Excellent couple of hours spent with Rob in a 1 to 1 training session. Answered all my questions and gave me some great tips on starting my business, all done with enthusiasm and professionalism.

It was very easy to order and I got the purchase in one day. I had an issue with one of the items and I got a call immediately to resolve the issue (on a Sunday afternoon!!). Great service.

Excellent service provided by Gillian, all our needs were catered for our Honeymoon to Rome. Flights and transfers were seamless. Our itinerary was planned expertly and all information and ticket bookings provided prior to leaving. Colonna Palace Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Rome within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, our main reason for booking.

Brilliant service, I got my order in shortly before 8pm and received next day delivery by midday.

The Kraft Carton Tape we purchased was exactly what we expected after getting it from another manufacturer for years, but priced much more competitively. Product was delivered on time and the staff was very pleasant to deal with.

I love these guys, fair prices, friendly on phone- great affordable way to a custom look for packages without printing the 12 different sizes of boxes I use that change over time.

I think even if I pay late I should not be constantly harassed for payment when I do eventually pay weekly. I even refer people to them and am still treated like a bad customer! I'm thinking of leaving.

When my parcel went missing it took Sportitude and their delivery service Star Track less than 24 hours to locate it and get it to my door. The shoes are outstanding. Very happy customer.

Frederick and his assistant were brilliant with the children. They loved the exercises it was so good seeing them enjoying the physical activity. Even those children who often find this difficult were participating and enjoying it. The assembly was also extremely inspiring for the children as Frederick was very clear and passionate about moving forward and continue to put effort in even when it feels as though the tide is against you. Very impressed!

This was an extremely organised event from the first moment of communication through to the delivery of the circuit and assembly by the athlete on the day. The athlete and sportivator were very professional and kept the children's attention throughout the whole event. The school was buzzing all day with the children, teachers and staff all getting involved. We raised a fantastic amount through sponsors and we're looking forward to buying some new sports equipment. I would highly recommend Sports for Schools and I will definitely be booking again next year.

The lady was very pleasant to talk to to, and made it clear what l was getting, the only thing I didn't like was not getting 2o%off, because I used the phone, instead of going on line, being 74yrs old l don't know how to do it on line, so thank you.

I have just bought my second travelux quest from you. I’m totally wheelchair bound & live alone so my chair is necessary to move around at home & to travel outside to shops, socials & further afield by bus. After a year my first chair is still perfect but a 2nd one enables me to whizz about while the other chair is charging. Your prices are the best I could find, your service is outstanding & Lily, who delivered & assembled my chair, was both professional and caring in checking everything worked perfectly for me. I would recommend Spring Chicken to anyone- and am often stopped by strangers asking about my wheels so I always tell them how good your company is.

Quick delivery, the shoes are of excellent quality (I danced for weeks in ten-inch-long high heels and they’re still doing great) and exactly like the description!

I tried to contact on twitter last week and I was ignored. There was a note on the porch to say it had been left in a safe place but I couldn’t find it anywhere. We eventually found it under my Dad’s car (which he could have easily ran over when reversing) and the box was bashed. Wouldn’t use again, which is a shame because the shoes are great but the courier is not.

I live in Spain but my order arrived within a week! Fantastic service and well packaged. The candles are gorgeous and smell wonderful the whole of their burn time.

Would highly recommend a stay at any of the Stablewood Coastal cottages if you are looking for a short break or week away in Northumberland. The accommodation is of a high standard and they have everything you need for your stay The location so close to Bamburgh and Alnwick make it ideal base to explore the stunning Northumberland coast line Will defo return when we are next up in that part of the world !

First few weeks using the software but really I am really excited about the efficiencies it will bring.

I have waited a few weeks before leaving this review. I have to say I was nervous about paying so much for something when i didn't know what i was doing. The stack team has been amazing. When i was asked how much i knew about the blueprint and where i thought i should start. My response was, is there a negative number because I don't know anything. My trainer has been fantastic starting me from the basic working me through the process. They have been amazing. I have to say I was mad at myself for wait so long to pull the trigger just because i didn't know how to read blue prints.

