The items I ordered turned out to require being drop shipped from the manufacturer with a 5 week lead time. This fact was not indicated anywhere on their website however. As well, within hours of being informed that it would take at least 5 weeks for them to be shipped, an email indicating a sale was now in effect offering what would amount to $20 off my order. Their support was unable to apply the sale discount to the order, however they were able to cancel the order. In the end I decided to spend a little more money to receive the products earlier, as the extra cost was not an issue given the time sensitivity of their delivery. However, I could also have made the purchase anew through them to receive the sale discount with minimal effect on shipment date, which given the 5 weeks what is a few more days?

125West.com has outstanding customer service and a unique selection of products to choose from. I purchased a Saeco automatic coffee machine from 125West.com about 5 years ago. I was unsure about making a $600 purchase online, but at the time I found information suggesting 125West had been in business for about 5 years already, so I took the plunge and was very happy that I did; my Saeco machine still does it's job today. Another 5 years later and they are still operating with the same fine customer service they provided back then. I purchase all of my coffee from 125West.com as I love their imported Cafe Beletage. Their website doesn't have a lot of graphics to slow down the loading of the site, which means fast ordering and browsing for the products I want. I have noticed they are starting to add videos to their site for product demonstrations, but they don't interfere with the loading time as I have the choice of playing them or not. I fully recommend 125West.com for anyone looking for a specialty product!

I had a terrible experience and will never do any business with this site again, he threatened me when I simply asked where my shipment was after 7 days. I requested my money back and received threatening emails from him several times even to the point of him coming to my town. Beware before you buy, this guy doesn't know how to run a good business if he is threatening people simply asking where their merchandise is, I didn't bother with anymore emails and just filed a complaint with my credit card company and received my money back, he still insisted my package was on the way but nothing ever showed up after the credit card complaint was filed, if it was on the way I would have received it but was planning on refusing the package, Don't trust this site. BEWARE!

I placed an order for a set of DVDs on April 17, 2005. The prices seemed great, and shipping wasn't too bad. I now wish I would've payed a premium instead of buying it from GK World. They notified me on April 19, 2005 that my order would not ship in the 2 days isted under their shipping info. They said they would email me when shipped. It seemed ok. April 22nd, nothing. I emailed them asking what was going on. April 24, response. They said it would ship the 25th, and would update me on the 25th with a tracking number. Nothing. 26th comes around, late that night I got a tracking number. It's now the 29th, and my package has yet to arrive. Update: It arrived today, April 30th. Nearly 2 weeks, 2 weeks, for something that should've taken only 3-6 days to get to my house.

Somewhat slow shipping after order (took almost 2 days to ship), but recieved item in a somewhat timely manner. Battery *seemed* to be new, but I suspect it is used. (scratched, no original packaging) The battery does work, & looks to be holding a charge, only the next few days will prove whether it was new product. A bonus was included with my purchase (an earbud for my cellphone) at no charge, I thought this was a nice touch. If the battery holds up as well as my original, I will have no complaints with maxmost.com

Ordered a camera.Next day an e-mail arrived - call James. The usual pitch for grossly overpriced memory cards and batteries ensued. After I did not buy any extras, I was told that the item would be shipped. After daily calls to chek progress (their web site did not have any status changes) I cancelled the order. Surpisingly, that was done rapidly. I recieved a confirmation e-mail almost instantly.

I started to become very suspicious about those guys, now I am sure they're a scam and very dishonest. I ordered a canon digital camera, they called me on a sunday morning, and upsold me a few things, warranty and battery, I should have known better, Tom the sales person told me it was a 3600 mAh battery, I received a 900... I called Tom back, when he made sure I had received my camera he transfered me extremely quickly to a customer care person, no goodbye, nothing. The box I got seems old, scratched, the camera looks ok, small scratch... I will not order from that site anymore, I would advise to keep away from them.

Extortionate postage charge. When it arrived it wasn't particularly well packaged and there was a small scratch on the outer frame. I read their T&Cs and basically there's nothing I can do about it as it was a custom size frame. Would not use them again.

Your "subscribe" window with a bulldog is very annoying because it appears onscreen and there is no apparent method to get rid of it, no X. It blocks about 1/3 of the screen and prevents further shopping.

I called today to purchase a Sharp Aquos LCD flat panel TV because it was the cheapest price I could find online by $100. I would seem the previous reviewer was correct. When the slick salesman realized I wasn't going to buy any of their ridiculously overpriced accessories or warranties, suddenly the tv was on backorder for 3-5 weeks. They're just using low prices on high dollar items to suck people into buying their overpriced accessories and warranties. Too shady for me.

