This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used them. Add together the base price & shipping and they have the most reasonable overall cost. Shipping time is adequate but not exceptional. (They use UPS ground, which is, coast to coast, 5-7 days. For about the same $, they could use USPS Pty mail, which is 2-3 days... just a suggestion.)

I ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and was under the impression this was new (outdated) software. When received I was disappointed to find the disc has been used. It is scratched and has fingerprints on it and is not in the original packaging. On their website it said "full retail version". Not being that experienced in these things I suppose it's my fault for not being more astute. Buyer beware! I will report more when we try to download this software.

Ordered Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Academic version (WIN AE) on Wednesday. Shipped same day via FedEx ground and arrived the next day. Product was as advertised, new, and sealed. Installed without a problem. I was skeptical because the price was so low, but I saw that the owner and server were here in Southern California (as opposed to Eastern Europe), so I took a $200 chance. It worked out great! I would order from them again.

Rented a book, and I had no problem with that or returning it. However, after I rented the book they said I qualified for free online solutions. Great! Well, it wasn't free, it was $15/month and perpetual. My wife didn't notice the charges (she pays that bill) and I didn't until 5 months after I finished the course and returned the book. All told I spent $150 on this "service" that I never used in addition to the book, Not worth the aggravation.

My daughter got locked into a subscription without knowing, and when I tried to retrieve 9 months worth of unused membership, they only refunded 3 months. I asked if my daughter could at least have a couple of months to use it free, since she did not take advantage of all those months we paid for.... and I was told "no" and "have a great day". I gave a one star because I did not have the option of giving NO stars.

I purchase items from this store several times a year. I have never had a problem. Exquisite quality! Shipping usually takes 7-10 days. If something is on backorder, they tell you right away, and give you a chance to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. I have done over 50 transactions with them this year.

I placed this order on 12/9. Eventually Fed Ex tracking showed it stuck in WV for 9 days, then in Forest Park IL for 6 days, and now it shows it going to WI (I live in IL). I have "opened tickets" with this company daily and have not yet received a response from them. Never order from this company!!!

My first experience with 3000Toys goes back to April of 2013. The reason why I was looking for such kind of services is that I was looking for new diecast additions to my collection. It seemed that pre-order way of deal may allow to get some new series soon enough, so I decided to give it a try on 3000Toys. Despite the fact that that these certain diecast series were delayed by manufacturer, there were no issues on order handling. It was delivered in time - and actually, a bit earlier than I expected. Price was reasonable, and overall impression from the shop was good enough. I will definitely keep looking for their new arrivals and have business with the shop.

I ordered items (about $12) on Sept. 29. I was sent an email that it was shipped on October 1. Apparently that is a lie since as of October 10, I had not received the items even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. I called them on October 7 and October 10 and was told both times that they couldn't track my order because their "system" was down. I have yet to receive a complaint I filed with them. Last time I order from them even thought their product list looks nice. I encourage everyone else to stay away since they seem to be operating a scam shop.

I placed an order through their website and got an automated email the next day stating that the order status is "shipping". They billed my credit card immediately. Never got any indication that the product had actually shipped. Emailed them several times asking for status, got no response. Called the phone number on their website twice and left messages asking for status (the don't seem to ever answer the phone), got no response on that either. After 3 weeks, filed a complaint with my credit card company and the reversed the charge. A week after that, I finally get another automated email from pricent.com saying that my order has been canceled. Never did get a call back or an email from an actual human with any sort of explanation.

This company is extremely unprofessional in the manner they handle not only their business, but their customers as well. I initally placed my order with Pricent.com on 02/26/07. The money was taken from my credit card on 02/28/07. I made several phone calls to the number listed on the site, but no one has ever answered my call, muchless called me back. Then on 3/22/07 I recieved an email stating that my order was canceled and that they were refunding my credit card within 5 to 7 business days. (NOT!!) Now today is 04/12/07, no phone call, email, product, or refund.. Then to top it off, everytime I try to pull up their site an error message appears with the ever famous "page not found". It is obvious that this is not a reputable company and that they are FRAUD!!! Bottom line, I want my money back and I want to make other consumers aware of this repugnant business style. Thank You.

