I was so excited for my trip to Spain in March of 2020. Unfortunately we all know what happened. The sad part is the way the company handled things when shit hit the fan. Per CDC guidelines you could still travel to Spain even though Covid was ramping up and it was clear things were heading south quickly. They connect you with the people you are travelling with via whatsapp and all 8 or so of us had some real concerns. Some had approached Flashpack individually for a refund, but had no luck. We approached Flashpack together as a group and their response was as follows. Per CDC guidelines there are no travel restrictions, but since you all approached us as a group we will allow you to reschedule. No refund offered. 3 days later a travel ban was put in place. Had Flashpack had it their way we would have been trapped in Spain. The company ended up declaring insolvency and while they sent out different ways of trying to get your money back, none of those worked for me and I lost $4k, got no trip and not even a sorry. They ended up reopening the company under another LLC. So I guess I just donated to the Owners who are probably living it up in a penthouse somewhere since I doubt they suffered much given all the money they stole. I hear their trips are great from other reviews I've read, but I believe in Karma and if you do too than you should not support this company.

I just got home from my first international trip in almost two years and I'm so glad I did it with Flash Pack. I chose the Colombia trip because it sounded amazing and my high expectations were met. Everything was so well organized, from the pace, to the transportation to the accommodations and the meals. I didn't spend more than 5 minutes feeling hungry the entire trip because there was so much delicious food and surprise treats along the way. All of that was great but the best part of the whole experience was the group! Everyone was really interesting and well-traveled so I felt like I was with my people. I even already booked another trip with Flash Pack to Sri Lanka along with three other people I met. We haven't even been home a week yet, so I'd say it was a huge success.

I like the way it works and the idea is great, BUT…. There are a few concerns to air. Occasionally prize tickets for some items are selling slow, then, just befor they send out the ticket number notifications the last few hundred (and more) are suddenly “sold”. And then the winner turns out to be someone who has bought several dozen tickets. One buyer of tickets for the Indian Bobber motorcycle had bought around 200 tickets. At 5 to 6 pounds a ticket? Does anyone really buy £1000 pounds worth of tickets for a raffle where the prize is used? In the end, the winner had 50 tickets. But even that means an investment of around £250. Several other large blocks of tickets are also evident. 30 to 60 tickets. It may be legit, but it does beggar the question: “Are these fake” entries? I have noticed similar in two other draws and have also noticed on other occasions that the last 100 or so tickets always seem to get sold at the last “minute”. One does imagine “just in case” entries by the site operators. My other concern is the morality of raffling off used vehicles for up to twice the value of a new item. This doesn’t worry me too much, I may still risk an occasional flutter, but I must say it doesn‘t seem very kosher.

Great support from the Good Life Team - when the hot water didn't work on the Friday night Dave from the Out of Hours Team arrived by 10.00pm - we didin't get ot working them - but by 9.00am Good Life Team turned up again and thought laterally and got it all going again - Awesome :)

Good Life were very prompt to deal with any queries - we have used them for about 10 years now, and would never look elsewhere.

I ordered 3 items and 2 of them came correctly; one dressing gown came in the wrong colour. I emailed a few times and left voicemails trying to rectify the issue but never received any word back. I understand that customer service has probably taken a knock but it's been several weeks now. I've now accepted that I own a white dressing gown rather than the black one I ordered. The quality of the items is good.

Would give zero stars if I could - ordered 4 baby blankets, washed them before use as instructed and one completely fell apart. Contacted customer service with pictures (less than 24 hours after buy them) and never received a response - really awful, don’t buy from here!!!

Really excellent service, their surveyor who comes out to meet you is the person who fits them, and he gives really impartial advice as to which type will suit the windows. He made the difference to why I picked The Great Shutter Company because of the fact that he did not give me a big sales pitch. When he came to fit them, he did not leave a mess and made sure we were happy with them before he signed them off.

Service was very good except for the 9 weeks at least that you have to wait for the shutters once ordered. But the shutters are really excellent and Mike is very nice and helpful, giving me free of charge, temporary paper blinds so I had some privacy both downstairs and upstairs while I waited for the shutters to arrive.

I bought a greenhouse auto vent opener replacement cylinder which has been great, just what I needed, unfortunately the packaging in which it came was poor. The cylinder had expanded and ripped a hole in the bag. I think it was probably luck that the cylinder was still in the envelope when it arrived. Great product and service let down by poor packaging.

I thought the Guild Tour was an excellent event. It was my first one and it was really insightful and extremely motivating....I just wish I could apply everything I learned to my daily job but unfortunately I don't have time! Therefore I will pick a few things and focus on those. It was a really good group of people and I'm looking forward to the next event!

