I had ordered my child's 4th birthday supplies from this website back on April 8th. The garentee delivery date was April 16th. On the 18th I called said mailing label was being printed Mon am. Called again Mon afternoon said same thing. Called wed gave me run around again said I will have by Fri. Called Friday still not shipped out said it will be overnighted and they will pay for sat delivery. Never received tracking number. This part is the worst, I called sat still not shipped and they has the nerve to ask me to reschedule my child's birthday. I canceled my order today Mon. I definitely thought ordering a month ahead of time was plenty of time, but apparently I was Wong. I will never use this site for anything ever again. Absolutely a joke

I ordered some surveillance equipment from TechToast on the 13th of July. Come Friday, July 16th, I still did not receive any shipping notifications, so I contacted them. As soon as I spoke with someone, they emailed me the shipping notification with the tracking number. Long story short, the tracking number did not work. It is now a week and a half later and I still have not received any of my equipment. After contacting them on several occasions to get an update, one of the tracking numbers works, but says my estimated arrival is not for another 3-4 days. So, I have not had a good experience with this company, very flakey information provided by them and its taking two weeks to receive an order with 3-4 day shipping.

The product arrived in a week which is pretty typical turn around time these days, However there was a little glitch in ordering. I thought I was getting free shipping and then after the order went in they informed me that the free shipping was a mistake. They did give me a chance to back out of the order though. I stayed with TechToast because their price was still better than the competitors.

Not sure how this place stays in business with its poor organization.I placed an order online with Tasca Ford Parts for a couple of simple items that any Ford dealer would keep in stock.Tasca notified me of my order and said it would notify me when shipped.A week and a half went by and still no notification of the shipment.I had to call Tasca and ask what was wrong.The customer service guy said they had the parts in stock but was unsure why they werent shipped.He said he would ship them out today and apologized for the confusion since they must have forgot. 5 days later and i still never received a notification telling me my parts had been shipped.I had to call Tasca Ford again and i got the same guy and he basically told me they forgot to ship it.He promised me that he would overnite the parts and i would have them the next day. The next day arrived and still no parts!! The parts eventually arrived at my house 2 days later. Conclusion--this place has low prices but they are unorganized and quite forgetful.The customer service guy was friendly but he must not mind lying to people and not keeping promises. I wont be ordering from this place again,that includes their webiste,Amazon store,or Ebay store.I really suggest you dont order from them as well or you may end up in the same situation with a broke down vehicle for 2 weeks.Thats too bad this place is so unorganized since their prices are cheap but theres no substitute for organization and getting the promised parts to people on time!

I ordered a Zune docking station over 2 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I have sent several e-mails, and still have NOT been provided with a tracking number. The web-site has no telephone number, and when you look up the company who charges your credit card, it is the same company with a different header. I would strongly recommend you not order anything from this web-site!

I purchased a pair of speakers from AV Giant (JBL PRX515) and had the best online shopping experience ever! Customer service was great. I got a prompt response to my question. The entire transaction was very smooth. My order arrived on time as promised. The price was among the best on the internet. What can I say? I wish that more online vendors could be as professional. I can't think of a reason to shop anywhere else. I'm definitely coming back to shop at AV Giant again and again. I highly recommend this vendor to everyone who is looking for quality audio equipment!!!

Ordered a motorcycle windshield from Accessories International on 5/14/17 and hadn't heard anything from them for 3 days except the initial order confirmation on the day I ordered. Send them an email asking if there was a shipment estimate. No response. On 5/22 I called them and they told me the order had shipped and they would send confirmation. On 5/23 I received UPS shipping confirmation indicating that the item shipping label had been created at the end of that business day and scanned into the UPS system that evening. It's estimated delivery is 5/31/17, 2.5 weeks after the order was placed. That's not too big a deal but not answering email and then saying something had already shipped when it hadn't is a customer service issue.

