I ordered a personalised hooded towelling bathrobe for my daughter as a xmas present and not only the quality of the Egyptian cotton is beautiful but also the embroidery absolutely faultless. My daughter loved it, thanks! The packaging is great (zip bag) and it was shipped super fast.

I tried many companies to get a bath robe like the one that my daughter had bought for me quite a few years. I looked at the label and on the off chance looked for it on line. There it was.I ordered and received it. It is lovely and just what I wanted.

We have been working with Zurich for a number of years and the service on this occasion was again exemplary. Our adviser is Jonathan Meiseles who is always helpful, efficient and professional.

Worst experience ever. Poor service. At some point, I was left for more than 10 days without hot water because they "did had made a mistake when ordering the spare parts". When I called and said that I would stop paying the rent if they don't do anything to fix it, the manager replied that they would then "cancel their order and leave me without hot water". I have various issues in the flat, and they proved to be useless every time - no response, loss of documents and information. They usually blamed on a colleague who had just left the company and didn't share the information with the new agent. The worst estate agency I had to deal with in 20 years and 16 flats rented over 4 different countries.

Jamie was very helpful he dealt with an issue with a new neighbour sensitively in a way that maintained my own “peacefulness”, feedback and communication was prompt and consistent!

I purchased a scooter for my grandson,on checking the contents on arrival I found a part was missing.I contacted Toyz World and the gentleman was very helpful and apologetic he organised for the missing part to be sent out and this arrived the next day.I am very pleased with the item and hope it will bring a smile to my grandson on Christmas morning,the customer service I received was excellent and I would recommend this store on my shopping experience.

Ordered on Friday, yes it was a bank holiday weekend, but I would normally expect a better turn around on despatch, my order was sent on the following thursday. Not arrived yet.

This company is nothing but a scam having had dealings myself with Louisa, Craig and Major. Dont believe the professional looking website that its legit and that saying "when something looks too good to be true it usually is" should be the tag line of his "family business". This business takes place in Craig's back room (if you can call it that, its a desk, computer and phone where Craig sits). He takes orders from customers, pockets the money to fly off on holiday and doesn't order the goods. He doesn't pay his employees and makes excuses to everyone he works with. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM unless you are happy for him to take your money and not order your goods and leave an uncompleted kitchen or bathroom!! The reviews that are good on trade prices direct are all made up by him and his family to boost his score back up to 5 stars because the other reviews pulling his rating down are factually correct.

My old boiler packed up in September when I was moving back and forth with removals vans and still ******* with the sale of my other house. I thought I would have to wait until I was permanently here before I could even make an appointment to have a new one fitted since local engineers had busy schedules and waiting times - but Craig at Trade Prices Direct said they could arrange for one to be fitted during the two days I was here unloading a van, and that I could pay after the (imminent) sale of my other house had completed, so that I could have central heating up and running by the time I moved here for good. Two engineers from STL Heating came and fitted the new boiler a short time later while I unloaded a van. They both did a great job for me and made sure I did in fact have central heating up and running again before I left, before the cold weather started, and ready for when I moved in permanently. The sale of my other house has since completed and I arrived to a warm and comfortable home and no further appointments to make and have now paid off the cost in full. This was a great help in the rather stressful situation I was in and I am grateful to Trade Prices Direct and STL Heating for the good service they have provided to me; the price was on a par with a local quote but I did not have to wait two weeks for the work to be done and instead have been able to come back and unpack my boxes in a warm house! The other thing I particularly appreciate is that Craig asked a lot of questions to establish what was actually being demanded of my boiler. This thorough assessment meant that not only was the work done quickly but that I now have a boiler with a capacity better suited to the very old detached house I live in. Unsurprisingly, it is a massive improvement; the new boiler is of the same make but far more efficient, and since the radiators and pipes have been flushed out as well it heated whole the house from cold to comfortable in a few hours (instead of a day and a half) and I can now go around the whole house in short sleeves all day with the heating on a low setting, so I know that it will not be straining on maximum and still requiring me to wear thick jumpers in the house in the depths of the Cumbrian winter. An electrician is still due to come and fit smart controls, and I look forward to that but I really don't mind a bit of a wait for it since the heating and hot water is all up and running already and I am happily reorganising all my stuff. I thought I'd have to wait much longer to have any heating at all and so I really do recommend this service!

I have a food allergy for which Trafalgar had been notified, but I think at first, they didn't grasp the seriousness of it but I spoke to our tour director and he made them understand the seriousness of the allergy. After that they were excellent at helping we make safe choices or making me something special.

