Have travelled with Cunard and on Queen Elizabeth before. The service from staff is excellent however, The quality of produce and culinary skill level have both dropped. Food was often tepid and it seemed to be almost impossible to get meat cooked as requested. The ship looks tired and needs a good refit, externally she looks awful needs a good paint. Two full days before the end of the cruise supplies were running out including the basics, simply not good enough. We will think long and hard before we use Cunard again, it’s a lot of money at the end of the day.

I requested and received several samples of curtains which I thought would be what I was looking for and right at the last minute changed my mind and ordered a completely different sample. All the samples arrived very quickly. When the last one came I knew it was the perfect curtain for me and once I ordered them they arrived within a couple of days, I had them pressed and handing within an hour of receiving them.

I got may first order from Curtisward and I can say that I highly recommend them! I usually write many reviews but they deserve good word. I had issue with my card payment and I have contacted customer services and they answered me within an hour and helped me out with the problem. Shipping was quick as well, received it on the next day even though I haven't paid for express shipping. With other words, they won me as a client!

I have ordered from them twice in the past month. The first was just before the Easter bank holiday so I paid for express delivery and was quoted a delivery date of Good Friday. This did not arrive and was then on Tuesday that the order wasn't packed and would be there Wednesday. Only half the order arrived then and the rest came on Thursday. I put this down to the bank holiday and ordered from them again with the added extra cost of express delivery. I contacted their team via live chat Tuesday in preparation for the "express" delivery Friday and was told it was all cut and ready to be packed and would be here latest by Friday. And low and behold it isn't coming until Monday. I spoke to an employee there who told me all shipping dates are "estimates" as stated on their website. It says nothing of the sort online. The fact that multiple employees have lied to me about delivery dates is unacceptable and their express delivery is a sham. They also use Feefo as a review service where you can't just leave a review you have to be invited to do so. So I expect they pick the orders with no issues.

Shocking quality. On one side protective film (great) but on the other side no film and covered in scratches, it actually looks like it's been kicked around the workshop floor.

I was really sceptical about CV succeed since I already am an experienced business psychologist and recruiter, yet coming from another country. It's the second pro CV I've used now. The first one was really quick but got me nowhere, this one took 11 days to produce but got me a job. On balance its a no brainier! Besides Peter did say up front that it'd take 10-15 days if I wanted standard rather than priority service, and they delivered in 11 days. So within the estimates, and can tell that a lot more time was spent on this CV than the other one. Peter was also very prompt getting back to me and didn't dodge or try to deflect my questions. Overall the service was friendly, painless and very professional

I have been a customer for many years. We have used them for travel to Corfu, Greece probably 20 times plus Morocco and other Greek destinations. We have never been disappointed with the care given to us to make sure our travel experience was first class.

One villa has been OK the other good. The service pre trip is good and in country is good. The car hire and flights have been terrible. Overall it has been disappointing value for money and we have moved to Thinking Traveller this year.

Delivery was fine the dressing gown was £40 and will not stay tied, the quality is of £10 standard I will not buy from them again!

I rang in the morning to ask about a specific freezer which was unavailable so they said they would look at what was available for my specifications and called me back in 5 minutes to let me know what was available as an alternative. I went on to order the freezer they had recommended and it was delivered that afternoon. Very pleased with it too. I will definitely use D R Electrical again. Found them to be extremely helpful and to receive the freezer the same day was fantastic.

The service is good, But, when it comes to a loan car whilst your is being repaired is a waste of time, I was 39 days without a car.

Very slow response to arrange repairs with garage, 10 days after accident, didn't update us on progress. Rang numerous times (6-8 times) to ask us to claim for injury even though we told them on day 2 that no-one had been hurt.

The Ilkley office are a waste of time. Phoned them to book viewings and to change appointment times. Nobody gets back to you. They didn’t even warn the seller we were going to be late. Feel sorry for the poor sellers. We would never use them.

We have used Dacre, Son and Hartley for selling, buying and renting properties. We have always found them professional, reliable, helpful and efficient, making the moving process as smooth as possible. The staff at Settle branch, particularly Tom the manager and Mel, who we have had most dealings with, are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, though all staff are pleasant and attentive. Excellent service; can highly recommend!

Zip impossible to operate .... unable to get it past waist band and band at the neck ....also tiny zip clasp doesn't aid as u need to grip zip to attempt to get it past the waist band I have to return the item

Although I loved my instructor and thought she was brilliant, (5 star for Diva D for being super kind and talented) I was so embarrassed to have to make up and perform my own dance moves in front of 6+month class veterans with no actual lesson! Perhaps the class structure was no structure, but I wasn't able to take anything away as a learning except that I am an awful awful voguer haha I bought 4 classes but was too embarrassed of showcasing my non-ability to return after the first. I still want so badly to learn, so Im hoping my feedback might get me a class with a lesson or skill building! Help!!

