Bought 4 Firestone FireHawk Indy 500XL tires for my 2001 Mustang Cobra. Tires delivered directly to mechanic and installed. When I went to pick up I saw the manufacture date was from 1 year ago. Only have 32k on car and 3rd set of tires not from mileage but from age. When I contacted customer service they gave a very long winded response that said due to overseas transport that I could have gotten tires that were up to 4 years old. But not to worry because IF they are stored properly they are still good for another 6 years. Firestone tires are made in USA and I will replace due to age before they wear out. I replied and let them know I was disappointed with their response and this was not the answer or the customer service I expected. They responded the next day saying they would give me a $25 credit per tire. This is the type of response I expected on my 1st email. I would caution people to check the dot code on their tires before they are mounted since according to them you could be buying 4 year old tires. Have to give them credit for getting it right the 2nd time but their 1st response did but a bad taste in my mouth. Less than 50 miles on tires but grip nice and ride smooth. But comparing to 10 year old Goodrich comp TA tires that had gotten hard from age and had little tread left.

I have been doing business with GoodMart for over 10 years, I have personally recommended them to several of the buildings I have worked for. I will continue too bring them along as need be. They are very professional and have always had the products that are needed, Their staff seems to go above and beyond in getting the right efficiency product for my buildings. and their delivery has been on the money. Also the order number below only reflects one order, i have done quite a few over the last several months.

I purchased a 42PA20U (2003 model 42 inch Panasonic Plasma consumer version). Considering this was a 3000+ purchase regardless of where I bought, I wanted the best. I started with reviews of companies and pricing, looking for the best of both, which is often hard to find. Just say didnt have many ratings, only like 12 on one of the other rating sites, but they were all good. So I called them up, as most of the time you can figure out whether the company is just trying to sell stuff to you or if they are trying to create a repeat buyer type relationship. I tried the other low price, high rated store at the time of purchase which was centraldigital.com (or ibuydigital.com or digitalmegastore.com they are all the same company and all rated high) But they were kind of blunt on the phone, and their shipping methods left something to be desired when I questioned them about it. So I called up justsayelectronics, best choice I made. Jennifer was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend you ask for her if you buy from here. Wound up with the best price at the time 3450 (shipping and everything) unless I went with a fraud company like PCvideo. Shipping was supposed to take 10 to 14 days, it arrived in 5. I was like.. Oh, sweet. Would highly recommend this site and will buy from them again if I see stuff I need to buy.

I was looking to buy a Canon Powershot A70 camera, and all the usual places I shopped listed it as out of stock or backordered. I was hoping to get it in time for a wedding on the 17th. So I gave this company a try. The order went in on 8/6/2003, and remained in processing until 8/11/2003. The item shipped on 8/11, and the tracking number was emailed to me. I received the package in good condition on 8/12 (NJ to CT is a short trip). The shopping experience was very pleasant. I was impressed that not only was my order information contained on their site in the "My Account" area, a duplicate copy of the information was emailed to me whenever a change occured (i.e. tracking number added).

Shop.brando don't refund a order I bought 70 days ago and they haven't sent I've been requesting a refund and to cancel the order 32CC93FB01 in shop.brando.com website and I'm not been answered about it. They are just ignoring my messages. I bought the itens on August 8th and the order is pending. They say the HK post office Suspend All postal services due to the COVID pandemic and I have to wait or spend more U$ 80.00 to pay for the DHL shipping.

I bought a glass screen protector for my mobile which have a curved screen, Brando.com advertised they can provide a curved protection glass. I received fro them a box saying on it (screen protector curved edge edition), when I opened the box it was a small piece of glass doesn't cover the mobile screen at all and it was not curved even a little, it was straight cheap piece of glass. But most importantly they are using my personal information such as mobile number, email and other personal information to advertise from other sites, so basically "Brando.com" is a website trading with personal data by selling it to other advertising websites. But it does it with a professional way that makes it look like a real website selling useless stuff with misguided information.

I was extremely happy ordering Bridgestone Alenza from them. I called and they had 5 in stock. I needed 4, they shipped them Monday and I got them thursday, after I placed an order Friday. I Think the first two reviewers were not fair to Roadway. First check by email or phone if they have it, if they don't it will likely take a liitle longer but you will get it. They had best price and lower shipping with no tax versus TireRack. I will definitly order again in future. By the way I have mounted them on my Volvo already and they look great. Walmart only 10 dollars per tire to mount and one time balance. Can't beat that.

