We joined Hitachi just over a month ago and the start up has not been without its issues. It seems that the different departments don't communicate with each other effectively. In addition, our dedicated Relationship Manager has left and we're now having to communicate with a generic email address. This isn't what we were promised. On the plus side, most people I've dealt with have been extremely helpful.

I've booked this property four consecutive years now so I know it well. City have always been helpful and I've always been content with how tbey operate.

holiday was cancelled due to collapse of Thomas cook, no one seemed to be able to help me when I called or point me in the right direction, I was not offered an alternative, the advisor on the phone said it was "too complicated to explain but to hold tight for a claim form", Halifax could not help me either as the transaction was labelled "TUI UK LTD". I still haven't had a refund.

I will never use TripAdvisor' services again. My first attempt to rent was never approved within the 24 hours grace period, the owner never replied to email before or after the reservation. My second attempt to rent was accepted, however, up to now, the owner did not reply to email. I left an objective review on my failed attempt to rent, stating that the owner had simply not fulfilled his engagement to reply within 24 hours, while I had fulfilled mine. That comment was later removed by TripAdvisor. I checked, the rental is still on offer, but at a higher price than before. TripAdvisor's competition is very clear with owner who do not execute their side of the agreement. They are removed from their listings. Because TA removed my comment, this indelicate owner can trap someone else. For my second rental, BR24283634, the owner has not answered a few questions that I asked by email. I never used trip advisor before, but in my first two attempts, I found the experience was unsatisfying. I will stick to your competition for the future!

I have been booking on line for many years and have always found the experience easy to handle with never a problem. Also use HPB travel and again fully satisfied.

The lady at booking kindly checked with managers to make sure that she had her facts correct about split weeks. It felt as though she tried hard to help me sort out what we really needed to make our holiday booking work for us rather than just saying we can’t do that. Thank you.

Stayed at Villa Portuguesa July 14 -21. Group of 9. The villa was lovely. Three couples had the upstairs bedrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom with shared balcony. Nice view of the Atlantic from there. Comfy bed and huge jacuzzi bath. Second bedroom was nice with smaller jacuzzi bath and same view bedroom three had no balcony but looked comfy. We could only gain access to the roof terrace from the two balcony rooms. Meaning all the other guests had to pass through the bedrooms as the access door was locked. We could of mentioned this and maybe got a key but did not. Downstairs living area is absolutely huge with a very comfy corner sofa and on the other side a very substantial dining table seating at least ten. Nice furnishings throughout. Outside on the downstairs terrace (again with lovely views of the Atlantic) there are two more dining tables one wooden (smaller) and one plastic (larger) also another seating area. The one thing that let the villa down was the plastic furniture. Some Nicer comfy plastic furniture but mainly those chairs that you just wait for a comedy moments to happen on. I think the style and feel of the villa was just let down a bit by the cheap outside seating and sun loungers. Three more bedroom just of the living area. One near the kitchen is very small and single and then two twins all with on suite. The pool was fantastic. big enough for everyone and gets the sunshine all day. The kitchen was of ample size and seemed to have everything we needed apart from a jug for sangria but we made bowl full instead. We had a great time at villa Portuguesa and would recommend it for a large group of friends and family. We hired two cars and would recomemd you do so to if staying here. The beach is about a 10-15 minute stroll and stunning the sea is wild so be very careful in there. Not much else going on around here apart from the Marriott with a nice buffet restaurant. Perfect for our needs but maybe families would need the cars. I would highly recomemd this villa and stay again. Nigel.

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and certainly the worst with a self-catering agency. The property (Beacon Farmhouse in Michaelchurch Escley) was absolutely filthy, in a dire state of repair, and infested with insects. We left after being unable to raise the property manager on the phone, and there has been almost a complete lack of communication from the agency ever since. Currently fighting for a refund, and I am guessing that we are going to end up in small claims court over this. First such experience in over twenty years of staying in self-catering properties.

