I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

This is the fifth diary insert I have ordered from this company. They are very efficient, orders arrive quickly and the only time I had to contact them, after I had made a mistake, they were friendly and pleasant and the problem was sorted out immediately. A very good firm to deal with.

The lady to whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful and sent me details very swiftly - and I was pleased that you had made the tedious money laundering formalities as straightforward as possible. The rate is good in the current market - I trust that you will not reduce it in the near future.

I was opening a new savings ISA account, having recently moved to the Penrith area. Staff were very helpful and guided me through the necessary details for a new customer. Also a free cup of coffee!!

The service was good - delivery time could have been a day or so quicker, but the switch on the magnifying glass was difficult for my 91 yr old mother in law to push on and off. I took the cover off and put some Vaseline on the parts that slide which made it ok for her, but I think you should consider a different and easier light switch bearing in mind these are mainly used by elderly and quite often arthritic people.

Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

The Rep that I spoke with, Chris, was extremely helpful in working with me to renew my Liability Insurance for my Company. He answered any questions that I had, and offered directions when needed, as I was going through the process of renewal for the first time.

My second year to purchase the Professional Groomers Insurance and liability with this company. Haven’t had to submit a claim so far.

Ordered the tag on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday. Very satisfied.

Who at Peter Alan is employing these goons?? When i call these things i sometimes wonder if ive got a crossed line with Fraggle Rock, I have never dealt with such a fraudulent, lying, useless bunch of morons as Peter Alan before. Landlords avoid Peter Alan at all costs. Below is a few of the many issues i have had with Peter Alan 1)Peter Alan lie to Landords about tenants financial circumstances just so Landlords have to pay them the £400 tenant find fee. Peter Alan told me the tenants rent was guaranteed by Cardiff Council and then moved in someone who didnt pay. When you complain to Peter Alan that you are not receiving the rent theyPeter Alan said was guaranteed Peter Alan just cancel the management of the property with immediate effect just so they dont have to deal with it. 2) Peter Alan estate agents withheld rent money from me and i had to issue legal paperwork to Peter Alan to get the money that was rightfully mine. 3) Megan Cummings at Peter Alan refused to post out the keys for my properties for 6 months 4) Peter Alan lost the keys for one of my properties and I had to issue a county court summons to reclaim the cost of the locksmith Peter Alan refused to repay this for over 6 months and Peter Alan estate agents only paid after i issued a court summons. 4) Peter Alan dont pay their subcontractors who do work for them for 6 months. 5) When offers of rent payments are made Peter Alan dont call back to arrange the payments leaving the Landlord out of pocket. Landlords do not trust Peter Alan with your properties.

I found all the staff at Peter Alan's very professional, friendly, efficient. A big Thank You for all your help and keep up the Excellent Service that You have always maintained.

I bought my pillow after a nights stay at the Radisson Manchester airport. The pillow is good and fluffs up well. For preference I would have liked a little firmer but still very good. It was delivered quickly and packing was good too. I'm hoping it will wear well. It's certainly helping me get a better nights sleep.

I was disappointed with the colour of the bedding and returned it and was dismayed that I had to pay £13.60 to send it back although I was told on the telephone they would refund it. They changed their mind once I sent it back claiming as there wasn’t anything wrong with it I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. The name of the bedding was exactly the Ted Baker name I was looking for however the colour was slightly different, not good service if you want to offer an online service you need to put on place a system for free returns. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

We have been using PG as a letting agent for over 20 years. Great that we have dealt with the same people at PG over those 20 years; they know us and our properties, making sure we get what we want.

I’ve used this site for a few years for flea/lice spot on products. Some of the more unknown names are really good value but same ingredients as the more expensive brands. Products only take a few days to be delivered. Downside not always easy to navigate the website for your items. Other than that,brilliant.

I have had to chase my payments for claims from 2+ months ago. Unacceptable. The vets were blamed for not sending information. Not true.

Installer came at the appointed time and had the screen installed in about 15 minutes. The screen functions as it should. We need to check back in five years to see if it is still working.

Only sorry I didn't find these years ago...what a treat to now have fresh air and no bugs in the house! Have already recommended them to everyone I know that has sliding doors with no track for a screen door. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Careful diagnosis of a fault, good advice about replacing a router, prompt delivery of a new router.

One quick phone call, the new router arrived within a couple of days, practically plug-and-play and wireless performance seems more sprightly than the previous BT product I was using (and a great deal cheaper!) Only one thing baffled me for a while: having changed the wireless access key on the router from the default, I couldn't work out how to reconfigure the password in Windows (8.1) connection - nothing in Control Panel allows you to do this, apparently. In the end I realised you have to tell Windows to "Forget" the existing connection. This sounds a bit drastic but just means you get prompted for the new password next time you try to connect. A note in the documentation would have saved me some time and frustration.

I looked in vain for 8x8 photo frame. Thank goodness you had one I liked. No problem with delivery, it was swift, well packaged and in perfect condition. Thanks my daughter and her husband look great in it.

