I am very concerned as I made no purchases on 21 January 2017. Please advise what it was that I purchased.

I bought a new wilson raquet and had it srtung total about 200gbp. The strings were very loose and brought it back. The shop said it restrung the raquet and it was still very loose. The excuse was the the racket was of that 'type' and I just gave up the argument and went in another shop and put new strings!

Ordered on 20th Feb and still not received my wig?

I'd definitely recommend Wigs Online on price and order processing/delivery, and I've dealt with them now for about a year. Only 4 stars this time, because when they contacted me to advise a delay, the item mentioned wasn't what I'd ordered, but this mistake was acknowledged when I contacted them. If this is a one-off glitch, I'll be delighted to rate their service 5 stars again.

Moved to Wilby after many years with another broker. The local knowledge of the team is a great asset which enables them to advise us both local and global levels. The team are always ready to help - but the escalation process could be a little more slick when members are away on holiday. Since we flagged this to them, they've made strides to ensure we get the response we would expect.

We have used the wildflower illustration company for some years now and still love their work. We have had cards, prints, and bespoke work done and all have been beautiful and completed to the highest standard. We always receive compliments on the cards we give and wouldn’t consider buying our cards for special occasions from anyone else.

I have given 5 stars because the quality of the cards-and pictures from a previous purchase are excellent. The service is wonderful. I would definately buy from them again.

The worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with... Wrong information on the website (It said 30mm legs came with 25mm legs). One leg has a missing top cap They said they would send replacement legs but very little communication until i wrote a review some 5 weeks later and all of a sudden the new legs arrived..... I will never again buy from trust what they say or recommend this firm to anyone...

Ordered some maggots for fishing weekend away was late turning up didn’t use them as they turned up while I was away for the weekend. They was sent to Carlisle not Chelmsford. Very frustrated

I had recently hired Wilson Brown for a simple task to complete my purchase on a property. Well...Let me tell you they are completely incompetent! They can not follow simple tasks and instructions. I would 100% recommend you avoid them if you want a solicitor that will do the job.

Our first order was tablecloths and napkins from Christmas which came back beautifully folded and they hadn't been pulled out of shape.

I have used Wilton Green for several years and their quality of finish and service is of the highest level. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends. The only downside was their recent change of time for collection and delivery from early Monday mornings to Thursday evenings

I had a wonderful car buying experience from Wimbledon Carriage Company. Great communication, always attentive and very professional. Oh, and the car we bought is fantastic!!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were well looked after, acknowledged on arrival by one of the salesman coming over and talking to us, opening up the cars we were interested in and able to answer all our questions. They were busy but still managed to take us for a test drive and never once rushed us.

I got an initial quote off the website; I was then contacted by the company who arranged a survey which cost £100, deductible from the subsequent order. After the survey I had an amended quote. I paid half in advance and had to wait a couple of weeks for the window grills to be made. The actual fitting took about an hour and the fitter provided good guidance on use of the grills. Upon completion I paid the balance. A straightforward process.

Delivery was excellent as before but wipers seemed to made of hard rubber as they scraped loudly for the first 4 weeks. Even now they do not operate smoothly as the previous wipers had done.

I am always impressed by Wish Sicily's range of villas and overall customer service. My only concern is the regular problems I seem to have with the Pay Pal links. On this particular occasion I was somewhat compromised when a Pay Pal link didn't work, forcing me to pay the balance of the villa in cash on my arrival. Apart from this problem, my family had a fabulous holiday and would not hesitate to use Wish Sicily again.

The house is also well positioned for visits to Syracuse, Ragusa,Monica,Noto and close to two of our favourites in Punta Secca,Sampieri inglorious Scicli. Philip Speight

I am amazed that it has taken you months to contact me regarding my purchase from your company via The Quadrant in Chelmsford who I have to say offer an excellent service. I purchased the 3 chairs last summer and all 3 items were faulty - the captains chair fell to pieces on delivery, it not being assembled properly by your staff and the finish of the upholstery on the 2 dining chairs was shoddy! The underside of the backs had been roughly stapled and then 'hacked off' with a pair shears I presume leaving a raw fraying edge - unbelievable. I don't understand how they passed quality control. All 3 chairs had to be replaced and to be fair they are acceptable, although the wooden finish to the leg structure of the captains chair had missing and loose screws and had this had to be rectified by the Quadrant. It took you 11 weeks to replace these items - longer than the original order! Old Charm/ Wood Bros have a longstanding good reputation for the quality of their products so my experience was to say the least disappointing. I am about to order 2 additional dining chairs and can only hope that the standard and quality of this purchase is as I would expect. I look forward to hearing from you.

This is the 3rd year running I have used the heat logs. So easy to order on line picking a delivery address to suit. Delivered on a pallett by a friendly driver. Storing takes up less space than logs. They also give out a good heat and work well with less mess.

I have ordered from Wood Fuel Direct a number of times over the 2019/20 winter and I have found the website easy to navigate and products have always been delivered quickly and on time . Unfortunately the card boxes used for delivery are totally unsuitable for the weight of package and potentially could injury as the contents are heavy and can move within the box effecting your balance when lifting .

The order arrived on the wrong day and without the building kit, however the delivery driver called before delivery which allowed things to be sorted and one email resolved the issue with the building kit sent the same day.

I would highly recommend this estate agent in Oswestry. They have been efficient & very organized from day one. We've had phone calls to make viewing appointments, then an email to confirm also a text message on the day of the viewing. They follow through with feedback within a couple of days. They work in your best interest at all times, which is surprising for an estate agent. I have brought & sold a few property over the years & these are the best I dealt with so far.

We were looking to replace some pretty awful laminate flooring in a house we had recently purchased, we spoke with Bradfords in Worcester who highly recommended Woodpecker Flooring as a match for what we were looking for, the sales person came out with samples so we could see what it would look like in the room and hallway that we wanted to put it down,which was brilliant as we got to see which of the shades of oak best suited the rooms and matched with the varnished oak doors we have. Installation was simple, the installer we used hadn't heard of this flooring but was very impressed with it, how simple it was to install and how great it looked (so much so he was going to buy some for his own house), for us it is perfect, is easy to clean, very hard wearing and we just love it.

Anderson's Kilmarnock had the samples and helped match one to go with kitchen & doors ......great service. Product is brilliant just love it ...everyone that has seen it has said how lovely & good quality it is. Would defiantly buy again

i found the buying of caravan insurance excellent i had to talk on line with one of your people as it would not recognise my job as nhs ambulance driver this and a few other things i did not understand was help to get though to the end .

This star rating would have been five stars if full disclosure about all fees had been including in one of my original conversations. If I was to pay monthly a fee of about £24 was payable which was not made clear until I received the documentation electronically.

I emailed WoolOvers on May 26 asking if they had any idea when It would actually be shipped but I have not received a response to that email.

Handling from wool over was very good but the parcel is still in Sydney since 2 weeks and is waiting for international delivery - hence I did not receive the parcel yet-May be a different courrier would be more efficient

Well received delivery but these clothes model & size don't fit me and I have returned them back asking refund to UK (underway). Delay of return for items on sales are too short (would prefer 1 month instead of 15 days). I regret that the return cost are not handle by Woolovers as other cloth web vendor do (ex. Peter Hahn). It cost me about 18€ to ship back my order. I also find that there is much less choice in the product list of Woolovers than 2 or 3 years ago when entered did my first orders.

I received the Kodiak Men's Merino Wool Socks (two pairs) and Timberland Men's Merino Wool Socks (four pairs), which should stand me in good stead in my work boots and hiking boots.