Our recent tour 'South America Revealed' was in two parts. We had one Tour Director (*personal information removed by Feefo*) for the first part (Brazil and Argentina), and another (Daniel) for the second part (Peru). The first section of the tour was not well organised - we waited for *personal information removed by Feefo* to buy tickets and wasted time instead of getting to the site (e.g. Iguazu falls). We were always waiting for people (up to 20 minutes). The day of the Iguazu falls we waited for a woman to come back from hospital so didn't arrive at the falls until 12.30pm when it was hot and crowded. The woman should have gone by car and met us at our first stop! Because of the poor timing we were rushed both days at the falls, and also at the market at El Caminito. *personal information removed by Feefo* was also very biased when it came to responding to people. She let 4 South American women now living in US be late ALL the time. One Australian couple waited inside the restaurant we were meeting at instead of outside and she told them off in front of everyone and made the women cry!! We also had far too much 'free time' in Rio. Daniel was just the opposite. He was knowledgeable, responsive and HIGHLY organised. No one was ever late and we made the most of our time in Peru. It is very sad that he is leaving Trafalgar! We have done 8 tours with the Trafalgar group of companies and with the variation in the standard of tour directing we are not sure if we will risk another.

Disappointing. Ordered an item early in the week for weekend event. Order confirmed and received a nice thank you email the next day. Later that day another email advising the item was out of stock. I then stupidly ordered another item for next day delivery and paid £7.50 for this service. Three days later no item, no response to my enquiries and the tracking number I was given is not recognised. I now have to find another outfit, send this one back if it ever arrives and wait for my refund which I expect will also be delayed. I also expect my delivery reimbursed given I did not receive the next day service I paid for. If you look through other review sites other people have had similar issues. I will not be purchasing from again which is unfortunate as their clothes look lovely, just a shame about the awful service.

Ordered by phone the gentleman in cork was very helpful and it was sent out on a Monday and I received them on Tuesday morning which is excellent. Thank you. The net is perfect no trouble putting it on with the help of my grandaughter Ada. But the blue padding to cover the springs keeps moving up ! I think the problem Is it is a bit big and not enough elastic hooks. Very annoying as I keep fixing it Not a nice picture from my kitchen window. Anne

Ordered the 8ft Telstar Vortex trampoline for our 6yr & 4 yr old daughters and they absolutely love it (as does their 12 yr old big brother). Keeps them entertained for hours. Think it was the best purchase we ever made for them.

Appears on website 2 day delivery maybe 3 took 6 days was then left outside front of house when delivered with no note through the door or text. Instructions not the best said zip in middle which we took to be the end of zip where the zipper is but no it meant the straight line part took an extra twenty minutes to then correct.

This is the third holiday I have booked with Travelbag, and I will be going back to them for the fourth. Each time I have wanted to deal with the Travel Consultant I had previously dealt with, but only out of a sense of loyalty. It doesn’t make any difference, because they are all equally, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and friendly. Their prices have been the best, and they will usually round down a few pounds. You can mix and match flights and hotels with them, some of the well known travel companies don’t have the facility to have two hotels within a two week package. To reiterate, I will definitely contact Travelbag when I enquire about my next holiday.

I found the young lady that helped me organize our last trip was very helpful efficient very informative and her resort knowledge was a great help.

Had my wedding invites printed in a day and the next day they were on my doorstep. Very happy with them. They have you to proof the copies online before printing starts which is excellent. One of the four items I ordered was out of stock. Customer service emailed me the same day, informing me of the stock problem with one item. I was offered a range of options: select an alternative colour, wait for a delivery date the following Monday or receive a refund for the item out of stock. I requested to wait for the new delivery. The items arrived as Tree of Hearts had advised. The goods were very well packed and were presented beautifully. Ive started to write this review every day for the past week, but every time I struggle to put into words just how beautiful and breathtaking this place truly is. There are no words great enough to summarise how perfect our stay and wedding were. Bob and Kate have created nothing short of paradise and the dream team they have put together to cover every aspect of luxury service are out of this world. We cannot wait to return next year!

The travel consultant got back to me immediately with a quote plus lots of useful background information on the areas we would be visiting.It was great talking to someone with expert knowledge and we have been able to make a tailor made trip after being offered various accommodation and excursion options to fit our budget..

I’d been searching for weeks to find someone to tailor make an itinerary for me on either side of a two day conference and no-one understood what I was trying to achieve in the time available. Then I found Tribes and everything fell into place. They understood my needs from the outset and between their very helpful emails and the Vamoos app, I was all set! I would definitely use them again in the future.

