from a native english speaker) I finally got most of my questions answered. Actually some of the questions were not even answered properly and in return emails I would also have to point out the question I asked and point out how thier answer did not make sense. Any company that will answer only one question at a time and I have to send multiple emails asking them to please answer all the questions (yet they still answer only one at a time) seems to be a bit flakey to me especially when the replies are not even in proper english. I have had way too many issues with counterfeit batteries from China to trust a company that seems to lack even basic communication skills. Even the website had issues. When I entered my Washington state zip code the only option it gave me was for pick up rather than for FedEx. I certainly am not going to go across most of the country to pick up a product. Glitch on the website I presume. Just another red flag. In the end due to the lack of proper communication from them and the website issues, I have decided to go elsewhere. If you cannot even answer my questions effectively I am certainly not going to spend several hundred dollars on something and hope it works properly.

I purchased an iPhone battery here less than a year ago. It worked great at first and then stopped completely. When I purchased the battery I was told it was great and if it stopped working at any time bring it in for a refund or replacement. A few months ago I took it to the store they told me it came with a phone case, which it did, and I needed to return the case with the battery so they could return the entire thing to the manufacturer. I was told again, "don't worry, you will get a refund or replacement when you find the missing case." I finally found the case a week ago. I took it in this evening. I spoke first to ANTHONY and explained the situation. He said he needed to get "his manager". Manager 1, TRISTAN, comes over. He says they no longer carry the battery and the price in the register is 99 cents. No, I do not have a receipt. Everyone I previously spoke to said I did not need one. He then says he needs to get "his manager". Manager 2, AMY, comes over. After she repeats everything I already hear she tells me to call corporate and give them my credit card, they can look up what I paid. For some reason, they cannot do what Target can. So now, I am supposed to spend who knows how long on the phone trying to speak to a human to, maybe, get some money back. I had already told them I paid no more than $20. She said they could give me another 99 cent battery, not an iPhone battery. Seriously! All three were absolutely useless and had no personality or idea of how to talk to a customer. That upset me more than the broken $20 battery. At no time did they say, "Hey, we do not guarantee or honor the refund or replacement that we had when you bought the item." I thought it was a great thing Brookstone had. I know if I bought it at another store and it broke without the receipt I would not get anything. But this was Brookstone and these sales people, calling themselves "Managers", were useless. OR, how about, "Sorry, I cannot help you." That was not a word in their vocabulary. Just stupid blank stares, "Call Corporate." Oh, yes, I am calling Corporate. I finally told AMY she could throw the battery in the garbage. I left the store and realized I should YELP this experience so I returned and asked them for their names so I could YELP this experience. That is when ANTHONY became very nasty. "Go ahead, YELP US!" as I walked out. He followed me to the door taunting me like a child, repeatedly, "Have a nice night? YELP us!" I turned around to find him in my face. I turned on my video camera on my phone and told him to say it again. By that time AMY and TRISTAN were there also. TRISTAN had the good sense to get out of the photo. AMY stood buy "her employee" as he refused to repeat what he had just said to me. Because now, he knew if his real manager saw his behavior, he might be in trouble. My husband told AMY to have her employee, ANTONY, back away from me. She would not. I asked AMY who was her manager, she refused to tell me. She insisted she was the manager. I asked who was the store manager. She refused to tell me and told me to leave the store. I have all of this on video. I should have recorded the nonsense they told me about the battery earlier. Clearly, there was no real manager there tonight. Such a shame for a store like Brookstone. Moral of the story. Brookstone is a fun place to visit. Don't buy anything that you want to last. Don't believe their guarantee. Don't believe they will be nice or helpful if you have a problem. They won't, they were not. They were rude.

Ordered an item, "in stock" on their website, a week before Christmas. Next day got an automated notice that it was out of stock, with a delivery date of 12/27. Notice said if I didn't cancel, that would be my acceptance of the later delivery. Promptly sent a cancel e-mail (12/20). Only got an automated "we received your e-mail" reply - no acknowledgment of cancellation. Sent another e-mail - same thing. Finally called them, only to be told that they'd contact their vendor and couldn't assure cancellation. So if you order, and it's not in stock even though they say it is in stock, you may or may not be able to cancel.