I ordered an eVGA GeForce GTX 260 from this company for (at the time) seemed like a very good price. I checked the site through out the day and the card was listed for sometime. If there was indeed a pricing error, surely they would remove it quickly right? Wrong. 2 days after I ordered my card (and had been 'processed' mind you) all I was waiting for was a tracking number. Instead, I get a robotic generic e-mail from 'Becky' informing me that they saved me the trouble and cancelled my order for me. How thoughtful. Problem was I never wanted the order cancelled. Not only did they cancel days after I put in the order, they decided to let me know on a day that their Customer Service doesn't operate. Very convenient. Needless to say, I was rather hesitant to order from this nameless company in the first place, and all my reservations had been confirmed in full. I can't say this enough: stay away from this company like the plague.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM I ordered a very expensive book from Jepago.com (more then $200). They never sent the item. After bouncing me around from customer service rep to customer service rep for a month and a half they finally admitted that they did not have the book and could not send it to me. They agreed to refund the money. BUT THEY NEVER DID. They no longer answer my emails. No one ever answers their phone - it just goes straight to voicemail. I did not get the book that I needed to complete my Master's thesis AND I lost $200. Horrible experience. I would warn all against doing any business with this company and the affiliated abebooks.com.

A few weeks ago(Feb 12th), I found what I thought to be a reasonable price on a no name emergency light bar for a new vehicle I was rigging up as an oversize escort vehicle. I called Columbus Supply to try and verify whether or not this item would fit my pickup. I spoke to Jason at some length about this, but as he had no personal knowledge of the product, he could not say. After further conservation, I got his assurance that if I ordered it and it would not fit I could send it back without penalty and perhaps even get a break on shipping. It sounded fair enough to me, so I ordered it, putting over $900 on my credit card. I have bought hundreds of items via the internet and have encountered a few problems that were all resolved equitably and without rancor. That experience has taught me to be on the lookout for such things as unreasonably high shipping rates and predatory traps that include "restocking fees" This web site has such a fee, 15%, right there in black and white. I seen it and that is why I got Jason's assurance that in order to make this sale, he would waive the restocking fee. I ordered the light bar. So far, so good. After a small glitch in tracking numbers, I received the light bar on February 19th but didn't get a chance to inspect or attempt to mount it until February 22nd. Here is where problems began to surface. I removed it from the box and right away, there were no shipping papers or identification of any kind. The included instructions were written, it appears, by someone without any working knowledge of the english language. They were essentialy gibberish. I still wasn't greatly concerned, as I am reasonably intelligent and mechanically inclined. I continued to unpack the thing and finally got to the mounting brackets, or straps. They simply were not going to work on my pickup without major modification. I immediately called Jason at Columbus Supply to see if he had any ideas. He didn't, but said he would contact the factory immediately for a solution. I stayed on the line until he got back to me and said the factory was closed until Monday(February 25th). I told him no, I have to have emergency lights for the weekend and will have to purchase something locally, so I need to send this thing back. Things went down hill from there. He told me that sending it back would require the 15% restocking fee and I would have to bear all costs of shipping. I began to get a little loud, reminding him of our original agreement in blunt terms. He handed me to another guy, name unknown, who began to fill my ears with much blather and bs about his hands being tied by a factory on the ridiculous charges. I explained, again loudly and in blunt terms that the only people I was doing business with was his company, not some as yet unnamed factory. They were responsible for returning my money, not their supplier. Whatever happened after that was between them and their supplier. He went off the phone for a minute or so, then came back, saying that he had spoken to someone at the factory, and they had agreed, just this once, to waive the restocking fee and he would try to do something about shipping and would call me Monday with yea or nay. He handed me back to Jason, who gave me a return authorization number. I boxed the lightbar back up exactly as I received it (at least as closely as I could), and shipped it back fedex that same day.(Friday, Feb 23) At this point all I wanted was away from this deal as fast as possible, with my money of course. I went to work for the weekend, and although by now I didn't trust these people, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, the guy didn't call on Monday. Someone claiming to be from the factory called me on February 26th, although he was unclear as to why. He said someone had told him to call me. I explained that I had already returned the light and he said okay and goodbye. I received email confirmation that the light bar was received by Columbus Supply on February 27th, a Wednesday. I waited until Sunday, March 2nd for the refund to reappear on my credit card, and when it didn't, I emailed Columbus Supply for explanation why. The return email claimed that I had somehow damaged the item and that I had shipped it to the wrong place. They claim in the email that I should have shipped it to the as yet unnamed factory. They would do me a favor and make sure the factory got it, but, of course I would still have to pay the restocking fee and all shipping. Yeah, I was a little hot under the collar when I got on the phone with these idiots on Monday morning. After letting the joker again fill my ears with the same old claptrap as if he had completely forgotten about twice telling me that the restocking fee was waived, I finally got him to tell me the name, address, and phone number of this elusive factory he had been blathering about. If they were going to keep ducking and turning me into a ping pong ball, I planned on bouncing pretty hard. I called the factory, now named. I talked to some lady, who, obviously forewarned and before I could finish explaining the nature of my problem, accused me of damaging her product and said NO REFUNDS UNTIL I INSPECT THE DAMAGE. Oh yes, I hurled an expletive or maybe two. Bottom line, there is no damage, I shipped the thing back exactly as instructed, and these idiots have invented their own little story to explain why I should sit idly by and let them get away with such shenanigans. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to recover the rest of what is owed me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! As of 3-29, the credit card company has issued me a full refund. BBB said they could not get involved because any resolution was outside of the scope of their rules for arbitration. And you, Columbus Supply, are despicably unscrupulous. While that is already apparent to anyone with two connected brain cells, it will become even more so if I get a chance to defend against your spurious charges of libel, slander and the like. Keep in mind, liars, that truth is an absolute defense against such drivel!

