I had such hight hopes but what I found was just an overall strange experience. Should have known when I ordered a Strongbow and got a Shock Top.The waitress acted as a bartender. The bartenders acted as the cooks. It took over an hour to get the food we had ordered because the bartender was running between the bar and the kitchen. We had the nachos, potato skins and burgers. Some ofour group opted to go get Popeyes instead because of the wait. The food was gross. Dont even bother. When we wanted to leave the bartender/waitress/chef was no where to be found and trying to get someone to acknowledge you at the bar is impossible. When we found our waitress/bartender/chef she had been hiding over at the dart board with some guy for at least 30 minutes. The only thing that made the evening enjoyable was that I was with my friends. I do not recommend this place and I will never go back.

If you're ever in Parker, CO, please stop by the Celtic House Pub. They have good drinks, excellent music (Cloverdayle was there when we went), and are just excellent people. The owners were there and personable, even though it was busy. Everyone, even the customers, were friendly and down to earth. It's even kid friendly. My 11 year old enjoy it also.

Our 4 days trip (Delhi-Agra-Jaipur) with India by Car Chauffeur was great, well planned, with enough flexibility for any last minute changes. It made the trip well organized but still open to adventures. The local guides included in the trip were very knowledgeable and kind. The driver was great (new Renault SUV) and Kulwant was always ready for personalized customer services. We had requested quotes from at least 6 travel companies, but this had the best rate and quality of service. All in all, we highly recommend India by Car Chauffeur and would use their services again.

A complete inability to manage a simple project. Joyce proposed a 3 week schedule for a simple project. Finally after coordinating their subcontractors and much rework due to poorly sequenced activities it was finished 3 months behind schedule. Poor communication and even poorer project management. Avoid at all cost unless you want to teach a project manager on how to do their job.

From my initial contact phone call with Simon ,I couldn't be happier with my Joyce kitchen renovation.Simon took the time to listen , understood exactly what we were after and advised us on ways to maximize our storage space.The pantry is so neat and tidy now,I can see and find everything !!!! The bench top is an entertainers paradise, the hub!!!The quietest most efficient exhaust fan..I could go on and on...the most efficient team ever.Thank you Joyce..10/10

Our build was not managed well at all. It took them 2 years to build a home which they totally lied about from the start. The workmanship of the property is absolutely crap. Where can I start. Painter came back at maintenance to complete unfinished paint areas, there are still unpainted pain areas, the skirtings on the corner have never been fixed,there are dints in the wall, the kitchen cupboards the plastic was taken off early and the cupboards are disgusting. No matter how much we clean them we can not clean them well enough, the tiling is horrible we have expensive tiles and the grout is all different and not the same all the way through. They came back to fix the plumbing with our toilet upstairs. 6 times before they got it right. Every time you asked them to come back and fix something it ended up worse, our driveway had stains and rust from steel left underneath and they came back to fix it and now it looks worse, it actually looks shit. The Supervisor was not helpful he was way to busy to worry about coming and checking the workmanship. We have built twice before and never ever had an issue, Boutique Homes and SBG Builders were absolutely brilliant, this time we had to built at the back of mums and they were absolutely the worst builders, workmanship ever. We saw them building and we saw their short cuts. So bad. Seriously if anyone is considering building with these guys, dont, you will be pulling your hair out. The only good thing were the girls in the office, they were the only helpful lovely people. Dont build with these people seriously dont.

I am a professional property developer specialising in units, townhouses & sub division. Over a number of years I have experienced varying levels of service from building companies, often experiencing both time delays and increased costs. This has not been the case with Red Bluff Homes. Within weeks of commencing on site the slab and all complex drainage retention works have been completed. I look forward to the frame construction and will keep this page informed of the progress. I cannot compliment the administration department enough for their thorough and supportive attitude throughout this process. They went out of their way to assist me in attaining all the engineering and services requirements associated with obtaining the building permit.