She was very helpfull as not been abroad since husband broke his leg last year and she arranged for special assistance at the airport,ringing up while we were there.

Before signing with HomeLegal I informed them that I would need to complete within 3 months, and was told this shouldn't be a problem. They then passed me over to PCS Legal, and after 7 months I still hadn't completed and had to pull out of what was a very simple purchase, with no chain, since my MO expired. Throughout this 7 months I attempted to get a response from PCS Legal, via both phone and email, dozens of times and received no replies. I repeatedly informed them that my mortgage offer was expiring and I would need to complete, but again no responses. I attempted to make contact with them through Homelegal numerous times, and after PCS telling them they would call me, never did. I am now £8,700 out of pocket and after making a complaint to HomeLegal, I received a weak and disrespectful response where they essentially copy & pasted their T&Cs and said its not their problem as they transferred me to PCS. Despite signing the contract with them and paying a deposit. They also pointed to PCS's good TrustPilot score to show that they were trustworthy. However, TrustPilot have put a flag on the account to say they had been posting fake reviews. This again shows PCS Legals lack of integrity. As well as HomeLegals, for continuing to use them. If you want a company to take your money and then wash their hands of you when you experience issues with their service, then HomeLegal is the place to go

ACQUISITION BY DECEPTION - MISLEADING & DECEPTIVE COMPANY It appears home legal direct are somehow getting people to leave a positive reviews for a reward!!! Once you experience the lies and tactic this company adopts to rob you of your hard earn money, you will realise they do not even deserve a 1 star!! I found them on a price comparison site disguised amongst other Conveyancing solicitors, I instructed them in Dec 2021 because they have great reviews on “trust-pilot” and I was given a “fixed Conveyancing quote” of £646 excluding searches or disbursements. I also spoke with their representative who confirmed that this is the only fee I will pay excluding third party fees etc. I can confirm that these are all lies and it is what I will call a “Legal Scam”. Home Legal Direct do not even carry out any of the work on the alleged “fixed quote” they reel you in with, they are simply a Marketing Company that take a Commission disguised as a “File Opening fee”, once you pay them this fee (I was charged £180), you are then thrown to the wolves to take as much bite as they please. The term “Wolves” are Conveyancing solicitors that also pay Home Legal Direct a commission to acquire customers like you and me to be taken advantage of. In my case, my file was passed onto DM Davies & McGrath Law without my consent. This is a solicitor I will never have instructed otherwise as they have appalling reviews on Trustpilot but my freedom to choose a solicitor that will handle my case was taken away by Home Legal Direct. Within a week of instructing Home Legal Direct, I was now at the mercy of DM Davies & McGrath Law who took 7 months to complete my purchase and charged me approximately £1700 in conveyancing fees alone. (A huge difference to the Fixed fee of £646 that Home Legal Direct quoted me). DM Davies & McGrath Law is another extremely “crafty solicitor”, they kept the fees hidden until a day before completion. This is a tactic they adopt to put clients under pressure to find a way to pay their extortionate fees or they will not complete the purchase. They even cheekily charged me an “Expedited Completion fee”(if the timescale between exchange & completion is less than 5 working days) of £48 even though they purposely chose to complete on this day (a day before the lenders deadline). Despite my instruction to Home Legal Direct in Dec 2021 that the purchase will be through my Limited company, DM Davies & McGrath Law were not made aware of this until May 2022 (6 months into the purchase) which meant all the paperwork I have previously signed had to be re-signed again. A purchase which was meant to take no more than 3-5 months was purposely dragged to 14th June 2022 a day before lender deadline. I will be referring my case to the SRA as I feel cheated and this tactic of Acquisition by Deception is very unfair to those that have worked hard to save a deposit to purchase their home only to be deceived into parting with more than they had planned to.

Easy to order on website, delivered (even during these troubling times) within 3 days of ordering, packaged well, and the curtain hold backs very even nicer than the image on the website. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Home Partnership, I dealt with a few members of the team after one sale fell through and a few complication at the start of my sale (with a different estate agent). They were all very efficient and helpful and I always felt that I could contact them. They often got me answers I could not get myself from my own solicitors. We couldn’t recommended hot tub superstore enough from start till 4 years later. Always on hand to answer questions. The delivery went smoothly no problems the chaps who delivered were polite and ran through everything with me. This is the best purchase we have bought and we use it all the time. Nothing better to come home and get in the hot tub to relax your muscles.

