I ordered without a problem, and received my battery charger and batteries without a problem, but I never heard from them after ordering to either confirm the order or get tracking information until I emailed them and asked for it. Great price, though, including shipping. If they would just communicate in a timely manner, I would give them a MUCH better rating. But not knowing what is going on with an order is worse than knowing something is wrong.

I ordered a battery recharger from ShoppingMatrix.TV. It came in a reasonable amount of time, and although I haven't looked at it yet (it's a birthday present), my wife said it looks to be in good condition. The only thing that worried me a little, was no e-mail confirmation came. I sent them an e-mail after a few days, though, and they explained that they have a minimal staff which helps them provide the excellent prices they can offer. I have no problems to report, and will definitely check them out next time I have a purchase to make. I recommend this company! UPDATE! Unfortunately, ShoppingMatrix.TV's website had some information that was incorrect, so the battery charger I ordered was the wrong one. BUT... they were VERY GOOD TO ME, and sent me a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the incorrect charger for a FULL refund, and I purchased the correct one from them. It came in short order and works really well. I will definitely recommend this company to you, and I will gladly purchase from them again.

Horrible company, I ordered a gift over 10 businessdays, including holiday weekend ,only got the confirmation on the 29th, instead of within 5 minutes,finally are told maybe I will receive it on saturday, which is too late since the party is on saturday morning, customer service keeps on interrupting ,saying they can take up to 48 hours to process, ignoring my question why I didnt get an automatic same day e mail,this company is not customerfriendly,they hung up on me, not helpful, not caring, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered two Big Block Battler Slot Car sets from the Hobby Warehouse on November 30, 2009. I received one in the mail. I have tried to contact them via email and phone for a month now and have YET to hear back from them. They charged my bank account for BOTH slot car sets and as far as I'm concerned they are running a scam and have stolen over $100 from me. The most frustrating part is that there is absolutely NO customer service and I cannot get through to anyone. Do NOT order from this company.

I just bought a 21" Hitachi monitor from these guys. The processed and shipped it the same day as my online order as promised (if before 3pm or something like that). In in S Cal and they are in N Cal so the UPS ground shipping was pretty fast. In my "special instructions" for shipping, I asked for the package to be held at the UPS center since I work all day long. They must not have read this line because it didn't happen. I had to wait for a delivery attempt before I could arrange with UPS to have it held at there center. Monitor was well packed and works well (so far). It's definitely looks like an older monitor, but it's in excellent condition, as advertised. If I have any further problems, I'll post another reply.

I placed a small order last October for a video card at an excellent price. There were no problems with that order, so I was willing to place a larger order this time (Monday 3/14). The order status has been "In progress" the entire time. When I called to check on it (Friday 3/18), they said that a processor was backordered, and the order would ship the next week. I called again (Tuesday 3/22) and they said the order would ship at end of the week. I have called on the 24th, 25th, and 28th (today), over a dozen times, total, on both their toll-free and toll numbers, and they are not anwereing their phones. Avoid this place.

I ended up cancelling my order (before I found this site) because I got a very bad feeling about the organization: (1) the toll-free number posted on the site was non-functional, only the long-distance line was working and (2)they could not give me any information about my order other than it was "in process", even though my credit card was already billed. UPDATE: I did get my refund after numerous calls and major hassle. Somehow my request for credit back kept get getting misplaced. I was actually hung up on once. For a truly excellent merchant, use newegg.com. The same order was processed and delivered very efficiently.

I'll try and make this as short as possible, 1st order: I get a email about address does not match card address=I call and verify(all good) 2nd order: same email from first order=another call to ice to let them know to look at address($9 back for my troubles) 3rd order: same email, at this point I'm at the end of my rope=me telling them to look at the address. All I get is "oh OK I see it now" and sorry!! I was VIP before the call but I quickly dropped it, why pay money each month for a discount when they can't even process your order correctly and it delays shipment!!!

One of the cheaper sites on the internet for buying some of the higher end speaker systems. I bought a mirage speaker system and they sound amazing. Less than going to Magnolias or another local stereo store and paying full price. Sites like this is why I wonder how much longer local stereo stores can stay in business. Shipping was on time and box was intact.

Recently purchased a Marantz receiver for an excellent price with free shipping and good delivery timing. Shortly after installation I began to have problems. Contacted them, explained the problem and they shipped out a replacement the next day and arranged for a UPS return in the next few days. New receiver arrived the day after the old one was picked up. This to me is great customer service and I would definitely do business with them again.

