I bought a bra, it was too smalle therefore I returned bra before Christmas and reordered, I have not yet got my refund for the bra I returned. As far the second bra it fits great. I have called 2 times to check on refund and was told they can’t help me. This is very inappropriate Customer service I know we have been in holidays but I should have my refund by this time. I chose expedited shipping which I thought meant that it would arrive in 2 - 3 days. It took over a week for it to get here. If I had known it would take so long to get shipped, I would have ordered standard shipping as I had to change my dress fitting due to it not getting here in time.

From the first phone call to the stage I’m at now it was a stress free service very friendly staff would definitely recommend them to friends and family with financial difficulties.

If you care about your business - please avoid this company. They will be very nice and responsive at the beginning, just to get you in, but once you start trading with them - you have to wait days, sometimes weeks, to get a response to your ticket. Twice we tried to cancel the order just after it was placed. Huboo ignored our request and still delivered, so we ended up losing money and our customers received goods they didn't pay for. It took us more than a month to withdraw our goods from Huboo warehouse because they just didn't bother to communicate with us. We sent our courier to pick our stuff up and they didn't hand it to them. Then they apologized and arranged "next day" pallet delivery to our desired address, which took 8 days and goods arrived damaged. Very disappointed.

From the moment I emailed our enquiry and was telephoned within a couple of hours, Bespoke Latin America have been extremely efficient. They have also been very helpful with our questions. We really appreciated that the company took time and trouble to find out and deliver what we really wanted. Given that we are not regular travellers, and that this was something really special for us, this factor is crucial. All documentation has been sent with plenty of time to spare. It has been very thorough, giving excellent briefings on what will happen, what to expect, and background information on the countries we were visiting. It goes without saying that, come the day, everything worked as intended, no problems at all. For nervous travellers like ourselves that is just the job! Bespoke Latin America are nice people to deal with. They are clearly very enthusiastic about South America and they convey their love of the place to us.

I recommend Bespoke Brazil very highly. Kim, who organised my wildlife holiday was lovely- extremely efficient and helpful and responded almost immediately to all the changes I asked for. All the places I stayed were wonderful with helpful guides and staff and very good quality of accommodation and activities. I had 13 flights in all and everything went extremely smoothly with guides and drivers waiting for me at every stop. I saw so much that I hoped for (tapirs, anteaters, jaguars, macaws to name a few), and more.

Andy top man would use again, had a long drawn out sale but Andy was brilliant i would have walked away if not for him.

Earrings I ordered for a birthday present are lovely however they didn't arrive in the gift box I had paid extra for and despite having emailed several times I have not had a response. Very disappointed and now I have to find and pay for an alternative gift box!

The Hurtigruten staff member was pretty cold to start off with but did warm up once she realised I was really going to book. The man I spoke to in Estonia was excellent in sorting out the mess I made when I lost my passport and once found got me to the ship the next day having only lost a night.

If There is something below 1 point I would have given that !!! Horrible experience, simply SCAMPERS!!!! Mr Zaid at London Camden Studio was very rude and not profittional and only after collectingmoney!!! He refused to return back the £50 deposit (fully refundable) I have paid for my daughter instead he wanted me to pay between £299_3000 to take a package, or your £50 will be used towards one picture, i said to him that we don't want the picture so he told my 16 years old daughter that there are plenty of bins outside (you can simply chuck it in)!!!! His behaviour was absolutely disgusting. DON'T GO THERE PLESE!!!

I emailed to ask if a holiday was available and was called back within 10mins. The holiday I was looking at was sold out but we discussed my requirements and budget and another suitable holiday was found. Having done a huge amount of research myself this was the best price available, including direct from the tour operators. I will definitely use Iglu Ski again.

I wasn't always comfortable with the Facilitator and the fact that he allowed the group to go completely off track discussing irrelevant topics, as we had such a lot to cover in a relatively short time period this caused us to skim over important information. I would have liked the facilitator to be more upbeat and engaging. There was a lot to cover and therefore bringing it to life would have helped retain some of the information.

I found the trainer for my course, Victor to be excellent. He was very engaging and was able to keep with focus in the room throughout the entire week. I found the pre-work a little hard to understand and some of the documents were not labeled or structured in a chronological order. Otherwise I would highly recommend this course.

I have just returned from doing the Guatemala to Mexico trip and have to say it was fantastic from start to finish. It was easy to book with Imaginative Traveller, and they helped to book me an extra night and flights as well.

I am waiting for a refund for a table never received paid for June after numerous unanswered emails I finally on the 21/12/2021 had mail from them to say they were going to refund me, had nothing in my bank emailed again and received an email on the 28/12/2021 to say the refund had been processed and can I confirm I have taken down my reviews, I have checked my bank this morning 10/1/2022 and still no refund! What a poor company to deal with! Hopefully as they are very keen on keeping their review site looking positive somebody will come back to me and explain why I have been lied to again.

