I’ve used Lucky Cloud products for quite a few years now and they suit my skin perfectly. Great ethos, great packaging and gorgeous fragrance.

I have been ordering from Lucky Cloud for a while now and the experience is always absolutely amazing. My parcel is almost always dispatched the same day and Lucy never forgets to include a hand written thank you note, which I find super thoughtful. The products are just the best vegan products out there, especially the face oils - my skin has recovered completely from breakouts and redness. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for good quality, vegan beauty products.

Used for a 3rd and probably the last time this year. Impossible to recommend any more. Major weakness return labels emailed for printing 3 days before return. Very inconvenient when away from home. Labels available earlier by email request. My request this year agreed as no problem but labels not delivered as requested before 8th May, not on the 8th or 9th but 10th, following daily emails from me. Case not delivered to requested hotel address but Congress centre next door due company's use of incorrect database. Collection rearranged from hotel and all my emails answered quickly but

I ordered luggage mule as I just had surgery so could not carry our holiday luggage. We had ordered for our luggage to be delivered to Paris on Dec 21st. When I printed the labels, I discovered the delivery had been pushed back to Dec 24th. I had received no email asking if this was ok or event informing me! By luck I realised it when printing, as by the 24th we had already left Paris and would have spent our 2 weeks of holidays without clothes and with no Christmas presents for the children. I had to cancel luggage mule. I was told this was due to the strikes in France. This is not an acceptable excuse, as in any event we should have been informed. I since looked at reviews online and I looks like many people are unhappy with Luggage Mule. Clearly not a reliable service.

We traveled two weeks along the swcp. Our luggage was always delivered punctually to the new destination. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much. Something bumpy is the order of the service.

My wife and I have used the services of Luggage Transfer's Ltd for three years in transporting our luggage along the SWCP. There has never been any problems. The luggage is always collected and delivered ahead of our arrival at the next place we were booked to stay. My communications with Sue and Ellie have always been amicable and helpful.

Considering I order all the time from Luke and this is my first issue iv really had I think it could of been handled better , i went on chat and said the top has marks on looks faded, told to send photos and email never heard anything back then a new top arrives , I’m not sure what you did to the top To remove the marks from the back but I know it’s the same one returned back due to the front still having the same mark and the top was creased when It arrived not like how the first one come , iv kept the top as I need for Sunday.

As soon as the phone was answered by James, the whole experience was great, knew his products, was great with explaining the delivery and how long roughly it would take as was being delivered from Melbourne to Sydney, ordered and received the same week, happy to have dealt with Lumera and also received a discount for signing up to the site.

The unit I purchased is missing 2x rubber prongs to put the shelf on . I rang on Friday to inform them and he said they were closing down for the weekend and would post them out I haven’t received them yet .

I ordered a second of these card readers. Where as some card readers failed to read some of my cards, this was faultless in performance. It a simple elegant design, small enough to go on your key ring. And how do they sell it for such a good price, postage included.

Product was exactly as described by these guys and was in my hand within 24 hours of ordering! You can't get better service than that :-) Hence I would have no doubt about using them again in the future or recommending them to friends and family or anyone else.

We booked the Lux bus from Hollywood to Vegas, we were at the appointed meeting place prior to 7.00am as requested however the shuttle did not arrive until 7.30am. After the trip to Anaheim we were transferred to the Lux Coach. Unfortunately some on the other passengers were late delaying our departure. At the Barstow stop the trip went pear shaped with one of the passengers reporting a mobile phone stolen from the bus while passengers were in the store. The Police were called and the thief identified from video footage. These proceedings delayed our trip by another hour. Approximately 45 minutes into the journey we were advised by the police to pull over and wait until the police cold return the passengers phone. It was a difficult situation and could have been handled much better. The driver and ****** tried their best to remain professional however the family involved were very pushy and unpleasant.

We have used Lux Bus for several years for our annual big event and while they have always been great, there have been small problems with communication and drivers. However, this year, everything was great from beginning to end. The communication with the company was quick and responsive, and we had no issues with any drivers.

Lux bus has been a valued partner with our company for years--this past year they have gone above and beyond to provide us with the services that we need and are continuing to do so in preparation for 2020. Our company's relations have grown stronger and they are easily my go-to transportation company now!

