Excellent customer service. Very sweet and well explaination to my concerns. However, it would be great if the company allow more choices and colors to choose from for the free items. Highly recommended.

Order was quick, process very good. I have received product that look almost the same as what I am looking for but it wasn't the correct one unfortunately. I contacted my sales rep, he tried to blame that I was the one who chose all the product which is a lie. When I first place the order he asked me about chair model, I gave him what show on the chair, text him all pictures that he requested, and he came up with the product. Now I am just trying to exchange for the correct product and he tried to blame on me, let see how the exchange process go. I would give this a 5 stars as the purchase process was very smooth and responsive, but the way the sales rep handle my issue was very unprofessional. Very disappointed

I have health insurance, but it seems like it takes weeks to see a doctor or for them to have certain reasons to get blood work done, and I compete so I like to know how my body is functioning. I signed up to get my blood work through personal labs through my friend pat hart , and he was so helpful. Then I got my blood work done l, and not even the next day I had my results at the touch of my fingers in my emails, and even on my own time. I didn’t have to schedule another doctor appt to get my results. I have already two of my friends sign up as well. I was wow’d. Thank you again!!!

I have been using your Pain Spray for more than a decade. Lately, I switched to the roll-on. Friends, family and the ladies in my bank have benefitted from your product. Handing over a spray to my Mom's cousins as well as my physical therapist has given other people a chance to be living with less pain. As you can see, I loved this product and would not want to live without it.

My order ended up being sent in two pkgs but I was given a tracking number for only one pkg. And after that one was delivered it appeared as if my order was closed but it wasn't. I sent an email asking and quickly received a reply that there was another pkg which arrived the next day thankfully.

I am very satisfied with this product. I also have removed all products known to be zenotoxins and used products to help keep my hormones balanced. I am thankful for the wisdom and products you offer!

I cannot rate the product as i returned it immediately after reading the dire warnings and instructions about how to use or not use it. Stringent do's and don'ts turned me off, and these should have been disclosed BEFORE any purchase, not AFTER.

I am so in love with this new wig by Noriko, with ginger highlights. It's my second wig, the first was actually a topper. I have super thin hair. Ladies, this modern style is a fresh look and you will feel like a brand new woman in it! Easy to wash and go, I trimmed the bangs some. Try it and then love it!

The desktop site is very easy to use. Mobile, not as much. The color selection is a concern but, given the supply chain issues during the coronavirus, understandable. The shipping was fast and affordable.

The website and processing orders were great. I did not appreciate that I was offered the possibility of a $100 from Amazing Solutions if I completed a survey only to find out that the $100 was 4 year long magazine subscriptions at $25/each. That was unnecessary and misleading.

So far everything I thought the product would be is. I am very thankful that I found it because sex is something I am not to old for yet and still love it. Thank you for developing something that a doctor has not.

Tim and his team were amazing! I refinanced during a crazy time and was never rushed through any part of the process. All of my questions were answered and I even had Tim’s personal number for help when needed. My refinance took a little over 2 weeks, I have friends who started before me and are still in the process. I have used Reliant since my original closing on my house. I met with Eric from Mr. Furnace for a quote for a new Furnace and A/C unit at my house at about 5:30 PM after I got home from work. He is a dog person and liked my dogs. This first impression gets +1 star. Eric looked at my current furnace and A/C unit and agreed that it was a good time to replace my 20+ year old equipment that came with my house. Eric showed me what he recommended Even knowing very little about HVAC, my BS detector never went off and his suggestion was right in line with the 2 previous quotes I got from other companies. Eric sold me a Trane A/C and Furnace, which I was told by many people is and had been a very good brand for a long time. He did it while beating the other quotes by a few hundred dollars. They scheduled the install very quickly. Sales pitch, brand, quote and quick installation turn around - +2 Stars The day of the install, my wife took off of work so the installers could access the house and coming from her, she told me that the installers were as nice as could be. They really didn't bug her until they finished up. They showed her a few things about the furnace and A/C and said to call anytime if there were any questions. One installer left a battery charger for one of his tools so I met him nearby to return it. He was very thankful and told me about the install. Clean install, friendly installers and thankful employees - +1 Star As I was moving stuff back into place, I noticed that two electrical outlets near the furnace area that worked previous to the install were no longer working. I called Eric on a Saturday evening and he told me he would get someone out asap to take a look. They are sending out an electrician today (4/30/19) after I get home from work to take a look. The financing options for Mr. Furnace were a little confusing at first, but once I sat down and looked at them, a simple 18 months no interest if paid in full was the way to go. The furnace is quiet, and blows nice warm air at a greater force with less energy than my previous furnace. I can't comment on the A/C yet but I am confident it will work just as well. Financing options/response to issues/end result - +1 Star. This was my first experience ever replacing large appliances and Mr. Furnace was great every step of the way. I got reminder calls, great service from everyone involved, and great equipment installed at a fair price at the rate I wanted to pay. Thank you Mr. Furnace for the overall great experience.

