eFax is a company that will charge you for services you're not using including charging fees that are not covered in their terms and conditions. We recently obtained an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from them seemingly out of nowhere despite not even using the service we were paying for for that month. We use it once every three months and in a month where nothing was faxed, they charged us another $99.99. We are disputing the charge with AMEX and cancelling the service. Their support defended the charge, but couldn't tell us what it was for. I would personally recommend you stay away from this scam company.

No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. eFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!

One of my friend suggest me this store while i visit this store i check the products thoroughly, no doubt shipping service is nice but not much better as quality then i got a store swordskingdom where i place order. The quality of product of swordskingdom is really really awesome but shipping days are 10 days. I can compromise with slow shipping but cannot compromise with quality. So finally my first choice is swordskingdom.com then other.

Extremely Displeased: I placed 2 seperate orders with this store, to go to 2 different locations, i ensured all information was correct, and i was charged 2 seperate shipping fees - both orders ended up at 1 location, and i was then forced to pay a brokerage fee because it came through UPS. (so i've now paid over $150 to ship, and have to pay more to ensure the 1 order gets to the correct location) the one order was supposed to come with a stand, and it didn't. I have sent an email to the store owner asking him to rectify the situation, I have not recieved a response (Sent it on the 15th of december, it is now the 22nd and I have still not heard anything) extremely poor service - the quality of the items is great, but with the issues i've had dealing with them and the mistakes that have been made, i will not buy from them again unless I hear back from the store owner and they go to great lengths to make me happy. I will update the review if this does occur.

I bought two I Phones 3G-S Black Apple 16 GB Quadband GSM World phone(Software Unlocked). Turnes out the phones are locked. Spend 1500 USD for the phones and none of them work. Called customer service and they can not help me.......... what a bunch of sh.........t. Will see how I can get my money back.......

I ordered a camcorder battery on May 30, 2009. They double billed me for my order and I had to call and get that fixed. The order finally arrived today, June 15th, and I live in Columbus, Ohio. They shipped it out on June 1st (from Massachusetts to Ohio). I think 15 days is kind of a ridiculous amount of time to ship a battery that distance (for $5.99). I can ship a package USPS priority with delivery confirmation for that price and it will arrive in 2-3 days. This site has great prices if you are not in a hurry to receive your order.

I bought tires a set of Kumho tires from TIRERACK and they came with a mail in rebate for $50. On January 2, 2012 rebateHQ received my rebate and marked it valid and said it was scheduled for final processing. At the begging of February I contacted rebateHQ because I still had not received my rebate and the status of my rebate on their website was still the same that it was scheduled for final processing. I spoke to a customer service representative and they told me that my rebate would be mailed to me no later than Feb 16, 2012. Today Feb 22, 2012 I spoke to another customer service rep because I still had not received my rebate and it still had the same status on their website. The customer service rep told me that my rebate was scheduled to be mailed by March 16, 2012. Which is a little more than 3 months after they received my rebate and recognized it as a valid rebate. Hopefully when you buy a product with a rebate the rebate is not processed through this company. They are absolutely terrible. One time I contacted them through email because their online chat was unavailable and they never responded to me.

I submitted an Office Depot $100 rebate in mid-September 2006, which RebatesHQ designated as "valid" on Nov 3. Today (Feb 19, 2007) I received an email update: "Thank you for your rebate inquiry. We really apologize for the long delay and inconvenience. We are pleased to inform you that your submission has been received and validated, and it is in the final stages of processing. Your rebate check should be mailed by March 14th." So from about Sept 14th to March 14th = 6 months, where original rebate form stated "up to 10 weeks" to receive check. RebatesHQ is a fraudulent company, stay away.