We always check this site first before buying stuff online and this was our first order from ABC Vacuum. We bought a Remanufactured Dyson DC65 for an awesome price and yes we were a bit worried but when we opened the box and took everything out part by part every single part looked brand new! And the DC65 runs as brand new too! We are very pleased with our purchase and the price that we paid. You should not let the word "ReManufactered" scare you. (ordered on 1/9 and Fedex delivered on 1/16.)

I used Swiss Colony in the past and was happy with the whole experience. This year I used them and it was like dealing with another company. Not only were the products not worth the money, but after receiving my first bill due 3/5 I received a phone call at 9 am by a representative who interrogated me about when and how I was paying 6 days before it was due . I referred 6 people based on my experience in the past, but that will NEVER happen again and I will NEVER use Swiss Colony again.

I opened a Swiss Colony account back in 2018. I did so b/c the balance of the credit they extended to me would not be reported to the credit bureaus and the monthly payments are small. Well, I looked at me credit report and to me surprise, Swiss Colony was reporting. I have made 100% timely payments over the last 20 months, but the balance in reference to the limit they extended to me is high, and it's hurting my score, and credit worthiness. I called them, but they cannot enter credit limit increases manually, the increases are done 100% automated (raising my limit would decrease my utilization on this account, thus negating the damage to my credit score). So, I now have to take money I wasn't anticipating to go to this account to pay them off and end my relationship with them. They told me one thing, and another thing happened = I was lied to, and they would/could not help to rectify their unethical actions.

I placed an order with stupid.com because they offered free 2 day shipping if your order was over $75. I placed the order on Sunday the 21st, needing to get by Wednesday for XMas...I noticed late Monday my order had not shipped yet. I alerted them to this and this was their response : Hi *****, So sorry for the delay in your order. If you wish to return the items and receive a refund, please return them to: GagGifts Returns Dept 129 Roland Dr Johnson City, TN 37601 If you return the items, please email me letting me know so I can expedite the return process. Thanks, I understand sometimes ****, but perhaps they should of offered to pay the shipping back to them...maybe I am asking too much. Also, one of the items I received didn't work. I will not be ordering again from them, mainly because I was a repeat customer, and I feel like they kind of gave me the finger.....

ordered mr. t in your pocket and a super ball from them and they only have 1 shipping method that takes about 2 weeks to get to said person. Well after 3 weeks i was worried emailed them them said they were backed up from christmas, i can live with that. then a month passes and i emailed them again and they resent one because mine must have gotten lost in the mail. well i received my items today and i am very happy with them. p.s i think someone in my apartment building is stealing all of the things we order online from us and our magazines so this mishap might not have been their fault.

McMaster-Carr is a great source for most anything a machinist or mechanic needs in the way of small parts, hardware and shop supplies. Their prices aren't the greatest but the selection and depth of stock is amazing. For prototyping you need only a few parts and McMaster has all sorts of the most ordinary to the most arcane - Need left-hand threaded rod? Check! 8-32 Wing nuts? Check! 1" stainless steel round bar stock? #8 x 0.750" aluminum spacers? Check! And the search feature on their website is amazing! Just start to type what you want and it anticipates and displays similar items. Two clicks and you're at the page with the part descriptions, pictures and pricing. Another click and the part is in your shopping cart. They ship very quickly and the freight charge isn't outrageous.I think they still offer a flat-rate $9 but I could be confusing them with someone else.

There is nothing intuitive about this website - it gives no hint or clue about what country it is in, where it ships to, or even if it is real at all. It is happy to take my credit card, but simply says "shipping and tax will be added" without giving any hint or clue about how much that might be - the entire thing looks like a scam where the hackers didn't even try to make it ask for everything needed to complete an order. If this site is real at all, they need to make it work properly, so customers can actually buy stuff. Nobody hands over their payment details without knowing the price, or where shipping can go to.

I have called and emailed several times and been told, "It will be out in a few days." We did receive part of the accessories, but nothing more. I saw their listing on ebay for a battery for my Minolta A-200 and wanted to purchase 2 from them. They had a toll-free number in their listing so I called and spoke with Josh who told me I could purchase over the phone. I gave him my Credit Card number and email address. He told me he would email a confirmation. After 3-days I called back telling them no email was received. They told me they had shipped the batteries and they should arrive in 4 days. They did not arrive. I called back and was told they had a fire and lost all records of my sale. I then ordered again from them and finally received my batteries on 2-17-2005 and they were the wrong ones (they sent me batteries for a A1 Minolta.) I emailed them immediatly and they responded within 2-hours asking for my phone number promising to call. That was the last I heard from them. I have emailed them several times in the last 3-days with no response. I am hoping they will make it right and will add comments at a later time to let you know if they did in fact make it right. I received a phone call from "Mike" on 2-24 telling me he had definetly shipped the right batteries out on 2-24 and when I received them I was to send the wrong ones back and they would refund my shipping... Guess what!?!?!? Its 3-9-2005 and still nothing. I will give them until this weekend then I will report them to the BBB and contact Visa for a reversal of funds. It's now 4/11/2005 and I had to contact my credit card company for a "charge back" a week ago and have received my money back. Stay clear of this outfit!!! They are not worth the headache. Worst business I have encountered since I started using the internet.