We use both their lettings and full property management services. Stadium ensure that good quality tenants are quickly secured for our properties and any issues which may arise during tenancies are dealt with by them quickly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This has been so far one of best agency in London coming from an experience of moving 4 flats. The agents really helped out with the apartment viewings in a professional manner especially goran simnovski. The front door is a decent product, but the experience and utter lack of customer care is appalling. They came and ripped out the old door and when I say ripped out that sums it up, I mean it, they caused damage which later they didn't feel they needed to compensate for. I will include the email I sent to them. Dear Alex I have your final invoice but after what has happened with the door being fitted so poorly that we had to sit in the cold for a week, burning fuel just to keep warm as the wind was blowing through the very poorly fitted door, the pure inconvenience of having to take time off work to accommodate your Engineers attending the property, one day not even turning up at all and every other planned appointment not being meet and times changing on the day, this on every occasion. Even today he came at 10.00 and we had arranged 13:00 to 15:00. I can list all the times if required of arrangement and actually attending, not once have these arranged times been meet. Even on the second fit of the door, this was arranged for after 12:00 and we were phoned on the day once I was at work, saying the Engr needed to attend at 09:30, meaning that once again I was forced to arrange cover last minute at my own work. The fact that I need to redecorate due the poor workmanship of the Engr that did the first fitting of the front door. It wouldn’t have been so bad but he stuck that huge surround on and ruined the paint and surface, this to hide the plaster that he had broken during the first fitting. On the first install nothing was sealed, the door was 10 mil away from the wall, hence the very cold week. Even a major Steel re-enforcing bar was missed out so the whole things rattled and moved when closing the door. Part of the frame was broken, badly sawn joints, just a mess. We were left in this state for a week even though they were shown pictures on the day. They did eventually return and fit it correctly a week later. They offered us a paltry £50 compensation payment and would not budge on that. Do not use, there are far better companies out there.

This is the second engagement I have had in particular to the same service engineer. He fitted a new garage door this time which is perfect, his workmanship excellent and his manner nothing too much trouble. As an elderly person having confidence in someone around your home made it an enjoyable and stressless experience. Thank you on a job well done.

Having had a previously questionable experience as a potential buyer a few years ago with Statons I was a bit dubious about having to deal with them again for my recent purchase or even consider using them for the sale of my property. However, it really is true that it is the people who make a place and Martin, the Sales Manager, from the Totteridge office was fantastic and totally turned my opinion around of the the agency. He frequently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the transaction held together despite some tricky situations along all parts of the chain. No amount of hard sell or money can account for the value that experience brings and the years that he has behind him really shone through from beginning to end. I can honestly say that if you ever get Martin dealing with your purchase or sale then you are in safe hands (and I have worked as an estate agent before so I know level of service I am looking for!) Even just simple things like returning your phone calls promptly and not making it sound like you are constantly been fed some story or excuse when things go wrong is really refreshing. You also feel like he fighting for your corner too, not just the vendor's who is paying the commission, which is a rare feeling to have as a buyer. On a totally superficial side note, a lovely bunch of flowers turned up on my doorstep a week after our move with a lovely welcome note from Nick Staton. After a totally traumatic move day and the relentless unpacking that is still ensuing weeks later this really was a thoughtful touch that brought a smile to my face.

Speedy delivery, items arrived well packaged and within 24 hours. Their technical hotline was very helpful. Would recommed seller, in fact have ordered a second parking sensor kit for the front bumper. What could be improved: 1) You could include tracking information with a delivery confirmation email. 2) The flush fit parking sensor kit actually comes with a hole punch but on the website a hole saw is shown.

I've bought several rear park systems and have had no problems at all with any of them ( some are over 4 years old), wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Over the past 12 months I have had a really complicated set of circumstances. Selling a property to rent. 5 days before the exchange my property with another agent fell through. I walked in to Stephenson Browne and the whole team set to finding me a house. No easy task when renting with dogs! However thanks to their efforts I was in the day before exchange of contracts! This was not of course my dream home but I told them what I was looking for and within the 6 month contract they found me the absolute perfect property. I moved in just before lockdown and have been supported brilliantly despite the obvious difficulties that presented. I can honestly say I have dealt with all the big name agents in Crewe but Jenny, Poppy and Emma have gone above and beyond. I ordered on 23rd May for next day delivery but we are a week on with no windows and no reply to my emails of where they are. I appreciate due to COVID things may take longer but no communication to update me on the situation.

I went for Stirling as only web site that fully explained nuances of roof lights.... requirement for special springs in 70degree food for example. Delivery driver went extra mile as on his own due to Covid restrictions

I have used many storage facilities over the years, moving homes, storing personal possessions and prized assets. The facility at store and secure is second to none, its easy to see why year after year they win facility of the year! The customer service, was for me however what I was most impressed by. Their attention to detail, transparency and honesty made me feel valued and I felt like friends were looking after my belongings not a stranger. They were competitively priced, nothing was to much trouble and I found them to be flexible and willing when accepting the arrival of new belongings. Bottom line, don't go anywhere else. Go to Store and Secure.

