I ordered a bookcase set (3 pieces) 3 weeks ago. I put together 2 and the third turned out to be missing the hardware. After trying for hours to talk to someone on the phone we finally got a very helpful person to order the missing hardware. The problem is that it will take about 10 days to 2 weeks to get here. Without the third shelf I cannot complete the pieces and my office is a mess of boxes and half built furniture.

Bought $400 of stuff online. I'm sure it would have been great stuff, but we never received it. My husband and I were both home anxiously waiting the day it was supposed to be delivered. Nobody ever knocked. The whole day passes by. Still no ikea. I get an email from IKEA saying they want us to pay $50 more to deliver it. Why are they charging me twice for a service they never provided? I called ikea support, and they said that apparently nobody will come to deliver the items unless you answer a call from an unknown number a couple hours beforehand. I never answer calls from unknown numbers. It should be illegal to charge people for services you did not provide. I will not be paying for redelivery, and ikea is refusing to refund the $50 I already paid for delivery. Unfortunately, I paid with a debit card, so there is no way to dispute the transaction. We will never purchase from ikea again.

I purchased due to the inexpensiveness of the Canon Cartridges. I purchased 8 of them in four colors. I had problems with the two yellows that I got and noticed the cartrige was not the same as Canon especially in the function from the sponge type area to the storage for the fluid. I am not an expert but the Canon had a round end and mine were also oblong at the cartidge connection point indicating to me there was a probem. The fluid would not move between the chambers so I wasted much photo paper in playing with this color. Then the red also did the same and the same then happened on cynan. Black seemed to work fine. I called them on January 22 and talked to a female who said she would get back to me. My request was to return the 3 I have not opened and get a simple refund to my charge card. On Monday following I emailed when I did not hear from her as promised on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I left another message. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY NOR DOES THEIR PRODUCT AT LEAST IN CANON WORK. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. You will lose like I did. Not very WORLD CLASS in service nor product. I have given up and will write it off as a bad debt and will move on.

On May 20th,2008, I ordered a GPS unit from 86thPhotovideo.com and the billing seems to come from Wisetronics of Brooklyn, NY. I entered my order and received a notice to call in order to complete my order. I was told that I had to buy a huge set of RAM in order for my unit to work, implying that the system listed was without RAM and thus would not work. I then said OK to this additional memory stick. Within minutes I found out that this large extra charge was not needed as the GPS unit was more than adequate with the RAM as originally ordered. I was flat out lied to by their representative. Since nothing had been shipped, I attempted to cancel the order. To make a long story shorter, with the help of the credit card company, I rejected delivery and sent the unit back. I eventually got credit for the charge with NO 20% restocking fee. These guys are NOT to be trusted as they are scam artists of a high order, with no honesty or integrity. The State of NY should put them out of business.

I suggest everyone who has a bad experience go online to their state Attorney General Site and file a consumer complaint on these companies. It is investigated and is made public record. I recently purchased a Panasonic Pv-gs300 from Wisetronics.com. I purchased it in accordance with the website, by Mon the 18th so that it would be shipped and arrive for Christmas (Star banner ad that stated: "Purchase by Dec 18th to receive by Christmas") 12/20 I received a phone call from a sales person representing Wisetronics.com (extension 201), who informed me that he attempted to contact me Monday and Tuesday and left messages on my machine. As a result he informed me that I would not receive the camera by Christmas, unless I “purchased a 6 hr battery and had the shipping expedited.” I checked my caller ID and voicemail and answering machine and there were no attempted calls from any number associated with Wisetronics, all the numbers that contacted us during those two days were recognized and none were blocked or hidden. I also was informed by the same sales rep. that the standard battery that ships with this camera is a “15 minute battery” and I should upgrade. When I did not accept the upgrade he indicated that my camera would be shipped with a 15 minute battery and would arrive after Christmas. My order was then moved to "backorder" status, even though when I had purchased it, it was in stock. I contacted Panasonic, and verified that the standard battery to be shipped with this camera is a 2-3 hour battery. I sent an e-mail Dec 22nd to their email address and did not recieve a response. I also saw their website has a clause indicating I could be charged more than what my online receipt indicated. I attempted to contact Wisetronics Customer Service one last time. I got through to Jennifer, who answered the phone all three times I called. She was pleasant at first, until I attempted to get her help on clarifying the claims the sales person made. She became evasive and aggressive stating, "that I only had two options, to cancel the order, or wait another two weeks until they got more in and then they would e-mail me and confirm that I still wanted the camera." She also indicated that this was potentially an imported camera which would be the reason for the shortened battery. When I asked her if my order was listed as an import or domestic she couldn't say. I asked her if it was PAL or NTSC format and she couldn't say. The camera is listed as NTSC which would have to be domestic, but she kept interrupting me when I would ask her about why the salesman would have told me that it has the import battery. The call was at about four minutes at this point and she evaded again saying, "Sir I have already spent more time on this call then i should have and my supervisor is giving me 'the eye'." I indicated to her that if I was not able to get sufficient information and understand what specific battery and type of camera I was getting, I was going to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection. A that point she stated, “Then I am cancelling your order.” I asked why. She responded, “because we don’t need people filing complaint on us when we are trying to provide a quality product and service to them.” I told her not to cancel my order, but part of service was to make sure I was getting what I ordered. She restated my two options. Then I asked to be connected to her supervisor so I could explain. From four minutes until approx 17 minutes I was on hold. A man answered and asked me what he could do. I apologized for this being a "long call" during the holidays, askd clarification on the type of camera I was being sent. He asked me for my order number, then said give me one second - and then hung up on me. My end of the call was still open, and I was not on hold. This was at about 18 minutes. I called back, Jennifer answered, she put me on hold, another several minutes passed. I hung up and called back. She was very rude and aggressive with me, and restated that I only had two options and said what I listed above. I was shocked. After over 30 minutes of attempting to find out information on my order, I simply said, “Jennifer I don’t understand why this has to be so difficult to clarify information on my order, but it seems like you want me to cancel my order. You win, I will cancel my order, please remove my order from your files. I will be filing a consumer protection complaint in connection with this.” She said, “Fine sir, thank you and have a Happy New Year (as if she was talking to someone else in a robotic but happy tone)” and then promptly hung up. I had no confirmation of the cancellation and my account on their website still shows an order at this time. That call took place between 12:00pm and 12:30pm on 12/29/06. Do not do business with this company and make sure you read reseller ratings on every company. You will find similar experiences across the board.