Order #1336689556 - I have been purchasing online for at least 10 years and 2020PC snags the honor for my first totally NEGATIVE review of anyone or any product. I have to say their price was good but not good enough to put up with them. I ordered the Xerox Phaser 7800/GX printer and the 097S04167 Professional Finishing Unit on 5/10. The first indication that I should have turned and run was when I get an acknowledgement on the 15th saying to call because a "lift gate truck was required and therefore their "Free shipping" was going to cost $200. I called to let them know that I have a forklift and the lift gate would not be required. Much arguing with "Mark" ensued until after many calls and emails they clarified it was for a "heavyweight charge" even though "Free" was advertised. I finally agree, they ship, but only the printer arrives even tho they have billed my CC for the $2,900 finisher as well. Then a 5/29 date was promised, then 6/5, now today 6/13, I call and they have no new info and are unwilling to check. Today I cancelled the balance if no credit is received by 6/15 I will protest the charge with AMEX.

I have always loved printed Croscill sheet sets, and have been using them for decades. I usually purchase them locally at Dillard's or Macy's, and have to pay premium prices. Neither store carries them anymore, and if they do, the selection is extremely limited. I was so delighted to find such a large selection and at amazing prices. So much so that I ordered two sets, and got them for the same price I would have paid for one. I received them in a couple of days!!! Could not be happier. AJMoss now has a loyal, lifetime customer! So ecstatic I located their website!!!

I use 123 powered flashlights a lot, since buying a few sets of rechargeables, and a charger from lighthound I've been using them without that feeling in the back of my mind telling me to limit the run times, guilt free lumens I've heard it called (a wonderful feeling I might add). It was a gift and when I had heard nothing by 11/10 I checked the status which indicated it had not yet been shipped. I contacted the seller and the next day received a call telling me they had lost track of my order and had now contacted the manufacturer and would be unable to fill the order since it was no longer being produced. I will not use this vendor again.

I bought a camera here for a trip to Germany. The camera worked only part of the time. It would freeze up and turn off after 2 or 3 pictures, then start again, so I would miss several photo opportunities. After about 20 days from purchase they told me the only thing they could do was send it to the company for repairs. With trip coming up no time for that.I thought they would stand behind their products better and replace or refund my money. will never buy from them again.

I ordered two 5" yellow angled locking sata cables and one 9" yellow straight locking sata cable for my new mother board. These cables are about half the thickness of the prepackaged Asus cables, more flexible and can be routed much easier. I really liked the wide selections of lengths and the comforting click these quality cables make when they lock onto your motherboard and drives. My computer functions perfectly and the cables look like an electrician routed them. I will order from this company again and will recommend their products to my friends. Product was ordered Nov 3rd, shipped Nov 4th and received Nov 7th. I cannot ask for anything better than that.

I've been a longtime GiftValues.com customer and never had a problem until my last order, placed Feb. 13, 2015. It took FOUR MONTHS for my PARTIAL order to arrive, and they incorrectly sent a rollerball pen instead of the fountain pen I ordered. (The shipping receipt incorrectly states they shipped a fountain pen instead of the rollerball pen.) They did send the REFILLS for the fountain pen, which I can't use without the pen. I have placed numerous calls to them, written many times, and NEVER have received a response. It has been nearly a year and two personalized items have yet to arrive. (Nor did they ever send the fountain pen.) They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zilch. Grade: F

I have had two bad experiences with this company, their products and prices are great but the after sales service is disgraceful. On Dec 7th 2006, I purchased a Xmas gift from Gift values .com, it was defective and was returned to the company for replacement or refund on Dec 23rd 2006, I did not receive either. I have sent two emails and have had promises from the company but I am still without a replacement or refund and it is now Feb 27th 2007. I do not recommend this company, all I can say is "buyer beware". DJ, California.

Joe continues to provide lower prices on virtually all of New Balance's offerings with low or no shipping charges. I've compared with local bargain outlets and they sometimes beat Joe on a running shoe that has been discontinued and is only available in extreme sizes and/or widths. But, that's rare. If you are a New Balance freak like I am, check this site out. They are quality service oriented and deliver within a few days of order. Highly recommended.

I had a $30 off coupon to Vera Bradley from a previous purchase. I put in the coupon, the discount was given and then before I could place the order I was forced to set up a new password. Then, I was told my coupon had already been used and I could not use it again. After many emails, customer service finally got back to me with a replacement code -but the replacement code does NOT work. The message says " No coupon found". I am so done with this company! They are so overpriced to begin with- it is not worth it to put up with such their horrible customer service.

Afterreading all the problem posts on the internet abut them I initiated a charge back through AMEX and got my money back from them. I found the same item from Obad Imports who shipped the next day. Check them out if you want any KingRex items. They were stellar to deal with!

I found the item I wanted on their site- listed for about $30 less than some sources in China! I thought 'this is great, maybe they have some old stock and theyre just blowing it out cheap.' WRONG. They claim to ship in 5 days. I waited 2 WEEKS, then I finally get an email that says the status of my order is 'cancelled'. No explanation, thats all I get. Meanwhile, I have a client who's waiting on this item! When I called, I got the lamest excuse. They didnt know anything about the specifics of the the item, or when they were getting more stock shipped in. Horrible service. At least my debit card was never charged.

