This was the first time i had arranged a golf break and it was for 9 people so had to get it right. All the staff at golf travel centre was great, helpful and willing to answer any questions i asked. I could not thought them.

I paid for two upgraded 'Marine' grade numbers. When the items were received there is no indication on either item or the packaging box that they are 'Marine' grade. I believe the incorrect product has been sent. When I raised the issue I was told the correct items were sent? And if I had any issues within one year they would replace them. I replied stating that I wouldn’t expect the standard product to have any issues within a year! When I asked how they distinguished the two products in their warehouse prior to dispatch if neither box states 'Marine' grade they have not since replied. DO NOT PAY FOR UPGRADED ITEM AS YOU MAY RECEIVE A BASIC PRODUCT BY RTN. Please purchase from company with caution.

We ordered our Roccbox on a Sunday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday. The online ordering process was very easy, and we were excited to have the unit so quickly.

GPW are the best recruitment company I've dealt with in over 30yrs in the contracting industry, I've never had problems with payment, mark and Jordan are in regular contact and actively try to place the right candidate with the right client, there subcontractors are more than just a number to them, on the rare occasion I've needed to contact payroll they too have been amazingly helpful! This is a genuine review usually I hate agencies and have worked for many greedy badly managed souless leeches! I only tend to work for GPW now alongside my own private contracting work!

I would love to give a review of Grady's Cold Brew but considering the fact that I never actually received my order and my email to the company inquiring about it went completely unanswered I can only review their them for service. So, NO, I would not recommend the company to anyone. I ordered their Bean Bag Singles product to try an alternative to lugging home their concentrated bottles. I never received the order. USPS says it was delivered and the address was correct, but in the past I've noticed that USPS sometimes says things were delivered when they were not. But, the delivery failure is not necessarily in Grady's control. What was in their control was to answer my email asking them to look into the missing order and an inquiry into whether I could just buy the brew bags at a nearby store instead of messing with the mail. I never received an answer and have not purchased Grady's coffee since and don't plan to.

Ordered one day, delivered the next, quick service as always.

We were traveling to Italy and wanted to attend a couple of stages of the Giro d' Italia.. I read about Grand Tours Projects online. I called and spoke with a professional and friendly representative. She explained how their experiences work and the cost A couple of weeks later I booked with GTP. I purchased two Michelangelo experiences for the start of Stage 13 in Pinerolo and two Leonardo experiences for the finish of stage 15 in Como. During the Michelangelo experience I had know idea that you would be that close to the stage and the cyclists. We were shoulder-to-shoulder with cyclists. We were able to take photos of and with cyclists. They came into our area sat and chatted. It was amazing. During the Leonardo experience, we were meters from the finish line. Pretty unbelievable. Since you can arrive 3hrs before the finish, there are t.v.'s to view the race. Alberto Contador was presenting the winning trophy for the day. So prior to the presentation, he was escorted into our section. He was so friendly. He took photos and chatted with everyone. In each section, there is food and drink provided as part of the experience. It was an amazing experience and one we will never forget. For what you received, the price is very reasonable. The order arrived slightly before the two weeks specified, which was a great treat, to begin with. The 1kg bags of nuts are amazingly good value and tasty too. So helpful to have large quantities. The person delivering the order was extremely pleasant and actually managed to find our house without phoning! - we live off the beaten track. - Our order was beautifully packed in its box with purple tissue paper. Following an initial briefing with a Graphite consultant, the team were extremely helpful in preparing content for our Management Training Day. The course was titled 'HR Essentials' and gave a fantastic overview of employment legislation and also certain procedures which an employer is obliged to follow, such as 'rights to natural justice', disciplinary, grievance and bullying/harassment. Our Managers have never had training like this before so it was critical that we pitched at the right level and this was done perfectly. All of the team found the training brilliant. Patrick Redmond was our consultant for the day and delivered fantastically, was full of knowledge and answered a lot of questions thrown at him! I would most certainly look to use Graphite for future courses/training again.

