Purchased some fabric online 3 days ago.. and they charged my card twice! I’m now in over draft and bills can’t go out! Customer service has been slack and completely un helpful and money still has not been returned! They took money that didn’t belong to them! It should have been returned immediately after you where shown my bank statement! Now my life has been effected because you people think this is acceptable! All you get told is to be patient and they will get someone to look at it... but can’t tell you how long that will be or when you will hear back! I’m furious. Worst experience ever, this should have been rectified immediately you had no right to take extra from my bank! Your online customer service need to pull their fingers out of there arses and do some actual work on complaints!

We accepted a quote with Spotlight on April 8th, and paid the 50% deposit they require. They told us there would be a 6-8 week wait on installation, and that it might stretch out a bit because we were ordering at the height of the pandemic. We were totally understanding of this, and waited patiently. At about the eight week mark, I contacted our sales rep, who was kind and helpful but couldn't give any information about when we might expect the curtains to arrive. I've been checking in every week, and still haven't got an installation date. I am currently on hold to the customer "service" line, and have been for over an hour, trying to talk to someone. No luck. Am never using Spotlight again. What a joke.

Tried to return an unfit for purpose product was told I was out of luck by the manager at the mile end store in Adelaide so now will need to go through ACCC to fit them

Worst online experience ever. I purchased a rug on the 30/12/19 and was advised the rug would be dispatched within 10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted the staff at the showroom location in Victoria as I had not heard anything. They advised that all rug purchases are now handled by their warehouse in QLD and to take it up with them. 5 weeks later (31/02/20) and I am still waiting with no response after numerous attempts to contact them and find out what is going on. Disgraceful service. Do not bother purchasing a rug from these guys.

I have ordered my painting for 2 weeks, painting not received, paid over $300. Do not buy from this stupid company if you don't want your money go down to scammer.

My house at Wetherill park has the worse staff out!!! Can’t even walk in before they all jump on you!! You can’t look around because they are always in your face!!! Especially the manager ! So pushy for sales!!!!

Paid for the renewal a week before the 31 January 2020 due date for a full year. Dad fell ill a day after payment was made and is now terminal and going into palliative care. Sent them an email advising of this and requesting refund of moneys only to receive their response stating that they don't do refunds under any circumstances. Called them to explain (in case they misunderstood the email) and was told that they have no facility to refund. Gutless manager, owner or whatever he is was muttering in the background and didn't have the intestinal fortitude to speak to me. Was actually told by the woman on the ohone to tyry and find another person interested in the service and sell our subscription to them!! While having to deal with the news that dad is dying!!!!!!!!! Writing them another email after posting this and happy to share all correspondence. In summary, AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'. Entities displaying such a callous nature should be obliterated from the business landscape.

I subscribed to mysat for the Italian service and found it very good and cheap , 200$ for the box and 3 months subscription. They asked me to get an installer as they don't deal with installation. The signal and quality of the channels is not bad at all. I definitly recommend. inexpensive 35$/month for the Italian package. Nothing

Stephen (Jim's pest control services) was fantastic. He was prompt, had a friendly professional manner, was very well priced and incredibly thorough. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Shayne helped us out with a pest problem. We had a noise in our ceiling space and Shayne investigated by checking out our roof and ceiling space initially laying baits but came back several times when the noises persisted. In the end Shayne set up cameras that detected a possum and the way the possum was accessing the roof space. Once the possum's "habits" were known he sealed up the entry point and no more noises! Shayne was very professional, reliable and the fee charged was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. Technician was very thorough, professional, informative and friendly. Overall a very good experience. Took their monthly easy pay option which is cheaper than paying up front.

Was booked in the next day (day before lock down). The lady was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to me and made sure she placed in all possible spots. Issue was resolved quickly. Great job.

After 14 years of excellent service with one pest control technician, Hitman sent a different person. He stole my wedding ring off a table. Don't let Kurt in your house.

Hitman did pest control for us last year, I was happy with the service, but the ants appears everywhere, I did call to ask another year service, but the lady said given I am still under 12 months warranty period, would give me free treatment for the problem area. The guy came was really rude, only spray for 2 mins and left, the ants still everywhere. I called again, they said I has to wait 4-6 weeks for another treatment. Is it seriously? Totally waste the time and money, given I have to live with ants for another 4-6weeks.