I'm more than pleased with the wonderful service of Xcel-watches guys, they are professional, they respond quickly to emails, and within a week I received my new watch just perfect, free shipping and cheaper even than eBay's options; of course the package wasn't traceable at all times but this is not their fault, it is in USPS system but after all it was MY option to choose the free shipping, they can't control those "ghost days" in the "tracking tool". My suggestion for some "too nervous" costumers who love to give bad feedback without first inquiring about the true responsibility of the merchants is to pay for FEDEX/UPS if they are so pushy, and I say this not because I have some suspicious love or interest towards xcel-watches, I didn't know anything about these guys before this transaction, but precisely because of that I was a little uncomfortable about buying, all those bad feedback posts made me hesitate, guys when you give bad feeback so easily and unfairly you are not only hurting a merchant but other buyers who are looking for honest serious business owners and maybe won't buy because of you. All I can say is that after trying these guys personally I would say they deserve a better reputation. At least I would consider them seriously when I buy my next watch. AAA+ Retailers.

After getting the BBB in NY involved they finally sent me return shipping labels and they received the towels back 1/9/18 and still have NOT issued a refund! This company has stolen a sports team’s money since the booster club had paid over $500 for the towels! Don’t EVER do business with this company.

Got one as a present a few months ago. I'm enjoying it. It works better than my regular vacuum. Wish they'd create one for stairs, curtains and furniture. Could you please add some sensor to recognize animal poop, spilled liquid messes, thin cords and other such things? Cat's like watching and stalking it. Haven't quite gotten them to ride it yet though. Replacement parts are a bit pricey but it's cheaper than purchasing a new one. ______________________ After using it for a month I find it gets it self stuck in odd areas. It gets stuck in a corner and if the rim to a piece of furniture is less than 6" off the ground it will try to walk it's way up it and get stuck. We've had to fish it out from under furniture a lot because it couldn't make it back to the charging station. It does about as well as a real vacuum and cuts down on the busy work. It doesn't pick up all the cat hair but some times drags it around and leaves it in little clumps here and there. It should return to post at 10% low battery but will often push it to 2% and not always make it back in time. It can not distinguish it's charging station and will often push it around and be unable to return to it when done because it's moved it half way across the room. If it isn't pushed flush to the wall it will do this and drag the cords around with it. I wonder if there's a way I can change this so it always makes it back? I generally will not run it when I'm not here due to the fact it some times gets it self stuck oddly on furniture it tries to climb. Instead of bouncing off of it, it starts to angle it self and work its way up it. If you have any thing with a ramp like surface (say a pile) it will try to work its way on top of it and get stuck because it can't bounce off of it. It can not distinguish wet messes and will run through them thus dragging the mess through the whole house. It does the same with pet "presents" they leave behind furniture. It can't distinguish the difference and just rolls right over them. It needs a wet sensor to avoid this. The sensor posts work great but I always worry one day the batteries will go out and it will go into an area of the house it shouldn't and get stuck or knock over something it shouldn't.

This junk is available online and in stores. If I were a business owner I would never carry this "thing" in my inventory. It does work on perfectly smooth floors. Area rugs with any height other than being REALLY THIN totally defeat it. It either goes around or gets stuck. My machine "died" in two days and the battery wouldn't take a charge again. I was so disgusted I smashed it and threw it in the trash where it belongs. Caveat emptor!!

We went in there fully furnishing our living room. The staff was very friendly and were very helpful. We spent 10k after our 20% off they promised us prior to picking items out. At the end the owner had a problem with it saying it was too much of a discount we offered to leave do too the tension and bad business on his part. At the end he agreed and we got what we were promised discount etc. two weeks later our 5k$ couch arrives with the other stuff on time and in tact. About a week after we realized the couch was the floor model that was in there for a year with broken legs and torn under upholstery. I guess our fault for not checking but that's bad business when promised a brand new couch and get lying a used one for 5 thousand dollars. Buyer beware the guy is a scam.

I ordered 2 sectional sofas and a patio furniture from LAFurniture.com. I got a great deal on their thanksgiving sale. I did a lot of research and I found their prices to be very competitive. Frankly, I was little skeptical after I read some of the bad reviews about them but I did not face any issue with my order. Their delivery was super fast and the items arrived with-in a week in brand new condition without any damage. Quite satisfied with my experience and I have already recommended their website to couple of my friends.