Good products but they seem to be extremely lacking in basic social skills which is a great pity. Here is my case. Because of their lack of response to my email apart from a bot reply telling me it would take 3 to 5 days before they would email me back, I threatened to leave a bad review in another email several days later, if I did not get a response. I still got no response. You see they sent me a link to review their product and I hadn't gotten the product, so I thought it might have gone to the wrong address, hence my email querying delivery. As I got no response to either my first or my second email several days later I left a bad review. Below is part of the over the top reply I got from Markus after what I have stated above. You can make up your own mind if this is the type of company/ people you want to deal with. I want to make it clear that the only threat made was to leave bad reviews if I did not get an email response. I have to also make it clear they responded to me in record time once the review went up. I see from other reviews online the response below is very typical of how they respond to customers and I have seen other customers quote similar terminology online in relation to this company. ''We do not respond to abusive messages and we will report any threats to ourselves or members of our staff to the police. We will not respond to any further communication from yourself.'' They also told me that they had actually reported me to the police. I am however not expecting a call from the police any time soon because the whole thing is ridiculous beyond belief. I will never buy off this company again.

We've had both water kefir and milk kefir granules from Happy Kombucha and the quality and vigour of both products have been very good indeed, better than anything we'd previously bought from various other suppliers, both UK-based and abroad. The water kefir granules were supplied some time ago and they've continued to multiply at such a rate that I've given away more than we need for our own use. The milk kefir granules (2 sachets) arrived only days ago and are already producing a good product in quantities equal to our needs.

I ordered four products three of which I received the last product I never received. When I attempted to email and send messages via messenger to little natural company I never received any response. Therefore because of the type of shipping and lack of response I am left to assume that I am just out of what I paid for a product I never received.

I will begin with saying that there's nothing particularly "wrong" with this brand, only that I think they're cheap money grabbers. With "Natural" in their name, and using phrases like "vegan leather" in their descriptions, you get the impression that they're using safe, quality materials, crafted by a passionate independent business... yet I ended up with a product made of cheap, synthetic material shipped to me in nothing but a plastic bag from China. The shoes are cute and stylish, but poorly designed and I doubt they'll hold up well at all. There's no slip-proofing on the bottom of the shoe that I ordered (Nubucks)... it's slippery synthetic-suede all around, which makes me nervous to have an uncoordinated toddler to run around in. They smell a bit odd as well. Their quality is comparable to $5 shoes at Walmart, yet are valued at $14 + shipping! I got them during a promotional "free" sale, yet I still spent $7 on shipping... I seriously doubt it costs that much to ship a 3 oz item, but I'm only basing that on a plethora of other order experiences from China. If $7 was a flat rate, I would understand... but shipping stacks PER item. That'd be $14 shipping for 2 items weighing no more than 8 oz combined. Baby clothes are incredibly light weight and therefore dirt cheap to ship, so they're clearly making bank on the shipping charges... that just seems like a cheap marketing practice. Again, this company isn't "bad"... they deliver what they say they will, even if they may make some misleading claims/implications. I wanted to be supportive of an independent company, but they've got to be competitve in one way or another (either in quality or price) otherwise I may as well take my business to Amazon or Walmart where my expectations are accurate because their prices match their quality.

Definitely a scam I placed an order 4 days ago and paid for overnight delivery and my order still hasn’t even processed yet let alone delivered and this place has been ignoring all my emails, I made the payment via Venmo and they are working on getting me my refund but don’t buy from this place, even if it somehow isn’t a scam just the terrible customer service and lack of any communication makes them not worth it. I called their customer service number I found online and some dude just answered like “hello?” As if he was some regular dude, what kind of business doesn’t answer “hello this is 420 mail order how can I help you” just gave me weird vibes

My husband accidently purchased tickets with his touch screen lap top and emailed them IMMEDIATELY along with eBay, eBay said they should have no problem refunding the purchase since we emailed within an hour, but they where so wrong! We received an email 2 days later and with no reason attached they just denied the request! Thst was completely wrong! It was obvious what had happened. They had not even sent out the tickets yet! We will NEVER purchase nor recommend any ticket purchasing from these people, they are obviously only all about the money!