Trying to order a set of Indy 500 tires for my Durango. Talked to John who said the tires will be available next week on friday. I sent my order and my card was charged immediately ($362) A couple of hours later I got email stating that tires will not be in stock for three weeks!

I've had it with them and I've decided to complain to bbb and ban any transaction with this company with my credit card company...

Ordered on August 6th, order # 101522. Was told shipping from Georgia to Florida would take 1 to 6 days. Was charged for ink that is not in stock and was not shipped. After waiting more than 2 weeks, send out emails that went unanswered. A few days later, they finally responded to one email with a lame excuse that they have too much business, so delays until August 22nd, and they promised to notify when shipped. More than 3 weeks after ordering the 1 to 6 day quoted time and nothing. It's now the 30th, and no notification, and again no replies to email. They only accept PayPal, and PayPal has a 30 day limit on disputing orders. While waiting for my $1 to arrive, I ran out of ink. Tried Tyler Martin for $1.40 each and they responded like a company is supposed to. Had Tyler Martin ink within a week. I could have dealt with Monsterinkjets if only they kept customers updated with emails. Update. Finally received ink. I think they were trying to get one over on the post office, but post office must have found out. Was labled USPS Media Mail, but Media Mail was crossed off, and now shows postage due of $3.71 which we paid. So much for free shipping. Ink was the same as Tyler Martin, and good quality with good expiration dates.

Ordered on the 25 of May, waited about 3 weeks.. nothing. Tried emailing them several times, over the next several weeks.. nothing. Threatened them with the BBB, finally some lame excuse about the email being down. They refunded my money. I told them they should still honor my order. No response. Several emails and a full week later I get a snotty reply from them basically telling me to get bent. What wonderful customer service. This place is cheap.. but you get what you pay for. I'll be going somewhere else for sure. **Update 8-9-2004 ** Tried Eforcity.. they are great. Just as cheap, but they actually answer emails, and deliver within two weeks.

Made a big mistake with Blinds Galore - we called to see where our blinds were and they would never return a call. We received blinds (4 of the same blinds) with missing pieces - should not have been a hard order to fill. Called about the missing pieces but we have never received them. Also found out that you are NOT dealing with Blinds Galore once your order is received. The website gives you the impression that Blinds Galore is there for you. They are not and I will not use this company again. Update!!!!!!! They were supposed to send me parts that were missing. They did not ship out the parts until I wrote my review - more than a week after letting them know that parts were missing. There is a checklist of parts and we marked on the checklist (per their instructions) to show what parts were missing. Once my negative review was posted, they sent out "any" parts they desired. I still do not have my missing parts and they have never contacted me. This just shows what a "personalized" and "family oriented" company they are as compared to the "personalized" and "family oriented" company that they try to portray on the internet.

I just wanted to let your company know that I am very unhappy with the whole process of ordering a product and then trying to cancel an order and try to get a refund. I placed an order on 06/15/2020 for some cellular shades, the website couldn't give me a ship date so I called customer service and asked if they could give me a ship date. I was told about 2 ½ weeks, so I placed the order. I was told on my order status that it would ship out on July 14th plus however long it would take to get to my house. Horrible. So I called to cancel my order, ANOTHER NIGHTMARE!!!! I was told that I would have to wait a couple of days to wait for the factory to confirm the cancellation in order to issue a refund, then wait another 3-5 days to get my bank to issue the refund. Now I have to wait who knows long to get a refund. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a blind company!!!!

I ordered my Cobalt Flux on 30 Mar 2007. It is now June 19th and I just received it today. I was highly upset with the wait time. I was informed that it would only be 4 to 6 weeks. It took a whopping 12 weeks to receive my pad. It wasn't until I inquired about the status of my order did I find out that they were backordered on the control boxes needed to operate the pad. I have no problem with that, but I would've appreciated it if their website was updated to inform customers about the backorder; or just send me a courtesy e-mail explaining the backorder situation. I became frustrated with waiting and decided to cancel my order and order an Afterburner dance pad after waiting for 9 weeks. They said that they could only refund me half of the shipping costs for an object that hadn't been shipped yet. What is that about?? HORRIBLE customer service in my opinion. The pad, however, is excellent. Everything came in working order. I hooked it up and plugged it in and played. The only complaint I have is how cheap the control box looks. I waited 6 extra weeks for the thing and I expected them to put as much thought into that control box as they did the pad itself. It looked like something I could build and solder together myself. It does appear solid enough that I don't predict any problems with it in the forseeable future. But that remains to be seen. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. Only time will tell if it is truly worth the wait. I figure if I'm paying $350 on a dance pad I should at least get decent customer service. Is that too much to ask for in this day and age?