I bought a Hallmark Card Studio 2012 update, thinking I was dealing with Hallmark. Come to find out, Nova Development has bought the rights to use the Hallmark name. My software was defective and I got no response from the company, even though I was given a 90 day money back guarantee. Also, there was no information in the package on how to return the product for a refund. Luckily, I had used Pay Pal to purchase it and was refunded my money by Pay Pal. When I looked on the better business bureau website, I discovered that they have an "F" rating with them. Never do business with these folks! I would have given them no stars if that were a choice.

I ordered a VPL-VW60, 900 ANSI Lumens, HD Wide-screen Home-Theater 1080p LCD Projector. The price looked good. They first contacted me to try to sell me a 200 hour bulb for $600+, a 400 hour lamp for $900+ or a 600 hour lamp for $1100+. I told the guy that the projector should come with a lamp. He told me that for the advertised price he could not include the lamp, he cancelled the order. (It didn't say that in the ad which falsely influenced me to give them my credit card #) In another order, I ordered (2) GPS systems but they were "sold out" order was canceled by Shop Digital This is a case of Bait and Switch, I have already contacted the Federal Government regarding this fraudulent internet activity.

Discovered a hard-to-find lens on their site, ordered it, and very happy status turned to "Will ship" after 2 days. However, it was all downhill from their. Credit card was charged and status never changed to ship, because they never had the product (no longer manufactured, so either it's in stock or completely unavailable). Called once after a week and was told it would ship within 5 days.. no further detail. Called yet again a week later and was told it had shipped. Asked for tracking number, there wasn't one. I said this isn't possible they would ship an expensive item without tracking, they asked me to hold on line. After moderate wait they came back on line and said it had suffered damage in transit - oh noes!! I knew at that point they never had the lens and were just playing with my credit card money. I asked for refund to be processed "oh yes ma'am, it's being put through right now!". Now 2 days later still nothing on my credit card account. I have put the charge into contest, what a hassle! For one they should not have charged my card AT ALL until mdse was shipped, and why did they string this out so much like this? I always check resellerratings.com for reviews and this company seemed OK, but if you notice only 2 reviews so it's easy to give false impression. WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THESE CHARACTERS AGAIN, AND ADVISE OTHERS THE SAME unless they don't mind playing games with their credit card issuer.

From the description of the engineered flooring the wood veneer should have been 2 mm thick, but in reality is looked to be about 0.2 mm or less so be sure to order samples before purchasing. I ordered the floor anyway because I liked the color and the low price. The finish of the flooring was not consistent. It didn't look bad, but when you see a reflection in the boards some are smooth and some look more like an orange rind, some are half and half and some look like a tool was dragged along the finish before it could dry. Some boards had a damaged veneer and then random pieces were glued on and finished. Some of those repairs look like character, some just look like trash. Other boards had random divots in them, like part of the plywood underneath the veneer was missing. Also, many of the boards also had damaged corners, and always the same corner meaning it was tough to distribute those boards around the room. However by giving up on the finish being perfect and by being creative with damaged/defective boards I was able to complete my floors without too much waste. Then we had a pipe break. The thin veneer rippled and can't be sanded. Lesson learned. I've been trying to find some boards to replace the water-damaged ones but Simplefloors makes their own product and has stopped producing the board that I bought and makes nothing similar. However, getting that information took 4 attempts including 2 infuriating chat sessions with what I imagine was a cat with ADD.

We purchased 1,100 ft² worth of horizontal carbonized bamboo floors from SimpleFloors.com (AKA www.floorfactory.us). The sales service was helpful, and delivery was prompt. However, the flooring was poorly packed, and one of the pallets broke during transit; several boxes of flooring were broken open, and several more were damaged. We tried to get SimpleFloors to send us replacement flooring; over the course of two months we called seven times, and emailed the company four times. We received no response to the emails, and every time we called we were told that somebody would call us back and resolve the situation. Everybody we spoke with was very polite, and sounded helpful, and yet we never received a return phonecall, and never received replacement flooring. In the end, we resorted to purchasing flooring from another company to make up for the flooring that was damaged in transit, at our cost. We would not recommend SimpleFloors. Our experience was terrible, and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars for their shipping mistake.

