The food for our two cats arrived quickly, the packaging is innovative (especially the resealing to keep it fresh) and the taste is obviously amazing since the two furry ones are eamptying their bowls!

We have been using Scrummi for years now and we couldn't recommend them enough! The delivery is quick and orders are easy to make. The product itself - the White Waffle Towels - have been great as well. The annual updates you get to tell you how much you've saved on costs, the environment and time is always a pleasure to see. One thing I would say is that we miss the eco-friendly bin bags that were a gift with every order for the first while of 2019 and are no longer available. I think it would be good to add these in as a freebie for every however many items purchased or even to buy them as they would definitely sell (at a reasonable cost of course). And we love the fact that recently they have moved away from all plastic packaging and now the towels are wrapped in paper instead. Bonus points for the planet!

I plan my wk days which is very hectic people won't understand I order my towels and did not receive it not on time never I was told to keep the towels for free if they showed up towels that wasn't posted in the first place put me right to shame and embarrassment to tell my clients no towel I ended up have to order off another company which guarantee next day delivery and was right on time thank God for that

I have not as yet received the coffee which was ordered several weeks ago. Therefore I believe that some attention should be given to expediting the product in a more efficient manner.

Happy with booking procedure, but didn't think much of recommendation to spend 2 pre-flotilla days in Patong .. which incurred £100 of taxi costs .. when others spent this time in nicer hotels much nearer to airport and marina.

Our coach driver Alby was knowledgeable and informative. It was a pleasure to be on his tour.

Day tour of KI was very good, the driver was very knowledgable & gave great information. We had a few intermitent showers on the day, but we got to see all the main attractions. The seals at Seal Bay & Admirals Arch were so lovely to see up close in their environment. Highly recommended for all ages - was a great day.

The attended the experience because my husband got a voucher for a 'thrill experience for 2' for his birthday. We were a little apprehensive at first but as soon as we met George who was our instructor for the day everything was great! He was so helpful, friendly and encouraging. The games that we played in order to help us define skills and be more confident on the segway were fun and they really did help me and my husband to become more confident. The venue was nice to and we got a a small amount of time in the wooded area after we learnt some skills and played some games.

Booked this for my dads birthday present, he loved it. Loved the races at the start in team and the instructor (Callum) got everyone going. Lots of fun and would definitely book again ????

Excellent service - I was looking for two of the same model alarm clock but they had only one in stock -they proposed alternative at same price and despatched promptly, including a free gift.

i made an order for Seiko SRPD03K1, everything worked fine, and i checked my online banking, and they charged me with the total amount, and it was from Seiko.ie, after one or two days, received an email that my order was canceled due to some issues with my bank account !!! i checked the online account again, and the total amount had returned to my card, i replied to the email and told them that there are nothing wrong with my account, and asked them to try to take the money again, they replied to me that it is nit possible, and i had to make a new order ( if the item still available !! ) and guess what, it was not available !! it was a limited Seiko watch, and i think from beginning it wasn't available, but they didn't update their website database, and that's why they had to cancel my order.

Terrible company. They literally marked my $2000 shipment as having been delivered when they moved it to their delivery terminal. It sat there for a week during which they made no effort to contact me or deliver the item. They provided no means whatsoever to get in touch with them. No phone number, a do-not-reply email address, and a note that said we will contact you in 24-48 hours to set up delivery... they did not. I finally had to track them down through the original product vendor. They then called me to confirm they had not delivered the item (they had no idea). They then "found" my shipment and arranged to deliver it to me between 10 am and 2 pm. There was no sense of urgency on their part and they took no accountability for having lost my shipment. at 3:30 pm, I called their dispatcher to find out where my delivery was. She had no idea. She called her driver who apparently was running several hours behind but had not bothered to convey that to me, the customer. She got back on the phone and said he was late (really?) but couldn't give me an idea when he might actually show up. Really an awful company that doesn't care at all about the people they are delivering to. If your company is using Seko for shipping and delivery, you are doing a terrible disservice to your customers. They are horrible.

they had been informed i am over 65 years ,as such do not pay NIC contributions. they refunded my nic contribution . BUT STILL CHARGED ME (EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION , this should be paid to the agencey by the employer

I was originally looking at the B&M garden furniture, but I am very happy with spending a little more the quality is much better, it's easy to order, and good idea to have it dispatched in two separate deliveries, nice it can be put in different ways, its not one unit they are individual units placed next to each other :D

We dealt with Danielle from Selective Asia and she put together a personalised itinerary for our family. When I wanted to tweak it slightly she was able to immediately. Any queries she answered! Great paperwork before the holiday and I loved their app. While we were on holiday the guides looked after us brilliantly. The local offices phoned to check we were happy. All our hotels were lovely. I would very highly recommend.

Selective Asia have been excellent from day 1 in organising our trip to Sri Lanka (especially Aaron). We looked at 6 different tour operators and Aaron was by far and away the most helpful in putting together the itinerary for us. All questions were dealt with quickly, and with thoughtfulness for what we wanted, including quite a few changes along the way!

Drina and her team were extremely helpful in making my one-of-a-kind bespoke design come to life. The ring includes our favorite colors Purple and Blue. It is almost serendipitous that Serendipity Diamonds uses the same colors for their brand! Drina was very thorough and patient as she guided me during the entire process. My fiancee LOVES her ring, so too does everyone who she proudly shows it to. Every so often I catch her staring at it. Of course he said "yes" to the big question, but I'm not sure if it was because of me or the ring! What an amazing job!!!

We dealt with so many risky aspects getting our wedding bands from a fingerprint kit sent from the UK to Arizona then to.Pennsylvania then back to the UK. Then our precious fingerprint rings sent back to the US. It all went off without a hitch. Great communication and timely delivery via FedEx which I could track!

Private transfer from airport is much better and also the excursions by private Taxi with a guide was perfect.

Corsican Places provided excellent service, both from the UK bookings side with Rosie and from the local rep, Sylvie Beard, who was very helpful and full of useful tips about activities and restaurants. The package included car hire and insurance so no hassle at the airport, baggage allowance included on the flight, and there was plenty of information in the Villa. Their selection of properties suited us, and as we were booking at the last minute it was reassuring to know we could contact them with any problems. We had to pay extra for flights in our package as the seats had gone on the one we wanted, but they met us half way on the cost, which was decent of them. In comparison with booking through an internet site with little human help, as in previous holidays where we ended up with extra hidden costs, this was a pleasant experience and we hope good customer service will help companies like this survive the online world.

Had to call to find out what was happening with appliance, almost two weeks after engineer visit.

Three week delay before replacement machine could be delivered too long. Also promises to have new machine installed not kept (admittedly this was during Coronavirus lockdown but the promises were made before then.)

Order on website - next day delivery; order via PO - two week wait - yes they were in stock. Very poorly packaged - most stuff lose on a pallet that was barely held together by shrink wrap - handwipes have no seals on them, so they all leaked their fluid as they fell over on the pallet - meaning (a) a mess; (b) they will dry up sooner than usual and be worthless - and they weren't cheap either.

I ordered around midday and the flammables cabinet arrived before 9 the next morning! This was the quickest delivery I've ever had and we didn't pay for an extra fast delivery.

I rated their service 5 star because of the following reasons: Communication flow was always timely My dedicated account manager was polite and professional They delivered what i paid for.

This is the second time I have used SFM and despite the first time did not end to be a positive experience I immediately perceived the potentiality of the organization. And in fact this time they really made all the possible effort to make it happen and I had to admit with satisfaction the staff really behaved professionally and sharply. Their worldwide presence facilitates greatly the job compared to other organizations which require to use sub-suppliers jeopardizing and putting at risk the process. For sure I would recommend SFM and I will recommend SFM to all the people in need of this kind of services. I cannot talk for the whole staff in SFM but for sure the officers and personnel managed my dossier really matched my expectations. Good Job!

She took details and there I am insured. Hooray! very professional over phone but very concerned re my situation.

I have been with Shield for 3 years now and had to make a claim for a total loss caravan in the first year. My claim was settled in 7 days and there prices are always competitive.

I ordered two condensation trays but they only had one of the size I needed,I was emailed and told . I asked if they could help with telling me if they knew where I could get one at the size I needed but unfortunetly they couldn't. I requested two different size ones and they were sent out straight away and arrived today ( I was informed they would be arriving today) The people at Shirley aquatics could not have been more helpful and I will be using them again if I need anything else for my tank .

Quoted £400 by car dealer for a gap policy on my daughter's new car. Have bought easy gap on my car before, so asked here, only £100, so 300 saved! Very quick and easy to sort on the phone with helpful and clear staff. Also it's a better sounding policy than the dealer quoted for. Great!

First heard about Shropshire petals at a wedding fair at the Excel London. They have an amazing choice of confetti colours. We went for Cherries & Berries as this goes perfectly with our colour scheme, burgundy & blush. Loads of options of how to have your petals but we decided in the end to have them loose. Quick & easy to order and pay. Our delivery came in plenty of time and we were also given the option for our order to arrive 2 weeks before our wedding (which we didn’t go for as our wedding is only a month away, but thought was a good idea). Amazing service from start to finish and so happy with the confetti. Colour is exactly as shown in the website and from the smoke I received at the wedding fair! Thank you!!

Udmærket service bortset fra at jeg ikke via telefonen fik oplyst at der var udvalgte rum til ekstra billig leje, men først erfarede det, da kunden foran mig i receptionen fik tilbudt et rum til 1/3 af den pris jeg skulle betale for et meget mindre lokale! Meget ærgeligt - men ellers god service!