Have been ordering frames and lenses since 2008, no-line progressive, standard single vision, etc. Every order has been perfect, customer service very good, and prices are great. Can't dismiss that other customers have had bad experience, but 13 pairs of glasses with no problems I'm not going to fix what's not broken. Processing and shipping times could be improved a bit, but I live in Guam and 10,000 miles is a bit of a hike. Will certainly order again, actually tomorrow...

I purchased items from this merchant, and realized I had to return the items. I have followed all instructions on the merchant's website www.shirtsupplier.com to return, and the merchant authorized the return on July 30. According to their policy, they explicitly prohibit sending the return items to their company without the pre-paid label they provide. However, they do not provide this label by email, but only by sending it via post. They claim this takes 10 business days at most, but it has been 15 business days and I have not received it. I then contacted them repeatedly by leaving them voice messages on the 2 numbers listed on their website - they do not have any live support. I have documentary evidence of the emails I have sent them multiple times showing that I have explicitly followed their returns policy and they have failed to respond at all. A google search reveals that this is a common deceptive often practiced by this merchant. I'm unable to receive a refund. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and reported them to BBB.

I would give a 5 star rating but the thing I wish would change is their pricing structure. It is too hard to bid a job not knowing how much your shirts are gonna cost you if you order them on Tuesday vs Thursday or in the month of November, etc. I wish they would just average out their pricing and cut the gimmicks. Like nearly everyone one else who has written a review of this vendor I to have been robbed by them. Their prices drew me in, but their shipping blew. I made the mistake of ordering from them three times in two weeks. The first two orders arrived more than three weeks after placing the order and having my credit card charged immediately. They packed the wrong sized pants in the second order. After leaving three messages on their answering machine with no reply, I sent an email. It too has gone unanswered. I chose three day shipping at a cost of 105% of the merchandise price on my final order and it took five days to receive. This vendor is scammer.

I am currently working in Afghanistan and needed some equipment. I found what I thought was a good deal with this company, and placed an order on June 8th, 2008, and paid with my credit card. It is now July 29th, and I have no idea what the status of my order is. The link they send you with your confirmation email has not changed since day one. I have made several phone calls to the number listed on the website, and reached the answering machine. I have left messages with no response. I have also sent numerous emails, and have not had a response to those either. Do NOT order from this company. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

I ordered 2 cases from MEZZI on 12-16-10 for Christmas delivery. On 12-17-08 They took my money. They never sent anything to me. I called a dozen times but they do not answer their phone. They have never returned any of my emails. They have never returned any of my faxes. They gave me a "tracking number" but when I called UPS they said it never left the business. MEZZI ripped me off. I wonder if they even really exist. Today's date is December 28th and I have nothing.

As of now I have the LUXslim SD and XXT models and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the briefcases especially for the price. Aside from the briefcases, the company goes head over heels to satisfy their customers. Initially I had a problem with my XXT model getting delayed and damaged during the holiday season and instead of giving me excuses they shipped out a replacement that arrived in 2 days. Do I plan on going back to Mezzi in the future? Heck yeah, I don't see myself purchasing briefcases elsewhere especially for those prices.