Inspection and treatment were carried out in a clean and professional manner, in fact extending the coverage that had been in place for 8 years from another provider. I expect this new treatment to be just as effective in keeping the little buggers at bay.

Very satisfied with service - John arrived promptly. He was informative and reassuring and worked long into the evening to get the job done. I would recommend the company and their services to others.

I have stations set up around the house that were installed about six years ago and I am happy with the service. I have had a couple of accounting problems with them but on the whole I am pleased.

We've used Trusted Pest Management since new house purchase 2015. They're very thorough in application of product and report and document every detail concerning property i.e. Areas that need attention.

Cant thank Murrays enough. From initial consultation from Miles to the works done by the tradesman, when cannot fault Murrays service, advice and price. Very informative advice and literature explaining all we needed to know. Thanks again Murrays and look forward to follow up inspections on our dream home. What a frustrating experience with their “customer service” team. Be careful, the process feels very thorough but I felt like I was tricked into loosing a “discount” by the way the process unfolded. I booked in a termite inspection and an initial inspection after confirming the total price would be $495. I was charged $198 for the initial inspection and then called up to ask questions organise payment for the termite inspection which was $495 minus the $198 I had already paid. The customer service person wasn’t able to answer all my questions. So said she would call me back after she spoke to her manager. 4 hours later she called back and I missed that call. I wasn’t able to call her back until the next day. On calling back the next day, I was told I wasn’t able to get $495 minus the $198 I already paid as that “offer” was only available if I paid it on the same day. I stupidly assumed given I had said in the second call “I’m ringing up to organise the payment, I just have questions” and the customer service person couldn’t answer that this would not impact my ability to get a total price of $495. In the third conversation, I asked if this was the case why I wasn’t charged the $495 in total in the first or the second phone calls and I was then put through to the manager, who then said she reviewed the voice recordings. She confirmed I had been told it all needed to be paid the same day in the first call. So again, I asked if I had booked in both inspections in the initial phone call why wasn’t the full $495 payment taken in either the initial or follow up phone call I made, as I said in the second call I was calling to make the payment and organise the treatments. A circular conversation then followed, where she debated with me on why I wasn’t eligible for the “discount”, I was then told I would get the $198 discounted from any treatments I decided to move forward with. Really? So instead of $495 for the inspections, I’m obligated to get treatments through you to get the “discount” I was promised for the inspections. What a great sales tool. Hook me in for treatments, and offer the discount for the next item you want to hook me in for. This did not sit well with me, I did not want to risk getting the termite inspection and being told afterwards there was some loop hole for them to charge me a full price again. Nor did I feel it was acceptable to charge me $198 plus $495 instead of the flat $495 and tell me it was my fault for not making a same day payment, to get my “discount”. You had the recordings, so knew I had made a genuine effort to make a same day payment!

I had a treatment for bedbugs at my place. I followed all the instructions from the pre visit. Washed all my clothes and linen. Then, he said get a backup treatment done and there is a least chance that they will come back. The guy for backup treatment left the place within 10 min after we got out of the house. Now, after not even a month they are back. And the receptionist says there is no guarantee for bed bugs and I will need to pay full again to get it treated again. Can't trust them now.

Ordered 20 items from them. Items received were having some problem with the colour inconsistency. Took photos and send them an email. They don't reply back until 2 days later after I sent them another email again. They brief reply were: we only sell genuine products, recommended me to google the manufacturer oversea and make enquiry myself to the manufacturer. They are the direct distributor of these products, not retailer. Yet when issue with products arise, they just want to brush it of to the customer to sort it out themself if they are not happy with the products received. Disputed to Paypal, again the seller give me no solution, just again telling me that what the products should be. Any buyer out there, if you don't want to take risks losing your money buying a product you are not satisfied with, and the seller doesn't look after you, please stay away from this seller.

Bought both the Glasslock Oven Safe Container 9pc Set, the Baby Food Container 9pc Set w/ Spoon, and the Glasslock Square Baby Food Container 3pc Set from KitchenWarehouse. The quality of the Glasslock products I received has been outstanding. I have used them in my microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and airfryer all without problems. Just note that because it is glass it's quite heavy and I broke one in the midst of packing up to move. I don't have babies or children, I just use the baby storage jars to store smaller portions of food, salad, and condiments.

