Have booked holidays with Suffolk Secrets for many years now and have always been completely satisfied.

A lot more could have been done to provide us with realistic feedback when selecting this property, as we had 2 children and this cottage was not ideal due to stairs and access to property at night upon arrival.

Called Gary’s mobile Sunday and was amazed at all the stock they carry. Really appreciate that you did my delivery next day. Your delivery guys were first class doing a non contact delivery even removing my old suite free of charge. Good luck for the future. Nice to see local businesses going the extra mile.

I booked a two bed two bath suite. I was skeptical because the same suite was not available on any websites. After I booked through you I called the hotel and sure enough, I only had a reservation for a studio suite. Luckily I called or two couples would have been stuck in a studio. I will use your website again to find what hotels have suites but will use your competitors websites to book the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms seemed clean at first glance, however, I learned later that probably was not the case when I called in after my stay to learn no one found my grooming case (which was hanging in the closet) nor my swimsuit (which was ******* on the shower rod). I left the ironing board out, so housekeeping would have had to fold up and put in closet, which they could not do without bumping into my grooming case. I can only assume that they either did not clean the room very well, or stole or threw away my items. Either way, the rooms are poorly cleaned or the housekeeping staff are dishonest. Sad to think I have to choose between a dirty room or an insecure room.

Really amazing range of teas and there is something for everyone.. including a reasonsble amount of decaf as well. My favourite is the mint choc chai or Apple loves mint. Turkish delight makes a nice floral change to my usual. Prices are competitive and deals are good too. There is also a wide choice of gift bundles and accessories. Loose leaf teas and tea bags are available.

Excellent service, easy ordering and quick for current time, a few days. Will purchase again. Love the Dark Cocoa Tea.

I would recommend offering the option of including a 63mm mdpe to solvent weld coupling. I had to order mine after installation cost additional postage

Good delivery time but not all bits as ordered 63to 110 sewer connection not with order, phoned up straight away was told they would phone back, did not I then emailed still no reply and no connector at a cost of £44.00 this is not a small amount worse than that cant finish job very poor service.

This is the 3rd year I have used Sun hat and again I am not disappointed, fabulous service , prompt response to any queries and emails. I cannot praise them enough , truly a 5star company !

I hope this review helps you all make the right decision when selecting your soray foam contractor. We (my husband and I) have always heard of the drastic changes in energy efficiency when using spray foam (let's agree that's a given across the board) so what is the deciding factor? Price? Check the average density on that quote and you will find that it is no where near what Sunlight offers as a standard. Worth noting, Ira and Sunlight STILL bid lower than over half of the estimates we were presented. So, price shouldn't be the deciding factor. After tossing and turning over it all, I had a revelation! This entire time, Ira and Sunlight had been coaching me through it all. I took customer service for granted and once I realized that, it became so clear. This review is part 1 of 2 (the installation is April 8th, 2016) and so far, we are both excited for the day to come. Ira and Jeremy (Jeremy did the walk through and spent almost an hour teaching me all about what's really going on in your attic, not just spray foam) represent what America has forgotten, and that's customer service. I will check back in after the work is complete but I have no doubt that it will be anything short of perfection.

I recently purchased a raised house, and I wanted to get the crawlspace under my house insulated quickly, so that I could work on the floors inside the house. I called Sunlight Contractors and spoke to Ira on a Monday, and my house was insulated by that Friday! Ira was very informative and reassuring. I had spoken to several other companies that do insulation in crawlspaces, but Ira seemed the most knowledgable about insulation in general, the proper conditions for spraying the insulation, the different types that were available, and why certain types were more appropriate for certain areas of a house. He was able to provide me with alot of information about the specific product they used. They were very accommodating of my desire to have the work completed as quickly as possible. The work performed was excellent. They found mold underneath the house and remediated the mold a couple of days before spraying. I have peace of mind knowing that my house is protected, and I can't wait to see how low my utility bills are. I would recommend Sunlight Contractors to everyone.

Lady named Janet completely messed up my booking the hotel was unaware of us arriving the day we did, she had sent me incorrect documentation too, a lot if confusion. Very disappointing and incompetent staff.