I have previously purchased 4 pairs of the booty scrunch leggings which I absolutely love, so I thought I would try the new contour collection. The sizing is great, I found the medium in the scrunch a little too big now but the medium in this new collection was perfect. The material is so soft and as far as I can tell, squat proof too! Delivery was fast. One of the best brands for leggings!

I thought Paul Chuter was an absolutely fantastic teacher, he engaged everyone on a personal level and really got the information across in an interesting way. I got a huge amount out of the day.

I had surgery to an existing implant, with several reviews. There were very good explanations of the various options available to me, and everyone was considerate and willing to answer any queries.

I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone 1st class professional practice under Bill who is extremely good at everything he does and most importantly I had absolutely no pain or adverse reaction. My implants are fantastic.

If you want to know the real score for The Insurance Emporium, look at the E&L Insurance first. Even our Direct Debit we have signed for Insurance Emporium comes as E&L. Don't trust their marketing fluff with all "as seen on tv" and Mr. Benn rubbish. They will put pet policy in such way, so the small text will be nicely buried deep down, while they will claim on the front pages that they will give you the moon and the stars including providing the nice looking coverage for public liability for example, the small print in the multiple exclusions somewhere on the page 18 of the policy will render that coverage effectively useless. So, you will be paying them and then one day when you will log even a tiny claim, Insurance Emporium will refuse it, then they will change the policy at will and they will backdate it to the date when you have logged the claim facing you with the fact :) Clever bunch, dishonest and disgusting, but nonetheless clever... And finally, when you all frustrated will tell them what you think about their dishonesty, they will do nothing better but release their head of legal team who will blatantly threaten you to try to silence you all together. We thank God, the Insurance Emporium have shown their true colours on a minor claim of 389 pounds. What if we would have a real problem and needed more expensive support? If you want to know "what if" in the style of the Insurance Emporium, please read all the 1-star reviews here, on google and other sources. Then you will be able to make your own judgment and decide if you want to risk your pet wellbeing and life. Verdict: The one to be avoided like the plague.

Been paying around £35 a month for years and we had to take our dog to be checked as he was in a bad way. The vet charged over £250. When putting the claim in to these scumbags, we got £52 back!! What the hell is the point in us paying this amount a month???? Its disgusting!!! ? We have now found a new insurance company which is less than half the price and covers just as much as this one! Go elsewhere and save your money!!

Although the products are good, if a bit expensive, and delivery prompt once you have bought from them they will bombard you with marketing emails. You can unsubscribe all you like and email asking them to stop but they just carry on. I've don't buy from them anymore and their emails are marked as harassing spam.

Products are fantastic but it took about 10 days to arrive. Still freshly roasted beans, well blended, delicious teas made it worth the wait.

found the opening process easy I particularly liked the auto loan bit no need to think and after reviewing a selection of the loans I am invested in I have been impressed by the quality of the businesses and the spread so to recap up to now o.k I would( and plan to do so )put extra money in and I would recommend the site to friends etc so thank for a good service ( cant say that to often today ).

Very efficient service but having rented the apartment for 3 weeks, they were unwilling to offer any discount for an additional 4 day booking so we went elsewhere. Such a shame as a small discount encourages a feeling of goodwill, repeat business and personal recommendation.

The London Agent helped us find a suitable apartment at very short notice when a more unscrupulous owner (Airbnb) cancelled our stay the day before we were to arrive. I order *competitor information removed* products onine and the system said these products were available at the warehouse, it let me proceed to the payment and after a few weeks when the products had not arrived I phoned Luggage professionals to be told the products were not in stock.

First order 4W Cabin Roller Case did not arrive in the 10 working day time for my holidays and had not arrived in the 13 day time I allowed. I went on holidays with a borrowed carry case. I have ordered another 4W Roller Case Medium Size and it is now 9 working days and it has not arrived as of yet. I allowed over 4 weeks this time. I know it will arrive, but I would recommend allowing more time. Australia is a funny place but I am not laughing as I can and I do get items from China and America in less time even after clearing customs.

My contact knew what she was talking about as regards the cruise and was also able to take account of extending our stay in Vienna at the hotel of our choice. When the confirmation arrived she had factored in all the connections into the price. Very professional.

Our students have used the courses and website of The Medic Portal for a number of years and have always found their materials to be excellent. The UCAT course is especially helpful and we have also use their online BMAT preparation for students. The up to date medical news and the application and interview advice are second to none and we recommend that any of our potential medics sign up to the site for updates.

