I would definitely buy from Riley again. Seamless customer experience

I have already reviewed this company because I placed an order and received a set of pillowcases when I meant to order the full set so contacted Rise & Fall and they assisted me in placing the correct order. They were brilliantly helpful and the duvet and sheet arrived swiftly. Such good quality, it's already my new favourite bed linen - although I've not tried the duvet cover yet as it's too warm! I am hoping for an oxford pillowcase roll-out so am watching this space.

I enjoyed every minute of the tour Hotels Were Great Food Was Great...Gordon Our Tour Manager was very knowledgeable about every KM we traveled...Kieran Our Bus Driver was excellent I always felt very safe when He was driving...Both Gordon and Kieran were very helpful helping the passengers with their baggage and helping passengers on and off the bus...We will be going back for another tour but only if Gordon and Kieran are on the Bus We are on.....The People in Ireland were always friendly to Us and made sure we will come back to see Their Beautiful country again...

10w LEDs are only 8.8w, delivery wasn't good either. Ordered on a Wednesday evening, email to confirm dispatch within hours, delivery a week later despite 48hr tracked. I know the royal mail deliver on a Saturday too so what's the excuse?

Awful service,took 10 days for my Ring camera to arrive after saying two days. They mark items as dispatched when they have clearly not been. Had to open a PayPal complaint to finally get my item sent out.

This has been the worst business transaction and I will file it under two words "Unethical" and "Extortion" I have been trying to cancel a trip to the Netherlands in the Fall of 2020 since March 2020. I have emailed them and they respond acknowledging what I want to do and advise that I call them. I call them and they do not answer and there is NO OPTION to leave a voicemail. They have the gall to send me an invoice in June to pay the balance of the trip!! This organization needs to be investigated. 1) We currently cannot travel to Europe due to Covid-19, 2) I gave more than four months notice of my desire to cancel. 2) They refuse to give back the $250 payment I made AND want me to pay for the trip in full by July 2!! Road Scholar NO MORE!!

Just landed for a road scholar trip , in a strange city, running late and worried you'll miss your transfer shuttle? Who ya gonna call? Not Road Scholar! They place no importance on this important aspect of customer service. At least they didn't when I took my trip to Santa Fe. The "emergency" call center didn't know who was supposed to meet us at the airport-didn't have any names-didn't know if they were still there or when they were leaving. Really? I think that is what technology is for. Unforgivable, Road scholar. You can do better.

I ordered a dozen bottles of wine as a gift for my husband as an anniversary gift. I had it sent to my daughter's house to keep the surprise. It arrived safely and beautifully packaged. Amazingly quickly too. I am delighted with the service I received and would certainly use again.

My teaspoons arrived in two days, even though I only requested standard delivery. I'm very impressed.

The customer service for the telephone order and the fitting of the awning was good (4 star) but we felt the surveyor/salesman who visited us to discuss the initial order was more interested in including as many unnecessary additional items in the order rather than focusing on what would be a good awning for us (eg advising on appropriate size of awning for area of patio to be covered which reduced our star rating for your customer service). Your customer service could be greatly improved by ensuring that the surveyor/salesman uses his experience to fully discuss with the customer the relevant details about size and effect of the awning (eg angle of pitch, extent of shade provided, any potential problems and advantages of different size awnings available for size and location of area to be covered). This would enable the customer to make an informed decision when ordering the awning and avoid any disappointment with the product.

the salesman/surveyor who visited us initially was helpful, and didn't attempt to rush us into decisions. The work was carried out professionally as planned, and we have been pleased with the result. We were disconcerted some 18 months later to find that the canopy jammed unexpectedly, but work was carried out fairly quickly to correct it.

Very prompt response and the repair was carried out within 24 hours - friendly and efficient service. Would recommend your company.

We bought our first garage door from Roche in Nov.2002. We have experienced the same excellent service from Roche personnel, from the time we placed the order to the installation. The office staff are very helpful and the fitters are professional, efficient and speedy with the installation.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.

As first time buyers of a shared ownership property with a rather niche financial situation (one normal salary, one PhD stipend income), we had nearly given up hope that we'd be able to buy our dream home and make it onto the property ladder. It was at this point - after another mortgage broker had spectacularly failed us - that we found RockHopper. Troy Clayton and Nick Cornforth were fantastic from beginning to end. Not only did we get our mortgage in fantastic time, but the two were also amazingly responsive and kept reassuring us throughout the stressful process of the mortgage application. The quality control team at RockHopper went through all our documents meticulously before submission to the lender and made sure there was a minimum of stress for us. The fees for RockHopper may be higher than with some other mortgage brokers, but we can wholeheartedly state that every penny was well spent on them. If you are trying to get a mortgage and have some special requirements, we definitely recommend you work with RockHopper!