I placed an order 3 months ago. It was delivered to the wrong house. I went in to the store amd bought the items because I needed them by that weekend. I called their corporate office and told them the items were shipped to the wrong house. They said Ibhad to wait 3 weeks while the "Investigated" the dispute. Nobody once has called me back or emailed me. I have called them probably 20 times and every time they tell me to call back next week. I am working with Comenity bank who has helped more than they have but the charges still have not been removed. Never in my life have I dealt with such a terrible company. I just want to cancel my card with them and never shop there again but I refuse to be stuck paying for something I didn't recieve. Everytime I reach out to them it takes an hour of my time amd I get nowhere. Just don't shop here.

I tried to purchase a pool from VM Innovations. They charged my credit card and then said the pool was being shipped. It never shipped because they did not have the pool in stock! So I waited for several days expecting a pool to be delivered. They never contacted me to let me know they did not have the pool in stock. I had to contact them directly in order to request a refund. I recently ordered a big purchase which was a lot of money, I checked with my order to see if it has been shipped. It told me it has been shipped but I have no Tracking #. I sent an email because i was curious on why I didn't get a tracking number and they never replied. I called the number that was given on website and wasn't available told me to email an email address that was different from the one provided on website and when i tried to said the email was not existent. I will Change my mind and give a better review if i get the help i need and if my order comes in great condition.

We ordered a new trolling motor on March 25 figuring 4 weeks was ample time for it to arrive before the fishing season opens. 4 weeks and a dozen emails later, we still don't have a trolling motor and they haven't contacted us for nearly 3 weeks. Our last conversation was that the motor was on "backorder" and was expected in within the week. That would have put it on our doorstep more than a week ago.

I looked on my reciept and could find no order number from Vashon, I do have the shipping number and such though. Before placing my order with Vashon I had a quick question about shipping costs, (being mailed to Canada and all), I found their contact info easily from their website and placed the call, left a voicemail with my question. Within minutes I had a personal response in email form that answered my question and made me comfortable to place my order. The order was then shipped the next day, an email sent from "Stamps.com" with my confirmation number and a link to a page where I can follow the shipment info. I have recently looked onto this site and can not follow my shipment. The confirmation code emailed to me does not allow me access to the info about where my package is. I am in no hurry for my shipment so it really isn't too inconvenient, but it would be nice to be able to follow the shipment as advertised. Thanks!

In a google search, I saw a 24mm f4 Mamiya 645 Sekor C ULD fisheye for sale. This is a fairly rare lens. After checking out the store here and on some photo forums, it seemed legit. I put in the order, then got email confirmation within a few hours that the lens was ready to ship. It arrived as expected. Prompt service, great packing job, I can't ask for more!

I purchased an item through them as an "Amazon seller" under their business name of "Office Supply Factory". The item was damaged, not even sold by them...they purchased the product from Walmart and had Walmart send me the item! Then when I contacted Amazon and them to help me resolve the issue, Amazon said they filed a claim for me and Office Supply Factory immediately sent me hate mail for something I didn't even do. It was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I ended up confirming the claim since they acted so terribly. They have NO IDEA what customer service is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their BBB profile shows that they are out of business! SCAM!!!

Will not be ordering from SkinCareRx for any other purchases--Placed an order 7 AM central time on Thursday and paid for overnight shipping. Was assured all orders placed before 10 AM are shipped the same day--I needed this order or I wouldn't have paid for overnight shipping, so when I was notified that my package hadn't even been shipped until Friday afternoon and scheduled delivery was Monday, I was more than a bit disappointed. Their prices are not cheap, and the overnight shipping was $28.00, which they charged me for even though I won't receive the package until Monday, four days after the order was placed. Not reliable, not a bargain, won't shop this site again. Don't count on next shipping from this company...

I wish I had found this site first, like the old saying if it is to good to be true, it normally is. Unlike many I was excited about the EOS Rebel XSI, I have been wanting a SLR camera for a few years, same story, asked to call to confirm order told I needed to buy a battery, I thought I had some time to talk but when I called I became very busy, gave me a story about a 5 hour battery and a charger being being about $300 more, and said he would do me a favor and upgrade by giving me higher quality lenses, and saving me money on the memory card, the bottom line was 1229, and with free shipping it would be 1299. Hind sight being 20/20 I should have smell the bull. The shipping was quick, in the camera case there was a battery and a charger, I did not find a 5 hour battery, the lenses were not Sanon lenses, but Sigma lenses. I the accessories I felt were cheap quality, the tripod, cheap, the bag cheap. I started checking on-line to do a price comparison, I was not happy. the memory card less than $10, the two Sigma lenses, less than $250, the tripod less than $15, the two u/v filters less than $15. I could have bought the camera in a store for $895, and then had money left over to purchase higher quality accessories. Now my problem, I could still return the camera, but I looked at the return policy and I have opened the memory card case, and have used the cleaning kit. Restocking fee and then making me pay for memory card at their prices I would lose money. What can I do so I not lose money. Or, do I chaulk up it up for experience and take my loss. Any advise would be appreciated.

