I do not like the fact that they do not have an exchange policy.You can order another one at the same time if your not sure the size is right.But that doubles the shipping charges to you and ties up twice as much of your money.When most places will pay the shipping back to you if it's an exchange.So I've paided $12.67 shipping to me and $10.76 to ship the jacket back to them because it was to tight in the shoulders.That's a total of $23.43 costs I've paid and they wanted me to pay more in shipping charges to send me another jacket in extra large size.So doing business with them has cost me $23.43 and I have nothing to show for my time or my money spent.The extra shipping costs makes their low prices higher in the end.Doing business with this company was a mistake.I will not be buying from them again.Buyer beware...

This was my second purchase from NE and it won't be my last. A pleasure to shop here. THESE PEOPLE REALLY KNOW HOW TO SELL A PRODUCT! Each item is thoroughly photographed - they do a far better job than the manufacturer itself. By the time you get it, it's as if you had tried it on. Fast shipping as well. Prices are better than anywhere else I've seen. Obviously, since they're handling closeout items, there are certain sizes or colors that aren't available sometimes. However, the selection is very large. GREAT SELLER!

I've been shopping DPS for many, many years now. Hands down they have the best prices of any other Internet supplement supplier. The site could use a little more information on the supplements themselves, but service, price and shipping time are by far the best I've used. I've been training 26 years. You could say I've bought some supplements. I simply won't shop elsewhere, for any reason. DPS has earned my loyalty after years of great service!

I've been ordering from Dps Nutrition for over a year and every time I've received my order within 3 days (albeit, I live in Massachusetts, fairly close to Dps). The prices are incredible and the shipping is cheap. Last year, I had a huge shipment that was probably more than 25 lbs., and it was still around or under $10 (I'm not sure if this is normal for the weight). Plus, when I received the shipment, every part of my order was present, with the added bonus of a 5 lb tub of high-end whey protein that I was not charged for! I was really happy because whey is something that I always keep a supply of. I will never purchase supplements from anywhere else as long as Dps is around.

Ordered a power supply on the same day as I ordered another part from another online retailer. The day I received the part from the other site, Abysstek mailed the power supply. This alone made me somewhat dissatisfied, but it was free shipping and a smaller company so I dealt with it. Then, the power supply started making noises and eventually went bad. I got an RMA number and shipped it back to them. A week after they recieved it (I had a tracking number to be sure they did recieve it) I had not heard from them, so I called and they said they had almost lost it, but it was found and that they'd take care of it right away. A few days later having no updates I called, they said that they were refunding my money to my credit card and that it should be there within a week. A week went by, and I got an e-mail saying they tried to refund the money to my credit card but were unable to and asked for a PayPal account. I replied with a PayPal they could send it to, and a week later with no money I called and they said I was in a "waiting list" to get my refund. 2 weeks after this, I still have no refund. Update: The money is still not in the Paypal account, 9 days after they promised to refund it. Unless they were able to refund it to the credit card which I can't check currently, then it's still not refunded.

This was my first time ordering from this company; at first I was a little scared seeing that not many people reviewed the site, but this is definately a great company. I ordered a stick of Samsung PC2700 512mb ram from them, but did not get a chance to test it out till a month later due to a doa mobo. After testing the ram, it worked fine! The only complaint I have about this company is the shipping speed... They use USPS which is terribly slow so order only if you're willing to wait. As for me, it was not too big of a deal. Great company!!!!

Bought a Nikon D90, paid about $70 less than I would have at retailers I typically deal with. The camera arrived within a week with free shipping. The only potential complaint I have is that I'm mildly suspicous this is a refurb, which it was not labeled as anywhere on their site, because the manual is clearly not new and the box was a bit wrinkled/bent up on the lid around the tab where you open it. If it IS a refurb, I paid about $70 more than a refurbed D90 would have cost me locally, but there are no signs of use or refurbed-ness on the camera or accessories, so I can't prove anything and can't complain too much. Just so long as it really DOES have the 1 year Nikon warranty it allegedly came with -- hopefully I never need to find out...