I ordered a pad at the end of January and received my pads shortly after ( a little over 1 week)the order was processed. So far my experience has been good, although my only complaint would be that the pad does tend to shift a little on any complicated (read heavy) songs.(hardwood floors) Also the standard pads make it somewhat difficult to determine where each arrow is on the pad at times. (at least for me) That being said the pad sensitivity is great, as well as the durability living up to its name so far. The only things I would like to change is ordering the materials to raise the corners and center to help my playing quality. The one other thing is I will probably end up putting something underneath the pads to prevent movement.

I believe you can only REALLY know the quality of a vendor if you have to deal with service or returns. There's a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions (even for unopened packages). If you don't follow all of their policies during returns (and there are many so read carefully), the fee goes up to $75!!! Just FYI--they will not price match. Customer service email reply was cold and curt when asked. Phoning customer service--the man I spoke with was also short with me and bordered on ambivalence. Certainly didn't make me want to shop there ever again. In my book, there are too many vendors out there with good customer service, support, and better prices to even consider shopping with them. I paid $45 more than Amazon.com for the same product. I recommend you shop around--Crutchfield, Amazon, or elsewhere, and avoid dealing with this vendor. Life's too short.

I ordered a Samsung TV which at the time of the order was given free shipping. Once I placed the order, I was sent an e-mail saying that they were going to have to charge me an extra $156.00 for shipping. I called to inquire about this and got a guy with a really bad attitude who told me that they handle to many products to take the time to indicate which items you will get charged shipping on. Then he hung up on me. They may have the best price but it may not "qualify" for free shipping even through they will let you actually order the product before they tell you this.

I should have checked on this one first as well. On 12/6 I ordered my 4 year old an MX outfit for Christmas dress-up. Account charged quickly but each time I checked on the order the website just said "processing". On 12/13 I emailed back to the order confirmation address asking when the order would ship and stating that if it would not be here by Christmas I wanted it canceled and refunded. 12/15 I get an email from Krista. O'Neal just got these outfits in their warehouse and couldnot guarantee me delivery. I emailed her back same day and said cancel and refund so I can get something locally. 12/22 I check...the order is still "processing" and no refund. I try to call, no answer. I email again to both email addresses, no response. 12/23 I call, and the phone rings a long time before I get someone to answer. Then they try to talk me out of canceling. No, its too late I say I just bought the outfit at local motorcycle shop. I ask how long the refund will take. The guy says usually 2 days but we are really busy with Christmas orders, etc. I say not good enough, you were supposed to cancel and refund on 12/15. I ask for a manager. Margaret tells me the refund has been processed. So we'll see. Would I have saved money? Not really. The small child's pant & jersey combo I ordered was $126. The set I bought locally included pants/jersey/gloves, and an HJC MX helmet for my little guy...$173 for all, tax included. And if they don't fit I can exchange easily.

I've ordered from cduniverse.com many times over the course of the past few years. I've got nothing but great things to say about this place. Where to begin? I've purchased numerous music CD's. They're always the cheapest...especially when compared to Amazon. Shipping is fast and packaging is good. I've never had a damaged product and nothing has ever taken longer than 5 days to receive. My latest purchase came today. Actually, I purchased 3 DVD's yesterday, and then purchased a 4th today. All the DVD's were $2 to $8 cheaper than Amazon. Further, with the purchase I made this morning, it actually gave me the opportunity to include it with the order I made yesterday without increasing my shipping charges. You know that most other companies will not let you combine multiple orders over multiple days since they want to gouge you on shipping. I could't believe that CDUNIVERSE.COM gave me that option. *NOTE - if you're buying a music CD, they have 30 second snippets of EVERY song on the CD that you can preview. GREAT FEATURE. Most other sites only let you preview half the songs. Bottom Line: Do not hesitate to buy from this site. Great prices, fast shipping, good packaging, good purchasing/shipping updates via email. They're fantastic!!!

