Ordered Clix 8G from them since this is the only place to get 8 G so far. FAst shipping (3 days), the player is great, european warranty, I hope I won't need it. Little dissapointend with the extras, the screen protector (not needed), extra headphones (80's design, poor sound), carring case for Nicon Coolpix (not needed as well), but I hoped the FM transmitor will be at least useful. But it is not, basically it has 5 led lights showing the range ~107.2-107.9 MHz, not working in my car anyway. Overall, I wanted the 8G version, suprised they don't sell it in US yet, paid ~ $340 w/ shipping. You could get it now with "extras" or wait (who knows how long) and get the US 8 G version later and probably a bit cheaper; it's your decision.. I received everything as promised, no complains..

Warehouse123 incorrectly formed package documents (wrote that inside package is catalog (not mp3 player)) and as result package was returned back because not passed customs control. Went into the Lansing store on Saginaw on 5/27 bought some furniture was told 2-3 weeks delivery. Called back to request status now delivery is 7/13 supposedly due to COV19. Funny thing is that when I went in the COV situation was worst. I asked to cancel my order was told they would take 20% of my money. I think is outrageous. I stopped buying at dept store I rather buy everything g on line because they have free delivery and are always on time. I asked to speak to a mgr that was 2 days ago and still waiting. I have an empty house and will remain like that through fathers day thanks to Ashley. This is the reason why dept store are going out of business for lack of accommodation to the public. Never again. I don't want to cancel, I want my furniture but I dont see why I have to wait so long when I was made a promise and if they can't deliver why should I have to be penalized with a 20%. Never again

I bought a sectional roughly a year and a half ago. The staples that are used in the couch just started falling out and some are pulling away from the couch. My daughter 10 month old picked one up and cut her finger. I have a 5 year warranty and they REFUSE to do anything to correct this. The couch is obviously defective. It was an almost $2200.00 sectional this should NOT be happening. For the safety of my child I have to get rid of this couch. Ashley furniture I will be going to the BBB, my entire family will no longer purchase from you, and I have reached out via social media. I have PICTURES and will be taking further action. Thank you for your lack of customer service.

I ordered a 9-cell battery (LDL020) for my Dell Inspirion 9400 as the original battery came to the end of life after 2+ years. The order process was fast but a little strange - my credit card was charged immediately and there was no order confirmation email message or I could not track your order status online. The second day I sent an inquiry email message to the customer service and got an email reply promptly stating that the order had been processed and the battery was shipped to me. A few days later, I received a package from China via USPS registered mail. Then I realized I did not have an invoice or receipt from the seller. So I sent another email to request a receipt. Again I received an email reply with the receipt attached. Now, I have been using the battery, which is great. Bottom line, the product is good. The seller's process needs improvement. You need to follow up with the customer service to get what you need. I will buy from them again when a need arises.

Here is the message I sent to customer service after I got my battery: I have an AOpen 1557G. My existing battery was working fine. I could charge and discharge my existing battery. I ordered this battery so that I could have more power on extended trips away from outlet power. I received the battery. It looks identical to my existing battery with the exception of the bar code sticker on the side. When I plugged it in the computer didn't recognize that it was there - it thought it was empty. The computer said "no battery present". The charge light on the computer stayed off. I read on your website that it takes a while to charge the first time so I just left it in the slot for the next two nights and days. Eventually the charge light on the front came on. The power meeter application said "charging". This went on for the next two nights and days. The power 50% never increased. I took the battery out and put it back in. Same charge 50%. I tried running the computer off battery power, it instantly turned off. I tried booting the computer off battery power, no power. I pluggede AC back in and let it continue to charge for another night. After this long I would think the battery would be charged. I made another attempt to run the computer off battery power to no avail. The power still showed 50% charge. I put my *old* battery in - it worked fine. It showed 100% charge. I could run off battery power. I took the *new battery from you* and put it aside. I used my laptop as normal and ran down my *old /existing* battery power. When I plugged in the AC the charge light went on and started charging. The next morning it showed the same charge 40% as when I left it. The charge light on the computer was on and the power meeter application said charging. I left it for another day. It still showed 40%. I tried rebooting, many many times. Removing and replacing the battery. Everything I can think of. I can no longer get any battery to charge in my computer. When I remove all battery from my computer it can not detect that they are disconnected as before. The charge light on the front stays on, the computer says 0% and charging. The battery you sent me broke the charging function of my computer. I want my money back. I want to return it.

