My daughter had a lovely couple of days at Camp, in particular she enjoyed Physics day and felt she achieved a lot building an electrical circuit, having something to show at the end is very important to her.

My five year old lead a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the various experiments!

I recently purchased GAP insurance for a new car from Direct Gap and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had. It was the first time hearing about GAP insurance and Elizabeth explained everything with ease! She listened to my criteria and explained which would be the best policy for me and gave me the time to explore other options. I chose to purchase with Direct Gap through Elizabeth and it was easy. Elizabeth is a true credit to Direct Gap and I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing GAP insurance to have a chat with her.

A fantastic experience and handled well by James office manager. Very knowledgeable and sorted quickly with a good price. Always use GAP and recommend to all.

Honda CBF 125 exhaust pipe. Honda ones are very expensive. The off market one I got was of high quality and less than half the Honda price. It fitted perfectly. It was delivered within 3 days as promised, free of delivery charges.

It's too bad I buy something from them but I don't receive yet and they said to me it will be delver with in 5 day but now it's 9 days I can't get any information about my order I didn't recommend to anyone to buy something from them

normally we would use a dealership, but in this instance used an independent dealer who recommended broker. Process was very slow and disorganised and rates actually ended up higher than expected. Return calls delayed, also administration error on final paperwork and broker had to call apologising for the paperwork error and if we could re-submit finance agreement.

Didn't get Subaru brochure, but Mazda brochure came 3 days later. Still quite fancied Subaru so went to Toyota Garage to see the closely related F86 but not offered drive (and battery flat on showroom car so couldn't get into boot) or might have seriously considered it, except that Subaru a bit less money. Very helpful salesman at Mazda garage on Anglesey - would have bought MX5 if I could have fitted into it (just slightly too snug) and could probably have negotiated decent part ex for my Cooper S. So, went to Mercedes garage and given an SLC300 for the afternoon which was brilliant! Got very good offer. Bought SLC. Just been round Anglesey with top down. Very pleased.

I asked for a Ford B Max brochure, this was not sent but I received phone calls from a BMW dealer which wasted his time and mine. In the end I went to a Ford dealer for the brochure.

There was one information on the car not accurate, sad 4 wheel drive but its not. Otherwise very helpful information.

Information received was good, but I was quite concerned for about a week that you were charging me twice, as two payments showed up on my bank account as Pending. Some days later, only one payment went through, phew!

DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. Ordered something on Sunday for an event on Friday. Said it would arrive in 3-5 working days. Received no notification that it would not be delivered in time. Had to chase on the Friday for it, only to find that they said they "took too many orders over Black Friday and couldn't cope"

Very good on phone but handler stated he would keep me informed been over a week since reporting accident and still no further forward despite emailing him twice this week he has not replied to either email so I have no idea what is happening with my car. The answers given below are on the initial phone call only since then my experience has been very unsatisfactory

Major communication problems between my solicitors (Allen Barfield) & Mtf which caused so much stress I vowed never to use bridging finance again! Problems with joint / single name forms; how money was being drawn down; various insurance policies having to be in place with certain interests noted etc etc etc etc etc....

As you were were aware I was overseas and made it crystal clear that all necessary searches, indemnities, fees in advance, valuations, specialist reports etc etc should all be done and paid for by me prior to my return to UK so that upon my return it was just a question of signing. The exact opposite happended, compounded by an ignorant undewriter who kept on adding in extra hoops for me to jump through at the last minute coupled with conditions which were impossible, such as demanding the British Embassy in Jakarta translate documents, a complete fool ! The net result of all this was that my legal fees more than doubled from the quote I was given, and the lawyer, was equally frustrated and irritated dealing with poor quality staff.

I ordered 100 mugs for a company gift. The results were terrific. I was worried the photo would not be true to color or high enough resolution, but they came out so well. Absolutely delighted. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly except that I ordered the bulbs not remembering they were 220 V instead of 110 V and we live in California. So I couldn't use the bulbs but other than that it was awesome and I loved the packaging, plante saving materials.

I booked Sam a number of times in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and I knew when I got pregnant again a few years later that I would definitely be booking her again. Her massages are so relaxing whilst being really effective for helping to treat the various aches and pains of pregnancy. She really knows her stuff too and is clearly so passionate about her work and the whole subject of pregnancy, birth and beyond. I've tried massages elsewhere - Cowshed etc. and they are never a patch on Sam's. She gets you into the most comfortable position, which is obviously so important for helping you to relax, and uses lots of different sized cushions for support, not to mention her delicious smelling massage balms. I really can't recommend her enough.

Bought this as a gift for my wife (25 wks pregnant). Highly recommend Sam - she was relaxed professional, and the result was a very happy wife.

We had previously used Mundy's for renting properties (and were never disappointed). They have always had an excellent reputation in Lincolnshire and you can see why. A lot of estate agents are super pushy and all about the sales and lose site of customer service. Mundy's don't fall into this category thank goodness. Everybody we dealt with was super professional, friendly and went above and beyond. We actually sold our house within a few hours! Huge thanks to Phillip, Tom, June, Amy and the rest of the team, you were all just fantastic.

The cabins (we had Cadell 45) were perfectly big enough, the lounges and dining room elegant, the food extremely good, and the bar prices very reasonable indeed for a captive audience. As for the crew, I particularly want to mention Amanda. All the crew were good, but she was totally outstanding. Mature age people in hospitality are the best !