I ordered an HD Antenna from Titan Imports to replace our old 20 foot antenna at our cabin. It did not work, I contatced them and they worked with me on trouble shooting and retified the problem. Since I could not get to our cabin every weekend they were very patient as well. I am extremley happy with the product and would recommend them to anyone.

This is obviously not a legitimate store, and I'm now out $130. I placed an order for Christmas gift on 12/15. On 12/19, I received an email that the item had been shipped. (Still not received). I've sent 5 emails and called every day since 12/26. No response to email... they have a link to check status of email and it still says "Open". They're pretty sneaky to even provide that to make it look real. Their phone message indicates to try back later, but gives no option for leaving a message. Their site has "live help" option, but has been "offline" since at least 12/26. *The email they sent showing shipped makes it look like it's a "Yahoo Store". I contacted Yahoo, and it's not one of their stores (which confirmed my suspicion that they're not real).

Even tho this was their error, I had to pay return shipping, plus a restocking fee!! Their customer service is shameful--they do not respond to emails. Will never order from this shaby outfit again. Dealing with this company was a nightmare - almost two weeks and I still don't have a part that is listed as 'In Stock'. Multiple calls [up to 1 hour on hold, their pointless 'live chat' and endless tracking [wrong Fed Ex #'s sent, etc.] and nobody can find the shipment, the part or give any answers. I purchased hundreds 3M masks with them and called the custom service for cancellation. The custom service confirmed cancellation for me on phone. The company called me back to inform me the product will be available soon. I double checked with them that I want to cancel all my orders. Several days later I received email from them that my products will be shipping out in the future. Called my bank and they suggest a cancellation document. Call the company again for cancellation email or cancellation confirmation number, didn't get email or confirmation number.

Tried on two separate occasions to make a purchase for an HP Pavilion DV7 drive caddy. Both times I received a message shortly afterward stating that my billing information was incorrect. After the second purchase order was rejected I contacted the bank to get some insight as to why the information was incorrect. The bank representative said that in both cases, the information transmitted from laptopking.com was indeed incorrect. Furthermore, the information they supplied to my financial institution didn't match the information I, myself, had provided. So it would appear that, for whatever reason, they were unwilling or unable to complete the order-using the very same information that I had successfully used once prior. Debit card users will find their payment system rather inconvenient. A hold for the order amount is placed initially. Then, once the order is satisfied, they release the hold and initiate the charge. While not entirely unique to this merchant, it does make ordering difficult because of daily purchase limits that are imposed by most financial institutions. In the end, however, they actually did me a favor as I ended up ordering the part directly from the manufacturer for $20USD cheaper. Additionally, shipping charges were $5USD less than those charged by laptopking.com. $25USD in savings is nothing to scoff at. This would have been my second purchase with laptopking.com, and I should have taken my dissatisfaction with them the first time around as a sign. Rest assured, however, that I'll buy elsewhere from this point forward.

In August 2008, I paid $180 for a futon from Futon Planet for occasional use in my RV. I used the futon for two days in 2008 and just over two weeks in 2009. After only one week of use in 2008, I noticed that the futon had developed a permanent depression where I was sleeping, with no resiliance left. I have used futons before and never had seen them deteriorate in this way. I called customer service at Futon Planet and spoke to a customer service representative, her supervisor, and, ultimately, to the owner of Futon Planet. I got the same story from each person -- that I had bought the low-end futon, designed for "occasional use," and should have expected it to deteriorate in this way. Although the futon was less than a year old and still technically under warranty, I was told it could not be returned, and there would be not refund of any kind. The bottom line is that I got approximately 7 days of acceptable sleep out of the futon, which comes to over $20 per night. Futon Planet should not market a futon of this low quality, even as a low-end product, and I do not recommend doing business with the company.

I ordered the roof cleaner on monday and was happy to see it arrived 2 days later on Wed afternoon. The package contained the cleaner, my invoice, and detailed instructions. Over the weekend John put the cleaner on (he was skeptical about it working). When he finished cleaning both of us were shocked at how well it worked. The roof was much cleaner than before. We appreciated that this product worked better than they said it would and it got here so quickly. We have suggested the roof cleaner to our neighbors (they now are the ones with ugly roofs).