I looked at purchasing a replacement charger for my Samsung netbook. I went through the ordering process, putting in all my details but stopping short at the payment page as it was so badly worded that it made alarm bells ring. Apparently it is a Hong Kong based company but it comes across as unsafe and a scam, so I didn't fill in payment details, exited the site and got my charger elsewhere. 2 days later I receive two emails from this company, one confirming my order, the other asking that they be paid through PayPal.this is like going into a shop, picking up an item, thinking about buying it, asking the merchant about it then changing your mind and putting it back on the shelf. I do not expect to be chased down the street by the merchant, asking for money, it's dodgy. Avoid this company with a barge pole.

I ordered a battery from this company and when making payment was surprised that it was Chinese, Upon reading these reviews I was a little concerned, especially as my order was showing pending. After six working days I contacted them and received a note back the following day saying that the battery was not in stock and my money was refunded the same day.

This is an Amazon vendor. I read through 2 pages of reviews bugt should have read the third page. Ordered 6 sweat bands, Amazon charged my card for them and all I received was an e-mail noting that the potential chip dates for the items was 9/15/06. That was all I ever heard! No delivery. No reply to e-mail inquiry to Karate Depot. No response to e-mail inquirey through Amazon. Wouldn't touch this vendor unless you live next door to the owner, but think it through first!

I ordered a daybed with trundle from this company on June 1, 2021 with an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days. They processed my payment right away of course, sent tracking numbers on June 3, 2021. The tracking numbers were incorrect and had false information (according to Totally furniture it's not their fault). I took the day off from work to stay home and await delivery based on the tracking info I was given and updates claiming it was "out for delivery". I waited until about 8pm and still no delivery. When I called Totally Furniture, they washed their hands of it and said contact Fedex. I contacted Fedex and was told they had no idea where my shipment even was, probably on a truck somewhere. The shipment finally arrived late on June 10th. I had guests arriving in 2 days and needed to put this together (while very pregnant mind you). The boxes were undamaged and sealed. I began to open and lay out the pieces to assemble when we realized half the pieces were missing. I immediately called Totally Furniture and left a voicemail, no one EVER returned my call and I also sent an email. I needed beds for people to sleep in and the response from Totally Furniture was "you can return it but you're responsible for the cost of shipping and a restocking fee" of an item that they shipped me without the important parts to actually assemble. Totally furniture then told me the manufacturer will send me the "replacement parts". NOT Replacement parts, they were completely missing from the boxes. Totally Furniture said, we don't touch the boxes they come straight from the manufacturer, essentially washing their hands of the whole thing. I had to go out and purchase ANOTHER day bed and trundle so my guests had somewhere to sleep. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company to which Totally Furniture still claims they sent us all of the parts. Never received the missing parts now I'm out over $500 because I have a partial daybed and trundle that is not usable without paying someone to make the missing pieces and Totally furniture has completely abandoned the situation since they were able to lie and keep my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!

I feel like I was scammed... I did not contact customer service because I think they did this deliberately and there would not be much point if that is the case.

I am a diabetic and have also had several back surgeries and a neck surgery so it is very important to me to have a good comfortable sock that does not dig into my leg. yeap...i've been had too by WallStreet Photo... it's amazing this still happens with all the transparency we have today...and that Amazon wouldn't know about it in their agreement.... but ultimately we're responsible for buying I know, but to be sold a gray market product, which by the way in the Fuji x100 camera it's an letter in the serial number other then A - my product has an M, and according to Fuji USA, they have had numerous cases like mine, the sellers all know what they are buying - so when I realized that I had the 'sticky aperture' problem in the Fuji x100 that I bought a year ago, I too found that wall street photo doesn't exist, no website, google doesn't find them, nothing BUT they are still listed in Amazon //WTF.... so they exist somewhere, right ? I just can't tolerate scams like this / very disturbing and the repair on a camera like this is $650 which is almost what it's selling for used by itself, no accessories. now i know why I always buy my camera equipment from the real people, B&H.

we ordered a sony kdl52xbr5 on july 6th. we received the unit in great condition and very quickly. yes they called us to confirm the order and asked us if we need any of the accessories. at first we said no thinking they were just tryingto up sell us. when we tryed to connect the tv however we realized we did need the hdmi cable. we wound up calling robert back at appliancebestbuys and asking him to send the hdmi cables. it actually worked out for us because the same cables that we bought for 59.95 were in best buy for 89.95!! we saved over a thousand dollars 1000.00 on the tv and even saved 30.00 on the cable. we were so happy with robert, we even bought the tv screen cleaning kit and a wallmount. btw, still cheaper than best buy.