I ordered the Nikon D90 kit and also the 70-300mm lense on 12/29 that stated delivery was available before the New Year. I rec'd an email about 30 minutes after the order was placed asking me to call a 800 number to confirm the order. The call was basically to sell me items for the camera which normally are part of the package. I was also asked to purchase additional accessories. I declined on all. I then rec'd an email on 12/30 stating that my item was no longer in stock and that the wait was 3-4 weeks and they had refunded my money. Their business practice is basically if you don't buy the items to increase the cost, they cancel your order. Also, the review on the site I was driven to has their rating as 5-star. I emailed them and asked them to do more research on their ratings. Just read all of the complaints and you will see that the ratings are inaccurate.

My last visit I had lost my phone and share an account with my sister:, we'll she was out of country so to make a long story I wen to at store and met Brittany we had trouble getting into my account after trying several things I had go and figure how to find the password came back and dealt with Liz they went out of the way to really help get my phone but no avail I had to work.so they gave a business card and told me call when I was ready to turn it on..I called and talk to Liz and we couldn't get it on. So I had to call back at Liz had left Brittany. Stayed after her shift to help me out and finally got my phone on. It's refreshing to find guinine caring employees that care. Brittany and Liz are a great asset to Att store.its refreshing to find outstanding customer service employees like these two .

I placed an online order for 4 OtterBox Armor Series iPhone cases and they canceled my order while it still shows they are in stock for store pickup. They do this to a lot of people all the time. It is usually a waste to even bother ordering anything from their online store. Update 6/9/14: Still the same problems from trying to order online from at&t. This time for a Nokia Fatboy Black Wireless Charging Pillow. I just received a cancellation email for this item which I ordered on 6/6/14. The reason for the cancellation is a lie saying they were unable to verify my information. I also have two orders sitting in limbo for the Nokia White Wireless Charging Plate. One order was placed on 6/1/14. This time I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. They play this game too much with a lot of people, and I will not let them get away with it.

After the order was placed,I received an E-Mail asking me to call & comfirm my order.Earlier in the day,I tried ordering a camera through Techondigital.com & was caught in the same call back & hard-sell scam. After posting a negative rating for Techondigital,I received a call from them promising to overnight me a camera at the advertised price & a free battery pack, if I modified my ratings about them.When I told this person that I purchased the item through the Camera Prof's,he said "They will not send you a camera either".It appears that all these storefront camera dump operations in Brooklyn,NY share the same scam.I told Jack at the Camera Prof's that I had the extra memory & batteries for the camera that I ordered.Jack sent me an E-Mail comfirming my order on 12/9.On 12/10,my credit card was charged $241.97. Since I had not received a tracking number,I called back on 12/13 & was told that it was back-ordered until monday or tuesday. On 12/18, I called again & they said a tracking number would be sent to me before the end of the day. The next day, still no tracking number. Called again & was told that the camera was back-ordered. My wife called earlier in the day & Charles said that the camera was in stock. After Kathy provided me with a refund number on 12/19, they never credited my credit card. Filed a dispute on 12/24 with the CC company & cancelled my CC. Small wonder why the worst sellers are in close proximity to one another.

When an order is placed the craziness begins.Mine was for a $230.00 Canon camera.I was emailed a confirmation and order#.The email requested me to call the 800 number listed on the website, during their business hours, to verify billing info. 2 hrs later, I received another email requesting the CVC number from my credit card. It said to just email it back.I waited until the next day and called them.I was transferred to a VERY RUDE man.There was loud laughing and yelling in the background.The very unprofessional rep asked me for my authorization code. When I questioned him about the yelling and 2 emails, he said,"Look!No one's forcing you to buy anything here."I said that I was feeling very uncomfortable.He said,"Fine.Your order is cancelled!" and hung up.I immediately called my credit card company and cancelled my card. Within 20 minutes, a rep from ICE.com called to verify a purchase made with my credit card out of CHINA for some silver jewelry to be OVERNIGHT shipped to my home. They thought it odd.THANK GOD! NO I DIDN'T place the order. Someone from thecameraprofessionals.com did! I KNOW this as I haven't used that credit card in over a year and I ONLY used it to purchase this camera!Lucky for me,ICE.com cancelled the order.

