I have been looking for David Sylvian albums for a while and they are difficult to find, I have a few on CD but want the vinyl, I found a couple but not what I wanted and the prices were very high too, I am on your mailing list and so had a look, you seem to be the only place with his work in stock and at reasonable prices, I didn't realise either that this is a double album, it arrived within a few days and is perfect, very good quality and beautifully packaged, the quality is excellent as expected, but the music is sublime and gratifying to listen to, you close your eyes and just drift away, thank you for having his works in stock.

I would have give this transaction a full 5 stars if the CDs arrived. I understand the implications of COVID 19 but it has 34 days since shipment via "air mail" A few days after this order I placed an order for other items from a different vendor. That order was from China and was delivered 4 days ago. I still want the CDs and hopefully check the USPS's informed delivery emails daily hopefully looking for a delivery update.

We stayed in the Lynx lodge for 2 nights. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. It’s a great place for sure!

Came up for a weekend trip for my brother's bachelor part. Had an absolute blast 100% of the time we were there. Breakfast was awesome, hospitality was great, dinner was lights out, and the beers were awesome! We CRUSHED white water rafting during high water and the experience could not have been better if it weren't for our guide MATT. He made an automatically fun day incredible and unforgettable. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family up for another adventure. 100% professional through and through.

I have used Northgate over the last couple of months and they have been excellent. I have used their headoffice, who were really helpful in securing us some fantastic deals and have also dealt with individual branches over the UK who have been so helpful and efficient. They deal with all the paperwork including booking forms, inventory/condition reports which is very useful and cuts down on all the paperwork. The costs involved are very reasonable, and they beat all my other quotations (of which I got 6 different quotes all together). The big advantage for our business was no upfront payment (no 3 month or 6 month advance rentals) and the ability to build flexibility into our business in times of uncertainty. Also having many different locations around the UK, it means the depots are in the right location to where our area sales managers are. Most important is our Area Managers are chuffed with their new vehicles. Thank you Northgate.

I have been in my property for 2 months now and I have had no problems at all. They have been brilliant.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

Generally a well organised and smooth trip with a good guide in Krakow and a wide range of educational activities. it may have been good to have some evening activities for downtime as well however.

Good location, decent price holiday and kit etc however were a couple of discrepancies, eg Hotel deposit was 400€ not 200€ and there could have been more options for accommodation. The biggest issue for us is that the 4-6 apartment was simply not big enough for 6 people - if NUCO had presented an option to us for a 6-8 person apartment we would have happily taken it and paid extra, so it would have been good to have that option. The ski school wasn’t great either - I took my lessons with Prosneige instead following a recommendation from a family friend and had a far better experience than my friend who booked through your affiliate.

Enjoyed the ski trip, good price for 6 days of skiing We had nice accommodation, although wasn't ski in, ski out, there was a 10 min walk to the lifts The reps were helpful, although there were a of of them on the coach back to the UK

I was looking on line for labels to iron on my mom's clothing when she was being placed in an assisted living facility. Timing was critical to me as the transition was out of state and I was flying out in a couple weeks. I reached out to them via phone call and left a message explaining the situation. I received a call back in a timely manner and felt confident that I could get the labels in time. I ordered them online picking out the large package. I was notified by e-mail when they were completed and shipped. I was very happy with the service and quality of the product.

This is our second year with Nutrafarms. Our second order was not quite as good as the first. We received items we did not order in error, a few packages have lost their air seal and one of our roasts was all fat and we were unable to eat it after cooking.

Wr have ordered our meat from Nutra two years in a row. Our sales guy is very friendly and informative. The meat is delicious! The only thing that I would change is please bring back the thick cut bacon.

I recieved my order from Nuxe today and I am absolutely delighted. It is a product I use regularly anyway but the offers this time were fantastic. Because I spent over £30 it was free delivery and over £35 I got a free hydrating face mask as well as the free samples. The smell from these products is amazing, pure luxury. I will definitely order some of the products I received samples for next time.

I bought these items because I was given a promo code for $50 because one of your products (portable dock for Nintendo Switch) ruined my Nintendo Switch console by frying the charging circuit. It took Nyko 2 months to replace my console and I then had to re-contact them to get my old console back so that I could transfer all my data to the new one (which also had my copy of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild inside, by mistake), so yes, you did rectify my problem, it just took you longer than I had hoped. Well Done.

We arrived in the Holywood agency pretty late in the day (4.45pm) thinking it would be too late to get a holiday organised but we were greeted with a smile from Melanie who proceeded to whittle down our thoughts and lead us to a decision which required her (and a helpful colleague) to stay for a little while after closing time. I suppose time will tell if the holiday is the right one for us but we came out of Oasis once again, feeling what lovely helpful staff and looking forward to our winter break!

My group of friends and I have been using Odynovo for three years now! The best there is!

We used Karen at Odynovo to plan an 8 day trip through China following a cruise that disembarked in Hong Kong. Karen was great to work with and communicated clearly and often with us to assure everything met our expectations. We were met promptly at each city of the three cities we visited and were guided to our transporatation as we left for our next stop. All the guides and hotels were excellent and we received first class treatment all along the way. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Karen and Odynovo! It was a trip of a lifetime and Odynovo helped make it happen.

I gave you 4 stars for prompt delivery service. After that it was all up to me to put it together.

I have ordered from them in the past and had good experiences. This order is taking a bit longer to be delivered and there hasn't been any communication since the order was placed but I don't think it is fair to criticise too much during the current situation.

I went to OISE Oxford for four months to study English. I love all of my teachers, and everyone else whom were also there with me during my stay. OISE Oxford provides tailor made programme. I felt like the courses were specially designed for my needs. I had a terrific experience. I am very thankful for this precious experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this language school to anyone wish to learn English like I did.