Purchased a duplicator in April of 2019. It was used twice over the next 9 months. In January it would not work. After hours of trouble shooting, obtained an RMA in February to return this for repair. We were unable to return it immediately due to the office being closed. Contacted them in April to be sure they would honor their original RMA. After another week of email tag, they notified us that the unit is out of warranty by 7 days and they will no longer repair the unit. A waste of time, money, and more time. Our other units are from Kanguroo have worked reliably for 5 and 7 years. We would encourage others to learn our lesson and avoid Addonics.

Chip selection on their boards tends to favor more reliable IC designs, but are still consumer grade. Technical answers beyond those typical of consumers are generally answered, but detailed...engineering / hacking questions are not.

I ordered wheels for my walker over 1 year ago and have not received what I ordered or paid for. I have emailed through the website many times and NEVER received a reply. I saved the print out for the order I placed and called the phone number and left multiple messages and no response or attempt to contact me in any way, shape or form. I would not even give them one star but I have to give the minimum at least to tell everyone to avoid this site. Now website has removed address and phone/fax numbers so no one can contact them. Bogus rip off scammers!

I ordered a case of nutrition drinks on 9/21 from RX Zone for my mother who is in end stage lung cancer. I waited for it to arrive for some time and when I called to check on it I was told there had been a price increase and they had never shipped it. They never contacted me to inform me of this even though they had contact information. A company like this needs to maintain excellent communications as many of their customers are in difficult positions and require care and assistance. I would not use this outfit again as they were very rude and unconcerned by their mistakes.

This is without a doubt the WORST online retailer I've dealt with and I shop online frequently so I know what to expect from a reliable retailer. I placed the order on 12/06/06 (my credit card was charged over $400.00 the same day)...after receiving NO shipping confirmation a week later I emailed them on 12/14 to inquire as to when my order would be shipped and later that day received an email stating "I’m sorry, but the item you have ordered is sold out and on back order.It will ship as soon as it comes in. Thank you. We appreciate your business!" The following day (12/15/06) I receive the following email: An order from Markins came in late today. The M10L is included with this shipment. Your ballhead should ship tomorrow, Monday at the latest. Well I was very happy to hear this since this was a Christmas present. Long story short I did NOT receive the order in time for Christmas so I emailed on 12/26 to find out the shipping status on my order....no response....emailed again on 12/27/06 requesting they CANCEL the order and credit my credit card....NO RESPONSE. BAD experience and would warn everyone to purchase elsewhere unless you don't mind paying up front for items you may not receive for weeks. They state on their website they are fast & friendly, shipping daily....what a misleading statement. Every other online retailer I've dealt with states when an item is out-of-stock so you can make the choice BEFORE ordering if you want to wait for it and I have NEVER been charged for items UNTIL they are shipped. Nikonians did NOT state the items I ordered were out-of-stock and I don't know if I would have ever heard from them if I hadn't emailed them a week after placing the order to see if the items had shipped. Pretty shoddy way to do business...charge customers for items you don't have in stock & never inform the customer they are on backorder....lie about when items will be shipped and then ignore emails.

