Personnel à l’écoute du client et très sympa seulement un petit détaille à la livraison de mes meubles il y avait 2/3 homme qui déballer leur marchandise au sol il m’était impossible de passer j’ai demandé pardon pour que je puisse monter avec mes meubles ils ont refusé de ramasser et ils m’on dit de faire le tour ensuite ils ont laissé tout leur plastique et déchets à terre

Great service, friendly people, my only problem is i work as a bartender, and pretty much every night, so when i'm free to go to my box, you guys are closed, this is something recent and new, i'd love my box to be accesible 24/7.

In general my experience with Shurgard Årstaberg is perfect, Five stars. Since you asked about the last experience it is one star less because I was in a hurry and had to wait a long time for the elevator when leaving.

J'ai passé une commande d'étiquettes "pictogrammes" sortie de secours et lors de procèder au paiement, les frais de port étaient de 20€ pour un panier d'environ 30€ alors que la publicité mentionnait le port gratuit. J'ai téléphoné à la dite socièté qui m'a indiqué que seul la gratuité concernait une expédition en France ! La Corse n'étant pas concerné par le bénéfice de cette gratuité. J'ai trouvé celà inadmissible de la part de mon interlocuteur. Ayant ma fille en cure thermale pour 15 jours à Jonzac j'ai demandé si l'on pouvait lui adresser ma commande, autre refus. La proposition a été de demander à ma fille de se rendre à La Rochelle pour récupérer le colis (poids maximal estimé 200 gr et encore !!) qui aurait pu être adressé par voie postale pour une somme d'environ 3,00€. Je ne conseillerais certainement pas cette socièté et surtout le comportement d'un responsable vis à vis de ma personne dès lors qu'on m'a fait ressentir que les Corses n'étaient pas Français !!!!

I wasn't expecting much from a set of 5 knives priced at $20. Was I ever surprised at what came in the mail! They are sharp, heavy construction, and nice looking! Now I can throw out the flimsy set I got last year that cost me twice as much! Be pleasantly surprised like me, BUY THESE KNIVES!

I've now completed 2 orders from SiliSlick and I'm continued to be blown away by their customer service, quality of product, and the performance of their knives. I highly recommend their products. I ordered a 5pc full tang stainless steel knife set first. Sadly one knife had the tip broken off during shipping. I contacted SiliSlick and was sent a replacement knife, no questions asked. On my 2nd order, the guys at SiliSlick included a magnetic knife holder and wrote a personalized message on my invoice explaining why and thanking me for my business. Top notch customer service, and great knives at a very affordable price.

I have informed silver cross my buggy is faulty after only one month of purchasing it , its been a couple of weeks since I wrote to them they said they sent out a pack to help my problem which I did not receive & also my buggy is definitely still broken and I am now having to carry my child in my hands when I go out , I am extremely not happy with this company and I can honestly say I have told a lot of other mums about this service online and will not be purchasing another item from them again , I am now having to save every last penny to try and buy a new pushchair ! I only had my silver cross for a month and it makes an awful squeaking sound when pushing it ! I am under Warrenty and silver cross completely brushed off my problem as a fault of my own told me my buggy needs lubricant which is absolute rubbish it’s only a month old ! Disgusted with the service !

I ordered a pushchair that was currently out of stock, but it still arrived the next day! Brilliant customer service on the phone, called to change something on the order I’d placed online, and was given the opportunity to change to the out of stock option. Also I ordered a cosy toes, not knowing it matched an earlier model, this meant it didn’t fasten onto the pushchair although it still looked great, so I called to return it. It was collected the following day and refunded the day after. Very impressed.

I love ties and have about 600. I recently came across Silvio's ties and frankly love them. They also( hate to give any away) make excellent gifts.....

despite advising Simple in 2017 after my wife Carol passed away her name always appears on communications to me.

Bought items at cost. Later had a call to say item was out of stock. Was offered slightly cheaper item and received a refund. Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

Delivery was the next day Issue with light was replace next day Thanks for all your help

We have used this company for the last 8 years, always pleasant to deal with and they always give us good service. So nice having one person to deal with directly, no awful call centres.

I'm disappointed that after two weeks, the order had still not been dispatched. The company do not take calls (recorded message states it is moving premises). Oddly, the payment was taken quickly enough. Promising quick dispatch and then not responding to contact form submissions is overall very poor. I would not place another order with them.