They take no pride in themselves. They (charlie) cancelled our trip last week to Norfolk by email the day before saying they would help us rebook which we said we wanted to do. They didn't answer our email they completely ignored us. AVOID

I recently had to speak to Holidayrisk regarding a problem with my insurance and the young gentleman was knowledgable and efficient and dealt with my query there and then and sent me a confirmation email even before we had finished saying goodbye

I got my order very quickly although i ordered from germany. The goods are always very nicely packed. I ordered the silk slippers and they come in a beautiful bag.

Communication was great and the delivery service wasn't too bad although on the day of delivery, I wanted in only to find out half way through the day that it wouldn't be delivered until the day after due to too many parcels being loaded on the van Not a great experience however, I did receive it in the end! Mirror is actually alot bigger in person, it does look great and is my main feature in my new dressing room!

I bought my Scarlett mirror in the sale with a whopping £100 off! Who could resist! It was delivered the very next day (although I was away at the time) but redelivery was super easy to organise! This mirror is every bit as stunning as I expected it to be! Full instructions included for assembly and super easy to put together! Looks amazing in my dressing room! Best purchase ever and worth every penny! Fantastic experience from purchase to assembly!

Items ordered on a Sunday, Monday morning I received a dispatched email, I thought wow that’s really quick! Then that afternoon I received an email cancelling the order as they had run out of stock and did I want another colour. I asked for a refund and received another email back trying to convince me to order something else. 2 days later I was chasing for the refund.

Very good service and shipment within 24 hours. I’ll be coming back :)

AVOID. Atrocious customer service. The work sorry is not in their vocabulary. Will not take responsibility or apologise for their failings. Attempt to have poor reviews removed despite the factuality. If they made more effort looking after their paying customers than they do making excuses and passing the buck and trying to mute the free speech of their unhappy reviewers they may not get negative reviews. Don’t bother.

The goods arrived within 5 days of order which considering we are in lockdown due to COVID-19 was excellent. The website is easy to use. Able to multi buy which was great as I bought for 3 households - 2 high risk that I am caring for.

I moved to South London UK on January 21 2020; and wanted to purchase tenancy insurance. It wasn't possible to make a payment on their website because I have a foriegn bank account. However, I was very happy with the way the Homelet representative walked me through the enrollment & processed my payment over the phone. By being upfront about the situations and communicating information to the customer accurately and consistently, I felt like I was forcing the agents to process my application, although all our documents for a three bed home were provided and accurate, at the last minutes the landlord for no stated reason changed his mind on giving us the house, I suspect it is as a result of racial bias as the landlord had agreeed at first and after all stages of the application were completed accurately and verified For no stated reason we got a cal saying he changed his mind

I recieved the house 1 week later than the date we initially agreed, I allowed 1 extra day in order to get the house clean, ready and perfect to move, I submitted all required information and made all the required online work in time and immediately, I paid the full cost to move in time and immediately, the house comes without the equipment we agreed about and it arrived 2 days later at 7 am in Saturday, the carpet waste are everywhere in the house, the dust is everywhere, the toilet door was not connected , it took me 2 days to clean it and to be able to move my kids and family in time, I had to pay for a hotel to stay while cleaning the house, it seems the team has never checked the house before they submit the keys to me and let me enjoy the weekend and the bank holiday to clean it. Finally , the paperwork process is very professional, the phone calls and respond is immediate, the team is very friendly, but improving these small things for customers to move in to their houses without issues will make the difference to your business. Thank you.

I have used HP for many years to rent out a property in Crawley, and I have recently used them to sell it. Regardless of who I have dealt with, I have always found them friendly, proactive and knowledgeable, and they got me a great price on the flat even in these uncertain times! Would highly recommend their services.

I paid extra for next day delivery and they sent it by second class post. I was promised a refund of postage but so far it has not been received (3 weeks). I had to get a neighbour to take in the delivery as I am now abroad.

I checked the model number on my Electrolux cleaner before ordering but the bags are the wrong size.