We had a party of eight in four villas, all of which were clean and tidy. The whole Verandah complex is so well designed, the staff are so friendly, the ammenaties seating, pool facilities, beach facilities. Are excellent, and with various sports catered for. The restaurants provided lovely food with a nice variety of foods caterihg for all needs. We all enjoyed our experience and will be going back.

Service dropped off once we'd paid for the trip in full 2 1/2 months before our holiday.

The charter yacht a Beneteau 36i had dangerous defects that were obvious and have been there for a long time. The owner is ultimately responsible for these, and we lost a day charter due to the electrical system failing. It kept failing our whole charter but we put up with it. See yacht condition review below for more details. Base staff however were great. Sunsail customer service was terrific but we feel they should demand a minimum standard of safety of their charter yacht fleet. They lost points for this aspect.

The crew, Miles, Wes & David were exceptionnal ... they made this week just perfect. Their profesionnalism, constant kind attitute, friendliness were a great part of the success of our cruise. Our 7 day flotilla sail from Lefkados Greece was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We met friends from England who were part of our previous year flotilla in Croatia and made new friends on other boats this year. Flotillas are a great way to make friends and sail in a relaxed way Unfortunately there was 1 boat (Nimbus) that clearly should not have been part of the flotilla. The crew was clearly incompetent and was a hazard to other boats. They rammed our dingy with theirs and almost flipped ours over, emptied their toilet tank in a harbor right next to shoreside diners(the harbormaster fined them and Sunsail base received multiple phone call complaints from the diners), chainsmoked in their cockpits next to other boats just a few feet away and in general showed no respect to other flotilla participants. I don't know how they obtained their ICC license but clearly they had minimal sailing experience and no respect for others. The captain of our lead boat tried to have the boat removed from the fleet but was not backed up by home base. There is a provision in the charter contract holding any crew to competent operations and the right to require a paid captain be placed on the vessel. Why was this not done? Sunsail's reputation took a setback when other boaters call to complain of inconsiderate behavior. I would be willing to discuss more details with Sunsail representatives.

We checked out for the boat inspection the evening we arrived so we could leave early the next morning. That morning I ran the engines only to find a water pump on Port side was leaking water. It was not until 3:30 pm before we could get underway. Loosing a day of sailing. I felt this could have been caught by the crew on their check after the charter before us.

Ordered one day arrived next day can't ask for more. Recommended. 8th

We service our van every six months.

We have worked with Superior for 40 years for hand controls. My husband broke his back again after 40 years in a chair. Doctors were forcing him into a wheelchair van. He was not happy about it at all. Paul, from Superior visited us in the hospital and made Steve more comfortable to make the decision he needed to make.

Daniel and the electrician were very good work men and did a good job (although I have yet to try the heating to see if it works properly ) They were very clean and tidy about the house. I would appreciate it if Daniel could call and finish the outdoor pipeline sometime please. I would certainly recommend Surab.

Following my non fault accident everything was organised within hours and the whole process of my car being taken away, courtesy car left with me and my car eventually being returned from the body shop ran very smoothly. Communication was good. No problems whatsoever. Providing my insurance does not go up next year as a result of this accident I will renew with Suzuki again. Thank you.

Excellent and highly professional team that I couldn’t fault.I have been renting my properties through Swan for over 13 years and they continue to provide the highest levels of service and commitment that is second to none.

Although I booked in for 2 or 3 classes I cancelled them at the last minute. No one from Sweat got in touch to see why. There was no invitation to come and have a look round or to ask any questions. The cost also put me off - the £49 trial was a good price but £79 felt a bit steep. I used to do this kind of fitness but haven’t for a few years and have put on more weight than ever so I am aware I’m very self conscious, more so than usual. So my experience of SWEAT was not a good one.

I received a 30 minute sports massage at Sweat Southsea and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Had a niggling injury which was reduced greatly allowing me to get back to training. Would highly recommend.

Made me feel very confident on skis again after 2 years of no practice, kept a reasonably good pace, and very good company!

Lessons with Jason were brilliant - he is so calm and knowledgeable, and made the lessons really fun. I learnt a lot over just a few hours and it really improved my skiing and confidence for the week. Thanks Jason!