On the 8/8/2011 I shopped online at Mall HK. On the same day I received an email from them saying thank you for your order, and a day later an email saying my item has been shipped, this was the last email I have received. On the first email Mall HK said they will provide me with a website link to track my item. I did not receive a link to track my item. Since my shipping email I asked them if they could please send me a link to track my item, I got no reply. After numerous emails I decided to look at some reviews online. I discovered that I was not the only person who has had a problem will receiving items with Mall HK. I decided to open a dispute with Mall HK, although I have already tried to communicate with them. Mall HK does not have a contact phone number, so I cannot contact them this way. This website I believe to be a scam, hopefully paypal will get me my money back.

I ordered 8 magazines from Magselection.Com on 10/21/2007. To date, I have received nothing. I called them on 12/20/07 and was told that it takes 2 to 4 months. That was never mentioned anywhere in thier web site. I asked for a refund and they refused totaly. I was pretty much scared off by the reviews of other online custom PC sellers and was thinking about paying for an overpriced system at DELL, but after reading all the great reviews about MPCS, I had high hopes and high expectations, all which were met 100%. I ordered a gaming system which worked perfectly right out of the box. Windows was pre-installed, as well as all the drivers and software that came with the components I ordered. All of the components I order were present, and when a particular component had multiple manufactures, such as the ATI video card, a very high quality manufacture was chosen. I've been running the system under a heavy load running GTA4 with the graphics setting at the Maximum with a 50% draw distance, and everything is running smoothly without issues. John, from MPCS, sent email updates during each phase of my order and the system was ready the day he said it would be. When it comes time to purchase another PC, MPCS will be my first stop. 10/10

I bought a 2007 2 Door Jeep jk about 7 months ago it needed to be completely reconditioned so from then I’ve been purchasing every thing it needed online to have at my disposal when I was ready to put that part on . In January 2018 I purchased side bars from revel enterprises website Autotrucktoys.com. I put in my year, make and model Jeep their website showed me side bars that supposedly would fit. I finally got to putting the bars on June 14 2018 and to my surprise they don’t fit they are too long they push past my front OEM mud flap .I sent numerous pictures to the manufacturer Steelcraft to show they don’t fit . after viewing the pictures steelcraft said the bars are the wrong size they’re too long. They said they would take care of it. But first I had to go through Revel enterprises. I contacted Revel and they have been going back and forth with steelcraft they said they would treat it as a warranty issue being that I purchased item 6 months ago. I get an Email today from Revel stating because I have aftermarket mud flaps on Jeep that’s why the side bars don’t fit I emailed revel back stating that mud flaps were factory installed they are a genuine OEM item . So basically revel is telling me I have to remove my stock OEM mud flaps in order to install their side bars. And being that I puchased side bars 6 months ago Revel refuses to accomidate me and Revels website which is Autotrucktoys.com does not state any where at time of purchase that if you have mud flaps installed these side bars wont fit. This is clearly product misrepresentation their website left out key fitment information and they’re blaming it on the factory installed mud flaps they took my money and refuse to give me the customer service I demand.

I was really excited to find a bag on sale at a price that did honestly seem too good to be true so I ordered it $95 from $350. The next day they cancelled this item in my order and said it was no longer available. It felt like someone had screwed up and listed the bag for cheaper than it should have been. I kept checking to see if the bag would be back online and sure enough about a week later its up there for $185. I tried calling customer service to see if they could honor my order since they had cancelled it since it was "no longer available" but of course because of covid there are no customer service reps to answer the phone. Literally there were no options to connect you to a representative only prerecorded messages.

I have been waiting for two weeks to receive a ceiling mount that I ordered. The only thing I got from the company was an email receipt and a notation that the order was placed as a regular ground shipment. There was no tracking information in that only communication from them. And there was no confirmation that they even shipped it. After a week, I sent an email to their customer service department, asking if it has been shipped yet, and also requested tracking information. A week has gone by and they have not responded to my email. Simply ignoring me. Although it will be time consuming, I now have to contact Paypal and see if I can get a reversal of charges. I am left hanging on a room theater remodel since I have no way to mount my projector and I am a bit reluctant to order from Amazon, for fear that, out of the blue this ceiling mount would show up, leaving me with an extra one that I can't use. Don't order from a company that does not care. Far more choices out there.