Purchased camcorder from this website...a sales rep. called and high pressured me into buying a battery charger, he decieved me and told me a charger was not included in the camcorder and the manufacturer did not recommend charging the battery through the camcorder. The camcorder was purchased as a Christmas gift. After Christmas day, when the camcorder was opened, it was determined a charger was indeed included, and the additional charger purchased was not needed, and was defective. When I contacted the company to get a return authorization number to return the defective charger, was told that it had passed the 14 day return policy and no return was allowed. Several emails attempting to get resolution have proofed unsuccessful.

On 1-26-05 I ordered 2 boppy slip covers from this company online. Several weeks later I finally received them only to find that one was a completely different one that what I ordered and the other looked used. I immediately emailed the company as there was no phone # on the website and was told I would be sent a return label. I waited a few weeks and received no label. I returned the items anyways as these were gifts and I wanted my credit soon. To date I have received no money, no checks or no credit to my cc. This company owes me about $40. I paid to have the wrong items shipped initially, I paid to ship them back to the company and I paid for 2 boppy slip covers that I dont have in my possession! I was very pleased with the quality of the earplugs which I bought in August last year. Previously I was spending £5 every 3 weeks for 6 silicone ear plugs. I bought the large pack which has 24 plugs to drown out my husbands snoring and has lasted over 7 months which is a bargain. I will never buy any other type of ear plugs ever again. This is only my second order from Swift Ink but I am now ready to crown them the Newegg of the ink world. Swift had a 2 for one special and I immediately took advantage of it on October 29 . Here it is October 31 and the cartridges arrived today by Priority Mail. I ordered 4 and of course, received 8. For the record, I am in California and they are in Michigan. Fantastic service! In addition, I paid only $4.95 for shipping, not the rip off prices some outfits charge. The quality of the ink cartridges has been excellent and they are filled to the top. I don't use a lot of ink but I assure you they will get all of my business.

I was getting tired of paying $18 and $24 a cartridge for my expression xp-830 printer. When I saw these on swiftink I took the chance and brought one to see if it would work. My printer recognized the cartridge on the very first try. It prints exactly like the Epson ink cartridge. I will be buying all my ink cartridges from swiftink. The shipping was also fast. On 12/09/05 I bought a video card from eagepc and went with the 2-3 priority mail (which cost me over $14.00 plus an additional $4.00 for processing or something like that). It is now 12/16/2005 and still have not recieved my package. They have not responded to the two e-mails I have sent them and the phone number they give no one answers. This company seems to not care at all about their customers. They seem to do that old take your money and run routine. I am going to have to file criminal charges against them. It would be nice if Reseller Ratings could help the police in hunting these criminals down (like the dogs they are) and put them behind bars where they obviously belong. Maybe It wouldn't bother me so much if this was just a $20.00 card that I had bought, but it was a very expensive high end card and I'm out alot of money. Not only am I dissatisfied with them I would like to hunt them down and beat the #&#!%* #%*! out of them. If they don't have the part they should say so or get out of business (if that's what you call it). I not only say buyers beware, but don't even go there, it is not worth it as a consumer.

I received an ad during the past couple of days to reprint my book which originally cost $208.32 for $50. I was very interested in reordering a number of books at this rate, however, when I tried to do so it would not give me the special rate. I phoned Mypublisher and was told that the price increase was due to special features. I explained I wasn't adding any additional features that were not in the book that I paid $208.32 for. He stated he understood my position, but stood firm that I would have to pay extra fees. I asked to speak with a manager, but he said it was a manager who was giving him the information. I am very disappointed with their misleading ad. Confirmation for shipping of the book was sent 7/28/15.

I've been using MyPublisher for 6 years. The software has been slowly improving but, as others here have noted, still has issues. Although the layout options are broadening, they're still not as customizable as they frankly should be. The application froze on me countless times this last time, forcing me to restart it. It froze again (3 times) when I tried to complete my purchase. Not great. But my greatest reservation (and the reason I will be using Mixbook from now on) is the terrible customer service. You need to wait 48 hours to get a curt and unhelpful 2 sentence reply from someone who spells your first name wrong. The tone of the two responses I received was so cold and dismissive that I immediately regretted having ordered so many books from this company in the past. The product is not nearly good enough to make up for the poor customer service. Sorry.