1/28/2009 I shipped my books to efollet.com for resale. It has been a month and I have not heard from them. Last week I sent an email asking if they had received the books, but they did not reply. I had to go to their website to hunt down a customer service number (it's 1-800-381-5151). I spoke with a representative, who told me that during the busy season, it takes a long time to process orders, and that my books had not yet been checked into the warehouse. So efollet.com loses points for (a) not responding to my email, (b) not providing easy access to a customer service number(I had to search for it on their website - it should have been included when they sent the initial email confirmation of my order), and (c) not giving any type of estimate on how long it takes to process an order. If it takes a month or longer to process an order, they need to inform people of the potential delay. Firstclassbooks.com, on the other hand, mailed me a check within two weeks after I had sent them a book, so I'll use their service for future book resales.

I tried to sell two textbooks to efollet back in June 2018. They said they would be able to process my books within 2 days, and I would get money for my books within 2 weeks. That is a straight up lie! I didn’t hear back from them until the end of September 2018!! I called their customer service number multiple times over three months and they were very unhelpful. They said their system that they use to process books is so slow that it takes two to three months to process a textbook. In short, don’t waste your time or effort trying to sell your book to efollet.

The Nikon 50mm lens I bought was about $15 cheaper than the next reputable dealer so I took a chance with this seller. The lens came without the manufacturers box and none of the original packaging. It could have been refurbished or used for all I know. The website did not disclose this information. The item description specifically said the lens was new. I called to make a return and the representative said the lens was taken from a kit. I will not buy from them again and I think it is dishonest to publish an item as new when it is not factory sealed with original packaging. UPDATE: Upon submittal of this review, I received a call from a representative from DIYMicro who wanted to amend the situation. He explained that this occurrence with the lens was not typical of the products they sell and they require all items shipped to be new from their suppliers. They offered me a 5 years warranty on the 50mm lens that I will buy to replace the one I returned and gave me a discount coupon for my next purchase. I have revised my rating of them as this care in customer service has improved my impression of the company.

I didnt really now what part i wanted to order. I called up there 1-888 number and talked to a nice salesman named Andy. He spent the time to figure out what i need and accutally recommended the cheaper product. This took me by suprise as i am used to people trying to upsell. It ends up that the cables i bought for my Laptop to connect to my TV and Stereo are the perfect ones for me. Would highly recommend them to all my friends

I ordered and HMDI cable back at the end of Decemeber. As of this date i have yet to recieve it. After numerous unanswered calls, messages and e-mails, I finally got a hold of "Will" (the only person who seems to work there)after about 2 weeks of trying. It turns out the cable was out of stock when I ordered it and they forgot to notify me. After regular daily calls the item finally came in last week. I live within 1 day of shipping form thier warehouse...I have yet to get my cable. I've been calling and every day I'm told that the cable shipped the previous day, contracdicting what they told me the day before. I will never order anything from them ever again. (Adversly I ordered cables from monoprice out of CA, they came in less time than what they stated on thier bill and the cables were amazing quality and a better price)

Awful experience with this company. I was sent a part that does not work then when I called to return it I am told "oh in order to use the warranty you must send us the part back so that's florida to Texas I believe which is definitely going to take more than just a few days then I'm told that "once we receive the part that you want to return then we will send you out a new different one that "works " I told the woman who is telling me the company policy on how their "warranty " works that I can either do that or pay a $60 deposit right now over the phone and they will shop me out a "working " part that I need and I once i send back the first malfunctioning part they sent me and it is recieved then i will be refunded my $60 deposit . So that is how this company's "warranty works" what a scam and I have spent over a hundred dollars and now all I can get is my time wasted while they polish up another refurbished piece of junk and send it out in Hope's that it will work for me. SmH never again please steer clear of this company and stick to you local autopart store like I should have .

I think a class action lawsuit for false advertising is needed. In fact, in some states there can be criminal charges associated with false advertising. Even one person can sue them for this in small claims court. Sometimes that's all you can do to sit a company down and let them know the BS isn't going to be tolerated. They send faulty parts, leave people on hold for hours, make returns next to impossible, send parts that do not fit car and tons of other issues. There are bad reviews everywhere for this company on the Better Business Bureau, Amazon, EBay, Trust Pilot, Reseller Ratings, Yelp and it's the same thing over and over again. They advertise the EXACT opposite on their website and when you call into their customer service line. It's false advertising and it's about time we get these jokers legally to stop the BS and lies.