12/13/05 UPDATE A couple of days after I posted my original review, Hardware Cooling contacted me by phone and said they had sent me three emails saying they needed a different address. I rechecked both my email to make sure I hadn't missed something -- no email there. However, they did ship the item the next day and it finally arrived yesterday. It looks about how I thought it would and it seems to operate fine. I am not sure whether I would order from them again -- I'll see how long the laptop cooler holds up before I decide. The person I talked to on the phone was polite. Now that I have the item, I will change my rating to somewhat satisfied. However, the "we sent you three emails" comment makes me feel not so confident in their customer service. (I had received exactly one email from them verifying the order and credit card payment.) Original review: I ordered a laptop cooler online from hardwarecooling.com on 11/12/2005. I paid online at the time of ordering. The payment cleared my bank on 11/14. I waited patiently until 11/27 when I wondered what had happened to my order. I checked my account online and it showed that the order was still "pending" -- awaiting shipment for payment confirmation. I immediately emailed them from their website and have had no response to date (11/30). I emailed again today. This is my first order with this company and I'm disappointed at the lack of response to my queries. Not to mention the frustration of having not received the product I have paid $35 for (plus $7 shipping).

Absolute waste of time and effort dealing with this company. They practice some pretty unethical business practices and put the blame on you as a customer. Placed an order and item was in stock and charged me and had "shipped" on the order information. Called to check in on the status and they told me they sold my item out from under me to someone else and refuse to fulfill the order at the original purchase price despite having more stock. They expect me to wait another month until December to receive the order at the already purchased price because they aren't willing to make any corrections to their mistake. It was supposed to be shipped today (Nov.8/2022) On top of that they are trying to gouge me with a new price to fulfill the order sooner from their own warehouse despite them having stock and having the full ability to fulfill the order. They had the audacity to bring up their profit margins as a reason they cant be bothered to fulfill my order properly (over about a less than 20$ difference.) despite the delays and their own screw up. Zero compromise and frankly it speaks volumes about them as a business and their customer service. Extremely petty and shoddy customer service. AVOID CENDIRECT AT ALL COSTS.

On 9/24/04 I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 3200, using 2 day delivery. Ten minutes after I placed my order someone from Starlightcameras.com called to confirm my order, which I did. Then immediately he started explaining I needed a certain type of battery for this camera, with a price of $79, within 3 minutes the price went down to $49 (first clue there was something fishy). I refused to purchase the battery, he then tried to sell me an extended warranty, I also refused. My item should have arrived on Tues. 9/28/04..it did not. I called them on 9/29/04 to ask where my camera was, I was asked very rudely, "Was your credit card charged?" I said I didn't know...he stated "call your credit card company to see and then call me back", which I did (my credit card was not charged). I asked why this was not processed, he stated "it wasn't available". I said why was I not notified, he was very rude and said "not my problem", I asked if he was an owner, he said "kind of", I said what is your name, he said "Dick", I said and does Dick have a last name, he said "Cheney", I said "very funny", but I would like to know what happened to my order, he hung up on me. I called my credit card company back with concerns I had given them my cc#, they advised me to cancel my card and they would issue a new one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Today I wanted a Nikon coolpix digital camera. I was kind of curious about the deal when I received the email confirming the order and it stating call to place order. I didnt call.(I didnt really plan to buy right away anyhow, I just wanted to know the total price. In order to get the total you must sign up, give credit card info, etc. So I gave an old card number that didnt work anymore to see if I could get the total. To my suprise, the order was placed...with the non-exsisting card.) They inturn called me the same day. (Left a message anyhow stating call them and his name and the ex# which was 201.) Well, then I did call. Curious I guess. It asked for the ex# and when I put it in it dirested me to # 217 instead.(oh well, they all work there right?)When he answered, I told him my name and he knew me right away. He "sent someone" to check if it was in stock, and it was. He then wanted to sell me a memory card. I said I didnt need it because it was a gift. He said ok, the item will be shipped in 6-8 weeks.(that didnt register yet)He wanted to hang up but I kept him on explaining how I might plan to purchase another in the near future and would they be in stock then. He said 2-3 weeks they would ge more.(What they only carry one, I thought.) We hung up and I checked the status online. It says,"Working Orders".(Whatever the hell that means.)I tried to email them, curious again, to see what it meant? Both addresses failed. Of course it is after hours so I cant call. So I started checking around on the internet. I put in the yahoo search "www.starlightcamera.com scams" and it lead me to here and many other sites. Good thing huh? One site states that they found from a business site that the domain name is registered to One man, and gives his home address and phone number. Look it up, it would be fun I think just to flood his home phone with "hate calls." Scare the hell out of him or something. I read on here also that people are sent to prison for what he does. ooooh, great idea. There is also a way to report him for such thing. (since I was scammed I wont, but it is a helpful tip to ones that have. Since he has your cc# he can buy what he wants that day.) Oh, but tomorrow is another day and business ours are "OPEN" so I will be calling just to have some fun! One simple consumer with the right resources can do more than they would expect. (By the way, my first phone call will be giving him this site so he can read what is to come since he is too chicken shit to talk on the phone or receive emails.) Why dont we all join in. I ordered a Sony 30-inch HDTV (Model KD-30sx955) late on a Tuesday. I received a call from the shipper on Thursday to set up a delivery time the following Monday. The delivery actually arrived earlier than expected on Mopnday, which fortunately was not a big problem. The salesman told me that it was the last one tyey had and that the box was slightly dented. I appreciated the honesty, and after looking all over to find this model, I decided to take a chance. The box did have a slight dent, but the TV was in perfect, new condition. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation as I requested, but I did get a phone call, so I'm not complaining. It works very well and I'm happy with the purchase and the experience.

