Ordered mid- May and still waiting for delivery on 30 May. Absolutely understand that Royal Mail is very disrupted (not their fault) but no communication at all from the company until I chased them up by phone. Was told that their system can't send email confirmation of order to any Gmail address - this seems like a fairly big problem? Needs better communication with customers and possibly more info on website re expected delivery times

I have enjoyed working with the team from Thomann Hanry - good quality work and a professional service. Good range of traditional skills covered, and delivered well. I have found their craftsmen to be good to work with as well as their contracts/ pricing team.

After 3-4 short POA-s i got refused from amazon in matter of minutes. Do not use this company. SCAM company with payed positive reviews. They have line in their website " we dont take what we can't handle" waste of 500eur

I have always been skeptical about the value of estate agents, this is probably due to the excessive costs and the poor quality of service I have receieved in the past, especially considering I have used the supposedly best in the fields. That has changed with Thorgills, they have been really professional, attentive, followed up all the way and kept me updated. the hotel i wanted to stay at had sold out their allocation online, I thought i would try the telephone booking service, this was also sold out but the gentleman that dealt with my call went out of his way to contact the hotel directly and ask them to open a room for me, he then went to the trouble of phoning me back once the room had been allocated on the computer system to complete the booking, very impressed with his efforts, unfortunately i can’t remember his name but if you could trace it through my booking reference then he deserves a commendation for his excellent service

I love the clothes that I ordered - really nice fabrics and very comfortable - would have given 5 stars but the sizes were very generous and I had to return 3 items as far too big. The returns service was good, and I was given a refund quickly on an accidental purchase. The only issue was that the free returns postage label that was promised on the website was not included in my parcel so I had to pay the postage on the returned package.

I like 2 of the items that I ordered but 2 items have been returned as they weren't what I expected.

I loved all three drinks, they all tasted different and had individual qualities. I thoroughly enjoyed them however I dont know if I would purchase again as I feel £25 is too much for a 70cl bottle. I think you would get alot more custom if you changed your pricing.

I really look forward to having a nice chill and a glass of either social elixir or livener and a mixer. I also love having nightcap on ice (it's my favourite) I feel great the next day too.

Easy-to-use booking system but it quoted the monthly rate for a child seat even though the booking is only for nine days. Hoping that will be corrected by a human when I pick up the vehicle.

You confirmed my online booking then cancelled it an hour later with zero explanation. Pretty rubbish.

We have received our first visit from THSP and I am very pleased about the punctuality of the service and the professionalism of the Consultant who visited us today. We are looking forward to having all of our operatives face-fit tested next week as requested by the Principal Contractor.

As a company we use THSP regularly, and recently we used them to assist with our Achilles Audit as we do every year, Mr Dave Lear MBE, as ever, was extremely helpful with such a vast knowledge of Health Safety and Environmental issues, I can't recommend them highly enough. and I will be enlisting his help again for next years audit.

I took this insurance in November and i noticed my driving score keeps going towards red and now I'm being regarded as a risky driver despite being really careful. I tried to talk to them and after few hours of investigation, they discovered they had the incorrect speed limit. I see some other people saying they have been cancelled out suddenly and they cannot get insurance with other providers. Honestly i thought of cancelling immediately, but i have decided to just watch for sometime. So if you do decide to go with Ticker, please always track your driving score and speak up if you think something is not right. Asides that, they have friendly team and their price is not bad for new drivers.

Dropped me like a brick and left me high and dry......we were near the end of my transfer but they pulled out at the last minute with only a month left on my CETV causing me both financial loss and huge frustration . Please note that Dan W. at Tideway was very professional , courteous , helpful and produced an excellent report however he has been let down by his senior management team who should have honoured all transfers that were in progress. This could very well have a major repercussions on my financial status for the rest of my life and I feel both let down and very angry.

From my 1st consultation to the present time I have always been given extremely informative advice, everyone I have spoken to has always been helpful and responded to any queries I have had in a timely manner. I phoned last year and didn’t respond, so I phoned back this year. The guy that fitted the wardrobes was fantastic but the design measurements were wrong the what was decided at the initial stage. They also got the finance details wrong so I couldn’t make use of the interest free credit. Also my Mum has phoned this year and had no response

At first i was a bit sceptical About this site, if it was real or scam. But i tried it out with DHL Express delivery and i got a Nice tie and a pocket cloth a few days after. I live in Denmark and had no problems. Thanks guys. My wedding outfit is now complete

Nettisivuilla sanottiin että jos tilaa maanantaihin 18.12 klo 16 mennessä ehtii tilaus tulla jouluksi. Tilasin sunnuntaina ja eipä ehtinyt jouluksi. :( Ei ole vielä tänäänkään tullut. Laitoin myös s-postia kysellen että onko mitään seurantamahdollisuutta tai että ehtiikö tulla. Sanottiin että on pieni paketti että tulee kirjeenä eli ei ole seurantamahdollisuutta. Mielestäni on väärin että nettisivuilla väitetään että ehtii jouluksi jos se ei pidä. Ymmärrän että on myös postin syy. Se pitäisi vaan ottaa huomioon kun menee lupailemaan tuollaisia asioita.