Great job and mo worries especially about future service. the team was professional, industrious and personable. my stuff works and they did everything they said they would do at the cost and in the time they said they would do it. there were no hidden costs and no misrepresentations. more than satisfied with our experience with them.

Majority of balls were 2A quality when I ordered 5A mint. Feels like quality control has taken a back seat at lost golf balls. I’m guessing they got too busy, and now their staff is filled with non golfers that rush through their picking?

I have left a few messages due to the fact I ordered 5a balls. These are to not have logos or names on them and all of them do. I would like someone to return my call and I would like balls without logos and markings like I ordered. Until then I am leaving this review. Not a very satisfied customer at the moment.

I love the idea but I guess the background of my pictures wasn't white enough to be made transparent so it looks like my oval business logo has a greyish rectangle around it, and I was hoping the logo would have been bigger on the ball, but still a nice job

Minor shipping delay due to the busy time of year I’m sure. But still arrived in a timely manner. Ordered mint Pro V1X and that what I got. Can’t tell the difference between them and my new golf ones when I reach into my bag assise from some have some different company logs on them.

Very disappointed this time around with the quality of my golf balls. I purchased grade A balls and they would be lucky to be considered grade B. Both brands were of same, poor quality. Hopefully it was just a one off as all my previous purchases were near mint condition.

Very pleased with our phone service. We were having issues with our last provider. There were days where customers could not reach us and this of course is never good for business or fun to deal with. With Nextiva we have not had any issues and feel confident that we made the right choice switching over. We are loving the features that come with our phone service such as the voicemail to email and all of the auto attendant options. The set up process was a breeze.

Try another VOIP service. Do not waste your time with Nextiva. I subscribed to Nextiva VOIP, Voice Over Internet Protocol service as a way of creating an additional telephone and fax number for my business in October, 2016 when I started my accounting and tax practice. I was excited about the idea of having two different telephone numbers ring to my cell phone, my personal cell phone number and work number through the Nextiva App. In the beginning I was already having problems hearing people using the Nextiva App by itself. People were also having trouble hearing me. Voices would fade in and out in a tinny, electronic manner. I called Nextiva several times to get this resolved. Their level one and two technicians are a waste of everyone's time and money. When I called into Nextiva customer service, I kept getting asked repeatedly for my PIN, name, and phone number. Often it was the same person asking me over and over again the same information that they were clearly not keeping track of. They also repeated apologies and ultimately did not know how to resolve a single problem I called in about. After a few months and persistence, I was able to get to a level 4 technician consistently, who helped me bypass the Nextiva App by piggy-backing on my cell phone number. I could then hear people better and the reception was better. A few months after that during this past tax season 2018, I started noticing I was missing calls. One of the customer relations managers at Nextiva, denied that there was a problem and denied me a one month credit that I asked for. Monthly fees were about $50/month. After several months of calling in about the same problem, I reached a customer service manager, who granted me a credit for one month in August, 2018 for September, 2018. I still had the same problem, then they said my router was no good for the Nextiva service. There was subsequent fooling around with Comcast who had to come out twice because I had asked according to Nextiva instructions for a stand-alone modem. After the second visit Comcast stated they no longer provide stand-alone modems, but can bridge the modem they provide. There was a lot of customer service manager turnover. The customer service manager changed to one who sent me a Netgear router for free to try. I still had the same problems, my phone would go straight to voicemail when people called. I told the manager I have had it, I have spent at least 100 hours with Nextiva Customer service. I then proceeded to look for another service and get my phone number and fax transferred to the new service. This is called porting the number, which takes a few weeks to complete. Upon being informed the service manager got mad and charged my business credit card on file without my authorization for $91.10 for a Netgear N300 Router retailing at $34.99. I was furious. I stuck to my plan and ported the numbers over to the new service and shipped the Netgear router back at my own expense via UPS 2 day costing $14.44. The porting got confirmed by the new VOIP service and the router return was confirmed by Nextiva who promptly credited the $91.10 back to my credit card. Save yourself some time and money in your VOIP search and do not go to Nextiva.