I contacted the owner brett and he was good at replying before your order is placed. Upon payment of my order, i tried emailing him and didnt get a response from him. so i thot i wouldnt be charged for the ordered i made. After a month i got my billing and was surprised to see i got charged and up to this moment i havent recieved any responses from my 50+ emails and didnt get what i ordered for. This store is a rip off ......... I am not the only one as u can see in thier forum. BAH!

I ordered an Olympus D-560 for $286.00, which included the camera, rechargable batteries, battery charger and camera case. Wal-Mart sells the same camera for $289.00 (for the camera only). I was a little worried when I got the camera, it was obviously repackaged in a white box. I called Olympus and gave them the serial number of my camera, and they confirmed that the camera was indeed new, and not refurbished. I can't fine their website (they're not on YAHOO! shopping any more). I'm satisfied with my order overall, but would probably not order from them again.

On 12/17 led to Ideal web site (high rating on Nextag, system failed me) Ordered Kodak Easyshare w/docker.. Brad said people returning dockers. What he recommended was an overpriced piece of junk battery charger, came w/Flash card never got. Cust dis-service is rude, wouldn't take it back, only replace it. Lucky I got anything at all, go read reviews at www.dealtime.com. Got what I did because it was to their advantage. Order from Ideal, they become Digicam, god only knows who they are now. Feel sorry for all who fall into this trap.

My mouse is very easy to move during game play and everything else I do with my computer. Great price and great service. For a total of $2.00 including shipping I have enough for six applications!

Ordered 6/19/03 Shipped 6/23/03 Received 6/30/03 to southern california, usa Shipping time was about average; hoped it'd be faster but not complaining. Also watch out for non-ssl ordering. Shipping cost was $0.60USD for 2 strips--i got extra--(in envelope; might want to ask FragStore to put the strips between cardboard or stiff plastic to avoid bends during shipment) Great product. I'm using the teflon strips on my MX700 and it feels really slick on my 2yr old used-and-abused everglide large attack pad. I wonder how much slicker it'll feel after when my everglide giganta comes in the mail (ordered from another e-tailer). If it means anything, the reviews weren't joking when they said you can move the mouse by blowing on it :)

I have purchased several times from them in the past, and have chalked up their few poor reviews I've seen on yahoo and other sites as mere hiccups. However, with my recent experience I must agree with the bad reviews and suspect the good reviews may have been posted by the company itself. I ordered a digital camcorder at a very good price, and of course I received the obligatory call stating the camera I wanted was out of stock, but they had a "package deal" including a long life batter and 10 dv tapes for about $100 more they could ship out right away. Being the schmuck that I am, and really wanting this hard-to-get camera, I took the deal. Well, the camera came in and was defective - I called them and was told I had to go through the mfg for repairs. And then they only shipped me 5 tapes... after frequent calls (their automated customer service only answers about 20% of the time) I was told I'd receive a $10 credit instead of the tapes. Needless to say, I'm not too happy and will NEVER buy from them again.... my next email is to the BBB.

