Last weekend I went to a salon and absolutely loved the shade of OPI I selected for my manicure. I was able to find the exact shade at a very reasonable price, and was so surprised that having ordered the item yesterday afternoon, received it this morning! So far, not so good. Update: today i received the correct item. Still a little unsure as to why the slow response but in any case, it has now been corrected and they upgraded the size to a larger size to help make up for the mishap. After watching Kirsty Meakin's amazing tutorial videos on YouTube, I decided to purchase some gel and acrylic products from Naio Nails. I ordered them late one Sunday evening and they arrived early this morning (Tuesday). I was able to track the status of my delivery through the DPD app, plus they texted me. One hour slot this morning, so that I knew to expect the delivery. The items that arrived were good value and good quality. They also have an excellent range of products, as is evident on the website and the videos on their YouTube channel. I will definitely be ordering from them again when I require further products or equipment.

Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. The manual is excellent, very pleased with the quality. My only complaint is: I received an email stating that my order had been delivered when in actual fact, I did not receive it until 14 days later. This I am certain is a postal service issue and has nothing to do with the quality of service from this company.

I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

I completed an online transaction on Feb 05. They mentioned that I will get my order delivered in 10 days however I haven't get it yet. No updates from them and whenever I remember that I didn't get the product I called them, on-call CR always says someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I am getting standard email that they are running out of the product but my order has been processed. In the last email, he mentioned the order has been processed and within 24 hours tracking details will send it to you. After 48 hours when I contacted them, Daniel mentioned the order has been processed that doesn't mean the order is ready to despatch. Maybe my English is poor so I will provide you with the proof and if someone can help me to understand the language would be helpful. I sent an email to them to refund my money and cancel the order they said they can't do that. Another thing is when I order the products I order twice so right away on Feb 5th I contacted them to cancel one item from the order. Again, a wage answer that they won't be able to cancel the one item however I can return that within 30 days of purchase. I am pretty sure I am going to return one item as this is the first time I order to try the product if I get it. It's an expensive product and for two months I am getting the answer they are running out of the product. If someone ordered the product between Feb 05 and now and they get it, can you please let me know here. I haven't received the product yet but paid for two months and haven't received money back nor the product. This is not a fake review. Please read before you buy the product. The wording on the website is purposefully deceiving when you are ready to pay for your product, it offers you an "upgrade" to a new product with a discount, however this is not an upgrade, it is an ADD-ON. I am 25 and I am usually very good at spotting internet scams and misinformation, however this is flat out deceitful and just sad. For a product that customers should be regularly buying, they would rather spit on your face and potential loyalty for 30-50 dollars more on one order. Everything about this company is just unethical. I can't imagine the older buyers, or people that haven't really adapted to the internet. How easily they have gotten tricked, with no way of getting their money back. I e-mailed for customer service and I got some dumb $#*! named Michelle or whatever dyke name she's got telling me she would LOVE to help me with the problem, yet she stopped replying to me completely after the first e-mail. I have sent 4 e-mails out already, no reply. Also, they have only shipped the 3-pack that they slithered onto my order, not even my initial one bottle that I got. I would not be surprised if they never ship it at all and just try to keep my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've ordered from Cherryculture a couple of times and the review is pretty much the same for all orders... The plus side of Cherryculture is they offer really good sales on NYX products that you won't find on NYX's website and I've actually been able to find items that are otherwise out of stock on other websites and at Ulta. The only thing I don't like about Cherryculture.com is the super slow shipping. I would say it's because of the fact that I'm on the east coast and they're on the west coast but I've ordered from another company that was in the same state a few days after the cherryculture order and the order I placed from the other site arrived like a week and a half earlier than Cherryculture. My advice is if you are looking to order a product that you need for a certain event, order it more than 3 wks in advance so that it will arrive on time.

Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

Very user friendly site. I appreciate the ability to view the Stadium seating easily and know exactly where I will be sitting when I arrive. As long as my tickets are delivered to my email like stated and I have no issues getting into the game, I will be extremely happy with my purchase!