The shopping experience was so easy! I love how detailed the website was about everything, especially the sizing chart. Since I am accustomed to US shoe sizes, I measured my feet to compare to the sizing chart and the final size I ordered fits exactly right. I was truly impressed with my experience and I know I will be ordering from Swivells again soon.

My Swivells are so beautiful and I absolutely love them. The champagne color makes my heart so happy! However, after the second time taking them out social dancing, I was disappointed to see the glitter champagne color fabric (not sure what it is?) ripping off the boot. I'm not sure if it's just this model that is like this, but I am a bit sad that these won't last me very long with multiple use every week. I was hoping they would be a bit more durable. Aside from that, the fit is super comfortable and the sole is great for slides, spins, and turns. I've never had so much fun dancing in a pair of shoes!

I bought a sari online. Beautiful sari but the colors had bled into the pallu side as well as the blouse-piece side of the sari. Very disappointed with the service. They did not do a quality control check on this sari before it was shipped internationally. I can't even return the sari since I will have to bear the shipping expenses. Very very disappointed!

MSU have lot of products online , which creates a toll on the quality control of the product . This year we bought 5 Sarees from MSU and 3 of them failed in quality check ( product had defect so order was canceled) . The funny thing about this product was that I ordered same Saree before but my order was cancelled saying there is defect in Saree , I did saw the reorder tab on my online account account even thought they said Saree is not available , so we tried ordering again and it went through . We did check the Saree when it came home . It didn’t have any defect . So we were lucky .

I like your variety and design of all your products. I do believe that the cost of much of the apparel is high for what the product is, but I like the whole concept of the company. If the price point was more competitive, I would love to use more of your products in my gym and for my clients and members.

The faculty at YAxis was full professional. They gave many valuable suggestions for preparing. Mock tests were given. With good interactive sessions, the instructor encouraged us to ask questions. The mock tests were good. I scored 8.5 overall in IELTS. Iam happy with the good results that I got more than my expectation. I am very happy with the YAxis coaching at whitefield. First of all, I kept calling the Paris Vision contact number but nobody picks up the calls. I messaged through Paris vision website before taking my trip but still received no response. They need to add more staff for customer service. Secondly, my transfer service from the office to the hotel was cancelled without prior notice at the end of the tour. Some streets were blocked by Tour de France, but they should have known that info in advance. Also, they could have rearranged the transfer service to another location instead of cancelling without prior notice. It's just so unorganized. Is this French cultural thing?? This would never happen in Japan nor even in the United States. Also, they could use more clear explanation/ schedule re: switching buses, joining other tour group etc in advance. I though I was the only one who was a bit confused, but at the dinner table other people were talking about how confusing and unorganized this tour was too. My guides were nice (except this young male who was in charge of Spanish group that had a bad short temper.) but it seems more like tour organizer themselves need to improve and organized this tour better.

I have nothing good to say about your company. You twice pushed our schedule you had agreed to back. The last email and subsequent phone conversation with your office said we could do the cruise another time. Both were lies. We get there and our time for summit at the Eiffel Tower was pushed back even further. You are a sham misrepresenting yourselves as a service company

If I were wealthy I would have such marvelous art. Miros, Manets, Monets. But even if I'm never wealthy, at least I'll have Gallery Direct which has such beautiful paintings but artists that are household names and also up and comers.

I had an anniversary coming up and couldn't find the limited edition print my wife wanted as a gift anywhere. We saw the artwork in Hawaii on a vacation. Everyone said it was sold out. Gallery Direct Art found it at a great price and did a great job framing and meeting my deadline. Friendly and responsive business that is personalble and cares.

Overall we are very pleased with the book. Putting it together was straightforward, it's a nice quality and we received it quickly. We found it to be expensive with the exchange rate to CAD and the shipping options seem very high (cheapest option was $20). Overall we paid $65 for the book. We did however recommend the site to a friend (who wants multiple books from a family reunion but declined because of overall price) and we would use it again.

David built a custom-made, handcrafted fountain pen for me that my wife ordered for my birthday. I got to choose each element of the pen (color, shape, design, tip type, etc) and even held the raw material before he shaped it into the beautiful pen it is today. This website was a story type site, where every day a polaroid photo is posted, depicting one mans (Hugh Crawford) life and surroundings. Interesting and worth a looksie but not one I would bookmark or return to.

I had already seen a digital scan of the artwork, but when I held the original painting in my hands, I was absolutely delighted! We love the painting and working with PortraitFlip was a pleasure. Very responsive and timely.