I searched the web for a HDTV tuner. I found the model I was looking for, and after checking ratings I placed an order with appliancebestbuys.com. The order process was straight forward, but I was unable to speak with anyone at the customer service number to find out if my item was in stock. Two days after placing my order, I received and email canceling my order because the item was not in stock. I would have preferred to determine the availability of the item prior to wasting my time placing an order. I was never able to reach anyone at customer service by phone. I did not try email. My card was never charged.

I then tried to get a refund ticket via email, but some **** told me that it wasnt their problem. I tried for 3 weeks to get a refund, only to get redirected to some voicemail saying "you're important to us". Long story short, dont buy from these dumbasses again. I'm writing this from my deathbed as dealing with these people gave me stage 4.

It took them awhile to provide a status update on my order being a canadian order done through one of their websites which in my case "canada parts online". One guy said can't look things up by postal code or order ID which is just absurd especially the order ID part. I got put on-hold a few times and every time will land me in someone's voicemail. I was about to cancel and the guy said can't do as they are the RMA department. After calling multiple times and leaving voice mails they did finally got back to me with a tracking # for my order which was sent according to their website on the day of order. This was after many calls and the whole experience made you feel like you've been run around and that they are a shell company. Btw, they also operate under name DB Electrical. Anyway, my order should arrive tomorrow according to purolator tracking so will see whether product looks same as advertised. The whole experience including their customer service does leave me somewhat dissatisfied even though I'm getting what I ordered at the price expected.

I bought a US$500 watch from superchrono.com (also trade as Futureone Trading Pte Ltd. It arrived to New Zealand in 3 days but there was a fault on the "seconds" hand on the watch. I emailed the shop and send it back for a replacement. After 5 days I have no news from them and I emailed them. They they replied all my emails with very short and non-informative answer like "Oh, sure", "We will find out". I quite like a version of the watch with Ti strap, so I asked them if I can add extra $150 and they can send me back one with Ti strap. They said yes and send my a Paypal invoice which I paid immediately. That was 10 days ago. Every day I asked them when they can send it off and they keep saying tomorrow - once was this Monday and another time was Wednesday. There is still no sign they are going to send me a replacement with Ti which I added on later. I have paid $650, lots of money to me in this economy, and I am worried if they are going to send it to me. How good this shop is, you can judge for yourself.

I ordered on a Tuesday. I asked on Friday if or when it would be shipped, she said the following week, stating that I should read the fine print before placing an order. She then canceled my order. Sandra L. was very rude with her responses. horrible customer service, and from what I read about the dirty merchandise I am glad my order was canceled. Do NOT waste your time or money. They didn't even come close to shipping my item and charged me for it anyways. I notified the credit card company of this. SexyDepot.com used, sold, or otherwise illegally used my credit card information to purchase items around the world. Visa contacted me and I am not responsible for any of it but the only item purchased was through them although the above.