I paid for Priority Mail Shipping and PocketSolutions shipped using First Class Mail. They refused to refund the extra money that I paid even though they did not give me the service that I paid for. Their customer service is terrible and I would NEVER shop here again. I would advise anyone against shopping here unless you want them to disregard your order and pocket your money.

Orderd my PSP from them on 29th december at £266 inc P+P which was the best price i could find at the time, There was even a guy i could talk to on msn if i wanted to ask questions. And the delivery only took 5days to get here, But unfortunately i got charged £30 for customs when it arived to the uk. All great apart from the customs charge which i was a bit annoyed about.

Yeah I caleld them I got some snotty woman on the phone who said it was her fault instead of the company that she works fors fault that the package was not being delivered to me. I called fedex and they told me that company did not ship it after the electronic transfer to pickup package. If I dont get my package by friday I am contacting better business bureau and reversing funds. I am less then 40 miles from these guys.

NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR: 10 days and counting & 4 emails through their web interface. Not one response yet beyond the auto-confirmation where they instantaniously charged my credit card without shipping me anything. Web site order is registering 'pending' and 'in-process' depending where you look. PLEASE COMMUNICATE if there is a 2 week backorder, communicate that, charging and not communicating is messing with peoples money and at the very least drives away potential repeat customers. The following text makes me ill. On the email where they charge my credit card they say: | Please do not reply to this e-mail. I ordered the exact replacement turn signal bulbs for the Buddy 50 plus a pair of replacement rear view mirrors for the same scooter. They came quickly and were packaged well. The mirrors are 8mm reverse thread and fit perfectly besides being a bargain at only $16.99/pr. The bulbs are 12v 10w amber with the BA15S base. If you use the readily available 1156A bulbs you risk depleting your battery prematurely because they are 26.9w. I was skeptical because of some of the review I've seen but that has to be a different company. The fact that there is no phone # is scary but I made a mistake on my first attempt to order and I emailed them requesting it be cancelled. They emailed me right back with a confirmation that it was cancelled and I placed my new order. Very happy with the products and the company.

I recently purchaed a larger harddrive (1TB) for my laptop. Drive Solutions also recommeded a solution for ghosting my current harddrive onto my newly purchased one. I took them up on their suggestion and purchased the ghosting software and equipment. I am so pleased with the outcome of my purchases. It 4 hours to ghost and install my new 1TB harddrive and when I booted it up everything was there for me - all my programs. Oh and I should just say that I was 'giddy' with joy with all of the free GB's I had for file storage. I would indeed recommend Drive Solutions to all my friends and colleagues in need of harddrives and data transfer solutions.

I purchased a Western Digital 500G hard drive to replace the faulty 320G drive in my Toshiba L305D.Once installed, the new drive accepted my Recovery software seamlessly and I was back in business. My only complaint...I emailed Drive Solutions to ask if the 320G to 500G swap was possible and never got a response. I took it upon myself to order the higher capacity drive and hoped it would work (same interface). The end result was good and I am pleased with my purchase, both quality and value.

I ordered a Nature2 cartridge for my pool on 04/29 as AmeriMerc had the lowest price with a reputable rating. Although shipping is free, you still pay a handling charge of about $8. Even so, the total price was still the lowest I found. When I went on-line the next day to track my order, I ran into a little SNAFU. The site wanted me to enter my logon and password, yet I hadn't created an account. It did say the logon was my e-mail address, but I still didn't have a password. When I used the Forgot Password option, it asked for my e-mail address, but when I entered it in I was told no account was found. I had to e-mail customer service and they e-mailed me my tracking information. It took a second e-mail to get my account created so I could check the status on-line. The order did ship on 04/30 and was delivered by FedEx on 05/03, which was a Saturday. The item was correct and packaged well.

Was called to tell me I didn't put 3 digit code from back of card into order ( I did) . So gave info & was told that person who told me it would arrive on Friday misinformed me & it would be Saturday. This company does not have their act together!

I ordered two items from GameBaz - one through the site itself, and one through their Shopping@Japan service. The quality of service is far beyond 99% of online retailers (especially in terms of communication), shipping was fast enough, and the Shopping@Japan service is comparable to similar services in terms of price, but much less painful (you don't have to sign up for an account and make a deposit in advance; you just send them the webpage you wish to order from, and they inform you of all fees). If I have one complaint, it is that their prices seem to be all over the map. You can find deals, certainly, but some items cost way more than the standard market price. I think this is a function of their prices being strongly influenced by their own supply. In any case, I highly recommend GameBaz; I came away completely satisfied and will order from them again in the future.

Discount jungle is a rip off, I placed an order for a (NEW) Lasonic Boom Box on Dec 14, 2011 as a Christmas gift for my fiance, but received a clearly used and broken boombox. The Lasonic Boombox had scratches all over it and the whole right side speakers did not work. I had to pay $40.00 to ship it back to Discount Jungle. Thank god when I shipped it back I required a signature when it was received by Discount Jungle because when I called to see if Discount Jungle received the returned item the customer service rep told me that she couldn't find anything in the system that showed they received it, until I told her the Fed-Ex website showed someone named Sam received and signed for the returned item, she then miraculously found it in the system and said that the they would send me a new Lasonic Boombox immediately. After a couple of weeks of waiting I tracked the replacement Lasonic boombox through fed-ex that Discount jungle sent, to see it was delivered when I got home nothing was there, I contacted fed-ex for 2 weeks they couldn't find the package and advised me to contact Discount Jungle to get a replacement or have my card credited back the money. I spoke with Sam at Discount Jungle who informed me he would be happy to refund me my money back and that I would see the credit in my account that Friday I checked my account that Friday there was no pending credit from Discount Jungle so I called Sam back he apologized and stated that person in charge of refunds and finance was sick with a serious illness and was not able to credit my account that week, but he would be happy to do it for me and that I would see the credit in my account the following Friday. Well Friday came again still no credit in my account, I called Discount Jungle that following Monday spoke to a customer service rep who left me on hold for so long that I hung up, I called back she left me on hold for an additional 10 minutes, to only tell me that Sam wasn't in and to call back the next day. I called back the next and spoke with Sam about my credit once again in which he told me he sent a notice to Amazon to refund me my money last week and that I should see a credit in my Amazon account and that if my account wasn't credited today he would call Amazon himself. I signed on to my Amazon account to see absolutely nothing so I decided to call Amazon and see if Sam from Discount Jungle did send a notice to Amazon for my refund. I spoke to a rep at Amazon who stated she didn't see anything in my account that Discount Jungle sent them a notice for my refund and that Amazon would take care of the problem for me and suggested I didn't call discount Jungle about this situation anymore.

I ordered a 17" Flat screen "Samsung" Moniter from this Fraud Company. First of all, it took 4 weeks to come in and I paid for 3-5 days shipping. They sent me a piece of junk no name that didn't even work and looked nothing like the one I ordered. This was suppose to be a present for Christmas. They would not replace. I paid for Samsung, they sent me something that wasn't worth $2. I had to pay for shipping again to send it back. I called looking for credit and they said my account expired in their system but no one called me to tell me. Then they said they couldn't give me a refund because the post office wrote on the box. It took 35 days to credit my account. They did not credit for shipping. What they advertise is not what they ship. I called consumer affairs and this company and it is being investigated. Sp's customer service barely speaks english and does not know what they are talking about. Had to talk to owner and she was extremely rude and tried to belittle me.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST FRAUDALENT SO CALLED COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!! CROOKS!

I got the phone I wanted at a great price and free overnight shipping. I had some confusion about why I was sent a new sim card and when I called I was told to use the new one. After failed attempts at activating I tried my old sim card and it started working right away. 3 days later I lost connection and had to give verizon so of the hardware numbers in the about section of the phone to get it working again. Not sure that the second issue had anything to do with Lets talk more than Verizon. Either way they are minor issues and would buy from Let's Talk again.

I ordered 8/6. The link to check my status said "unknown" for the ship date and I knew I'd have to wait a few weeks because my product was backordered. I checked the week of 8/20 through a phone number located on the e-mailed version of my order and the automated system told me my expected ship date was September 2nd. On 8/28 I decided to call customer service just to validate the automated statement and at that point the customer service representative stated I should not have even been able to select what I ordered, that I will not be getting this product nor would I ever be getting this product as it's not a valid selection and not something offered by the company any more. I canceled my "order" which seemingly wasn't even a true order. Out of curiousity I went back to the website, went through the process and AGAIN was able to select this product. My only thoughts is that they are a bait and switch company with false advertistement and sketchy motives. I will never use them again and will not be referring anyone to their service either. Very disappointed.

