Brilliant concept and I have also been lucky to get to the tie break 2 times....3rd time lucky for me hopefully!!

After playing Arm Candy and ending up in the tie breaker a few times (wining a £50 Selfridges voucher) I'd finally won! A Louis Vuitton handbag and a Charlotte Tillbury makeup set was hand delivered a few weeks later, I couldn't believe it. It was a great experience and I will carry on playing!

Andy was great and.very informative when I spoke to him on the phone. Communication by email is excellent and quick. My son has to change the size of the order I made. It was well acknowledged and there was no problem with this and in returning the smaller size. Will buy again.

I've received the best service there is this company is absolutely amazing they don't set out with false hopes they explain every detail and give you what they think will be the best outcome giving you the choice to proceed with any treatment if you so wish, I'm still having treatment with emma (who I will add is the greatest person I've ever met :)) I'll continue with the one one I'm on now (meso ) and after I'll be looking at what else I can have with all there great technology :)

I have had 3 treatments of nu v. It's made a huge difference to my life I suffered from extreme stress incontinence. Up to now there has been a 90% improvement. My only regret is that I didn't find out about this treatment years ago. Many thanks Emma

Absolutely love these oils i have about 60 now, would of gave 5 stars but i do not like the new glass bottles, i preferred the metal ones or plastic ones, really struggle to open the glass ones

Superb service and pampering on every level, attention to detail, and fun followups (sending photos to our travel agent) Our Egyptologist Galal was excellent and truly enhanced our knowledge of Egyptian history, architecture and art.And the cruise on the Nile on the dahabeya with a staff of 10 (we were the sole passengers) was delightful and relaxing. We cannot say enough good things about Mohammed in the Cairo office, who met us at the airport twice, accompanied us to dinner, and constantly monitored our trip to make sure all ran smoothly.GeoEx also gave us several gifts, including books and jewelry.

GeoEx provided a near flawless travel experience to Indonesia and Malaysia. The recommendations for lodging and connections were excellent, allowing us to see many of the highlights while customizing the trip for specific wildlife. In addition, they were great when a couple of flights were canceled helping us to rearrange our plans to accommodate the unexpected. This is what separates the really good travel companies.

We moved two households from Surrey to Suffolk without a hitch. We emptied the flat of my mother in law and our house on a Thursday and moved to Suffolk the next day. The lorry was at our door to unload at 08.15 and the removal men were extremely polite and helpful. Lambert's provide an excellent service and represent good value for money.

I tried 3 different removal companies - the first just quoted a price over the phone, they didn't feel the need to visit me for the quote. The second could not get my address & postcode right, even though my purchaser was using them to move to my property, then the guy who came to quote was late and and phoned to say he was outside my property with no one home ! Needless to say I didn't see him. Lambert's were very professional, arrived on time & gave me a very fair quote. I then contacted them again to confirm wanting them to move me and do all my packing, again a good price. The young men were extremely good and worked very hard. I would recommend George Lambert & Sons very highly ( they were recommended by another satisfied customer)

I purchased a top on line on Monday 17th December, got notification on 19th to say it was on the way. I was only at the address until the 21st but still have not received any word as to when it will be delivered, not one bit happy.

I would recommend Gerard's to others. I went into local store tried on dress they did not have it in my size it was great to be able to get it so quickly on line. Easy to register.

We have previously had one main contact at Print kick, and this was changed without letting us know why, or introducing themselves properly, even when asked directly whether the person we were in correspondence with would be our new contact. As a small team, having one contact is important to us, and we would have appreciated more clarity on the change of contact. The service was efficient, but not very proactive in helping us sort out our issues, and again the communication was efficient but not very personal.

Their service is great but DPD their courier tossed the boxes on the floor when he brought them in because they were too heavy. They don't have sack barrows and they are on a time limit. Luckily the mugs were in their polycubes this year so on the face of it, none are broken.

Ordered a Charm that my partner has bought me for my 50th birthday it was ordered on the 21st May 10 days before my birthday we still haven’t received it 9 days later so probably won’t be here for my birthday I’ve tracked my parcel and according to that its been in Leeds since Friday 22nd May that’s why I’ve only given the 2 Stars as I think the Royal Mail service used isn’t very good.

Incredibly inefficient company - Avoid, avoid avoid! I can't believe how a company, who's main business is to deliver goods, appears to be unable to do just that. I was led to believe that my order would be delivered the very same day, as displayed on the giftsdirect.com website and seeing as my order was processed on Thursday, 25th Nov at 10:15am, it was well before the required 12pm cut off for same day delivery. When I still hadn't received any details around the delivery of my item the next day and the gift receiver hadn't reached out to thank me, I emailed their customer care email and was informed that they had supposedly "turned this delivery option off", as the Christmas period has now started for them. Right, then why was their website still showing misleading information at the time when I placed my order? The customer care person then said that I supposedly paid for “next day” delivery, so in theory it should have been delivered on Friday, 26th Nov, but it's now Monday, 29th Nov and my item still hasn't been delivered. I decided to use this website because of the advertised delivery timeframe and this was supposed to be a lovely surprise birthday present but thanks to this company’s inefficiency it will now merely be considered an afterthought. I will not be recommending giftdirect.com to others - in fact I will be asking them to boycott this website altogether.