Recently booked our holiday to Mauritius with this company- very competitive prices with good extras such as massage included within our package etc. Overall a really great service received from Dee over the phone. She was very competitive and sorted out everything very quickly, responding to my emails very efficiently. She made everything very simple to sort. She also was kind enough to arrange us with a free upgrade on our package, which was very kind of her to try for us. Nice little touches as well for example, we received all of our travel documents via recorded postal delivery inside a smart faux leather organiser pouch/document holder (super handy for travelling with), plus enclosed was some faux leather travel luggage ID tags - nice little touch. Would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again to book my holiday.

Good quick service and helpful but consider the system is far to expensive as the client has to supply electrical circuit off the normal house trip switch and plumbing + valve water supply before installation which was done in 2 hours

We purchased the automist system to give us peace of mind as we are at least 15 mins away from closest firefighter station. The installation was performed with professional confidence

M&M staff were polite and patience with me through our, when one and two obstacles came out. They Went out of their way to provide me with a good Customer Care service and assisted me were they could with adequate information, as far as they could provide. I would recommend them to other Family & Friends, in the future. My cocker spaniel has pancreatitis and can get very ill if she eats something she shouldn't. Oralade really helps rehydrate her quickly and she LOVES it. I even give it to my other dog as a treat!

This is the fourth car I have bought from Macklin Motors. I would never go anywhere else.Michael Pinder the salesman was excellent. Really genuine;no pressure and helping with the smallest details. A genuine guy. I would recommend (and have done);Macklin Motors at Dunfermline to everyone at work; and the car has been much admired.I thought Michael was really good because I had my mother with me at the time and he made sure she was ok making sure she had coffee and was happy with everything that was going on. She also is a big fan of Macklin Motors;especially the service department because she says they can't be more helpful. To be honest I can'tsay enough good things about them.

Sales Assistant Micheal went the extra mile in making sure i got the car I wanted as i was very picky with model, colour etc. They also fixed any issues i had with the car and showed that they wanted to make sure the car was in perfect condition before handing it over to me

Hiking stages 1 & 2 of the Camino Le Puy, St. James de Compostelle was a wonderful and meaningful experience in many ways. I highly recommend this trip for its beauty and the spirit the Compostelle conveys. The scenery was unfailingly beautiful and sometimes stunningly so. The scenery changed day by day: from the panoramic views on the plateaus above Le Puy, to the deep river valleys around Monistrol, to the pastoral meadows, pastures and forests going south from Saugues, to the stark Scottish-like moors of the Aubrac, to the wide expanses and unlimted views above the River Lot, to the final day climbing out of the foggy valley surounding lovely Espeyrac into bright sunshine above and making my final descent into Conques. This truly is a gorgeous area of France. Walking through this part of France was, in a sense, walking back in time. The economy is almost entirely agrarian, now supplemented with tourism, and this region of the old Languedoc is definitely off the beaten track and very rural. Villages, towns, and hamlets appeared to have changed very little since their origins, some of which date back to medieval times. A particular favorite of mine was tiny Lajo. After a delicious dinner of traditional cuisine around a roaring fire, my walk around the dark village, surrounded only by fields and forests, gave me the distinct impression that I had left the 21st century far behind. Le Puy-en-Velay, St. Privat, Saugues, Aumont Aubrac, St, Chely, Saint Comte-d'Olt, Estaing, and certainly Conques all deserve to be points of destination onto themselves. And the list can easily go on. The weather held nicely. It was a predictable mix of autumnal weather - steel gray skies, a fair share of bright sunshine, shafts of sunlight peeking through moody clouds illuminating far off fields, and mist and clouds sometimes in the highest elevations. Even the one day of morning rain added nicely to the variation. Fall is a good time to go. The St. James Way in France follows the route of the GR 65 and is very well marked and signposted. Its hard to get lost. At first I used a map in conjunction with the white and red trail markers, but soon came to rely just on the signposting which often indicates the wrong way at turnings with a white and red X. The food ranged from good to excellent and all accommodations were fine with me. All I really need is a clean and dry room and I was never disappointed. I enjoyed the home stay in Lajo and spending the night at the Couvent De Malet within view of the twisted church tower in Saint Comte. The small Hotel La Flore in Sauges was quite nice and I appreciated that Florence and Regis, our hosts, ate and talked with us just as the delightful Madame Soulier did the next night in Lajo. It was like being invited over for dinner with the family. All proprietors and staff were never less than friendly and polite. A special shout out to Peter James, a transplanted Englishman, and his helper (Monsier Robert (?) in Monistol d'Allier. The plan was that I would call from St. Privat for a pick-up. Finding that my phone did not work and all immediate stores/gas stations were closed, I decided to walk the additional 5 or so kilometers. Arriving somewhat later than expected, I was admonished by Peter who had been out looking for me. However, it was evident his advice to get a working phone in case of emergency, though strongly put, was said out of genuine concern and not anger. I was then treated royally and like an old friend. I met some very special people on the Way. If I enjoyed the solitude of the hike, I also came to value its spirit of friendship and camaraderie. There is a definite aura on the Way; hard to explain but there nevertheless. One of the guidebooks I read before leaving sagely predicted that regardless of motivation, walking on the St. James Way, no matter the distance, can't help but effect you in some manner. The book is right. I am already making plans to continue next year. Do make a point of attending the Pilgrims Mass at the Cathedral Notre Dame Le Puy. Whether religious or not and, despite its early hour, the mass is a special occasion and holds a very memorable surprise. Special thanks to all at Mac's Adventure and La Pelerine Travel, especially Mike Davidson who put things together so quickly and efficiently. Everything ran without a hitch. Thank you!

