We had a two week window in which to sell our house in Langford in order to secure a cottage we wanted to buy in Norfolk. David “pulled out all stops” and marketed it the day after he came to value it. David was professional and approachable. He explained the best way to achieve our aim and kept us informed of progress, Our house sold within one week and we were able to buy the cottage. Ryan and Belinda were very helpful post sale. All staff were pleasant, professional and well informed. We would recommend Lane and Bennett and would use them again should we need to.

Ordered on a Friday evening and delivered on Tuesday morning to Ireland. Perfect service :)

I bought a Squier strat and it arrived in a week. The guitar is beautiful and set up well.

Confirmation screen at the end after payment did not show any details and when I clicked to see the confirmation it said it had timed out even though it was 1 sec after I had booked. I wasn’t sure if the booking had worked. I checked my emails and hadn’t received anything. I did eventually get the email so I now know it is booked but this could be improved.

Really good customer service, answered all the questions a first time camper would ask, especially with 2 babies! Also very helpful with choosing the location best for us. All in all a good experience.

I was provided with a few different suppliers to look at for branded pens for the Business Travel Show in 2020. It is rare we order these items now so good to check the different suppliers sites. Your site was almost the only one where you could view the full range of products online. The 1000 unites were designed and delivered in only a week with great updates throughout from a friendly contact.

I had a very last minute request which was dealt with by one of the members of the team and I was able to ge tmy order through on time.

I booked a last minute holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday, I guess I should have planned ahead but I work for a charity and money is tight. I received confirmation and they happily took my money, the flights were with easyJet but I was not given a booking reference to check in. I called four times to get this reference, first of all being told just to show up at the airport.... From previous experience I know that easyJet want you to check it online prior. Eventually I got a call saying the flight was overbooked and I could have a refund or a holiday in Corfu on Monday, this is literally 18 hours before I was due to fly. If I’d taken the original advice and showed up at the airport I’d be further out of pocket. To add insult to injury I’ve yet to be refunded let alone compensated. Avoid at all costs, I will be taking further action shortly.

I spoke to the lady owner and asked if I could exchange the item if my friend did not like them. I purchased them well in advance of her birthday and was told that the exchange time period would start from the date of my friends birthday instead of the date of receipt of item. I was so thrilled at this kindness and very impressed with the very quick delivery. First class. Chris and his team were very friendly. It was a bit chaotic on the day which resulted in a few items being removed that shouldn't have been but the team have managed to locate most of them and they are being returned.

A group of 10 of us stayed in the cherry tree farmhouse for the weekend. It was lovely, relaxing and just so nice to get away. I would love to bring my dogs next time and even the kids. Everything was provided tea coffee sugar, a little welcome basket too it was just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better package.

I booked the lavender barn for a family holiday in half term last October. I could not have been more impressed and pleased with the barn. The owners had thought of everything to make the holiday fantastic, from the buggy in case you had a little one, stair gate, the kitchen had practically everything you could need and loads of the essentials like cups, plates etc so that you didn't need to put the dish washer on all the time. Every bedroom was en suite and two of them even had baths. It comes with a swimming pool, games room and even a little climbing frames and swing in the garden for smaller children. I would highly recommend this for a family or friends get together.

We had a quick response to our request for advice concerning an international contract with then a very experienced lawyer allocated who delivered for us within two days. The website stated that delivery would be 1 to 2 days, the item actually took 8 days to arrive. In fairness the website has now been updated to show dispatch will be 4 days but it is worth noting the courier they use takes 4 days.

Very quick delivery, very reasonably priced and the quality of the "Welsh Moss" (AKA live Sphagnum moss) is absolutely superb.

I was very disappointed with the time it took for the rakes to be delivered, I ordered on the 17th June & they said they were dispatched just after the 20th June. I did not receive them until the middle of July. After e-mailing them a number of times. If the problem was between the company & the courier this should of been sorted out as I waited time & time again for them.

Did cruise from Migennes to Tannay in mid September 2019. Le Boat delivered in all respects - a well appointed boat, good instruction and friendly and helpful service. They also offered support on the way, should we have needed it, but it wasn't necessary. The boat didn't miss a beat and we were delighted with it. Well done!

Ordered 4 bikes, one flat tyre day one, rang for replacement and no interest in replacing. Whole week with family having one person staying on boat and not able to join in rides to wineries etc. stuffed our holiday. Boat steering leaking, clean up top deck and in Saloon and of course steering not the best. Inverter not working so could only power up cameras and computer on shore power. Information books not up to date, poorly compiled, not good enough.

Door de koppige houding van een der medewerkers was de sfeer voor vertrek al gelijk verziekt, mijn echtgenote was jarig en we hadden een vroeg vertrek geboekt gezien we plannen hadden in Cahors die we dus niet meer op tijd konden waarmaken.Door die man zijn we pas veel later kunnen vertrekken ondanks de extra betaling.Na 10 jaar als klant is dit voor mij moeilijk te verteren en bezinnen we ons om in september en volgend jaar elders te boeken.