Return page state 'provided shipping label', I checked this before ordering, I took this as them providing a full return service like many online retailers. Then was left paying for return postage when I discovered this is just an address label. Misleading and not transparent, these details are hidden in the terms which which who reads.

I have been using Saucony PROGRID ECHELON LE 2 for more than 2 years. I had plantar Fasciitis problem. After using this shoes my feet is more supported and aided recovery. It has Full-length cushioning system maximizes support and comfort, Heel-to-toe offset reduced from 12 mm to 8 mm and Orthotic friendly. It is a bit expensive. After 2 years the insole started to perish.

We purchased 8 packs of Dragon Ball Z cards from Ozpopculture.com.au I was happy with my order but upon checkout they had an option to upgrade to express for approx $8.90 more. Very expensive but we chose it as we wanted to send them out to a friend for his birthday the following day so we paid the premium for next day delivery/express Item was delayed and didn't arrive on time at all. We totally missed the birthday of the person we bought it for and thus a wasted purchase. When we contacted them to ask about our express post not being honoured they blew us off and used bush-fires as an excuse (quite lame) - Despite the fact we are both in metro areas and that had nothing to do with it. A standard over the counter upgrade from standard to express is $3.00. You would think if this company was charging 3x that you would actually get express, but hence not. Warning to any buyers who pay for express that this company does not stand behind it and couldn't care less about their express service despite charging 3x the going rate for it. Very unsatisfactory. Other companies will work with you to get a refund for the delayed postage. But not OZ Pop Culture and Collectables. They don't really care much for customers and just care about robbing you blind with excessive charges for services that don't deliver on time and don't care about the customer. Avoid this business. Other shops such as Gameology/Cardtastic treat the customer well and we recommended those for items in collectables like this as we've had issues like this with them in the past and they corrected it. It's what any good retailer or ebay seller that cares about customer service would do. 0/5 stars if I could leave it Avoid.

I am extremely impressed with the customer support provided. I was given a partial refund for an pre order item that had its price dropped before release. I was also informed early of any changes to its ETA, and the Item was posted on the exact dates given. Very happy and will surely buy here again

Have tried numerous times to purchase from this importer of bath and body works and other brands, same people run another company called velvet sky. Most often they just don’t have the stock, they don’t have real time inventory. They advertised a sale on Facebook, I purchased via the link, and found on checkout that the advertised prices don’t include gst. It’s added after. Complained about this on Facebook and a few days later my order was refunded for ‘no stock’. I’m over these people. I don’t believe they are authorised resellers of these products because as they say, they ‘import when they can’. I think they prob buy at sales in the US and send it over and resell here. They should just stick to selling whatever stock they actually have, on eBay. It’s actually cheaper for us to buy on amazon US and have it sent here. $48 posted for two items from them, $58 Aus for 3 items from Amazon US.

When my online order didn't arrived on the expected date I contacted Natural City by phone and email but got no response for a couple of days. I tried again, by this time feeling a bit worried I'd been scammed, and spoke to Charles. He explained the reasons for the delay, which I agreed were reasonable, and reassured me he'd send the order asap once he had the up to date stock. The order arrived within his new delivery time frame. I decided on a Good rating based on my overall experience which was greatly enhanced by Charles' and his staff's phone support once I finally got through plus the very competitive price Natural City offered. I shop here online again

Customer service is horrible. After paying the money, I was able to contact people for a few days and then it started giving a weird error. I contacted the email address provided a few times but there was no response. I had to give up and cancel subscription after a month. They are not providing the service they are promising.

I would say Superprof as an overall experience is good. I like the idea of having a website where there are many tutors for students to chose from to help them with any subject. The customer service is of great help as well. Whenever I had a question, they emailed me back and could solve my technical issues. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the visibility of tutors. Tutors will only appear in their zip code so this limits the visibility of tutors and possibility to have more students.

Body kit is better than I expected. Kaiser and he people there are great. The quality of these parts is incredible, I was really surprised The shipment came a day early so I was not home to except it. They just dropped it in the driveway so I could not get my vehicle in until I moved he crate. If they would have called and let me know it was coming a day early, I would have made arrangements to meet them and use their pallet jack to move the crate into my shop, out of the way. Other than that, everything was great.