After waiting two weeks for this item, I found the invoice email, utilized the enclosed link, and observed that the order has been canceled. I notice that the vendor successfully charged my card on the 8th of April, then credited me a week later on the 16th, so funding cannot be the reason the order was canceled. I also notice that this item is still listed as in-stock on their site, so that cannot be the reason this order was not fulfilled. I also notice that the listed price of this item has increased 50%, and suspect that the vendor realized that original listed price was too low and they chose not to fulfill it in breach of contract. I could almost understand, had it been a typo, or similar issue. But the rude way in which they never notified me caused a delay of two weeks. I gave them the maximum time I would expect a ground shipment might take, given a few days for processing. when It was actually over due I started looking into it. I attempted to contact them twice via the published email, which is the reply to on the invoice, and haven't received any reply. They did refund the money, even before I knew the order was canceled, so that is not an issue. But the absolute lack of response from customer service would cause me not to consider shopping here again.

I placed an order with these bozos on April 30. After a month, and numerous attempts to get an order status, Today they informed me that they had only ordered one of 2 of one item on the order, and couldn't give me an eta on correcting THEIR blunder! I had the entire order cancelled immediately and ordered them to issue me a refund and email confirmation to that effect! I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, and recommend you think twice about, before doing so yourself, unless of course you want to risk this kind of piss poor performance. Incidentally, these were all Sears parts, which Sears had in stock, and I could of had them in about a week! It was Mowpart.com's lower prices and shipping which drew me to them. However, if you list parts, but aren't able to get them to a customer in a reasonable amount of time, the cost savings is inconsequential. I lost a month in waiting time.

I purchased and xbox 360 which was sold as clearly as NEW/OPEN BOX not used. I tested the product when i first received it and it worked for a couple of months then broke. I called Micorsoft and they told me the product was registered to another person. After finaly convincing Microsoft that I purchased the xbox as new they agreed to fix it and sent me a shipping label. My xbox was returned UNFIXED. MICROSOFT SERVICE SAID MY XBOX HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THIS WAS IN NOW WAY A "NEW/OPEN BOX" THIS WAS CLEARLY A VERY USED CONSOLE. BUYER BEWARE THIS ITEM WAS MISREPRESENTED.

I was very concerned ordering from this company at first. Let me just say that absolutely everything went smoothly and to my liking. I bought a CMOS camera from them through Ebay knowing they ship from China but hoping for the best. I was very, very suprised to see that this thing arrived to my post office faster than the majority of all Ebay sellers out there. I can't remember how fast but I wanna say in like 4 days or something. They are very courteous and kindly answered all my emails with accurate (but broken english) responses. Many times you'll get a canned response, but this was an actual person. I like that. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Camera manufacturers' extraordinarily inflated battery prices have bred a dirty market in cheap impostor batteries, flourishing online. There are hundreds of these fakes on Amazon.com alone, shipping from no published addresses and fronted by disposable Gmail accounts. Amazon just looks the other way, raking in commissions on spurious claims and doctored ratings by battery scam artists who say their products are good-as, if not better-than, OEM voltage and amp hours. I know. I'm an investigative journalist and videographer who's been burned more than once. When I needed a half dozen of the heftiest camera batteries in the NP-F class to power a newly-acquired lighting kit, I looked for a name I could trust. For years, I've relied solely on Duracell whose batteries have never failed to live up to their specs. DuracellDirect.com caught my eye. But as of this writing, Duracell has yet to release its best of class, the F970s, in the United States though they are available in the UK. London-based DuracellDirect came to my rescue, shipping the batteries I needed from their London facility via DHL Express in time for a video shoot already in production — customer service that's all too rare in online retailing and offering engineer input on the performance I was likely to achieve using the Duracell version. Not only were Duracell's batteries far less expensive than Sony's, they're built to outperform. These Duracell NP-F970s provide 7800mAh compared to Sony's 6300mAH. The breeding shows. I can keep an LED video light lit at full output longer than four hours on a pair of them while freeing myself from worries about on-location lighting failures — or whether they'll still be working a month from now. Duracell's 3-year warranty shames the hit-and-run frauds. Duracell demands rigid standards from this reseller, and the fact that DuracellDirect has recently taken over online distribution of Duracell products in the United States is great news. They've been handling Duracell batteries in the European market for 13 years and while there were apparently issues with DuracellDirect.com's previous operators, this experience and the outstanding performance of its new management team has made the site my go-to source for camera and lighting portable power.