Item the "Sherwood" bench stated please allow 4 weeks for delivery but only took one week. delivery service let me know when it would coming. very pleased with quality and design. I took my sister to the Solana Beach store to stock up before her new puppy comes home. Devon was amazing and so helpful and got us set up with all the essentials and the fun stuff too! The store was fully stocked and easy to shop. They provided masks and gloves if you need them and I was impressed with the safety precautions they are taking due to COVID.

They had advertised by 3 grippy dog toys get one free, when I did my check out I was given a 10% discount on all four toys but did not receive one free. I contacted the company through their phone number and left a message and have not heard anything back.

We had some issues organising the included features - eg it was unclear when we had the driver and when we had the you'd tour, so we ended up using the driver for you'd and having to pay extra when it took longer. We then missed the ubud tour proper. This may be due to booking the holiday only a week prior. Booking was simple, and particularly great given our short timeframe.

Everything was excellent except our transfer did not show up on our arrival, we eventually made contact with the driver and finally got our resort 3 hours later!

after many hours searching the internet to try and book the best holiday for myself and husband the nightmare was over the moment I phoned MyHawaii and spoke with Francis she got everything we wanted booked and done for us

The agent booked our return flight from Maui leaving less than 1 hour to get our connecting flight from Honolulu to Australia. She also booked a car in Maui that was the smallest possible car available and would not have fit luggage for four people.

I received no reply to my initial reply, so after a week I rang and made booking. The invoice I received had incorrect banking details, so my deposit bounced back. I sent an email, and got no reply after 24 hours. I have since made 2 phone calls, one to correct a mistake on the itinerary that had us checked out of resort and not leaving airport til next day, and the second to get correct banking details to make deposit. It’s been 5 days now and I still have no receipt for my deposit. Guess I’ll make another phone call tomorrow.

Extremely disappointed that the cancellation costs after just one month is extremely expensive!!!! This should be highlighted not stuck away in the small print. Cost more than another months premium to cancel Buyer beware indeed !

I ordered these items 6 days ago and I have NOT received them yet. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday - deadline 16.00 hours. I waited in all day. There was no delivery and no telephone message. Then they were supposed to be delivered today - deadline 13.15hours. Again they did not arrive and no-one contacted me. The salesman from My Lights whom I contacted has been trying to find out from APC what is happening. The delivery depot is obviously at fault here. I hope my experience has not been shared by other costomers otherwise you would quickly go out of business.

I get our tags from My name Label every year and they do an amazing job everytime. 4 stars this time because I don’t like the white band that came with the tags. The black ones were nicer. Maybe give customers the option to chose the colours they would just like you do with the tags themselves. I still highly recommend them and would be back next school year!

We received some amazing personalised french pastries and champagne to help us celebrate :-) Ben was always prompt and helpful with my questions and he was truly dedicated to making sure we enjoyed our time away. Everything about our holiday was great, I would not hesitate in recommending MyNewCaledonia to all of my friends and family - AND HAVE!!!

Good Quality insurance but as usual with all insurers no loyalty benefit.Next year will be tough keeping its loyal customers as some of the the insurance companies are going to give loyalty bonuses and prices will fall. Why we have to change to get a descent quote is just greed.

This is the third time I have booked with the my holiday centre group and the representative that provided customer service, Charlotte - was the best that I have had and ultimately was the reason that we booked.

We have used My Thailand to organise all our holidays to Thailand with excellent results. We have returned to My Thailand on several occasions because their package deals are such good value and travel arrangements organised for you. Highly recommended!

I had to ring after 3 days to confirm that our accommodation was available and had been booked. This was despite being told orriginally that we would be notified the next day. Information was given clearly and this delayed phone call was only necessary because the operator was unable to intact the resort while I was on the phone.

the main problem is that the booking isn't controlled by the one agent we have a booking for 25 I have paid both deposit and made a payment via b-pay and have not received any confirmation of payment received have sent a copy of the receipt and have only had an out of office reply and the return date was over a fortnight ago

Today we bought two pieces of furniture in the warehouse sale for a very good price - only tiny bit of damage on one item (reduced for sold as seen). We rarely buy new furniture as are keen on reuse and freecycle but dont mind with Myakka due to it being fairly traded and local retailer.

I received good service and was very pleased with the product bought.....the only small point I would make is that I requested the delivery date to be changed to the day after the arranged delivery date as I was t going to be in ,however that didn’t happen and the item was delivered on the day mentioned when ordered

We booked months early for our train trip from Brisbane to Cairns and 5 night motel stay. On booking we requested to be seated near each other in the train and rooms near in the motel. We have been trying to ascertain where our seats have been booked for four weeks now but keep getting put off by Rebekah who says she is over worked and can not get to out tickets until a week before travel. To day we are contacted by Rhian Purcell who tells us we are seated near each other in C6 and C7. On further enquiries we find that we are at one end of the carriage and our elderly in laws are at the complete opposite end of the carriage. Service by staff that we have been forced to deal with has been extremely poor. They have left things so late and refused to deal with us early when we wanted that it is now too late to make any changes. The last reply I got was that we were the last to book some two months ago and that it was our fault. This is in complete opposites to Ash who booked and took payment for out tour who told us that we were the first to book the holiday. I am now unable to believe or trust anything being told to us by Rebekah and Rhian as the lie to us and refuse to accept any responsibility for ruining our holiday. We will NEVER EVER book anything with My Cruises again and I urge anyone considering to deal with this company that they should look elsewhere.

Due to the lack of communication and conflicting stories I am requesting a full refund of the $800 I have paid as a deposit. A email has been sent to reflect the banking details and I wont be accepting anything less!!!