I purchased RAM on Janurary 21st, 2003 and still have not recieved my product yet. I have e-mailed them twice and they said they had a "fire in the complex" in one and in the other they said that because of this the warehouse would be slowed down, but they are still accepting orders and sending them out as they come in. They took $106 of my money and I don't know how to get it back. I have seen this in many forums about RAM from this company. I will never buy from this company again. I think we should do something about this and not let them get away with it. I give them a -100 for service and everything else. I will tell the town I live in that the Gay Homo Z (GHZ) who runs this company is a fraud. They could at least tell the truth. My next step is to inform the authorities. I have already made contacts, so GHZ you better watch out, because what you did will not go unnoticed.

IF I ever had a problem with any order, I simply called the # on the included buisness card from an order and left a message of my problem and was promptly called back and the problem was taken care of,.. No more problem.. I have had 2 to 3 after market batteries for a few of my phones that have been lifetime guarentee, that have died before me ( Hence . Im still alive and the batteries aint..) that all I had to do was call APS, tell Artie my problem and I have been taken care of.. I have no problem whatsoever with the products I get from APS, and If I did, I feel confident that I would be satisfied, thats a good feeling when dealing with vendors online, or anywhere, when you dont have to worry about the guarentees.. you are guarenteed!!.. I sent an order for 5 cases and 3 drive racks. They received my cashier's check on the day listed above after having discussed the items for several weeks prior by e-mail. I had no acknowledgment until I asked July 23, when I was told they had to wait for the (CASHIER'S) check to clear. This was a small order to see if they were trustworthy, and I am not impressed. Will report later if and when and how they ship. Note after receiving: Packing was done well, shipment was as promised (just really late by a week), communication not too smooth - It took them a week to basically acknowledge they had received my guaranteed payment, and if I had waited for them to figure it out, I might still be waiting.

On 5/17/17 I ordered a IPC-G3370S server case for $120.00 from P-Link and received a damaged unit. I sent P-Link photos of the damage, and asked for a replacement case. After a two-week hiatus while apparently the entire company took a vacation, they instead asked if they could send only a new faceplate and I regretfully agreed to their offer. After several more email inquiries about the status, I finally received and attempted to install the faceplate. At this point I discovered that the entire chassis was warped more than I had originally estimated, and I again asked P-Link for a complete replacement. Customer service rep "Sean" then chastised me for agreeing to let them send only the faceplate, and asked me to return all of the parts at my expense so he could reimburse me for the return shipping and send a new case. I paid $65.21 for FedEx Ground shipping (my least expensive option), and then "Sean" refused to honor our agreement when he received the damaged merchandise. So I asked for a full refund on 7/6/17, followed be several more inquiries about the status of the refund during the next month. On 8/1/17 I finally received a reply that I would receive a $120.00 refund, but I would not be reimbursed for the RMA shipping. After another series of email exchanges with P-Link, I finally informed them on 8/4/17 that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and seek legal action against them. I was promised that I would receive a refund the following Monday. When I saw on 8/7/17 that I had received only a $100.00 refund, I again contacted P-Link and was told that they had deducted $20.00 from the refund to cover the shipping cost for the replacement faceplate (the same faceplate that they asked me to accept in lieu of the complete exchange that I originally requested). This company is very fraudulent and very frustrating to deal with. Please avoid my mistake and take your business to another reputable vendor.

Long story short. I have four 8gb sticks of transintl ram (SUPPOSEDLY they cater to the film industry) and it always came up as 1066Mhz. So I recently upgraded my 2012 macpro from 2.46Ghz to 3.46Ghz and was obviously expecting the ram speed to go to 1333Mhz (and yes I reset the PRAM) After much research, I took them out and tested each one at a time and even though ALL of them are transintl. com 8GB PC10600 DDR3 1333MHZ ECC, only two of them would show 1333Mhz. So I called transintl (a brick and mortar macs that state matchless service and support) and they told me to ship it to the to test. So after a whole week, the call me and transintl. com COMPLETELY dropped the ball on me. What a waste of shipping priority mail and waiting a week even though I was told a few days. I sent the 4 sticks USPS priority mail last Thursday, they got it on Sat and said they'll run stress and other tests. And was told by their tech/warranty dept. that they would take care of me (not sure what that means, I was under the impression that would be some of compensation or adjustment or something) and have it back by Monday or Tuesday. I get a call on Wednesday saying that all 4 sticks ran perfectly at 1333Mhz, but they didn't use a mac (they only had a PC and it was sent out to someone else). And I asked well can you at least swap out the ones that I marked, that on my mac only show up as 1066Mhz and they said no, so they shipped it back and I got it last night (January Thursday 28th) and put the ones that I marked, that only show up as 1066Mhz, and low and behold it’s the same issue. I am very disappointed in this company and of course will never use them again. Finally re-bought all of my ram from OWC (which I called and mentioned my situation, and they told me that they would have just swapped out the RAM). Expensive lesson learned, just because some random company slaps a sticker on ram with lifetime warranty, doesn’t mean you’ll get true lifetime warranty service like you would from a more reputable company such as OWC.