Went to bank, filed dispute. 4magicus stated to the bank, that had called me to let me know that they were shipping out a replacement. They never made that call. All I got was another package of garbage (confirmed delivery), no memory. So I am out of 92$ and my bank will be without my checking, savings and mortage. I purchased a Panasonic GS500 from empiredigital on eBay using Buy it Now on Dec 1st. I paid for this item on Dec 1st. As requested, I provided additional contact information on Dec 2nd. I received a phone call from the seller on Dec 2nd during which the seller attempted to sell me additional items outside eBay. On Dec 11, after having no contact with the seller by email or by phone, I contacted the seller through eBay and received an auto response that basically said they would take 7 business days or more to respond to my email. The following day I contacted the seller by phone. The seller's "support staff" were rude and unhelpful. They refused to identify themselves by name when requested. The first person I spoke to told me they did not have the item, that they did have it now. For my inconvenience they would "upgrade" my shipping to 3 day shipping (I wonder what I was getting before that since they charged my $39.99 for shipping) and the item would be shipped that day (Tuesday Dec 11) and I would have it by Friday. When I asked how they could sell items on eBay they didn't have, I was put on hold and transferred to another person. The second person put me on hold every time I asked a question. When asked to identify himself, he identified himself as "me". After being put on hold for the fourth time, he transferred me to a third person which is when I hung up the phone. After this call, I contacted the seller again via eBay and provided a summary of what I was told over the phone. This was also Dec 12. I did not receive the item as promised on Friday December 15. On December 18 I contacted the seller by phone and spoke to "Harry". Unlike his co-workers, Harry was helpful and indicated that the item had still not shipped and was not in stock. Harry offered the chance to cancel my order which I immediately accepted. I received an almost immediate refund into my PayPal account. I left negative feedback for this seller on eBay. empiredigital then opened a "case" against me via square trade seeking to have my negative feedback removed. empiredigital thoroughly deserved the negative feedback in this case. The only communications initiated by the seller was to sell me items outside of ebay (which I think is a breach of eBay T's & C's). They sold 4 of these cameras on December 1st on eBay, two of those 4 (mine included) were not completed even though those two were the first two of the four. Even though the seller had ALL, and I mean ALL, of my contact information they did not even have the decency to contact me early and tell me they didn't have the item on hand. Then, during my phone call on Dec 12, the seller basically outright lied which was confirmed on December 18. The way that empiredigital has conducted this transaction is deplorable and, in my opinion, it is in the best interest of the eBay community that my negative feedback stand as a warning to potential future customers. Mine is not a unique experience. Using 3rd party tools (toolhaus.org) to review the sellers feedback it is clear this is a pattern of behavior unfortunately often repeated.

I ordered a DVx100B package for $2,418 after shipping which is a great deal. They called the day after the order to verify the order, and did of course try and sell me extra stuff to which i refused and told them I couldn't afford any of it. They were dissapointed and said it would arrive in 7-14 days. About 5 days later, I receive the package and it is exactly as described on the ebay auction in perfect working condition. I was skeptical about this company but am very happy I chose to order from them. I had actually made an order previously for the same camera, larger package, for a friend, who when was contacted by the company, ended up purchasing 1,000 bucks of extras, but that deal was legit also. I was worried that on my order if I didn't buy any of their extras would they trouble me, but they didn't. If you're not sure about making an order, I say give it a chance because they have some of the lowest prices I've seen..and the products legit.

I have purchased two Canon lens from this company over the last 12 months. The first time I purchased one I received a call to make sure that I ordered the correct lens. I told them that I appreciated the call and knew what lens I needed. Within 10 days after the phone call I received the lens that I ordered. After I ordered the second lens, I received another phone call saying that I needed to order a UV filter and I informed them that I appreciated their phone call but at this time I was not going to purchase one. In less than a week I received the lens. In both instanced I received an UPS tracking code to track the shipment. I used it both times with great satisfaction. I know that many people have had bad luck with this company, but if I need to purchase anything again, I would not hesitate to purchase from them.

I ordered on the phone a Nikon D2Xs for 3200.00 During the phone call I was tild that if I wanted the US version it would cost me 3550.00. I said Ok. I was told it was a US version with Nikon warranty and not an import. Well, the camera arrived and the packaging looked strange. No warranty card. only a sheet with service centers in Asia and Eruope but no US listings. I called Nikon and they said it was suspicious. It had and original serial number stikcer with D2XS(HK) on it. However, there was another sticker placed over this one. I would not buy from this company again and would recommend that you do not as well. I am asking for a refund and have already nitified American express that they delivered something different than what was sold.