I had purchased from Butterfly Photo in the past and had been quite satisfied but my recent experience has changed that perception dramatically. I purchased a TV and paid extra for a so called "White Glove" delivery. The carrier was absolutely terrible and after three weeks my TV is still in a city seven hours away. When trying to contact Butterfly Photo I was placed on hold for over an hour. When I finally did get through I was assured the matter would be handled and absolutely nothing was done. I contacted the carrier directly and they were even less help. I would never even consider purchasing anything from this unreliable merchant again!

I got a Logitech Trackball from Pixmania. All was smooth until I noticed a factory fault in one button. I returned it and asked for a refund. 11 days later I get a confirmation for a refund. 7 days later I was still waiting! They said there was a difficulty (they didn't explain!?) but money would be refunded that same week (that was Monday). Friday I called again, and only then did they order the refund!? 11+7+5=24 days for a "refund order"! No actual refund! That's a month waiting for your money!

I purchased a camera (Pentax digital), and subsequently a camera lens from pixmania. The product was returned to Pixmania through their ZenEngagement program. It took 2 months and repeated pestering to get the product sorted and the refund processed. I am now ANOTHER two months into the refund re-issue process because of issues with the lens. The company does not provide phone customer service if you order online (at all), be advised. Do not use this merchant.

I ordered cleaning cartridges for an Epson 740. The items arrived in a timely manner, but unfortunately they sent the wrong color cleaning cartridge. I sent them an email, and they replied the same day stating that they would send out the proper cartridge right away (and I didn't have to send the wrong one back). The right cartridge arrived today, and I was successfully able to clean my clogged printer. I would definitely order from this company again.

The ink I purchased was for an Epson 777, it was less than 25% the cost of an OEM. I recieved my order in 3 days. It arrived in retail packaging, and the cartridge itself was vacuum sealed in plastic. The ink cartridges work flawlessly and last just as long as the Epson originals.I couldn't be more pleased with the service or product.

I ordered two sticks of their dirt cheap ddr ram, opting for both the memory test and the upgrade to "major brands". It took me 6 days to get it using normal USPS shipping to Alaska. I have no complaints, just thought I'd give them some extra "karma" for doing a good job.

I would rate this company as poor to "never shop here again" I ordered memory, Dual channel DDR 400 PC3200 for my brand new Athlon 3200+ nForce2 Chipset. It craps out on me, as this is a mission critical server that runs my whole business, and web server they demand that I take the memory out, sent it to them, but wonlt send replacement first, I realize no cross-shipping, but they wouldn't even allow me to buy a new set, overnight it then RMA my old stuff, because they said I would incur a 75 dollar Restocking fee. Didn't make a lick of difference if the memory was bad OR good. I sent the memory out week before X-Mas...it is now the 27th, they haven't contacted me for two weeks, and My business webserver is running at a power loss for over two weeks. God knows how much revenue I have lost because of this companies inability to work with me, and to further make me mad, they tell me that it may take 15 days to get my replacement shipped and a week to get to me. This company does NOT care if you have things to do with your computer, they got my money, they reply to my e-mails once every 3 days, I type a book size message explaining the need to expedite...they type simple sentences consisting of 5 words or less. I REFUSE to buy from them...take your chance...They are a good company IF your product works...and you do NOT need to RMA anything!!! I recommend Running away from this company, god knows how many times this has happened to people, I even asked to have the owner of the company call me...they refused saying he couldn't speak english.

On June 6th I ordered a wall mount open fixed rack with adjustable depth. It is now June 17th and as of yet they haven't even shipped it. I have called twice and each time they have some excuse about why it hasn't shipped. If I had been in a hurry I would have been out of luck. I would not order again from these people. They don't seem to have a sense of customer service.

I bought a Firewire encolsure from the fine folks at ioCombo, and when we discovered the one I'd ordered was out of stock (though the system had indicated it was available when I placed the order), Al was kind enough to upgrade my order to a nicer enclosure (one that was in stock, so I wouldn't have to wait) at no extra charge. I found Al to be both friendly and committed to doing the right thing for me, even if it meant extra work for him or not making as much money on this particular transaction. I received a better product than I expected, at an excellent price, and I felt respected and well cared for in the process. I wish all my transactions with other merchants worked out this well. I look forward to buying from ioCombo again, and I can certainly recommend you consider them, too. Bruce

I ordered an Internal/External 9 in 1 Card Reader USB 2.0 Silver (Pro9). The device was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The product works exceptionaly except for when connecting to an internal USB connector on a PCI card (BUSlink) 4 external 1 internal USB port. The unit will work but turns itself off after a reboot. I have not been able to pinpoint the exact cause of this, so I am using the device externally. As far as iocombo.com is concerned, I will be very happy to make purchases in the future. I see a Metal Gear Box in my future.