Når jeg giver Tieroom 5 stjerner, skyldes det, at jeg i de mere end 13-14 år, hvor jeg har handlet med Tieroom. Hurtig og eminent fin service får mig til at vende tilbage og seneste i sidste måned. Når jeg anbefaler andre at gå med butterfly/fluga, nævner jeg altid Tieroom, som et fantastisk stort udvalg, fin service og hurtig betjening.

My order was arriving late due to the current restrictions on delivery. Niklas was excellent in assuring I had my tie and pocket square delivered to me with a 24 hour rush service still in time for the wedding I was attending without having to wait and guess when my original parcel would arrive. I was able to return to him the extra set sent to me.

Shipping was very slow, took over a week when on the company's website it said 3-6 days. As well as this I only received one update on my shipping, only telling me that my order had been posted. That aside, the ties were very nice and made from good material.

The tie arrived 3 days after I ordered it, as always, excellent service!

I bought 7 pre-tied bow ties and they were great. Moreover, Christian was extremely helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is because they only ship via DHL. I had to wait in front of my apartment so that I would not miss the delivery. Had I missed the delivery, I would have had to go very far to pick up the package from the only DHL office in my city.

Placed my customised order almost a week after the cut off for Christmas delivery. In the days before Christmas I discovered that collection from their warehouse could be an option so I called to get an update on my purchase. They couldn't give me an answer straight away, but texted me later that day to advise me it would be despatched the next day and arranged for express postage at no extra charge so I would get it in time. My boyfriend was super impressed with his present. Super impressed with their commitment to their customers.

I have used TOTM for a year now and I am very happy with the service, reliable, flexible, great products.

I've never come across a more deceitful and underhand company than tinhat and the entire direct group. The company motto is 'profit first'. Quite happy to take my premium then messed me around for months after I had to make a claim. I am still without a working phone and having to take them to the financial ombudsman. Be warned: they will ignore you and come up with excuse after excuse. I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid the whole direct group

I call 3 times for coustmer service, when I try expelem my problem the line go down. I send e-mail to try what I have to do and still waiting.

Delivery in 3 days brilliant

I paid for a next day AM delivery but the goods didn't arrive until 12.28PM and though I realise there are issues with deliveries t the moment I don't see why I should pay for a service Tintfit couldn't provide and they flatly refused to give me a refund even though it was bought on behalf of a charity.

This is the second time that I have orders chairs for my grandchildren for Titan Direct , the ordering process is simple and they arrived in the timescale indicated well packaged and brought to my door by a very pleasant delivery driver.

There was huge confusion over the delivery date and even after confirming a date directly with the company, the items were delivered 5 days earlier than agreed, meaning my neighbours had to store the items.

I found them to be very slow to process my claim. I didn't get anywhere near what I hoped to get . Of course there is their 30% fee plus VAT I would not recommend them

The staff at T L W Solicitor's was always helpful, if the lady that was dealing with my case was not available would always ring back as soon as she was free. I would recommend T W L Solicitor's to anybody

Pink cottage Noss Mayo A cottage not for six people three would be comfortable four at a push. Toad Hall cottages management are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They don’t seem interested in problems the customer has in the rented accommodation. They seem afraid to take issues up with the owners just in case they get dumped for another rental company. Their description of properties on their web site does not match reality when they should make sure the property is in good condition and safe before the guests move in. I believe the place I rented was not marketed correctly, beds were crammed in and there was not enough room or chairs for everyone to sit inside or out. Gaps between main bedroom bed and door was not enough for easy movement. One room had no windows you could open so nights were uncomfortable plus there was no cupboards to hang or put your cloths. Outside had not been looked after, weeds everywhere, debris over the steps, top and bottom terrace which made the steps dangerous to use. So called Laundry room was a mess and a pile of rubbish left in there. It looked like builders' debris had been left under steps to lower terrace garden area. What little garden furniture there was, it was in a poor condition or broken. The pub nearby is a bit noisy but acceptable the pub generator/extractor fan runs throughout the day and night, it is too loud to enjoy the outhouse and can be heard at night in the cottage. It’s a poky cottage for six people. The pub is a good place to eat.

Have booked with Toad Hall for several years now. Cottages are always exactly as advertised and good quality, clean accomodation. Easy to book.

I ordered two long sleeve shirts with elbow patches. I live in the US and shipping was very fast and cost effective. My son loves how soft his clothing was. True to size.

