I have the utmost respect for the Bristol office, I thought it was professional how I met my consultant and they have often met the school staff that I work in, this is certainly not the case with every recruiter. There were a few minor delays in getting me on board but it is worth noting this was not Protocol's fault. I like the fact that after each placement they take time to get feedback from the school and from me in how each assignment is going for both parties. I sincerely hope to carry on working with you soon for the foreseeable future, once schools are fully reopened.

I have worked for Protocol Education for the last 6 months and in that time I have had the ability to work in a range of schools that has catered to my strengths as an educator. This has occurred due to the hard work of Marie and Hollie finding suitable schools that have been relatively close and ones that suit my availability. I know there have been times when I can’t work due to family commitments and they have been professional in their understanding each time. Marie and Hollie will often call or communicate via emails or text at the end of the day or at the placement of a new school to touch base. I have been impressed by their professionalism throughout.

Visited Protyre on Sat 22nd Feb to have my two front tyres changed, I had pre booked my appointment and paid online. As advised in the email confirmation I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment at 1.15pm. I was informed that there were several people in front of me and so I would need to wait before they looked at my car. They did not take my keys until 2.40pm, so I wonder why I was even given an appointment time when they advised that it is more a case of just turning up and waiting (ended up being there for nearly two hours). I had also paid for tracking but was advised that they didn't have the equipment at the moment and so I will need to come back another time. On top of this the online booking system charged me twice due to a fault on the website. I was advised that this had also happened to several other customers that week as well. It was however quite easy to get a refund by contacting Protyre direct - but was an added hassle I didn't really need. To be fair the staff were really nice and helpful and my new front tyres are good, but probably won't use Protyre again.

I was very pleased with the service received at Protyre Fareham and will definitely return.

It’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to get my order after paying the most expensive shipping option.

My 3yr old daughter has been totally free from flue and any infection maybe because she has been intaking Pro Ven Probiotics since she was 6month yr old!

Well looked after by David (tour manager) even when the difficulties of vegetarian catering arose almost every day. Good hotel and well shepherded around central Portugal.

Paul and his team are always helpful, easy to contact and quick to react to any problems e.g. change of flights, times, etc. Making a booking is straightforward. Have used PTG on quite a few occasions and will definitely be using them again. Would certainly recommend them.

PT Pioneer is an extremely valuable tool to help you become a CPT. Tyler has developed a great system that makes is so much easier to understand what is important and what to focus on. I would highly recommend PT Pioneer to anyone thinking about becoming a CPT!

I'm a spin instructor and was interested in getting an PT or GF instructor certification. I started getting emails from Tyler Read about the PTPioneer site and it helped me research all the most recognized fitness certifications. It also has up to date information on all the current deals.

I felt it was efficient and not complex ,, and considering the cost reasonable the stuff sent via internet was of the present technology correct and again efficient ......

What do i think i spoke to 2 different people who assured me that this ins had been cancelled as per my request and no payment would be deducted and would be confirmed by a personal call back however i have just had paynent tajen from account 2 days late so it certainly could have been stopped and now an email thanking me for purchasing their product at over twice the price i have secured alternative product for with higher cover They are just out to rob you

Previous customer, David Price is 1st class for his customer care, this is the 2nd time he has handled our new car purchase and was every bit as proficient this time as before. He told us the day the car would be collected the time was arranged and I drove away at the time arranged.

Lee went above and beyond to help me with buying my first car, he threw in extras, offered to polish out marks, made up my personalised plates and even managed to knock down the price. Perfect customer service

The service I received from Pullman Sales was very good and friendly... Sadly let down by the VW company in not having owners manuals ready when the car model was released to me and I still do not have one two months later, which is THREE months after the model was released to the public. Something that is even more ridiculous is that there is nothing online even about model, essentially leaving me with a car that I am unable to enjoy completely in fear of doing something wrong with the settings.

Couldn’t be more happy with Puppy Buddy and Veronica for making it possible for little Pippa to make it to Texas safely. Our new puppy is healthy and the cutest little thing we have ever seen. I was really worried about flying such a tiny puppy but as soon as we opened her crate we were smothered with puppy kisses and she seemed to have no issues about her trip. Highly recommend using Puppy Buddy. Very professional and informative with the process.

Veronica helped me, now she doesn’t work there? Service was average, flight was fouled up, ended up getting sent the the wrong airport. And I’ve yet to receive the “3 month puppy box” advertised. Would I recommend, eh, maybe.