We have received great service from Lucy and Chris. Always very polite and knowledgeable about service they provide. We will continue with using their storage facilities and would recommend them to everyone.

They are spotless n clean, they only charge you for storage (no silly sly hidden charges like for your lock or insurance for instance - even if you want it or not in some places) there is a room to get tea/coffee free of charge and facilities for heating somrthing to eat and you can have access to your locker 24/7 . It's just a really good cheap (defo not nasty) place to store whatever it is your storing. I'd defo use them again if I needed to.

I have purchased flyscreens from Streme on many occasions for my last two houses over the last ten years. Very high quality product and never had any issues. Screens can be bought ready made or DIY kit form which I have always done. If bought as a kit you need to work neatly and accurately in constructing the aluminium frame.

Ordered on line after talking to customer service, who were very helpful, and the item was delivered within 2 days. A very professional company.

Very poor, ordered and paid extra for pre noon delivery on a specific day to ensure i was in and more importantly to have brochures received before an exhibition. They did not arrive. Their answer to this was to simply refund the extra carriage cost i had paid.

I paid an extra £20 for priority delivery in two days (by Friday) and the programmes did not turn up. I called two days later (Monday) and they hadn’t even been printed; I communicated with about 3 or 4 different people and it didn’t seem like anyone had a clue what was going on. It was seriously frustrating as it meant I had to pay an exorbitant amount of money for same day printing (that my refund from SFP nowhere near covered) to a different company for the programmes to be at my event for that evening. Having persistently tried to get in touch with anyone at StressFreePrint over the weekend, I was extremely distressed to discover that there is no form of customer support available over a weekend; and despite the opening hours saying they would be contactable Monday morning, I couldn’t get through until about 11am. I’ve used SFP before and been very happy, but this was really unacceptably poor service. It resulted in a significant cost to the company in terms of printing costs. The one good thing was that a nice staff member did apologise for the mistake and offered a refund straight away; no actual apology came from StressFreePrint themselves though, it was only on a personal level. If they can’t guarantee a quick turnaround then they shouldn’t offer the service, and certainly shouldn’t charge so much on top.

John - a short note to thank you for all the work you did to plan our trip to the Lisbon Coast over the last few days. Everything worked out perfectly and all 9 of us voted it an outstanding success - transport, hotel, food, golf - all great. It could be that I will be back to you soon to book up for our next trip!

The service was good but I ordered a 1200 rail.and was sent a 1000mm and 2 100mm piece's of rail this is not acceptable.

Simple and straightforward, ordered online Wednesday delivered Thursday and fitted within 30mins with no problems, if we ever need any more around the school we will definitely use them again.

Already booked with them two years ago. The website is clear, gives ample detail about the holiday cottages, and finding available dates is very simple. Booking went smoothly, and detailed responses confirming booking and providing all necessary information were emailed back within the day.

I’ve been using the STS online service to book a cottage for a couple of years now. I find the information they provide with regards to the cottages is accurate and the process of booking very easy.

I would definitely use StudentStay UK again.

The items were ordered on a Saturday afternoon for an event on the Thursday and to be delivered next day. They did not arrive until the evening of the event, hours after I had left for it. Disappointing. The website (‘next day delivery’) is misleading and not compatible with the order acknowledgement email which suggests delivery may take up to two working days. In neither does it say four days. The phone operator was helpful on day three but couldn’t speed it up.

Mark has superb market knowledge which he shares without be pushy and provided me with a comprehensive set of options which he explained in depth.

I contacted customer service who were quick to responded and helped me with my order which arrived within two days. Very happy with my lovely cutlery.

Went in today to get a suit for a wedding, just finished trying it on in the fitting room and just putting trousers on and the sales lady (told me she was the owner) that she was taking the suit as she had just sold it online! So she took suit off of me and left! I then got dressed went to enquire that i wanted to buy it and was in shop with it in my hand and she said no sold online she then started shouting at me! Never will i shop here again.

It took me 24 hours for the phone to be answered, but after that, the service was great. Polite and friendly on the phone and the fridge arrived very quickly.

I spoke with Suffolk Hideaways about the fact that there was zero hanging space for our clothing. This was acknowledged, but nothing was done. Given that we were staying for five weeks (waiting for completion on our house purchase), we decided to purchase our own hanging rails. All other furnishings were entirely packed with the owner's belongings which meant we had to live out of suitcases. Suffolk Hideaways also failed to tell us that there are 4 CCTV cameras in operation at the Lodge. This is a gross invasion of privacy and once we realised they were live, we covered them up.