Placed on order on 4/13 was told item was available to ship. After a week I asked for the tracking numbers and was told they would get them and send them to me. I was out of the office for a week and when I got back the switch was not delivered. Called several times and only got to voice mail was never able to talk to a live person. As of 4/30 no switch, no tracking numbers, to response to voice mail left on the customer service line. Don't do business with KVMs.com if you need the equipment in less than a month. Customer support is non-existent. I would rate this company as very very poor to do business with.

Ordered an item from LuggageOnline 12/14/11 for Christmas. Plenty of time right? Not for LuggageOnline. On 12/21/11 I noticed on UPS tracking data that item was scheduled to be delivered 12/26-12/29/11. I called LuggageOnline. The LuggageOnline agent cancelled the order and placed a new one with 3 day shipping (which was being offered to all online). His call not mine. On 12/22/11 I noticed on UPS tracking that the package would be delivered 12/26-12/28/11--AFTER CHRISTMAS. They have a tab where you can print a "gift voucher" telling someone that you ordered something from these dopes, but it didn't arrive. How nice of them! I happened to notice that the original shipment--which I could still track on UPS--had actually arrived in my town on 12/21/11 at exactly the time I was talking to the first agent. I called LuggageOnline customer service again. They informed me the item was now on back order. As for the original shipment. It was rerouted and could not be rerouted again back to me. So, what I got for my call to customer service was LuggageOnline taking steps that stopped me from getting what I ordered on time and doing something that insures I will not get the item on time. Also, at no point did I ever receive an email informing me my order would be late. They have good prices. But there is a reason for that. THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Pay an extra couple of dollars and buy elsewhere.

Around a month ago, I purchased two Xbox S-type controllers from llama.com's online store. The prices were certainly fair ($40 for two controllers) and I waited only a week for shipping/ processing. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that one of the controllers had its cord damaged and was barely functionable. I e-mailed llamma.com about this and they opened a RMA ticket without any hassle. Within another week, I was mailed a new S-type controller free of charge. For my order, Llamma.com acted both responsibly and professionally. I would recommend this site to anyone interesting in their products as their prices and support are well above average.

Well, I ordered a few cables (DVD Power Cable, and the enhanced IDE Cable) to do the Samsung 616T DVD Hack, and a new USB daughterboard ((for the controlers) because my 1st controler port was dead (burnt out). The SAME day it went into processing and was Shipped. I live in eastern Canada, and it was supposed to take 3-5 business days, well on the 4th day it had arrived. Every email about my order I recieved from them was to the point, and there was always a link to get a hold of them if needed. They also saw fit to tell their customers to use a different shipping (not UPS) if you lived in Canada because there was a $40 hidden cost, which was nice. All in all, everything was perfect!

I bought from AddictPC after researching and pricing about a dozen other custom made gaming PC sites. AddictPC was among the lowest prices of the bunch, but low prices aren't everything. I bought from them because I liked the way I was treated. I must have called Marty four different times with questions before finally placing my order. He even stayed on the phone with me as I placed it online so I wouldn't make any mistakes and I also had some equipment questions. I ordered in on 1/6/05 and received it at my home on 1/19/05. Even though it was built within the expected time frame, 3-5 business days, Dave threw in a 500W upgraded power supply for free. Dave had expected the PC to be done a day earlier and felt the need to do that, totally unexpected but very much appreciated. I also liked the fact that I didn't have to pay sales tax ($146.)because they're in Washington and I'm in California and they shipped it free UPS Ground as well. I had a PC on order with Alienware for a week and they had done nothing whatsoever with my order so I cancelled it and went with AddictPC. Alienware wanted $2400. for the same exact spec PC I got from AddictPC for $1800. I would highly recommend these guys. I also got an email after I received the PC asking how I liked it. They did an excellent job and my new PC is a work of art.

I received it today and called them today letting them know that the part doesn't fit and that I would like my refund or exchange it. On Thursday morning, I ordered a motherboard that was listed as being in stock. I received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged. I checked online order status daily, with no change, until the following Wednesday, when I received an email from Jane. She wrote that the item was discontinued and not in stock, and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes, and later I received an email with a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Overall, the process was painless, but the out of stock item should not have been listed as being in stock.