I have been waiting 6 weeks for an adjustment made to my membership fee. Through an email I was assured that after I place my first order, my membership fee would be adjusted to a returning members fee of $9.99. I tried calling several times. They keep you on hold forever, then they say someone will call back. First time no one called back. Second time they called but I missed them. Third time I called, waited 1.5 hours and no option given for callback. I can't imagine if you have a problem with your tickets, how anything could be resolved! Nobody answers the phone or replies to email. So frustrated!

lSKETCHY company and carcinogenic chemicals After 2 weeks of trying to contact them and awaiting a reply from them, I decided to call the number on their website. I got connected to an Indian man who said they moved 1 year ago and still had not changed their phone address. He said he did not have any contact information from Nature Spells. When I said that I felt this was all very sketchy, he got very annoyed and hanged me up immediately, which made me strongly suspect he actually was from Nature Spells, especially as the owner of the company (Sach Gulati) is Indian. I contacted them through Instagram with a question about their products, and they kept deleting them and blocked me on Instagram. He seems to own several other companies that are very sketchy as well. The reason why I reached out was to ask about some chemicals they use (quite a few of them are linked to cancer, like CI 42090, which is linked to cause cancer, hence why it is banned in Norway and many other countries). VERY sketchy company, look out for this man and be careful what you put on your skin!!! They use quite a lot of carcinogenic chemicals and are very sketchy towards customers (check trustpilot, there are several reviews that they have never replied to e-mails and have not ever send their products to begin with)!

Unfortunately had issues with one of the heated boot socks after wearing a handful of times. The company has been sold and the new owner Gary Bretherton does not honour the warranty. If you have problems, expect to be ignored (in my case I gave up after seven attempts in writing). They are trading on the brand name and quality created over the years by the previous owners. Buying a premium UK product comes with an expectation of quality and that in the event of something going wrong, that there will be support. This is certainly not the case with this company. Avoid at all costs as this is not the brand it once was!

Lied and deceitful when valuing my watch not once but twice. Didn’t tell me it was a limited edition and yet advertising it as a limited edition with an extortionate mark up. Ripping the public off as well. Terrible terrible company. Do not ever use.

I live in NY and was renovating my house, when it came time to do my granite counter I started to look around for fabricators and trying to find the stone I liked and also worked with my cabinets. I have to say going over the GWB to NJ and visiting All Granite and Marble Corp was the best decision I made during this project. The vast amounts of stone this company has in there yard was overwarming at first, but with the sales guys they have there to help me out made it so much more easier. They actually steered me in a different direction then I was going in the first place. The shops I have visited before I came to this place has almost no inventory they tried to send me to some warehouse almost 2 hours away to look at stones lol I thought they were joking at first but that was not a joke they were very rude and I felt like I was in a wrong place in the wrong time. So Marble.com as they call themselves I guess cause that's the website had at least 1000 different materials in there yard for me to look at in the same place. It was like one stop shop for me, I came in got a price walked the yard with a real person who actually knew what they were talking about. I actual learned several new things when it comes to stone which actually make sense, like the stone has to be sealed every so often cause natural stone absorbs moisture. Who knew lol? PS this is the place to go and get your stone, I don't know any other company who is still in business on the market for over 25 years

I wasn't a custom shop guy but the guitar just sounded amazing due to the dual MAG pickups and half blender controls that Nick had specified when he ordered it. These guys really know tone and know guitars. The guitar was also more reasonably priced than one's I'd seen in Melbourne.

I buy a lot of guitars, guitar amps, and guitar related equipment. I recently decided to buy a Fender Squier 70's Jaguar electric guitar. These guitars are simply stunning instruments and I had to have one but my normal suppliers were out of stock due to COVID virus. Looking further afield I noticed A & B musical Instruments on the google search. I requested a price for the above guitar that was cheaper than I was going to purchase one for. The service I received from Adam was remarkable, fantastic customer service followed, Adam arranged to get my new guitar setup as I like it. The guitar arrived a few days later by courier. Straight out of the box it was immaculate, not a mark on it the quality of the guitar was perfect and the strings had been set way low as I like them. And it gets better there was even a top-quality new set of new guitar strings thrown in. I know I will never get any better service than this, so as soon as I can get some money together I will be buying a Fender Squire 70's Jazzmaster from them. Be VERY careful if you choose to use this company. I paid $895 and received my impression kit fairly quickly. They were unhappy with all three impressions, so for another $10, I was sent another kit. Again, they were unhappy with the three new impressions (that's a total of 6 impressions top and bottom). They offered me a video session to get the impressions just right. I took off from work to do the session, and they blew me off. No session, no email, and now I've missed work. At this point, I decided I was done with them. Trying to get a refund from this company is EXTREMELY difficult. I had to threaten them with filing a claim with both AMEX and the BBB. I left a 1-star review here on TrustPilot, and they finally agreed to a refund so long as I complied with their demand to delete the review (seriously?!). They tried to keep $69.99 for the impression kit when it was only $39.99. After sending screenshots and having to argue with a very unprofessional 'resolution specialist' named James Myles, I received my refund of $855 within a few days. I blocked this company from my email, and my AMEXand set up a fraud alert on my CC, just in case they try to charge me again. I believe this company does work successfully for some people, and that's fantastic. They are definitely cheaper than a lot of other options out there, but there's a reason for that. Just be VERY SURE you want to go through the hassle of taking the impressions and dealing with these people via email only (they do have a phone number, but it's outsourced to India, and their customer support is extremely bare-bones) because if you need/want a refund, it is NOT a pleasant experience (read the negative reviews). I honored my 'refund agreement' and removed my original 1-star review of this company. I never said I wouldn't leave another review with a different rating, though, so here it is.