Regarding Nick Nicky & Sarah the service & help was excellent but the hold up in exchange & subsequent completion was far too long due to the extra solicitor & the investor asking questions @ the eleventh hour

Explain that although there was a possibility of the ownership of the freehold being sold that in fact this would take place prior to completion and that a new owner would be in place on the actual day of completion.I WAS COMPLETLY UNAWARE that this was a possibility and was left wondering what exactly Homewise really did do and exactly how they operate. The team were extremely helpful at the start of the process but as soon as any problems arose became less than helpful and in fact accused me of lying at one point over what had actually taken place. Homewise is a good scheme for people without dependents or sufficient capital to retain a good percentage of the freehold value, however this is probably a very costly option for most people.

Item listed as in stock, took payment for item but status just showed as shipment pending, only after I rang up to see where my item was I was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in for another 4 days plus shipping! If this was communicated at the time of purchase that it wasn’t in stock I’d have gone elsewhere from the off as I needed the item ASAP! Shame as I’ve never had any issues before but lack of communication has left a sour taste now and I won’t be back any time soon.

Money taken straight away for goods but not in stock so it took me making a call to hb to chase up, if items are not in stock a courtesy email or call would be nice to say it may take a day or two longer than expected... this is the second time I have had to chase up orders!

I was sent the wrong boots over a week ago and despite sending 3 emails, I have received no reply. I understand that the staff may be busy due to the pandemic, however I just needed to know if I they still had my correct boots and how I go about returning the incorrect item. Email direction regarding this would have been a great help.

Got in touch with Hot tub master in the summer of last year to enquire about any tubs suitable for my property due to access restrictions. The team provided me with a selection of suitable tubs, and provided guidance of how the install would take place. Throughout the order time, the team provided me with any required updates, ensuring that all pre-install actions had taken place. Had the Chaser hot tub since last September, and used it weekly. If i have had any queries regarding the filtration settings or which chemicals are best to use, the team have been on hand to help. Wollte in Havanna in der Nähe vom Malecon ein Zimmer. Das Hotel konnte man auf der Karte sehr einfach finden. Der Preis ist finde ich wirklich sehr günstig, obwohl die Bewertungen und die Lage echt gut ist. Und man kann ungefähr bis eine Woche vor Reiseantritt sogar kostenlos stornieren, was in Corona-Zeiten sehr wichtig ist. Also was will man mehr. Vielen Dank liebes Hotels.com Team!

I wasn't happy that the payment for the accommodation was immediately taken from my credit card, even though the stay is still 3 months away and free cancellation is still possible. Booking.com does not take the payment until 14 days prior to the stay. This makes Hotels.com prices less attractive, as you end up paying interest on your credit card.

They called back on the same day and by the following day there was an offer. Options for types of sale and price (managed sale vs cash buying option) were explained clearly.

I had my house on the market for almost a year and already had my new home and was getting fed up. The process was explained and I was kept in the loop, no secrets or surprises . The same person dealt with me from the start and contacts were arranged to fit in with me. It was such a relief to have everything sorted so I could move on.

I received my first housesitting assignment within hours of joining the website. Very impressed.

The first house-sit service I joined -- it was new and free, but got me and my spouse a lovely 6 week dog-sit in a quiet community with homeowners we really liked. Because it was a new site and we were new sitters, it took a while for us to find the right match, but ended up being a great start to our housesitting career. We are booked up now but will use them again for certain!

We have used House Sitters for the past 10 years. We have never had a problem and all our sitters have been excellent.

Through House Sitters UK I have had one excellent experience and one slightly less good. One arranged sitter had to cancel at short notice, the other sit went perfectly. I realise the cancelation is not the fault of House Sitters UK.

I couldn’t find stick of the item on display, I had to ask and they were 2 sections away I’d never have found them also as in plain packages

Train staff how to apologise genuinely to customers who have had to return to the store, travelling miles, when the customer realized she had been overcharged. Customer remained highly professional at all times ( no aggression ) simply asked for refund. but no apology if there was it was was not directed to the customer. Another staff member simply looked at the floor. I have written to the store to the store with receipt details, and still no acknowledge of the error or apology. Not good customer care.