I am a 72 y/o single male with Doggett and we are trying to exist on the old age pension. Due to my walkers (legs) starting to fail back in 2012 and the necessity to regularly walk my mate, I bought an electric bike from Hobby zone in Melbourne—the bloke I dealt with was Ian Goh. Over the years I had issues with the bike and Ian Goh was less helpful than I would have liked. In late June of this year the drive on the bike failed completely and no one in Perth would fix it, or even look at it because it came from over East, so I had to cough up for another bike. In the end I decided to buy an identical bike to my first. The reasoning being I would have parts for the new bike. After placing the order, I got an SMS message from Ian Goh saying that bike was no longer available. To cut a long story short I was talked into buying a 14” Liwei alloy bike at $1200.00 + $140.00 freight delivery his shop 9th August. Actual arrival was 23rd August. Arrival in Yerecoin was 31st August. When I got the bike the instruction book was in Chinese, the charger didn’t have an Australian adapter, the battery rattles, and the speedo and trip meter don’t work when you decelerate!!!!!!!!!!!!! On first ride I found the bike to be very unstable (with small wheels,) to the point of being scary. I should point out that I live on a farm property with no bitumen or concrete roads or paths, and Ian Goh knows this. On the 27th of September the front wheel of the bike dug into the sand and I was thrown onto my right shoulder injuring it, my left shoulder and my neck. On the 4th October SAME thing—same spot. I can no longer lift either arm above waist high, and on past experience could well be like this for 12 months or more. I have had to get in home help to do house work—hanging washing, vacuuming moping etc. On the 3rd October I rang Ian Goh and explained all of the above, I asked him if we could negotiate an exchange on the 14” bike for a 20” model. He told me he was going for a medical procedure and would get back to me, and if I didn’t hear from him to SMS message him. I SMS d him on 7th October, TWICE on the 16th October, the 17th October and again today—no reply. I have experienced this before with him, if it gets too hard, he just ignores you. My reason for this complaint is that these 14” wheels are dangerous to the point of frightening—Ian Goh knew that I lived on a farm and should never have sold me this bike. I have been in contact with the ACCC—not interested, also Dept of Consumer Affairs—not interested. So, it looks like I’m stuck with this extremely dangerous bike. If you live in a rural area DO NOT BUY THESE SMALL WHEELED BIKES as you may suffer similar or worse injuries as I did, AND if you experience problems, they won’t help you.

I ordered a Logitech Harmony universal remote from these guys. Price was excellent, the best I could find at the time, and they shipped the product the same day I ordered, via DHL. So I’d say that at the very least, this is a good store to buy from if your order is straightforward. Since I did not have to talk with their customer service, obviously I can not comment on how things would go in a more complicated situation, or if something went wrong. I would definitely order from them again, based on this experience.

Ordered antivirus software on November 17th. It is now December 21, and I still have not received it. I attempted to contact them four times, but had no success. The fifth contact did result in an acknowledgement and an apology. The recipient said that they would send one out next Monday. That was 10 days ago. Still haven't received anything.

In February 2916 I purchased a new TIVO Bolt which came with one year of free monthly service. After two months I disconnected the Bolt and went back to a DVR from my cable provider due to the POOR, no HORRIBLE RECEPTION I was getting with the Bolt. I called TIVO to cancel the free monthly service but was convinced by the customer service rep to let the free service run in case I changed my mind. In December 2016 I received a notice from TIVO that they would start billing my credit card on February 1st, the one I was required to give them to start my FREE service. Starting in December 2016 I made repeated calls to TIVO to stop service but was transferred from one rep to another repeatedly, during one call I was told I was talking to a Senior Representative who could solve all my problems, HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I've never dealt with a company who had such rude customer reps, who repeatedly transferred my calls until I hung up in frustration, and I've never had a senior customer rep hang up on me. Today I noticed that TIVO in fact did bill my account on February 1st despite repeated calls (in excess of 10), hours spent on the phone trying to cancel my account, and the messages I left. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and had them change my account number to prevent future billing. I find it sad, and infuriating, that a company as large as TIVO treats their customer the way they treated me. My recommendation would be to avoid dealing with TIVO if at all possible. PS: the DVR provided by my cable company operates flawlessly and the monthly charge is half of the price TIVO charges!!!

Placed an order on 12/15 while home on vacation and able to accept it. On 12/17 I received an email with FEDEX Tracking # saying my order had shipped 12/14 and would arrive 12/18. On 12/14 I had not even placed the order yet? As of 12/21 no product. I am in NJ and Filter Ace in NYC, should have been overnite delivery with regular Ground Shipping. I wrote an email which Danny promptly answered at 9:40am and said he agreed the email notification was confusing and they would ship it out on the 26th after the holiday because they missed the pick up for today. Anywhere I`ve ever worked UPS,FEDEX,DHL etc come twice a day to deliver in the morning and pick up outgoing parcels in the afternoon, so I believe he still could have made the shipment 12/21. I would not normally be this critical but as you can guess after getting home from work on the 26th. I have no Tracking information email. Sent Danny another inquiry, no it did not go out as promised. He will definately send it the 27th which did occur and I received it the 28th. I do not attribute my poor service experience to the Christmas rush, solely due to the nature of the items they sell, therefore it is probably closer to the norm. I should note this was a small order $ wise and I used PayPal, so they got their money up front with no delay in CC/Fraud Prevention verification. I should be grateful I suppose though that my worst internet shopping experience was only a 10 day delay in shipment on an in stock item.