"I ordered a Sony KDL-40V2500 back in August 15. They said 25 working days so I waited patiently. I thought it was strange that they would charge my card for something that hasn't shipped yet. Then they told me after those days passed that it was with the shipper Cargo On The Run. Cargo On The Run supposedly didn't anser the phone for over a week because they were celebrating a Jewish holiday. When they finally did answer they said it was damaged in transit in Ohio. Then they claimed that it would take up to 15 days for my credit to be issued because they have to get credit from the shipper. After the 15 days went by they claimed they changed credit card processors so I would have to file a dispute with my credit card company which I have. Tomorrow I am going to file a police report with their local police department and also with the FBI. I think this is a bunch of B*ll***t... Ordered from Jerry on 8/24. He told me that by paying "extra shipping" that items will arrive in 3-7 business days. Order finally received on 9/14. My husband and I spent a full week just to get tracking numbers, only to learn that items had not shipped out yet. Very bad experience. I took diligent notes during conversations with sales team. This helmet is either the third or fourth helmet I have purchased from Helmet City. Most people use Amazon for all their online purchases. In my opinion you should purchase a specialized product, like a helmet from a company that is better suited to provide you with the correct product. They sell only quality brands and you can't find better service and selection.Once you get past the challenge of buying the correct size, Helmet City is the best option for purchasing a helmet.

On 3/20/09 I ordered cyclosporine from Discount Pet Drugs. I also paid an upcharge for Priority Shipping as I was about to run out of the drug. On 3/21, my credit card was charged. On 3/27 I called to check on the med, and was told it had shipped on 3/23. On 3/30, I called again and was told it shipped on 3/25. When I questioned this, I was told I would be called back, but never was. The package arrived this afternoon 3/30, actually shipped on 3/27 via Parcel Post. So, they shipped the product 6 days after I was charged for it, did not ship it by the method I paid for, and lied to me twice about the shipping date! I ordered a printer from them that was advertised as new. Their web site said it was in stock. Then, I got a call saying that the printer was not in stock, but they could sell me two different parts that together would equal the printer I had ordered. I was skeptical, and thought about canceling my order, but their sales rep was pushy, so I accepted. Then, months later, I needed service on the machine. I called the manufacturer to request service. They said this is a refurbished model. It was sold to me advertised as brand new. When I disputed this, Enter Computers then tried to convince me that the product was new, although I had clear written documentation from the manufacturer that the product was refurbished. They also tried to sell me a warranty on it to get me to accept the unit as is. After many months, Enter Computers agreed to refund me roughly half of the difference between the cost of a new unit and a refurbished one. Otherwise I would have had to send the whole 300+ lb. unit back. Basically this was a unique case and while I did appreciate that Enter Computers did not abandon the case and ultimately we agreed on a remedy, at the end of the day I ended up with a refurbished unit that I paid more for than I should have.

After more than a month, had not received anything other than auto-replies to any inquire to my order placed with outdoorandbeyond.com. This company seems quite shady. They operate outdoorandbeyond.com and toolsandbeyond.com with all their domains are handled by a private registrar (myprivateregistration.com), so determining their real address is impossible without a court order. The info given after a paypal transaction is: Business Contact Information Customer Service URL: http://www.massmartholdings.com/ Customer Service Email: [email protected] Customer Service Phone: 678-302-7671 The 'fax' number of (636) 773-3325 is in Missouri, but they claim to be in California, though no record exists with the Sec of State using any name they provide. Only after starting a dispute with paypal, will an email address of [email protected] be given before the dispute is to reach the Paypal resolution center. I'd definitely recommend doing business with any company that refuses to properly identify itself, fails to register with the state, hides or fakes the contact info, and even photoshops (poorly) their company name onto a generic building on their front page suggesting it is their warehouse while using stock photos of an operations center. Do a google search for this company and you will find a lot of dissatisfied consumer, most with the same issue or merchandise not being sent and absolutely no contact from the company until chargebacks are made.

I ordered an item from this company on 10/11/06 and never received it. I sent 3 emails asking for a refund or a tracking number and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with pay pal and they did not respond to pay pal. Pay Pal was unable to refund my money because they do not have sufficient funds in their account. After repeated e mails I was told the items were out of stock, but they would be shipped Aug 24th with a confirmation e mail the day of mailing. Nothing!!! Asked to let me know alternative socks that were in stock, but no response. Nothing on site shows what is out of stock so you rely on company to ship what you order. I recently ordered a Renaissance Costume for my daughter (I know it's January but the early bird always gets the worm!), and I have to say how pleased I am with the quality of the costume. I would recommend this costume for dress-up themed parties, and Halloween. it's a good quality costume that is well made; unfortunately, I do have to purchase a chemise separately to complete the look. I should have been more careful because it was noted "sold separately". Regardless of this minor setback, I love how quick the delivery was and I love the quality.