OKA have a very comprehensive list of homewares to enhance the home, inside and out. The style and quality are always top class, and inviting. There are many items that would blend into any home, and others that add a touch of zest and vitality. Every time I get their Look Book, I want to buy something - most things, really!

The Pandanus jug is absolutely beautiful and extremely effective at keeping drinks cold (not tried hot yet as it is very warm here in Crete, Greece at the moment). The customer service is excellent although I have to say the shipping is extremely expensive.

Like so may others, we fell victim to the Covid travel restrictions and could not get to our booked accommodation in July 2021. We knew this was a possibility, but we were pressurised into paying the full amount of £4,917.84, or else lose the deposit of £1,720. We were assured we could use this credit anywhere that Oliver’s Travels had on their books and then gave them ample time to find us something similar for 2022. After months of being fobbed off and passed around various customer service advisors, they could not find anything suitable for 2022 or even 2023! Finally we had enough of their antics and requested a refund, only to be told the booking is non-refundable and that is their “final position”. They have told us they do not hold our money and yet can offer us accommodation anywhere else on their system and pay our money to that owner. They attempt to hide behind unreasonable terms and conditions, so our next step is legal action against them and MasterCard, as this company needs to be exposed publicly. You may see this review in many places from now on! They have our money, they cannot provide the service we require and have no legal right to keep it. We have been left without a holiday, disappointed children, £5000 poorer and a belly full of frustration. If you were up a creek, Oliver’s Travels would say you weren’t entitled to the paddle you already paid for! Simply AVOID, scroll on by, but WARN YOUR FRIENDS about them too.

The first two properties I requested turned out not to be available, although it showed the dates as free on the website. However, the staff in the office were so helpful in finding us an alternative, even though we were looking quite last minute. Would definitely use again.

I was able to order online on a Friday evening & I believe I had my items within the week.

I ordered 2 day delivery and tracked it. After 2 days the delivery disappeared and rescheduled for a few days later which made the delivery 7 days later. Nobody called me so I called and got the delivery cost returned to me. I asked to be told why this happened ie. the package broke, the wrong items were shipped and recalled etc.. I promised a call back with an explanation and never got it. Make me leery of ordering again

We traveled to Nairobi with British Airways we could have continued on to Kilimanjaro airport as there was a connecting plane. We could have then spent two nights at Serena mountain view instead of staying overnight in Nairobi and getting up extremely early to catch the plane to Kilimanjaro. Our return flight from Zanzibar could have been delayed until 1900 hours as the B.A. Flight did not leave until 23.50, the same time as the Kenya Airways flight. This would allow us extra time in Zanzibar and not 5 hours at Nairobi airport waiting for our flight. The holiday itself was excellent everything was perfect from our pickups, Julius who drove our transport and the lodges we stayed in. I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday and your company it was fabulous.

The Eurostar journey from St Pancras to Brussels was on time. As was the return trip. Both stations were busy when boarding. The Park Lane hotel in Brussels was very close to the station as we requested. We had excellent service. The hotel was clean. The room was very large and well laid out with comfortable beds. The breakfast had a great variety of quality food. To sum up the short break was a great success.

Even though the product I bought didn't arrive when it was agreed, once notified of the problem it was very quickly resolved and that was within five minutes of the quiery.

I was very pleasesed to get my digital scale through OneWeight ; first they adviced me about the appropriate product for my needs , the price was competitive; payment , dispatching & tracking of the product through the mail was first class .

This is the second order that I haven't received, I placed an order in January still did not arrive, called in February, some one told me should be with me, end of march the January order did not arrive, I placed another order mid March, end of March now still hasn't arrived.

I ordered Garnier Fructis total clean for men as I suffer with psoriasis and its the only shampoo that helps, instead I am sent Garnier fructis strength boost, the wrong shampoo, I ordered 12 bottles thinking it's the total clean as that's what the order was for

Took a full week from the order date to send the goods yet was charged for the goods 2 days after the order was placed. I generally expect invoicing to be done on the same day as it is prepared for delivery.

I contacted open property group about selling one of my properties which had tenants in, I wanted to make the sale discrete so it wouldn’t upset my tenants, and open property group complied with this. I was very impressed with their service.

I had never thought of using a company like Open property group until I saw there advert in the daily mail. I ended up selling my property to them after they gave me a good cash offer and also paid my solicitor fees. They were true to their advert quick and hassle free.

I have had no issues with them, and have so far received one £25 voucher, it's great and works really well

Some questionnaires will time out with no warning or finish halfway through saying “this questionnaire isn’t suited to you” etc without saying why, it can be annoying when you’ve spent over 10 minutes just for it to say that without explanation

Option skills really surpassed my expectations , in particular my tutor Tony helped myself from start to finish and gave me the confidence I needed to complete the 8 weeks. He was patient, knowledgable and helpful. All other tutors was friendly and helpful too and a good vibe around the college was created by the staff.

Everything was excellent, the guides especially Sam was 1st class knowledgeable and very helpful. All arrangements were minute perfect the accommodation was excellent. One of the friendliest countries we have visited and will visit again. Only disappointment was Eygpt air, worse airline we have ever used. Checking in it was obvious that preference was being given to lacl travellers not the way to increase tourist numbers and coming back the safety brief was not given until the flight which was late had reached cruising altitude. The most dangerous part being take off had there been an emergency on the runway no one would have known what to do.

Could not fault service from beginning to end of holiday it was a first class service the guide both in Cario and on the Nile cruise was very knowlegable and made the holiday an unforgettable experience.