The gift arrived to the recipient within 48 hours, but the gift was boxed with what the gift was, which was not much of a surprise. Contacted Gifts Direct via email to ask why the description was on the outside of the box. They said they do this to all gifts, although, it doesn’t state on the their website. We won’t be purchasing again, as gifts are meant to be a surprise before opening.

I was sent an incorrect size shoe, a mens size 42 instead of a ladies size 38. It would have been good to have an email from Gill with the order details confirming a purchase before shipment. I tried their online returns, yet none of their order numbers on my invoice have worked.

I found a hat (Gill Cap) that I loved while boating through Maine in 2019... I lost that hat recently and went on the net looking for a replacement. I found newer models (I liked the older one better) and ordered a few extra... I was going boating and assumed they would be delivered while I was away... They came the morning I was leaving and I was able to take them with me... I love the hats, thank you.

Je trouve que ce n'est pas très commerçant et surtout cela n'incite pas à effectuer un échange : si la nouvelle taille ne va toujours, il faudra payer un deuxième retour. Résultat : même si j'aime le produit, je me le fais rembourser pour ne pas risquer un deuxième retour et la vente est annulée pour eux. Tout le monde y perd. - Il est proposé sur le site un service de retour à un tarif soi-disant compétitif ... qui s'avère plus cher que d'utiliser un colissimo directement depuis le site de la Poste. Je trouve ce dernier point assez scandaleux, trompeur et anti-commerçant encore une fois. J'aime bien les produits Gill, mais là, l'expérience d'achat est trop mauvaise et est rédhibitoire pour moi à l'avenir.

Good discount on goods, Slow delivery( when I first started shopping with Gill 10 years ago the delivery system was first class you kept your costumers in formed at all times until it arrived) never more than 3 days, I know it might be a little difficult at the moment due to the Virus, but this as been happening for at least the last 3 years. I used to quote to other suppliers of how good your delivery was.

clothes fab but needed to return as did not fit trying to return clothing very difficult and very expensive as has to go to usa cost me £14 to return shorts so will not use online service again .

Spent over 300 on a jacket and never received the free gift for spending over 125.

I guess I've never really bought from Gill direct, but I can see myself doing it more in the future. Easy process, quick shipping!

This my second order from Glebe Healthcare The service was and is first rate. Ordered two items from them in the afternoon and the order arrived the following morning.

We ordered an electric wheelchair on 17 Jan. We paid extra for delivery by an engineer to build it. On the 27th 10 days later the delivery arrived with a completely different product (wasn’t even a wheelchair). We let them know that this chair was for a woman alone for the week and in desperate need of it so the new one was urgently needed. We were told that one was in stock 3 miles away and should be delivered quickly. It was delivered at 4 pm 2 days later (12 days after order). No paperwork, no manual, no guarantee. The product is good and the response from Glebe was at least understanding but it came no quicker as a result. The guy that delivered it was good and helpful.

I needed to send money to my account at BHD Bank in The Dominican Republic as due to the virus situation I am stuck in the UK which leaves my wife on her own. I contacted Global Research and found it easy to open an account due to the professionalism of those I spoke or communicated with to this end. Unfortunately due to problems with my bank in The Isle of Man I had to request cancelling the deal that I negotiated and again found the people I spoke to were both helpful and understanding in following my request. I will be trying to sort out the problem with my bank though it would be easier if I could go over to the island.

Go2Africa prepared a well organized safari for us in two countries - South Africa and Zambia. Mary Keet's expert knowledge easily met our given parameters - find an aardvark and a walking safari in Zambia. Booked venues had excellent facilities with all staff going beyond basic duties to ensure memorable experiences. Little touches like an expediter in Zambia assured smooth sailing through immigration. All drivers were ontime and knew how to get through Johannesburg traffic quickly and safely. Although both hotels in Johannesburg were excellent, on overnight flight turn arounds, the hotels could have been closer to the airport rather than 45 minutes away. There was no time to enjoy the neighborhoods anyway. We would highly recommend Go2Africa's custom travel services.

Lorna was outstanding in helping plan our South Africa, Victoria Fall and Botswana trip. She was so patient in answering all our questions, offering advise and options. Her communication in her emails was great and on time especially considering we were working with a 6 hour time difference. We had a family emergency while on the trip and Lorna and Go2Africa were able to track us down almost immediately.

We block book 35 weeks a year, the staff are slways brilliant, happy to help in any way they can, happy and courteous .. nothing is every too much hassle for them . The facilities are always clean and well mantainec.

Received a confirmation email stating my order had been dispatched then received a email the following day stating the goods were not in stock for a couple of months.

I ordered the artificial grass on the 7th of April and haven't received it yet (today is 24th of April) and have no idea where it is, or when will I be receiving it. I tried to contact them over the phone and no one picked up. Also sent an email to customer service with no answer. Terrible customer service!!!

The tour to Canterbury and the Cliffs of Dover made this Christmas Day memorable. Attending Christmas service at the cathedral and meeting the Archbishop of Canterbury made the Christmas celebration very special. What made the day even more enjoyable was our tour guide, David from South Africa, and our driver. Their generosity was greatly appreciated. They were in no hurry to return to their families on this holiday, but rather they added extra stops to our trip which extended our day but provided additional experiences. David is a wonderful story teller. He provided a great deal of color and background to England's history, even acting out some of the historical events. Our trip to the English Channel is one of our favorite stories to tell our friends David is the best tour guides we have ever had!!