I enjoyed the trip, the boat and the wildlife but: On arrival it was hard to find the guide because he was holding clipboard to chest.He instructed to put bags 'over there' and join bus. I looked for bags at arrival at ferry but they were not to be found and guide had disappeared. Spent the next 3 hours finding way to Boat by taxi, good fortune and several expensive phone calls! On departure I was booked to Quito although the night before I had stressed that I needed Guayaquil for homeward trip to Amsterdam. At airport I was handed boarding card for Quito. I left flight at Guayaquil but of course bags went to Quito. I was not happy!!

I have not been on a tour with this company -or yet set off on my trip to Quito and Galapagos. I had good help reviewing what was available though.

I have spoken with Trevor many times with issues on the site and have always found him very approachable and always deals with the issues straight away. Although it is difficult to manage any site when there are no permanent staff on site, and with steady turn over of residents on the complex some of the issues often tend to reoccur as the new renters are not aware of the lease conditions. It would be good in my opinion if they employed a type of handyman for 2/3 days a week to do the gardening/clean the stairwell/ and bin area on a rota around the complex, I don't think the cost would be any greater than the present gardeners and cleaners, and this would also give a presence of trinity being on site more of the time.

I have dealt with Trinity now for nearly eight years and consider that the service that I have received from them to be first class. When I call them I am always promptly put through to the correct person who will deal with my problem, which is usually resolved quickly. Trevor has been a great help especially recently when we had a problem with the rear door.

Hi, This is my first time approach to Tripster and the procedure is good/easy enough even for terrible English speaking Japanese family. Our trip is on end of this year to new year so after the experience, I want to feedback again and if really satisfied with it I will ask Tripster for our next family event.

Shoddy, unreliable shower. Developed a fault within two months of fitting. Engineer would not go up in loft as there is no loft ladder in my property. Had to pay my own plumber. Now the heat sensor has tripped, so only cold water running. Switch cannot be reset as is usual with electrical appliances. Customer service disinterested & sent a generic response. Avoid at all costs.

I still haven’t got my chlorinator I was promised updates as to my orders progress but nothing.its hot my pool is green and I can’t go in and Swimart come monthly even charged me when I didn’t even have a chlorinator I’m over you pool people and if my chlorinator doesn’t arrive I will personally pick it up.

Placed an order which took 10 days when we were told it would be sent in 3 days . No communication from tropical which is unacceptable even in these circumstances.We phoned 3 times with varying excuses very disappointed. Product arrived with part missing rang again told that's the way it is.

Fred worked so hard to get us the holiday we were after ,we phoned him several times on the day we booked and were given back the information we required. he was helpful and a very happy man we had a lower priced quote from another company but we felt more comfortable booking with you and Fred.

Our experience with Tropical Sky (TS) has been a living nightmare spanning 2.5yrs. With their reviews plummeting (3.1 on Trust Pilot), clearly we aren’t the only ones. We booked our honeymoon with TS 04/20. COVID hit, we requested a refund but were scaremongered into rebooking + told we would likely lose all costs (10k) if we didn’t. We shared concerns about COVID prolonging, they confirmed they would refund us if the rebooking was cancelled again. So, we rebooked to 04/21 thinking we had nothing to lose. As the time neared, we contacted TS about the booking being cancelled. As front line workers we realised COVID would prevail and didn’t want to rebook a second time. TS stated they were awaiting Foreign Travel Advice + repeated that we will be refunded if it’s cancelled. In 02/21 we received an invoice from TS who REBOOKED our holiday to 11/22. This neglected our clearly stated preferences + contradicted that “every effort has been made to either rebook or refund the client in accordance with their wishes.” During COVID (submitted by TS to Companies House). The booking changed the destination + reduced it from 2 weeks to 5 nights, meeting their criteria for a ‘significant change’ + subsequently breaching their T&C’s: “If circumstances are such that we are forced to make significant changes to your holiday, we will immediately contact you to discuss your preferences… In such circumstances, you will be given the option to accept the changes + any resulting change in price or opt for a cancellation + full refund.” Customer service were initially confused, responding, “did you not rebook this yourself?” After weeks of attempting to gain answers, we finally received a response: “We did this in your best interest to maintain ATOL protection”. We articulated ourselves in an assertive but calm manner + at no point did this warrant their unpleasant attitude, on 2 occasions we were hung up on mid conversation. We also noticed when we called from our mobiles the phone was picked up + hung up so only got through by hiding our caller ID. In 08/21 we formally complained + requested all data as per GDPR. They were only able to provide telephone recordings after 10/20 because their computer systems “changed”. A striking coincidence that this is the timeframe evidence of their misinformation occurred. Their response to our complaint was: you aren’t eligible for a refund because you made the decision to rebook the holiday. No acknowledgement given to the fact they had taken the liberty to rebook a second time. We were getting nowhere + in 02/22 attempted to rebook. TS acknowledged we wanted to reduce the budget and said of themselves “the facility of itinery changes without change fees is one of the most flexible in the industry". Unsurprisingly, they went back on this. After receiving disproportionate quotes, we researched the same holidays and dates ourselves + found prices to be quarter - half of the price cheaper. Their quotes also didn’t match their own website guide prices for the same months (about £500-1000 out). They finally admitted they had added a “change of holiday fee of £100pp”. We reminded that they promised to not add change fees. They then changed the reasoning of the additional costs to be a “downgrade fee”. When we pointed out that 100pp still didn’t account for the obscene overpricing, they said “we need to make money somehow”. We asked for an itemised quote to trace this, they refused. They have made finding a holiday within our generous budget and open criteria impossible intentionally, so they keep our full deposit. We will be using every platform available to share our experiences. We hope this will protect prospectus customers from believing, as we did, that TS are a “friendly team” who “answer calls within three rings” + your money is “safe”. So that TS can identify us our booking references are: TSR556967 + TSR617901. If TS wishes to resolve this we will only be too happy to move forwards + update our review. It is sadly more likely that we will have to take legal action.