I looked for a samsung instinct case for several weeks and could not find one that had everything I wanted. I cam across this site and found a good case at a reasonable price. I was not really sure about ordering from them since I could not find may reviews about the site. They offered free shipping and my total order cost for 2 cases was about $25, so I took the chance. I ordered on a Sunday night and recieved the cases on Thursday. This company does a great job, and they keep you informed about your order status with frequent e-mails. I was very impressed. I would definatly buy from them again.

This merchant is a known scam operation that exploits online shoppers in multiple ways and their tactics have been around for many years now. They tried to bait and switch me when all I was wanting to purchase was a Camera Lens listed on their site: Expocameras.com (they also have many other names and sites to deceive people) for $799. A day or so after the order, I was contacted by a man named “Steve” who was ready to confirm my order. Steve was pressuring me over the phone to purchase a new camera and which we talked about prices and packaging, but I turned his offer down several times. “Steve” said he would put a discount on the lens I bought a new HD Camera. Although the model and package he was pressuring me to buy was too expensive for me, I settled for a $2199 package deal with a “rebate” he could redeem. I authorized him to use my card for what I was told that charge. After that, “Steve” called back and said it was going to be $236 extra for shipping and insurance. The website listed “free shipping”. When I inquired as to why I had to pay for shipping, I was told it was because I did a special deal with the package and the camera lens. He was quick to hang up before I asked to get an invoice. That was a red flag right there. Immediately I called back and asked to speak with a sales representative, I was transferred to someone named “Daniel” who sounded an awful a lot like “Steve”. Infact, you could swear it was the same person that answers the call and transfers you. I told “Daniel” that I recently made an order with them and I would like to check the status and possibly make changes to my order. He said the only way he would send me an invoice is if I upgraded to a more expensive package and that he could expedite my order with free shipping. I declined and politely asked for my Tracking Number or at least an Invoice. Daniel got pushy with me and eventually hung up. Doing internet research, I found many accounts of these merchants scamming would-be online shoppers and that they operate out of the New York and New Jersey area. I found out that the Attorney General of New Jersey is pursuing an investigation with the fraudulent company. I called back several times to cancel my order completely in which I was hung up on or transferred for 20-30 minutes. After that period the machine just hangs up on the customer. In the meantime, I made several emails to request an invoice. I made a final call on Thursday, August 29th to attempt to cancel my order in which a man named “Peter” answered the phone (who also sounded like Daniel and Steve also) and I threatened to contact the Attorney General of New Jersey if he did not cancel my order. “Peter” insulted me by calling me an idiot and that the Attorney General couldn’t do anything because he was legit. And I was once again hung up on. I will be declining any packages that this company will attempt to ship or has already shipped. They have not yet provided me with a tracking number.

I was sent 2 xl black ink cartridges For my Canon printer back in November 2019. Both of them or defective and printed few pages and then would say that it was out of ink. I called and troubleshooting with the company several times using wet paper towels unplugging re putting back in the cartridges ex cetera to no Avail they still do not work. I was finally sent one replacement months later after calling 7 times. When I got the replacement guess what it didn't work either. I have literally emailed this company 16 times and called them 9 times. I spoken with Patrick, Robert and now I have spoken with the so called manager Kevin. No 1 will give me their bosses name phone number or anything. This company is a scam a sham do not white or anything from them they're selling you junk. After having to print everything in color for the last several months since I had no working black ink cartridge now my color ink is out. One of the employees told me that my printer just must have to have the brand name. So I asked will you send me the brand name. I asked for 1 black and 1 color brand name ink cartridge. I originally ordered to extra large black ink cartridges that I guess we're generic. I had no idea they were generic at the time of purchase. It's been 5 months and due to all this horrible customer service I feel that's the least that they could do. I'm not even Asking for the extra large cartridges. All I'm asking for is one color and 1 black brand name Canon cartridge. I feel that's the least they could do after me spending $33 with them and waiting 5 months for resolution. The time that I have spent emailing and calling them has been ridiculous. I should be on their payroll at this point. Do not order from this company. They will not fix their issues or resolve any of them all they do is pass the buck.