I never received any other communication from the seller until January, despite an email a day requesting shipping information etc. My first email back from them was on 1/9/08,a month later, telling me to file a chargeback with my credit card company to Moneybookers, the NDS preferred money transfer co. I finally did receive my money back, but only after hours of negotiating with Moneybookers and my cc company. Buyer Beware!! Nerd Digital Solutions never kept any commitments and took my money knowing they were not going to ship any product.

I have not heard from them, received a credit or the replacement tee. I email them and no response. I call them and get a generic answering machine. Very frustrating!

I called Cleveland Plasma and Chris gave me a price over the phone for a 65 inch HDTV. He followed up with product availability and a potential delivery date. I had done research online and his company was highly rated by previous customers. His price was very competitive (I did a lot of shopping online and it was the second lowest I could find, but much better rated than the lower priced vendor). I called back and bought the TV. No BS, a straight forward purchase with absolutely no issues. The delivery was exactly as promised and the delivery guys set it up and made sure it was working. I am a tough customer to please, and I did a lot of research online both as to price and vendor rating. I highly recommend Cleveland Plasma, both for price and customer service.

Its been 9 days and nothing. Hopefully I will get some update soon. ***Update*** Its now March 4th, 2008 and I have yet to hear a word from them. I filed a Paypal dispute as well. Stay far far away from this company. If you need some shutter hardware just goto Amazon.com and search for it there. This place is awful. In my 10 years on online purchases this is the first time the company didnt even care enough about their customer to even respond much less fullfill the order after taking an instant PayPal payment.

I ordered an item with 2 day delivery. after 4 days, it still hadn't come. I calld to find out way. I called and they said it wasnt in stock. No apology, and no plans to let me know it wasnt going to ship, apparently. I asked them to just cancel and refund my card. they promised to do so right away, yet, 2 weeks later they still hadn't. i couldn't get in touch with anyone via phone, and noone replied to my emails. I left message after message , and finally contacted the owner of the store at his personal account. 2 months later, he replies that he PALPAL'ed me a refund. I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, and i didnt pay via paypal, but no matter to him. I still havent heard back from them and still haven't gotten my refund. LAter on, i read all the customer reviews at eBay and wouldve never purchased had i read how this happened to every other person who ordered from them also.

I've ordered a few things from them in the past few years, and found the service acceptable. Things must have changed dramatically since the last order I made about a year ago. This time an item was missing from the package. I only bought 2 items, so that in itself was bad, but anyone can make a mistake. I contacted support via their website form. It took a day and a half for a response, but they did promise to ship out another one. I had also asked for express shipping since it was their mistake, and I had customers waiting, but they refused, saying it would cost $30. They did not provide tracking info. Sixteen days later I contacted them to ask if item was shipped, because I have not received it. It took two and a half days this time for a response. They said it may be delayed at customs, and it is out of their control. That's understandable. I asked for a tracking number. It took another 2 days for them to tell me that they didn't have one. Eight days after that, I received the item. It came broken. They put a fragile part in a bubble envelope, without any cardboard or box for support. I send yet another message. I have been waiting 2 days for a response, and nothing. I hope they resolve the issue, but next time I will just spend the extra money for original parts, and not the knockoffs they sell.

I just received my first order form Circuit Specialist which prompted me to write this review. I found Circuit Specialist while searching for a new soldering station for my workbench they have a very good selection of electronics equipment and really good prices on the stuff they carry they even give a free gift with a $50 order and they let you pick from several items they have listed as free how cool is that I got a real nice multimeter! I placed my order on line on Sunday night and received an Email receipt from them right away, the shipping on my order was only $13.40 for 10 pounds from Arizona to California which I thought was fair, I received my order on Friday and it was very well packed and I was very pleased with what I got especially for what I spent I will be ordering more from them for sure!