bought a long board from them almost a year ago July 3rd 2008, spent 175 on it.. till this day March 15, 2009, i have not received it. I constantly emailed them, but they would never reply. I called them millions of times, but it would always go to voicemail, they never called me back either. Of course, they never gave me my money back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! IT'S A SCAM. Also, make sure you save your emails in the event they do reply. Somehow, all emails I received from them disappeared. Their site went down the same time my emails disappeared. Coincidence? I think not..

Hi All, I bought a .22 plinker from Topglock through their TGSCOM, INC. subsidiary site viridianlaser.com. I was horrified when I read the reviews below as I thought I must have made a terrible mistake using these guys as my vendor. I'm relieved to say I had a very different experience. I got a competitive price on the item and sending them the info from my FFL was painless. Actually it was a great price and I recall I was able to order with credit card and got free shipping on my item. Then there was a couple of days of processing then 3 days to arrive. Not too shabby by any comparison. My item arrived as expected and I'm having fun testing it out. Based on my first experience, I would say I would buy from this company again. I haven't had much need to contact their customer service so I can not speak for that. I did email them once before ordering and I was answered in about 24 hours which is about industry standard from my limited experience. Hope you have as good luck as I apparently did.

I ordered a total of six items (including a Glock) on 14 July. Order was supposed to be delivered a week later to a federally registered gun retailer. However, the store I had the order delivered to closed. I'm concluding they DO NOT double check their list of local stores in your area. I called on the 17th and cancelled my order to advert any confusion. Today is the 22nd, and I still have not received my refund.

They sold me a copy of Quickbooks Basic 2003 that had already been registered with Intuit and which was already the subject of an Intuit piracy investigation. When I informed Tekdealers' support desk of this, they deleted all of my previous support ticket requests from their online support desk, which is the only point of contact. Unfortunately for them (I hope), I had already provided Intuit's security people - who jumped my case when I tried to register the software sold by Tekdealers' - with all of the links the Tekdealers' had given me - including the link to download what Intuit said is a pirated copy of Quickbooks 2003. Normally I check with sites like rellerratings.com before buying from an unknown online retailer. I didn't do so in this case and deeply regret my haste. Now that I've done that research retrospectively, I find many, many warnings. My trouble started when I went looking for an older version of Quickbooks (Basic 2003) which would be compatible with an the online e-commerce database used by several of my clients. I found Quickbooks 2003 for $18.95 at Tekdealers and too-quickly assumed the bargain was because it was three years old and in a surplus inventory. I was wrong. I installed and ran the software once, going through all the trouble to create a company in Quickbooks. When I opened Quickbooks a second time, it notified me that I had 13 more uses before mandatory online registration/activation of the software. I started the online registration process and as soon as I entered the product key code supplied to me by Tekdealers, I was directed to the Intuit piracy investigations office. Intuit's investigator told me the copy that Tekdealers gave me was long-since registered by its original owner and has since been sold many times over. Unless you really look forward to explaining yourself to the internal piracy police of a major software publisher, avoid Tekdealers like the plague.

I have made two purchases from this web site in the last two weeks. Software was made available for download immediately after purchase. Prices were outstanding. My only small gripe, and this may be part of the problem with some other customers, is the first order I placed did not include a confirmation e-mail. My second order had a confirmation e-mail but not the first. If somebody carelessly closed the confirmation screen on the Web browser expecting to use the links in the e-mail, there might have been a problem. But you can bookmark the page and it remains up for 30 days after purchase and includes all the information and links that you need. Overall a very positive experience.

I received the goods Alistrol tablets ok but understood the tablets were a month's supply. The recommended dosage on the container is 3 tablets twice a day, this covers just 20 days! I have now received a bill from Fedex for £16 to cover import taxes. i checked the site and found a reference to the surcharge tucked away under shipping charges. I wish this charge had been in a more prominent position. In total I could have purchased the goods cheaper in the UK and will do so in future. Most disappointed with Quick2you.

I ordered the Canon XH-A1. It came in new and promptly. My only complaint is that it did not come with an invoice. I had to send a copy of the order confirmation to Canon for the rebate. I hope it's enough. I tried to call H1Photo to get an invoice, but no one picked up. I also sent an e-mail and got no response. They could work on their customer service.