The Vista Print web site provides a much simpler input and has much better editing available when creating a custom product. One major editing need that BuildaSign DOES NOT provide is the ability to move a portion of the input to the front or back, or re-arrange the input easily. It requires you to delete objects, go back to the source, re-download and re-input them to the project to revise order. I did not see the size of the input file or the dpi requirements. In order to complete my order for a flag banner, I ultimately sent a very large file to the art department and left it to them to determine the final results. Though I have had nice results from BuildaSign, I feel the website is in need of a major re-work. Vista Print has an easy to use website, reasonable prices, return customer benefits, and very quick delivery.

I bought a Palmer Stabilizer inline regulator and 5 tank o-rings from this online retail store because of a nice low price. It wasn't a goof in the price, but these were the lowest that i've seen. So, looking like a legitimate site, I bought these two items from their store through an online transaction on April 1, 2004, and it's April 20, 2004. Their order status (showing the status on their end of the line, not shipping). It's still in the "processed" stage (although they don't explain what the statuses mean). In response to one of my e-mails, they say that "completed" means that they have sent the order out, and I'm still waiting for this to happen. I e-mail them, and they rarely respond. So, I called them, and the line is always busy. This store has thoroughily frustrated me, and so I sent the Better Business Bureau onto them to see what they can do... Hopefully things will work out. All in all, I give them a low rating because they have low prices and flat rate shipping. Their customer support is HORRIBLE, and they, obviously, take way too long just to send a package out THEIR doors, and not even through yours.

I made my online purchase on April 19, 2004. So far, no package. But, they have charged my credit card the $70 for a barrel, bolt cover, and a pack of O-rings. I have called several times, and get no answer. Their answering machine says the store is located in Foley, AL. When I tried to call the only store for paintball in Foley, the number is disconnected. I ordered a locking dog door on 8/6/08. I returned the item, undamaged and in the original packaging on 08/23/2008. It took several emails and several phone calls to finally obtain my refund over 60 days later. The 'customer service' staff at America's Pet Store kept telling me that it was up to the manufacturer to refund them before they could refund me. In my opinion I ordered from APS not the manufacturer and it was up to APS to make sure I received my refund promptly and was a satisfied customer. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer and will not order any products from this company in the future.

My wife and I were searching for something for our little yorkie to get up and down off the bed at night After purchasing 2 different sets of stairs that the dog refused to use we purchased a hand made ramp and she took it it right away. I'm writing this review while STILL on hold with Old Navy customer service. Chat option is not even available online, and I have been on hold for 1:22:50 and counting. My order shipped and was missing a product (even though the packing slip showed it included). Not only am I on hold forever to correct this, but the hold music is a horrifying loop of 3 second clips of alternating songs and static. Songs from the 60s - present time, jumping every 3 seconds I was just listening to Pink and Elvis with some other unrecognizable songs thrown in. WTH IS THIS?!?!? I just want the items i paid for! I will NEVER order or buy from Old Navy again. I will make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know about this experience, and I'm going to post it on all of my social media accounts. This is the most obvious demonstration of how little they value their customers I have ever seen.

I was putting together a HTPC and ordered a Silverstone LC03-VFD case, 2 Hauppauge cards and the Gyration Ultra GT Combo. The communication from this vendor is very accurate and responsive. For instance: I was simply shopping around, I had registered on the site and added a few items to the cart, but never checked out (one item was out of stock). I got an email a couple of days later inquiring into why I had not completed my order. They asked me if there was a problem, and if there was anything they could do to better serve me. When I stated that it was b/c one of the items was out of stock, I was told when it would be in stock, and was emailed when the item actually arrived. (Which was earlier than expected.) This vendor is highly recommended and specializes in parts for HTPC (Home Theater PC) enthusiasts. I will DEFINITELY buy from them again.

Purchased a replacement Dell Laptop Battery - will not hold the charge. Have been trying to return for credit but web site is "under construction" or "page not available". I'm afraid they are out of business and I am out of luck.

I have ordered form this store maybe about 20 times. The only thing I do not really like is that they charge shipping in multiples the order is made (ie ordering two batteries results in almost double shipping charge)

This was my second order over about a two-year period. My recent order was small, as was my first, for two unusual, high lumen, CFL light bulbs. One of the bulbs arrived inoperable due to apparent mishandling somewhere along the way. I reported the problem to BuyLighting and promptly received a very nice apology and was informed that a replacement would be sent immediately. Today is exactly one week after I reported the problem, and a replacement has been received and tested. It arrived in good condition. Obviously, I am a small customer. However, I have received respectful and prompt customer service, including no arguments, accusations, or delays. I will continue to be a customer for life and am happy to recommend this company's service. Order online with confidence.

