I’ve been using Nane It labels for 16 years. Always a prompt & efficient service with quality labels thar STICK. We relocated to Australia for 6 years. After one purchase from a local supplier I returned to getting Name It labels posted to Australia as a far better product

I have been buying shoe labels and covers, iron on name labels and sticky name labels for many years from Name It Labels. However, in real terms, I've not needed to buy them regularly as they are so durable and long lasting. The quality of the sticky name labels are fantastic - for example they last a long time (years) on water bottles and don't come off just start to fade. The shoe labels, especially with the covers, last longer than the shoes and they get alot of wear..8 hours a day including a 2 mile walk to school and back every day. I struggle to pick them off the shoes when they have been outgrown. The kids love choosing the label colour and image from the website and are excited to see the labels they designed when they turn up. Even when ordering during busy periods ie end of school holidays, the order is always processed quickly.

2nd time I've had Elise Namgrass installed, having moved house. Excellent product and having done a lot of research, wouldn't have anything else. Grass looks more realistic than others, very hard wearing and always had complimented from people when visiting. Mine was installed by South West Artificial Grass of Bath and I cannot fault these guys. Highly recommend by product and installer.

From start to finish they were an excellent company A very friendly surveyor Ron came round to give us a price he left four samples to choose from, we received an immediate quote which included a very long walk up to house and all to go through my house as it is terraced They then managed to fit me in quicker than my original date which I was really thankful for All the men that came to my house were so friendly and did a fantastic job, I am so happy with my grass it looks amazing And it’s so lovely to walk on and even lay on it feels like a plush carpet but looks so real. Highly recccomend luxury lawns

I recently purchased some items in the online shop sale. At first the indicated discounts were not applied and I had difficulty using the gift card. I wrote to complain and received no reply until I wrote again when I was asked to try again but again had to ring to get satisfaction and nobody from the shop ever communicated with me directly. A poor do from a prestigious organisation.

Shocking confrontational customer service. I ordered a car and was advised that the interior would be a particular colour (on quote and order confirmation email). It arrived with a different colour (lower spec and price) and the company simply do not care, are very argumentative and confrontational and simply pass the buck on to CAP saying it was their error. Would strongly suggest that you spend a little more and go with a reputable firm. It appears they have the lowest prices and lowest service. Suppose you get what you pay for… Will now have to contact the BVRLA and the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you choose a car and colour scheme don’t use Nationwide as the car you get might differ from what they advise you will get! Be warned…

Ordered vehicle 4 months ago and still no delivery date, I understand the manufacturer may be the cause of the delay but communication is pretty shocking. I only get a fortnightly email saying your order is still with our supplier, we will continue to chase. This sort of commumication is acceptable if the order is still on schedule but after 4 months you would expect them to put pressure on the supplier and give a more detailed and personal update. Currently trying to arrange a car with another company and will be cancelling this once another is confirmed.

Having very sensitive skin I was desperate to find skincare and makeup that wouldn't cause an allergic reaction. I ordered face cream, eyeshadow and mascara. All items were lovely to use. I am going to order further items with the knowledge that they will be safe for me to use. Delivery was quick.

For the first time since 1977 I can wear makeup again! Would like to see foundation and corrector added. A green eyeshadow would be nice as well! Thank You I feel like a girl again!

My friend and I purchased a nearly 2 week bespoke trip to Tanzania, which included a safari to the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCAA) and Serengeti and ended with a few days in Zanzibar. We worked with Natural Highs' Africa Specialist Catherine Ronan to plan the trip and she was a delight to work with. The breadth of her knowledge about Tanzania and the details of planning a safari made the whole process easy and virtually seamless. Once she got an understanding of our timing and what type of trip we wanted, she prepared a few potential itineraries and worked with us patiently via telephone and email until we settled on all of the trip details. I am based in NYC, my friend in Bangkok,and Catherine in the U.K., so communication had the potential to be complicated. I cannot imagine a better safari than what we experienced. Primary on the list was Catherine's selection of Nomad Tanzania for our private guide and camps. Our Guide, Cornelius, was the best Guide one could ever imagine. His knowledge of Tanzania's wildlife and fauna was truly amazing, and on top of that he was incredibly personable. I was also quite pleased with the two Nomad camps we stayed at (Entamanu on the rim of the NCAA and the mobile Serengeti camp). Both camps were well very appointed and equipped and far exceeded my expectations of what a camp would be like. The staff's at both camps were professional and attentive and could not have been nicer. In addition to the two camps we had short stays at Meru House on the day of arrival and Gibb's Farm for one day on our way to the NCAA. Both properties were beautiful. As we had 1.5 days at Gibb's farm, I got to experience more of it than Meru House. I highly recommend Gibb's Farm to anyone going to the Arusha area. The property and its staff were truly amazing. In Zanzibar, we stayed at the Kisiwa in the Stone Town area of the island. This was another excellent selection. Like the other properties on our itinerary, the property was also quite beautiful with a rooftop restaurant with fantastic views of the area and ocean. Zanzibar was a nice transition from the safari and the perfect place to prep for the return trip home. All in all, a remarkable trip!