I shopped, searched, reviewed internet company ratings and settled on H1Photo (Cardinal Camera & Video out of Lansdale, PA) and couldn't be happier with my choice. I purchased a Nikon D80 with the Nikon AF-S DX VR 18-200mm lens so I wanted to be sure about the vendor and everything was on the up and up. H1Photo delivered everything as promised. All items were exactly as quoted. None of this grey stuff made to sell overseas. H1photo's prices were the best I could find of the reputable shops, ie. B&H,etc. When I placed the order over the phone I was asked if I wanted the extended Nikon warranty but I declined and there was no further discussion. Shipping was $23.95. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would recommend H1Photo - honest, great prices, fast delivery. What else could you ask for! Do beware of the bargain packages from some of the other camera vendors. Their prices look too good and they are. Stick with those who get great reviews and deliver exactly what they quote.

I'm quite certain they deleted my order and didn't say anything to me about it, due to the fact that the next day the price was listed much higher and the stock quantity was updated. I can only guess that they miss listed the price and didn't want to honor it. This situation was handled rudely and with extremely poor service.

I tried this spice at a local grocery store during a sample day and fell in love, one of the best spices I've used. never having ordered it from the website, I must say the order was processed fast, and the communication was good, although I think shipping was a little pricey, I think it could be shipped cheaper viat bubble envlope or USPS flat rate box.

I purchased a TV from Projector Expo 6 weeks ago (still waiting). I went to the website to see about the status of things, where there was a message saying "please call". The messages before that always said "in progress". By the way, all you get is "in progress" when trying to track your order. So, I called and was told "that department isn't here now, please call on Sunday." Called on Sunday and was told, "I don't know if I can help you, it IS Sunday after all." To which I told him that I was TOLD to call on Sunday after 9am. He said "hold on." After a few minutes he connected me to someone else. "Oh, yeah. Your TV arrived broken. It'll be another 3 weeks." Just like that! No "very sorry to inform you"...no offer to make things right with me, just a flat, intolerable statement. No one should have to wait 9 weeks for a TV to be delivered. Where is the customer service? When the problem arrived, I should have gotten a phone call from the company with an apology and some offer to make things better...hundred bucks off, gift certificate, whatever. But, I had to ring them to find out why there was a delay, never got an apology, and I had to ask them for some type of compensation. What is going on? I'm really disgusted. I cancelled the order, needless to say. Maybe it's the facelessness of the internet that promotes poor customer service? Just a theory...

I received 3 emails asking me to confirm my order by phone, which I did after the first message. The online tracking system showed no shipping or delivery information for my order, despite the TV being in stock and due to ship in 1-2 days. Numerous phone calls, after waiting 10 days, to customer service, with long wait times and being cut off, resulted in no additional information confirming that my order had even been shipped. I am VERY dissatisfied with this company and will cancel my order if I get no response today.

Ordered a Sony XBR4 television from these guys because they had one of the lowest prices I could find anywhere and free shipping. Normally, I'm pretty skeptical of the joint like this: very low prices, located in NY, cheezy name, low budget website -- doesn't exactly scream trustworthy. But I have to admit, I was very pleased with the service. They called me back a day after placing my order to confirm. They could've used this call as an excuse for a hard sell, but they didn't. He (John?) was very polite, patient, and to the point. Explained my shipping options and didn't really seem to mind that I didn't opt for the most expensive option. The call was complete in 10 minutes. He explained that, because of how their free shipping deal works, my TV would arrive sometime within the next 3 weeks. It arrived exactly one week later and in perfect working order. Pretty good for free shipping, 1500 miles in the back of a semi. They don't have a wide selection of products but if they happen to sell a product you're looking to buy, Authorized Electronics is definitely worth considering.

I was a customer of Inkrepublic (inkrepublic.com) for several years with 4 different printers I have owned, and was fairly happy with their equipment and service. Earlier in 2018 they stopped responding to emails sent from their "contact" page, the same email address I'd used earlier to reach them. Their web site is still up but there is no way to reach this company (no phone or address is listed). They haven't replied to a simple product question I had for them, after several attempts (and checking my spam folder). I need a spare part or would like to buy a new one but no reply. I would avoid ordering anything from them as you will not be able to reach them in case of any issues. They were a good company at one time, now apparently defunct or at least non-responsive.

I purchased a relatively pricey (~$1500) ring as a gift from Masterpiece Jewels through their Amazon.com website. The entire experience was wonderful and everyone could learn a lesson on customer service from this company. I had several email exchanges with the company (David Ustaev) and he made sure he had all of the correct information before making the ring. I also let him know the date that I needed the ring. He called me when it was finished and he made sure I received it with plenty of time to spare. I've rarely been treated this well by vendors (online or otherwise) and it was a class act all the way. This is an fantastic company and I will be doing business with them again!

I purchased a phenomenal wedding/engagement ring set from Masterpiece Jewels approximately 5 years ago and had a great experience. Masterpiece is the right name for this company. I had a diamond I wanted to use and as I recall, David Ustaev, the company president was initially reluctant until I described the diamond, it's exact dimensions and quality. Once he was satisfied that it was a good diamond, he softened significantly. I say this to illustrate that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. David turns out the finest jewelry money can buy. Now, five years later I needed to have the rings enlarged. Being thousands of miles away, I first went to a local jeweler who referred me to another and then yet another. Finally, an older Japanese jeweler, said to be finest in my part of the world announced that he would not touch this ring...that I must find the jeweler who created it as it was so exquisite and quite complex. So, that I did. I called David who willingly took it back, enlarged it in only a couple of days, and shipped it back promptly. I would reccomend Masterpiece Jewels to anyone...infact I would insist upon it.