I ordered a set of Nitto tires from Barre on 9/29. Barre shipped the order quickly, but only 2 tires arrived, the other 2 were lost by UPS. I tried calling to find out status and was routed to an email address. I emailed numerous times to their [email protected] address and was ignored on every single attempt. Out of frustration, I finally sent emails to every single link on their website to inquire about the status of my order and if they were working with UPS. I finally received an email from '[email protected]' that just said "Sending multiple emails just makes matters worse....". I'm infurated with this company. Granted they did not lose the tires, but they are zero help in resolving customer issues. I can't seem to get the point through to them that my hands are tied, since I didn't ship the tires, UPS won't talk to me and they don't seem to understand that $450 of missing tires is important to the guy who bought them. I will never purchase anything from them again, and will recommend to everybody that I deal with on a daily basis to buy from someone else. As of writing this, I still haven't received tires, nor a refund for the missing tires. It's been over 6 weeks with no resolve. I've filed an investigation with American Express to help me recoup the purchase amount of the missing tires. My advice - Stay clear of Barre Tire.

They gave some examples of shipping rates, Which was "15-16 inch tire $10-$15". They Also state "Over 50 Warehouses across the United States". The tires I ordered were 16" tires so I expected the Shipping to be about $60. I was Charged $206.72 separately for shipping. Needless to say, I was Shocked ! Ironically, this is stated on their Shipping Page, "You do not have to worry about an outrageous shipping charge with LA Wheels Direct." What a Joke, They do the complete opposite of what they claim. I immediately sent them an e-mail questioning these charges, I left four phone numbers and My email address, Surprisingly I never heard back from them. I called them when I didn't receive a response from my e-mail. They told me The fifty warehouses were where they got their tires from and not where the tires ship from, How miss-leading is that? They also said the tires I ordered were really heavy and that is why they were more for shipping. Shouldn't their shipping examples be more like $10-$50 and NOT $10-$15. Stay away from this place, The deal you think you are getting will all go away when you are charged separately for shipping.

However, after mailing in my rebates, it turns out only one phone per family plan was gonna get the rebate. That was not what I saw on the website when I ordered, I even asked the guy on the phone, and he said all three would be free. I do not recommend this store, and I suggest everyone avoid it at all costs. No matter what price they say, they will get you.

In July 2005, I purchased 2 Motorola RAZR phones and signed up with Cingular via the SimplyWireless Internet site. I was pleased with the ease of ordering, the speed of receiving the product and the paperwork included with the phones. However, I purchased the phones based on the advertised "rebate" that would essentially make the phones "free" once the rebate was received. Unbeknownst to me when I purchased the phones that the rebate process was in 3 stages: 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months. Not only that, but SimplyWireless farms out their rebate processing to a company called Continental Promotions Group. SimplyWireless washes their hands of any problems you have in getting your rebate. I had no problem in receiving my 3 month rebate check but the 6 and 9 month rebate process has been a challenge to say the least. It has involved my contacting the Better Business Bureau in Arizona several times, as well as numerous e-mails back and forth to BBB and Continental Promotions Group. The bottom line: if you don't like following up and badgering companies for adequate customer service, don't buy anything that advertises a "rebate". Companies hope that you won't go through all the hassle of collecting/photocopying receipts, reading the fine print and sending in forms, and then following up. I would suspect that 9 times out of 10, consumers don't jump through all the hoops necessary to get their rebates, which is highly beneficial to the companies selling the products. Be an educated consumer and do your homework before you buy a product.

I regret that I purchased a jersey from 818jerseys thru Paypal which they accept. I've seen better looking stuff at Wal-Mart. I emailed and complained that I did'nt like the quality and all they said was they would exchange it. I told them that the pictures are misleading because what you see in the picture is not what you get, but something much cheaper.Of course they didn't respond. I would definately pass on these folks.

I placed an order on 12/16, for an item that was supposedly in stock. I opted for the more expensive 3 Day Select shipping, to insure that my item would arrive in time for Christmas. Airbomb.com is in San Diego, and I live in Northern Calif., so getting the item to me in time should not have been a problem. The item never arrived. On Xmas Day, I sent an email, ordering them to cancel the order. Today(12/27) they sent me an email, advising me that my order had been completed and shipped. I had to call them to stop shipment. I purchased 2 Oscar De larenta body lotions from this seller. The pic in the add showed a very nicely boxed container, what I received was a cheap unsealed, unboxed tube of toothpaste looking thing. It cost me $9.00 to ship them back. They refused to refund my shipping cost because they said the perfume company changed the packaging, and it wasn't their fault. If you need any type of perfume, take my advise, stay away from 1stperfume.com I recommend a company called, fragrancenet.com. Their prices are reasonable, and if you need to return something they will email you a return address label postage paid so it doesn't cost you a cent. I learned the hard way.