I ordered a 100 Mhz Hantek oscilloscope. The price was terrific !. Their web site showed how many hey had in stock and I received an e mail that included the invoice and UPS tracking number the same day I placed my order. The oscilloscope arrived and I was amazed at what one can get now for such low prices as far as DSO's go. I had a question about one of the functions and called George in the tech support center & he was able to answer my question immediately. Bottom line, I couldnt be happier with this product and I think their service was really good.Now I need a hot air soldering rework station & I'm going to give them another order.

I needed a teleprompter next day and kept ending up at LDC4Video at every stop on my web search. I tried to call them several times to verify they could deliver next day, but got an answering machine. I emailed and they disclaimed it may take a while for them to repsond as they are continuously filling orders. I took a chance an ordered the product for next day express. A couple hours later I tried to call again, and was successful in getting a live person. I told them my desperate need of needing next day, and they gladly sorted through the orders to find mine (about 5 minutes) and confirmed it would ship that day. Meanwhile I received a reply to my earlier email stating the same, that they could deliver next day. I did receive a second email once they realized I had already ordered, to let me know it was boxed and waiting for FED-X to pickup. The next morning, I had my product and it was in a nice case. Either I overlooked that was included on their website or it's not mentioned, but that was the icing on the cake, I was very impressed. Turns out my gig was cancelled so I didn't even get to use the product after all that, but from the looks of the components, it seems good for the money. I couldn't find a more value comparison in my search. I'm very pleased with everything about the company. The only thing I might suggest is to get a more professional voice message. I was a little skeptical at first when after 2 rings it picked up and the message sounded like it was from an 18 year old. Made me a little unsure - just sayin'. Thank you though, I will shop with you again.

I called the 800 number 3 times this week. No one would help me. The girl Friday her name was LISA! would not let me explain myself told me I needed to stop talking or she would hang up on me. I could not even explain my issue. Asked to speak to a supervisor she told me no that she would handle it and I said but you dont understand and she told me no that I didnt understand. Still dont have a proper working cvs card!

I purchased parts for my Suzuki LT250R quad racer based off of their parts-schematics. When I got the parts, none of the part numbers on the packages matched their schematics, so I couldn't put my quad back together. I emailed them asking them to send a cross reference. In almost no time at all, Nikki emailed me with a cross reference so I could match the parts and put my beloved quad back together. I'm so stoked with their customer service and super happy to have my quad back on the trail! Great job guys.

I placed an order for my wedding a few weeks ago and both products had issued. One was the wrong product and the other was damaged. I emailed them and they wrote back to me once saying I need to provide them with the product #, which I did. Haven't heard from them since. I've emailed, used contact form and tried the live help at least 10 times and nothing. I just wanted the correct and undamaged items. They have the WORSE customer service I've ever dealt with. Never ordering from again, and I suggest others don't either if they actually want the items they ordered and a company that is easy to deal with.

I was told I would receive an E Mail confirming my sale BUT I had to send the money via Western Union...I became skeptical b/c of the prices, 30gb IPODS brand new for $140...Plus the PC I wanted was $400 less then ANY PC site, store etc etc.. When I clicked on "the site page" All that came back were "errors fraud" from AOL search..Or, "can't connect b/c www site doesn't exist" This store is supposed to be in Italy with a warehouse in Ca...I don't think so..Now, I can't even log onto the www site.. Mind you all of this started on Dec 14, but even then something stopped me, something about the site made me leary of their truthfulness..

I have uploaded and ordered prints from these guys in the past and am looking forward to receiving my next batch of photos soon. Uploading has become a lot easier with the various software tools they provide. I can only vouch for the quality of 4X6 inch and 10X15 inch prints; top quality. The 4X6 photos are 12 cents each, and with postage only at 99 cents, I am not aware of any better deal then that. Confirmation and shipping emails followed by fast delivery (to Portland OR ), too good. Why winkflash has not gotten more reviews is beyond me but in my opinion the service they provide is great. Update 01/08/07: received my prints, could not be happier with respect to their quality and the care taken to pack them in solid containers. Shall be using winkflash again in the near future.