Northern Tanzania/Serengeti safari and South Zanzibar. 4 Sept 2016 Can't speak highly enough of the service they provided. I was new to a holiday of this magnitude and they provided a great itinerary based on our budget and aspirations. I was told I wouldn't be disappointed and the holiday was everything I hoped it would be and more. Vanessa looked after us and the fact that she had travelled to all the places we went to, helped re assure us during the planning process. We went with our two grown up kids 18 and 21 and the memories will last forever.

I ordered the dog food on Monday night following the Prime Minister’s announcement, not knowing if I was going to be able to get to the pet shop to buy it. The delivery came on Thursday afternoon. I was kept informed of the progress of the order throughout. Excellent service.

Naturediet is about the only food one of my dogs can tolerate without suffering from colitis so it gets a big thumbs up from me anyway. It is made with simple good quality ingredients which cause no digestive problems for her. Normally I order through a well known online company who seem to have fallen over during the coronavirus crisis with my last order taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On this occasion I decided to order direct from Naturediet. I was both surprised and delighted when my order arrived less than 48 hours after I placed it. Highly recommended for both quality and service.

The website provides very clear information about the composition and analyses of the dog food, and the food is consistently high quality. There is a good variety of raw meat and the freeze dried Superfood Crunch (I bought Rabbit with Cranberry this time), is excellent both as a meal or because of the handy sized cubes, very good to use as treats. Much better than soya based treats with artifial flavours. Always good service.

I have bought Natures Menu food for some years. Now its even easier to buy online. Fast delivery and well packaged

The Customer Service Operator with the FSS is the best I have seen so far from being here in the UK over 3 years. I can’t think of anything they can do improve their services. But just to continue being helpful, professional and dedicated. You can't improve on Excellent. From start to finish communication was excellent, the operator and Rob Allmark were helpful, friendly & utterly professional. I felt totally supported the entire time. With my debt in control, I can live again with a small monthly payment and about £10,000 of my debt written off. I would highly recommend Mr Rob Allmark , and the Financial Support System to anyone I know to be in financial desperation.

After using my daughters neal and wolf blonde shampoo and conditioner I knew I had to buy a set for myself, it’s really good shampoo well worth the money and such a brilliant delivery not only did they give me alerts as to when my parcel was going to arrive the delivery was very quick too, they also sent me a free trial of their every day shampoo set of which is also great so i’m Now going to buy that set too.

My daughter went to the hair dressers and they used the shampoo and conditioner on her hair She loved it so purchased it

I had call to contact customer service this week and was impressed by how quickly I received a response and then how quickly everything was dealt with. The minor issue I had (I just wanted some information re: returns) was dealt with entirely within 24 hours (that included a first response within the hour). I would shop with Needle and Thread again, secure in the knowledge that the customer service is first rate.

2 weeks and not delivered yet

I was unable to find my extras on line, and had some queries about room aspect and location, so decided to do continue my booking by phone The assistant who answered my call was not able to answer my queries, and put me on hold for 5 minutes for each question. After 20 mins I ended the call and phoned back later to get another assistant. Eventually booked, but not as good as usual

As a first-time customer of Neilson (booking a one-week ski trip to Andorra) I was totally impressed by the quality of phone assistance, including especially the knowledge and friendliness of the staff (had been skiing in Andorra herself). The website was also well above average for a booking site of this kind. Incidentally my parallel experience with MPI (for travel insurance) was also excellent.

I was contacted through live chat as website went down on me and was not sure order was finished ...so that was fine and then i was asked if i wanted a catalogue which would be great and also a saffron bag for being patient and also as a customer that travels up to 3 hours to our closest store ....however paint arrived and no catalogue or bag so slightly dissapointed

I ordered 5 cushions - when the order came one of the covers was the wrong colour - called customer services and another was immediately dispatched - can’t ask for better service. Also the staff handling my call were courteous and empathetic.

I havent recieved my order yet and it has been over a week and I paid for next working day delivery.