Ordered a T-Mobile MDA in November 2006, with rebates to come at 4,5, and 6 months. That would have been March, April, and May. No rebate yet and they are still getting approved. Just like the other reviewer, it now seems like a scam, and I am out the $275 they promised. By the way, I too followed the rebate instructions to a T, and I kept copies of everything to prove it. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they don't get the lowest rating in all categores is that they did have decent customer service in the beginning.

I have ordered a Blackberry with a special rebate promotion from Venicom back in Oct. 2006, and sent my rebate forms, followed their process to the T. And I haven't received back one cent yet. I am following up with them since 6/27/07, made several calls (always end up talking to a Gary, seems the only guy working there), and each time it is the same story: the rebates have been accepted, then processed then approved, but nothing has been mailed yet. I am not 100% sure, but so far, it seems like a big scam to me. If I don't hear anything back by the mid sept. 2007, I will file a complaint with the BBB of Phoenix. Pascale Headley.

I first ordered from OfficeWorld because they had by far the best deal on the printer I was shopping for. It was after the tsunami, and there was some correspondence back and forth about availability: real people, with real names, writing real correspondence, regarding me as a partner in the transaction. I looked them up, and lo and behold, they are in Eugene, Oregon, just down the freeway from my home in Portland. Free shipping, personal, flawless service, and a local company employing people in my economic watershed: one very loyal customer.

THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER I WROTE TO BOTH THE INTERNET CRIME AGENCY IC3 AND THE HEAD OFFICE OF XTRALIGHTS..... On june 11, 2015 i purchased a set of aftermarket headlights order number 124759 for a 2012 hyundai sonata. after waiting about 2 weeks for delivery i called the online number to inquire about my lights. i was told then that the lights were not in stock and should be in in about 3 weeks. i was asked then if i wanted to wait the 3 weeks or if i wanted a refund, at that time i elected to wait for the headlights as i had gotten them on sale for about half price and didnt want to lose out on such a deal. i then waited 3 more weeks and called the online number again. on or around the week of july 13 when i called i asked the sales person if the lights had came in yet and he told me no. i then told the sales person that i would like to cancel my order and get a full refund. he said no problem. the payment was made via paypal and only takes a few days at best to refund my money. so after waiting a week i called the online number again where i was told if i wanted customer service i would have to hang up and call another number the number was 250-984-8055. now i dont know what kind of shady operation this is but there is virtually no one there to answer the phone monday thru friday between 10am and 5pm pst. i have called a hundred times only to get the same automated message. which tells me that due to high call value its best to go online in file a help ticket and someone would get back to me in a timely manner. well i sent my first help ticket TWJ-877-41382 in on or around july 15 and have yet to have anyone get back to me. after calling litterly over 100 times i got someone twice to answer and after asking them why it is taking so long for them to process my refund for an order that they didnt have and neglected to notify me that they didnt have, i had to call wondering where it was, the customer service person put me on hold and never came back to the phone and the call eventually disconnected. that was done twice. now these people have my name address, and phone number but never bothered to call me back after i was disconnected. so in the meantime i have been on the website which offers a free chat service. i did a few chats asking about my refund, two of which i have transcripts of. the first one i didnt keep because didnt know i would need it. in one of the chats the person tells me to hold on while she gets the needed info and never returns to chat. its ridiculous. if you call the online number all you get is sales people who say they dont know anything and cant do anything about refunds its a accounting thing which is part of customer service which is the 250-984-8055 which no one will ever answer no matter how much you call or what time of day you call. the last time i spoke to a sales they told me the company is station in canada. i then looked up the 250 area code and found out its in british columbia canada and i immediately think OMG!!!! if im being charged any international fees from att for calling that number i will owe a fortune. i dont know as of yet its the weekend and havent been able to speak with att. can you please light a fire under these people to refund me my money. its been almost 2 weeks since i cancelled my order and requested my money back. i even just got back from a vacation that i had to go on almost broke because i was expecting to have the money they owed in plenty of time to take with me. It doest take 3 weeks to refund any money to anyone. at one time when i was actually able to get through to a person at customer service, i was told that they had the cancellation and refund request and it should have been refunded to me by july 13, well its july 31 and still no money. Needless to say I am very upset and frustrated with this whole ordeal. I have bills and responsibilities and need my money. After sending email after email, live chat after live chat, writing help ticket after help ticket, speaking to sales person after sales person and making endless calls unknowingly to an international number at a cost of $40 to me and still no refund I felt no other recourse than to think that this was a shady operation and I was a victim of a scam. And therefore have made a report to an internet company complaint agency which I will include a copy of the agency info, along with copies of emails, and chat transcripts showing how I tried to resolve this with getting attorneys and federal agencies involved, but no one in this company took my pleas seriously. This was not rocket science, I ordered something from your company, you didn’t have it , I waited weeks for it, nobody called me to tell me you didn’t have it, I was told it would be in in 3 weeks, I waited 3 weeks it didn’t come, I called back was told still wasn’t it, I decided to cancel order, and have waited over 3 weeks to be refunded via paypal which takes all of 5 mins to do. I was directly lied to by their VERY RUDE "manager" multiple times. They blocked my phone number after I sent the product back to them and never responded to phone messages, e-mails or letters. I am including my correspondence letter below so that you know what you are dealing with if you use this company. I had to contact my bank and have the charges reversed. This only worked temporarily because they claimed to my bank that I had already received a refund. My bank reversed the reversal and I was out the money and the product once again. When I showed up at my bank in person and explained the whole situation with receipts and return documentation they re-reversed my monies back into my account permanently. This process took 3 months. This company are EXPERIENCED RIP-OFF ARTISTS: BEWARE Dear Xrtralights.com, I am returning the headlamp set I ordered on December 18, 2016, for the reasons below: • These headlamps do not fit my 2000 Jeep Cherokee as they were advertised on your website. • The front to back dimensions on the lamps are 3/4" to 1" too long, which I discovered when I attempted to fit the front left headlamp. • I determined that I would have to cut out a 3" diameter hole in the body behind each headlamp in order to make them fit. • No instructions were sent with the order and are not even available, per Customer Service. Here is what your website states under product "Details" and "Additional Info." They asked me to send an e-mail with photos of my problem. I sent an e-mail with photos on December 26th, 2016 and again on December 29th complete with measurements. I received no response either time. (Copy attached). Today, December 30th, 2016 I called Customer Service again (third time) to discuss my email with pictures. I was told by Joanne, Customer Service Manager, that I would indeed have to modify my Jeep's body by cutting a 3" hole behind each headlamp to accommodate the headlamp's extra length. Again I asked if there was an instruction sheet or video to go with my specific purchase. She told me there is not an instruction sheet available for this product. When I asked how is someone supposed to install these without knowing that they are not "bolt on" as advertised, she said "they are an aftermarket product and [I] should have expected to have to make modifications." She also told me that "we don't make them, we just sell them." I reminded her that the website said they are "bolt on" and "plug and play." She responded saying that "only the wiring is plug and play," which is not true either since there is additional non-stock wires to deal with on these headlamp units. Joanne also informed me that I will be charged a restocking fee if I return them. (Listed as 20-30%) This is unacceptable!!!!!!! As I stated above, I am returning this product as it is not as advertised on your web site and does not fit my vehicle without significant modification. Had I known I would have to modify the body of my Jeep, I never would have bought these headlamps. Please take this opportunity to do the right thing and issue me a full refund without restocking fees in the amount of $239.95. Please notify me by email as soon as you have received the return and again when you have processed my full refund. I had to take legal action thru my bank to wrest my money back from these professional thieves.