Buy local! Don’t waste your money with this company. I ordered $187 worth of plants and bulbs on 9/5/2020. Everything in the order was designated on their website as ‘fall delivery’. On 10/22/2020 I contacted them via their website requesting a refund. By that time we had experienced several hard freezes, temperatures were regularly below freezing at night, and planting the live plants and bulbs was no longer possible. Other than their standard automated responses I heard nothing so contacted them again via their website on 10/30/2020 restating my request for a refund. On 11/2/2020 I received an email from them requesting all previous correspondence regarding the issue. Up to that email, my only correspondence from them had been their automated replies, but I put my two requests and their automated responses together in chronological order and sent it back to them via email. After more automated responses, on 11/6/2020 I receive a shipping notification for my order. Note that I did NOT request the order be shipped, I requested a refund. I contact them again pointing out that I can’t plant either the live plants or the bulbs when they arrive since the ground is frozen. Even if I could dig a hole, the temperatures are below freezing at night so the live plants would die. I’m told, via email, that the live plants and bulbs can be “stored in a cool, dry, and dark place or planted in pots and kept inside until more optimal planting”. These are plants and bulbs that should be planted in the fall. They are expecting me to store them or keep them in pots for almost a year? That’s ridiculous! Now on 12/3/2020 the live plants (half the cost of the order) are dead. The bulbs have been stored in a ‘cool, dry, dark place’ but I seriously doubt they will be viable when I’m finally able to plant them next fall. I would have been far better off spending my money locally and getting quality plants, bulbs AND good customer service. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and avoid doing business with this company.

I ordered over $600 worth of plants in early 2019. I received an email that my order had been received and my credit card was charged in February 2019. In April I had no follow up or delivered order, so I called and emailed, left messages. No response. Again I called and emailed on may 15. I received a response may 20th that my order had shipped. 2 weeks later half my order showed up, 2 plants dead and it took until july to get the remaining order and replacements for those that were dead on arrival(july in Missouri not a successful time to plant anything) 2 rose bushes did fine but never came back up in spring 2020. I emailed and called in April 2020 to request replacement for the warranty Rose's. No response. I emailed and called again may 5, may 20 and june 4. I received a response on june 4 (saying allow 2-3 business days for a response) that my request had been forwarded to the appropriate department (still nothing) and since may 20 when I call their phone rings twice then goes to a busy signal. Research today showed MANY similar complaints.

I've been a member of zip.ca for a little over a month and so far everything has gone well. The service works just as advertised. One thing that annoys me, though, is that some of the more obscure titles they have listed in their catalog are not actually in stock. You have to become a member before there's any indication that these titles aren't available. I find this practice misleading and have to wonder if they don't deliberately do this to make their catalog appear larger than it really is. With some titles that are unavailable, they say that if you add them to your "ziplist," they will consider ordering them in, but of the dozen or more titles on my list that are "on order," one has yet to materialize. I added these to my list on the first day I joined. I'm not holding my breath for them to show up. Also note that the membership fees listed on their site do not include sales tax. Despite these criticisms, I'm generally happy with the service and can recommend it without hesitation. (I see that the five reviews preceding mine all give the service low scores, but those reviews are over 5 years old. I can only assume that zip.ca have gotten their act together since then because I haven't experienced any of the problems mentioned.)

I found the Zip.ca shopping experience to be mediocre at best, offering a great service but very little value for money. It took 18 days for my 4 DVDs to make it to me and then back to them. I cancelled after 2 weeks. It wasn't until after I cancelled that I learned that Zip.ca violates both their own privacy policies and federal privacy laws. In particular, after you cancel your membership they will keep your credit card and personal information indefinitely "...incase you will be renewing again (as many members do)". I spent 2 months trying to get this problem dealt with, and trying to get them to remove my information from their system, and it was like beating my head against a wall. Eventually, they told me that I might find more information about their abuses of my privacy "on the Internet". At that point, I filed a complaint. I ordered 2 pieces of gear for a deployment to Afghanistan. Unfortunately one of the items were out of stock, and I needed it really quick. When I called to cancel my order, AFMO was polite and returned the credit on my credit card right away. Very professional and polite! They didnt play any games. Also, I liked the fact that someone there actually answered the phone, unlike a lot of other internet dealers. I will definetly do business with AFMO again.