I like the improved website; very easy to navigate. Easier to find items than before. The diagrams and the video instructions are a big help. The package I ordered arrived promptly and was all intact. Very unique gift items, too. I picked up the Willys Overland Key Ring and Soda coozie as extras just because they are cool.

They are going through an enhancement of their site at the moment and I know when it is complete it will be great. I would not be the photographer I am without Betterphoto.com. This site has a very good placement in media, but its images are dubious. None have model releases, a lot of the people are without heads and when you see a smile you can't be sure that smile won't sue you. Or the photographer. I've heard about one photographer who sued a user after giving away her photos for free. Ask yourself, why would photographers give away images? When everyone talks about privacy... If a product is free than you must be the product.

I love this website. The photos are beautiful, and there is no fee to download them. This is super rare to find, as most "free" photos are terrible quality or just not that good. You have an option to give credit to the artist it you want, which is also a nice touch.

Public domain (free) pictures for your website - MorgueFile doesn't have a huge selection of professional quality pictures, but the pictures it does have are free for use for any purpose. The site isn't trying to sell anything, so there are no annoying "download hi-res yada yada" by each pic. Basically, it's a collection of free stock photos for personal and commercial use. You can also learn about photography and interact with other (aspiring) photographers. There's a small database and depending on your purposes, it's kind of limited but it's still a decent resource to reference and gain inspiration from (and best of all, it's free).

Wouldn't use them. As a former contributing photojournalist they erased all my news reportage from history after I complained about their unethical practise. Google them, look for the PressGazette article from October 2018.

alamy.com is an online stock photo library using (and abusing) photographers to sell pictures through their platform at the lowest prices to the lowest bidders with no guarantee in term of copyright and respect for the authors. The contributor are lured into submitting thousands of images, naively thinking they will make money while in fact being part of a "room filling" to allow the same happy few in league with alamy to sell their pictures.

Be warned. Do not buy credits as they will make it the subscription withdrawal amount from your bank account and it is impossible to cancel or change they subscription, they have full control of your credit card, not you

i had never even heard of gettyimages until i saw they were the reason i could no longer view full images.if people were using it to get images from here you could have had that link go to a blank page like other websites have done, not make google get rid of the feature all together and ruin it for everyone else. you guys are truly the worst and i will NEVER find myself using this website because of this garbage. telling everyone i know how terrible this website is too, while im at it. maybe if yall go out of business well get the feature back.

Product was absolutely the correct product and shipped and wrapped better than any I have seen and the price was quite reasonable. Only Issue I have is their were small gouges on the top that were not able to be seen in pictures and the nature of where they are show up in my truck next to a dash that is in perfect condition. And I need the part more than I want to try to deal with a return. I guess I will see about fixing that part maybe.

This Navigation DVD player unit & DVD is not a match. The item received has a module on top. Mine does not so it is not a perfect fit. In addition to that my system does not recognize the unit. It says "Unable to read data. Check if MAP dvd is correct". I need a replacement that works. Thank you.

This was a great place. When my item’s tracking # wasn’t working and I hadn’t received it after a week, they didn’t argue or make excuses, they immediately put another in the mail. I received it just 2 days later. Better customer service than I’m used to these days.

Made a large order, shipped in ten boxes but only nine showed up. One box was damaged/lost by UPS. I emailed Snipers Edge and Lori from their main office contacted me within one business day and had a replacement shipped. Their service is great! The application process was easy and very straightforward. I had a big ask, as our wedding was postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis, and they adjusted the contract/ certificate accordingly at no additional cost which was a huge relief. Highly recommend!

Placed an order (my second) with Artic Articles for 4 water filters for my refrigerator. On 6/1 , after a back order delay, I received a flat USPS envelope . The envelope was empty, open at one end , no tape on it and completely flat, no evidence that anything had been put in it. To top it , the envelope was too small to have contained 4 water filters in their original packaging. I immediately contacted AA and received a response telling me to file a claim with the USPS and that they would cover the difference. I refused since it seemed apparent to me that the package was never encumbered with anything . At that point AA refused to respond or call me back. As of 6/3 still awaiting a call back.

My item was easy to find on the site. Checkout was painless and quick with multiple options. My filter arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

All aspects of service and product are exactely as advertised. the rose is certaily beautiful and wellproportioned to the vase. The glass front gift box adds a unique element to the whole gift presentation.

