I ordered an item from Sacred Essence as a Xmas present for my sister. The product was dispatched promptly and my sister is very happy with it. I would have no hesitation in using Sacred Essence again.

This is the first time I used Sacred Essence but it will definitely will not be the last, the ease of use of the website and delivery was spot one

I contacted them for advice and were given the names of 3 firms that could help with my damp problem. I have since booked my job in with Castle Property Services at Newcastle under Lyme.

Firstly the Woodcream is very good, works well, but a 3 lt tub only did the front side of 4 x 6’ and at £30 a tub it’s too much. If it was £20 a tub I would use it far more. But to state again the product is very good.

Safestore Notting Hill This storage company in my view should be prevented from operating in this area as they are completely unfit for purpose. Recently they had been flooded and not for the first time! This caused many many thousands of pound of damage most of which was due to their lack of management in dealing with the situation and adding insult to injury to their long suffering customers. They informed customers of the flood days after the event, under insured many customers for their belonging showing zero duty of care and with a none existent "Im alright Jack" mentality customer care. Many many people have lost an enormous amount of their valuable belongings to which the response of the company is contemptible. I would strong recommend to whoever has been effected to take out direct legal action against this despicable company. And anyone looking to use their service to look elsewhere. This has been terrible experience with a company who can only be described as cowboys

Ordered working builder gloves. They sent me completly different ones which been advertised. Ive called.them explained wgat had happened and they lady said they do not accept returns and refunds however on their website this not appear. Next day i called again spoke to a different person she acdepted the return and i asked about the postage to be refunded she said they will refund the purchase and the postage ammount. I did get the price of the gloves back but i never got the amount for the postage which was over 10pounds as it was 30pairs of gloves. So large parcell. I did complain again about it she asked a pictured of the postage receipt which ive sent to them but never heard anything since. Useless company.

Purchase experience was fine, delivery time was a bit on the slow side taking 7 days to arrive. Otherwise all ok, product is fine.

Parcel was last minute purchase that we needed the next day. after speaking on the phone was informed as soon as pay send an email and they will ship out. item came in perfect time

not your fault, but one poll damaged due to box being open /damaged by courier a bit of bubble rap would have saved them,, but came on time and good product would use again

I placed an order for a squeegee at the beginning of June and am still waiting for the correct item to be delivered. I have been in touch with Safetyshop customer department but somehow nobody is able/willing to sort the issue out. Very disappointing.

Delivery of the course materials was prompt, questions were answered within 24 hrs. Course was detailed and informative.

I had heard mixed opinions of online theory courses in general but Sailing Course Online was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. They were a pleasure to deal with and at the end of the course, the exams were marked promptly with excellant feedback. I would definitely use Sailing Course Online again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent However the airline tickets only arrived two days before departure, which was squeaky bum time...

For the first time in 5 holidays with sailing holidays we were left less than happy with our experience . We were miss sold a 2 cabin yacht instead of a 3 cabin yacht which we were adamant we wanted when booking at the London boat show . Luckily a suitable boat happened to be available but we had to choose to take it whatever the cost as the paperwork had to be done ASAP. The extra cost of £1400 was severe , especially as this boat had been on offer for a substantially lower price as a Last minute special on Facebook. The crew involved couldn’t have been more helpful , but had to answer to head office . We had not received any tickets until 3 days prior to flying and had not received any paperwork through the post which may have alerted us to the yacht type we had been given . We feel the flotilla format is now a victim of its own success in that you now are rushed to leave a marina to get to the next destination and have to get there at 3 to 4 pm if you are to get a berth . This means the mid day stop is virtually impossible in the time allotted and you find you have to motor rather than sail to your destination to arrive on the requested time. There seams little planning is made to select routes which would maximise the ability to sail depending on the wind direction . The sailing holiday has become a rushed motoring one and we found the format too hectic to be in any way relaxing !! That said the crew were fantastic and above reproach , working within the confines of their circumstance, but this will be the last flotilla in Greece we will go on , which is a great sadness as we went on 5 in a row and told anyone who Asked of the great experiences we had had and were responsible for several people going on a sailing holiday on our recommendation ! The saronics were also advertised as being windier but alas that was not the case for us , but that cannot be guaranteed ! We feel perhaps more than an overnight stop would greatly increase the relaxing element of the holiday , and allow greater flexibility of potential sailing time and time ashore !

Salco Holidays came to our attention through a recommendation from a close friend, as a consequence of this we have used Salco to book holidays in Kassiopi for the last two years. The service we have received has been second to none. Alex and his team go above and beyond what is expected from a holiday company. They may be small, but as the saying goes, perfectly formed (and extremely friendly). We thoroughly recommend Salco Holidays. In fact we fully intend to be using them again this year.