I ordered 4 dining chairs and they sent 4 barstools instead. I let them know and they supposed to collect the barstools and deliver the chairs I had ordered at the same day. After one month waiting and waiting and being ignored by them, finally they collected the barstools but chairs has never been delivered. They didn’t even answer me to refund me. I had to put the dispute form and got refund through the bank card which I purchased from them. Please don’t buy from Imaginex Furnitures & Interiors website. Very poor customer service and they advertise items they don’t have in stock.

The trainer (Bob) was really welcoming and kept our focus with the exercises he set up. I have learnt a large amount.

I would highly recommend Bob for training courses in the future and have already started. His courses are interesting, fun and brilliant. I personally find it very difficult and struggle to stay focused when it comes to learning but Bob's training method had my full attention 100% of the time all day and I really enjoyed and gained a lot from it.

My wife wanted a striking bedding set and matching curtains that didn't break the bank. Imperial homeware were able to provide just what she wanted very quickly and she was delighted with the result.

I've been using in2 for many years however in the last month I've used them twice, I object to the £3 surcharge being taken off everyone on the minibus yes there is a charge now of £3. To drop us off but each??? This is not a new charge the online price quoted should include their expenses!!. AND it seems when they are busy the grumpy driver put the fear of god into my passenger speeding around back streets back to base.

India Someday is a great team: professional, personal and 100 % reliable In March 2020, I booked a one week trip through Kerala with India Someday. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the Corona crisis began to impact India. Although I had a really wonderful time during the first days and everything went according to the plan, I had to suddenly deal with illness and then quarantine during the trip. It was very difficult and stressful for me, especially since I was traveling alone and the situation in India became tense. Luckily India Someday helped me managing. My conversations with them really felt like I was talking to friends; they were always uncomplicated and pleasant. I could rely 100 % on India Someday and contact Adina or Aalyia through Whats App at ANY time of the day: they always responded immediately and took care of everything. They used their network and stood by me with good advice and calming words. Adina and Aalyia even helped me managing the cancellation of the two following weeks, that I had booked and organised beforehand by myself. I'm so thankful, I don't know what I would have done without them. India Someday accompanied me way beyond their requirements, even outside the time booked with them for my vacation, until I finally arrived home in Germany, safely.(without charging an extra expense!) Having taken a leap of faith and decided to book with Indigo Safaris for our diving on St Helena, it was one of the best decisions I have made. Christopher Bartlett is a low key operator who really knows his stuff. The booking process was very simple and painless.

St. Helena had been on my bucket list for quite a while, but I didn’t want to make a five day trip by ship to get there. When I found out they just built an airport, and they had diving, I had to go. Since I knew nothing about getting there and picking the right hotel, dive shop, tours, etc., I looked for a tour company that serviced the island. None of my usual sources did ( or had even heard of it). I found Indigo Safaris on the internet, but was reluctant to try a firm I had never heard of. When I started emailing them, Christopher Bartlett began answering my questions, and I had plenty. It didn’t take days to get a response; he answered right away. I found out that he had been there, had met all the people and had been to all the places there. Plus, when I heard Christopher was a fellow diver, this convinced me to use Indigo Safaris, and I am glad I did. I told him my budget, how many dives I wanted to do, the types of activities I liked, etc. He quickly came back with an itinerary made for me, and explained why he picked what he picked. He made suggestions that would help me keep the price down - that part I especially liked. After fine tuning it, I was set to go. He even made paying easy, told me the options for paying that would save me money, and let me pay in installments. I loved the hotel he suggested, The Consulate (rather than the new modern, expensive one). It was built in the seventeen hundreds, but had been updated. It was almost a museum of Napoleon relics and pictures and period furniture. It was absolutely unique. Hazel, the owner, and her staff did everything to make my stay absolutely pleasant. They answered or sought the answers for whatever I needed or wanted to do. Although I visited St Helena for only one week, Hazel even hugged me and cried when I left for home. Although there were several tour guides on the island, the one Christopher suggested for my all day tour, Aaron’s Adventures, was great. Aaron knew everything about everything. He never rushed us. I doubt if we missed even a single road on the entire small island. He was very personable. My diving was done with Anthony. I’m 80 years old, so I needed a divemaster who would look out for me and give me confidence. Anthony was that person. He tailored the dives for my abilities and was my dive partner. I couldn’t have asked for more. He was Christopher’s representative on the island who drove me to and from the airport. He also took me on a boating adventure to see the dolphins (We saw a school of about 300). Some time to do my own thing was built into the trip, which I used to tour the historic spots ( the Governor of the territory gave me a tour of the Governor’s mansion), I climbed the highest peak (Diana’s Peak), and I climbed Jacob’s Ladder’s 699 steps in 21 minutes, I’m glad I took Christopher’s advice, because I had a wonderful, unique trip. I look forward to using Indigo again on my next trip to Africa, which I hope will be this coming June. I would not hesitate the least bit to recommend Indigo to anyone.
