I have sent an email to hayes and jarvis regarding their lack of communication , support and organisation of our tailor made 16 day tour whilst in India. We had been misinformed by the speciality representative who assured the tailor made tour would include English speaking guide and driver. We were informed they would accompany us from us landing in India, throughout the tour and untill departure and be able to answer any cultural questions we had throughout the tour. This was not the case resulting in long journeys between destinations and the drivers appologising profusely for not being able to speak english or answer our questions . This combined with the fact tickets to attractions were not purchased in advance, our travel arrangements being suspended on day 6 as a result of the coronavirus. The lack of communication between the "in country tour provider' and the operational team at Hayes and Jarvis to affirm future travel plans with no response on hayes and jarvis side resulted in the "in country tour operator requesting we make contact with various parties to ensure our early return to the UK The flight arranged was via Abudabi in an economy seat ; of which we had paid for an upgrade when originally booking the tour, and returning 10 days prior to our expected return. Furthermore upon our return to the UK we had to make our own travel arrangements from Heathrow back to Manchester as Hayes and Jarvis informed they were unable to do this, further adding insult to injury .As a result the last 2 evenings of the 6 days and forward travel from Heathrow upon landing resulted unnecessary distress and uncertainty due to lack of communication, organisation and professionalism from a company ;who we were led to believe, would ensure our tour went without any problems and of which we paid a premium price and further expenditure

I have a big problem with my memory and the lady dealing with my claim has always ended up having to phone me for things only to be told I forgot, she tells me not to worry and asks again if I could carry on and get what she needs i am so grateful for this as it stops me worrying that I did forget .Things do seem to be taking a while but that's because the other side have denied any knowledge of my accident

Sam and his team were excellent when dealing with my claim for a delayed flight. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to family and friends.

Ordered before 2pm on the 24th and had been delivered by 9.30 the following morning.That's what I call excellent service.

We had a cycle bag stolen on first night and this was quickly replaced by your company the next morning. Also my suitcase got accidentally damaged whilst being transported between hotels and even though i said it didn't matter i was still sent a bottle of wine at end of holiday. Excellent service throughout holiday. All hotels very good.

We have been with Health Assured for the last year now and I can't rate them highly enough compared to the other EAP providers we have used in the past. We have had great feedback from our employees who have used the service and engaged in the face to face counselling sessions. I had my first review last week with Conor Allen, he was really friendly and the content was really useful, insightful and he gave us some great ideas to promote the areas of the service that weren't being used as much - thanks for all your help :-).

Sian is a great client manager, she is clearly passionate about her role and improving employees welling. She is proactive, sharing ideas and tips on how we can improve the support and service to employees, so often as the customer you can feel you have to to all the asking, this is not the case with Health Assured

Prompt call to my initial enquiry although person didn`t ring back in 2 hrs as arranged. Jason who replied to my email spent a good while going through what we had and what we needed/wanted for Health Insurance & he answered my questions well. I wanted time to think this over and speak to my husband and although he agreed to this he really wasn't happy about the delay. I did go over the deal with my husband & we decided to take up the offer of changing to HCF . I thought we were going to save about $95 p/m but with the increase in hospital excess from $150 to $250 we are actually probably worse off with the hospital cover than we had with Medibank Private ( My mistake in earlier calculations and comparisons I had done under pressure ) We are definitely better off with changing to HCF Vital Extras compared to HBF - so all in all I am OK with the change and combining our policies but not as excited as it first appeared.

He listened attentively, understanding my individual requirements and the necessary level of cover. Written correspondence from him was concise and well laid out, illustrating all possible options. His recommendations were clear with full logical reasoning.

I have been a customer of K9 for many years and was introduced to Henrik and Emily when they took over from Colin. Over the last few years they have continued the K9 family ethos, always available for advice, producing a newsletter and growing their family as well. I have had the privilege to be part of welcoming both their children and have watched them take the business forward and upwards - changing the name to Healthy K9. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, providing sample bags and sound advice, genuine and caring about not only furry friends but owners as well. In a society where we have to shout and be angry it is so refreshing to have fantastic conversations either online or in person, knowing that they have your fur babies best interests in mind. I have 2 cats insured with Healthy Pets and I have had to claim with one cat so far when he unfortunately had to have a leg amputated after being clipped by a car. Healthy Pets made everything as easy as possible and paid the vets direct. I have now recently insured my new puppy, fingers crossed I don't need to use my insurance, but it is reassuring to know that it is there.

John the audiologist is always friendly and professional, and always puts me at my ease despite my reservations about wearing hearing aids at a younger age. Home visits are also really helpful too, as I have a busy family and work schedule which means I can't always get to the shop. They recently helped me when I had a problem with my hearing aids not charging by lending me a very expensive charger, which was a great help while I waited for a replacement charger.

Excellent prompt professional and friendly service for the past two years. Plus very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Delivered by due date by an efficient and friendly tanker driver, who was careful negotiating long tight driveway -in and out- and unusually cheerful. I am very happy with the service provided by this company.