I ordered a "Super Card Secure Digital (SD) Adaptor #17566" on October 15th, 2005. The site said that the item was in stock. My credit card was charged on October 27th, 2005. I sent a question to them a few weeks after I had ordered the device, using the form on their site, asking them what was going on, and when I could expect to receive my device. I received no response. At some point during the weekend before Thanksgiving, I sent another note through that portion of the website, demanding to receive my gadget or a refund. In this note, I said that if I did not receive a response by Thanksgiving, I would accuse them of fraud. Well, here it is, December 1st, and still I have not received anything, not even a note, from AheadGames. The website says my order is queued, but that's all the information I have. So, as far as I can tell, AheadGames has stolen my money. As of this point, they have committed fraud. If you want to buy through a company that is actually reputeable, I cannot recommend AheadGames, as the customer service is non-existent, and as far as I can tell, is staffed by people whose only job is to charge credit cards, rather than fulfill orders.

3 Attempts to contact them via their site form after having placed an order on Oct 17th, 2005 and had it remain 'queued' with no updates through today (Oct 27th, 2005). The site claimed items ship within 2-3 days but I received no confirmation of shipping or notice of limited/delayed stock. No response from anyone to any of my inquiries. And to be clear, my email will NOT block/filter their replies if they did actually reply. I'm not so put off by the delay as I am by the sheer lack of response on their part. I have sent a final request for confirmation and to cancel the order if it cannot be shipped within 24 hours. There is no means to manually cancel an order on the actual site itself. Will update this post if I do/don't hear from the vendor. In the mean time I would not advise anyone use this vendor due to unreliability on their part. --UPDATED!!! --- No response to my final inquiries. Sent an email asking them to cancel the order, and notified my credit card company that any charges from them should be frozen/withheld. I would consider this reseller borderline fraudulent and highly advise using other resellers.

I shopped all the Pioneer Authorized Internet Dealers and ended up ordering from Doug at Satellite and Sound. He was extremely straight forward about what he had in stock, when it would ship, and what I could expect. He explained every part of the process in detail and I was very confident ordering from him. I received the invoice and tracking information via email as promised. I placed the order mid-day Friday, the order shipped from the warehouse that evening and arrived clear across the country on Monday. I had the misfortune of having a dust devil blow over my tripod here in Arizona and my beloved Sony VX2100 suffered some damage. I was heartbroken with the thoughts of sending it off to some stranger and spent quite a bit of time searching the Internet for possibilities. The more that I read about Video One, the more convinced I was to give them a try. I shipped my camera along with a note detailing the issues I had found and just a couple of days later a very nice technician by the name of Sheryl called me to make sure she understood my concerns correctly. She said she would call back the next day after she had the opportunity to thoroughly look the camera over. Just as promised, she called the next day and offered several options for repair and different pricings with no high pressure to sell additional services. What a pleasant way to do business. We discussed these and decided upon the best course of action. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the camera had been shipped via UPS and would arrive soon. I can't say how pleased I was to get the camera back in pristine condition and at a price that was far less than I had initially expected. I have recommended Video One to a couple of my friends who are as fussy as I am and know they will not be disappointed.

On march 09/2020 I placed an order in the $70 range and after 2 weeks of no movement in shipment I tried to contact them by their phone and all I got was non stop music and ads of what products were available. I also left a message on their web site along with my email address asking them for a refund back into my account with no response whatsoever. It's like they have fallen of the face of the earth, nowhere to be found. I paid through PayPal and have asked them to step in and help with this issue. My advise, find a more reputable company in which to purchase your pets needs.

I ordered a hair straightener from this site for my wife's cousin in India because they don't ship there, and it was listed on the 220V part of the website, but when I received it, it made no mention of 220V in the directions, so I placed a call to Folica and they said that the hair straightener is not in fact a 220V device. After talking to her manager, the woman on the phone offered a full refund and that included return shipping. I shipped the straightener back and once they received it, the finance dept made a mess of things and it took about 4 phone calls to get the proper refund amount straightened out. The ladies at customer service were great, as were their managers, but the finance dept really made a mess of things, and they wouldn't put through refunds until I made a second call. At the end of the day though, I got all my money back and I will deal with them again. I had no trouble talking to a real person each time I called and I really liked that.