Our Inn to Inn in Andalucia walking holiday in September, together with additional Seville, Córdoba and Granada extensions, was arranged perfectly for us, with efficiency, expertise and attention to individual preferences. Pura Aventura's local knowledge and dedicated staff helped create for us a combination of activities and experiences, which introduced us to the real Andalucia, in cities, towns, villages and the tranquility of the open countryside. Walking was delightful, with deserted tracks and lanes, shady chestnut and cork oak forests and pretty villages to discover. Food was superb in all its delicious freshness and variety. Accommodation, from inns to city hotels, was unfailingly excellent. Special mention though of the Balcon de Córdoba in Córdoba, the Posada San Marcos in Alajar and Casa Olea in the Sierras Subetticas. Guides in Seville and Granada provided fascinating introductions to these cities which helped us to make the most of our time, while Angel, who looked after us so wonderfully in Aracena was an attentive host, together with his wife, Lucy, who cooks divine meals! All in all, a holiday to remember and one we would recommend unreservedly to anyone looking for enjoyable walking in lovely surroundings, excellent food and warm hospitality.

Pura did a superb job of customizing a road trip of the Carretera Austral in Patagonia, Chile. We usually plan trips ourselves, but with this one, we knew we needed help. We chose Pura because of their in-depth knowledge and personal relationships with providers on the ground, as well as their travel values. Notably: 1) The itinerary was well thought out 2) All of our lodgings were excellent, having been personally vetted. 3) The customized guidebook was our bible; it contained all the information we needed and more. 4) Our guides were highly knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely consider using Pura again.

Not great at the moment - as I ordered on the promise of a 5 day turn-around and three weeks later they tell me that they are waiting for an item to come into stock. It is a shame as they were helpful until this point. But with my wedding less than 2 months away this delay (and no information is as yet forthcoming as to when the item will be in stock I'm getting worried). I just hope they redeem themselves soon.

Very swift, all three purchases I've made with them were processed the same day. When I had a question about a parcel that hadn't arrived they immediately looked into it.

i searched four companies for my new van, Pure vans, went out of their way to locate the van i wanted and kept me completely informed of costing, availability and any dealership problems, in particular Chris Williams from the sales team is one of the best sales members i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, would i recommend this company? I preferred to buy from local dealers but when they don’t/ won’t offer what you want or when they do it’s at exorbitantly inflated prices (aprox$350). Living in W.A. ( Wait Awhile) I was expecting a wait of about 10 working days, pleasantly surprised to receive it in just 6 days & as ordered . I am a convert to on line shopping . 1 Don’t make a mistake with a customer order; 2 don’t ignore the first two emails they send about the error; 3 don’t disbelieve them and refuse to send a replacement until they send photographic proof of the error; 4 don’t make them take a day off work so they can (a) sign for the replacement goods and (b) send back the incorrect package.

I bought biscotti biscuits 2 boxes first order was a £1.00 cheaper & beautifully packed great biscotti though. 2nd order not so good boxed but as I said great biscotti

Love system but customer service not greatest on getting back

Explain that I should have the water run for 15 minutes before my next time begin to use the water.

Parcel arrived within 24 hours. Very impressive speedy service.

Manager Jason did good job in terms of providing detailed information and negotiating on our behalf and can’t complain about his level of service. However Stonebow law services were up sold to us and they by far are the worst solicitors I have had misfortune to be involved with. No one covering staff holidays and sick has led to move being delayed by weeks. Lastly the aftercare provided by Pygott was poor, house we were purchasing from your move and they were chasing our solicitors, house that purchasing solicitors were chased etc. Your moves after care was fantastic and without a doubt helped us to speed up the process unlike Pygott after care staff.

I dealt with Pygott & Crone as a buyer. As a buyer, all I can say is that I will not be using this company as a seller.

Unfortunately latest renewal created some confusion: 1) I reply to email for Travel Insurance saying company does not need to renew it 2) response comes that ALL remaining insurances for company have been cancelled 3) I reply that the intention was that ONLY travel insurance should be cancelled 4) I hear nothing for over a week 5) I finally phone & speak to someone, who ensures Tax Liability remains in force 6) I get a reply to my email from a different person saying they cannot see any issues Somewhere someone failed to coordinate or got the wires crossed!

Brian Lambert was extremely informative throughout the annual audit, he gave additional guidance which was very helpful in continuing to produce ongoing internal processes and audits.

Chris is really a good consultant, he explains everything very clearly and gives good examples. It was very nice to go through this training with him, and it was not boring at all, as is the case with other training.

Me and my daughter have enjoyed our stay in Dolly Blue last summer, it was last minute booking and I was so glad I chose Dolly Blue. Hospitality was over and beyond what I have expected. I will definitely book again.