Ordered A 2 flashlights, 2 pen/flashlight/laser combos and rechargable batteries. Turned out that 1 flashlight was defective, the other 3 led flashlight stopped working after a day and one of the pens didn't work as well. Sounds horrible, and I felt horrible since my previous experiences with oversea companies were pretty terrible. So I sent an e-mail explaining the situation and to my surprise, I was credited back the full purchase amount! Simply amazed. I will try ordering from them again and see if my order was just a fluke. I believe good customer service should be rewarded. *Edit As promised, I did order from them again. This time, I ordered a 3 watt flashlight, a multi-card reader and a bluetooth adapter. Glad to say that I haven't had problems with any of them. My only complaint is that shipping takes a little longer than a week since the company is based in Asia, but then again... being free more than makes it up for me.

I've placed two orders with ASIHome now and have had an overall positive experience. Their prices are great, service good, and they are even active in online z-wave community forums that help DIYers like me. My first experience was disappointing due to the length of shipping (my order took over 3 weeks to get to me), but since then I've noticed they have started clearly stating shipping times for each product on the site, so this shouldn't be an issue, or at least a surprise anymore. For my second order with them I purchased a handful of items which were all listed as in-stock. These all shipped within 24 hours of my order. All things considered, I definitely recommend them with the only caveat being to double check the stock level and shipping status of each item if you need it in a timely manner.

I ordered a ladies Wilson 15 piece set for my girlfriend for Xmas from “ budgetgolfer” on EBay . Description included a 5 iron. Set didn’t include a 5 iron when received . When I questioned them they said set doesn’t t include a 5 iron DESPITE the description clearly stating a 5 iron is in the set. They would only offer a return would not produce a 5 iron to complete the set. Also, the set is advertised as 14 piece set. They count headcovers and rainhood for bag as “pieces”. I would advise shopping elsewhere.

I saw other reviews about this company that were negative and I can't speak for their experiences, but I can say that I placed a large order for multiple items right before Christmas and already received the order. So they delivered on there promise to send me what I ordered in a timely manner. But I did notice a negative and that was that they don't provide you with tracking automatically and don't want you to contact them until 10 business days after order if you had problems. They really need to work on their customer service if they want more business, but they had great prices on what I needed.

Ordered item on Monday July 15th and told it was in stock and would be shipped and I would have it by the weekend. When Friday rolled around and no tracking number had been received I called as directed and message says you cant call you have to email... Emailed and return message said item was on backorder and "should be shipped" by the 31st. Contacted Salesman (Scott) on Monday the 22nd who checked and said something had happened but he would order one from another source and I should have it by the weekend (sound familiar?)... Now it is Tuesday the 30th and after two calls yesterday with no return and being told today they didn't even know if the item was in stock, and how could they know if it would ship by the 31st as tomorrow is the 31st??? I have lost hope and demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and you guessed it, got a voicemail and left a message which I don't expect to get a return call from. DON'T CHANCE buying from these people, if they had just told me they didn't have it in stock or even waited to bill till the item shipped perhaps I may see this in a different light.I am willing to bet that if I get my money back it will take longer than they have had it to see it back but they got it IMMEDIATELY when the order was placed.