The price for what I ordered was better than on any other site. Most were $1000 + everywhere else I checked so I placed my order on Sunday evening. So on Tuesday I receive an email saying that they were out of my item for the listed price that i paid and refunded my money. If they were no longer honoring their advertised prices why not notify me immediately on Monday or at least make an attempt to satisfy me the customer. I will not shop here again. If you see a great price for something on their website don't count on getting the price they advertise as they'll probably cancel your order and unless you check your email 5 times a day you'll never know that it's cancelled. I needed this item very quickly so this is vendor needs to improve communication and customer service otherwise don't count on them being around very long

For still running our 1st computer for almost 12 years, we decided to finally upgrade. Red Barn Computers is a well known name in the area (even though they ship world wide), and that's why I decided to contacted them. I walked into their store not knowing what options best fit my needs other than I knew I needed more memory and a larger hard drive. One of the first things they asked me was "What do you do with your pc?" and we went from there. They are VERY knowledgeable in what they do, which made it a lot easier for me to decide (even though I am a procrastinator). Another reason I decided to make my purchase here is their service and warranty. They service computers right there at the store- you can't get that at Wal-Mart. Once my mother found out that I upgraded my whole system (tower, monitor, and speakers), she went and purchased the same tower as I did because she needed to upgrade as well. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Red Barn Computers.

I recently had to put down my best friend and companion, my German Shepherd, Max. In his honor and since the ranch was the only home that he ever knew, I wanted to rename the place. I ordered a large cedar sign with the proud German Shepherd and the Yuma font stating "To The Max Ranch". I explained to Marcia the purpose of the sign and since my entire ranch is rustic Texas cedar to please select a piece of cedar that was befitting my friend. I was looking for a hard-to-find or expensive-to-order-from-manufacturer hard drive caddy for a relatively new Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad. I had ordered a CTO unit with no hard drive and I thought it would come with this part. New Mode had it for 1/2 the price of the OEM and even included the rubber shock absorbing rails which the OEM wanted you to pay for. Shipped next day and received quickly (though I live in the same state). Great communication with a tracking number as well. Just a satisfied customer.

I was frustrated that even as an old time geek I was having a terrible time with Amazon trying to find the proper cabling/enclosure needed for an external 2.5" drive through an e-sata port. Not only did newmodeus.com had a single item with the right cable and enclosure needed, but it was just $19.95 and shipping was a very reasonable $6.77 (from California to Virginia). On top of that, the package was here in just two days. The cable and enclosure work perfectly (it took me longer to eject the old drive from Windows 7 than what it took to plug it back in with the new cable and have it show in my machine as an e-SATA drive), I am already planning on picking up at least one more for myself and I will probably have two more for coworkers that are going through the same issue. The ordering process was painless, and I got update emails every time my order status changed up until a tracking number had been assigned.

I ordered a Dualshock 3 controller from this shop. I received my package after a while and everything seemed fine. When I tried to connect the controller to my ps3 it did not connect. So I contacted them several times but did not get an answer back. I want to return it because it does not work but they don't answer, and don't come with a solution. The aftersales are horrible at this store and I won't buy anything there once more.

When the wheel showed up, it was just as pictured on the website. EDIT: Just received a call from Mike regarding my incident after I had emailed them.He told me that he reviewed the call and that he was glad I brought this to their attention. He profusely apologized and stated that this behavior of this particular employee is not representative of Bimmian as a whole and that he will take disciplinary action against this employee. I have updated the ratings. Original review below: --------------- I called the sales number to inquire about a license plate holder and it's fitment on a specific bumper. The person who answered (I forget the name, it was a man) seemed nice enough at first. He seemingly puts me on "hold" (but fails to mute the phone) to ask his coworker about the "junk plastic part that goes on the front end". He then states "here it is under the scroll down menu... ZHP bumper... is this kid (referring to me) ****ing stupid or what?". I did not continue the call and immediately hung up. Just wanted to throw it out there that there is an employee in your sales department that refers to customers as "****ing stupid" and calls products listed on your website as "plastic pieces of junk". If it's junk, why is it $100? Unfortunately, you lost a customer because of this and I'll do my best to make sure others in the E46 community aware of this maltreatment by Bimmian.com employees and refer them to your competitors. In fact, I called a competitor website and the person was the complete opposite in terms of behavior and answered all of my questions respectfully.

We had ordered about 5 years ago, so when we reordered expected to pay about $42 for four boxes (each box now contains 120 checks). On the phone, they did not give us the total amount so I was shocked to see my credit card charged $95.42. No invoice was included in the order. After several calls with rude salespeople, I finally got through to a nice lady who emailed me a copy of the invoice. It took several days because the email comes from a 3rd party. Anyway, the invoice showed many add-ons that were not wanted nor explained at the time of the order. Besides the cost of the checks (45.92), there was $5 for check register, $3.93 for special processing?, $9.80 for fraud protection, $8 for Identity registration, $13.80 for handling, $8.98 for shipping. Total of $95.42. This is the last time we will order from this company!