Do not respond to emails, don't answer their phone, my previous order was incomplete and stupid enough I made a further order and currently a day late with my delivery and I have someone due today to fit the wall panelling. Still waiting on my missing item from previous order as well. I've tried calling, emailing since yesterday and have heard nothing. Very poor service and certainly will not be buying anymore from this company.

Please do not order from this company worst customer service, never attended the calls made to them then delivery almost 3 days late from promising date messed all my planned work !!

Ordered an album on a 'Normally ships in 5 days' lead time. After 10 days I emailed asking for an update. No response. 2 days later I again emailed asking for an update. No response. After two weeks I emailed asking for my money-back and again received no response. Thankfully, I had paid using Paypal and having lodged a dispute through them, they came to my rescue and refunded me. Would suggest that you think twice before ordering from this company.

I bought two records from this company two weeks ago and I’ve had nothing from them apart from an order confirmation when I placed the order. I’ve emailed them 4 times and had no replies. Shocking company, thieves and scammers, do not use them for online orders. I’ve now reported them and I’m in the process of trying to retrieve my money through the banks fraud investigators.

The Santa day was amazing and my kids (and maybe us) really thought they’d met the real Santa. They loved that he had their letters, the elf’s were amazing and the staff worked so hard. The gala dinner and entertainment after the day made it feel like Christmas. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star was that the arrival and welcome meeting was disorganised and it was hard to find where the welcome meeting was. The meeting seemed more about pushing extras rather that what you could do (for free) while you were there (like the massive sledge slope that was not prompted).

Shanon was very helpful, This was the first time I had flown and she put my mind at rest, and could answer all my questions. really great. She was also very helpful when I asked her about our flights with Thomas Cook she reassured us and told us we would have another flight.

Expecting a five star service and thankfully that is our experience at the start of our exciting Lapland journey!

Good arrangements although rather odd shared transfer back to Airport - went back past hotel front door 20 mins after our pick up, then 30 'round trip' in the wrong direction before re-passing hotel town for airport, then 15 wait for driver exchange.

Good organisation although we missed the dedicated Sartatur check-in desk at Terminal 5 this year!

Bad customer service. Order didn't arrive even though it was tracked and signed for by an unknown person. Got in contact with company and was told I had to contact royal mail myself. 2 weeks since I made order and no one has been in contact. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

I have always loved Sass and Belle's products. They're super cute and came very fast considering the current pandemic. The only issue was one of the products I bought isn't very functional. The woven heart costers are not flat so you can't rest drinks on them!

Sastaticket is JUST A SCAM. They steal your money and wont help. I bought a ticket from sastaticket and it was a wrong match with connecting flight. I was denied boarding and later sastaticket demanded me high fee (60% of the ticket price) to get me out from the situation. I dont recomment buying any ticket from Sastaticket, Buy directly from the airline.

I would buy from them again and I would send my friends to Saturday insurance. I requested a quote online from other companies, went through the process and was denied and not told why. When I contacted Saturday they called me, we talked through why I was denied by the other company, they worked with me to get the coverage I needed and now I have peace of mind with my disability insurance that I wouldn't have had otherwise. Everyone needs a person when it comes to stuff like this, I'm so thankful for Saturday and their help!

I felt like Saturday Insurance did a great job understanding my specific needs and providing me with an option that made coverage and financial sense. They were also very honest about what I did and didn't need, so it felt more like a partnership rather than a sale.

I had occasion to ring up as my order was wrong.The lady I spoke to was lovely and sorted the mistake and I received my proper order the next day.She also let me keep the original item free of charge as she said it was their mistake.This was something that I could use and I thought this was very generous.Will definitely buy from this firm again.

I was searching for salt and pepper grinders on Google and I found Savisto with exactly what I wanted. I found the website easy to use and when the parcel was delivered two days l;ater, my satisfaction was complete.

i recieved my cocktail set without a recipie book and the shaker had clearly already been used, it was dirty with grubby finger marks on it, liquid still inside and brown stains on bottom, i contacted savisto and they sent me a book and a new shaker but no new cap and filter which had been used along with the shaker. i have contacted savisto again and i am still waiting for a satisfactory resolve

I bought a Tesla Model S from Saxton4x4. I was assured by the dealership, through their advert, verbally by the Salesperson and the fact that they specialise in 4x4 cars, that it was the dual motor 85D 4-wheel version. When I took delivery it transpired that it was the basic 2-wheel 85 version. The difference between the versions is £5000. The dealership have yet to give me a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

I rang from overseas and was given the info I needed first time with respect to the product, its weight, package dimensions, freight, VAT exemption and means of payment. The product arrived promptly & in mint condition.