I purchased 100 dvds and cds manufactured by Taiyo Yuden. Firts , I told the girl who took the order they were for a home CD burner. Second, I tried to use them and they did not work. Third, Teac said I needed a CD that had music on it. Fourth, Ron was aware of that and sent me some samples. Fifth, the girl told me they get something like 1,000 in a box and package them themselves since I had FINGERPRINTS on both sets of discs. Today Ron said they could not take the unused CDs back even though he said originally I could send them back. Also, the story now changes that they are packaged by Taiyo Yuden and sent about 600 (6 sets) already seales to Mega Mall (Ask Bart). Ron cannot believe I had fingerprints on them, which I already stated back when I thought he was going to exchange. He specifically said it because I remember the conversation clearly. That was the entire purpose of calling them. Why would I buy from somebody who just lied and ripped me off when I would rather give my hard earned money to somebody else? I would take caution when you deal with people who lie. It is called deceit in legal terms and the real world. Businesses are doing it more an more, and don't think as time goes on they will not do it more. I will file a complaint with the Att General in Ohio!

Back in 17th Febuary 09 I was sufing the web for a new watch and spotted a Suunto core all black military watch on SAILGB.COM for 185 GBP (ext VAT) so I placed and order. On the same day I received and email informing me thank you for your order but they will not have any in stock for 4weeks. OK I can wait for 4weeks. Then on the 16th March 09 I receive another email informing me there will be another 5weeks delay in addition. Now that is 9weeks from me placing the order. I also discovered SAILGB had taken payment back in Feb for the watch so thay had my 185 GBP. I asked them to return my money until they had received the goods they were selling to me. They did this OK and all went back to normal waiting for the delivery of the watches. When the time was getting near I checked the web site again and found that the watch had gone up in price to 235 GBP. I was alittle concerned so I contacted SAILGB 30th March to see if I would be required to pay the increased price? I was informed no I would pay 185 GBP and the watches where expected any day and I would be advised as soon as my order was shipped. Great!!!! 14th April still no word on my order, so sent an email asking when? No response from SAILGB so I call today 17th April to chase and was informed my order was not on back order and had been callcelled and therefore I would not be receiving my watch at the price back in Feb when I placed my order and I would have to re-order and wait for the next delivery of watches. I've been waiting 2 months now and the watch was a birthday present for a friend :-(

To date I have received ONE response saying they would get back to me in "due course". Although they profess to have "Fanatical" Customer Service, no resolution to a simple problem in over 2 months is no Customer Service at all!

I considered this quite a feat since they are located 30 miles away. I haven't used customer service yet, so no comment there, but I consider not having to use them a big plus. I purchased a gaming PC from this company last November. There were some initial problems with the PC, but Fido's customer support was unparralleled is assisting me. I've waited 6 months in order to be sure the PC remained a high quality piece of equipment and I could make an honest and accurate rating of this company. Fido Computers worked with me until my PC was working perfectly. I never felt that they were helping me out of obligation, but out of a sincere desire to make sure I was a completely satisfied customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any and all future PC purchases.

I ordered an LG Cell phone battery from this retailer because they offered a good price; too good! I received a confirmation email saying the item had been shipped with 5-7 delivery. Seventeen days later the battery has still too arrive. Company will not respond to emails and phoning always gets same response; "please try later". Since the purchase date I have had four fraudulent charges on the credit card I used for this purchase; could be a co-incidence of course but still had to cancel that card! I do not recommend this vendor and suggest you do not give them your credit card number if you do want to go ahead.

Bait and Switch - I e-mailed them to verify that they had the black version of the Sony Ericsson MBW-100 bluetooth watch in stock. They assured me that they did indeed have the all black version. Once I placed my order, they said that only the silver version was available and offered to change my order. The reason I feel this is a bait and switch is because the black version has been sold out for months everywhere else as the line of watches is discontinued. Anyone who has claimed to have it in stock has immediately offered a silver one instead after my order was placed. I immediately canceled my order.

I recently purchased a Nokia E72 from this site and received the phone only 3 business days later. However, the phone was defective, and upon contacting Customer Service via online chat, I was told that I would receive a replacement provided that I shipped the phone back to them at my own expense. Although I wished that they would have covered the shipping (which would have been extremely expensive), they truly went above and beyond to help my situation by trying to find me a better rate. They were friendly and extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with. A+++ customer service. :)

I made a large purchase (over $600) from this merchant and had a problem with my order. I contacted the company and they confirmed that someone on their side made an error. This, in and of itself, would not have been a major problem except that they didn't do anything to correct the problem. They basically just told me "sorry" and I haven't heard from them since then, though I have emailed and called several times (the phone always goes to an answering machine so you never get to talk to anyone). This company has good prices but their customer service is practically non-existent. So, buyer beware. I will not be ordering from them again and I recommend looking for a more established company. The deal you thought you were getting may turn out to be more expensive than you thought.

I was looking for a costume that was not available in the stores and only online at Zoogster and one other store that wanted $30 more for it. I ordered my costume on a Saturday and paid $15 extra for 3-4 business day shipping. It arrived on Thursday (just within the 3-4 days). When I removed the costume from the packaged it was damaged in two ways. The headpiece had been packaged bent and it stuck out in an unnatural manner. There also was what looked like an ink stain on the off-white top of the costume. I immediately took pictures and sent them along with all the details of my order to their service e-mail. Receiving the costume on the 27th and not actually needing it until the 28th would've allowed them to remedy my situation by shipping another costume overnight which is what I requested in my e-mail. It is now the 31st (Halloween) and my daughter has had to wear the costume with the flaws twice and will have to wear it again today/tonight with the flaws. And I have not even received an automated e-mail that they received my complaint much less a personal e-mail or call (I gave them my phone number) from them. If the costume had not been damaged I would've been satisfied with everything except the shipping (which I think was excessive). But a non-response after 4 days when I sent two e-mails is inexcusable. If you order from them, hope you don't have any problems because the response from service is thus far non-existent.