I paid $895 in full on Jan 25th for these aligners (Order #112196). They sent me a kit but were unhappy with the way the impressions turned out. They needed to send me another kit (for an additional $10 charge), and it arrived promptly. However, they were unhappy with THOSE impressions as well. They offered me two different time slots for a video session. I picked one, took time off work, and they BLEW ME OFF. No email, no video session, and now I've missed half a day of work. I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their unprofessional business practices and requested a refund. No one replied to my email. I called and spoke to 'Ethan' who was extremely vague and said yes, my case had been escalated and I should receive an email shortly. He tried to get off the phone, but when I asked SPECIFICALLY when I would receive my refund, he tripped over himself with gibberish non-answers. When I continued to press, he said 5-7 days then hurried off the phone. I have still not received an email. I have contacted American Express and will be filing a claim with them. I will wait one week (as advised by AMEX). If I have not received my FULL refund of $895 by Wednesday, March 2nd, I will file my AMEX claim, I will file a claim with the BBB, and I will leave this one-star review on every single platform I can find where this company is reviewed. All I want is my money back. If I get that back, I'll delete this review, file no claims, and move on with my life.

I received my first book by Hamilton Book and it was marked up with black ink. There was no mention on the website when ordering that I was going to be receiving a marked up book. Customer service would not pay return shipping even though I received a book they called rendered even though there was no mention of it when I ordered.

I know it's been 1 month, my bad! For not reviewing the order I got from last year. Well, better late than never! Luckily I've got my good quality set - technically the shirt, first.... and free sunglasses. Then the skirt came a bit late. It was at first, lost BUT then when I mentioned about this to her. She then told the others to package it ON TIME , before the Holiday season! And it finally did came! Then, I cancelled my subscription (which by the way is viciously tricky to do), but I don't know if I will get my money back or if I just cancelled the automatic renewal next month...

First order with this Company and worst experience EVER. Over two weeks lapsed without any communication and I had to buy elsewhere. Immediately cancelled the order PRIOR to dispatch but they still sent the items. Instead of marking the boxes, Box 1 of 2 and Box 2 of 2, I had to return for the second box which was missed. Immediately sent back the two boxes return to sender and was refunded for the smaller box containing one pair of shoes. The larger box was worth over $400 and as a Department of Veterans' Affairs TPI (totally and permanently incapacitated) pensioner, I cannot afford to lose this money. We have also been affected in the Brisbane floods. Zero assistance from this company and internal and external communication is completely unprofessional.

I ordered three pairs of shoes over two months ago and they have not arrived. Have sent three emails and no response to two of them. They replied to my second email and was told they were looking into the delivery, and would get back to me. Three weeks later no response or even a reply to my last email.

I am so hurt and upset. I was so excited about the products and the company. But they made an unauthorized withdraw from my checking account it wasn’t even tied to one of their subscriptions. I reached out an hour after the charge of over $300 was made to my checking account which info I never gave them—the got it through PayPal. I sent four emails in two days, sent them a text message and DM’d them through instagram. Finally after three days I got an email back saying sorry it has been after 24 hours so they can’t make any changes. But I had reached out to them four times within 24 hours. They never responded to me after that and ignored any efforts. I am not even excited to use their product before because of how horribly I was treated and how they made no effort to understand or rectify the situation.