Very positive experience with this website. Well designed. The hose has performed very well. It was definitely worth the small extra cost over an average unit. The sock that protects the woodwork from the hose being dragged around corners is obviously of better quality. Altogether a more positive experience.

[New York to Indiana] I told them to ship it immediately for the $2.90 or cancel the order. At which time they did ship it. I did not appreciate them trying to squeeze more money out of me.

Bought 4 used/refurb IBM hard drives. Shipping was kind of high for one unit ($7.98 ground), but not bad on 4 items (less than $11.92 for ground). Units were shipped and received on time, packed well. All 4 look and work great and have passed the drive fitness and stress tests without problems. Will order from them again in the future!

I'm glad I got anything from them, there haven't been reviews here in more than 6 months. Ordered 4 Panaflo H1A high speed quiet case fans, via priority mail (it wasn't much more expensive), recieved 4 Panaflo L1A low speed ultraquiet case fans. Seeing as to how my emails haven't gotten through, I'll just keep these fans, and I'll have a silent system. Still, it would be nice to recieve what you actually ordered...

I placed my order on a Friday morning. I placed another order with a different company for some other items at the same time. The "other" company provided me with a tracking number by Tuesday of the next week. I have tried 3 times to get a tracking number from the DMartStore customer service people. Each time I get a different answer, but they say they will get the tracking number and email it to me or they will call me when they get it from the manufacturer (the item I ordered ships from the manufacturer.) Here it is a week later and I don't have a tracking number yet and I don't know where the item is or if it has even shipped yet. This is the first internet store that has been disappointing to me. I have sent an email to the customer service email address and got no reply. Using the phone number is a hit or miss - most of the time it rings busy, but if you keep trying you can get through. I honestly don't know how they can advertise a 5 star customer satisfaction rating with Yahoo - I just can't believe that. I probably won't do business with them again. Their shipping and handling charge was pretty steep, but their price for the item was the lowest I could find - however, adding the two costs put it into the same range as the next comparable internet store. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks.

I order a Compact Flash Cart 256MB from this site on Dec. 9 2004 and the next day (The 10) they gave me a confirmation number. On the 11 I check the confirmation number and it does not work. Same for the 12, 13, 14, until I email them on the 15 and tell them whats up about my package. Later at night, I recieve a email from them qoute "Friday tracking was assigned to the order & sent to shipping. It ispossible shipping did not get the order out, as we are very busy with holiday orders. The item will arrive to you in 1-2 days. Regards, Tammy" 1-2 days my ass... I didn't recieve my package until the 22 of Dec and the shipping that they paid was $1.38 and they charged me 5.75 for shipping. Fucking fraud. Also, the product that came, wasn't the 256MB Compact Flash I order. It was a Flash Advance Ultra 256MB for GBA. So Email them and got this for a reply "Kindly return items to the address below: The Console Corner 310 Alexis Drive Elyria, Ohio 44035 Please enclose a copy of this email with the exchange agreement we have made, along with The following: Your Email Address:_____________________________________________ Your Original Order Number:_______________________________________ Your Return Shipping Address (Type Below - BOLD & Clearly, as it is used for the return label!) Do NOT buy from this company...ordered a grip on April 22nd and I have been waiting on it. Checked shipping and now I find out it MIGHT get here by May 1st?? From Ohio to Chicago in 9 days? I ordered 3 shafts and ferrel to be shipped to south africa, paid a huge amount for the taxes and ups speedy delivery, after 3 weeks I began to enquire, ( apple products and porsche design items. take maximum 7 days from date of order to deliver to my doorstep ) ups -i parcel came up with the one lame excuse after the other, even/tually they are not responding to any enquiries, needless to say the order has not arrived , 7 weeks after the order... I contacted golfworks for a refund of my monies, due to non delivery... they didn’t even respond. In short you place an order, pay for it and they simply don’t deliver it. Seems to me they simply steal the money . STAY AWAY PLEASE

I went to Ultimate to get my $80 back for not using the 5 year warranty (paid $160). They refused to give me my money except for an instore credit which I have no use for. I am in the process of small claims. They specifically lied to me and now they tell me the company went out of business. It is a scam. I will never do business with UE again.