Folica sold me 2 counterfeit CHI's, refused to address it and finally after countless phone calls and asking to talk to a supervisor who somehow never seems to be there agreed to credit me $60 for a Solia hair straighter that broke after only having it for 4 months. They are now refusing to wave the handling fee even though I have spent over $200 with them for 2 counterfeit items. They should be shut down.

Received confirmation and a note that I will receive tracking information very shortly when the order is shipped. 4 days go by and not a word from Performance Audio. So I decided to call to see what's the order status. The customer service rep said the drop shipper is not responding, and the rep promised to update me the next day on the status of the order. It's been 2 more days of waiting and hearing nothing from Performance Audio. During this period I sent an email requesting an order status update and as you may have guessed, no response whatsoever. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself from the headaches and time wasted shopping at Performance Audio.

There number is never available so my only choice was to find out so I looked up on the address of a reverse lookup Im in Canada so I was far so tracked them down through the phone. I first did a reverse lookup on the address then called a company and recieved the building management number. These guys charge $14.75 a month (if you pay a full year in advance) for 3 items out. Between the big 3 (Netflix, Blockbuster, and Intelliflix) they are the only ones to offer XXX rated, and 3 games out at a time. And they're the least expensive. I think if your one of those people that are having problems with broken dvd's you might want to tip you postman this Christmas I live in Southern California and the average shipping time is 5 working days, most of their distribution centers are on the east coast so I kind of expected it to be that way. I've had one dvd arrive in 2-days from a center in California. I've also had 1 dvd take 11-days to reach me from Rhode Island and 1 dvd was unplayable. I use this service to rent those dvd's that I want to see but am in no real hurry. If I really want to see a movie I go to the theater, or grab it from the local Video store on the Tuesday it comes out. For less than $15 a month I can see 8-12 movies, keep up to 3 games or mix it up. Overall I think it's a pretty decent service for the price you pay. If I lived on the East Coast I think it would be a real bargain.

I renewed service with Intelliflix for a second year against my better judgment in September 2006. The service has been absolutely dreadful ever since. In that time, I've had to fight to receive any movies at all, frequently being told (only after asking why I had no movies shipped) that all the movies in my queue (always over 20 titles long) were in high demand or "rare" titles that were not available. Most recently, my last title was shipped on JUNE 22. It is now AUGUST 20, a full 2 months without a single title being shipped. This is simply unacceptable, Intelliflix is currently and has in the past simply stolen my subscription fee without any service provided. This type of service is unacceptable for a movie rental company. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE"!!!!!

Like other reviewers, I found this small business seller because they had exactly what I needed (in my case, 100 ft ethernet, 50 ft S-Video, 25 ft S-Video, and a converter video cable). Although there were minimal ratings/feedback, I felt it would probably be a good transacion. I was overly pleased -- it was probably just coincidental timing, but I actually received electronic shipping confirmation an hour and a half after I placed the order (was at the end of a long New Year's Eve weekend)! I'd recommend this vendor to anyone needing any of their niche offerings and wish him continued success in his business. Only one complaint (minor): Selling is via yahoo stores, which didn't generate the invoice email and there wasn't a printed copy in the otherwise excellent packaging. Seller quickly emailed me a copy with no problems on request -- once again, great service so not really a complaint.

received the Fujitsu Scanner, and was defective. The manufacturer Fujitsu would only replace the scanner with a reconditioned product. Notebookforless.com responded initially and said the manufacturer should deal with it, and if not they requested the case number. I provided them the case number, and indicated I wanted a new unit. I did not get any further responses from them. I also requested a refund from notebookforless.com, and no response at all. Buyer beware! Also after additional check we noticed they run their facilities in a small office above the UPS store. No reachable phone number to discuss with a live person, only submissions by e-mail. I would strongly advise not doing business with this company.