I wanted to match a handle to some I already had from about 8 years ago. I sent a photo and they emailed back with a suggestion - it was perfect. They had the exact handle and I purchased it on their website and it arrived within 2 days. Excellent job.

I used to be with them a few years ago. I have just been investigated by HMRC and have been found liable to pay 10s of thousands of pounds in back taxes during the period being with Simply Paid!! Do not trust this company, it may seem great now, but you'll be paying like me, eventually. You can't even get them to answer the phone.

The friendly, efficient service provide by the staff ,the willingness to advise and assist from the first day of contact. The wonderful service provided by my client manager Larna Markham has been exemplary.

The delivery driver was rude to people on the yard saying he couldn't be expected to move the pallet at his age (is he fit for the job?) He then refused to push them back against the wall which was less than 2 feet. He left them blocking the passage way which meant I had to unload them from the pallet & stack them by hand. Previous drivers have never had a problem pushing them back.

Sitters have been a life saver I have not been able to enjoy a rare night out in 6 years since I became a mother until a friend told me about them I can’t believe I haven’t known about them in that 6 years but since joining last year I have had 4 nights out using sitters I didn’t always get the same sitter as my first choice was busy on two of the days I booked but each sitter has been great I highly recommend sitters my children loved them as they would play games and read books whit them

We did a 3 week trip on the Trans-Siberian Railway, booked through Skanda Holidays . We travelled from Moscow to UlanBataar. Highlight of our trip is Lake Baikal . We stayed about 65% on the train, eating& sleeping, 35% in local Hotels & Restaurants. From the dining car to our own private coupe was excellent .

Chalet was very clean, fire lit every night and our host was loved by our children, making pizzas with them and really finding out their food likes and dislikes.

Great location but one young girl out of her depth catering for 6 people at breakfast and dinner. Not the usual standard I'd expect from a catered chalet.

We loved how well our 2 yr old was looked after and the flexibility of the staff. The facilities were just what we needed, staff friendly and you managed to arrange some great snow too!

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Great group of guests added to the holiday and location of chalet and good amenities rounded it off. Highly recommend and will return next year

The booking of our ski holiday for 2019 was handled very efficiently by the Ski Independence staff and we look forward to our winter break. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and obviously knew their ski centres!

This is our 4 th consecutive trip with Ski I. I always speak to the same member of staff, and if he isn’t available then someone else helps immediately. An example of how things should be done! Thanks Craig and all at Ski I!

Jennifer at ski weekends was superb and able to get us a great multi generational family ski trip, despite our many tricky requirements. After not skiing with my Dad for 26 years and my sister for 17 years - we will be skiing in the three valleys along with two of my three kids and my niece too. Jennifer was knowledgeable, patient with us and took the stress out of what would have been a lot of logistics.

I was served by your agent Paul, who was very timely and direct in sorting my situation which was time sensitive! He knew exactly what I needed, and got a quote to me within the hour which covered everything I asked for. I booked the policy in before it would become unavailable at midnight and the online client worked perfectly. A lovely smooth process which stands out from the usual hassle of insurance organisation!

The airline lost my baggage and they sorted me out with temporary ski gear in order to go skiing and not spend my day hanging around the resort waiting for my luggage.

I made two bookings with Skiddoo which I was very happy with except for two small issues. The first was a return trip to LA on Qantas at a very good price.....Wonderful but my only issue was that you had to pay quite a lot extra to choose a seat on each flight (4 in all). The second was a trip on Alaska airlines. It said no baggage but I will have a bag to check in and there was no option to pay for this during my booking.

After making a thousand phone calls and hundreds of emails I didn’t get a single reply after 2 days of trying so I could reschedule my flight! Every-time I called the answer was phone would tell me to send and email. The email response was to call the phone. Absolutely shocking experience at a really difficult time! I will never use this company again!

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

I called in 3 times to check that my progress was as it should be (i had anticipated a shorter healing time) The staff were all kind, helpful and reassuring.

The sack of food had been placed in a cardboard box unlike previous orders from other sources which was just the plastic sack Ordering direct from manufacture was far cheaper than from the last supplier who charged over £50 (Son had ordered previous sacks)

I phoned a Skinners nutritionist, using information from their website, and had a really helpful conversation about my dog's diet. This means I've been able to make a much better informed choice of the food to give him. On top of this the ordering process is simple and there's lots of flexibility in the intervals for regular deliveries.