Completely useless service and rude customer service. Only ordered because I was told I’d receive a specific delivery date due to the large order I was placing and delivery would be direct by this company, only to receive an email stating completely different and no delivered date. Called to resolve and the lady was rude, talked over me constantly shouting down the phone. No effort to resolve anything just kept repeating the same “can’t do anyhting etc etc” just disgusting, when I requested a refund I was then told it a story of how long it would take to refund the funds waiting for the courier etc etc, just nonsense, awful company,

Michael was our driver. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and very friendly. The audio system in the tour bus was very good also. We enjoyed the tour of the city and he then took us to the ferry for the Ft. Sumter tour and was available to return us to the visitor center after the tour of the fort.

Guyaquil City Tour - VERY RECOMMENDABLE - also for CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS Having "Guayaquil / Ecuador" as a port of call on our cruise, we neither wanted to buy some over priced shore excursions on board our cruise ship, nor did we want to just walk around the Town. So, in advance, we booked the "Guayaquil City Tour". The booking procedure and payment was very easy. As meeting point we agreed on the Continental Hotel right next to the Seminario Park. This, by the way, is the place where the cruise ship shuttle will drop you off. Our guide ANGEL was already waiting for us. The first part of the tour was a walking tour: Seminario Park, also known as Bolivar Park, the Malecon,  Moorish Tower, City Hall, Rotonda Monument, various historic buildings and churches. The second part of the tour was a sightseeing tour by car (modern, clean, safe): Malecon, Las Penas, various neighbourhoods including the very sophisticated gated communities where the wealthy people live. Our very friendly and knowledgeable, perfect English speaking Guide ANGEL gave us a deep insight into this town, its history and into the daily life of the people here. So, if you are on a cruise and want to spend the day in Guayaquil, TAKE THIS TOUR!

Our tour guide, Estephan, and our driver, Eduardo, were the best parts of this tour. We we were enormously disappointed in the reserved seating on the train. We were on the side that faced the "wall" all the way down and all the way back. We struggled to see the mountains, the railroad below, and the river. We were informed on the way to Alausi that 6 more people would be in our van returning to Cuenca. At the time, we did not know this, but guess who got the best reserved seating on the train...those 6 people who caught a ride back to Cuenca with us!!! They were Spanish speakers and we were Americans. And, that is why we think we were given the poorer seat assignments on the train. We did not have restaurant reservations when we arrived in Alausi and that surprised Estephan! We ended up eating on the porch of a restaurant (the food was good), but for $79.00 for each of us, we expected better and fairer treatment. We wonder if the 6 people who caught a ride back with us and who got the better train seating might have had lunch reservations! We would like to ask for a refund for this trip or at least 50% refund. We do not want to pay for the treatment we experienced. Do you think we have lots of money? No, this was a sacrifice for us!

They canceled our tour less than 24 hour before because too few people had signed up. This was told to us by Viator after Grey Line lied about the reason. Unprofessional, unethical: avoid man named Leo in San Antonio office or risk getting ripped off. This company needs to seriously review its hiring practices.

Le trajet a duré 8h alors qu'il devait être de 6 h. J'étais assise à l'arrière et il faisait très froid. Heureusement que j'avais apporté une couverture. Dans l'ensemble je suis contente, surtout d'avoir vu le Grand Canyon, mais je ne referais pas le voyage en bus.

The guide was very informed (an Oxford graduate) capable of talking London politics as well as how the typical British citizen felt and responded to a variety of issues. The driver was great. The weather was not great but didn't have much of an adverse effect. I was expecting more to the Cotswolds; history, etc. It is a beautiful section of England, though. I had to cancel my daughter's ticket and appreciate the company's promise to credit my credit card account, within 5 to 7 days. Thanks for a very good tour.

David, our guide, and our driver Armondo were great. David was very knowledgeable about the tour locations and kept up an entertaining batter between himself and Armondo. It was really evident that they loved their jobs. I only wish we had time to stop at Dover Castle or at least drive close enough to get a good picture.

I think it was great Gray line gave so many options from the tour busses to the airport shuttles and they make it so easy to be a first time Visitor to the city

Took over two hours to get from JFK to our hotel in Manhatten. Took 40 minutes to get on shuttle, then it sat there for 15 minutes waiting for driver to return to bus.

We had one day in Portland. This was a great way to tour Portland and learn about the different areas. The driver was very knowledgeable about the different areas. We would like to come back when we had more time and visit the areas we saw. We will recommend the pink trolley.

So much fun, everyone was so helpful in helping us get tickets, find a place to hop on, and the guide was funny and informative and interesting- definitely recommend as a way to see all of Portland so that you can explore from there.

The drivers and tour guide was excellent the trip was amazing the reason I gave four stars was we had to walk to Rosen inn international for 6.10 in morning which took 40 mins only to find everyone else was picked up from there hotels and we had to pass ours found that very disappointing they even picked up at Rosen point Orlando which would have took us 2 minutes to walk to not 40

Luxury bus with plenty of legroom, wide seats (2+1 setup), wifi, power at all seats, clean, nice temperature etc. Professional driver kept distance in the traffic, and assisted with luggage. The included shuttles made the experience seamless and on arrival in Orlando everything was very well coordinated. There are no scheduled breaks from Miami to Orlando and no onboard vending options. Make sure you bring food, snacks, and water.

the Vatican tour was ok for an english tour we found the guide was hard to understand and very unorganized I would give that portion 2 stars but the colosseum portion of the tour was amazing and if we could give the guide 10 stars we would, we traveled europe for 12 days and she was the best tour guide we had for the whole trip very knowledgeable, funny, amazing personality, you can tell she enjoys her job

Our bus driver or tour guide was very informative, witty, and interesting to listen to. He was very pleasant and made the trip quite enjoyable. After spending several days on foot touring SF it was a delight to sit back, relax and enjoy the tour. The bus was very comfortable. I also loved the clean tall windows to the ceilings. Price was right, and amount of time at each vineyard was perfect as well.

Our Guide/Driver was incredible!! I have recommended this trip to everyone!

While the driver was friendly and courteous, he started out stating we were supposed to be at the pick up point at 8:30 when our tickets said 9. At the LBJ birthplace, we weren’t given time to see the exhibits in the visitors center. When we got to the LBJ Ranch at noon, the next tour didn’t start until 1, so we didn’t get to see the house. We told the driver we would rather spend more time in Fredricksburg and Luckenbach than wait for the tour. In Fredricksburg, we were only given 1.5 hours, which is the same amount of time I was given when I took this tour 5 years ago and we got more time at the previous stops. When we got to Luckenbach, we asked how long we had and were told 15 minutes. We stayed a half hour. The driver drove right past he winery where he said we would stop at the beginning of the day. It was clear he wanted to get back early.

The driver was excellent first class

Tony, the driver was very good. He was knowledgeable, had a good presentation and added a bit of humor. Unfortunately the bus broke down but Tony and the company handled it quite well. The only issue was the driver who picked us up at Long Harbor and took us to the bus station was very rude.

Rueben our driver and rosendo our tour guide did a phenomenal job! We are very happy that we booked this tour. This very good to visit chichen itza in the morning time because there where not so many people there and also it was not so hot.

The tour guide at Chichen Itza, Hilda, was very average in terms of delivery and. content. We were a large group - partly English speaking and rest Spanish speaking. The group should have split into two - by language - since we wasted a lot of time due to the guide having to say everything twice - in English and then Spanish. We also seemed to have missed seeing some important parts of the Chichen Itza site - e.g. Sagrada Cenote. Lunch was average and the ride to Cancun was uncomfortable in the last row of a crowded mini bus

Great tour we saw a lot of Chicago in just 4 hours. Mitch the bus driver and guide was very knowledgeable on Chicago history. He was very sociable and funny and made the ride very enjoyable.

The 130 Chicago North Side Tour on Thursday July 19 was cancelled. We were never notified and found out when we got the bus. I finally figured out I had to go to the hotel gift shop to find tour agent. When I got there she was away from the desk. Requested money back and have heard nothing since. Was supposed to hear from Tiffany. Please let me know how I can get a refund.

The tour was amazing and breathtaking, our guide Jo / Joseph was fantastic, kind, funny and definitely went above and beyond. Organisation of our tour was poor, we booked a group transfer from split to Zagreb via plitvice lakes, we arrived 7am and our names we not on the list nor was that tour going to Zagreb (instead it was returning to split). Jo squeezed us on his tour and spent a large majority of the tour on the phone organising how to get us from the lakes to Zagreb. If it wasn’t for our guide we would of been stuck at the lakes or missed our 24hour flight back to Aus.

Pick up was 45 minutes late with no warning call. The shows presented are really weak and amateurish. The food served is good, but the lines to get to it are horrendous and no one to keep rude guests from cutting in lines. The organization at camp ground is really faulty. Would not do it again.

Pick you up from hotel which is nice but in this case you are taken to pick up point and after 1.5 hours back where I started! Easy to and efficient to contact by phone or email.

My driver was a no-show at 3.30 AM. I have contacted the company for a refund with no response at this point.

De plus, dans nos courriels, comme nous avions acheté un autre tour, le "Best of Cinque Terre" qui était prévu trois jours plus tard nous vous avons avisé que nous annulions ce tour. Vos règlements stipulent que nous pouvons être remboursé si nous annulons au moins 48 heures avant. Nous étions à trois jours avant, donc, amplement dans les temps. Vous ne nous avez pas répondu. Nous attendons toujours une réponse.

Casi lo perdemos a pesar de haber estado 30 min antes en el punto de encuentro (Lowes), ya que el bus era una van negra con identificación de un solo lado que se paró enfrente sobre Collins. No se lo veía. El chofer ni se bajó a ver si alguien estaba esperando. Al ver la tardanza, nosotros nos asomamos. Nada amable. Tampoco nos entregó los descuentos que prometían al hacer la compra. La vuelta en cambio fue tal cual lo informado y hasta el chofer amablemente nos acercó a nuestro hotel.

Dirty old white coach with bashed wheel arch and rear bumper hanging off was no resemblance to execute coach on their website. Driver did not provide much information during tour. Did not stop at Coco Walk or Wynwood only stop was 25 min at Little Havana then 20 min at Bayside as he was dropping some customers there for a boat trip. When asked why we weren't stopping at Wynwood the driver replied that it was a dump during the day and best visited at night. Poor tour which didn't deliver what we paid for. Save your money and jump on free trolley bus to get around.

The bus quit working and we were stranded at a gas station for an hour And a half after we already had to switch buses one time because the first wasn’t big enough. Then due to the delay we didn’t get to do part of the tour and the rest was rushed and the tour guide blamed it on our group because we needed to be back by the original time. It wasn’t our fault we made other plans after the eight hour tour.

On Oct. 5, I booked six tickets online through the Savannah Grayline website for the Savannah for Morons tour taking place on Nov. 23 at 4 p.m.. I had a house full of company and thought that would be fun and interesting. When I called that morning to find out where our pick up point would be, I was informed that the tour was not happening that day. Why then was it an option for me to choose when ordering my tickets 6 weeks earlier? Why did they not call me if it was canceled and offer me some rescheduling options. They said they were sorry and refunded my money. I was really disappointed by their customer service.

First time doing this tour-90 minutes of laughter! We live locally and will definitely be doing this again with family and friends as they come to visit. Thank you for such a fun spin on Savannah’s rich history.
