I appreciate the service they provide, and as they know our business, their insight helps them to recommend products that are appropriate and add value. They have been very helpful and supportive when we have had to submit claims. Extremely personable staff who are very approachable.

Chris recently prepared and finalised our insurance renewal. We are delighted with his attention to detail and felt he provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

The lady who gave us initial quotations over the phone was superb at least 6 stars for her, but the one who did the insurance placement needs to receive further training I would suggest. She made errors as we fed in the exact detail, and having finally spelt our sur name correctly then sent the email confirmation to a wrong spelling of sur name so not received and had to be chased to get it right!

Amazing company the advisor did everything in her power to help me it took her a lot of hard work but she persevered until everything was done.

I have used this firm on a number of occasions, and they are first class, as far as service and helpfulness on the phone. I had an issue when I came to book my break with them online, since I was unable to complete the booking using that method, which meant I had to ring them up. Great short break 4 nights in Guernsey. Flights included with B & B at the St. Pierre very cheap. Guernsey Travel did us proud, answered all our queries and were very helpful. Would recommend anyone going to Guernsey to get in touch with them.

I have been thinking of having a hair transplant for a number of years I finally went ahead having read my reviews of different clinics here and in GB and when I saw the number of people coming to HRBR from the UK I met Dr Collins last week and after a great conversation all my questions were addressed and I’m delighted to say I’m booked for my procedure and can’t wait if your lack of hair is bothering you DO something about it.

I have had two highly informative and productive meetings with Dr.Siún Murphy. I have female pattern hair loss which is unfortunately in the middle of my forehead. Very difficult to disguise. I have been using Regaine for a year. Initial response was slow. I now painstakingly apply with a Q-tip dividing my hair in long creases ear to ear. This has proved very effective and my hair is filling in. I am continuing for another year with the option to go for transplant if I feel the need. I had to get a flimsy fringe cut to disguise the loss. Happily my"widows peak " is returning and I am growing out my fringe. Regaine makes my hair curl and our damp climate causes my hair to frizz so I am relieved to be growing it out. These are small problems in the scheme of things, as a health care professional myself I am well aware that this is a small issue. Despite this it became a quite a big issue for me. I was always conscious of the bald spot and anxiously watched it and looked at older balder women in horror. I had thyroid blood tests etc but could find no cause. I believe it is an under treated problem in women. Hair changes are dismissed as a side effect of menopause ,stress or diet. Early intervention is better before the hair follicle dies. I am quite evangelical about telling people about how effective Regaine is. I believe its better to be open and remove the taboo of female hair loss. I wish some one had told me earlier. I was stupidly nervous about booking it I dallied. If its an issue go and have a consultation you have nothing to lose except more hair!

I was 26 or so when I saw that I was thinning out on top. A reminder of my own mortality. I simply didn’t want to go bald, so I did something about it and went to HRBR on a recommendation. I’m on a quarter of a Proscar tablet per day, and I’m 34 now and my hair is pretty much as it was when I first went in to HRBR, with some gains, particularly the darkness and thickness of my hair. I’ve had no surgery. I see Dr O’Connor once a year for a consultation. Without him I’d be bald by now. I couldn’t recommend HRBR enough. All of the staff are great and very professional. I’m in and out in no time. 5 stars.

I got a hair transplant a few years ago and I was so happy with the service provided by HRBR. The care I got was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did a lot of research before selecting HRBR because when you are getting a transplant you want the best job possible. After lots of investigation, I selected them and I'm so glad I did. I used to get my head shaved for years before I got the transplant. I now got to the hairdresser every week and I have hair style!!! Amazing experience, Amazing staff, Amazing results.

Got my Curlformers within 3 days. Not hard to get the hang of at all. They're actually fun to put in and the results are amazing.

I finally received my order, however it had 9 clockwise and 11 counterclockwise curls which was very disappointing for me. Because it’s also not the first time I order something from this company (the company may check that by my email - I had other orders shipped to Russia) - and those times I also faced problems with super long shipping and not equal number of curls in one kit. And once there was a short hook included in a kit for long hair. Well I guess it’s my bad luck that I usually have problems with this company. I don’t understand how the company that sells items with such a good quality cannot hire people who know how to count and put equal amount of curls in each set, insert a hook of appropriate size and start working with a strong shipping company! And unfortunately I cannot be sure at all that the future orders will be fine...

I had to get three estimates for probate purposes for selling my father’s house. Beforehand I was wondering how to choose which agent I would use to sell the property. All three were very pleasant and helpful but Wayne Hill, the Hall & Benson manager was the only one who did any homework beforehand. He bought along indications of what the local houses were selling for (and he had sold two of them). As I live some distance from Belper I was kept fully informed by text message about visits and got regular telephone feedback. All staff members were helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Poor service we where constantly chasing them and having to push the marketing of our property and once it sold the service was non exsistant the only communication we had from them is when we called them very poor experience from start to finish we would not use again and definitely would not recommend we could of sold the property at a fraction of the cost also we where informed at the start of our sale the buyers where cash buyers which turned out four weeks later they weren't when we questioned this with the office they said no you got it wrong even though we had a memo of sale from the office saying our buyers where cash buyers in black and white !

