Absolutely nightmare of a sleeping bag. The zip on the sleeping bag keeps getting stuck and I end up waking the baby if I am trying to get them out of the bag while they are sleeping. Completely unhappy and disappointed with the product. Not worth the money. The bags worth half the price of this one work much much better. When I contacted the company I was told that I can return it if its unused and unwashed which it obviously wasn't as I washed it before using it with the baby. What a nightmare and utter waste if money. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Brilliant quality sleep suit, my daughter can't wriggle out of this one in the middle of the night! It has lots of growing room so will do her years, and detachable sleeves for those warmer months. It was delivered swiftly even with the covid-19 lockdown happening! And well packaged and protected. Washed very well and can withstand 60°C. Will definitely buy from Slumbersac again.

Smart Insurance for scratches on car: I have insurance for multiple callouts for scratches or small knocks on car. They have refused my claim because the scratches are on one side of the car, rather than spread out around the car They class this as one scratch. A totally pointless insurance policy.

A company that would rip you off!! They charge you more then the item itself . Around 400 more then what the items worth . I would rather buy it from the shop then paying them £400 extra !! What’s the point having an insurance policy when they charge you so much !! Definitely not worth it !!!!

I had told them over the phone that my money was expected to come in about 4 or 5 days late which they said was okay because it was in the 10 day grace period, yet they continued to phone me every day after and email me constantly (somewhat harassing manner) and even distracted me during my lectures.

Was promised ground floor storage (one was supposedly reserved for me) when booking on phone but was given storage on first floor. Had to then carry two sofas up two flight of stairs because there was no lift - not told about this when booking. Was told I had to pay £10 to reserve the container and this would be deducted from my first payment - but I was given a padlock instead! Again was told nothing about this.

Been in a large unit for nearly two years running my business. Site is run by very personable and professional staff where nothing is too much bother...even toast for breakfast Thanks Lisa. Emma and Gareth make up the three Amigos. Thanks to you all for a great time.

I didn't end up riding with them; the day I travelled on was a chaotic one of cancelled flights and hastily re-scheduled plans, so I booked with Snowbus as a fallback, before my originally booked shuttle was able to fit me in at the last minute., leaving just before Snowbus. I recommend them based on their excellent customer service, fast booking process and friendly staff who I spoke to when I cancelled my place at the last minute.

Very hard to locate the bus in the pick up area at VT. No sign on the bus whatsoever said Snowbus so had to go around queueing up asking each individual driver?

Used Snowrental last year on a friend's recommendation to hire skis & boots for a week from Ski Service in Samoens village. Pleased with service last year, so I'm using Snow Rental again this year. Cheaper than walk-in rates, and the equipment and service is as good if not better. Be aware that the shop is closed at lunchtime (or was last year).

We have used snow rental for several years now and have always received an excellent service. We are a large group and enjoy extra discount because of this. They regularly send through discount codes which are a great bonus.

Ordered from Snug as live on the third floor of an old Victorian conversion. Arrived, built and packaging removed all before 9am on my selected day. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful in organising. It's a beautiful navy blue, 6 months on still get compliments on our sofa.

Bought 4 so hand gels for someone she likes it and it's not as harsh as some of the others and has a fragrance to it,good value delivered in 3days.

Overall it was a good experience, two of the things i purchased were brilliant condition however one body spray came with the back all scratched off and leaking everywhere, with a cracked lid. I didn’t want to send it back as it was a gift for a friend and I knew she would understand that it wasn’t my fault.

Abysmal experience with a side order of cynical customer-blaming tactics. Ordered a sofa from this branch and five months later the delivery arrived—it was the wrong orientation, the opposite of what we had ordered. The delivery guys—who were very nice—said that they couldn’t take it away, that ‘customer care’ would call. Predictably, they did not, so we followed up and thus ensued a week of hell, dealing with toxic, customer-blaming, off-the-script, computer-says-no helpline and in-store people. This was not an impulse buy; we measured the showroom model carefully and ascertained that the size and orientation was a fit for our lounge. Yet—repeatedly—we were accused of having ordered the wrong version and of ‘not checking the docket’ before leaving—apparently the onus is on the customer to decipher the alphanumeric code that represents your purchase at the POS and flag any errors that the staff have made (for example, entering a couch with the opposite orientation to the one you asked for.) Eventually we settled for the showroom model, which is the correct orientation (we had asked 5 months previous if they could sell us this, but it was ‘not allowed’.) Perplexingly, the staff remembered every detail of our original visit, except for the bit where we asked for the floor model—a request that validated our position that the wrong orientation had been entered. Anyway, here we are sitting on our used couch we waited 5 months for and paid full price for, no apologies, no discount…just bitter memories of dealing with a shoddy, unprincipled company.