Ordered two costumes on the 18th. Was charged in full within two days. Just found out today, the day before our halloween party that they were not shipping either costume. Mine was out of stock and they decided not so ship my wifes because it appeared to be couples' costumes. I wouldn't have found this out if I didn't call their 1800 number over 10 times as it was busy all day. They also didn't return an email from earlier today and didn't notify me they were not shipping my order. I will never do business with them again and recommend you don't either.

I ordered the Oppo dvd player from them as they are the only authorized seller in Canada. The service provided was top notch and included answering a query of mine within hours on a Sunday. There was no farting around with any upgrades or any bs like that, and they offer Paypal which provides a measure of protection. My product was shipped promptly and I was given a tracking number for Canada Post within hours of it being sent out. The packaging was a little dicey as I would have preferred extra soft stuff around the box the dvd player was in, though the player was in its original package which was then placed in another box and I have to admit it showed up completely intact with no dents in the box or anything like that. After reading so many horror stories on this site I was afraid to try online ordering especially from a company not very well known, but my fears were unfounded. I have not had the experience of having a doa item so I cannot comment on any return procedures, but from the experience I had, I will use Best Rated again and will recommend them to my friends until they do something that will make me change my mind, which hopefully won't happen.

I ordered a Framburg chandelier from ATG Stores on 3/22/2011. My debit card was charged the full amount of my purchase ($596.00)on 3/24/2011. My order was confirmed as available. However, I was notified on 3/25/2011 that my order was back ordered with an expected ship date of 4/30/2011.The ship date was amended to 5/5/2011 on 4/29/2011. On 5/10/2011 I was informed that my ship date was to be on 5/13/2011. The next delay was communicated to me on 5/23/2011. The new ship date was to be on 5/26/2011. You guessed it on 5/26/2011 I was informed of my new ship date of 5/31/2011. On 5/27/2011 was sent an e-mail with my scheduled freight pick up date, however, on 5/31/2011 I was informed that there would be a further shipping delay. I called the company and requested a cancellation of the order. My customer service representative told me that it could not be cancelled because it had been shipped. I requested a cancellation because I had been informed that it had not shipped. Antoine said he would place me on hold at check with the manufacturer. I held for over 21 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Michelle who said she would check initiate the cancellation but that it would require 3-5 days to ascertain whether or not the item had shipped before I would receive a credit.I asked to be connected with a supervisor and commenced to be placed on hold while one was located. After 30 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and spoke with Mike. He informed me that a cancellation request had been initiated but that it would be 3-5 days for the manufacturers certification and then an additional 8 days before my account would be credited. I said that was unacceptable because everyone had already verified that the chandelier had not shipped asked for a supervisor or an address for the company, a legal representative or company officer. Mike gave me a false address for the company and while starting to give me names for the company or CEO hung up on me in mid-sentence. Much of our shopping is done on the internet and I am shocked by the behavior exhibited by this company. In my experience most reputable companies do not charge my account until they are ready to perform. Although I did not expect to speak directly to MR. Gary Rubens,CEO or Mr. Brad Halbach, VP-Operations, I sincerely believed that someone, at some level of responsibility, would be able to address to my concerns. Since that does not seem to be possible, I will begin on the first day of June,2011 to make complaints to any and all state and federal government agencies which regulate commerce in Washington and Missouri because I feel that I am being willfully deceived by Allied Trade Group.

I ordered two floor lamps from this company. They arrived damaged. I used their online chat service to process a return. They told me to package them up the way they arrived, issued a return number, and told me that I would be hearing from them in about a week with the date for pickup. Over a week went by and I had not heard from them so I sent a message asking when they would be picked up and was told that the manufacturer wanted proof of the damage and insisted that I take photos. I had already packed them securely, which was no simple matter since the packing was complicated. I told them that this was an unfair burden, since I had already received authorization for a return and was not told to take photos originally, which I would have done while the lamps were out of the boxes. Then the great customer service took a downward spiral to the point that I realized that I was going nowhere with them. It was at that point that I filed a complaint with my credit card company where the issue is still in investigation. Buyer beware about this company!

I pre-ordered Garmin Nuvi 770. I was told by Garmin that Nuvi 770 would be available in late Nov. or Early Dec. When I asked eMarin Supplies the product would be available in Late Dec. I tried to cancel the order then the email came and let me know that the 770 had arrived today. My point here is I was very satisfied with quick responses I got from eMarine Supplies. And they were frank about what they had and what they didn't have. No amount was charged to my credit card. I think it is a pretty reliable shopping site.

I always get great service from LuckyVitamin and this time was no different. Excellent prices and quality products. The only blip - I have now tried to order my regular multivitamin 3 times and it is still saying "backordered" (Solaray). I'm getting concerned, as I depend on them too. Trying to be patient because they are nearly double the cost from the manufacturer!

I purchased a 250gb external hard drive. Ihe hard drive was working fine, but the case was bad. Working with computers for my job, I know enough to say the board was fried, so I managed to get an RMA number. Sending it to them was the last I saw of my hard drive and my money. The company's website no longer exists, they won't reply to any emails, but USPS said they delivered my package more then 2 months ago. This company is a waste of money and time.