I can 100% recommend Macs for their excellent customer service. Very prompt replies to any emails, even a phone call to touch base . The paperwork arrived early, maps and directions very comprehensive. The app with its download map and itinerary facility is excellent.

I engaged Carole (MAD HR) a couple of years ago to help develop & facilitate employee engagement workshops linked to our Performance Through People programme. I needed somebody with credibility and kudos and able to facilitate and engage with (sometimes unwilling) stakeholders from Field Engineers to Senior Managers……… Carole gave us that and far more besides. What really impressed me was her ability to grasp the brief so easily and fully and then to create and deliver what we needed with such a great empathy for the audience and the sponsor (i.e. me). I received some amazing comments about her workshops from some of the most unlikely of sources ….. including (from a very long in the tooth Engineer) …. “whoever decided to get MAD-HR involved was a pure genius – the best session I have ever been to” …… maybe I can claim a small amount of the praise for doing the appointing but the accolades fully belong to Carole. I would not hesitate to engage her again if I needed to deliver significant people change and/or cultural development programmes.

I really did enjoy my first ever online training experience with MAD HR. I have no HR experience I was made to feel at ease and reassured I would have a better understanding by the end of the day and I certainly did. Naomi is a great trainer, I am looking forward to completing my other modules.

The mattress looks and feels very good our son finds it a lot better than his spring one thank you for you very good service and very polite phone manner, excellent.

We enjoyed excellent knowledgeable and friendly service from the owner Ben. We were able to test the various mattress options. Quotation was immediate, no hard sell. Production of our three piece made to measure mattress for our narrow boat took less than 2 days and it was delivered to Stourbridge free of charge the next day. Highly recommended.

I placed my order shortly before the Covid 19 lockdown came into being and had pretty much forgotten about it when the windows arrived. They were really quick and easy to install and we noticed an immediate difference in the sound and heat insulation so very impressed all round. Great service in a very difficult time.

My order was placed back on the 13th, and here it is the 24th and still no item. I was shocked to see a tracking update that showed it was coming from China. I've bought items from China on other websites before and they took forever to arrive. Some took so long I had completely forgot I bought them by the time they finally arrived. I would have looked elsewhere for this item had I known it was going to be shipped from China and taken so long to be delivered.

I used the car park yesterday and was very disappointed as had to use Pink 8th floor as no space left for me to park on 6th floor. On my return I could not find my car easily as the information said even or odd numbers - I was on 8 so therefore though even number - wrong had to come back to ground floor to bet told pink 8th look was actually odd number - very confusing and not what you want after a long flight

A vevőszolgálat nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, megkaptam az informatikailag nem perfekt kedvezményt is.Sajnos nem 24 db kulcstartó volt benne, hanem csak 6 db, ezt rosszul mondták, de mindegy, mert a termék szép, jó lett volna ha valóban jár hozzá a 24 db kulcstartó.