We have received fantastic support from HR Solutions over the past few years. They have guided us trough some very difficult processes which we would not have been able to manage with our own knowledge. Aftab has been incredibly supportive and if he is unavailable we always get a response from somebody.

My company has been using HR Solutions since January 2018 - during this time they have assisted us greatly in setting up new processes. They hit the ground running with the things we needed to do and ensured the new processes were robust & ready to use. They have made our HR support much better and it is good to know they are there when we need them

Buy Me Once has a future customer! I ordered a tool from them and unfortunately they weren’t able to get the specified color from the manufacturer. Celine emailed me right away to inform me of the mistake and issued a refund immediately. I was highly impressed with her speed and efficiency and greatly appreciated the outstanding customer service. Aside from this mishap, Buy Me Once has a wonderful concept. In today’s ‘throw it away’ mentality, it’s refreshing to know there are great locally made products that last and people that care about your hard earned money.

The product is great and I love the website concept, but I never received a notification that my order had actually shipped and was confused as to why I hadn't gotten the product yet, and then finally arrived seemingly out of the blue but still later than had been advertised on the website (it said 5-8 days and I waited over two weeks).

Loved the service - picked up all my wine from Calais even though I had only ordered it online the previous day and they had confirmed my order would be ready for collection within 5 days - however, we went to the shop and they happily provided our order. Not to mention the wine is superb - we really do love the blush????????????

I always enjoy the wine, not least because it reminds me of the several visits I have now made to the vineyard. One is made very welcome there and it is good to see the wine's core ingredient - the grapes - growing in the ground!

Questions were easy to understand even as a german participant with "school level english". Payment was delivered as promised and the coordination through the whole process was good and made it easy to participate. Would do it every time again and definitely recommend :)

I received the products within a few days which was amazing as I had bad humidity in my apartment and a bit of mould started at the windows and wanted to stop that asap. I was updated about the delivery by email so I knew when to be home to receive it.

Our guide on the Very Vietnam tour, Hung was amazing. A few things about Hung and the way he ran this tour: - Easy to get along with (relatable to all people on the tour) - Kept us running to time so we got to see everything - Went above and beyond to help with personal matters/arrangements outside the tour group to keep our holiday comfortable and enjoyable (on our free day, he let me give his contact details to a taxi driver in case there was a communication barrier - how nice was that?!) - He’s just so knowledgeable! I was expecting to be handed over to a dedicated tour guide at tourist attractions like Cu Chi tunnels but Hung did it all! He deserves five stars. For On The Go, I thought the communication from OTG prior to departure good have been better (there wasn’t really any). I recommend people to do the optional tour at the start in Hanoi (I didn’t get in on time). If the optional tour isn’t done, then it’s a 40 minute cyclo tour around the city on your own. I chose the OTG tour because it included Da Nang, which was a beach stop for a couple of hours. There’s so much more to see here. It would’ve been better to do a day trip there like Hue, even easier given the flight to Ho Chi Minh City is out of Da Nang.

disgusting on the ground service treated like a number rather than a person issues from day 1 and tour leader tells you to sort them out yourself then tour cut short as some needed to make early flight a day before end of tour, how does that work? if they need to leave early they make should be making their own travel arrangements he tour should be unchanged

The Thatched Garage staff have serviced my Defender for 5 years and as on this occasion their work has always been top quality. In addition their helpfulness and pleasant attitude has always made it a pleasure to have the work done by them. I would certainly recommend them without reservation.

I did an online order with them and they were kind enough to order the ring I wanted in my size, they were in constant contact with me and the customer service was exceptional and also very friendly! A lot of businesses could learn from David Mellor family business!! Also when my item was sent to me it was beautifully sent with there own personal touch!