I ordered a wireless linksys router on 2.14.06 I waited a few days and no router, but my card was charged. So I called ichibanpc on the customer service line. There was no answer I tried the operator and got a real person. She took my name and number and said she call me back. They never called back. I tried 2 days later and she gave me a tracking number. I looked it up on fedex and it just said "Package data transmitted to FedEx" I called fedex and they told me that no package has been shipped! That means they only generated a shipping label. I called the company and got no answer for 2 days. I then got the operator who told me she would look in to it and call me back. She never did! It is now 02.28.06 I got the operator again and told her I wanted to cancel my order she hung up on me. I called my credit card to disput the charge and cancel my card. They issued me a new one so this company can't charge it again. If I knew this ahead of time I would have never ordered anything from them. All I recived for my 75 dollars was lies and no returned calls. I don't see how this company is still operating!!!!!

I order a needed tool (cylinder hone) for my car on Wednesday and by noon on Friday I had already received it via UPS. SJDiscountTools communicated via email immediately that they had received my order on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received another email informing me that it had already been shipped. On Friday, I was able to start on my car project because my tool had already arrived at my door. Awesome company to order from and by the way, they had the lowest price of any other companies carrying the same exact tool. I will definitely order from them again. Thanks.

I ordered 3 #10 cans of Mountain House cottage cheese on their website. Being a savy consumer, I stipulated "New Stock Only. No Dented Cans". When the order arrived and was opened I discovered the product was already 5 years old. I immeadiately telephoned the company. I left 5 voice mail messages and sent 2 emails during their published regular business hours. No response. I finally talked to someone and was told that the 5 year old product is the "newest product they have". I was told they would "consider" refunding me if I paid return shipping to them. I flat refused. They sent the 5 year old product in bad faith. They knew I did not want 5 year old product. I have contested the charges with my credit card company. I have informed the company they may have their 5 year old product back if they will send a paid shipping label.

If you dont trust me, than just type hes store name, and read peoples horror stories on wiihacks.com. Hes pathological lier, always asking for more time to dispatch the console, and finding new reasons why he didnt do it. He sounds disturbed. Pure fraud store, 100% proven. He is currently trying to scam me for XBOX console, though we live in almost same country. Hes from Croatia, but probably lives in Austria also. Be aware this is scam site, and you will surely get scammed for any amount of money you send to this person (Berislav)

Please do not change anything in your service because it is excellent, only if you wish to change it into a masterpiece. I have a complaint, or rather an idea... Since you deliver in the whole of Europe in 48 countries, please put your page in all languages. This idea will cost you a 10% discount when buying a pre-modified ps3. What should I write for the comment? Well you are excellent, and the thing I like the most is that you deliver in Poland, because here there are no places where I can buy a pre-modified console, I can only travel to Germany, and it costs 280 € there. The last two that I ordered were not for me... buying for my buddies, if you could only know how much I have profited. Greetings to the whole team!

First of all, MidwayUSA had everything I was looking for. I recently bought a new Ruger SR9, Semi-Auto, and was having a hard time finding extra 9mm x 17 Rd. Magazines, a Tactical Grip Glove, and Chamber safety flags. MidwayUSA had everything I needed and at a fair price, considering no other supplier had them and if they did they were out of stock and would have cost more. Customer Service staff was very friendly and helpful placing my order and Delivery was on time at a reasonable shipping cost. They also have a great holster buying guide to help you find the just the right holster for your handgun, with several styles and options. Again, I couldn't find anyplace that could help me find a holster that would fit my Ruger. The best they could do is direct me the holster section of their catalog, only to find hundreds of holsters and I had to sort through all of them and try to find the right one, but I do have a life to live and did not want to spend hours looking a holsters that won't work for me. By the way, I recently ordered that holster that I did find and I'm waiting for delivery. I would and have recommended MidwayUSA to several of my shooting buddies. If anyone was looking for just the right shooting accessory, holster, gun parts or Ammunition, MidwayUSA is the place to go.

I ordered the Wrestlemania Anthology Box Set from Movies with a Smile on 11/26.I only got Vol. 4.I emailed the company (there’s no published phone #) & was told to send the item back & they’d send the correct.I sent the package Express Mail so it could be tracked & insured.I emailed them after it was returned to get the ship & delivery dates of the original item & got no response.It wasn’t until my 3rd email that they responded & said they hadn’t received it, but would process a refund. I emailed them to say I wasn’t looking for a refund, but for the original item & sent the tracking # of the package.Again no response.I emailed a 2nd time & was told a refund was processed on 12/18. I emailed them back to find out why they refuse to ship me the original item which is still in stock on the website.They haven’t responded & I doubt they will.I’m out the shipping costs here & back & haven’t seen a refund of the original charge.My special needs son have a disappointing Christmas.

I purchased a DVD from this store on 11/11/06 based on their website listing it as 'in stock'. I received a shipment confirmation email 2 days later stating that I should receive the item 'shortly'. My order status on their website now says that the DVD is 'backordered'. No responses to phone messages. No responses to emails. Still haven't received item, and my credit card has been charged. Avoid this company at all costs. OH, BTW, their website still lists the DVD as being 'in stock'... UPDATE 11/25/06: disputed the charge with my credit card company since no replies from Movieswithasmile.com. About 30 minutes later, I get an email from the company saying they weren't able to fill the order and were issuing a refund. About 30 minutes after THAT email, I receive another (a reply to my FIRST email) that said the item wasn't in stock when I ordered it, but they re-ordered it and should have it in stock within 5 business days, and would expedite shipping! 2 days later, my credit card was refunded. Now my status on their website shows 'Item Shipped'!! Still no response to a couple dozen of my emails as to whether they actually shipped the item...