I ordered ONE product, they gave me a SUBSCRIPTION I did not authorize. They notified me the day before that my "next" order would be shipped the next day. There is no way to cancel a subscription on the website, even with the link they send you after you create an account. You have to create an account to cancel a subscription, they claim there's a link there to cancel but THERE IS NOT. They claim you can cancel by sending them an email. I did that and they just sent me back the link with instructions to go to the page that has NO way to cancel. Then the next day they send me an email saying my "next order" had shipped. I had to cancel them from PayPal. This is a scam. Avoid them.

Rubbish. Ordered and paid for items to be delivered before Saturday 2pm today. Did not arrive. Wished I had double-checked Trustpilot as it seems a common occurrence with this company providing undelivered items. Guess it's always better to stick with reputable companies like Vista Print than go with the likes of these never heard of.

Do not order from this site. I ordered an iPad case, they sent the wrong size. I sent them detailed pictures with sizes. Every order i have made has come on time. Free shipping is awesome and comes the next day in southern Ontario. Sure some products are dry and are weighing .1-.2 under but what can you expect when company's package it months prior to sale, it will obviously dry out. Ive never had any issues with OCS directly. People who are complaining should take it up with the producers. Ocs is just a middle man selling the product.

Oh, my. I bought a gram from organigram and another gram from Tweed. They were phenomenally bad. Like, I was expecting them to be dry because I knew that a lot of dispensaries had problems with overstock, but... These were so dry that you basically could not (IMO) sell them on the black market at all, you'd go out of business. I had to smoke a whole joint in order to get high (and that is saying something - I got more high off a capsule of ginseng almost than that weed). After several attepts of asking for a detailed invoice for the $120 to have my site up again after 11 years of having it with this company, I just got today what I call a ransom note saying "pay the $120 plus $100 for redemption! I really think the "redemption" should be on them. Thank God there are other choices and I am getting a better site, hosting and a domain name that suits me well! Class-action anyone?

I have had my website hosted through bludomain for a few years. Each year, I receive an invoice via email, and have paid. This year, I didn't receive one at all, and then all of a sudden, my website and email are not accessible. It's been completely embarrassing, and REALLY frustrating. Not only that, but it is salt on the wounds that they are not even answering emails or service tickets at all! Not worth it at all! Do not use them!

I have recently taken out a policy with Aviva. It is a household policy for a new build which does not start for another couple of weeks. Obviously the address I put on the policy is the house I want to insure not the one I am currently living in. When I realised I needed my documents sent to another address as they would not be emailed I phoned the call centre. I was quickly informed that I couldn't get it sent to another address and I would need to take out a new policy online (to avail of the online discount again) and then phone back. When I explained that this seemed unnecessary and was not a great way to deal with new customers I was very quickly told I could complain and go to the Ombudsman. This is very infuriating to have this offered up before any other effort is made to resolve the issue at hand. When I requested to speak to a manager, my issue was resolved very quickly without actually having to speak to said manager. I was very appreciative that my problem was resolved in a simple manner, eventually.

Konga cancelled my order when one of their sellers failed to deliver my order. Then I asked Konga for a refund to my bank account. For over 2 weeks, Kuda has been giving me silly excuses why they are unable to pay the money. Their customer services keep telling lies on their Whatsapp chats and emails each time I ask for my refund. I attached screenshots here as evidence.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE. They are an absolute scam - my order never arrived, their phone line doesn’t work and their email customer service is horrendous. I used this company bc it is what is recommended through the Sony site… they never called to say that it was ready and then when I finally got it back, they fixed the broken lens focus, but had broken the view finder. The problem is, I had bought a new camera in the meantime so I didn't use this one for a few months… I had only tuned it on and checked what was damaged had been fixed and then put it away. The first time I actually used it, I realized it had been damaged in this new way by precision camera… but now it is past their warranty so they won't take ANY responsibility for the "repair". I have worked with them many times. Many of their products are made of wood and focus on recyclable materials, which I really like about them. Prices are moderate, but their quality is better than others. I have purchased many similar products before, the wood quality is uneven, and there is no English instruction manual. They can provide English instructions and let me edit, it is very convenient to customize my brand for my learning centers.

Overall the store is good,they are do retails and wholesale together. The prices are reasonable, the wholesales are very cheap with good quality for the following orders. I've made some orders , no problem at all. But my second order came in damaged and took quite a bit long time for about one month. Customer service offered me a replacement and all turned out well.