Ask any one of my friends or family...I hunt down the perfect cards for each of them, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The card has to be perfect and suited to the recipient. When I discovered FineArt American I was in heaven. I had such fun scrolling through the choices. Sometimes those choices were difficult when I found two that were perfect. Then which one to choose? And thank you for the ability to write my own message inside. How cool is that!

I ordered and received for great prints from a photographer I enjoy. The product quality was amazing. I came well protected and in excellent condition. I have since used them to make some personal items of my own photography. I can not wait to see the outcome.

I bought 2 works in frame. When ordering and paying, the seller does not inform you that additional hidden costs have to be paid. Therefore, read the sales and shipping conditions carefully. The relatives and their studio of the famous painter work on the assembly line. Their promotion times will restart after expiration. Buyers are led to believe that decisions must be taken quickly. Trade is only free of import taxes on the US market. So people are on the lookout for these malicious practices. Leonid himself turns on his grave!

I purchased a painting from this studio and after a long wait, it finally arrived. I was completely disappointed with what I received. Completely amateurish - nothing like the one advertised that I had selected to buy. The dog in the painting looks like a cartoon character. I emailed 3 times asking to return the painting and requesting a refund. I got one reply saying they didn't have to comply with Australian consumer law (not true!) and saying I could have a refund if I return it, but didn't give me an address to send it to. I emailed again asking for the address and still 2 months later, have had no reply. What a waste of money, since there is nothing I can do but put it in the bin. Buyer beware!

We feel duped. FAR from museum quality as advertised. These are the same quality as one might find at boardwalk “art galleries”. Ordered 4 paintings for a vacation home. Paid over $1,000 & waited nearly 4 months w/excitement for TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Did not expect to confuse an expert; but did expect high-end renditions to compliment an elegant room. The paint is so thin that one can plainly see the weave of the canvases from a distance. Because the paints appear to have been applied so sparingly by the artists, the result is a dry and chalky texture, rather than deep layers and rich coloring. One painting has brush bristles embedded throughout the paint. THEN, the framer did not take care to join the frames properly on all paintings, leaving gaps at the corners and opposing carving patterns in the frame design. The comments / testimonials on the company’s website are approved by the site manager prior to publishing. Please take time to read OTHER internet reviews. From our experience, the work is fine if one wants a pretty picture to fill space. However, we could have saved a great deal of money, time and embarrassment by purchasing from an art school or a hotel expo sale, rather than the “museum quality” pieces from this company. The contact person, Lowell, was friendly. However, we had to start pushing for a delivery time more than 3 months AFTER the order was placed and were told that they were waiting for the work to dry. Understandable for a museum quality piece. After receiving the artwork, we would truly like to know WHAT MUSEUM???

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.

I purchased a canvas reprint of the movie poster from the movie Now, Voyager. I reached out to Sylvie at vintage art reprints and she was very responsive. The canvas that I received is very good quality and it arrived in a timely manner. It was also well packaged to prevent damage. She even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be ordering more prints from this company. It was a very good experience for me.

I bought the small customizable bowling trophies for residents at our nursing home who get three strikes in a row in Wii Bowling. I had them engraved with the nursing home name and 'Wii Bowling Turkey Club' They LOVED them and were so excited to show them to their families and other residents. I got exactly what I ordered, my only complaint is that it arrived only wrapped in bubble wrap and not in any cardboard nor any cardboard on the corners so one of the canvas pieces is worn a bit on the corner. It wasn't enough for me to need a replacement though.

Received my piece of wall art today after 2 failed delivery attempts (why do you ship it requiring a signature, this is annoying), the frame was broken on the left side of the artwork causing it to look misshapen. How do you expect the frame to stay in tact when you only wrap the artwork in bubble wrap with corner protectors? It should come in a thick cardboard box.

After ordering I found this site and paniced, however, suffice to say, my canvasses arrived in pristine condition 10 working days after ordering in line with what I had been advised. Whilst I appreciate peoples comments, I have no issues with this company and was more than happy with the service.

I did have to phone to see where my order was but never found it hard to get through to them and always most helpful. My print arrived after the call the next day and was well packaged and wrapped and in perfect condition. My only slight disapointment was the colour was not as vivid as show on the site but still very pleased with it.

Would have been a 5 star but your website said enter a code for a money off coupon that was good through 4/30/20. I am ordering this on 4/29/20 and message said coupon had expired. So your info was wrong or intentionally deceptive

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.
