I canceled the first hotel reservation and choose a second hotel. I asked for a confirmation of the cancelation and ID number of the second hotel booking. Also the total price with taxes. I's taking more than an hour to send my requests.

Booked through them 2 days ago and hotel doesn't have a confirmation. Contacted Waylo multiple times and was told different reasons why and that they'd send another confirmation after 48 hours from hotel. I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

This is not just a website but have desks at Heathrow airport. The staff are friendly and helpful and can arrange hotels, tours transfer at short notice. I have had quick stop overs in London and their desks at the airport always managed to create a bespoke tour for me for any duration I needed

I recently purchased a solid silver ring, with fingerprint laser engraving and inscription inside the band from the team at Wedding Rings Direct. Here's my unbiased review. From the very start the team, my main contact was with Kim and Tom, were tremendously helpful. They are a very friendly bunch of people and kept me constantly updated about the progress of the ring. I fouled up slightly with the first fingerprint I provided, totally my fault, and they very quickly sent out a second kit for me. My advice: make lots of fingerprints on the sheet of paper provided, it gives them a good chance then of doing an excellent engraving, and boy did they ever! The ring itself was a solid silver ring for my wife on our silver wedding anniversary, and she was thrilled to bits with the ring. She's not a showy sort of person but *everyone* she has come into contact with has been shown the ring and is awestruck by how great and unusual it looks. The ring itself is solid, but without being chunky, and the engraving inside the ring is so crisp and clear you just know it will last down through centuries as a family heirloom. In future if my family, my friend and my colleagues are looking for a ring, and they don't just do wedding rings, I will be pointing them in the direction of Wedding Rings Direct, and they won't regret it, not one little bit. I wanted to book a hotel in Hyderabad and was confused as so many sites are there. Logged on to Wego and just searched for hotels in Hyderabad, to my surprise, they compared all the sites I knew about and a few which I was not even aware of for so many hotels and I got to know which one is the cheapest.

Operator handled my booking efficiently, although I later discovered that two of my fellow travellers from Heathrow were offered a different flight out to take advantage of the upgrade to premium economy on all legs of their journey, whereas I was told that the upgrade was only possible on 3 out of 4 flights.

very disappointed, firstly when I tried to make my first claim I was told there was a 6 month period before I could claim, Having thoroughly checked all their marketing materials I found this clause on page 13 of their terms and conditions which you only get once you've signed up. When I accused them of miss selling they agreed to pay my claim but I felt it was an incredibly underhand way of doing business. I then tried to make a claim for some physio which they again refused unless I got a letter from my doctor confirming it was not a pre-existing condition, I went to my doctor who told me Westfield were notorious for this and as such they had started charging £20 for it!. They hide behind a convincing sales message of how simple and easy it is to claim which actual fact they are just like any other insurance company, beware!

First claim with Westfield Health was in March after a dental check up. The whole process was quick and easy, money refunded in a few days. What more do you want?

Exactly what we were looking for, great price - next day delivery (didn't even have to pay extra for the latter). Dog owners will know that buying a dog coat on line can be difficult due to different size interpretations. The site gives really helpful measurement guides with the result that the coat fits perfectly.

It was a good product but it was too heavy for the driver to unload the pallets on the slight slope outside our house as he only had a hand operated lift.My neighbour and I unpacked the pallets on the lorry and took them off by hand.It would have been quite dangerous for the driver to unload on his own as the pallets were a ton in weight.

When my first buyer pulled out they contacted people who were previously interested straight away, I had another offer within 5 days. I ordered a dress in a size 10 but it turned out to be a bit too big. Sent it back and was refunded within a couple of days. Re ordered the same dress in an 8, it arrive within a few days and fits perfectly. I would definitely order from this site again.

Very poor : I had to ring up as my credit card payment did not seem to go through First time i was held in limbo by your phone system in the middle of talking to your staff Second call Person said I will pass you through to the person who was handlimg my call I was felt with the phone ringing out for quite a few minutes before I put the phone down I would have not pursed it but one of your reps did get back to me three days later (over the weekend ) and things went smoothly