Students were given an hour lunch , and finished 45 mins early . My daughter was quite disappointed with whole day . Considering I believe nearly 99 % medical schools use mmi format this should have been included . U certainly would have had time . A wasted £175. Your emails are generally good .

firstly recorded messages in Spain only are useless when one only speaks English. also do as you say you will do, if you are sending a service person for a one hour journey then they should be there within say 2 hours, not 4.5 hours later and also with no updated phone calls. we had problems with the vessel which spoilt our holiday

I was sorry to see that Moorings has no office any more in Martinique. Finally we have received a different boat, not the one we were offered originally. It was the same type, same size, even most of the extra were the same, but not completely. A problem was that it was 110V, without converter and in the Marinas we could have access to the electricity. But the main problem was that we have not received (even for repeated request) for a water hose, making much more difficult to find places where we could re-fill the water tank. Otherwise it was OK, we will continue to be client of Moorings. And we have not received snorkelling set either, it was a big problem.

The booking side was efficient and great but the service out in Tonga was good with the food and drinks delivered and what they couldn't get initially, they brought to the boat later in the charter.

Upgraded to a 40.1, L’Albatros, due to unavailability of a 38.2. It was superficially clean but even on the first day it was obvious the boat had not been sailed for some weeks/months. When unfurling a very stiff Genoa for the first time I found a gecko lizard at home on the sail! At the first mooring I had to spray the mast with WD40 to ease the lifting and dropping of the mainsail. The bathing platform was very grubby, stagnant water where the life raft should be. I had to unblock the drain hole, which took almost an hour. The next morning the electronic plotter and vhf failed to work correctly. Service call made on cell phone. The were further issues with the vhf and stereo tuner which took another three service calls to partially resolve. The service guys who came out, usually between three and four hours later, were really helpful but were unable to solve the vhf issue, we were eventually given a handheld vhf a week into the charter. During the debrief, the Moorings employee was quite shocked to hear how the charter had gone, especially that the boat wasn’t thoroughly clean and that the vhf wasn’t operable. I should have taken photos of the state of the boat to illustrate the problems, not sure you would have been keen to publish them. The sailing itself was excellent, and were the people as always. But if cleanliness and safety (faulty vhf) are compromised, confidence in the company is challenged. We appreciate The difficulties after Irma but we trust the Moorings to provide us with properly serviceable equipment.

I have been chartering from BVI Moorings for many years. Each year the quality of the boats seem to be declining. See attached below. My prior charter had a faulty transmission which was never addressed even when called in. There are to many charter companies available in the BVI to put up with poor quality boats. Next year I will certainly consider other charter options. I discussed this with the manager in Tortola. She said someone would contact me. No one has.

This was our fifth bareboat charter with Moorings and it was the best yet, largely due to your excellent, attentive and professional staff (Sophie, Chris, Patricia, Laurent and Steve) in Raiatea. From the second we arrived to pick up our boat until they saw us off to the airport at the end of our charter, your Tahiti team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Pre-arrival communication, provisioning, chart briefing, boat condition and cleanliness were all perfect. We also want to compliment and thank Roland and Paula who spent a great deal of time with us, answering our questions, and giving us the benefit of their experience when we made our booking and again several times before our trip began.

Lovely people, they helped me in last 2 years whenever i needed them. From releasing equity to selling my home in Newcastle and buying a new property in London i always enjoyed their fast and friendly approach.

I had been thinking about finding iron on labels for my brother's clothes (he is in a care facility) and also for labels I could use to mark coats and items that get left behind. I went online and quickly found you. The online process was easy and the labels came quickly and are very professional-looking. I have not tried ironing one on yet but am hopeful that will be as perfect as all the other steps!

I was pleased to receive the topper so quickly but would have appreciated a response to my request on how to maintain this wool topper efficiently as I usually use feather and down toppers.

Andrew and his father Neil are a pleasure to deal with - proper customer service which is very rare these days. It is the 7th Mattress we have bought from the Odd Mattress Company over the years. We thought we might try the memory foam mattresses - what a mistake that was and they have been sent back. Why I bought into the marketing hype I will never know. There is nothing to beat a properly made mattress look no further.

Cancelled order after 18 days as still not received. Kept being told that there were delays with one part of the order, problems with the couriers, too busy with backlog to process my order, etc. Telephone helpline didn't apologise once until I asked to cancel the order. They told me they didn't have my contact details even though I supplied them with my order. They even told me that they didn't have my email address even though they emailed me the order confirmation. Most unprofessional company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with.

I will like to place on record the excellent assistance and support Jamie, Matt and other Officers in the Partnership have facilitated my employment with Bedford Borough Council. That said, I am equally impressed with the manner you have continue to address issues related to my assignment expeditiously and successfully to date.