The product I received was perfect, except for the crack in one of the petals that happened during delivery. I called customer service and they were more than happy to exchange the Rose or refund our money. Of course I opted for the exchange.

On 3/12/21, I paid Snappr for 2 hours of photography service, to be completed on 4/17/21. However, the day before the shoot, the photographer said she was busy on 4/17/21, and provided one hour of photography service on the next day, on 4/18/21. On 4/26/21, I received the photos from the Snappr Photographer. I was not happy with the qualities of the photos and followed up with the Photographer on 4/26/21, 4/27/21, and 6/25/21 and did not receive any resolution from the Snappr Photographer. On 7/16/21, the Snappr photographer sent me some photos via email. However, upon close examination, the photos looked the same as the original photos and there was not any re-editing done to them. Due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the photos from the 4/18/21 photoshoot, for which I did not receive a resolution, and the lack of response from the Snappr photographer, I would not want to use Snappr again. Also, I paid for 2 hours of photography service that was scheduled to take place on 4/17/21, but received only one hour of service. I requested a refund for the unused hour and was denied by Snappr. I suggest you hire a photographer somewhere else unless you are looking for a really bad experience that you won’t forget for a long time.

We've gotten several refurbished ToughBooks from Tough Rugged Laptops. All the laptops have been perfect, with many in like new condition. For our last order in July we were even contacted directly by our Account Executive Al to confirm some details of our order (32 or 64 bit Windows), and then after we received the computers to check on our satisfaction. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!

No issues with the laptop itself. Always gets good comments from my technicians in the field. Laptops are delivered in a timely manner. Website is a bit confusing to re-order exactly what I ordered previously sometimes but otherwise no major complaints.

Great price for a Microsoft product, incredibly helpful after sales too at any time of the day it seems. My Microsoft account wasn't syncing and Jack sent me links directly to the patches, which saved me reading a ton of jargon to get to the same result. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I was able to download the Visio software and get up and running within a few hours. One suggestion? Be sure to let Buyers know that based on their connection and the size of the file, it may take a few hours to complete the download.

Although I was concerned that the price for MS Project was too good to be true I took a chance and made the purchase. The purchase process was easy and straight forward and I was provided the appropriate link and product key to download and activate the software. Very pleased.

As of now, I have to give this a 2. I am trying to switch carriers and I am completely new to this. He teaches this like we already know the material. He goes too fast, does not have enough review questions after each part, and does not do a good job teaching the subnet sections. It is like sitting at an auction and hearing the auctioneer rambling off nonsensical numbers. He needs to break this section down and have way more practice questions except he needs to handwrite out how you solve these step by step in real-time on the screen. I have also found that his practice questions are not like what is on the other CCNA practice test. I signed up for the AlphaPrep, and a CCNA prep on my phone, and his questions do not match theirs. So, who is right? I am leaning toward the AlphaPrep and the other app. This material cannot be absorbed by him talking and going at the pace he is going unless the student is either already in this field and knows the nomenclature or has a photographic memory. I have actually learned more by reading the PDF book and watching YouTube videos. I bought this course because it was the cheapest out of all the courses and the reviews I saw were positive. Maybe they were not real reviews or he did what so many companies do and hid the negative reviews. I don't know. I guess I got what I paid for. If you are already in the computer network or programming field this course is probably good for you. If you are new to IT and want to start a career as a network Engineer without any previous knowledge this particular course IS NOT for you. I am not trying to be mean, I am just being honest.

Still a little early to say anything definitive, but I'll echo what I've already read in other reviews. This guy seems incredibly knowledgeable and logical. I expect this course to be exceptionally helpful.

Ordered replacement cushions for teak loungers purchased 10 years ago. The original ones were a generic canvas khaki which have been in the sun and salt air and started to rip. I was pleasantly surprised by the other options offered for the same price as the plain khaki. I am extremely pleased with the tan textured stripe cushions which are really great quality. Our experience with the sales person was great as well as the delivery. The two men that installed the windows were polite and respectful. We would however suggest that the installers are more careful with the caulking around the inside window. It was smeared up on the window frame and dried in a yellow-ish color. We ended up having to scrape it all of and apply new that is white and can't be seen.

We had our roof done with Rite Windows and are so happy with the outcome. Our roof was leaking and very old and they made it look amazing. Very happy with the clean up process as well and that there are no leftover nails. Everyone was very polite and it was great working with them all ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !
