First Class service Refreshing to deal with with a car dealer who are passionate about what they sell and knowledgeable about their products Thoroughly recommend it

Martin and Estelle were fantastic to deal with from the very first meeting. They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was a minor problem with the car we bought in the first couple of days, but they went out of their way to collect the car, get it fixed at a main dealer, and returned as soon as possible. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

Warrens sense of humor, his patience with stupid questions, his knowledge of the city, and his attention to his passengers were perfect. Jose our driver obviously knows London well and was a very safe driver. However communication between the two was difficult. Warren was very patient, and Jose tried hard. They were both delightful.

First ever trip with Evan Evans and we were not disappointed. When we first entered the coach at Victoria, Phil (the guide) was waiting and checking the passenger tickets. First impressions are everything, and Phil was smiling and friendly from the start and throughout the day had a very relaxed and calm demeanour. A good guide will determine your trip experience. We left London and it rained all the way down, miraculously stopping when we arrived in Bath. We had as much time as we needed to explore the Roman baths and then walk around the town to shop and eat, or whatever. Back on the coach, heading for Stonehenge and the rain started again, but as before, luckily it stopped when we arrived. Enough time to get the shuttle bus up to the monument, walk around, then back to the visitor centre. The whole experience was very well managed and also very good value. Full marks to the guide Phil and to Graham the driver There were a few idiot drivers that Graham avoided expertly but with no discomfort to the passengers, i.e. no jolting or sudden braking . His driving was impeccable and smooth and we felt safe at all times. These guys are a credit to the company. All in all a great trip and we will definitely be using Evan Evans again very soon.

Brett, the driver really made the day a special experience with his extensive knowledge of the area, plus a few anecdotes and friendly cheerful way.

Had confirmation email through outlining inclusions for the day stating pick up from Palm Cove 6am; got call 10hrs before saying 'can't do, you will have to be picked up in the main street in Cairns at 6.30am.' Bus did not come until 7.30am. Got to destination and there was no coffee and muffin, no welcome drink and no BBQ lunch,which was also confirmed in the email. Lunch for the day was a hamburger only!! Very disappointing day

great! i recommend it! i bought many items and im gonna do it again, they have many dino models from many companies and they are very nice and will always help you. the shipping is perfect, the longest i waited was 12 days and the shortest was 2, btw i outside the uk (in iceland) so i was shocked when the models came in 2 days!!!!

Despite the current world situation with the Coronavirus, I wasn't expecting delivery for weeks. But in less than twenty-four hours after placing my order I received a confirmation email, then two days later the Andrewsarchus arrived! I have been very impressed with the range and variety of creatures they can supply I will be definitely be using them again, just as soon as my grandson decides what his new favourite is!

I had booked one of two trips for the wrong date and rather than just confirming the booking or emailing to query whether I had made a mistake, Everything New Zealand rang me in the UK to check the correct date. Couldn't have been more helpful.

I found the progressive money service very smooth, the whole process was dealt with by Chloe Bethwaite who i found very friendly which made the whole process a lot more enjoyable. I would recommend progressive money to any one who wishes to secure a Loan , and highly recommend you deal with Chloe Bethwaite.

By having products that are more fairly priced - 30%+ interest rate, a 10% fee and then a nearly £400 set up fee makes for an extortionate product. You haven't allowed space to give more feedback on the subsequent question - rates were explained on the phone to me and I expressed concern about the size then, fortunately I had written down the figures so was able to consider them again after the phone call and realise just what a rip-off it would be to sign up to this product. the person I spoke to was polite and helpful - but didn't react to my concerns about the ridiculous rate. I would have liked a calculator for loan costs as other banks/lenders provide to allow me to adjust what I might do.

£13+ charge to process my wages each week. Extortion!!! I'm not used to having to pay that each week but had no choice but to use this service otherwise agency wouldnt pay me.

Hi Exotic direct was very helpful when I told them that my parrot went missing just a week after I took out insurance on him. Thankfully I have him back but he was attacked by crows for the two days he went missing.