I hve bought three units and like the look and the performance of the only one installed. However I needed a magnifying glass to read the operating and programming manual.The prrogramming system is very similar to a German system I have seen on another manufacturer and once you have cracked the logic it is good. But please increase the print size!!

Reported issue by email on Sunday, Solution IP had phoned me within 15 minutes of them opening on Monday morning and Openreach were here within a couple of hours and line was fixed. What more could I ask!

Kyle was amazing when we suffered a major fault on our phone line - he came straight to our office to assess, organised an Openreach engineer to attend the same day, and waited at our office for half an hour when we couldn't be in on time for a second engineer visit. Great customer service!

I contacted Sonic Editions about a print for a special birthday for a friend, asking if they could ensure delivery by the time of the party we were intending to present it at. SE were very helpful and I had the print within a week of ordering.

I purchased three pairs of tights online recently, in three different colours. Soon after, I received notification of a partial refund. This notification didn't tell me which pair of tights were being refunded, or explain why they were now unavailable despite being able to add to my cart and pay. Luckily the tights are super comfortable.

I am still waiting for delivery - ordered 16th December, which was plenty of time before Christmas 2017, but looks like I'll still be waiting Christmas 2018! Not impressed and not happy.

My dog has severe allergies to food and she is constantly on prescription food from the vet and I have been unable to get a great for her that doesn't make her sick. I bought the trial pack for £20 which I think is great value for money. I started past on the Apple and kale chews which so far so good. I am able to give her a quarter of a chew without her being sick. If she has a half, then she seems to be sick, but at least I am able to give her something now as a wee treat.

I've just received the Bees Bedding Set. The bees are washed out and faded rather than bright and vibrant as in the photos in the brochure and on the website. I'm concerned they'll lighten even more after washing. A word of warning - if you want to return bedding, don't open the packaging (unless you're sure it's faulty).

Ordered the hare bedding set as I have collected a few items from the range as I like the stone coloured background and the hare colour.however I was a little disappointed that the background was white ,and didn’t say in the description.but having said that the bedding is lovely quality.

My experience with other car sales people in the past has not been good - they are pushy, arrogant and actually do not listen to your requirements. Have used Sovereign and always good value. For a few recent holidays abroad I switched to Booking .com as I had sufficient euros available and I could cancel holiday two days before departure, without any charge, apart from flights costs. Travelling this way is not without risk as there is no ATOL certificate.. Looking forward, there are now plenty of potential disruption issues on the horizon. Coronavirus, leaving the EU and extreme weather conditions, 'winging it' although cheaper and flexible has lost it's attraction for the time being. My wife and I knew exactly where we wanted to stay, room choice and the date had to be available for our wedding anniversary.. The booking was handled by Samantha Grist an extremely pleasant and experienced agent. At the end our discussions I advised Sam that if I am asked to give feedback I would rate her performance as 10 out 10. She has taken ownership of the booking. As a customer it is nice to receive excellent service. Thank you Sam.

Spaceways did what was expected - brought my empty boxes on the day scheduled and moved out my full boxes on the day scheduled a week later. Both of my drivers, Ben and Jerry, were friendly and professional. The customer service was flexible and helpful when I called. I think there can be improvements in the details - such as offering smaller time windows (8am to 4pm is really not feasible for most people), having cleaner spaceways-branded boxes and removing the previous person's labels from the empty boxes, having their vans say spaceways on them instead of other companies, and sending confirmation emails of my order and receipts of how much I spent. After placing my order, I did not receive any sort of confirmation and had to call to check whether I was going to receive my boxes. I chose spaceways because of the competitive price and because they also accepted items not in their boxes and the first part (the move-out) process was straight forward. Hopefully receiving my boxes back will also be!

I am very disappointed in my experience with Spaceways, because I was first recommended to this company by a good friend who speaks highly of them. But I gotta say, they kept messing up on my orders. Not once, not twice, but three times. The empty boxes got delivered on the wrong day, they arrived 5 hours before I had to leave to the airport to catch a flight. When I asked them to pick up my boxes, they came a few days late, like how my empty boxes came late as well. Yesterday when the boxes got delivered back to me, it was again late. The time slot was from 8am-4pm, but they came at 5:30pm. Overall, I don't have any good things to say about Spaceways.

The service from this company was 100% however it took 12 days for Proximo to get it sorted from the day of request also there was a large stain ( urine ) on the lower bunk mattress where the driver needed to sleep so we had to clean it ourselves before we used the truck ( maybe a valet before deliver would have been (appropriate).

I live on the Isle of Man and choosing gifts for friends and relatives in England is difficult as postage gets expensive. I received an email one morning saying order was ready only to receive an email in the afternoon that they were awaiting for further supplies at the end of the week, to date I haven’t received the larger part of the order.

Ordered on the Friday, arrived on the Tuesday. Cheaper ordered direct than bought in my local garden centre. If you have space to store several bags of food then this is a great option.
