They misrepresented items on their website and refused to reimburse even though admitting the website was wrong and they were at fault! I followed their instructions and sent the items back and they promised to reimburse me, but after they received the items (in absolutely new, unopened condition) they refused to reimburse and wouldn't answer my correspondence. Shameful.

I called and asked for advice and was given very accurate information. We probably spoke for 20 minutes on 2 separate occasions, before I decided what I wanted. Once I ordered on their website, I received my order in 4 days, which was quicker than I expected. The items I ordered were perfect and exactly what I expected. Thank you!!!

Tindalls Arts and crafts offers customers 5% discount for writing reviews on any of their products. So you spend time writing reviews and wait fr them to be authorized which triggers the discount.However when you apply the discount to the order and checkout - they then cancel your order!

The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

I bought a presentation case, with engraving, for a fountain pen. Recommend showing an example of what the engraving would look like (font, placement). I know what text I want, and how I want it to be engraved, but you have no mention of how many lines of text are allowed.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

I had a great experience with Nashville Tactical Lounge. Mark was very responsive to questions I had and sent pictures and videos of the knives I was interested in. Once I made up my mind, I purchased a MT Troodon Tactical. It was shipped out the next day and in my hand within a couple days. I will definitely buy for them again.

initially I only contacted Logoinfinix because I wanted to logo. They did a great logo but thats where the good stuff ended!! They convinced me they could also provide a more professional website than I had, and so I signed up to have a "cheap" package which was apparently a special offer. They told me it would take about 4-6 weeks. Throughout the process I was asked for additional money to pay for trademarking and google registration which they highly recommended. I was given the prices but then on several occasions asked for additional money which I was not advised of at the start. I have been given no evidence that either of these things is in process. It has now been more than 6 months and yes they delivered a website, but it is totally useless. It doesn't actually work due to how they set it up and I cant update anything or add anything to it. So I have now had to engage another company to try to fix the problems. They cant believe how it was set up and have basically told me I will probably have to toss this website and start again as they are finding it too difficult to fix. I have tried for the last couple of months to get Logo infinix to fix the issues, but they keep telling me it is fixed and that the problem is my browser! It also takes more than 2 weeks to get anyone to talk to me and I usually have to try to phone to alert them to my messages! I have no choice now but to lodge a complaint with fair trade to try to get my money back ..to date I have paid them several thousand dollars and have zero to show for it. Not to mention the loss of any possible revenue as I have been unable to proceed with my business. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Logos were basically copied off of shutterstock. When I asked for a refund and said it was because I had drawn up a logo with a friend I was refused a refund for contacting another company'. Absolutely bull would not recommend unless you want a copied logo

I am always searching for sewing patterns and what I have found is that they Unbelievably high priced.Then when I found site woohoo great prices for patterns. They have dresses,tops and more that you can get the pattern made In custom measurements or standard measurements and they are PDF printable to my desktop printer.This is the best thing I have seen in a while.I can let customers order certain styles and have patters made to order.the possibilities are endless.no more high prices for me.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

Every browsing session has been wonderful. I've placed three orders now. One of which shipped with no problem, but I recently attempted to order the same Invicta Professional Speedway (Silver Dial) and the order got cancelled for no apparent reason. My third order is for a Invicta Pro Diver and hoping this order will be able to process. I called my banking institution and was notified the payment went through.

I placed an initial order that was cancelled in a week. I tried to secure the same items however the prices all went up when I clarified payment with my credit card the second time (it was initially flagged and payment rejected). There should be a way to allow the buyer to repay the pendng (initial) Invoice instead of having to make a fresh order, that too when prices on all items have gone up, some sold out. That is disappointing service!

All in all I was happy with the services. It is definitely a good software to use for companies starting out. My one complaint would be that the tool was slower on internet explorer but not a huge deal.

My wife chose the pro pack for our new logo.. i've just recently accessed the site and found it quite easy to use. They supplied us with a free website to get started as well. This was helpful and I feel these guys make every effort to make sure customers are taken care off.. you will be in good hands here..

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

The staff ruined the site with the new awful, broken buggy and messy design, deleted all the characteristics that made the site remarkable and now they are unfairly and blatantly forcing us to use it when almost all of us were fine with the old design. And as if all that were not enough, they blatantly ignore their community. It's simply outrageous and shameful. That shows that they're a bunch of shameless coward arrogant inept incompetent morons. They don't deserve respect.