We placed an order, charged to a company credit card on October 8th, arranged for 2-3 day delivery, and never received the item. When I contacted the company on October 20th to determine the status of the order, I received a one line response of "It will ship tomorrow". I sent a return email asking if my email triggered the shipment and inquired about a tracking number. I let them know that for a first transaction, I wasn't real impressed. The response I received was "That's exactly true how do you know that i am impressed you must be astrologist.", with no tracking number or explanation as to had occurred, but lots of sarcasm. On October 24th, I again contacted them and inquired as to the shipping status. Their response was "It will ship on monday as it was on back order we will email you the tracking no as soon as it ships out from here." On October 29th, I again contacted them and notified them that if it had not shipped by the end of day, I would be seeking a refund and cancelling the order. Their response was "We will ship to you then." WHAT!! They had no intention of shipping until I threatened them with cancellation? I contacted them ONCE AGAIN and stated that their one line response was not what I would consider informative, and again requested a tracking number. After receiving no response the next day, I issued a formal letter of cancellation and am ordering elsewhere. DEFINITE BLACKLIST IN MY BOOK! Promises of delivery unfulfilled, sarcastic email responses, a full answering machine when attempting to contact them by phone the first time, no return call when I finally got through. Bad Business...

UPDATE: About 3 hours after I posted the following, I received an email that my order had shipped. The only problem was that about an hour before I received the email, I received the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I looked at this site before I ordered. As with the others, I am still waiting on my order. An email saying they received my order was sent a couple days after I placed the order, then 10 days after that, I received another email saying it was shipping in 2-3 days. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered one filter for my refrigerator on June 16, 2013. According to the tracking number on the email I received following my purchase, the filter was delivered on June 22, 2013 to an address 60 miles away from where I live. I called Customer Service to let them know. The Customer Representative I spoke to told me that they would check on the matter and, eventually, would ship me another one, but I had to wait at least another week. I asked to cancel my order: I wasn’t going to wait another week for another shipment. The Customer Rep. took note and agreed. Five days later, after I bought a new filter from a local store, I received from Fridge Filters, Inc. another filter. I called again Customer Service and I was told that they would send an email with prepaid shipping label and, I must say, they did it very promptly. Conclusion: A lot of time and energy waste. The reason I shop online is to save time and, sometime, some money too, but at this point, I don’t know if a little saving is worth the aggravations. Honestly I cannot say that Fridge Filters, Inc. is a Seller to beware or to avoid. Certainly they need MUCH more efficiency within their shipping department. Would I buy from them again? NO! Would I recommend them to a friend? NO! I cannot say anything about the product because I never opened the package: I just stuck back the label I was sent and brought it to the Post Office.

I purchased a B-29 Bomber Plane also with a Dragon Fly Helicopter and a 40 Admiral Speedboat. I purchased them on the 19th of March and didn't receive them until the 26th of March because of UPS. I can't tell you how happy I am. Everything arrived in Perfect Condition. I drove the boat and it works Great.I flew the Helicopter and still have to assemble the B-29.Can't Wait. I will definitely order again from Raiden Tech. I like the selection of items.

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas. This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

Went to National Tire & Battery on 132nd and Cicero in Crestwood, Illinois for new tires on 10/23/12. Next day discovered my radar detector and change from my car was stolen. Between the time my car was pulled in from the parking lot and driven back to the parking space after the tire replacements the theft occurred. Reported it to Manager Assistant Moe Murrar who advised that Manager was on vacation and would call me upon his return on. I will be filling out a police report on this theft, reporting it to the Corporate Office and placing my review on any website I can find to let people know how dishonest and untrustworthy their employees are.

I have purchased LG washer/dryer combination unit. Since I was having a remodel at my house, I didn't open it until it was ready to be installed (which is about month later). I opened the unit and found out it has severe dent on the top plate and on the side. I called the customer service and asked for help since we are waiting on our second child to be born in a few weeks. We were in great need of the appliance. The customer service just kept repeating, "sorry it's 30 days passed, so we can't do anything." I called several times to ask for a manager. They refused to connect me to speak to another person with authority. The product was damaged so severely that the dispenser box doesn't even close. I had to call LG the manufacturer for repair help, but they do not wish to cover it under warranty since it was the dealer who was at fault. I wish I could have read the reviews here and avoided purchasing anything from the Compact Appliance.

The box had no visible damage, opened it 30 days after receiving and there was a dent and scratch on the face of the item. It was obviously boxed up in that state, intentionally. Called and spoke with an employee who dismissed me off the bat and was very rude. Ruben Trevino is his name. These people are deceitful and dishonest, do not deal with them.

To anyone interested in buying from Extreme PCs, please read on: EXPCs has recently (twice in the past 6 months) fruadulantly hosted tournaments, offering prizes like Radeon 9700 pros (okay, this card probably won't be the top of the line when you read this, ohwell) and other $200+ prizes. They seem legit becuase of the $20 ticket to get in the door; but then, you get in, and they shaft you on food. The people that work for EXPCs will front you like a nice, honest company, but this couldn't be farther from the truth. I know a guy that bought a radeon 8500 off them, well they switched it out with a radeon 9000, saying it was "better" err. right, maybe they should read up a bit on their hardware. anyways, this company is a joke, you'd be much better off buying a Dell then buying anything from them.

I purchased evry part from Extreme PCs for my computer and even have bought a few systems from the year 1999-2004 and still have not had one problem. the prices at there store are unbeatable i price check before i buy anything. i my self have been to all of there events and had lots of fun 6 events and i won over 100$ worth of prices all together.

I bought online a LG 4040b DVD burner at a fantastic price of $58 OEM. It took 1 week and after 5 phone calls I cannot get a status to my order, nobody has returned a single call and there is no way to leave a message for customer service. When I go online to check the status is just says "pending" for 1 week the order is pending!!!! I sent them 2 emails requesting a status update and no returned emails as well. Well, after getting a response, there was a problem with the cc but the funds were in my account, but anyway the sales mgr emailed me and re-ran the order and shipped it out today...so, I cant say I am as upset as before I heard from them it just took a while to hear from them initially. Best deal on the web for a outstanding DVD burner reviewed at TomsHardware.com. After 1 week of use , it works very well smooth and quiet. Best DVD burner out there. Fast shipping as well.

I paid for quicker service for my customer's order, the status of the order is still shown as PENDING on June 25th 2005, the company has not responded to an email about the order. My customer has called in but did not reach Customer Service because it is a Saturday... I am not pleased at all with this lack of response or that no follow up was done- no indication that anything is wrong on either end. My customer's credit card was billed/accepted. She is quite upset because this pc was ordered to replace a business machine that was in danger of crashing...we put a rush order and all and paid extra for that service.

I ordered RAM from them on the 17th of December. It got to me very quickly. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my motherboard. I emailed them and called them on the 23rd of DEC. I called them again on the 29th. It is now the 31st of December and I have not received a reply. All I have is a server reply stating that they got my email and it will take time to reply because they are backed up. I can understand this for the holidays, but I am still waiting with $450 of useless RAM for a computer that I must have up and running before the end of next week for my graphic design classes. I wanted to purchase the correct RAM and also go from 2GIG to 4GIG, but with this type of customer service, I am now reconsidering.

I am a professional videographer who recently got into aerial videography. I wanted to upgrade my first setup and was about to purchase a kit from a company in China. All companies I checked in the USA were about 30-40% higher in price for the same components. Then I found ALL e RC website and checked their prices; they were just a tad over the Chinese company prices and I decided to place my order with them. Boy, am I happy I did??!? Bob emailed me throughout the process asking me questions about the stuff I had and wanted to add to my new setup. It turned out half of what I would have ordered in China would have NOT worked with what I had. Bob built modifications for my gimbal at NO extra charge and added free components to connect all my parts. I wanted a partial delivery, I got it. I needed a part next day while I was in Hawaii (I live in NYC) I got it next day. I feel I can ask any questions and get the right, unbiased answer. This is a company we all need to keep in business for their expertise, honesty and service. Totally out of the ordinary!

I contacted the seller via email to see if the item was available, and placed the order on Monday. Today is Weds and the item arrived in great shape. The guy was courteous and has great prices. Reading some of the other responses I'd like to point out that it would be good for everyone to remember that spam filters and the like can block your email as well so if someone doesn't respond to you, try using another email address(gmail instead of yahoo, or whatever) to send from.

Their generic battery was $66 instead of $120 for original Sony battery anywhere else. I double-checked the compatibility, and the batterysavings.com website clearly stated that their generic product will work for my camera model, and it will outperform the original Sony battery. However, when I received their battery, it did not work at all. I sent e-mail to these guys and they answered that: "Sony Infolithium Batteries are very tricky. Sony changes codes in the constantly and therefore a battery might work for some devices and not work for others. Sounds like that's the case with your camera. The best thing we can offer on this one is to take the battery back for a complete refund." This sounds the least to say irresponsible: if you are selling an accessory for particular model, you are supposed at least to check if it works. I had to pay for shipping on the return, though it was their fault. Do not try to save - better buy the branded Sony stuff.

I ordered a Laptop Battery online from the website www.batterysavings.com on October 6th 2005, paying in full with my VISA debit card the amount of $124.99. According with what reported in the website, the item was supposed to be delivered within two or three weeks, but it has never been delivered. I requested informations about my order several times, but they kept delaying the scheduled delivery date forever. On December 28th, after almost three months from the order date, I requested a full refund of $124.99, and their customer service canceled my order, saying that they were going to send me a check in about two or three weeks. They never did. Now, the company doesn''t answer the phone, and doesn''t even reply to my emails.

Purchased a Quantum FW-12 Hot Shoe Adapter Accessory for the FreeXwire Digital Radio Slaves that I use with my Mamiya 645 ZD. The product came to me faulty, defective and missing a part. Be sure to exercise caution and immediately inspect your purchases to make absolutely certain Ace Photo is not providing used and faulty merchandise. I must say, there communications thus far quickly responded to and polite. However, they refuse to stand behind their product sales. I will not shop Ace Photo in the future nor recommend them.

I was fooled by their name I guess, and their sub-titles blurbs telling me I can get what I want from their list of "categories," but everything I was interested in had almost nothing behind it, no matter what I clicked. There's a jewelry making category, but I can't figure why. I clicked "wire" and they have three..Three! All steel. That's it! No brass, no copper...they don't even sell precious metals in any form. I clicked tools and they have ONE - a plain ordinary electrician's soldering iron. That's it! And that's $72!..double what those are anywhere. So that they've got jewelry supplies is a joke. In fact they don't sell Anything I was looking for regardless of their come-on blurbs, and they're lucky I don't give them a Two star rating. Thanks but No thanks online metals.

I had to cancel my order because I was unable to contact this company after a week of trying. Their 800 customer service line put me on hold for over a half hour and then put me into voice mail. I called during regular business hours and each of the four times I tried calling got sent to voicemail like this. I wasted over two hours sitting on the phone only to be sent to voicemail. I also sent four emails with no repsonse from any of them. Finally, I was able to get a service rep in an online chat to cancel my order. Avoid this company if you value customer service or any kind of timely delivery of product.