I ordered a bday gift for my nephew 30 mins ago. Entered a ship to address to my sister's address and my billing address. I double checked everything to be correct. Hit submit and the website jumbled all the info together so there's no way it will go to the right place. I immediately called customer service and they told me there's no way to change it or cancel it. I then spoke to a supervisor who told me the same thing. Their mistake and they can't make a phone call to the warehouse? I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered with these scammers.

I just purchased a computer from Rogue Computer, and I am very satisified. They are truly quality systems. I talked to a guy for building my PC, and I must haved sent him 40 emails, every single one answered. These are quality systems with quality componenets, all put together by a professional team. I'm never buying from Dell ever again after this experience. EDIT: Sorry, I can't leave it at that, it would be unjust to Rogue Computer. I found these guys on Ebay, and I contacted them, eventually discovering their website. I spent, at least, 3 hours talking to the owner of RC, who helped me design, build, and give suggestions on my PC. I was a little hesitant to trust that much money with a not-as-widespread company, but I decided to go for it. They build your system (customly, high quality parts) and package, ship it within a week. I just barely got my desktop, and I am amazed. I will never buy a computer from anyone else, ever again. Customer Service is great! I usually get a response from my query within the hour, if not instant. They are very friendly, descriptive, and the exceed the standards of Dell, Gateway, HP (I've experienced them all) by a million. Placed order on march 16th. It is now the 22nd, not so much as a tracking id. I checked the site said they had plans to finish pads for the diamondback mouse. The Diamondback is somewhat dated at this point, I'm assuming they forgot about the site or something else came up, if they were working on pads for the diamond back even a few months after it came out then this site has not seen updates in many years.

During my first day researching different websites for a Cobb Access Port, Grip Motorsports was the cheapest listed on Google Shopping. I wasted two weeks trying to find one for cheaper with no success. They are the cheapest around. I placed my order on a Sunday evening, and I received the access port Tuesday in a professionally wrapped package. We bought an empty home that needed to be completely furnished. We bought from Arhaus(zero problems,) and Pottery Barn. We did it all online. Our Pottery Barn order disappeared when we went back to check on delivery dates. A 2 hour phone call later, and it was all reorderd because they couldn't find it in their system. We had printed out our order so knew all the items and prices. Thought we had it all taken care of. Nope, they were sending it ALL to an old address! We had told them over and over what our address is. It was on all of the orders we'd placed. Turns out they double shipped and double charged us for every thing! God save us all. Back to the phone. Three dropped calls later and we were starting to lose it. Finally got someone on the line that had their $#*! together. Oh except for one huge detail. They sent us instore credit cards instead of returning money to our credit card. Oh hell NO!!! back to another hour long phone call. PB's shipping, and accounting departments are a train wreck. Please do yourself a favor and don't order anything online from them. I can't even imagine the hell i'd go through if I have to return any of this stuff.

I placed an order on August 30. I have received a used and scratched laser sight, instead of a brand new one. Even the box looked worn. I sent it back, and they promised me to send a new one. 25 days later, I have not received anything, not even a call or e-mail with an excuse, I asked for the refund and still didn't get anything, so I decided to open a dispute on this transaction. Do not expect any tracking numbers or confirmations, apparently they do not know what it is and how it works. My e-mails to them are coming back. An update, Law enforcement was contacted in Lexington, Tenn. where this company is supposedly located and upon investigation there is no such company located at the address that was given. Only an empty warehouse at 455 W Church Street and a beauty shop at 168A W Church Street. My advice to everyone is notify your CC company about the possibility of fraud and also notify the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee and report this company for investigation.

I have made two previous purchases from Lexvac with no problems, however I think with our countries econimic woes; many businesses are failing and I think Lexvac may have fallen victim to our nations leadership economic disasters. I too have emailed lexvac and so far no responce so for my own protection I will notify my CC company and let them investigate possible CC fraud. I lucked upon Fluid PC right as they began business and oddly enough shortly after I started a new company (Sept 2005). Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with them about what I needed and my budget. They were excellent in sending me several options and quickly answering all my questions. In the end, I ordered a fairly high-end workstation from them. Not only did I receive the system quickly (less than a week’s turnaround), but because I lived close to their office, they sent a person to come set it up and insure that I was happy with my purchase. Talk about going above and beyond! That’s some personal service. The system itself was a work of art. I am very much a DIY kind of person, but I don’t think I could have done a job that well. For example, the cabling inside was flawless! The sale was not the end though. They have been tremendous with their follow-up both to make sure I am a happy customer and to make me aware of specials or coming products. Since my original order, I have spoken with them off and on with questions about my system and future purchases, and they have always been great at helping me (either answering immediately or locating the answers and sending me emails). Because of all of this, I am right now in the process of ordering another system as well as a new monitor for my previous purchase. Fluid PC is A+ all around in my books!