I am getting the runaround concerning a simple $20 gift card. I have checked my rebate status and it states that they did not receive all of the information. I did not receive a card or an email telling me what they are missing. I emailed them once and did not get a reply. I emailed 2 weeks later and they tell me to fax or mail the box top. I tried to fax it to the number they gave me and it is a number that is no longer in service. So I emailed them again and they tell me that they are having problems with the fax line and gives me another line to fax to. Guess What? That number is no longer in service. To date I have not received this rebate.

On 12/27/08 I purchased Nitro PDF Professional from Fry's Electronics which came with a $60 rebate. I submitted all the information required to Avanquest USA on 12/28/08. After 10 weeks and no rebate check, I contacted Avanquest and was told that the rebate was not received. Fortunately, I had copies and FAXed the information. I received an e-mail message that the rebate submission was received. On 3/25/09 I received an e-mail indicating that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. On 4/21/09 I received the same message that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. I feel the company will not send the rebate.

Beware, this vendor's real name is Team Fan Shop, Inc., AKA teamfanshop.com they also sell under collegefootballstore.com. I ordered 2 items, they switched the items with items I did not order. Called their customer service number, asked why, and they stated the manufacturer ran out of the items and the manufacturer shipped different items to them. They in turn knowingly sent out those 2 items I didn't order. When confronted, they offered me discounts on the items I didn't order. What they have done is to switch the items without telling the customer. This is fraud!

I ordered a jacket and a cap for my father for Christmas and it never showed up. I ordered it 12/21 plenty of time for 2-day shipping to arrive by christmas! I understand that the shipping couriers had issues but Fanatics website didn't even have a proper shipping tracking number. When I called they put me on hold repeatedly and after several tries they still didn't know what happened to my order. They said it was Fed ex's fault and to check the day after christmas. I was upset but said fine. After Christmas, still no package, so when I called them again they said oh, we have no idea what happened but we can reorder it for you! This was my only option so I agreed. They agreed to send it next day air. The next day, STILL no package. Called them back. They still had no idea what happened. So they ordered it again and put it in for 7-10 day shipping. I was fuming by now, so I cancelled the order. But they said ok we can refund you but the item is still being shipped we can't stop it can you believe that? So now my parents have to return the damn thing! Terrible company, no control over their sales process, awful website, customer service were nice but could do NOTHING to help each time to called about one of their screw ups. Never again will I order from this disorganized company.

My Husband is 6 foot 5 and always has trouble finding pants that are long enough for him. Bigtalldirect is a reliable site to buy clothes that actually fit him well. They usually have everything I order in stock. You get 10% off the first order so I would recommend taking advantage of that offer.

Ordered a coffee pot Dec 13th and should have known it would be trouble. The price was only 60 to 70% what others were selling it for. Never got it and emailed them 6 days ago because you can't call them, no answer so I sent another email canceling the order and I ordered elsewhere. Should have done more searching for reviews. Darn

They are not replying to emails either. Paid via PayPal but paypal says they can not resolve the issue because I should have disputed within 45 days of the payment. Thanks, soni

Have purchased several batteries from BatteryBuyer.com for the following products: CS-ENEL14A for Nikon D3200 CS-MR3100SL for Magellan Maestro CS-BG1 for Sony camera CS-SMX640SL for Samsung phone CS-NX5100DB for computer CS-SWA760RX for Sierra Wireless. All are behaving just as well as the OEM batteries did. Have just completed a 4th order with them.

Purchased a En-EL14 battery for a Nikon D3100 camera, 29.99+ taxes + $3.01 to ship this battery and one for my camcorder. This battery code (En-EL14) is also used for the Nikon Coolpix P7000 The D3100 battery is 1030mAh and the Coolpix P7000 is 900mAh, To return the Battery to Batterybuyer costs $11-$12+ taxes and a 15% restocking fee, total costing between $19-$20. Not a great value for a battery that is not compatible. I guess the courier companies are in love with companies like this.
