We had our first annual maintenance completed on our Automist installation. Once again I was really impressed with the engineer that serviced our system. The work only took about 20 minutes but I felt confident that everything was fully tested and working well. He also gave me some excellent fire safety tips and genuinely seemed to care about the welfare of my family in the event of a fire.

In £130 received only rear bumper’s plastic cover Neither metal bracket inside, nor bolts When in the market people selling same rear bumber with bracket only for £100 . Very expensive product and lack of explanation on product titles. They haven’t mentioned anywhere that the it’s excluded the bracket.

I ordered the trim clips for the frunk on a a 20 year old MR2 so I'm very pleased, they fit perfect and good quality. Postage was quick and all is good so I can highly recommend. Thank you

Clare from the sales progression team was absolutely amazing so I would definitely give her 5*. However after a very long journey of 7 months waiting to complete the day I finally picked my keys up from the allerton road branch was a little underwhelming, no congratulations or questions, just a swap over of my ID and the keys. I wouldn't say venmores did anything wrong but I wouldn't say I was woo'd by the service either.

What a company! To avoid that is. From the word go they have been hard work. Poor at communicating to either me or between themselves. Bought a nice Honda Civic because it’s the colour I really wanted with the spec I want. So didn’t really have a choice. But spoke to a pretty helpful guy at first, then it swapped about. Wanted to apply for finance but needed someone else to put the finance threw as I knew I wouldn’t be accepted. Lady on the phone refused because apparently it’s against the FCA law or something. But I explained I wanted the log book in this other person name... had to speak to the original guy who said it was okay. Finance was okay and went threw paid the £100 deposit. Asked if we could go down this weekend and the other person will sign the paper work over the internet (trying to keep up with the times). They said no this is against the law and the paper work has to be signed on the premises... well I know this is untrue I have bought many cars online, plus this company offers delivery service, how does this work? When explained the person is old and a 180 mile round trip is not going to happen but could deliver or any other way. They was rude and so unhelpful not wanting to put any effort into this sale and got told I was being “suspect” because I didn’t want this oap to travel... suspect! I work for the MOJ and they knew this, extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible service.

I was buying the car from quite a distance and didn’t want to waste my time making a 10 hour round trip for a car that might not meet expectations. The staff were very accommodating and made a personalised video showing both the interior and exterior of the vehicle in much greater detail giving me the confidence to place a deposit on the vehicle and settle the remainder on the day of collection. The staff were welcoming on collection and the handover was quick and painless so overall, faultless experience.

Today I collected my recently purchased Click & Collect vehicle from Vertu Mercedes Reading. The prospect of spending a sizeable sum of money on a vehicle I hadn't seen or driven was obviously a concern. However, Mohammed who dealt with my transaction from start to finish, could not have done more to both put my mind at rest but also to ensure the vehicle was in tip top condition for collection, which was in fact a day earlier than originally planned. I found Mo extremely professional, helpful and a nice chap. Thanks Mo, I love the car!

I have just bought a new GLA e250 from Beaconsfield MB. Very helpful Stewart J assisted me right through. I am very grateful, however the EV charging cable is short by a foot and I am unable to charge my car through BP Chargemaster. Any assistance would be much appreciated

I was made extremely welcome from the start and never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision about the car.

The receptionist and salesman at Toyota Vertu in Sheffield were very helpful and informative and answered any queries very promptly.

The salesman promised a 12 month warranty but when I collected the car only a 3 month warranty was on the invoice. They promised to sent out an amended document but have failed to do so.

Our sales person Taylor Flower was very helpful and informative to any questions we put to him and very encouraging with my wife, putting her at ease after a recent car accident we had been involved in

A repeat purchase after having first encountered VideoPro's service a few week prior. Both experiences to date have been excellent (why I went back so soon) - on price, customer service, ease of doing business. Speed of delivery has been ok, wishing I could items sooner but have been hampered by National holidays on both occasions (i.e. not their fault). All up am impressed with VideoPro and happy to go back again in the near future.

The lady who assisted me was Yohanas (forgive the spelling) she was very helpful and patient, I had to call her 3 times and each time she was very pleasant Also had an online chat with Eshed who was also very helpful.

Happy with delivery and the look of the product, but I had to email the customer service team about my order which was a MacBook Pro 15 inch skin which when arrived was too big for the laptop and had overhang on all four sides of the laptop, I contact customer service through email and sent a picture of the problem as well and yet still to recieve any feedback from them at all, I sent the email on the 18th of May. In the end I had to cut the skin myself to make it fit properly, would have been nice to have heard something back.

It was super easy to order and despite it coming from the UK, it actually took less time than from the US and was less expensive. It was exactly what I was looking for! We now have a Victorian lamp post in a ‘garden’ on the wall in our kids church. And it looks so good!

The advice and communication was excellent, the V8 gearbox kit I ordered arrived within 2 days and the quality is second to none.

Provided electronic speedometer & tachometer for my 1962 MGA 1600MKII part of a major upgrade for the first car I purchased in 1969. Also provided was the 5 speed transmission that replaced the 4 speed. Very responsive to email coordination for the international purchases.

From the initial site survey with Chris the designer, who was very friendly and knowledgable about the product everything went very smoothly. All designs are bespoke, so we got exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for the build team, Ricky and Slav were considerate and tidy, and just really nice chaps! Olly and Tony came to check on the build at various stages, they were very approachable and genuinely keen to have satisfied clients. We are thrilled with the end result and look forward to many kids sleepovers, movie nights, pool competitions...

Immediate positive response to our request for a “bespoke” three week holiday in Canada. Flights, the types of accommodation requested and car hire were all arranged and confirmed within a few days. In addition, several very appropriate one day excursions were suggested, and subsequently booked. From what I can remember the service from this store was good back in 15/3/2017 I’ve just been asked to review it on 21/11/2018 by Feefo , over a year later I don’t know if this is relevant.