Ordered item on 18th October and failed to arrive for my wife's 30th Birthday on 28th October.

Becky was an absolute rockstar! She was so warm and accommodating to each request I had. With me living in California and the time difference between us she still was very diligent and quick to respond to my emails. I love to be able to support small and local businesses (even if it’s in a different country!) and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Also, I would most definitely purchase from them again. Rodo Creative gave the utmost superb customer service!

Dont expect a refund if you book with ROL even if its covid19. Been waiting 60 days since middle of March for 2k and a further 4k for a holiday cancelled again because of Covid19 a few weeks ago. Reported to Abta and competitiins and market authority Avoid at all costs

Still waiting for my refund (over £5000) from ROL, been told that It will take over 16 weeks to issue my refund. Not happy and will NOT be using this company again. I have emailed them with out response, Very poor customer service experience. Avoid ROL cruises like Covid-19

Although I pay to have my lawn treated & fed about 4 Times a year it started to look a mess. I decided to remove the thatch by scarifying it, however, with the thatch & dead moss removed my lawn looked worse than ever. Following advice from an on-line video I over-seeded it using Roland Medallion seed. The bare patches have gone & I am looking out at a fantastic lawn (what a relief).

Rollx is awesome...the first day out my husband accidentally ran into the door with his wheelchair and the door would not close....called Rollx and they told us how to fix it over the phone. This is our 2nd van ... they have transported both vans to Arizona ... would not go elsewhere.

I purchased a van from Tony, He helped me at every turn to complete our transaction. They shipped my van from Savage to Conroe Texas by way of Denton Texas, where Justin took over and delivered it. Justin was great as well, processed the paper work and went over the use of the lift, electric doors and so forth. All in all, a top notch purchase. Way to go Rollx Vans. I will highly recommend This company if you need a van.

Next day delivery nationwide was advertised and knew that wasn’t going to happen but expected 2 days. What really happened was our delivery arrived after 6 days and most of the produce went straight into the compost bin. Very disappointing.

My son rented a flat through Romans. When he moved in the flat was filthy. The heating, shower, curtains and microwave were all broken and Romans didn't care. The electrics were in a disgusting state and hadn't been checked for years. The flat wasn't fit for human habitation. Complaints were completely ignored. When he left they kept a large amount of his deposit with no justification. They exist purely to exploit and rip off clients. Disgusting company.

Surveyor visited the property, called me from the property and had the report sent to me by the next day. Very impressive!

I've had a few bad experiences with recruitment companies in the past but Ronald James was a different class. Sarah always called when she would and made sure I had any questions answered before my interview. Really fantastic experience all around and because of Sarah and Ronald James, I've managed to make a career switch I thought wasn't possible.

My recruiter, Beth, was very attentive and helped me secure a position with the perks and salary that I was very happy to be offered. She made the entire process very easy, and continually acted in my best interests throughout the recruitment.

Never deal with roofing megastore. When I placed my order they told me 5 working days then I received a email with a delivery date 5 weeks away. Phoned them to be told nothing they can do! Delivery date came and past with no arrival so I called them once again to then be told delivery was a further 4 weeks away, asked for my money back and have been told they do not do refunds so £4000 worth off velux windows and in total nearly four months from order date and my job is still on hold.

Don't use these bunch of charlatans. Sent me out a load of rubbish and refused to offer me a refund or replacements on the damaged items (malformed soffit boards) because their t&c's state that you have to notify within 48 hours. In my opinion this is a staggeringly short amount of time given that I was working away at the time and so couldn't have checked the order in that time anyway.

Web site said 1 day delivery but took 3. Delivery not cheap Item turned up as I ordered Communication was good & polite.

Ordered a bed from this company. all the pictures displayed had underbed storage. However the bed had no storage. had to order a different bed. Waited over a month before receiving an email about delivery and that was only because I kept contacting the company to find out what was going on. I do appreciate the situation we are all living in at present though, but the customer service is shocking. No communication and no good will gesture or receiving our delivery charge back due to the wait and as the furniture was supposed to be delivered to a room of our choice. When the delivery men came they nearly damaged my car by opening their lorry door which they swung open! I contacted delivery company and men had to come back to deliver it to the room. I even showed the men the email stating that was to happen but this was disregarded. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Furniture isn't cheap, however although the bed is sturdy the drawer isn't and is off alignment every time you open it and the chest of drawers feels cheap. I would not recommend this company.

Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.

The salesman, Tony Neil, was very thorough, answered all our questions and queries, he also outlined comparisons between similar products. There was no pressure at any time, had there been so I would have left the store. The sofa was delivered within the time frame suggested and the delivery men were polite and efficient, assembling the sofa and positioning it to our satisfaction. I am hoping the sofa will last for a good number of years, but when I need a replacement I shall again purchase from Roomes

Lovely tea, Big Smoke I love as a general everyday tea, but have more recently dipped into the Citrus Grey which was surprisingly refreshing and the Raspberry Fondant which I like for it's lovely aroma's and taste.

I recommend Roqberry as their products taste lovely and different from what is currently out there. Love the branding and what the company stands for.

we have previously stayed at Millbrook estate twice before (which is ran by the same people that offer this beautiful cottage) so we knew that when they say their accommodations are 5 star gold they really mean it, however rose cottages is just something very special indeed, walking in it really is home away from home with the attention to detail, cleanliness and personal touches. Then the added luxurys...... A private hot tub , copper bath for two, 3d TV and log burner to name a few, I could go on but you really need to be there to enjoy all its treats. it's just a little spot of heaven, basically if you're looking for complete relaxation in beautiful surroundings being looked after by people that can't do enough to make your stay truly personal... This is where you'll find it..... Rose cottage..... Millbrook estate take your pick.... It's a cut above the rest.

We spent 4 nights at Rose Cottage in January 2020 for our wedding anniversary. We loved the mix of original features and modern features. Bed was very comfy, loved the bath and great to chill out in winter in the hot tub with a glass of champagne. We visited places like Woolacombe and Clovelly nearby, winter walks on the beach, great scenery. Highly recommend!

I was given some of these products as a present. Absolutely delicious so ordered more. First class service, well packed and arrived promptly. Only complaint was with the online receipt which had an awful lot of grey in it making it difficult to see.

I ordered 5 books from the RA sale and unfortunately, it was, if I recall correctly, the Friday before the Covid 19 'Lock-down' on the Monday so could not be processed. However, the RA staff were very helpful and I have now received the books (which are excellent value for money). This was my third Rubicon 3 trip my previous trips have involved ocean crossings. This trip was more of an exploration of the Lofoten islands which I have always wanted to visit. The trip was slightly unusual in that filming was being undertaken for a promotional video but that was made clear before booking and was not an issue. In fact the filming did not interfere much in the whole trip. The skipper and mate were both excellent, attentive to the needs of people on board, provided the right balance of instruction and training take into account people's experience and were extremely safety conscious. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending these trips to anyone who wishes to experience sailing in areas they may not be able to go by themselves or if they wish to try sailing.

Whilst I understand the pressures caused by COVID-19 it is not good that it took 5 weeks from date of order to delivery, when the money was taken from my account at time of order

I am still waiting for it to be delivered, I live in the Czech Republic but I did not guess it would take so long. I can not track the item I purchased so I do not even know if it has left the UK now. I understand that because of the terrible current situation deliveries wil be held up in some places but I have no information.

I buy from them regularly and always get first class service. They also have a better range of sizes for the fuller figure than some other retailers!!!

I returned 3 pairs of trainers I'd bought online to the store (first day of the store being open after 'lockdown'). In store they were super helpful, gave me plenty of time and advise, which included an analysis of how I run (I'm new to running). Was advised to go up half a size and also had a really large selection for me to try. In the end I bought a pair of Brooks which I ran in for the first time this morning, so comfy and fit so well. Really lovely shopping experience : )

I also had some particular arch and supination issues to consider but Emma at the Edinburgh Lothian Road store explained 3 brands and very specific models to support my running style and supination.. and she nailed it. The service was brilliant ordered Friday night and were delivered Monday. I could not find the training shoes cheaper anywhere else so well happy.

We are a group of 6 friends who go away for long weekends together twice a year, we generally use Rural Retreats, great website, easy online booking service, and without fail the service properties are beautiful and superbly furnished/equipped / maintained.

Very poor service, order placed12th Dec didn’t arrive until 24th , no email or notification, sacks ok when they arrived.

I ordered these sacks over a week ago and they still haven't arrived. I even called prior to ordering to ensure the sacks were in stock. I had to source locally instead so money I spent was a waste.