Leadtam 6 db lépcsőszőnyeg rendelést vasárnap (jan.12.), majd ugyanazon napon írtam egy e-mailt, hogy még + 2 db-ot kérek, összesen 8 db-ra lenne szükségem. A két rendelést külön-külön igazolták vissza, bár nem tették rá csak az egyik csomagra a szállítási díjat. Ennek ellenére az egyik csomagot megkaptam jan. 15-én, a másik csomagról semmit nem lehet tudni. Már telefonon is érdeklődtem, de nem tudták megmondani, hogy mikor kapom meg, pedig mindkét csomag szállítási idejét január 15-re igazolták vissza.

Widocznie ta firma na takich klientów liczy. Więcej nie kupię nic w tej firmie.

Phoned the next day to check details and ask about lift passes (for the age 65+ group) and Carre Neige insurance - James very helpful (as is usual for MW).

They deserve 5 Stars because I’m delighted with the cards, the very fair postage charge and the fact that I can buy Irish cards online when I’m unable to go to shops because of the current Covd19 restrictions. I love the cards, especially the little one with the sewing machine on it as my little granddaughter is getting a sewing machine for her birthday and this card is just perfect for her????

We used Marshall to sell our property - Adam took over our property after us previously having to take it off the market - within a couple of days he had many viewings lined up and within the same week he took over had 2 offers on the table - one of which we accepted and has just been completed. Adam kept us in the loop ALL of the time, was super friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. He really kept on top of things very well and was ahead of the game throughout the process. Super happy with our service and would totally use them again if the situation arose.

Order on March 22 for packets of seeds not yet delivered on 29th April. My account shows a partial fulfilment of the order but I have received nothing. Keeping over £50 of a customers money and not delivering is not acceptable. If the company can't deliver, say so and refund money immediately. I have no faith that I will get what I asked for as I know others have received unwanted replacements. Do not replace plants without first having asked for permission to do so. People should be advised when deliveries are on their way. Other companies can do this in the current circumstances. There is no way to cancel an order. Phone access for progress enquiries has been taken away. Asking for our patience for a further 28 days with no guarantee of automatic refunds if deliveries a minimum commitment.

I ordered seeds and a propagate 7 days ago and have not been given a despatch or delivery date For some reason asking for a review has taken priority over providing information on delivery Why do people do that?

The owner was very helpful and friendly, took his time to speak with us as people and not just a client, very friendly person. My wife left her jacket there and without question text us to say it will be in the post tomorrow.

When my son of additional needs was accused of something by a girl, the teacher didn't believe him or me. Outraged. Also my refund took months of chasing. Rude teacher/instructor.

David is a really good teacher and the atmosphere and energy was really positive!

Avoid. Took the money and cleared all errors. Ignored signs of physical oil leak. Car broke down due to the leak and ignorance of this garage. Owner and engineer were both rude, abusive and bullying.

I've used Martin and the team for over 20 years - they consistently offer excellent service and advice... and very reasonably priced! No nasty hidden extras! If you're looking for a Basingstoke garage (specialising in Volvo and Nissan, but they'll work on any make) then I definitely recommend Martin Matthewson Ltd.

It was an extremely disappointing day for me as I had come a long way from London to photograph the Big Cats , Snow Leopard etc. Unfortunately, nothing could be seen !! Not your fault I know , but I had been before over 35 years ago and done some wonderful photos ( in the non digital age ) and sole some and gave the money to charity. Perhaps you could give me a really special deal on price ( Have to be good though !! ) and I will see how I can link you to a huge data base I have on line here in Croydon. Have visited marwell for over 40 years , with my children and now grandchildren . Feel that have made improvements but some enclosures empty and look run down , and at the cost to get in would not revisit . Even some shops closed on way round . Why not make old enclosures look tidier if no animals being put in . Leopard walk also closed no explanation ?? And didn’t see a lot of animals as weather was warm so presume were in there pens . Loved the baby flamingoes though

One of the pictures I attempted to get was pixelated and the customer service was brilliant, they suggested another photo and still got the masks printed and delivered for the next day. They were if a great quality, looked good and lasted a whole night of dancing and drinking without breaking. Recommended this company for another friends party and would recomend for anyone looking for great quality face masks.