They understaff their pharmacies and general stores alike - make employees work like slaves who are unable to provide adequate service to customers - so lots of unhappy, belligerent customers. The whole idea that Bartell is about customer service and "the most loved drugstore in the NW" is laughable. It may have been once upon a time but not today. Service is lacking, quality is low and prices high. There is no support from the ruthless senior management team. The initial training/indoctrination is a farce. All lip service to their legendary claim of fame as "the most loved drugstore in NW" and customer service. I was deceived by the DM and outright lied to about the store I was assigned to. Then one of my techs quit for family reasons and she was not replaced. Then my staff RPh got transferred. We were left understaffed for much of the 10 weeks I worked there, some days with no tech at all or PA for hours in a pharmacy doing from 1400-1650 scripts a week. Every staff is overworked, unhappy, stressed and looking for other jobs. I had only 5 days of on-the-job training despite being told I would train for 3 weeks. I challenged the DM several times about this untenable situation and she fired me just as she fired the previous manager, Joe, who by all accounts was a very good manager, but dared complain about being cheated out of his bonus by the company. That was right after that event that the then CEO quit! Today, they can't keep staff or hire enough to properly staff existing stores but they are opening 2 new ones which may well turn out to be their undoing! Forget this company unless you love a stressful, unhappy, and toxic work environment but, if you are foolish enough to take one of their many vacant positions (83 now), don't expect to be paid well nor get a bonus, although they use the bonus as a carrot to entice unsuspecting applicants. This is no longer the "Beloved Bartell Drugs" of yesteryear! It is a very badly managed operation with a multitude of confusing and redundant systems, making it very inefficient. Too many ruthless chiefs with too few and overworked rank and file employees from PA's to RPh. I suspect they are experiencing financial difficulties. No store security of any kind so they get robbed blind daily. They would rather watch their employees than watch customers who rob them. I wish I had read reviews and gone to the store to talk to the staff before accepting the "worse job" I ever had! I love my job as a professional pharmacist but within weeks of taking this job, I hated it, and the company's unresponsive and delusional management. For employees, it doesn't get any worse than Bartell Drugs.

I was shopping around for Garmin Livescope System. I saw that GPScity listed the item will be in stock on April 25th, 2022. I was suspicious of the in stock date. Every other sites had this item in backorder, or earliest in stock date was May 2nd. But due to the timing of my first trip with my family,  I took a risk and cancelled my pre-order from BassPro and placed an order with GPScity. On April 25th, I contacted GPScity regarding the status of my order via online support chat. The representative (Joey) said the item is currently not available until mid May. GPScity apparently didn't update their website.  How convenient for them to make such mistakes? I fell for their trap. I ended up losing my place that I cancelled my pre-order and would not able to get the item I wanted in time for my trip. Buyers, please becareful of this GPScity. Don't trust this website. And definitely do not cancel your orders from elsewhere to purchase your item from this site.

I used to like Infonec.... I would choose them over Canada Computers any day for their friendly and helpful staff. I would even still purchase form them even though Canad Computers was $5-10 cheaper. But now...... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NCIX. I just bought a monitor from INFONEC 2 days ago... ($10 more then Canada Computers) and now the monitor is on sale for another $40 less. INFONEC wouldn't do a thing to help me out. Called NCIX they said they would price match and give price protection! So If I bought the LED monitor from NCIX they would have price matched Canada Computers and then a few days later matched and price protected my purchase! I'm very disappointed in the store I used to recommend to all my friends.

I ordered two lenses and a battery pack for a 5 year old canon powershot g9 from NWV. After I placed my order I googled the company and came across this site and a few ohrrs that were not complimentary of NWV, to say the least. After reading everything, I started to get nervous about what the coming days were going to bring concrrning my transaction with them. I recieved the expected form email from them "we tried to reach you....please call us about your order" etc at 10 AM this morning, then they called and left a voicemail at 11 am (from some guy named mark). I called them back and got Mark's voicemail, and left a message along the lines of I'd heard that they were prone to backorders with a lot of items, and that I only wanted exactly what I ordered, and if I couldn't get it now or within a week, then they could cancel my order. A few hours go by and I call back after not hearing from them. I call mark's extension, and someone looks up my order and says it's on indefinite backorder and that the order had been cancelled. He was perfectly polite, and I had no issue with his phone manners. I will keep checking my credit card activity to make sure no strange charges show up, as one reviewer suggested I am giving them two stars because everything I ordered wasn't in stock and is listed on their website. This is a major problem: you shouldn"t be able to pay for something when they obviously don't have it and probably never will again. I do believe that it is just a method to lure people into a high pressure sales situation. who knows, maybe they do have items that are advertized and actually in stock. I am going to continue my search for lenses elsewhere, probably KEH and Adorama. Try NWV if you must, but don't expect much. I don't think they actively tried to rip me off, but I also wasn't buying anything but a canon lens and would not accept a substitute.