Really disappointed to find that Halo's bank with Barclays who were unable to transfer my GBP 16,000.00 to my An Post ( Irish Post Office) Bank Account. I was able to make the transaction online from my Nat West bank account and have just transferred a further 16k with Currency Solutions who bank with RBS and had no issue transferring the funds. Really disappointing that I will be unable to use Hailo for any future transactions. Have to say that everyone was really helpful though and tried their best, but ultimately it meant that 5 days later I had to have the funds transferred back to me and then i had to transfer via Nat west at a detrimental rate, so i lost out financially on this debacle. Not impressed at all.

They responded immediately about the questions and things I was worried about.I used them 10 years ago as well and had the same great experience. Of course I would highly reccommend them

Having bitten the bullet and decided to buy my childhood dream a 1971 Mini Cooper S before the price rises even more I needed a cover to protect my pride and joy! I have used Hamilton before a while ago but forgot what a Fantastic personalised service they give with great communication - the cover is great value and the optional logo looks brilliant - I received a call to discuss the cover and when I asked if the logo could specifically have the Mini Cooper S motif on - I was enthusiastically told no problem and was given a suggestion which looks great - so a very happy bunny ! We bought our current house through Hamilton Parker's (HP) in April of this year. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Once the offer had been submitted and accepted, HP then followed through with a flawless after sales service. They kept us constantly updated and were the essential communicators between the sellers, the buyers, the surveyors and the solicitors for both parties. This is the first time we had ever experienced such a one stop shop in estate agency and it took away a huge amount of stress that is normally associated with moving house. They are friendly, professional, honest and extremely good at what they do!

I ordered two black clerical shirts with short sleeves. Both were labelled as expected, but one actually had long sleeves. I can't be bothered to send it back for exchange as I can use it as it is. Also I noticed how black the new shirts are. My previous one, after many washes, is now a medium grey!

I delayed formally opening my account because of a delay in receiving my “welcome pack” It came eventually after a phone call but I put the delay down to the current day to day problems. The actual process of investing went smoothly however and I would invest again given the right circumstances

I tried to make my initial investment by cheque, one of the ways shown line, but it was not delivered and I telephoned only to be told that mail was being delayed by 6 days due top Royal Mail staffing problems and that I had been advised by text to my mobile. I did not receive that message.I then paid the total sum by means of BACS on 2 consecutive days as the sum involved was greater than the permitted by HSBC on per day basis. This was the only hiccup with opening the account. which otherwise went very well

Arrived at my house at reasonable time and the engineer went about his job without any fuss.. he explained the working of the lift chair very efficiently and left me premises clean and tidy.

The Rep came round to the house the day my father was discharged from hospital. He treated my father with respect and involved him in the decision making process. He estimated 10 days for installation and this date was met. We had regular calls from the company before installation and the employee who installed the stair lift was excellent. Can’t recommend them enough!

The letterbox was extremely well built and sturdy, much more so that then one I was replacing. The finish on the letterbox was really good and exactly as shown on the web page. Fitting the letterbox took 5 minutes. Good not be happier, would definitely reccommend HandleStore to anyone looking for these type of products.

I really enjoyed my day at Happy, The venue was nice the trainer great and I came away feeling that I had learned something that would be valuable in my personal and professional life. The only draw back was the reception/lunch space was too small for the amount of people attending courses that day and it was rather chaotic at breaks and lunch time.

I thought it was an excellent course / good location and a really good vibe overall - the trainer made the course interesting all the staff were really lovely and helpful and the ice cream on a very hot day - nice touch !

My dog has suffered from pancreatitis and has recently been on vet recommended food. I ordered this from another website as Happy Dog didn't stock it. Two weeks down the line it hadn't arrived so I ordered my usual low fat Happy Dog which I was pleased to discover had only 7% fat. A week later I received my Happy Dog a few hours before the one I had ordered from another site THREE weeks earlier. Happy Dog normally deliver the next day so to deliver within a week considering the current circumstances was very good. Well done to Happy Dog.

Very good quality, easy to fit, quick release clip to remove glass cover to change the bulb, 2 bulbs is what I needed so if 1 stops working, the other one will continue to work until I get time to change it, beautiful design, highly recommend

Good products but they seem to be extremely lacking in basic social skills which is a great pity. Here is my case. Because of their lack of response to my email apart from a bot reply telling me it would take 3 to 5 days before they would email me back, I threatened to leave a bad review in another email several days later, if I did not get a response. I still got no response. You see they sent me a link to review their product and I hadn't gotten the product, so I thought it might have gone to the wrong address, hence my email querying delivery. As I got no response to either my first or my second email several days later I left a bad review. Below is part of the over the top reply I got from Markus after what I have stated above. You can make up your own mind if this is the type of company/ people you want to deal with. I want to make it clear that the only threat made was to leave bad reviews if I did not get an email response. I have to also make it clear they responded to me in record time once the review went up. I see from other reviews online the response below is very typical of how they respond to customers and I have seen other customers quote similar terminology online in relation to this company. ''We do not respond to abusive messages and we will report any threats to ourselves or members of our staff to the police. We will not respond to any further communication from yourself.'' They also told me that they had actually reported me to the police. I am however not expecting a call from the police any time soon because the whole thing is ridiculous beyond belief. I will never buy off this company again.