I was trying to purchase an extra 2GB RAM for my Mac Pro but at the last page of trying to order online, I was met with the site's database being down. I e-mailed them letting them know I was trying to purchase a product from them. My e-mail signature has my phone number in it and they called me to let me know they were right on it and I can make the purchase over the phone instead. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable; it was done very fast, very painless. The product was shipped that very day. It came in at the expected date and works. I would recommend transintl to anybody looking for a very reliable alternative to Apple's expensive RAM upgrades along with knowledgeable and fast customer service.

I had an initial hang-up on buying a generic brand printer cartridge because I had faced 2 problems in the past when I had purchased a generic-brand cartridge from a popular retail store in our area. The ink spilled as soon as I removed the seal (messing up the carpet) and dried up the printer nozzles. So I was very reluctant to buy any generic brand cartridge and was only buying the branded ones. I have a Canon MP-370 and I did not want to mess up the expensive printer for saving 2 cents. Inkquik.com has very low priced generic brand cartridges – This prompted me to inquire. I emailed them a question and I got a reply within the hour. Normally I am happy if I get a reply within 24 hours. So, Inkquik.com passed the first test – They were prompt in customer service. I decided to make a purchase. So I bought 2 black and 2 color ink cartridges. I got a confirmation email by the end-of-business-day that the item was already shipped. I received it in a few days by USPS priority mail. Now the main test was regarding the performance of the cartridges. They worked just as good as the branded one. The ink did not spill, nor did it dry up the nozzles. So I am happy with the cartridges. I have not returned any product back to them : So I cannot comment on the returns and customer service related to returns. So, overall – I will purchase ink cartridges again from inkquik.com and would recommend.

I bought a fax film catridge for a panasonic fax machine, And I'm very pleased, ordered on Friday an got here in Florida on Monday, the price with shipping still was cheaper that the office supplies stores around here. When my inkjet catridge runs out, I'll try them again to see if the quality of the catridges is as good as the fax film. I'm very satisfied Oh! I almost forgot, they sent me two Jolly Rancher candies with the packing peanuts ;)

I was not told that there was a contract required to purchase my DIRRECWAY one-way satellite internet system. The information did not appear anywhere during the ordering process, or any subsequent confirmation email. I only found out about it when I checked the status of my order. I was not called on the phone to inform me that my order was delayed because of this contract. This caused several days of unnecessary delay. The process of having to fax in the completed contract was also very cumbersome. The overall customer service experience was very poor in my experience. I was unable to get answers to my questions about shipping dates. Some information I was given was incorrect. I spoke to a customer service supervisor to make a formal complaint and was treated very indifferently. This person did not care about my complaint. They simply told me that this is the way it works.

Calls go straight to voice mail and messages never returned. If you order from this place you might as well flush your money down the toilet. I have reported them to the LA BBB. They may have been decent at one time, but now they will simply charge your card and you will receive nothing.

Ordered a couple of Sanyo NCMQR06 AA battery chargers with 4 proper AA eneloops, not the cheaper "lite" version (these are best rechargeable AA batteries). They turned up just two days later, and are just what I wanted. Other Australian suppliers were more expensive. I could have purchased similar chargers from overseas slightly cheaper, but these were from and Australian supplier an so had Aus 240V plugs (no adaptor needed). I'm happy and would purchase again from this seller.

I was tempted of buying item from them because of low shipping cost. The next day i received shipping info stating that typical delivery day is 3-6 days but i dont mind about that because my previous order from consoleshop took only 2 weeks to arrive. 2 weeks has passed, my order hasn't arrive yet. I started to send some email to them to inquire regarding my order. They respond by stating they have courier difficulty. Again, a week passed by, try sending some more email to them, no response from them at all. For nearly 2 months i've been sending email to them in which none of it was responded, i gave up. Now i turn to the ConsoleShop forum and it turns out i wasnt the only one who has the same problem. One of the forum member started to do class lawsuit after gathering a lot of information about the ConsoleShop. Later after that, the forum is closed, and the link to the forum at ConsoleShop site was removed. Out of ordinary, i decided to give out a very bad review regarding their site at one of their item's review, namely the item that i ordered from them, SMOKE BLACK case, by saying ConsoleShop is scam, and by giving out this link. The review does show up at first, few hours later, the review got deleted. DAMN YOU CONSOLESHOP!!! I CONCLUDE THAT CONSOLESHOP IS SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE!!!