The zoom link was straightforward although for the last class I was only let in 3 minutes before the start and there were a few technological issues with the microphone. My 3 classes were varied but it felt very impersonal with no one being corrected. There were options for different levels of difficulty which was good but personally I felt the pace was either too slow or too rushed for some of the exercises.

I was recommended to Pinewood. So glad. It's been a good experience all round. I now recommend them to others with confidence.

It took over 5 months to complete the loan. I realise that we were complicated customers but this was much too long. One of the issues was not getting replies to emails. Sometimes this was because the person was ill or out of the office but they have no out of office message. This caused us a lot of stress.

I submitted my order online late one night, I received a phone call within an hour of their office opening the next morning advising me that one of the items on my order was unavailable and that I would be refunded for it. They then proceeded to ship part of my order while waiting on stock for another item, and that other item was subsequently delivered a few days later as a separate delivery with no extra charge. In short, their customer service was excellent and I will happily buy from them again.

I found Michael & David at Pittman to be excellent to deal with. I have recommended Pittman to some friends who will need some products from them in the future. I will absolutely have no problem dealing with Pittman in the future.

I contacted planet camping mid December as I wished to order some clothing for my wife. On the web page they did not have the size, so I rang up and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, checking sizes and even measuring the item to check the correct size, I ordered and delivery was very prompt, I definitely recommend this company.

Delivery came next day, what was great if u need it in short time. Food was nicely packed. Only thing I had problem with was that some things like broccoli came in bad condition, it was yellow, meaning it was off. And some things came different from which I ordered. It was stated that if some things are of stock it will be replaced, but I think it should be given notice for products out of stock so customer can choose on their own with what they want their ordered products to be replaced with. Since I was given products which I usually dont buy or like, and since I was paying for it and not cheap I was quite unhappy

Planet Organic is an expensive place to shop for food but I like the fact that they have offers on some healthy staples, such as grains and oils, some vitamins, as well as skin care products. Delivery is super fast and efficient and you really don't have to spend a fortune on items - some items like oats, rice, pasta, veggies cost the same or lower (when on promotion) than your regular store but represent varieties (such as sprouted, etc.) that you cannot find in a regular store. Hence, I find Planet Organic a great addition to my food and supplement shopping. For me it is much more reasonable than a more expensive outlet like Whole Foods.

As we had booked over a year before, I did panic a little as the tickets/itinerary didn't arrive until two weeks before departure. So a little more contact would have been nice.

Our luxury trip on the Orient Express and 2 night stay in Paris went very smoothly from beginning to end and this was all down to the excellent planning and organisation skills of Planet Rail. My sister suffers with gluten intolerance and had envisaged missing out on lovely food and not being able to eat a lot of it, but her gluten free requirements were catered for every step of the way and she was absolutely thrilled and over the moon about this. I would highly recommend Planet Rail to anyone and would use their services again with no hesitation.

But 4 days past this new delivery date, I have received neither the delivery nor any status update from UK Mail, nor a reply to the email enquiry I sent them. I was skeptical at first when I received the Platinum Filing info in the mail. I took a chance and I was blown away. When I call I get someone on the phone, everything was done so quickly AND they kept me informed throughout the process. After I filed for an LLC I needed a DBA. They do everything. I'm a big fan!

When I found out that PF was using a different newspaper than my local one I called to ask why. David from platinum finance was very helpful, had an after hours number that was very accommodating with my work schedule. More than happy to help even when I changed my car selection 3 times during the process.

Mistake was made with transfer of funds to car dealer on the day of picking up the car. Somewhat poor communication as the process was finalised. The fleet avenues contact Matthew who I was referred to was very helpful though.

Cruised the Eastern Cardicians on the Azura 06 to 20th March, even thought the second week we where unable to land on any of the destinations due to Covid-19, the Captain, Neil Turnbull and crew kept the passenger informed, entertained and well looked after, making the second week thoroughly enjoyable. It's a shame that P&O decided that after the 16th March any refunds would take a minimum of 60 days to be processed, blaming the virus! The ship is a little tired and was supposed to go for a refit in April 20 but I guess that will be cancelled now. The food in the main restaurants and entertainment were excellent, the buffet was disappointing, more like a continental motorway buffet than a cruise ship one. Captain Turnbull and Emma, the entertainment manager deserve a special mention as they are excellent at their jobs.

Extremely dissatisfied, rowdy groups of fouly spoken teenagers, could never get in jacuzzis sit was full of teenagers all the time, bedding in cabin was not changed for the first 4 days, food and tea stains over cabin walls, shower area was full of soap scum, balcony floor had next doors dirt washed into ours the balcony glass was dreadfully dirty hand prints every where of Grece maybe sun cream. Our main Christmas Day dinner was a total ruin meat came out raw and pastry raw mixed up all our deserts, staff were rude when asked to rectify problems, etc etc long list,