I have now used the Vivup platform for four years and am totally satisfied with how easy and intuitive it is. The support I receive from Vivup is excellent and always timely.

Got charged for two privacy locks and only one was sent. I have to call to request the second lock and to this day it has not been delivered.

ordered of $300 worth if locks about 2 months ago. they took my payment and have not heard a peep from them since. wont return any of my emails either.

I had popped into Jo Malone with a friend to “top up” on some items. Upon arrival Valdi (please accept my apologies if I have written your name down wrong) offered a hand massage, beverage and chocolates. I always receive a 5 star service from all SA’s at Jo Malone. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and you certainly leave with a smile on your face. A big Thank you as always.

I visited the Jo Malone corner of the store today and met with the amazing Sarah. Her and Candice made us feel so special and our experience was luxurious, relaxing and enlightening. Sarah’s knowledge was fantastic and she helped us to learn about layering and to appreciate combined fragrances. She is a huge asset to your team. This company are extremely efficient when it comes to selling you insurance but a lot less so when dealing with a claim. Claims are passed to Kindertons Claims Management. I was involved in an accident in which the roof had to be taken off, the car was clearly a write off. Liability was accepted by the other driver immediately. It took about 6 weeks for the car to be officially written off. And then a further month to get any money. Of course, the offer was ridiculously low, based on a level of mileage that no-ne has been able to do because of lockdowns. They did increase it but only after I had to get evidence from the garage who provided the service record. My main issue was communication. I sent daily emails asking for an update, I tried live chats asking for updates, I telephoned and never got through to the right person. It was such hard work. There was no customer service whatsoever.

I feel that the experience of dealing with Volvo car insurance went well. I was really satisfied with the end result of my car when it was returned to me. Staff dealing with the repair at XL motors were very polite and friendly. Happy to help. There however was a delay in getting the car back to me on time. It was explained that the bonnet that was sent was not in a satisfactory condition to be fitted. I was quoted 3 to 4 days but ended up being 11 days.

Have used voyager insurance services for a number of years now! Always had good service and help. Have recommended voyager to friends. Will continue to use.

I would certainly recommend this company for medical travel insurance, especially for specialist insurance cover. Despite contacting many other firms, I failed to get what I required; including some pre-existing medical conditions. The person that I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful, and the price was very reasonable as well. Give Voyager a try and I'm confident that you will be pleased with the all-round service that this company provides.

We had a really bad experience with this company and with awful customer care afterwards. We arrived at the accommodation after a 4hr drive with children, elderly family and dogs and found that it hadn't been cleaned, all the beds were stripped, bathrooms still dirty and bins with personal rubbish in. I called them up and they said they would send us to a similar accommodation or we could drive home and get a full refund, which wasn't an option. so we felt that we had no choice other than to accept. But the house wasn't anything like what we had booked. They said to send them photos and they would sort out compensation when the weekend was over. It cost us nearly £600 for the 3 night and we got £80 out back into our account without even checking that we were happy with it and a £40 voucher ( obviously to spend if we booked another £600 weekend ). We called to speak to mangers who were always busy and was supposed to call back twice but never did - just sent us emails saying why that was their final offer. Such bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. What I asked for was a weekend at the accommodation that we took hours over choosing on an off season time just so we feel we have actually got the holiday we booked but that wasn't offered.

The team were excellent findings us another property when there were problems with the first one we chose.

Walk across Scotland responded to our request to arrange our walking holiday with our dog for a week, Ross listened to our requirements and the distances we wanted to walk and planned an excellent route and suitable b & b’s. All the accommodation was of a high standard and really welcomed us and our dog murphy

We walked the West Highlands Trail for 8 days with Walk Across Scotland arranging for the baggage transfer service each day and to book our accommodation. Everything went off without a hitch which allowed us to focus on the walk and enjoy the beautiful Scottish Highlands. All the B&Bs and pubs that we stayed in were hospitable and were much appreciated at the end of each day's walk.

Overall the holiday went well, Goodwick overnight stay proved a disappointment, as breakfast was not scheduled until 9am, very late for most walkers, particularly as the day's walk was 16 miles.. We explained our position and were told that we could have a un cooked breakfast at 8 am, we left at 8.15 am, no staff had appeared anywhere in the hotel. At our own added expense we went to Tesco and purchased a picnic breakfast

I ordered a custom mural for a time-sensitive/ holiday-connected promotion for a client in America. Unfortunately DHL mixed up the address (Wallsauce confirmed several times that they had the right address) and delivered the mural to another state. I told Wallsauce customer service about the problem and that this was a time sensitive matter and that I had ordered from them due to their promise of a 3 to 5 day turnaround, and that I no longer needed the mural (*FREE Shipping* in 3 to 5 Business Days). I ordered on November 10. I needed it by the 19 November - plenty of time for their promised delivery. Long story, and may emails and phone calls later, during which time I was asked to please have patience whilst the matter was investigated - for almost 2 weeks I may add - the mural was delivered on December 3. (I now realize the patience was to give them enough time to find it and deliver it as to be covered per their own customer service "rules"). I was out of my office to deny delivery and the receptionist of the business adjacent to mine signed for it. I asked Wallsauce to refund me for this custom mural and to please take it back as the fault was not mine. I was told that it was delivered and according to the Wallsauce conditions, I would not be granted a refund (after a bit they offered a 10% discount, which I felt quite offended by and refused). After all of this I gave up and opened the package. Needless to say, the resolution of the photo was quite bad. Behind the lovely words and politeness of the customer service ladies, there was fundamentally zero customer service and an inferior product.