Noticed the great price ($59) on a 9500 non-pro oem 128mb built by ATI and because of previous mixed ratings here and wrong parts being shipped and out of stock, i proceeded to call their toll-free direct line and i was promptly assisted by a customer agent. she confirmed that they had one left and i quickly made the transaction after feeling a bit more assured by talking to a live agent. the product was shipped same day fed-ex overnight and arrived promptly the next day in a white box with a bundled software package as well as the cables and bubble wrap, etc. it basically looked brand spankin new for all intents and purposes and even better, it was a 9500 non-pro 128mb with the L shaped memory modules that i've soft-modded and overclocked to essentially a 9700 non-pro!!! fabulous price, great service, and a pristine product! what else could a satisfied consumer ask for? will patronize again!

Ordered via unistorage website before business hours on a Monday, the were the only store that had the parts I needed *in stock* (their website listed them as in stock). Placed order, got the usual thank you for creating account, thank you for your order e-mails. By Wednesday with no news/e-mail, I called. Nice guy answered and said I should be getting a tracking number Thursday. OK, pretty dang slow order processing, but if they're the only ones with the parts, what're you going to do? Thursday afternoon. No tracking number/e-mail. Sent e-mail to them requesting it again. Later that night checked my acct. and found I hadn't even been billed yet! No response to e-mail. Friday. Called again. Nice guy transferred me to nice lady. Said parts had not been in stock until that week! Should be getting tracking number soon as parts had been shipped. Monday. No tracking number. No parts. No e-mail. The Good: Nice service staff. Easy ordering from site. The Bad: Inaccurate website information as to inventory. Never would have bought the parts had I known they were not in stock and just waited 'til my regular supplier had them. Terrible communication. If you want the info, you have to bug them for it; no guarantees you'll get any regardless. Shipping costs high. Though the parts were cheaper, the additional cost of shipping exceeded my normal ependiture at my regular supplier by more than double for the *exact same* shipping service. EDIT: On receipt of parts only one had additional packaging done, the other was in the mfr. box. Can't claim the extra $$ was for additional packing. Very slow order processing. Will not order from again. EDIT: Received parts the following Friday. The math: 11 days 'til I got the product - 3 day shipping = 8 days before the product left their warehouse. Not good if your're in a hurry, and doesn't make 3-day shipping a worthwhile expenditure.

I ordered a case for my wife,s ipad and a few other items total $90.85 on dec 2, 2011, when they sent the order conformation the total charge was $9,000.00 and stated it was a preorder( had no idea what that was) and after I paid for a 3 day shipment the pre order meant that it would not be sent out until 10 days. I canceld my order on the 9th of dec. and the chose to mail it anyway on the 12th of dec. I never recieved the package so the mailman returned it. I had to dispute this with my credit card company. and was charged only for the shipping each way. these people are terrible to deal with I would check out ther reviews befor I did any business with them.

Access Micro claims that their motherboard combos are assembled and burned in for 24 hours before shipped to insure compatability and maximum performance. I noticed that my order was shipped the same day it was ordered, which is good , i love a quick response. I just assummed that it was already assembled and burned in before i ordered it. It may do some good to mention on your webpage, that your mobo combos are pre assembled tested before they are ordered. Your current statment seems to imply that when i order that is the time of assembly. Its a little misleading.

I have recently discovered how un-competitively high Handango's product pricing is. You can usually find lower pricing on the same products if purchased directly from the software developer's own website. Even Handango's number one competitor (PocketGear.com) consistantly offers lower pricing. On top of the high prices, Handango charges an optional fee called "Download Protection" with every purchase. This so-called "service" allows you to re-download your purchased products at a later date for up to 1 year. This service is provided by Handango's competitors (PocketGear.com and others) at no charge to the customer and is not time limited. For the 2 reasons stated above I feel that Handango's policy is to nickel-and-dime it's customers to death. Handango has also been known to treat it's developers poorly. Do a google search on "Omnisoft" or "John Cody" to know what I mean. I will no longer do business with this horribly unethical vendor. PMG

I purchased an expansion card for my palm recently from Handa.ngo – Sep. 2004. Good price I thought, about 46$ with shipping. Han.dango is even happy to deliver to Canada. What they don’t mention is that UPS will try to extort another 38$ C.O.D. out of you because they feel they are providing you with import broker services on a piece of hardware the size of a nickel. Hand.ango is basically guilty of false advertising and fraud in my eyes. I hope this saves a few Canadian and international customers a ridiculous undisclosed expense. I also hope that continental American customers consider doing business elsewhere, with a more reputable organization. I’ll be doing my part by posting my experience on every net board and review site I come across. I’m now off to the Pa.lm Store, a few bucks more but you don’t get scr.ewed.