Been a customer for over 2 years, Always loved the quality of food and ease of ordering. Although now it’s become incredibly inconvenient to order from different websites ( Nature’s Menu for dogs and then True Instinct for my cat). Until recently even though if ordered from those websites separately the order would still arrive with the same van all at once. But now all the parts of the order arrive separately: some by Nature’s menu van , some by DPD , but still on the same day. I find this is hardly eco friendly and responsible.

I would definitely recommend to family and friends the order came next day so I don’t have to worry about running out again if I can’t get out. It’s the only food my very fussy fur baby will eat after being very ill

I had a great night at the TTG Awards. It was my first time at these awards and I loved the theatre idea for the awards. Jason Manford was a great presenter. I did feel however the catering situation could have been better. Maybe eating at the theatre before the award ceremony would have been preferrable as it quite late after the ceremony. TTG Media were great hosts. I thought the Savoy was beautiful and food was tasty. The music was great...especially Scott Mill's DJ set. Thank you TTG x

I didn't eat until around 1030pm when we were moved to the hotel venue. The food was OK but I prefer the sit down table format where you can review the table plan and locate who is in attendance to enable better networking opportunities.

Even after booking a cruise she is great at answering questions if they arise or providing more info if needed. She is also interested, after the trip, in knowing how our experience was. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say how amazing our specialist has been. She couldn't have helped us any more, taking care of absolutely everything and really listened to what we wanted. All of the knowledge and information provided beforehand was great but it was all the small touches of checking in with us the Friday before we were due to go and sorting out our last minute return flight check in query that really made it a personal service. We wouldn't hesitate to get in touch for any future big trips.

Turquoise Holidays (predominantly assisted by Michelle Hemmings and later Carl Howells) were fantastic! Thorough professionals, focused on quick and detailed responses, & organizing various facets of our holiday to Maldives. Michelle helped us shortlist locations, advised based on our requirements what would make most sense, and despite various questions and changes was always kind and responsive. They ensured they were competitive in their offers and if anything was amiss reviewed and responded promptly. The resort we eventually went to was as advertised, and the service convincing such that we plan to seek their assistance for a vacation annually.

Received one slate kissing spike. Surprised to find it totally blue in colour therefore no use in our new kitchen. Not slate in any way. Emailed company to advise of the colour issue but no response. Not impressed! Have you seen the reviews on Trustpilot - I think more realistic than this site.

Tuscany Now and More were always willing and able to answer all our queries swiftly and to provide us with assistance on any and all matters pertaining to our trip.

It was very easy working with Tuscany Now and More - they promptly answered any questions that I had and directed me to the owner of the villa to answer any further questions.

Mixed feelings. we found 2 tutors for my son. One has proved to be excellent and cannot fault him. The other not so good. Turned up for the 1st half a dozen lessons, then started to make excuses then stopped communicating and turning up all together. Would really help that when they behave like this that they should be taken of the register so they prevent from doing this to other pupils who appoint them in good faith and begin to rely on them and be dropped without any reason or warning.

I found a tutor really easily, all tutors responded to my request in a timely manner.