The service and products were mostly great however one of the most important parts of the sturdy cake stacker that I ordered wasn’t delivered, making it not so sturdy and quite difficult to use.

Very pleased with swift delivery but disappointed that 1 of the tubs of mini beans has a Best before of Dec 2019 which makes them only in date by a week from arrival.

Sweetcombe 'Office' has always been very helpful over the years we have used them - probably over 5 years. Would suggest they remind owners to check expiry date of fire alarm batteries. We were disturbed in the middle of the night by a fire alarm going off and discovered it was 3 years out of date.

Have visited Middle Mead for four years now, always home from home, very relaxing, nicely furnished, big garden, sky tv, beautiful village with community village shop, 16th century pub, thatched cottages. Ideal to relax with lovely walks round the village too. Highly recommend.

If you trip over a brick in the street you have a choice... Put up a warning sign or pick up the brick... SwimmigFun chose to put a warning sign that the 3 dive sticks pictured was misleading and only one was included. Better remove the picture and keep it simple for those like me in a rush as 'sold as seen' does not apply here.

If I could rate it zero I really would. Was very disappointed in the ‘training’ we received. Was asked to send certificates to prove I was a professional eligible to attend the course only to be told on arrival that anyone can be trained and it’s not certified - waste of money! Traveled over an hour and a half for nothing. Smoothing treatment Leaves ur hair smelling awful and damp when u wash it and doesn’t fade for weeks!

You come across as a company who offers a deposit against the booking but when I confronted almost famous to ask them to take away my £5 deposit for two people that I payed you , the manager was not a happy bunny and didn’t know what I meant. This caused stress through out the people involved.

With one night stops at Brussels, Munich and Turin and three nights at Venice the whole trip worked perfectly. The Interrail Pass allowing UK travel as well was a real cost saver. The only hiccup were that the RER Metro tickets in Paris wouldn't open the gates. We took them to the service desk and they were promply changed. All the hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and tidy. The highlight of the trip was the ride over the Brenner pass in perfect weather as was the return through the Alps from Turin.

Train arrangements all worked smoothly, with ample time for connections and great seat reservations - table for two, window seats etc. Documentation pack was detailed and specific, including instructions on best route from station to hotel, which took all the hassle out of navigation. Hotels were good to excellent. I have recommended them to one friend and will certainly recommend to others.

Having used a couple of other rental companies at the end of 2017 it was refreshing to start booking with Tailored Stays at the start of 2018. We have now done a variety of bookings, monthly, fortnightly and weekly and are now booked in until June.Communication with Mark has been quick and efficient even at short notice we were able to source accommodation when the "Beast from the East" arrived!! They are always readily available to make sure you've got everything you need.

I have stayed with Tailored Stays in one week blocks throughout the year through work and am very impressed with their overall service. Accomodation is well above average, great facilities, great value for money and the little extras make the stay that little bit more rewarding compared to the competition. I would also like to add that the staff are very friendly and helpful and are very good at communicating, which is not always a trait that all in the proffesion have. Would highly reccomend to anyone, business or pleasure.

I've recently returned from a trip through the Austrian Tyrol and Oberammergau. The tour was very good but a lot of added expense for optional guided excursions - you really need to take them to avail of the guide. (These cost a total of €230 per couple.) The big disappointment for us was that we paid Tailored Travel for Category 1 tickets for the Passion Play at Oberammergau but received Category 2 tickets on the day of the play - too late to do anything about it. We had opted for Category 1 when we booked the tour 5 years ago but still Tailored Travel were unable to deliver. What a disappointment to be seated near the back of a theatre of 4500 people! Whilst the extra money we had paid was subsequently refunded it was a big disappointment after such a long expectation of a good seat at the play. Tailored Travel were not interested in my feedback so be careful about what you are promised here!

The service offered and delivered by Trinity Insurance is, without doubt, the best I have received in my nearly 30 years in the military. Very seldom do I promote and recommend due to fear of rebuttal, but in this case I have "No Fear".....

I rang to register two electronic devices on my insurance policy as they are worth over £500. Within a few minutes they were both registered. The process was very simple and the agent I dealt with was very helpful.

I like that I receive many positions on a daily basis; some I am interested in some not, but I like that I am getting information.