We've had both water kefir and milk kefir granules from Happy Kombucha and the quality and vigour of both products have been very good indeed, better than anything we'd previously bought from various other suppliers, both UK-based and abroad. The water kefir granules were supplied some time ago and they've continued to multiply at such a rate that I've given away more than we need for our own use. The milk kefir granules (2 sachets) arrived only days ago and are already producing a good product in quantities equal to our needs.

We had our driveway from Harbron Home 3 years ago and it developed a problem we contacted Gareth Murray head of operations and they have relaid our whole driveway under the guarantee with no quibble that’s Gareth well done

Monday morning 20th January dawned bright, sunny and frosty, it was just after 8:00 am when 3 cheerful faces appeared, on the due date, and announced that they had come to replace my existing but aged timber decking. After a brief discussion about their proposed programme, a look at the task in hand and a warming cup of coffee, they set to work with, what I can only describe as a giant tooth extractor and soon had some of the existing boards up. The boards were efficiently transported through the conservatory and stacked at the side of the house for disposal. By mid afternoon the boards were all removed and the sub structure inspected for reuse, it was found to be in good order. I was informed that the new composite boards were due for delivery the next morning so the team would do a small adjustment on another job but expected to be with me late morning. Men and boards duly arrived the next day and work commenced on laying them in position. I was informed that they would be back the next morning. Wednesday dawned and two of the “lads” arrived on time and continued laying the new boards, there was a visit from “the management” to check on progress, which was going well, and the job was finished by late afternoon, a quick hose down and tidy up and they crept away as if nothing had occurred. The garden was transformed by the upgrade, HHI were on time and kept to their programme and, very importantly I was kept fully informed. The staff were polite, obliging and cheerful and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with their work, management also made a second visit to ensure that the work was satisfactory. We are “over the moon” with the result. Three day that transformed a garden. Well done HHI ( by the way- every bit as handsome as the radio ad what). We wish you every success in the future.

I bought a necklace 6 months ago and it broke, when I politely asked them for a replacement or refund they flat out refused me as they said it’s without of the 30 day return policy. I then sent them an email threatening action from the ACCC and they quickly contacted the seller who said I could send them the necklace and they would “assess the damage” even though I sent them a picture of the damage.

I have to rate their service as 5 star l live in Spain and order from them on a fairly regular basis. I've never been disappointed

the so called independent inspector's firm is employed by your selfs on contract !!!! the inspection of the bed was a joke it consisted of the inspector lying on his back and bouncing up and down and pushing the mattress with clenched fist in various areas of the middle of mattress not really checking the fault on the left side even the pictures in the report are not off the faulty side ????

Extremely poor service, no-one seemed to know what was going on with the order and instead of it taking 6 weeks (which is what we told when we bought it), it took nearly 11 weeks............by anyone's standards this is extremely poor. We won't be shopping with you again.

We purchased a leather 2 seat and 3 seat sofa and it arrived within the expected time frame. However, we were advised the 2 seater came apart as we ordered recliners to get it in our house but when it came it was not in two pieces and we had to get out a glazier to remove a window to get it inside! The delivery drivers were very patient waiting for the glaziers to arrive and we thank them for their understanding. This could have been avoided with more correct information when we purchased..

I think that Hastee is a lovely app which helps you to receive your salary earlier from 10% to 30% it is good for if you want to save your phone bill or something

Hatton Jewels were amazing and helped me create the perfect engagement ring with my partner, we will be back soon for wedding bands. We actually bought my ring a couple of months ago but then went on holiday straight away and I forgot to write the review I wanted to! Anyway, we were looking to update my engagement ring. I knew I wanted a three stone diamond ring. I made an appointment and was asked to send a photo of a ring I’d already seen and liked. They also asked approximate budget. When we arrived we were made very welcome by Becki. She discussed with us again what we were looking for. She then showed us some beautiful diamonds she’d selected for us. She explained clearly about the differences in the stones - sizing, clarity etc. We then decided exactly what we wanted and how they were to be set and agreed what we thought to be a very fair price. A couple of weeks later, I popped in to pick up my ring. I’m not sure exactly what I was actually imagining, but it was even more beautiful. The whole experience was so much more special we felt, than visiting a high street jeweller’s shop. Becki was so warm and friendly but always professional. We are delighted with the ring and would thoroughly recommend.