BEWARE PCUSA Corp rebates--Got late delivery of 9 ECOST.COM items due to vacation hold--3 ( Sepom & I-Rocks ) items were from PCUSA Corp, the only company that refused to issue an exception code to 30 day rebate limits. I called 909-595-9474 and spoke with Larry, Rebate Dept Mgr, and Steve, Gen Mgr, and both were quite contrite, aggressive and could-give-a crap that I asked for 30 days from delivery date. I ordered a child's sheep costume that was advertised as a small size 4-6. It was actually a size 4t for a toddler and would not fit my 6 year old daughter for her school play. I paid $45.89 including shipping. I called and was told they would waive the 25% restocking fee size it was a missize on Brandsonsale.com. They only credited me $26.24 as they had charged me the 25% restocking fee. I called back and they finally agreed to credit the balance. I received a credit only in the amount of $8.75 as they obviously deducted the $10.90 I originally paid for shipping. I also had to pay the $8.16 to return the child's sheep costume (total $19.06 out of my pocket). I would not purchase from brandsonsale.com based on this experience.

I ordered a hopper as a Christmas present. I waited right before Christmas to inflate it only to find a hole. I called the costumer service department. I was told I had 2 days to check the product for defects. I asked where I could find this policy. She said it was under the help section of their website. This is not clearly stated anywhere else. I am very annoyed with this company and would not recommend anyone buying products from these thieves.

I found this store on Google Product Search when I was searching for new ergonomic mouse. For the mouse I wanted they had a good price but more importantly their website looked the most reputable. I placed my order on 3/11 and their website said my item usually ships within 48 hours, and by the next day I received an email saying my order has shipped and they gave me the tracking number. I also had called them prior to ordering to ask a question and they told me everything I wanted to know and were friendly.

Ordered a keyboard tray on June 11, got an "order confirmation" email immediately. On June 29, after not hearing another thing, I send them an email asking what's going on. On July 4, I get an automated email saying my order has shipped... I still have no tracking number and they completely ignored my email to customer service. We'll see if it shows up in a reasonable amount of time now and if its in good condition. The price was good, but the customer service sucks. *Edit (7 years later...) The item did eventually come and was in good shape. IIRC they were enough less than the competition that I would recommend them despite their shortcomings. That is, if its substantially cheaper and you have time to kill.

Found the part# I needed listed as "in stock" online, but during checkout I noticed a something that said 'please call to verify item is in stock" so I called, confirmed the part number, confirmed the part was in stock and then ordered with overnight shipping all by 11am. Around 5:30pm, I got a voicemail saying my order canceled because the item was not in stock (conveniently too late to order from another merchant costing me a crucial day for repairs). However, that didn't stop ScreenTek from charging my credit card anyway. That was Monday, now on Wednesday night, I'm still waiting for the $185 to be credited to my card. To summarize, screentek: claims items are in stock online, but asks to please call anyway to double check, either doesn't bother checking or lies when the customer does call, charges the customer immediately, waits until after the item should have shipped for overnight delivery to discover the item is in fact out of stock, perhaps sometime in some uncertain future considers returning customers money. Thanks ScreenTek, nice business you run. To be fair, it was probably an honest mistake (assuming I will eventually get my money back), but the lesson to other shoppers here is that they have an unreliable way of tracking their stock, so if you are in a hurry, use another merchant.

I recently purchased a screen for a HP Pavilion DV6-3267CL laptop. I have changed many screen in the past but when I got to this one I was wondering how to remove the screen because there wasn't any screen covers (or screws) on the screen bezel to remove the bezel. I looked at the instructions that was sent to me in email from ScreenTek and the first step was to remove the screen covers. Since the instructions were misleading I had to venture though about 8 different videos on youtube.com till I found the correct instructions. I had to completely dismantle the laptop and remove screen assembly from the laptop chassis to reveal the screen bezel screws. Im sure I would have taken that same path for removal if I didn't have youtube.com. I know it is impossible to have instructions for every single laptop out there but one your website I think you should reference instructions for this type of screen removal. Also to help quote a repair cost for technicians like myself I would benefit if there was a warning label on the products page to let the technician know that it requires complete disassembly. One method takes about 20 minutes and the other method takes bout 45 minutes. Just my thought..Hope to see changes on the site. I will purchase all my screen from ScreeTek from now on. Fast Shipping and easily found my product. Installation was a breeaze once I figured out how to get to it...lol. Thanks

I purchased the w5ae from c9tech and couldnt be happier with my laptop and the customer service from c9. Sasha from c9tech immediately notified me that Asus was having a rebate sale for the w5ae and even offered to locate me a Black version of the model, which i am very thankful for. Sasha also answered over two dozen emails before my purchase and about a dozen more afterwards :) I found all my enqueries were responded to in a very timely and friendly manner.
