Ordered just before lockdown so experienced delays totally out of their control but once ready to be fitted communication was good, fitter very professional, and blinds great quality. Had an issue with size of one of the blinds this was resolved very quickly. Have since ordered more.

When I ordered the curtains I was given a delivery time, I waited until then but no curtains arrived, it was only when I rang and queried my order that I was told they wouldn't be sent for another 2 weeks, if they knew this they should have contacted me and told me.

I would highly recommend Wedding Favours UK, I fought these little Dragee Hearts in a few different colours, the silver is absolutely beautiful and really eye catching in the favour jars, the choice of products and colours is great, checkout is so simple and they were delivered within a few days very securely wrapped too.

I ordered the Special Tomato E10 rain-cover on 21st December 2018 and it was delivered on 30th January 2019. I was not informed delivery would take 41 days. I contacted UK Mobility three times regarding non delivery of this item, only to be told the same phrase, we are awaiting delivery tomorrow and that I would have it by the end of that week. Obviously following the first two phone calls this did not happen. However, third time lucky!

I have used UltraLED quite a lot over the past couple of years and have always found the entire ordering and delivery process quick and reliable. Good selection of products, competitive pricing and great quality. I recently had one issue with a delivery not arriving, I contacted customer services by email and the issue was dealt with immediately and professionally by Sophie and replacements were sent so that my project was not delayed.

I placed an order with Ultimax on August 23rd for next day delivery and it was confirmed as dispatched that day. I am told it will be delivered tomorrow August 30th - seven days later. In a word, that is useless. I do a lot of internet shoping and people who can't delivery speedily are not in the game. I shan't be using them again I'm afraid.

We only had one set of keys between three adults with different schedules. I was informed that it was impossible to have even just one more set. It created challenges for us. Seems like if the apartment sleeps up to four adults, that at least one more set should be available.

Delivered next day,friendly driver. Product looks good. Feels warm to the touch, so has excellent heat retention. We had to store the rolls upright for a week due to a delay in installation. When unrolled the product was uneven, I guess from having stored the 2 rolls on their ends. I butted the rolls together and joined by using a heavy duty tape. There was no time to wait for the rolls to flatten I had to proceed with laying the Laminate Flooring. This helped greatly to take out the "waves" in the underlay. I would certainly recommend this product and will be using more on my next flooring project shortly. I would recommend unrolling as soon as possible and laying flat. There was no instructions enclosed, would have been helpful to have had a user guide on how best to lay.

I cant say enough great things about all members of staff in the booking office and of our crew of the Infinity Cruise ship sailing around the Croatian Islands. Absolutely fabulous and professional 24/7. Everyone on board felt the same and nobody wanted to go home. It was very relaxing with such great staff and fabulous food and the ship is gorgeous too. Just the perfect size. I have never sailed before but would do this trip again tomorrow.

We (Mom and two adult daughters) thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day cruise on Mama Marija. Our time on the ship was relaxing, the food and staff were great, rooms clean and comfy, and swimming off the boat daily was fun. We appreciated the small group atmosphere and got to know lovely people from other countries. The island variety (some bustling, some quiet) was perfect and tours of the ancient cities were interesting. We would recommend this cruise!

This is our second boating holiday with UCC. They are a friendly and helpful team. Yet another great day out.

Once again a great day out, everybody at UCC very friendly and helpful! One small suggestion: I steered most of the day, because of the length of the tiller the optimum place to stand is on the metal raised threshold. The day after every trip that we've made my calves have really ached. If the tiller was just a few inches shorter you would be standing on the aft deck in a much more comfortable position. But thanks again for a great day out in spite of the rain!

This was my 6th cruise with Uniworld. Service is always good. Staff always friendly and helpful. Food was varied and good. If you wanted a certain type of food all you had to do was mention it or ask if we were going to have it and they would prepare for you the next day. I would definitely recommend Uniworld and would choose to sail with them again.

After loosing our original buyer I reverted to Urban Rural to re market the property, after marketing the property extensively they found a new buyer. They kept me in formed through out the process and the team were very easy to work with. It would have been a 5 but for the 1% charge, I personally think it is expensive especially when you have the internet estate agents charging a lot less. I know I have a choice,I guessing this is an industry standard but when you consider the value of property's currently, it is hard to justify £4-5k

I was very nervous to make a purchase from Urban Fabric since they are located in Lebanon but I have to say the experience was great! I purchased a Sprayground backpack and it arrived in less than a week from Lebanon to New York! The backpack was just as expected. My Nanna’s beloved pet budgie passed away and we wanted to send her something special. The “Starry Night” arrangement was perfect, as the brilliant blues were similar to the colouring of her bird. It really brightened her day in a sad time.

The arrangements were well thought out from the initial booking through to the arriving on board the night before to allow us to set off promptly the first day. Rich, our instructor, was very competent and gave great advice throughout the five days that we were away. We covered all aspects of the course in a relaxed professional manner which allowed all three of the candidates to learn and practice in the style that allowed them to best develop their skills. A thoroughly interesting, engaging and informative course in coastal passage making.

Making my booking was efficient & when I had to make enquiries 2 months later, before my flight, the same customer service rep helped which was good. When I rang back the following day, the rep.was less polite when I told her I was having trouble checking in ok online.

My experience of the 8 day wild rover tour was fantastic. I really enjoyed the small group experience and being able to go some places that others can’t really access. I loved the hikes and seeing a wide range of Irish environments. I loved the cycling in Killarney National park and boat ride to the Skellig islands. The accommodations each night were wonderful but I especially enjoyed the stay in Gougane Barra and the fabulous dinner that evening. Pat was a great guide, patient and giving us interesting historical information at our various sites along the way.

The service was excellent, from the pre-tour e-mails with the office staff to our guide, Edwina, who was just outstanding.

I had recently attempted to order paint from Homebase and after over a month of waiting for it to be delivered and with minimal response from their customer service team despite several emails and Facebook messages (Infact I received no reply to my emails) I finally got my refund and immediately used it to purchase from Tikkurila instead and may I say that it has been the complete opposite to my Homebase experience. When I emailed enquiring about my order, I received a response within the day and was assured that my delivery would be fast tracked as I had been kept waiting (a mere 8 days, which is no delay at all in comparison to Homebase) so I would like to say thank you Dave! I will most certainly be purchasing from Tikkurila again!

Telephones unmanned all the time , addressing to wrong address , I drew there attention by heading the email help ! as no one was contactable to say you are sending to incomplete address... very poor plants , did get a refund for one lot but others really poor ...non arrival of some plants ?? waiting weeks for an order still not despatched ...feel lack of information and quality of plants really poor , very sad that this firm are Thompson and morgan as it rubs off on them ...still waiting for completion which I wonder if it will happen , tried everything but doesn't work … very sad to let themselves down so badly ..other firms are in just as much stress but helping customers to stay happy and informed , not here , expect the length of time my dispatched plants have been they will be dead , and still I have two lots more to come ! what condition will they be in , a big let down , sure you could do better and save your business ,folk will remember the service lacked and plants were poor or dead ...not nessessary to lose custom like this

Getting insurance was fine, but was told we had 21days to send in NCB But was constantly rang daily & emailed after 48hrs of taking out the policy! Very annoying!!!!!!!!

I have asked 3 times to cancel the policy under my cooling off rights and have still not had a single reply. They were happy enough to answer every single time when I was looking to purchase, obviously that goes out the window now I need to cancel.

Vantage were absolutely superb, I worked closely with James, Adam and Daniel and they were so patient with us, especially given the mortgage delays with covid-19 etc. Always on hand, fast to respond and presented us with lots of affordable options since we are both self-employed.