I did order 2 Reese's candy boxes and 1 American Sweets. I actually received 3 packets of the American Sweet Hamper. These did appear disappointingly small, but as I am going abroad for the next month in a few days time they have gone unopened into my distributed presents. I did decide not to complain because I could not be bothered with the hassle.

Took nearly 3 weeks to come. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but anything else I've ordered has been maybe delayed for a day or 2. It was ordered on good friday so I do understand Easter was in the way too but they said they would be sent out the following week. I'm not going to give them an awful review because I don't know where the fault lay but I've been disappointed. It was for my sons birthday so I ordered 2 weeks in advance but they arrived 5 days after his birthday so I ended up having to order from elsewhere. Very easy and quick, I was in the property within two weeks of viewing it. It was all paperless which was even better.

I purchased a king size mattress and two wool pillows from Herdy Sleep, from the start the communication from the company was excellent, keeping me informed of delivery times and making sure that everything arrived together next day, I informed them it was our wedding anniversary and I needed everything in time, and they even sent a little pressie of two lovely Herdy sleep mugs. Having now slept on the Mattress for two weeks through the recent heatwave, I can say it's superbly comfortable and kept me cool underneath even though the night air was so warm. So would recommend Herdy sleep wholeheartedly as we are really happy with the whole experience.

The mattress was a tad firmer than l expected but still VERRY VERRY comfortable.When ordered the staff was very polite and helpful l then ordered a mattress protector which made the mattress feel even MORE comfortable,l now sleep like a little lamb???????? First class products,first class service from a first class company,would recommend to anybody????????.

Needed insurance for my Porsche 964 in the middle of lockdown, most other insurers were not open, or took up to three days to return my call. Hertitage got back to me within an hour and got me a great price, less than half what other insurers had quoted. And such a nice guy, quick, simple, felt like I was dealing with an adult who understdood classic car ownership. Highly recommended.

As the first week of the season everything was excellent.

The advise that I have received from Claire at Hi Form for my horse has been incredible, Diego is now in the best condition I have ever seen him (I have owned him 10 years). His coat is shiny, bright eye, his hooves are growing better than ever before and also much more content and happier. He is more supple and moves a lot more freely! The team offer a 5 star service, orders are received very quickly. Diego has been on Oxydane & Proflamaid for 12 months, (pics are from the summer, when we were out having lost of fun)

HiForm has helped me get my horse back on the road to work again... we are still progressing slowly but since using oxydene, proflamaid and equi g he is much more comfortable and he’s looking great whilst living out 24/7. Claire is brilliant help and always at the end of the phone, more then just selling hiform products she helped with diet /nutrition advice. The only down side is because my horse has a high dose it proves expensive but worth it if it works **

I bought my current house through Hi Residential, and I found them straightforward, professional and easy to deal with, doing their best to deal with queries quickly and efficiently.

I chose them because the price was slightly better than the others. As a consequence I paid for it in the long run as they sent out the order with missing parts, incorrect parts & no invoice. After accusing me of getting the order wrong, it took weeks & several phone calls, and denials of knowledge about it for them to sort it out. When eventually I got an invoice, they just sent out a blank (another phone call), they then sent an invoice with the numbers on but the wrong details. I give up. My experience of them shows complete incompetence.

We booked our family vacation through Hide & Seek - this was our first visit to Africa, so a little guidance on where to go and what to do was needed. Over the course of two weeks 'consultation,' we ultimately had what appeared to be the perfect safari for us. I'm pleased to say that the actual vacation proved to surpass our expectations in so many ways. There was an issue with a delayed flight out of JFK, but this could not have been avoided - Hide & Seek were also at hand to make adjustments to our itinerary so as little time on arrival was lost. It was very reassuring to have had Hide & Seek take care of these issues as well as they did. We would love to return to Africa again and will certainly be booking this through Jamie. We recently booked a tour to South America through Hide and Seek Travel and the whole customer journey was first class from start to finish. We had done a lot of research into various countries and experiences ourselves and nothing we found quite encompassed everything we wanted to do. Jamie at Hide and Seek managed to tailor an intinerary for our holiday that ticked all the boxes and met all our exceedingly fussy needs. Fantastic service and no question was left unanswered. Will definitely be using again in the future!!

I had made an error in the colour I had chosen and spoke with Alice, who was very helpful. I returned the item to be exchanged for the correct colour and greatly appreciated Alice phoning me to say it had been received. However, I do question why items need to be sent via signed-for post, which is inconvenient for the recipient, hence 4 stars.

Great product but think it’s bad how you reduced a NEW product by 50% & annoying as it was a day after I ordered it and you wouldn’t refund the difference. Also lid is cracked so it leaks.

Hiscox is probably the de facto leader for French professional insurance "RC Pro". I have strong doubts about the necessity of such an insurance for my activity but many clients require it from their contractors so you have to subscribe one. Hiscox' customers service is quite efficient and their online tools are fine. As for the real guarantees, as with any insurance, you really know when the issue happens.