I placed an order for a Nikon Coolpix 4500 Digital Camera. I used my credit card and ordered online. When they called the next day to verify my order they tried to sell me items that I did not want. So I did not purchase any additional items. Later, they then emailed me and said that their credit card processing was down to pay with Paypal. I could not do this so they canceled my order. When I emailed and asked for email confirmation that my order had been canceled. I never heard from them.

I placed an order for an advertised "BRAND NEW" Nikon Coolpix990 with Nikon 1 yr warranty at cameraforless.com and after 13 days, emailed to see if it was shipped. The camera got sent the next day and arrived 4 days later. The box arrived containing a Coolpix camera, but it WAS NOT NEW. There was dirt on the camera, AC adapter, USB cable, and the CDs were scratched. They included a camera case for 'free' but it has no strap, and the strap that came with the camera is ripped. The English manual is dirty and has penmarks, and the cover is ripped off. While the camera works and the price was good, the Nikon 1 yr warranty is not valid because it is not a new camera. Other (one-star) reviewers of the company have had similar experience. If you are expecting a new camera, don't be shocked when a slightly battered camera appears. They may have good prices and include extra things but the only BRAND NEW thing in our shipment were the batteries and lens cover.

I was a little skeptical of rokokzone when I first came upon them. Their prices were so low but the only way you could pay was by Western Union. I decided to give it a try and ordered three cartons of Djarum Blacks. Rokokzone was amazing with communications, sending me professional emails every step of the way. I ordered the cloves on June 23, received my shipping confirmation number from USPS on June 24 and received the cloves themselves on June 30. 6 days to get from Indonesia to Ohio! I ordered a Casio watch with a remote control feature a few weeks ago from "glob2000" via pricegrabber storefronts. I received a generic, scratched watch in the mail approximately one week after purchase. I was sent an off-brand, non-casio watch, that does not even work properly. This seller has obviously engaged in illegal activities, false advertising, and defrauded me on purpose. After sending him over 4 e-mails, and the last one explaining that I expected to have him set up a FEDEX pickup as soon as possible in order to pick up this falsely advertised, defective item, I received a 1 line, lie/snotty response. This pricegrabber seller has basically ignored my email's. He purposely and illegally defrauded me. I expected a full refund and received none. I filed a fraud claim through pricegrabber, but there is no point in following through with it because the cost of the item was less than shipping and deductable would be. Money is not the issue. I am sure this seller has defrauded other innnocent individuals as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON ARTIST SELLER!

Two of my three "refurbished" items were dirty and broken, and this seller hasn't responded to my emails to resolve the problem. Don't order from them - broken crap is no bargain no matter how cheap it is!

I bought Sony TRV38 and transaction was extremely smooth. I always negotiate price and check details by phone and the saleperson was quite pleasant, proffesional and moderately aggressive in selling additional items. I checked the prices for add-ons before on other sites and most of the prices was matched or "almost" matched that I consider as a good deal. I believe it is a good store and fair business. Will definitely consider to make business again. Thank you.

I ordered this battery in July thru Amazon. What I received was not what I ordered. I ordered a Bushnell Pro 1M GPS battery. What I received was a Energizer 3v CR123A lithium battery loose in the shipping envelope. No paperwork, no packaging. It seemed to take a charge the 1st time but when I tried again this week - nothing. I'm guessing what I got was what someone else returned as defective. Totally worthless! I had to put my old battery back in.

I ordered a Mac video card from eTechwarehouse in August. My credit card was charged the following day (which was not expected -- good vendors don't charge until a product ships). Nothing came after two months, so I cancelled the order October 10 and expected a prompt credit. I have still not received the credit and am worried that the company is either going out of business or a scam operation. My father sent e-mail to ETW about 5 days ago, warning them of impending action. We are notifying the Office of Attorney General of the State of Minnesota. Will this forum do me any good?

Ordered 8/8, CC charged 8/9. No product on 8/18. Sent email to all known addresses. Two bounced. No response. Sent cancellation notice 8/30 via on-site RMA and confirmed with followup email again to all listed addresses. RMA confirmation was automatically confirmed so I know they have it. I am contacting my CC company to inform them and retract the charge. Very poor service. No excuse! I would not recommend them as a supplier.