We are four ladies who spent a few nights getting away from the realities of life with drinks and a hot tub. Hosts absolutely adorable. They welcomed us with chats, we said hello to their two spaniels and the free range hens that were strolling around. We were helped to our Yurt and shown how everything works, including the very awesome wood burning hot tub. Then we were left to our own devices. The cows and the views were also beautiful. Tranquility at its best. We will definitely be returning. ;-)

Coming from Australia and unfamiliar with renting holiday accommodation in the south of France, we were very happy with the assistance Quality Villas provided throughout our booking and rental period. Questions and emails were promptly answered by staff both in the UK and France and we felt well looked after at all times.

We were told we would be greeted by an English speaking person but were instead met by a French lady who spoke no English and her ageing mother who had gone along for the ride. The washing machine did not work for first part of our stay despite previous occupiers having reported that it was not working. The living accommodation was somewhat shabby and not what we expected of a quality villa. TV did not work because some previous occupants dog had chewed up the controller. In short advertising was over described.

Nick and Teresa’s service was absolutely exemplary right from the start, above and beyond the call of duty at all times. We particularly appreciated the reassuring flow of information throughout, their proactive approach and calm, professional attitude which took us safely to completion. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Quarters Residential Wokingham to any new or potential client.

One of the UV security marker pens was faulty. Dismantled the pen to operate poorly aligned switch. The led is not as bright as the other. Poor quality.

We have previously owned Quingo scooters but when my husband died in July I decided to get a new Classic. I was able to use the solid tyres and the wing mirror from his scooter. With the Classic's extra miles I have been able to go into town and keep a hospital appointment without the worry of lack of power. I love it!

I love my Quingo, I lost confidence when I fell off a previous scooter, but when I did a test drive on my Quingo my confidence came back immediately I couldn't wait for my Quingo to arrive thanks to your salesman he was great with me and reassured me I was going to be ok, and I was. We will shortly be leaving on another Rail Discoveries holiday to Italy, and have already booked another holiday to Switzerland for 2020, because our experiences with Rail Discoveries have fully met our expectations.

Required an extra night in London before departure and rail tickets included in the holiday offer were missed off but all was booked straight away and recevied the tickets a couple of days later in plenty of time.

I've used Dave Glover and his team for years and what they don't know about rail travel isn't worth knowing. I'd thoroughly recommend them

The service provided was good but the tickets were only e mailed and I had to print them myself and was very expensive £34 for 2 rail tickets under £100!

I have used this company for the last 29 years and always found them excellent, with an amazing choice of different activity holidays in the far corners of the world. I would particularly recommend them if you are a single traveller like me.

I tried (twice) using the on-line booking form to reserve 2 spots on a Walking Holiday recently, but was not able to complete the transaction. I wondered if it was because there is a field to enter "county" under the address section. Since I live in Canada, the Province of British Columbia - where I live - was not listed on the "county" drop down menu. There was a field for "Country", where I had selected "Canada", so don't know if that should have overridden the need for filling the "county" field. Just guessing that's the reason I was tossed off twice! I telephoned long distance to complete my booking directly with the Ramblers Holiday office, and as usual, they were extremely helpful and efficient and completed the reservation over the phone, emailing me my confirmation immediately afterwards.

The racking is good quality and reasonably priced, delivery was within 4 days so pretty good, so v-happy.

one of the packages was badly broken and the shelving inside cracked and broken off maybe not your fault but courier will send photos separately.

I tried to order a strong rat bait but the customer services told me I had to have a licence to buy that one. I asked them to recommend a strong one I could buy. They advised me and it is really effective.

Rave simply do wot they say, provide an excellent choice of freshly roasted coffee beans delivered directly to your door normally within 24hours of receiving your order. I've used them now for the last 8months with no issues only great tasting coffee

Ordered Friday......presumably roasted n packed Monday.......arrived Tuesday. All good!

Recently switched to decaf & this is the best brew I have found after some considerable research ******* Six stars!!!

I love coffee but due to illness am unable to have caffeine and the purer the decaf the better. Raw Bean decaf pods taste great and were made in a chemical free process using the Swiss water process. It is a relief to have found them otherwise no coffee for me!

Service was fine; took a while to get here, but a long way from England - and near Christmas. Shoe bag fell apart immediately.

Had been with them before but something has gone badly wrong! Paid to use Portfolio as part of Revalidation and platform is full of errors and unusable. In the end, after contacting them about problems, found my own way to do this easier. Don’t bother with the Portfolio as it’s more hassle than what it’s worth. No refund offered either