It used to be much better at one time than it is now. While some good art can still be found there, it takes more and more effort to find it. The main problems now are that they do little to nothing about SPAM messages, chain-letter type messages and other garbage like that which merely misuse the comment-feature. But the overall atmosphere of the site has declined as well. Only positive and/or popular comments and opinion are allowed; any form of constructive criticism or, for that matter, any dissenting opinion of any kind, is not tolerated and even censored in some cases. It is highly ironic that a website ostensibly for creators to display their work should have evolved into an environment that is so averse to the expression of different opinions. PC Groupthink is increasingly the mindset there.

john huther creates great sites. our photography business needed a way to show my art and he fulfilled my expectations and more. john huther did a great job graphically and our site is very popular. i've pulled in jobs from all over the us and attributed that to the website. i highly recommend huther advertising for doing websites. he is currently working on a new business card design for us. i am really excited at this designs and can't wait to get my new cards and image.

Had the band for my watch that I couldn't find anywhere else. The only issue is since it is an aftermarket band it took a whiled to get it on the watch. It was not an easy process and probably took me close to 10 minutes to get it on. I can normally do a watch band in under a minute. Quality seems good so far. Maybe a little stiffer than the original band that was on my luminox Series 300

First time. Fine so far. Upon receipt of two strap pins it became apparent that the price was per pin, not a pair, like anyone else I have ever bought from. That made pricing excessive. Add a handling/mail fee of over $6.00 made it a deal breaker. Service was good and delivery time via regular mail was fine too. The upgrade in quality over standard pins is not apparent. I have installed on dive watch and will see how well they perform vs. standard pins.

So I pay decent money to have a proper website, and my old artmajeur website comes up in Google before it. I can't delete artmajeur. Looking for help to delete my account brings up a phony artist named "Delete Account" There are much better ways to show off work and sell artwork online, and artmajeur.com is the wrong way. The artwork on there sucks and I can't image anyone would go there more than once to buy art. Better to have your own website, or at least try ebay!

What a disaster. We decided to gift my son a portrait of his beloved German Shepherd for his birthday. The first artist botched the job terribly. Each revision was worse than the last. So badly they had to assign a new artist and start from scratch. This one was much better and after a few revisions produced an acceptable portrait. However, upon receiving the portrait, there is a blue ink pen line right through the top of the canvas where they were going to crop it. They are now not responding to email after promising and not sending a shipping label to return for repair. Aside from this issue- artists should be able to produce a realistic rendition of a pet without having to be told that a German Shepherd muzzle isn't square or that a shadow should be removed from an eye. I honestly don't know how people are getting good artwork from this company. We are extremely disappointed. Photo attached- look at that weird muzzle. Absolute rubbish.

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. The necklace was very late arriving, according to the production and shipping estimate. I tried all means available to contact the company, no response . I had come to the conclusion it was a scam. It was easy to order the necklace, and there were many choices. I am pleased with the necklace, the lack of communication was unacceptable, when the product was late.

They claimed it would take 3-5 days for production time of my necklace but it actually took them 17 days so i wound up receiving my necklace about 6 days later than expected. Also they didn't reply to ANY of my emails and their customer service phone line was always 'too busy to take my call.' I will never order from here again. Very stressful and annoying.

Great company! My fiance' purchased my engagement ring from here and we just bought our wedding bands as well. They provide plenty of great insight for how to choose a diamond. When the ring got here, it was absolutely beautiful. The intricate details of the band were flawless and the diamond itself is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I only had one problem. When I ordered the watch band I was not given the option of ordering the pins that go along with the band. When my husband put his new watch band on his watch his existing pins broke and we desperately needed new pins. I called your company and the representative told me what pins I needed to order and that I had to do it online. She said that she couldn't take care of it for me. Unfortunately, when I returned to the website I could not locate the pins in the 22mm size that I needed or for that matter I couldn't find any pins at all. Front is very hard which will keep your laptop safe from bending. And yes, it has place for a tripod which I didn't use yet. Inside as others told you can adjust the spaces. I spent just under $700 on a camera. I emailed them after i purchased to confirm that it was NEW and they assured me that it was. The camera i received was clearly Used so i emailed them and began the return and refund process. It took 15 days for them to receive the camera because of their business hours and then they tried to short me 20% of my refund because "Customer was refunded less 20% as he returned his parcel in completely abused condition." I had to call to dispute this nonsense to get my full refund. I am not the type to write bad reviews, i know stuff happens. But this entire process has been a nightmare. I would stay away

I ordered a Nikon d5600 camera package as a Christmas gift for a family member on 11/29/19 for 663.38 through the google marketplace. I received the order 12/10/19. However, prior to its arrival, I learned that I had ordered the wrong camera. The shipping box was opened upon receipt but none of the individual package contents were opened or removed from the box. The camera was not touched. The original shipping carton was resealed and returned within the advertised return date (12/16/19). The store refunded only half of the purchase price (331.69), claiming that the "item was received in deep abused condition." I contacted the google marketplace for help but after numerous communications was told that they could not override the seller's decision. A google search reveals that I am not alone in being treated this way by Ted's Electronics. I would strongly recommend against anyone buying from Ted's Electronics or through the Google Marketplace.