I, STUPIDLY, ordered from this site, $104.41/€73.09/£57, they took my cash immedietly, and did not give me a tracking number, but i thought since i did order on a saturday, i would have to wait till monday t get it, 4pm monday still no tracking order, so i emailed them, about 30 mins later i got an email stating that i would receive my goods in 3-6 business days and my delivery had been upgraded to UPS instead of express mail, i found this a bit fishy considering i live in the UK and it would take much more than 6 days for my order to arrive, i then emailed them stating i either wanted an immediate delivery of the tracking number, and if they couldnt provide one to give me a full refund since they have clearly not shipped my order. At the moment i am waiting for a reply, and if they provide me with some bullshit answer, i am gonna get serious, my uncle is a lawyer, which is good for me coz then i can take this company down so hard they wont know what hit them, but if i am wrong and they provide me with a refund or even, *small chance* a tracking number then i will come back and report my findings, but im giving them till 4pm July 1st 2008 to get back to me with a reply, i will then threaten them with my lawyer, and believe me, nobody will hear of this company anymore, if there is one thing i cant stand, its those F*CKING scam artists, anyway, wish me luck. UPDATED: (1/7/08) Well, i seem to have scared them, they have provided me with a UPS tracking order, and according to UPS my package is on its way to be shipped across to the UK from France as i write this, so, if all goes well, i should have my package in 2 or 3 days, again, i will update this once i have my package, but i certainly wont be ordering from these guys again. This is a review of my purchasing experience with BatterySpace.Com with the following product: (24 pack) AA 2300mAh high capacity NiMH Powerizer rechargeable batteries with 6 free battery holders I recently ordered this product from BatterySpace.Com with a nice deal. The price was low only $29.95 at that time (I believe it is even cheaper now) for 24-count 2300mAh Powerizer batteries with 6 free holders. And there is a 5% coupon which cut the price to $28.45. With the free shipping promotion (by 12/25/05), that is about $1.2 each battery which by far is the best value I’ve found anywhere online or elsewhere for batteries about the same capacity. I did some research and read some online reviews about batteryspace.com. All seem to be positive, so I decided to give them a try and placed my order. The package arrived very soon in a nicely padded package. I use a LA Crosse smart battery charger that can display the capacity of batteries on its LCD in the test mode. I immediately put my new batteries into the charger and run the test mode. To my surprise, all powerizer batteries read beyond 2300mAh after fully changed. They seem to be better than the advertised specifications. I am very pleased. I used a lot of AA batteries in toys for my baby son, which is the reason I buy a lot of rechargeable batteries. I think the investment in rechargeable batteries will eventually pay off compared with using Alkaline batteries. Alkaline batteries cost about 40 cents each, so three charges or little more of this Powerizer battery will pay for itself. I used to buy Energizer batteries. They cost about 2.5 dollars each. Although they work very well, it is too pricy to buy hundreds of them. I compared the 2300mAh Powerizer battery with the 2500mAh Energizer battery with some toys and portable mp3 players. I have to say that both batteries work very well. There is really not much difference to notice. These Powerizer batteries also work well with fast charging. I tried 500mA current charging, it took only about 4 hours to be fully charged. I have not seen any side effects. I have not tried even large current charging, but I think in general fast charging would damage battery life. With some spare batteries, I can afford slow charging now. One thing I need to mention is that I especially like the free battery holders that came with the order. Previously I often randomly put batteries somewhere on my desk. It was very difficult for me to keep track of my batteries since there are too many of them, and I can not tell which are charged, and which are not. With the battery holder, it is much easier for me to organize them. Each hold also has a small lock tab which keeps it safe from baby. They are very nice freebies to have. Overall, I think my first experience with batterspace.com is very happy. I am satisfied with my purchase especially considering the low price and the quality. I will buy more from them in the future. I highly recommend it.

I purchases a asus T100TA IPS tablet in December 2016. Stopped working by the middle of February. I thought it was the charger, so i bought a new charger without success. Phoned REFURB for less in late MAy. says Warranty was for 3 months, Im stuck with it. Walmart.com refuses to return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY REFUSE TO HELPAND IT APPEARS THEY ARE NOT REFURBISHING IN A WAY THAT GETS IT PAST 91 DAYS. rip-off

They processed the order quickly, however delivery time was 1 week. That would be fine, except I had to pay $18 for "express" shipping. Also, relatively quick replies on email. Their phone number does not work!!