We bought 4 tickets to the Harry Styles concert in Bologna in July on Gigsberg. Two tickets were legit & our kids had a great time. Two tickets were fakes but Gigsberg only issued one refund. We won't use them again. I have all the proof we did not attend the conert, their customer service people told us we submitted the required proof but Gigsberg did not see fit to refund our money. We won't use them again.

Great experience. We bought Cavaliers tickets, which work a little different than tickets I am used to with the whole Flash Seats thing. Someone from select-a-ticket actually called me without me needing to ask to brief me on how to use the Flash Seats system. That was super cool and helpful!

Kathy took my reservation, and was so helpful she made all the difference, simplifying a complicated decision and offering options that made the trip possible. The van driver -so sorry I can't recall his name -was beyond helpful, keeping calm even when another driver plowed into the van in the Trump driveway. (Our driver was in no way at fault.) Mike piloted the helicopter so smoothly that l'm now eager to explore other cities and areas by chopper. His explanations of the terrain below helped us see highlights we would have missed otherwise, and we enjoyed his humor. As a retired marketing professor (OK State U.), l've taught many undergrad/MBA classes dealing with service quality. Your firm would provide an excellent example of "how to do it" for any class. The ride itself is only part of the total product; the condition of your equipment and the reassurance and competence of your staff, from first phone call to final dropoff, rated A+ all the way. Lunch was delightful. Even the weather was perfect -we wondered just how you arranged that! I'm confused if you are the direct company offering the helicopter tour or the agency that partners with the helicopter tour company. If it's the latter I would prefer to know basic details of who the company is to address concerns of quality of company, type of helicopter etc. Otherwise, good website, good prices!

This is my first time with Tickets Fee Free. If this business model really works to reduce the ridiculous fees that Ticket-Master and similar sites charge, it will save me a LOT of money. Similar seats on Stub Hub were maybe 40% more...

I honestly didn't know if this was a scam or not but I love Borns and couldn't risk waiting until they went on sale to sell out. I got the tickets via email the same day as I ordered them and they seem to be legit. I can't wait!

my original choice was rejected because of a system gliche and the girl that called me from pre-sale was very nice and very helpful! she offered me the same tickets at a discounted price, but she was able to improve my seats for the same price I originally bought. I already referred her to my friend that was going to call for tickets for the same event.

I ordered Taylor Swift tickets for her Red tour back in April of this year in Miami. After I lost my tickets (oops! D: ) I thought well maybe they'll just accept my email printout. I arrive 15 minutes before the show with my excited little sister who has been waiting forever to see Taylor Swift and then when I get to the ticket booth they tell me they can't accept the email confirmation- they specifically need the barcode on my tickets. Close to tears, I called Alex at Best In House Tickets (they're a small husband and wife business so calling them doesn't go to some office voicemail -you're directly calling them). Poor Alex was in the middle of dinner and even then he didn't hesitate when he said he would get in touch with his wife at their home so that she could then look up my barcode in their files, call me back and then speak to the ticket booth manager so that I could finally get in. The trouble they went through (which could have been avoided had I called earlier than 15 minutes before showtime or if I hadn't lost the tickets to begin with, derp) I so appreciated what they did for me and my sister, and cannot sing enough praises about this fantastic duo. Any time I have to buy tickets, I'll always buy through them. Highly recommended.

The follow up and level of customer service you receive from Best in the House is actually 'best in its category'. I received no less than 3 phone calls about my purchase -- all positive and helpful and in no way negative. Typically I get tickets through the box office of the facility since it feels more personalized. Best in the House Tickets goes even further with their service -- from ordering thru follow-up it's simply the best. It's good to see the company striving to live up to it's name. Great seats. I wanted to wait and see how fast my tickets came before I gave my review... My tickets came in just 4 days I was very pleased with that...Sonic web page was easy to go through and I liked that there was no extra charge on the tickets...Some sites "extras" are more than the tickets...I will be using this site in the future...

The site should state VERY CLEARLY that the name on the tickets belongs to an original purchaser who resold them on your site for above or below face value. Otherwise, the buyers who are unaware of how this works will get confused.