I 'phoned Customer Services yesterday to report that a lid of one of the 9 litre boxes was missing and, too, the packing of the 9 litre boxes was unsatisfactory. In fact they arrived bound together with brown Manila tape only (not in a carton) with a piece of carton on top (strapped with tape) with my address on it. The yong lady in CS was apologstic and said that a repalcement 9 litre box would be sent to me and that I would have al lthe details emailed to my by 5pm yesterday. I have received no email. This is my first tome rdering from Net Giant and may well be the last

One of the best days on snow I’ve ever had! Julien did such a fantastic job of working out where to ski. He introduced us to some fabulous off piste in Val d’Isere even finding some fresh powder. His care and professionalism was evident throughout.

I went there today. It all looked like a professional setup, but I said I didn't have enough for these packages and they said, give you 3 for £50. I never got the photos I should have got over We Transfer. She took me downstairs, the assessor, before she even verfied the transaction. Its £50, went poof. Such a huge disapointment. BIG AVOID! And after I booked? Not too long in my Statements I got two payments being made that I didn't recognise. One was Pizza Hut. The other for Viva GO Events tickets for £444 and that I did recognise. To which then Fraud were getting in touch, because that was a big Payment to be making. Which I never made.

Such a disappointment Such a disappointment, because two representatives from this company called me to congratulate me and invite me to a photoshoot for the following week. I had spoke in depth with the agents (one being the photoshoot director for the day) , where we ended on positive notes. At this point I had felt excited ( an emotion I avoid with modelling agencies due to previous disappointments in the past). I paid my deposit and started my plans to travel to London - only to receive a call back from the original agent with a cold tone stating ‘I’m going to have to cancel your photoshoot’, with not much explanation other than ‘we have already met the criteria for this season’. Very confused and baffled I replied with ‘ok’. Unfortunately this was an experience never expected - and to this present feel utterly confused and disappointed. To contact me first to tell me my application was shortlisted to drop me in the same breath makes no sense, and I only wish this agency didn’t contact me to ruin my day.

You would have gained 5 stars if I had not been ignored when I said I wanted to think about it - I need to see if my RETIREMENT income can cope with the premiums, not my current income, but I wasn't allowed the paperwork on the quote until I gave my bank account number and a date to take the first premium. THEREFORE I will NOT be progressing further with this application. The young lady I spoke with was lovely not her fault that the high pressure needs to be applied at the end of the quote as all I asked for was A QUOTE!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed :(

We have been using Nexpay for a few months now and it has been a positive experience. Straightforward regarding paperwork to transfer to, savings have been made and have been kept up to date regarding future developments. It's so easy to stick with what you know , but we're pleased we made the change.

NO CONTACT FORM IN ACCOUNT OR ON WEBSITE PAGE! DO NOT USE !!!!! You pay them and in the event of a claim they hire a company to do the job which hires another company to repair the device. Paid 1 year and 6 months, then £75 excess, now I have to pay in full FOR THE WHOLE YEAR because I made the claim, BE CAREFUL! THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE PHONE TO THE SAME CONDITION!!!! I send my phone to be repaired to the same state when I took the policy, NEW, and it came back with the same wear and tear and they ARE CLAIMING THEY DO NOT REPAIR COMSETIC DAMAGE!!! THEY TOOK THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS, THE EXCESS AND THE YEARLY PAYMENT NOW BUT THE PHONE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED BECAUSE ONLY IF YOU HAVE A PHONE WHICH CAN CAUSE YOU HARM THEY REPAIR ACCORDING TO THE PERSON WHO DEALT WITH THE CLAIM!!!! I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL COMPENSATION BECAUSE I AM FED UP WITH POOR SERVICES LIKE THESE!!

Nice Pebbles are to be congratulated for the consistantly high level of service they have provided us over the past 10 years that we have been going to Nice for our holidays. This visit to Barracuda was our only repeat booking. At this price point location location location stands out and the recent soft furnishing makeover is a bonus. Perfect? Well perhaps not. Some TLC in other areas would not go a miss guys so do yourselves a favour in this respect.

We have stayed with Nice Pebbles 5 times, 4 in this apartment & we’ve never been disappointed. The key pick up this year was so much more convenient.

I was pleased with NMG Aftersales and would recommend them because having dealt with NMG for the past two years, I find they definitely live up to there statement "No One Goes Further Than NMG" They are always courteous, keep me fully informed every step of the way, and nothing is too much trouble. All in all a very good service for customers.

I ordered Mongolian beef, it just tasted of Chinese five spice

We rang and ordered and were told it would be approximately 30 minutes. We arrived half an hour later and paid and waited another 15 minutes. When I asked how long it would be they couldn't even find our docket. When they did finally locate it they said about 15-20 minutes. I then said we'd already waited almost an hour so they made ours straight away. There were other people in the store complaining about wait times and wrong meals.