Der Sevice war gut, das Boot war alt und nicht ganz sauber, wieso man es ohne Führerschein fahren darf, ist mir schleierhaft. Mit über 20 Jahren Bootsrerfahrung und eigenem Boot war es möglich, bei Starkwind ohne Bug- und Heckstrahlruder das Boot in die Schleusen zu navigieren .

Wir haben auf der Horizont 12 /5 wunderbare Tage auf der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte verbracht. Ein äußerst großzügig geschnittenes boot mit tollem rundumblick aus Küche Wohnbereich und natürlich auf der Fly Bridge die einen alten Bootsfahrer überaus glücklich macht.

Rather confusing and protracted booking in system; could not leave until 17.20 despite arriving at 14.00

Worst experience! The boat was way beyond the expected condition. Everything was dirty and the AC didn’t work. Realized too late that the battery didn’t work either, all our food for the one week trip went to the trash. Spent the worst night without AC or electricity. Next day after they “fixed it” (AC still didn’t work) the boat thrust stopped working. We asked for a refund but it turns out it’s our fault because two days was not enough for them to fix their boat and they expected us to spent another with small kids without AC. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This was our second time using Le Boat and it was great once again. All of the staff from booking the boat to the staff at the docks are all very nice and helpful.

Everything was excellent except for the mechanical problems we had with the upper hand throttle we had on two occasions which caused us to loose about a day's travel.

The Premier Neige week in Val D’Isere was, once again, a wonderful week. The Le Ski staff were friendly, efficient and could not have done more to make our week enjoyable. The chalet was well appointed and very comfortable, with excellent en suite showers. The skiing was superbly organised by Pat Zimmer and his team and we were blessed with 5 days of super weather. A brilliant start to the ski season.

Chalet was nice but problems like door handles not working couldn’t stand in the shower beds too small and was too cold in there host was great and the manager Alex was great if I could get her number that would be awesome as I’ve split up with my girlfriend now

I really like credit union and have used them for about 8 years never missed a payment then last year when applying for a loan was refused and sent to headrow money line,they gave me a loan so now I'm paying credit union a loan back and head row so I'm paying two loans two lots of interest.how does that help me ?credit union are supposed to be a low cost alternative .I have asked for a loan this year haven't had any confirmation that they have received it?

Legacie had known the acquired development, Embankment Exchange had structural problems. However, Legacie has still selling off plan units through RWInvest. Legacie has stalling the development and dioing nothing even though Legacie had already received some deposits from the investors.

Faultlessly smooth organisation, two absolutely first-rate driver/couriers and a great hotel. My first coach tour and it certainly won’t be my last . My only quibble would be the exceptionally long journey on the second day to reach the resort - ideally another overnight break would be factored in. Although this would lengthen the tour and increase cost it would have made for a more relaxing experience.

The feeder bus broke down for hours due to water pump failure. There was no spare bus available so we have to wait. The driver was not able to give us any constructive information about the situation. Where the bus broke down there was no toilet available . It was cold and we almost had to force the driver to give us a cup of hot drink! The consequence of the breakdown caused us to miss the scheduled sailing. There was never any apology made by Leger for such traumatic experience!

Booked a few days to Legoland for my sons 5th birthday, got a really good deal for hotel and tickets - was really easy booking and confirmation/tickets were through the post a couple of days later. Due to COVID-19 the trip had be cancelled when the park closed but Legoland have kept us up to date and a voucher code was sent immediately after havin g to cancel. Looking forward to re-booking when everything calms down.

This apartment was perfect in layout, location and furnishings for our family of four adults for our ten day visit to Edinburgh. Privacy, quieness, and yet central walking location to all the sights, shops and dining establishments.

After Having to deal with an idiot insurance broker I went back to lifestyle as I’ve used them in the past I explained the situation I had been presented with they offered me an insurance policy of equal cover to start effective immediately The price was good and there was nothing hidden it was explained in idiot language so that it was all understood and everybody knew exactly what was expected, would I recommend lifestyle insurance brokers simple answer to that is yes I would they served me for many years the only reason I left was down to cost but having come back to them they have become very competitive again and the price was great so I would say thank you to them

I have been with this company for many years and have used / taken up a variety of policies with them. That speaks for itself.

I can now use the toilet without the fear of a fall or accident that would be potentially devastating due to my disabilities which has limited the use of my legs and has caused me to be wheelchair bound. So far after a few weeks I have realized what an important purchase this was and how it has improved the function of using the toilet. I spoke to people at the LiftSeat Corporation several times. They were always professional and knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions to help me decide. I also purchased the Brondell bidet. I'm still trying to figure out how this bidet can do a more thorough job of cleaning certain areas that it simply does not get to. My Independence IV Toilet Lift gets five stars from me. The jury is still out on the bidet.