The experience end to end was excellent and Angeli and Clark from the Expat Online team I worked with clearly have the client experience process well oiled. Both were responsive and courteous, taking as much pain away from the process as is possible. I purchased the "British Airways i360 and 3-Course Dinner for Two" voucher as a birthday present for my wife last September. We were both really excited about going, since it is near where we live and we've never been before. We planned to go this year, but then COVID-19 struck and the i360 was closed for some months. In March this year, a British Airways link advised us directly that our booking would still be honoured and extended by 6 months, but when we came to redeem the voucher with Experience Days they said the voucher had expired two days earlier and would not be honoured. Experience Days claim that in their Terms and Conditions one has to have proactively requested an extension of the voucher prior to the expiry date in order for it to be honoured. They didn't send us any emails prompting us to do this as the expiry date approached, and appears they will not extend any vouchers automatically, despite global events and restrictions being in place. The voucher only expired two days before my enquiry with Experience Days, which makes it even more staggering and frustrating. It has become clear that there is no transparency, leniency or discretion. They are hiding behind the small-print in order to profit from their customers in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic. My wife's birthday present has literally vanished into thin air. We will be booking our own activities and experiences direct in the future. As their slogan goes, "Make Every Gift You Give An Xperience". What an experience it has been - never again!!"

Chloe was very helpful and friendly in the booking of this holiday for our grandson Having researched this Mercury holiday the evening before booking what we expected when booking was not forthcoming as Mercury staff stated prices had risen considerably overnight and even though just days before we had booked the same holiday hotel and dates for ourselves they were not prepared to help in any shape or form but Chloe certainly tried when on the phone so very well done to her for her help and understanding in this very disappointing booking with Mercury We certainly will be using Experience It Now Travels Service Again Best wishes John and Pamela

I have used Experience travel twice in the past and have just booked a third holiday with them and the service has always been outstanding.

The service I received could not be faulted; especially from Lauren Boyd, who was patient; always helpful and always considered in her responses

Brilliant holiday but a lot of travelling, especially first week when only had 1 night in each hotel.

A much better tour manager and a holiday that reflected itinerary advertised... 2 of the main tours had not run for 2 years!!!

Weather was awful 50% of time, but our captain was wonderful ( and other crew members) Minor problem , why was boat not fuelled before we arrived, then we would not have lost half a day and had to change itinerary. Route showed us history and geography, but we would have liked a bit more shore exploration time and some guidance of things to see. Perhaps a mini guide book on the boat.

I have used Express Bingo Discount Co for several years and I am constantly amazed at how quickly my orders are fulfilled. My last order was placed on Sunday afternoon and was delivered on Tuesday morning!

Bought these as fed up of wearing the soles out on shoes within six months on shoes with man made soles. They have outlasted previous shoes from other retailers so happy with them. They are stiff and take some wearing in but worth the effort. Shoes arrived within the delivery time. Well packaged.

The hostas arrived within the estimated time but unfortunatly out of the six supplied only four have grown. However, the ones that are growing look healthy enough.

I have shopped at Fab Frocks for over 16 years and have always found the perfect dress. I was very sad when Tracy left as she had very big shoes to fill. But, you now have two most amazing staff. Firstly newcomer Lyn - who I am sure could sell ice to Eskimos and sand to the Arabs. An amazing sales lady and whats an eye for detail and to assist and comment appropriately. Then there is the lovely Gill who is a wonderful lady and is so helpful - I rang up regarding a dress I had tried on but decided not to buy recently! I changed my mind, a lady's prerogative and I rang the shop, having decided I wanted that dress - Gill remembered me and the dress and when I dropped in 45 minutes later the dress was waiting for me in the changing room. I was in and out with my purchase and totally satisfied. Both Lyn and Gill should have any awards given to them as I cannot praise them highly enough. Top job Fab Frocks!

I have booked two tickets for multiple flights from Sydney to Chongqing 3U606 operated by Sichuan Airlines on 29/05/2018 , from Kunming to Singapore MU5866 operated by China Eastern on 30/05/2018, then from Kunming to Singapore MU5093 operated by China Eastern on 03/06/2018. Then they sent me an email which says that the sector flight from Sydney to Chongqing has been cancelled by Sichuan Airlines and we will be put on a flight from Sydney to Chongqing on 25/05/2018. We noticed them that we can't not travel on 25/05/2018 because we will be still working and therefore we asked them for refund. In a later email they state that China Eastern will charge us $110 for each person and Feijipiao AU will charge us $50 for processing fee ! I must point it out here that the flight date is still one and a half months away and the "inconvenience" is completely caused by them and the relevant airlines, not by us, and they want to charge us for $320 . Do they know what they are doing?

I suffer from PCOS, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I was diagnosed in Oct 2011, when I had just turned 21. The dr told me that I could never have kids. I was depressed for months and crying for months. Ovusense is awesome! I've learned so much about my body since I've used their product. It's helped me to learn when my body is ovulating. I received a product that broke only days of usage. I'm afraid it will occur again. $300 for something that breaks. Much rather would have had my $300 back and return the same item that is made extremely poorly!

Excellent Service - Karen's second to none !

We were at the very end of our renovation project of our open plan property and the Building Control wanted us to put up a fire wall, thus changing the layout of our open vision, until our architect mentioned the Acumist System. So I contacted several of the Plumis accredited installation companies to see if anyone could help us urgently with installing this system. Firefend and particularly Karen in their office, was amazing, she responded immediately, asking for plans of the property and once received she immediately worked out and quoted on the installation, giving me all the details I needed and said they could install as soon as we were site ready. Out of around six companies contacted, Karen was the first to reply, indeed only two others replied several days afterwards, saying they could quote but the time-line was too long for us on installation and another company just quoted too much, in fact when I mentioned Firefends quote they could not believe the value for money we were getting with their quote. So we decided to go ahead with Firefend and we are very pleased that we did, again Karen was wonderful speeding the process up for us, as we already had a buyer for our property and did not want to delay the whole buying process because of this and Karen was true to her word in getting the paperwork sorted for us in record time. I would definitely recommend Firefend for Karen alone, she is a true credit to the company and a real organiser.

I have used First Aid for Life several times. Staff like the online trainingas it can be done in their own time and the practical's have always supported the online training been informative, fun and a good day of learning.

Tickets arrived in a really nice travel pack, and every hotel that we stayed in was excellent.The trip that had been organised to Niagara Falls was outstanding and we had a really great time exploring Canada. We travelled by Viarail, from Halifax NS, to Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Would advise anyone thinking of booking a holiday to Canada to speak to your consultants who are really knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a journey we will always remember.

I had a very fast delivery ( the next day)

I have used first fence twice now and both times with problems the first time was the damaged product which was caused buy bad handling with the product sliding around in the back of a flat bed lorry this took two more attempts to get a undamaged product the second purchase there was a problem with the delivery I was away when delivered I got a text and explained the yard they trying to deliver to shut at three o'clock I then got a email saying delivery had been made when I got back went to pick up fence but it had not been delivered at all I rang first fence and to be fair the lady found out where the delivery had gone wrong and sorted it out but this still ment idid not have the fence the day I needed it but the product was fine.

I think the tutor explained the course material well and has helpped me prep for the exam.

I this it is very good that two exams (Couse Exam and Mock Exam) are provided to mark very important milestones in study phase. It helps to manage and control my study pace, though I always feel the deadline is quite challenging. Actually I was not ready at all when I took the Course exam for AFM, but it was good to have taken it anyway, as this stimulated and encouraged me to keep working towards the exam.

I would recommend it to everyone Ron Walker was amazing funny made it interesting he bought alot of advise and experience to the course I learned so very much.will be taking the experience back to work

From first to last, First Step provided a top quality service. Having sent them a few photos of my current staircase and a brief description of what I was hoping for, the design team came back within a few days with a perfect solution. We took the opportunity of visiting the factory and we were impressed by the scale of the operation and the diversity of designs and materials available. The service was superb and we found genuinely nice folks to talk to and discuss options with. The fitting team were a pleasure to meet and they were done in two days, even working late to ensure every detail was to their highest standards. The final result speaks for itself.

I contacted First Direct about my challenging stair project in September and received a prompt response from Adam followed by a site visit. Adam was extremely helpful and professional and was very flexible in accommodating my requirements. He kept in contact regularly in the lead time up until the installation so I always knew what was going on. The installation itself was very well done and I am thrilled with the end result. It is a craftsman finish with great attention to detail. Andy & Andy were at all times courteous and professional and they went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the job. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering a stair renovation project.