I was skeptical at first as there was no review for this site, but I took the plunge. I purchased a pink hard leather camera case for the Canon SD800IS. This case has a magnetic clasp and an extra battery pouch and a leather loop with a caribeaner (sp?)(also, no belt loop). I made my purchase on the evening of the 27th and it got to me on the 3rd. No problems. I opened it up and I saw that it was the exact thing in the picture. I noticed that there was some left over adhesive on the edge side where the seam is. From past experience, I understand how this can happen and decided to just remove the adhesive myself (didn't have time yet to do it though). Also, battery pouch on the back has a snap clasp and the flap going to the clasp was slightly offcenter(by about 1/4"). Even with these flaws, the case is very well made for a chinese product. I was also hesitant to buy it as the website does not include the dimensions for the inside of the case or the outside. I was extremely relieved when I slipped the camera into the case. IT FIT PERFECTLY! My Girlfriend LOVES IT! I purchased it with an LCD screen protector(only 1) and it works great even in sunlight. I believe I got a good value. I would buy from this company again. If you are looking for a great looking, slim, hard or semi hard leather case for a canon point and shoot, this site would be my first recommendation for you. I would also dissuade you from buying a case on ebay, if you want the case to fit perfectly. I did buy from a place on ebay and it didn't fit right, even though they said it was for my camera. Based on my experience, if they say it fits for a certain camera model, then it will. Cutecamcase, if you're reading this: Good Job! Also, this company will send you emails as: Eaglecool.com Also, they will itemize your invoice and it's kind of confusing. They put their own item number, but absolutely no description of what it is. When you do a search of the item number on their site, it doesn't come up with anything. Perhaps they will fix this in the future? Also, they use paypal, so it's very safe. Also, they don't have a phone number, but I'm not really interested in talking with anyone and if you're like me, then that issue is moot.

Online purchase and payment were made in December 2008 for two camcorder batteries. Two attempts were made via email over the last 4 months to resolve the issue. No action was taken on the seller's part. No shipment, no refund, no nothing.

Placed order April 4th. Was called within a few days to verify the order and give permission for the order to be charged to my credit card. On May 4th, no product. I sent an e-mail asking for an update. Was told it would be shipped June 4th - 5th. E-mailed today, June 24th. Asked for the order to be cancelled if it had not yet been shipped. Order cancelled. Customer service was okay, quick replies and friendly. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience though. If an order is going to take this long to fulfill, at least keep me in the loop. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had bought two items from them before and we liked it until we ordered one of their popular dining set called "Cardiff Espresso Dinning Table + 4 Chairs". After putting them together I realized that we had a problem. The chairs were weak, and the top cushion, which is held to the chair with three screws keeps on coming off. It was held with two screws at the back and one in the front, all screwed in diagonally. Six months later, my wife was sitting on one of the chairs and the front left leg caved in - it is broken. I called them and they said we only have 45 days warranty. My advise for you is to stay away from their dinning sets and chairs, and spend your money or $315.00 on something better. We are currently shopping for set of four chairs to match the table for replacement.

ordered a dining set 5 days ago and it came yesterday. very sturdy product and we can't believe it was only $279!! we had to do some light assembly but it was easy and it came with everything we needed. the company's service was great too - they communicated with us as the drivers were en route. we will be purchasing from them again.

I have been doing business with these fine people for several years and find them to be the most reputable, friendly and helpful people I have ever dealt with. If I call Joanna and she doesn't have it in stock she'll find it even if the item is impossible to find anywhere else. She'll go up, over and out of her way to help me with whatever I need. It's like having my own personal gun dealer. I have purchased a Springfield EMP, a Colt AR15, and several Ruger LCPs just to name a few from her. On the EMP alone she beat everybody else's price by $300. I'm telling you she has saved me a ton of money over the years. Everything I've ordered has been delivered promptly and without anything missing or damaged. This is more than I can say for other stores I've dealt with online. I have recommended R&R Arms to all my friends and they have had the same experience that I have. I will not buy my guns from any other source.