Worst customer service, especially from customer service team who are meant to be there to resolve issues. -Door arrived damaged but they took no responsibility. -We felt as if they were just trying to make a sale and felt very unethical as we wanted a larger door width so our mother who is in a electric wheelchair can come through but we weren’t fully made aware about how much narrower it was actually going to be. Very unethical company and would not try resolve any issues for us, took no responsibility on their behalf. Would not recommend at all, also falsely advertises bespoke door when they are not bespoke at all. They have taken someone’s hard earned money and thrown it down the drain. We’ve renovated a 5 bedroom house over the last year and dealt with many companies but Todd’s doors has been the worst at dealing any issues. We’ve had windows and doors damaged by other companies and they can and sorted the issue out straight away. It seems once Todd’s door makes the sale, they don’t care whatsoever about the aftercare at all. No follow up. No attention to detail. Please save your money and try a more down to earth smaller company.

We only received 1 door hinges Due to corona we didn’t open anything Today we checked the box and there was 2 door hinges missing Otherwise everything was good

I bought some yoga/pilates non-slip trainer socks - which are good to wear. I love having my toes 'free'. It helps my balance and co-ordination.I also bought some long black toe socks that I wear daily, again its nice to wiggle your toes inside boots etc. I am hoping that they are UK made, it seems they are, which is a real plus for me.

I have used toe socks for many years mainly for running and have finally worn out most of the one's i have so i have purchased enough to keep me going for another few years, they solved my blister problems from day 1 and i find them very comfortable as well :-)

I applied for a loan and was given wrong advice, I explained that I needed the loan for a short time like about 2 years and I was advised that is ok if I pay the loan early I will just pay the interest for the time that I have taken, to my surprise 17 months later after I have paid 415 pounds each month , I have only paid off 379 pounds off the loan. Called together financial was told that I have been paying the interest since.

The tour was extremely good in the places we visited , the accomodation , the itinery , the breakfasts and the 3 free days were inovative. The tour guide tried hard and was a nice person , but lacked overall knowledge of Japan.

I popped in to get my 2011 Astra valued and met Mark Mooney, after a short conversation he used what i was looking for ad we found the car i ended up buying. It was slightly delayed due to some damage that was not noticed until the test drive but this was fixed before collection. I am very happy with the experience overall and i did not feel like i was misled due to mark taking to the time to explain the documents and process. I will no doubt be back.

After paying £8.99 postage I received the door front 2 weeks later and it was damaged! The packaging was not damaged. I tried several times to phone the Leeds phone number, but have not been able to get through. I emailed a picture of the damage on the 10/11/17 but have not had a reply.

Arrived well-wrapped by courier but no idea they were going to turn up that day (no warning/advice received) Hinge holes were not drilled symmetrically. Different distances (by 1.0-1.5mm) from hinge side. Newly fitted door on level & true carcasses hangs all to ****. Each one requiring same adjustment Supposed to be 100mm from top & bottom. Mine were drilled at 101/102 which meant Hinges mounts had to be moved close together losing most of their available vertical adjustment. Quite honestly, I need some more doors to finish kitchen, and I think I'll buy from elsewhere. Drawers thankfully were not marked/drilled, so no issues there

I purchased through Universal Traveller (formally known as Student flights). My travel agent helped me find a 15% discount which made the purchase even more enjoyable. Using the Topdeck app and online portal was equally easy to locate information about the upcoming trip.

We loved our tour guide and bus driver who were super fun, knowledgeable and professional! I enjoyed the overnight cities along with a day stop at other various cities/countries. I liked the flexibility that I had my own time to explore the different cities in between planned activities or tours.

£250 order of 4 items. 1 was delivered very quickly. The others had not arrived after over a week. Contacted TFT and they then sent 2 more items. The other they ater told me they didnt have in stock and said it was discontinued! Disappointing to know TFT advertise discontinued items and allow you to order things they don't have in stock. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Excellent advice on which cables to use for my electric vehicle both in UK and France. Accelerated delivery and great communication. First usage of the cable with inline RCD and reverse polarity adaptor in France this week over the festive period. Worked superbly. Quality product and great customer experience overall.

This two hour excursion included driving the rim of the ancient volcano above Akaroa to see the harbor and local plants. Our guide Benoit or Ben. a 8 yr inhabitant from France was very knowledgeable about birds, plants and conservation. He explained the 50 million possums that have overrun the country's forests. We examined 4 wooden boxes places on a hillside with a single opening that contained one or 2 blue penguins that would quickly hide their faces and huddle at the back of their man made Burrow. You have to be quick to capture a picture. I was hoping to see some coming onto shore but that occurs very late in the afternoon. My biggest concern was we paid more than $100 more per booking than the $65 pp new Zealand dollar on site that is only $42.50 US dollars each.

We have booked a number of cruises with Christina King and the service has been exceptional.