OMG I do not use fake tan because of bad experiences in the past with other makes but thought ide give this ago and again OMG I’m so so glad I did this stuff is fantastic worked wonders no steaks and went on like a dream, I will definitely be ordering more again I am now hooked thank you skinny tan for making a fake tan that actually looks like the real I am tan just wow perfect in every way **

The order took 3 weeks and still no order (expected a delay due to Covid) but no update from skinny tan and then after chasing a few times was told it was damaged in transit. No update from anyone until I chased a few times and no real hurry to whip a new one. Still waiting for an update as to when o will receive the new one, if it’s been shipped. Delay understood after chasing but not good to have to chase so much and no update as to when I will receive the goods paid for weeks ago.

I have been waiting for three weeks for an answer to an email. Your service is TERRIBLE and you should fix this immediately.

I find doing business on French sites more frustrating than most. I used to shop with Intersport and have an account with them. However trying to book kit this time was so annoying I decided to try you. I am glad I did and will use you again. The staff in the shop were very helpful as well.

Easy process picked up snowboard five minutes after ordering

Booked a ski total holiday in January. Missed our return flights because there transfer bus couldn't pick us up on time. Ski total were well aware of weather conditions and weather warning with road closures forecast more than 24hours in advance and did no planning or organisation to prevent this. Then spent the next few days trying to sort out the mess. Despite being delayed more than 24hours ski total refused to compensate for excess costs of car parking and premium seats on return flight just £50 due to the delay being an act of God (bad weather) not their poor preparation for the widely publicised snow storm the evening before. They also tried to get me to pay my own ski carriage on the rearranged double flight which I knew I would never get back. I would not recommend ski total due to this recent experience.

The guide was very informative and really knew what he was talking about. He got everyone on the bus engaged with each other so we didn't feel like a bunch of strangers. He stopped on the way down so we could get some great pictures. When you show them to friends, it's hard to fathom that you could see the clouds just settling on the valley. Interesting enough, when we talked about where we were from, there was a girl sitting across from us and her mother lived down the street! Such a small world!

Joel was a wonderful guide. He gave a nice overview and drove well. The view was amazing along with the breakfast.

Adverts are misleading, I purchased the I love books wall art it shows it above a two seater sofa and it is a quarter of this size, item took more than 10 days to arrive, then when the item did arrive it was of poor quality burnt wood, not the colour I had selected and broken, communication with the seller is poor and unhelpful! I was informed that I could only have a refund if the item was returned in sellable condition, I don't recommend buying from this seller unless you plan on putting your item in a dolls house! Overpriced and rubbish quality items!

Email queries were answered within a day or two. Online booking process was fairly straight forward. However, despite having followed all the procedures in the booking system online, there was a mix up with check-in. When no one turned up, we rang the office and fortunately someone answered and was able to come in 20 minutes for check-in. Luckily our check-in was on a Monday and we rang around 5:45pm. Not sure if anyone would be in the office on the weekends though.

We had booked all our trip to three cities in Italy and I have to say that all were excellent with regards to sizes of the apartments and locations. We were taken care right away by the host and all apartments were well equipped. I have no negative comment to say about any of them. I definitely will go there again. ????

I placed an on-line order for $48. After the order was placed I was contacted by Slice's customer service rep & and the Slice CEO about our order. Slice included samples at no cot, of products we did not purchase in an effort to find what we do need. This was most impressive.

I purchased 2 Pen Cutter Auto-Retractable's. I requested 2 day delivery, for some reason the order was being sent out reg. delivery. The owner honered my 2 day delivery by contacting Amazon, since they sell this product and have them send my order our in 2 days. Excellent Service.

I have had such a positive experience from Slidesrobes (Birmingham - I didn't realise they were nationwide, everyone was local). The staff are friendly and communicate well with each other and with the customer; the prices are affordable; the wardrobes are great quality and have clever storage solutions. I would really recommend going to their showroom in Brierley Hill to get an idea for their style. You should also request a home visit to measure the space and give you a quote - I didn't think I would have been able to afford my walk-in wardobe (and the quotes from other companies were way out of my price range) but Slidesrobes blew me away with their value for money. I now have my wardrobe installed, looking better than I thought it could. I would recommend Sliderobes every day of the week! Shout out to Tony and Sue who did such a great job!

I was really pleased with the knowledge, skills and professionalism of the fitter. His experience and expertise showed through his work. I was less impressed with the company telling him to make the doors fit when they sent the wrong size. But thanks to the good fitter we had he challenged this and said they had to be remade to the correct size.