I ordered a custom rig from Scott of Fluid PC on March 1 2007. From the getgo Scott has been a solid, upstanding and righteous individual. He actually spent hours going over two different potential orders and basically going through a myriad of options and questions before I settled and placed the order. The few very minor issues I had with my PC were handled with grace, politeness and the utmost honesty. Scott backs his computers 200% after they leave the shop. ((speaking from my experiences)) and he has been a pleasure to deal with, even AFTER the order is placed and the computer is shipped. So far I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase at Fluidpc. The rig is lightning fast and truly a pleasure to own. FluidPC belongs to a dying breed of business that truly puts their customers first. FluidPC has singlehandedly been the best PC purchasing experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to do business with them again

It's April 3rd and I still haven't received the order --communicated with them on the 21st of March when they said it would be going out the next day--still nothing!! $13 to ship some lightbulbs and no receipt --- I don't trust them and would never do business with them again!!

Ordered (3) adapters on 10/27 that we paid Next Day Air to ship as our big boss needed them for a trip on 10/30. They took 3 DAYS to arrive with overnight shipping! And then there was only (1) in the shipment with a "credit" on the invoice for the (2) that didn't arrive. This vendor might be ok if they COMMUNICATED with their customers and let them know if there was a delay or a backorder. We had no idea the last 2 items were still coming as there was nothing on the invoice about a backorder. We received the remainder of the order today. The order was nicely packaged and in nice new condition. The lack of communication with this vendor is the main problem. The product they send was well-packaged and in excellent condition.

I was impressed as can be when I placed my order on a Thursday and came home on Monday to find my package waiting for me. Excellent service. Products are excellent. Picked up some extra iPhone charging cables and wall plugs. Everything is high quality and works great. As a former Verizon wireless employee, any complaints should be taking with a grain of salt. People would break their phones, cables, cases, how i have no idea. People would drive us nuts. Take care of your stuff and it will last. I have already recommended this site to several people and will be back when I need items.

Mybinding.com advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26th, I called for a tracking number and status on shiping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through paypal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill.

I needed to get a new plastic comb binding machine and I wasn't quite sure where to get one. Luckily, a friend told me about MyBinding.com. I visited their website and was really impressed with the number of machines they had available. All of them were from reputable manufacturers (GBC, Fellowes, etc.) and to my surprise, they were all reasonably priced. (Always a good thing!) I wound up getting one of the new GBC comb binders and I even got free shipping. Their staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I plan on shopping with them again in the future.

Bought five flashlights on January 14, 2010 and paid for with my Paypal account. Inquired on February 19, 2010 why I haven't received them yet. Got a prompt reply with a "tracking" number from Hong Kong Post. Tried to track it but apparently the "tracking" number is not recognized by Hong Kong Post. Go figure. It's now almost the end of March 2010 and Fruper will not return my emails and I have not ever received anything. I certainly won't ever purchase another item from Fruper and suggest you don't either.

Ordered 3 pair Griffin TuneBuds for $7.95. They arrived within 3 days of my order, were in perfect condition and were authentic and new. There was no price that came even close to Fruper's price anywhere that I could find on the internet. Shipped from an Illinois address.

Received order in 1 day to Canada. Customer service was very helpful with shipping issues and order details. Upon receiving shipment I noticed a small ding on the side of my sink. Called with info and sent pics this morning and by 5pm a new sink was on its way to me. CSR I spoke to were Tim and Bill. Great guys to deal with, and now am in the process of changing my brand of toilet purchase to something Vida Vici carries for a second order. And they will match competitor pricing.

I never recieved my eGranite samples that I paid for 10/20/10. Sent 2 emails cancelling the order and asking for a refund. NO RESPONSE yet (11/23/10). Would not purchase nor recommend this store. Very disappointed to be charged and not recieve product or refund. Still trying to get a response!!