The scales I bought were not counting scales as I wanted and was advised over the phone , when I then wanted to return them I was only offered 80% of the value in return , despite that fact one of the 2 I ordered had not even been opened !

This is our first River Cruise and having noticed the advert in a flyer I rang the Manchester Number which was picked up by Sophie. Sophie fully explained what the offer was and what to expect, then guided me swiftly through the choices I had and offered advice. I asked if we could "pop in to the office" the next day (a Saturday) and she said she would be delighted to see us "face to face" to iron out the detail. My wife and I absolutely loved the Scenic experience on the Scenic Ruby, the staff throughout were helpful, polite and the service was excellent! We really enjoyed our river cruise experience and particularly the superb cruise director ( the lady was first class) also the entertainments director. We would not hesitate to go on another cruise

From the moment I landed at Yangon airport to the final goodbye at Yangon all scenic staff and representatives went above and beyond in ensuring this trip was absolutely fabulous. Not very helpful, misleading website. Operator contacted me after i filled out the online application. I explained that some questions were not clear and that the answers to them would need some further explaining. I was told that based on the question answers I had provided they would not be able to insure me. Used a different company who were happy to help me complete the questions on the telephone and after fully explaining my position they provided me with the exact policy I needed. This leaves the question - why the operator from schofields rudely dismissed me and my application.

I had two insurance providers for different elements of the rental property insurance Schofields and another 'big' insurance provider and wanted I to consolidate. I called Schofield's, the call was answered immediately. I spoke to Jon who understood what I was trying to achieve and answered all my questions thoroughly then sent me a quote which covered everything i needed, the price was as per the ballpark discussed. A link to a slick payment payment line when I had read the paperwork completed the process. I had previously called the other provider, call answered after 10 mins. As my question was non-standard that caused more hanging on, followed by an age listening to a poor operative reading out as of caveats and get out clauses. Compare and contrast. Schofields offer a wide range of products at sensible prices backed up by knowledgeable people

Would like to see a wider author variety and book variety in each future brochure.

I would suggest only one way of paying the books, because it was confusing that school told us to provide cash and while ordering I need to give credit card to confirm, secondly, why we need to write down on the paper order form which books we purchased? It is double work, since we could simply print out the order books after the ordering, the whole process is cumbersome, not easy.

I have been dealing with Scholastic for many years, they have a great range of books at great prices. Staff have always been very helpful when contacted and delivery of books is very prompt.

Delivery was speedy but 2 books came ripped although they were in a box with extra paper.Not impressed at all,especially for the price and they were a present.

Very efficient service - ordered Monday and arrived on Thursday, despite being an international school!

Schools Stickers ordered 07th Aug and dispatched 14th Aug but have not yet arrived, 11 working days after dispatch. Unfortunately I have no labels for the start of school so have had to improvise which is very disappointing given I had ordered the stickers in plenty of time.

I tried to change my order a minute after I placed it. It was very complicated to find how to do it and my feedback didn´t reach anybody. If you´re in England you can easily make a phone call and cancel the wrong items but how do you do it abroad?

We needed a 2 minute video that could explain our developing technology in the simplest way. The guys at SciAni produced a video that exceeded all our expectations. The video has been a success and has achieved what we set out to do. Working with the team at SciAni was a very pleasant experience and we appreciated their professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, and their flexibility. They listened to our needs and delivered an exceptional product.

I love SciDogz's K-9 Thrive. I foster for a rescue and keep my 4 dogs plus foster dog on this 100% of the time. I frequently brag about how consistent my dogs' poops are. Dog owners understand. LOL! I'm a huge fan of their product and I'm sort of a self-appointed spokes person. I recommend this to anyone with a dog. Love this stuff and my dogs thrive on it. It's so affordable and you actually see the results! Fantastic stuff!!

If you're considering a trip to Africa call this team...they earned 5 stars in so many ways. Cool, extremely knowledgeable, able to stay within our budget, delivered on each promise and expectation. Only thing they missed was tell us to relax ... but we figured it out on day 3. Visiting Kenya is not only for the well to do with deep pockets...the Scott Dunn team showed us how to get a 5 star experience on a 3 star budget...great value for us. From contacting the gentleman and speaking on the telephone, he advised on the size and the differences between each stye whilst I scrolled through their website, he was extremely helpful and put my mind at rest, the beautiful product came and I had a phone call to say that it was being despatched and would arrive on said day which was perfect and was correct. The dog bed is very heavy, beautiful but unfortunately it is in storage until our house is completed as I didn't want to ruin it... I am sure my Cocker Spaniel will adore it - I will send a photo in a few months once he can use it.