I ordered a headlight and a flashlight, the headlight came immediately without a hitch, the flashlight was sent via UPS, the light never arrived, this is my third light from this company I love the lights, but the service was poor, when I emailed and asked about the status of the light the response was deal with UPS, I understand but UPS said they delivered it and never did, and also never responded to follow ups. I will be finding another light company to deal with in the future for the needs of my business, at least some sort of help for the customer would be desirable. I still have never received the light.

I placed my order a week ago and have yet to receive any shipping confirmation in spite of several emails to them.

The email below was sent on 23 February and I had not received any response: Dear Sirs, I received the above order for a Tempur Comfort Travel Pillow today. It would appear that you have also sent, in error, a standard size Tempur pillow. I haven’t unwrapped it but the outer plastic has been punctured. Not only was it the best price mattress I could find anywhere in UK but delivery was seamless, free, and came with a bonus two Tempur cloud pillows.

My brother had treatment done 6 months ago and just looks so much better. Most my family have there terrible dark circles so we are all going for treatment one by one now. I have had 1 session and seen a noticeable reduction. The melanin counting instrument says it has gone down by about 40% roughly. I have 2 more sessions left in my pack, so hoping I see as much reduction as my brother.

My wedding i this summer and I have been battling with dark circles for years. Finally found a treatment for my 'periorbital hyperpigmentation'....apparently that's the proper term for it. The team at David Clark undertook to sell our house last year as we were in the process of emigrating. They found an initial buyer within three weeks of us choosing them as our estate agents and were extremely committed in ensuring all parties had the relevant information to move the sale along. Unfortunately, due to delays with our visas and spurious decisions on their part, our buyers ended up with cold feet and pulled out of the sale. At this point we had already moved abroad, and this was obviously an extremely stressful situation for us. However, we placed our house on the property market again as the David Clark team assured us they could help, and within a week new buyers had been found. I purchased a Lalique bud vase from David Shuttle for my wife, as it is our 30th Wedding Anniversary, the service I received was excellent, even during the current pandemic! next day delivery, absolutely outstanding. I had an issue with the way the courier handled my order whereby they crushed the box, I raised this with David Shuttle and they responded immediately and have raised it with their couriers, however the item was undamaged, this was due to the way that David Shuttle really well packed the item, I would definitely recommend David Shuttle for any purchase, an overall excellent service.

I saw the van put £200 as a deposit which was totally refundable if I want satisfied with my new van traveled 3 hrs and found a totally showroom condition van as described on the phone and great simple and quick fiancé and easy to chat to staff

After a first delivery when one third of the sticks arrived broken, this delivery was much more carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Incredibly prompt response throughout (e.g. order confirmation email received at 15:46; order shipped email received 13 minutes later!), delivery arrived within 24 hours despite current lockdown problems for Royal Mail. Fantastic staff, we needed urgent help to find a rental property after coming back to the UK from Spain, DB Roberts staff especially Jessica pulled out all the stops, from advertising at the weekend to us viewing on the Monday and picking up the keys on the Thursday, we could not have asked for a better service, super fast, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

After 5 years finally I completed my loans .DCS was very helpful during this time.At times I straggle but DCS gave me extra time to pay. One think I did not like few occasions i did not have the fans on my due date..and i had to pay up to $14.00 revers transaction..that is a RIP OFF

DCS have been very helpful to me over last 5 years with always prompt help and being able to extend payments when I needed it, they have also given me a lot of advice. I hope I do not need their services again, because I was in personal insolvency, but if I do then I would use DCS services again over My Budget.

We received a tailor made holiday to Australia from Adele whose knowledge of Australia was outstanding. We made several changes to the itinery which Adele managed for us. We were kept informed via, email, phone and post. Adele was honest about each of our choices and that helped to build trust. She planned internal flight times really well to help with good departure times and arrivals around the time we were able to book into our next accomodation. Just being able to pop into the office was comforting as the trip was an large investment and our first visit to the country. Oustanding. Definately book through Delmar worlds service again.

Our 2 center Italian holiday was well organised from start to finish. All transfers were efficient and on time, and both hotels were excellent.

Excellent service... received my brush within time stated... Best brush I ever used for my long hair... wet or dry... My last one (first I ever purchased) lasted 30 years!!! The rubber finally dry-rotted and the brush collapsed... I had to replace as this is the only brush I ever use!!!

My dog is very picky with his treats we got a monthly subscription with someone else and he really enjoyed these so had to get him some more he loved them he eats them so fast thank you for these there wooftastic

First off, if I could give a 0, that would be appropriate. I placed an order >2 weeks ago. No info at all, no shipment...but they did charge my credit card. And then I sent a note to find out what was going on. Clearly they got it because I got this request to review the service experience. But I haven't heard from them either! So it would be really great to get some sort of information about what is going on. And my money back!
