Excellent customer service from the Dr down to the receptionist s in the Liverpool clinic.This Dr is a gentleman and, a real ambassador to his profession.

Right from the initial phone call to Declan, which was extremely emotional to say the least Explaining our financial difficulties to him, he was sympathetic and extremely understanding. Along with a professionalism second to none.Thank you for setting out the path & your empathy. We were passed onto our case handler who was Carla, to say she is a credit to your firm is a massive understatement, she took us through every step with compassion & again an outstanding amount of professionalism. Any issues or questions Carla either solved there and then or contacted me back with the answer shortly afterwards. Carla’s communications & sympathy kept us going, for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I can not recommend this firm enough!

Everything arrived early in the morning on the day advised. No damaged items and the cheapest I could find when delivery is factored in.

I needed a 32mm waste connection for a tank. Not generally available, but this supplier had them and delivered promptly.

The trip was very well organised and I felt well supported throughout by both the Group Leader Eleni and Dr Caroline, as well as the in country support teams. The route was varied and gave us an opportunity to get right off the beaten track and so see aspects of life in Vietnam and Cambodia that we would not have been able to see as a more conventional tourist.

I cycled London to Paris last year with dream challenges. The organisation was fabulous. I did have a few queries along the way (before the event) and always spoke to someone who could deal with my call. Furthermore the girls I spoke to were then at the event start which was very reassuring. I needed to return later than the return date and the team arranged for my bike to be returned and for me to collect later, the team were really helpful and made it happen. I had a fabulous ride with the best group leader (Bee) and bunch of girls. The accommodation, route, sailings, food stops were all great. A memorable experience.

Moira was amazing in booking our flights and hotel accommodation for our wedding in Cyprus. She was always in contact via phone and email, and kept us in the loop with everything. Would highly recommend

This was the first time that I have bought anything from Duke of Uke. I ordered the Kala Ka -Teme from them. The delivery arrived promptly and well packaged and was before I expected it to arrive. The ukulele itself is a very good ukulele. Extremely pleased!

I have had the pleasure to use Dwell Leeds as my letting agent second time now in a short period of time. Both occasions my properties were rented in matter of days. The service is excellent and any time there was an issue it has been dealt with in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the service so far, and whilst their fee is slightly higher than most other agents it is worth every penny. I can only recommend their professionalism. Great team and hoping to work with them many many more times in the near future.

Dwell Leeds were a great help when I need to move to Leeds from another city at relatively short notice in early January. They were very quick, helpful and responsive to my inquiries and kept me informed throughout the process of securing a tenancy.

We received our product and then received another two weeks later. The item was returned on the same delivery and sorted by the office.

I was looking for a supplier of Soil Conditioner who could still supply during the current “Lockdown “. I found Earth Cycle’s website to be informative and easy to navigate. I was able to select a delivery date although this was 2 weeks away, due to current conditions.

Delviered on time and on appointed day, Driver very helpful in placing load.

Date today 29th December, item ordered 15th December STILL NOT ARRIVED. Where is it - I have asked once got negative reply delivery slow at this time of the year - you're telling me. Will I get it?

Paid extra for 1st class delivery and had not received item after 4 days, rang and chased and arrived 2 days later.

Not being informed at the time of my booking and completing my days course only to find out a few weeks later that i had completed the wrong course and would have to complete the correct course at a further cost and loss of 3 days wages. Wonderful service! Thanks.

The car, the price, the service etc was good. The only problem was the rip-off cross border charge I was forced to pay on collection - they said it was in their T & Cs so technically my own fault.

When it works it works - when it doesn't they won't help you. The end hire company charged me baseless extra fees to compensate for a low headline rental fee. Easycar didn't car about this abuse of their platform and didn't help me. I was eventually repaid in full by the hire company - no thanks to Easycar . . .

Great product great shipping time was surprised and pleased it came from UK as most FB things are drop shipped from China and take ages!

We got sent the wrong colour but they replied really quickly and posted out the correct one with a return postage packet for the old one. Postage took normal amount of time -4 days or so.