When I went to the store there were no tech's in the store so no one could find the laptop. I have tried to call several times. I spoke with the owner today about my bad experience at his store. My laptop was falling apart and under warranty for replacement of bottom panel. After one week of getting the runaround, I was told by Sheila that the person working on my laptop was fired because he was not doing his job and many unhappy customers. This is sad because the employee , Taylor , was extremely nice and helpful but the owner had no business finesse or respect for me as a customer. I am very disappointed and would say DO NOT GO THERE ! *Check out their BBB rating of F and see the many unresolved complaints there too.

**Update 02/18/2004** Got my down payment back today. Just as the guy at AIPCS/AI Computers promised. Looks like they are trying to turn this bad rap around. Upgrading my rating of this company again because they held to their word and gave me my money back.. **Update 02/05/2004** After a long 7 months, 5 of which I have been pursuing a refund or delivery of my computer, AIPCS/AI Computers has agreed to give me a refund of my down payment on my financed order. I am told I have a check prepared and ready to be mailed. I am now setting my review of AIPCS/AI Computers up a few notches in good faith that I will actually receive the refund as promised. I believe AIPCS/AI Computers can turn this negative experience around and get back on track as a good quality company. When I receive my refund, I will post another update and upgrade my review even further.

I have never had such a bad experience with an online merchant. I placed an order on Dec. 8th. I have yet to receive confirmation of my order despite 2 emails and 2 telephone calls. I have no idea if there was a problem with my order or if it will be here by Christmas

I order from Funagain every year when the Games Magazine's Game-of-the-Year list come out. I love being able to see the top games, read reviews to see if they really sound like fun, and to fill out my order with some games I wouldn't have thought of trying. So far, Funagain's recommendations haven't let me down!

I ordered two pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and they are perfect in every way. I was going to buy them while in Maui; however I found this web site and saved about $100.00 on the two pair. They came with the Maui Jim cleaning cloth/bag, Maui Jim designer case and warranty information. Great prices - all you need to do is have some patience and expect about 10-12 days for order processing and delivery. If you want hand holding customer service, you should go to the storefront and pay the extra money. For me this transaction was great and worth the savings.

After placing the order on 4/15, I was concerned since there was no confirmation on the website or any contact telephone number. When I sent an email to inquire about the order, I received a response within 24 hours that the order was processed and would ship within 3-5 business days. I then received another email on the 5th day confirming that the order had been shipped. I received 2 pair of sunglasses (Revo & Maui Jim) in perfect condition with cases and manufacturer's paperwork within 2 days of the shipping notification. They had the best price on the web and responded to my email right away--couldn't be happier.

I placed the order through Amazon Marketplace on 30 Sep 2005 and received email notification of order shipment on 3 Oct. I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I emailed them before hand to make sure they could/would ship via USPS. I offered to pay a little more to have my movies shipped via Priority Mail. The first response was "sorry" by one customer service rep, then a 2nd reply said "no problem". I had not received anything by 13 Oct, so I emailed them about the EXACT shipping method - they assured me it was via Priority Mail. Media Mail takes 4 to 6 weeks, usually, to get here. They said to wait another 3 to 5 business days then contact them. I did, and they SAY they re shipped on 28 Oct. It is now 15 Nov and I still have not received either shipping. Had I checked here first, I would not have ordered through them. So much for trusting the vendors at Amazon Marketplace. I suspect they mailed Media Mail, so I will wait another week (stupid, I know) just in case. One other interesting fact is their website listed the movies I ordered (Pitch Black/Chronicles of Riddick) was several dollars LOWER through their site directly.

As far as I am concerned Amazon should not be dealing with this vendor. I have fooled around with this company trying to find out about my order and all they could come up with on August 6th that the order was lost in the mail and they were not able to track the order as they do not send out orders with tracking numbers. The book I wanted to purchase cost over $56.00 and it seems to me that they would want to insure delivery -- I wonder what the S&H charges were for. I asked for an apology note from them seeing this was a Birthday present and it was ordered in plenty of time but my request was ignored. I was told that the book was on back order and they would send me another one when it came in but could not give me any idea as to when they would be receiving the order. My rating is ZERO!