I ordered the item December 8th, although advertised as in stock it didn't ship until the 22nd. Item arrived damaged and requested RMA. After a few days RMA was granted, I paid the shipping back and after 11 days I have no refund and can not get any response from seller. That was $640. Very ticked off!

I have order from this vendor twice with no problems at all. In fact, the first time I ordered from them they did not have any feedback from anyone so I paid extra for the PayPal protection, but it was not needed. I received exactly what I had ordered and received it on time. I just ordered from them again and will leave feedback again as soon as I receive my order. Great vendor, no problems at all. I no longer have the invoice number from my last purchase so I made one up. I will keep it from now on.

I recently bought a pair of adidas originals and when it arrived they both were the wrong size, not only that they looked discoloured. I looked in the box for a return tag, they didn't have it in the box either. So I took it to ups and ended up paying for the return cost because I could not reached adidas customer support line at all. Very dissapointing with my first purchase I made with adidas. All I can say is that I had a bad experience with them!

I have purchase 3 posters from Allosters. I have been satisfied with each purchase. They were beautifully framed, and arrived within a timely fashion. I had made a mistake with one of the purchases. I was given a full refund and was told to keep the purchase. I was then able to apply the refunded money to the poster that I had originally intended to purchase. The customer could not have been more accommodating. I have read some of the negative reviews, but it has not been my experience. If someone is looking to purchase very reasonably priced posters with very decent workmanship - I definitely recommend Allposter.

I ordered three posters from movies I loved. the posters that arrived were not movie posters but, very poor reproductions on matte paper from a third-party printer. this, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. AND, the reproductions, which they do not tell you are poor reproductions, are of such low quality that they look like they were printed on a desktop office printer. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.

The policy on "dead on arrival" products is 7 days. A 15 day money back guarantee is offered for returned products. My transaction proceeded without any problems.

They are also making money on their shipping, as they charged me 13.00 for shipping, (actual cost, 6.00) I won't be buying any more product from them.

I have become the victim of a classic bait-and-switch seller who communicates until the money arrives (in this case, a postal money order) and then sends a much cheaper item than advertised and refuses to answer all email and phone messages once the buyer discovers that he's been had - and, from their eBay feedback record, I am at least the second person subjected to this particular scam (I was swindled through eBay auction #3470663716, and the other auction number was #3462913494 - check the feedback that customer left). The computer power supply I was sent is very different from what was advertised in detail in the auction listing - not only was the brand different, but the amount of power it's supposed to produce (as indicated by a label on the side of the unit) is much lower than what was stated in the auction, plus it doesn't even provide that amount of power when actually hooked up, AND it has a loose part rattling around inside as well and shuts off within 30 seconds of being turned on! (It's so incredibly light and the transfomers visible inside are so tiny in comparison to the supply it's replacing, that I could tell even before hooking it up that it was definitely not going to be able to perform properly, even up to the low current levels given on its label.) I immediately sent these people a very detailed email through eBay's message system, and later sent a regular email as well (addressed to EVERY address I could find on their website, comprella.com), AND phoned them repeatedly at the number given on their website and left two separate and very detailed messages (they never answer their phone). Not a single one of these messages has been returned over the past month - and yet, when I had initially bought the item and had asked them where to send the money, they'd responded right away! Also, the item was illegally sent by media mail; a postal inspector caught this and the package was opened and marked as having been inspected and found to be in violation of postal regulations, all of which substantially delayed the shipment. I have filed an interstate commerce fraud complaint with the postal service, and notified eBay as well that this seller not only rips off customers but is also completely unwilling to respond to complaints. There are also other instances in this company's eBay feedback where it's indicated that they've refused to communicate with unhappy customers. Stay away from these crooks!

I bought a laptop battery from them 9 months ago, before it packed up. Although they advertise a 1 year warranty on the invoice, and repeatedly on their website, they now tell me that it is only a 6 month warranty. False advertising at best - fraud is closer to the point. By the sound of the reviews on this website, the batteries are generally rubbish. Unfortunately I didn't check them out properly before ordering the battery, if you are wiser than me - DON'T TOUCH THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS!

Order two replacement batteries for my jet skies (Big Crank ETX30L). There was no mention on Battery Mart's website that these batteries are smaller than the other jet ski batteries on the market, therefore, the cradle that they fit into is now too big to hold the batteries from moving around inside the jet skis. They should provide this information before purchasing. Very disappointed.