James, Joe, and Rachael were the installers of my awning. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, workmanship, and just their general demeanor from the start of the installation to the finish. Whenever there was a decision to be made, they always asked how I wanted it done, rather than just doing it without my input. Before they turned on their radio, they asked if it would bother me if they played some music. The music was never blaring. Before they left, James familiarized me with all of the workings of the awning and made sure I knew how to operate it. The three installers worked extremely well as a team. There was no arguing or inappropriate language being used. Once finished, they cleaned up everything and I didn't have to police the area for left over debris.

Our first meeting was March 17th the day of the COVID19 lock down. Our shade was delayed because of the factory shut down however Peterson Canvas kept us informed, as soon as the factory reopened they let us know. Even though we had the delay we love the Eclipse Shade it was well worth the wait. Thanks to all involved along the way.

De chauffeur heeft me daarmee geholpen. Uiteindelijk zijn alle koelers geleverd maar dan kwamen we er pas achter dat er geen dispensers zijn voor de bekers!? Hadden jullie dat ons niet eerder kunnen vertellen of adviseren??? Na n paar dagen zijn de dispensers geleverd, maar ze moeten apart aan de muur worden bevestigd... pfffff moe werden we. Omdat er te weinig tijd is omdat te doen.

I have just received my 2nd order with Edibke health on both occasions it was quick and easy to order. I like that you can just make your order quickly check out and go. I have seen such a difference after just one pot of the collagen, joint inflammation down, gut health more stabilised, hair and skin looking better. I will stick with it for now. The other products in the range look interesting and I will be experimenting and trying them out in the future. I have ordered from Edible Health, and the delivery is usually within 48 hours. The product is great for hair, skin and nails. It also dissolves beautifully in fruit juice.....no lumps!

I called as they sold waterproof shooting trousers in children's sizes. Although out of the country the owner took the time to ring the shop to get the exact measurements to make sure they fitted, called me back and told me about the ones on sale (about £15 cheaper). Because of a label mix up I got size 8 instead of 6, the affixed label being incorrect. I updated them and it was sorted immediately. I kept the bigger pair rather than sending them back as my boy will grow and they're a good price. They knew we needed them by the weekend and the correct size were with us the next day. We're an outdoors family and we'll be back, wonderful people and wonderful service.

I would certainly book with Egypt Escapes again as the agents are so patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I got exactly what I had wanted for my trip.The prices are realistic and much cheaper than other companies or travel agents. ATOL certificates were forwarded to me and I had advice on visas and vaccinations needed.

My last order some years ago went fine and the product was made in USA. Now, I just received my order and to my disappointment I find that it's made in China. Your products are not cheap and having them made in USA makes sense. But how do you ustify your hight prices with them made in China?

I think their service was excellent the item purchased is very good value and does the job very well, I will be buying more now that I'm satisfied how good it is.

I have already passed my friend Elegants details and they have booked there Honeymoon because of my recommendation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Elementshop are an extremely dishonest company. I had 2 faulty thermostats that needed to be returned and replaced. They firstly lied and said that the items would be collected and exchanged by the same couriers, which didn't happen. Then, in order to receive the replacement thermostats, they said that I had to pay for the new ones but would be refunded immediately after collection. When I was ready to send them back, they then said that I had to pay the return postage!! They lied again by saying they don't offer to collect items (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A SCREENSHOT THAT CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY WOULD COLLECT). When I confronted an incredibly rude and poor excuse of a woman, she lied yet again and said that they never say that. When I directed her to the relevant page on their own website, she said that she was going to remove that statement from my account page before putting the phone down on me!! During all of this, they said that I wouldn't receive an immediate refund as they items had to be tested to establish a fault. I explained that the fault was intermittent and unlikely to occur during a brief test. The same rude and poor excuse for a woman, said that if that happened, the items would be returned to me and no refund would be given. Again MORE LIES! In 32 years, this company is by far, the worse company I have have ever dealt with. They lie and make things up as they go along and then don't remember the previous lies that they told. Then you have to endure the rudeness of their incompetent staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

The agent I spoke to recommend an alternative product to the one I had chosen, which turned out to be better suited to the job in hand and was better priced.

I have dealt with Eleven Recruitment in the past, they are probably one of the best and are always very professional. Communication is very good and they are always nice to speak to. Though I didn't get the job they put me forward for, I would definitely work with them again.
